I have purchased the set Samsung Galaxy Fit GTS5670 on October 2011. It is extremely slow. Please note that I am not connecting with internet,nor I am palying games or listening to music. Still the set is too slow to open in fact the call log & sms.

    After 2 DOA phn has problem:auto switch off n downloading.
    Price difference when i brought phn n i get it is around 1500/-rs between that period i hve been with phn only for 2days. Rest of the days in custody of service center.
    Kindly reslove my problem n help me to get rid of feeling being cheatd.

    Samsung — feeling cheated

    Samsung w299 has not GPRS which is the biggest draw back pf the phone company should shame on them to launch a caustly phone without GPRS i will suggest all the INDIAN if they are realy an indian dont buy any SAMSUNG mobile i[censored] buy any samsung mobile u ll face lots of problem and feel like cheated
    two month earlier iam purchase your mobile phone E2120 this set have give lot of problem for me that is software problem to be arrised i give your service center 4 times to repair phone but it contineously the software will be loss also now iam mentally abset for you e2120
    Its natural bt logical in term that period i have not been using the phn how i could pay for. Second thing i have been a regular customer of samsung for my yrs with aleast 10 set n currently i m using 4 set of samsung including galaxy y. Only this set i have been suffered a lot with sentmental as well as financial n more than lots having a good faith towards samsung.
    So kindly help me to get rid of it

      Unfortunately now 10 days are over and still the installation is not complete
      I literally call their call centre daily but the response is very rude and bad.

        I had purchased a Samsung galaxy y S5360 on 11.07.2012 from the Mobile Store, I C Colony, Borivali. The complaint reference number is [protected]. There is now a red line on the display screen. The Mobile Store rep told that there is a problem with the display and asked me to go the Samsung service centre at borivali. The phone was never dropped or misused nor did it come in contact with water. I am surprised at how the display can be faulty within a month of purchase. I don’t know what to really expect from the service centre also. What if they change other parts of the mobile which have no fault and replace it with sub-standard parts without my knowledge? I won’t even know. I wanted to purchase another Samsung mobile but my faith in the product is now wavering. I really wish they could give me a new piece instead of the one bought now, but I don’t think they will do that. Kindly redress this problem.

                  I bought samsung A/C from chellamani &co , tambaram. I bought on 18 th August and installed on 19th. From the day of installation the AC Didnot cool properly and whenever we make a complaint they come and see and will say there is a leak in the gas . They come and refill the gas and go off. This was done 4 times in 10 months. Now my guarantee period is getting over and I said I need a replacement of AC as if this complaint persist means I have to give 3000 rupees every time to fill the gas.
                  Yesterday from the service centre they gave a form for replacement and ask for a photo and pan card details. Today they are saying we will repair the machine and cannot replace. I need a concrete suggestion for this.

                      dear friends i purchased samsungs double door refrigerator on[protected]. from the very first day samsung people have given so much mental harassment to me , as their fridge was giving current and its cooling was not upto the mark and their was manufacturing defect in their freezer part. they dont want to accept it for this thing their product specialist made visit our house around 6 times and in their report they properly mention that their is a manufacturing defect in their product. because of which my mother met with an electric shock for which i ask compensation. which samsung people denied. then they samsung people said we will give the replacement with the same new fridge , which they made after one month , while giving the delivery of that product we and the samsung people found the same defect in their new piece of same model. so i am totally fed up with the samsung. i request consumer court and i appeal to the media people to please bring this issue to the govt and to the court and ask the question to the company people is this their worst service which they are delivering in the india. their refrigerator are all faulty pieces and these people are playing with the life of peoples . they are simply harassing us. i appeal to the govt and to the court please take appropriate action against the company and against their manufacturing unit. For the people of india i would like to say please dont buy any product of samsung . they are giving faulty products.

                          Samsung — Demo for Washing Machine

                          I have bought a Samsung Fully automatic washing machine from Sachdeva Electronics, sector 22-C, Chandigarh. I have called up them many times for demo but nobody has turned up so far .It's almost more than a week.

                          Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care and service department.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation .Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

                            I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator approx. 5 years back. The Vegetable basket cover, egg-tray cover chiller cover etc have broken.On my complaint the company has sent a representative from local dealer. But he said that it is not available and no chance of getting in near future. I do not understand the way a renowned company deal with customers. Only want to sell and no after sale service and customer care. Should I dump the fridge now and go for a new? Anybody please suggest how I should deal in such a situation and whom to approach

                              I have purchased one Samsung Mobile( model gt C3530)on dated 1.10.2011 having serial no RW7B740046N.But iam sorry to state that this mobile has
                              created much problem as it has been
                              serviced three times due to charging problem.
                              Now you are requsted to change the set.Now also it has been handed over to Samsung servive centre at Ludhiana([protected])Imperial refrigration on dated 20/7/12 with complaint no [protected].Till date i have.nt got back my mobile set.

                                I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy i5801 mobile on December 2011 from a registered shop at Junagadh.Suddenly, in the first week of January 2012, it has stopped functioning.After taking it to the authorised service centre of samsung at Junagadh, they had informed that there may be a Battery Problem or short circuit in mother board and needs repair of Rs.5000 even after paying this we are not sure to say that your problem will be clear. On again taking the mobile alongwith the original bill of purchase, showing that it is under warranty for one year, they have reduced the repair estimation and said that i have to pay Rs.3000.On again informing that i should be given free service they are still insisting for acceptance of Rs.3000 for which i am not convinced.I have been handling the phone very carefully and i should be given free service under warranty.I shall forward the mail correspondence after receiving your reply.

                                  I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy GT I9003 in April, 2011. I experienced the first problem in October, 2011 and the phone had its first visit to the service center.
                                  The problem was rectified and I was told there was some software problem. Since then, the phone had been working fine till June, 2012. I have started experiencing the problem where the touch does not responds. Initially the problem was for a day and the phone was working normally the next day. Now the touch does not respond at all.
                                  My complaint is regarding the product quality, a product which was priced at approx. 20K does not work for one full year without going to the Service Center. Why was this product sold in the marketplace, a sub standard product.
                                  Can we expect a response to this complaint.

                                    I have a samsung corby mobile, purchased before one year. It has a typical problem that in rainy season its touch screen does not work . I have faced this problem with my previous mobile also. This time I was on tour to Durg,Chattisgarh on 4th July 2012 at that time I visited samsung workshop who told me that it will cost rs.1300/- for replacing new touch screen. I have given it for replacement but unfortunately there was no touch screen chip available in workshop. So I take it back and given to Samsung workshop at Dharampeth Nagpur. Here employee of samsung has taken 2 days for identifying problem and asked to pay rs.4500/- for replacement of touch screen chip as well as motherboard also. Also they have taken rs.150/- towards service charges for checking handset. Since repair cost was very high and there is no gaurantee of touche screen, i have taken back my handset. I want to know how can two different workshop of Samsung can identify two different problems. I have doubt that Nagpur's samsung staff has damaged motherboard of my handset and took 2 days and hide the mistake done by them. I want replacement of new handset.

                                    i gave my handset samsung corby for repair to a samsung service centre in ludhiana near shingar cinema.....the person named charanjit singh who owns dat service centre does not knw how to behave with customers he is very rude nd does knw hw to tolk politely.....i want that some action should be taken against him

                                      we purchased the Samsung Model RFG297HDBP/XAA last August (2011); the ice maker went out so we called under our warranty; we were told that they have no service personnel in our area and we could exchange or get a refund, with this sorry service we opted for the refund, as of this writing nothing, as far as I am concerned this is Deceptive Fraud and Trade practice and this company should be stopped from doing business in this country, it should not take a lawyer to get your damn warranty work done

                                        On 15th July the Dealer given us a Samsung fridge which was totally DENT in the front door, and also told (DEALER & COMPANY ENG) that he will replace immediately, Now its almost 25days the dealer Name:SUPERTEK Electronics, Mahavir Enclave, Palam-Dabri More, New delhi-110045, telling us wait till the stock we get from the company. Though we paid him cash full amount.

                                        He knew and told my family that was dent piece, Just to take the cash.he delivered the dent fridge.

                                        I live in middle east , My family is facing problem everyday begging the dealer to replace, and he cares for nothing, Should i Complain through embassy ????????
