Dear Concern,
I am regretting after buying Samsung product. I am feeling that the whole organization has no customer focus. I have written so many times to Samsung, now I feel the only way Samsung will respond will be if I legally file a complaint against you.
I had bought a Samsung galaxy tab 2 Serial No. (CRT/ESN/IMEI) – RF1C77OYKDK ([protected]) with bill dated 1st Aug, 2012 from Mr. Shah Nawaz owner of World Telecom House (D- 100, Main Vikas Marg, Lakshmi Nagar, New Delhi 92). On the same day I started facing the network issue. When I approached Dealer, he just behaved as if nothing is wrong and told me that its festival season and might be possible its because of network getting jammed.
On 2nd August 2012 (Rakshabhandhan Holiday in India) – I tried calling the dealer but he did not respond.
On 3rd August, 2012 I again went to your dealer, to get the problem rectified. After spending around 1 hour, he gave me the tablet and said…we registered your device and now u won’t face any problem. But still there was no solution and the problem was as it is. In the evening I called up in the Customer Care and officially launched a complaint about the dealer and the problem I was facing to your executive Mr. Hemant (Reference Number: [protected]). He assured me that a call is arranged with senior people and would get back within 24 hours. But to my surprise nobody cared and I didn’t receive any calls from your customer support guys.
The very next day 4th August 2012. I once again informed them without any further delay for the replacement of the tab, but he told us that it’s a software problem and re installed the Operating system and once again told us to monitor the tab. But still there was no change and I started facing the same problem again. Again I called up your customer care and the reply was same. Call arranged. Once again I was clueless what to do?
Once again, on 5th August, 2012. I called up your customer care guys twice, My call was taken by Mr Rehman and Mr Sumit. But didn’t get any answer, all said call is arranged and will get back to you but asusual nobody turned up. In the eveing I personally visited Samsung dealer (Mr. Shah Nawaz, World Telecom House), he did nothing but again formatted the tab and upgraded the software. Still same errors where bouncing back.
On 6th August, 2012, Same problem, no information from your customer care, dealer said to visit the service center, but it was closed. Called up your customer care had word with Mr Ankur, got same answer we had arranged a call for you. But no one turned. The dealer told us to come on 7th and said that he would get the tab replaced hand to hand.
On 7th August, 2012. We were called at 2pm by Mr. Shah Nawaz owner of World Telecom House. He sent us to your customer care service center at Daraganj. (Mr Manmohan and Mr. Oaise) they also formatted the handset and installed fresh operating system, and told us to observe. But the issue was still there. I kept calling your customer care...but not even once I got a call from your higher authorities.
On 8th August, 2012, we our self visited your service center in Lakshmi Nagar. (Mr. Arun Tyagi) – he told us that its fault of motherboard and will only be repaired. He said u came after 4 days hence its not my policy to change the tab. I am still trying to connect with your customer care guys, but they repeat the same answer i.e. call arranged…and then no answer.
In spite of all this, I waited all along hoping that Samsung will solve the issue, since fair a chance has to be given to rectify, instead of accusing in the initial stage itself.
I have these below given points to legally file case against them:
1. The reason for a quality approved product, manufactured from a reputed company to become defect within a week from the date of sales.
2. The authorized dealer not supporting when the product sold by them are under warrantee have defects.
3. Ignorance and negligence of the authorized service center of Samsung which has not supported in terms of rectification of the product under warrantee claims at the earliest
I will appreciate the urgent action regarding the same complaint to replace of the Tab as there is production or manufacturing defect in the handset.
Kindly take the action in the same matter and arrange to change my Tab.
