[Resolved] Reliance Prepaid Service — Deduction in balance amount | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I would like to inform you that myself Dilip Bhattacharyya i am using Reliance prepaid connection but in 21/04/2011 i am recharge my reliance sim for Rs.50/- and i rec. balance for Rs.41/- and next day 24/04/2011 i check my balance and show my balance is Rs 4/- and i am call to customer care for regarding this but till date my call is not connected to customer care. Reliance — undue deduction of amount
My cell No. is [protected]. Since five months, an amount is deducted from my prepaid balance. On enquirty from customer care, no details are being provided. I have also lodged complaints but all in vein. Neither I am using R-world service nor any other service such as ring tones, message etc. are availed by me. It is nothing else but cheating to customers.You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. It will be very sad to force me to complain to TRAI for the same.
Reliance — Undue deductions on services not availed
I am using a reliance mobile from last year. I use it for incoming calls or important outgoing calls. so I always had a low value recharge mainly of Rs. 77/-. Every time a sum of Rs.20/- is deducted on recharging.On enquiry I was told that I have asked for some music services which is not true. It happened for 3 times and anyhow I deactivated the services for which amount was deducted.That service I have never asked nor used. Again on 22/10/08 I recharged for 77/- after some days Rs.30/- were deducted again.On this occassion I talked rudely to the service man & asked him to deactivate the service which I have not asked for.He obliged & within 24 hours I got a conformation SMS for deactivation via service request no. 79045070.I will request the authorties to be carefull not to repeat the mistake when i go for a recharge.
I agree with your complent...as I was going through same problem. Actually third time I'm suffering with false deducation for something 'MITTE KE RANG'. I never subscribed for any of such service nor I used and have info about that. Yesterday I talked 9 times with different customer care representitives but each time I got the reply that our server is down and call after 1 hrs. Finally I came to know that after 2 days my service will get deactive..but I shld not get any refund. This is the third time I'm suffering with same..If I want to forward this complent to higher authorities what shld I do? Anyone could please assist?
reliance prepaid customer — lost mobile-request for barring the connectivity
Iam a prepaid customer with cell no [protected].I lost my cell in Banglore while transit and the cell is in some unknown person who is using it to disturb other contact numbers recorded in the lost cell.Now Iam away in North East and will take 10 days tor each back Bangalore.
I request you to immediately block the SIM -all outgoing and incoming calls till I personally approach the customer care with my proof to make alternate arrangements.

my mobil no is [protected]. on it services like mahfil-e-timepass & cricket pack activation occur without any request.........cricket pack activated on my account in october & mahfil-e-timepass activated on 4th november....... i m in great economic loss due to this ............so, plz lodge my complain & notice it.....prepaid service — Re-Deduction of Balances

caller tune activation and avoid in and the recieved a massage that Your caller tune has been activated if you want to deactivate please call toll free No-[protected] . I call for deactivation after dectivation my total balance has been debited , result it I am in great trouble because of this fraudness .and I have decided to go in consumer forum or close your service .

I'm manoharan, I'm also having the same problem in my mobile, lot of times i tried to customer care but there is no response to my call, how to rectify this problem. If it continues i have to switch my network to other,

Reliance Prepaid Service — Undue deduction of amount
I ham having a Reliance Cell Phone bearing No.[protected] . Since 5 months, whenever I refill/recharge my cell phone pre paid account, lot of amount has been deducted from my balance amount. On enquiry from Customer Care, no details are being provided. Further, on lodging of complaints it has been informed that amount has been deducted properly but no details of the same has been provided.Sir, I neither use R-world services nor I have applied for any service/tunes etc.
You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and do the needful and refund/credit undue amount deducted from my account failing which I will be forced to complain to TRAI.
