Balance deductions and unusual services activation

I have been using reliance gsm services numbered [protected] and i am now completely fed up of the unusual activations of services like voice chat , astrologies etc etc...Along with the activation i am charged heavy deductions from my account and sometimes even not notified about what services i am activated with. Even after deactivating, the money is not refunded..so i kindly request to take immediate action against them and refund ma balance back to my sim account..

    Since, 15 july 2012, I recharge 1500 plan for 90 days
    Relaince 3g speed is near to zero, I asked customer care and their local offices in amritsar, They said technical problem, we cant do anything,
    where to complaint for that.

      reliance is one of the poor and cheapest service provider in India. Reliance is almost equal to the roadside beggar who takes money from its customer by giving false offers . I would recommend all the viewers to change their number from reliance to any other service provider by using mobile number portability.

          I am using reliance prepaid service sim (no.-[protected]) since 15-20 days. yesterday i recieved message of Rs 3 deductions due to some sort of net downloading,same message displayed ''if you want to unsubscribe send UNSUBSTORE to 54646 '' ,immediately i followed the instruction and replied back and got other message that you have succesfully unsubscribed. However, today morning i recieved another message that'' dear user you are automatically subscribed and Rs 3 deducted'' and same happend again. Whole day i tried to get in touch with customer care executive/attendent but i failed since they were not reponding, niether picking up the call. the most funny was when i dialled 198, recording sounds please dial *333 to talk to our customer care attendent and when i dialled *333 it was vice-versa. Its not reliance customer harrasment.....i am thinking to throw the sim in garbage by tommorow morning rather to try again these duffers.

              I am a Reliance net connect data card customer.
              I have placed a request in Reliance web world Dhole patil road pune office for post paid to prepaid migration and made the full settlement. They have instructed me not to use the device for the coming 1 week as the migration is taking place and will cause settlement issues.I have not used my device after that till today.Really shocked to see their bill even after registering request for prepaid migration with full settlement payment and 2 followup complaint calls to the customer care number.They were saying that my both the mobile numbers were not reachable

              I have also sent an email complaint to Reliance customer care and got the replay as they will call me with in 24 hours but no one called. Customer care is useless as they don't have any information and blaming their back-end team always.

                My name being Nishant Agarwal,a resident of siliguri,and around one and half month back i had visited kolkata, and from there i had purchased a new reliance gsm connection sim card, and after my submission of documents, the shopkeeper had told me within two hours the connection will get activated, and when i returned siliguri it was for five days that my connection was not getting activated.then i gave a call to the shopkeeper from whom i had purchased the sim card,and after making him understand the issue he told me that there is a ring going in the reliance gsm connection which i had purchased,then i told him thats not possible as the sim card was in my hand,and then even i tried up in same reliance connection which i had purchased and it was really shocking to hear a person receiving the call in the connection issued to me.it was then clear that there was a same connection with two names.i then had a second talk to the shopkeeper and he made talk to a reliance sales person, and that person asked me my alternative number and to clearify my problem in few days.i got a call from reliance centre in few days at my alternative contact number and they said me that "they will issue me a second number in the same sim card", but after that there is no response from the reliance team nor the shopkeeper and its around one and half month since.the gsm connection number issued to me is"[protected]" and my alternative contact number being "[protected]" which i have transferred to vodafone through number portabilty which was previously reliance.please help me out in some manner if possible.thank you.

                  i had recharged my mobile online from rcom.co.in on 12 aug 2012 with 3g data recharge of 650/-,for 3gb data .in that recharge i was supposed to get 300mb data free.after transaction i got 300 mb data but didnt get basic 3gb data that was i had paid for.i called customer care many times but they didnt respond.

Inquiry No. 139 at 4.08 pm from my reliance Mobile No. [protected] but never the calls are responded for any time whereas charge has been deducted for every call. I talked to Monirul over *333 number at 5.37 pm to day. He told "You Called and money is deducted, this is all"
                    My prayer is that this should be verified and the culprits should be punished so that the public may not be harrased and .deprived

                      Complain against reliance communication for deduct excess money for service which I never enjoy and mental harassment of a staff
                      Dear Sir,
                      I purchased reliance’s prepaid connection before 3 years back since there I recharge my connection so many times. But since it activated, they deducted my more than Rs 200 for valu added service such as Ring tone pack, sms services. While I didn’t subscribe for such services. When I asked for the proof from reliance customer care ( that I subscribe such value added pack) they replied that they don’t have any proof.In kerala a staff named vishnupriya in Rcom very bad behaviour to customers for that i got mentally disturb & this is not first time happend with me so many times happend with me . so now i decided to do complaint against them ...However, this loot practice is going on and on. They once again deduct some charges and I am sure that such unfair practice will continue in future also. So…..
                      My expectations are as below…
                      1 I want all my money back which they deduct for value added service unethically and unlawfully since it activated .
                      2.For mentaly harrasment i wnat to charge them RS 100000.
                      3. Before activating such services they should take consumers’ written permission and not by SMS or phone call.
                      4. They should maintain proof for activating such services.
                      5. Reliance India mobile should give written assurance about ALL the charges.
                      6. Fine such mobile operators who deduct any amount from customer without their written permission.
                      7. No value added services should allowed in prepaid connection as they deduct directly from their balance.
                      8. There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the mobile operators for unethical practice, mal practices, unfair practices and deduct amount without the written permission of customer.
                      9. Strong customer care service must required.

                        I am very sorry to say that your delhi circle service is so worse and it always cheat the custmer by diffent way I have three reliance delhi number and unfotunately i am facing same problem on all number this is not my first complain at least 10-12 time i complain by mail and so many times by phone. Now i mail for complain of my number [protected] on which i get a massage tomarrow that ur cricket service activated 10 rs for 10 days balance deducted
                        after few minute i got msg that ur cricket service sucessufully deactivated .Neither i activated nor i deactivated any service . This is pure cheating and that type of problem more frequent when ever i recharge my number. Since i am roaming my custmer care service also not working, Kindly take this issue seriously and refund my money.

                        I am again complaining you for same problem this time my complain
                        for my Assam number [protected]i recharge it with 30 rs on 21 st got 23
                        rs talk time and at 1:30 am of 22nd i got a msg that ur Heath service
                        is activated 20 rs charge for 20 days what a hell this is i did not
                        even touch my mobile after it get recharge. This is reliance regular
                        practice i spent 30 min daily for talking with customer care writing
                        complain when i complain for it your customer care representative says
                        it take 48 hr (comp no.[protected] to refund it this fair that people
                        recharge their mobile for some important purpose and wait 48 hr for
                        their own money. I am very sorry to say reliance is not provide fair
                        service.

                          I have been using the reliance connection from past 2.5 years and whatever plan i chose, i was getting that much amount of Download speed. The speed never went down
                          On jan 6 2012 i upgraded to 1Mbps Combo plan ( Zoom _1_Advance ). Till June end i was gettings proper 1mbps download speed ( transfer rate 125KB/s ), There were some issues in the underground copper cable that were replaced twice in month of June. Since then that is from July 3 i started having slow speed issue, where the download speed used to drop to 300kbps and remained like that for 2 hours and then it would rise back to 1mbps. All these tests were done on the reliance portal speedometer

                          i have registered lot many complaints for the same. Then in the month of August, i started getting a new problem. My internet download speed started to remain constant at 740kbps as checked on reliance portal speedometer. It never rose above or dropped below that 740Kbps. This continued for 5 days. I made complaints and calls for the slow speed but what i was told that as my connection is not a lease line, the speed will vary. I agree to it, but it never varied. It remained stuck on that 740kbps. From Aug 5 i had no internet connection till 16th August..

                          now i still have problem with the connection, The speed is still the same 740Kbps, i havent changed my plan, it still shows me Zoom_1_Advance. I had a word with Bhumik Mehta Officer-Customer Care Reliance Communications Limited. and with Mr. Mohammad Waseem. they both tried to convince me for the same that since its not a lease line so there will be fluctuation between 512 kbps and 1000 kbps (1mbps )...

                          Why this is happening now, why it never happened for 6 months when i upgraded plan to 1mbps on Jan 6 2012. I always told the reliance customer care and at the appellate authority office that this slow speed issue arose after the underground cable was repaired in June month, Before that i was using my connection at full 1mbos. Since then i am having speed issue and my speed it stuck at 740kbps. It never went above this since July 3 2012. I used to get always full 1mbps speed as download before June..

                          I have faced the connection problems 6 times from the period of June 2012 till August 16 2012. I am not getting the proper speed that i always got in the past 6 months. I want the speed back to where it should be and not sticking to just 740 kbps. but to rise till 1mbps as i paying Rs 999 for it..

                          It is my humble request that you look into this matter and get this resolved as soon as possible as this is causing me frustration and i am paying for services which im not even getting

                          I am sending attached copy of screen shots as a proof of what my plan is and what all speeds i have been getting ( speed test done on reliance portal ) , and the screenshot of total number of email sent for the slow speed and other issues to reliance . The first image shows the Plan on the right hand side of the image.

                            DEAR SIR/MADAM
                            I AM USING RELIANCE GSM SERVICES FOR A LONG TIME. TODAY THEY DEDUCTED A BALANCE OF RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT BALANCE FOR FRAUD VALUE ADDED SERVICES, EVEN WITHOUT MY REQUEST FOR THOSE SERVICES . WITHOUT MY REQUEST, APPROVAL AND AUTHORISATION THEY DID THIS TASK AND WHEN I TRIED TO COMPLAIN ON 198, THE NUMBER WAS UNREACABLE AND THIS FACILITY WAS NOT AVAILABLE OR YOU CAN SAY IT WAS DENIED ON MY NUMBER.
                            I AM SUFFERING FROM PHASE OF TREMENDOUS TENSION AND EVEN I AM THINKING OF CHANGING MY MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER(MNP) IF THEY DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO ME.

                              i was the dealer of the niphad taluka in nashik district dor reliance std and pco lines during 2002 to 2012. sir, my LBA CODE IS [protected] AND DSA CODE IS [protected] AND BILLING CODE [protected].
                              Sir i had given refundable deposit to the company 1,10,000 Rs. which the company has to return on my resignation. sir, i have completed all the formalities and resigned in februry. but till today the company has not given me the deposit. only they are giving me the assurance of the money. i have also to be taken 80,000 Rs from the company as my commission claim. the company has promised me to pay. but the follow up is not satisfactory, they just postponing it without any satisfactory reason.
                              sir i beg you to look into the matter personally and help me. please let me know either they are serious about the refund.

                                This note is to make you aware of the problem I am facing from last one year due to faulty Reliance Broadband Internet Service providing system.
                                My self Manish .S. Mondkar, I got a reliance internet connection combo service(internet connection and Fixed land-line Phone) which was on name of my father Satish Mondkar.

                                I was facing problem with reliance internet connection because in the month of march 2011 because of some technical reason reliance internet was not working and that was for almost 20 days. I contact to reliance CC so they inform me that their is some technical failure and my connection will start within 24hrs. After this i was not satisfied with the service of reliance.So finally
                                I applied for the cancellation of the internet connection on April 2011 but instead of cancellation the connection it was kept on hold and i never wanted to keep reliance internet line on hold, as i was already using internet from another ISP.
                                And in the month of October 2011 two person from reliance department came to me and took away the modem and fixed land-line phone.They also uninstall the entire wire connection.Then too i was receiving bill.So i contact Reliance Customer-Care for this problem for which they told me that i have charge Rs 100 per month to keep my internet line on hold. I refuse him to pay the balance amount as i was'nt using its internet connection nor its land-line phone.As i mention before the connection was totally disconnected.
                                After almost one year, on June 12,2012 i received a call from advocate to make immediate payment of 2,782 Rupees which is the total charge to keep line on hold from April 2011 to May 2012, and he told me that if i fail to pay Rs 2,782 a case will charge against me for which i have to go to Delhi. so I paid the mentioned amount on the same day i:e; on 12 June 2012.
                                After paying this amount on 12 June 2012 I again launched a request to terminate the combo service(internet connection and Fixed land line Phone) after which it was under process to terminate.I called to reliance Customer to check the status of my request so i came to know that my services has been successfully terminated on 25 of June 2012 and also I was assured that there is no further amount to be pay and no further dues. They told me that I won't be facing any problem in near future.
                                But still I got a bill to make payment of rupees 310 in the month of July 2012.
                                I asked the reason to pay this amount for which they told that I have charged fine for late payment and also for my active connection form date 12 July 2012 to 25 July 2012(as request was under process during this period). So i made a payment of rupees 310 on 30 July 2012(before due date i;e; 1 August 2012). Now finally I cleared all payments , in spite of the this again i got call on 8 August 2012 and told me that i have not made payment of Rupees 310 of last bill of July month. I have receipts of payments. They still harass me.

                                Now the question is when i asked them to disconnect the connection on first time why do they put it on hold?

                                Is there any co-ordination between the executives because one executive inform me that there are no dues while other make call to me to inform that some dues are remaining in spite of clearing all dues?

                                how long this problem i has to face for no reason.?
                                I want my Rs2,782 back because reliance has done fraud to me..

                                Its my kind request to you to take a look on my problem properly and try to solve it as urgently as possible.If you want any more information then i will provide it.

                                    I am an user of Reliance network (GSM), mobile no. [protected] for the last 6 month.
                                    I got an offer from the Reliance (RM-651234) to recharge with Rs. 36 and get the all Reliance to Reliance local + STD calls in only 20p/minute for 30 days.
                                    To avail this service, I recharged my number with Rs. 36 on 7th Aug 2012, but the service is not activated. So, I complained about this to customer care service (complain no.[protected] on 8th Aug 2012 and got assurance that within 2 days, the matter will be resolved, but it did not happen. Again, on 11th Aug 2012, I talked to customer care that my service is not activated and again got assurance that the problem will be resolved on same day.
                                    On 14th Aug 2012, I got the message from the Reliance that the offer recharge benefit has been already updated in my account, but I did not get any recharge benefit.
                                    This is my last hope, that I will get justice here.

                                      sir i have complained that i lost my data card, so i requested them to disconnect my data card. they said the concern man absent you come later. then next day i went they said the same reason, two days later i went they said you should pay one month bill what i have used. then i paid the bill but they didn't disconnect my data card, but they are asking to pay the bill what i didnt used... till now

                                        Reliance Communications — Again Balance Deducted without my permission

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am samrat chakraborty and i am a user of Reliance GSM number [protected] Delhi Telecom Circle.. Just before yesterday 17th of April my problem had just resolved, but again on 18th April at night i again shocked to see my 30 Rs have been deducted.. Before that i got a call from Mr. Mitesh at around 16:1418th April confirming that your problem has been Resolved.. That time i had a balance of Rs 2,554 (approx).. After that when i again checked my balance at 23:30 i found Rs 2,524.. For what reason you have deducted my hard earned balance again?? Why you fraud guys are playing with me?? Every time Reliance Communications are deducting my balance for no reason.. Please stop this?? Being an old subscriber of Reliance Communications, is this is the way to behave and treat with me..Please give me proper solution this time and i am waiting for your positive response..                                         my number is being subscribed from time to time for different services without prior permission and charges are being deducted for the same from my account balance.
                                        sir i am reliance customer 4 days means 22 april 2012 ago i had recharged my account with 100rs recharge...till that day my balance was ok but after 1 one day my bal.. was deduct 90 rs/- from main bal. can u tell how its becoz i had never subscribe any service...
