We have complaint for Bed noise? vibration in speakers of SAMSUNG 32" LCD. It is under warranty. We lodged complaint on Samsung call center on 29th June 2010 and two times remind them. (2nd July and 5th July 2010) But use less, no body attend our complaint till the date. So Samsungs India is going very poor and burst in services. Mukesh Gargh. Samsung — Non Attendance of Complaint
I had purchased a Samsung Air-Conditioner (Split 1.5 T) from one of thier dealers in Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi. Though this AC functioned last season, it just didn't start this season.Our repeated complaints and requests at their customer care cell only meet with false promises and assurances.
it has been such a disgusting experience dealing with this company and product, that we have lost all our patience now. The company didn't even care to provide 3 free services in the first year despite various complaints. We didn;t keep previous complaints, but we do have records of complaints made on 12th and 19th April (BP no being [protected]).
Could you guide us how do we deal with companies like these who would woo and lure the consumers to buy thier products and cheat on them once trapped with them?

Samsung — non-attending of complaints
I have registered my complaint for repair of Refrigrtor RT-26 for non-cooling in lower door portion with complaint No [protected] on 29.01.2010 but no one has attended/contacted & I am facing great difficulty in absence of services of Refrigerator.Shanti & Gaurav executive/samsung registered my complaint & assured to attend the same byconcerned Engineer within 1-2 days.
This is not the first time but also at previous occasion I face the same problem & lost my faith in products of Samsung due to poor post services.
