i have purchase samsung TV from local dealer Mahavir Enterprise, A/9, Mangal Tirth Tower,Opp. dharnidhar Derasar, paladi, Ahmedabad. 09 Samsung Color TV 29-K-40-MLEX as per his bill no. 287 dated- 22 march 2007.
From last 6 month we r complain for picture quality. quality is very poor, lining, not clear vision v r never sen bottom strip. We complain in writing but still we have not got any response from yr dealer. he was never give reply.

hope u will do something for my problem. we think that change samsung or yr dealer. yr service is very very very poor.

Samsung Television — Delivery of product otherthan bought product

Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that I Amit Kumar Singh has been the customer of your retail chain from quite a few times. But this time to my surprise it happened that when I purchased (CTV CS21Z50SN on[protected] a Television (from Next shop No. 1-7, Chandan Valley, C Wing, Opp Shiver Garden, Meera Bhyander Road East. Thane- 401107) delivery was given of the piece which was broken, when I talked to the executive piece was replaced but with some other model of Samsung. When I told delivery boy that this was not the model I bought person start arguing that he was told to deliver this only. And when I called up person he started arguing that what he has given is the new upgraded model. And after that on[protected] I went to shop and asked for Samsungs catalog where I found that there was some price difference and when I asked them to settle either way i.e. by delivering what I had bought or by paying me the difference then they agreed
to deliver me the bought piece by Thursday[protected] but it did not happened so.
And when I went to the shop today[protected] no one responded to my query. And neither they have put stamp for validating the warranty of the product
I never expected this kind of service and is not the matter of money but I feel that I have been cheated so suggest me that what can be done from your side or I won’t mind spending some time and money for the cheating done…………...

Samsung Television — Television not working

I have booked my complaint on 28.07.2009 with my complaint no. [protected] with Samsung india custoimer care on their customer care phone no. STD code + 30308282 from hubli STD code i.e.0836.
on 30.07.2009 some one named as Vishal from Ninad Electronics, Hubli visited the place and told that there is a problem with Power Supply and it need to be replaced this will take only one day and the charges will be arround Rs. 600 to 700 which we accepted and asked him to get it replaced.
From that day onwards we are following up with Samsung care support as well as with Ninad electronics, Hubli but not getting any responce. today 10.08.2009 i am calling to various support care staff in samsung and each time i am getting "Sorry Sir I will arrange the matter to be esclated one level higher. i had talked with Mr. Vivek, Mr. Netaji, Mr. Jaffar even there supervisors Mr. Patil and Ms. Jayshree. in after noon around 14:40 some one from Hyderabad arranged a conference with Mr. Lingappa of Ninad Electronics, Hubli and Mr. Lingappa in frount of the lady from Samsung committed for the visit of the person (Vishal) at my house for repairing of the TV by 1500 hrs. even after 1900hrs no one visited nor i have got any call from samsung for responce of the attendance of the call. but some one from Ninad asking about my address which was already their in the records of Samsung. even the person also visited on the same address on 30 .07.2009
now decide upon what to say about these all bogus service commitments

I have purchased a Samsung colour TV Model No. 21Z50 Sereial No. T[protected] on Dated 06th June 2009 from M/S. BABA BALAJI SALES 5, Sadar Bazar (North) Firozabad - 283203 (U.P.)
But from last[protected] my TV is not working after so many complaint there is no proper response from the Dealer and not from your your side.
Now I seriously want to replace my TV because from last 75 days I have suffered a lot if you can do the favor to me its ok other wise I am going to the consumer court and u will be responsible for all the expenses and for the TV my complaint No. that is registered in your costumer care center is[protected]

Samsung TV — not getting sufficient power for display

Samsung Television — The technician has not arrived even after calling the customer service several time. Complaint was logged on 7/72010

I bought a Samsung Television 25/6/2010 and within a week I found a problem with the display. I see a black spot on the left top corner of the screen. I'd called the customer care on 7th July and they had assured that the technician would arrive at my place with 2 days but he never arrived. I've called them 3 times and everytime I get the same answer that the technician would arrive within 2 days but till date no one has visited my place to resolve the issue.

Samsung India — Television remote not working

I have purchased a TV from a reputed dealer (Nataraj Electronics, Jhargram: contact no. [protected]) of Jhargram on 7th December, 2009. From the first day the menu bottom of the remote is not working. Many times I have visited the dealer, he asked me to change the remote, I did it after that also the problem was not solved.
Many times he assured me to send an engineer from samsung to my address but all in vain. No person contacted me to resolve the issue.
I request the authority to look into the said matter.

Dear Sir ever since i have purchased the TV the colour keeps floating across the screen.Even after several complains there has been no replacement.

    myself dr amandeep garg sending u this e mail just to bring in ur notice about the non responsible behaviour by one of the samsung outlet. that is MERCURYELECTRONICS, 113 , SHANKER ROAD MARKET , NEW DELHI 110060. initially i was using nokia mobiles for the last around 10 years, i was very fascinated about samsung phones , and on one unfortunate day i walked into a wrong shop named MERCURYELECTRONICS, 113 , SHANKER ROAD MARKET , NEW DELHI and bought samsung 8003 (jet2) on 29/04/2010, sereial no is mei [protected]. it wasworking all fine , for around a month.then it started having some problem of hanging ang touch screen not working. i reported to the same outlet i waisted about 2 hours over there( i think service man was not well qualified) he just formatted the soft ware and reloaded it , again few days later i had same problem he again did the same thing but to no benefit at all, only thing it did was i lost my phonebook , every thing wasall right till now i was having no anger at all with the esteemed brand of samsung at all , because problems can come with any body'work, but when today i washaving the same problem i went to them , the owner probabaly (dont know the name) shouted just because i was asking for some solid solution , he said that once after selling the product they are not answerable to the customer, talk only to the service guy, is it really so , is samsung really not bothered at all about the customers , is it the impression i should have about nokia vs samsung. should i expect any responsible reply from u people

    samsung mobile jet2 — brand new mobile purchased

    The mobile purchased on 12/05/2010 and from that date onwards I am using blue tooth head set. 27/05/2010 i forget to connect the blue tooth headset and when a call came i cannot hear the incoming conversation in the ear speaker.
    This means the poor quality control check from the part of the company. These type of manufacturing defects we customers are suffering. please avoid buying samsung mobiles any more. There are lots of complaint when I visited the authorised showroom in Trivandrum.

    Samsung Jet2 — problems with the phone and poor service

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I bought a samsung jet2 three months ago in Hyderabad and from the past one month the phone is freequently hanging and no buttons(physical or touch) are working.. If I restart the phone by removing the battery sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...

    Took the phone to samsung authorised service centre they said that that flashing the phone will resolve the issue and did the same... The phone worked correctly for half a day and the problems which I was facing earlier resurfaced.. I took it to service centre again(It is nearly 15KM away from my home) and they say that the motherboard has to be replaced,also I am informed by the service centre guy that samsung used to repay the money for such problems earlier but recently stopped doing so and are replacing mother boards. It's already 16 days since I deposited the phone and didn't get any reply from them.. When ever I call them up they say that they have put order for motherboard and are waiting for the part to arrive from head office..Not sure why there is such a delay to obtain parts from a reputed and big MNC like samsung..

    If so many complaints are raised on the same phone.. why don't samsung stop the production of this phone and re-release it when they fix all critical issues like the ones reported above.

    Samsung is so engrossed in increasing their market share by concentrating on new customers that they are ignoring their obligation to provide service to the existing one....

    Please look in to this and do the needful

      Samsung India, On 15.09.2009 I bought 20" Samsung LCDTFT-2033SW on 20.06.2010 horizontal lines staarted apperaring, we called your service centre on 30308282, who registered our complain, Reg NO:[protected], and told us to call them on [protected], their representative came on 26.06.2010, checked monitor and promise to come next day, but he didn't turn up, after a week we complained our dealer Benley's computer again who told us to call you again and again, as there are many complains left un answered by your service centre. On 08.07.2010 we got a call from your service centre number [protected], he promised to call me back in few minutes, but till today he has not called us back and our repeated calls are not being answered by them. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS????... please give me a valid reason why I should I not complain to consumers forum. Please repair my monitor at your earliest and oblige...... Aspi M.       20"CFT Monitor of samsung — Not work properly

      my samsung monitor work not properly last 15 days. so i am requested to you for maintainace of my monitor immidiately.my monitor under gurantee period.

      Samsung India — tft getting dark while working

      I have purchased Samsung TFT 2233 on 30th march 2010.when we are working on it it suddenly gets dark and again comes to normal and that too very frequently.we launched complaint on 5 th august at samsung call centre but till know no solution is provided despite several reminders though 40 days have passed.only person lies on phone that in next 24 hours complaint will be attended my complaint number is [protected].hope some action will be taken.[protected]@gmail.com

        I purchased a camera on 25/01/2009 from Mumbai.Since the day i had purchased i have been facing challenge with the improper functioning/technical problems with the camera.

        My camera has gone 3 times to the Service center in Goa,Panjim, & I time to service center in Chennai.

        I had hardly used my camera for clicking photos because most of the time the camera was lying in your service center's.I am not at all happy with the quality of service provided by Samsung service center.

        I had even filed a complaint at the head office of Samsung, the complaint nuber is [protected].

        Since my camera has been repaired 3 times i had totally lost faith & interest with the product.My request is to the company to replace my camera with a new set of camer

        I am writing a detail histroy of the camera & about he service center details pls go through.

        REQUEST YOU TO READ THE MAIL FULLY WITH PATIENCE

        This is to inform you that I am not at all happy with the service provided by your company.

        On 25/01/2009 I bought a Model number L201 Samsung Camera from Mumbai. After using it for very few months, one day the camera power went off. I took the camera to the service center in Goa.After investigating I was told the battery life has gone and I replaced it with a new battery by paying some amount.

        Just after 14 Day's again the power supply stopped. The same was given to the service center in Goa again & after checking the set it was told to me that the Mother board is not functioning. The camera was sent to the Pune service center. Believe me it took more than a month for the camera to get repaired. When I got the camera back I my hand the color of my camera was different, when I enquired about the same I was told the entire outer panel was changed as there were some more problem's identified in the camera apart from the Mother board.

        I used the camera for 5-6 day's and again I reported a problem with the picture clarity& Zoom in, Zoom out. As those day's I was in a official trip to Chennai I gave the camera to the service center in Chennai, the camera was with them for more than 25 day's nothing was done to it& at the end I had to ask my camera back as my Official trip was getting over. I reached Goa and the same was reported to Goa service center on 4/05/2010 7 the camera was handed over to them. After waiting for a month I called the service center I was told it will take some more time for repair because the part in coming from Delhi.

        I called up your Delhi based head office in the month of June and filed a complaint at last my complaint number is [protected]. It was promised to me by your Delhi office that 25th June the camera will be handed over to me, but they never kept their promise unfortunately. After 100 reminders and phone calls from my side at last they told me today morning i.e. on 9th July 2010 that my camera is ready.

        I had hardly used my camera for clicking photos because most of the time it was with your service center for some Fault.

        My request to your company please replaces my camera with a new set. As I really lost trust on the camera & as well as on your service center, because every time I receive my camera from you r service center, just after few day's I see a new complain/problem. I am not collecting my camera from your service center until and unless it is replaced with a new set .I don’t have time to Run to your service center every time, I have lot of other things to do for me.

        At last again I am requesting you to Change my set since it has been repaired 3 times, I had seriously lost faith on your service.

          This is with reference to SAMSUNG WACHING machine bought by us around 1 and a half month back from CROMA,MALAD. The machine started giving problems from the 1st day itself.
          There was water leakage, the clothes did not get dry effectively. We lodged a complain and Samsung representative attended it and repaired the machine he told us it is working fine now but if this comes again then you can ask for a REPLACEMENT of the machine as it might be MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
          This problem again started coming and we called up SAMSUNG but instead of listening to customer's complaint they told us that they cannot solve the problem, the problem must be from our end and they will not be able to help us on replacing the machine.The representative was so RUDE that it gave us one of the WORST IMPRESSION for SAMSUNG Brand.

          We purchased the SAMSUNG MACHINE as we trusted SAMSUNG brand and considered SAMSUNG in the same league as other brands but we find SAMSUNG's customer service to of very POOR quality which does not gel with THEIR image.

          I request the following from SAMSUNG on an urgnt basis:
          1.Replace the DEFECTIVE machine with a NEW Machine of our choice and check it thoroughly before delivering it.
          We have also lodged a complain to CROMA and my complaint no to croma is 102/100710/Washing Machine/88128
          My customer no is 9079096.

          Croma — SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE

          Dear Mr. Ratan Tata,

          This is with reference to SAMSUNG WACHING machine bought by us around 1 and a half month back. The machine started giving problems from the 1st day itself.

We trusted TATA's brand and considered CROMA in the same league but we find CROMA's customer service to beof very poor quality which does not gel with TATA's image.
          I request the following from CROMA on an urgnt basis:

            Dear Sir,
            1. I purchased Samsung washing machine model WA78k1 5.8 Kg from Jhansi on 04 dec 2006.
            2. In Feb 2010 the same machine stopped working. I gave the complaint to cust care at Jhansi and Technitians came in 2 days. They told me that PCB of the machine needs replacement and it will come within a week.
            3. After 1 week I called up cust care but PCB was not received by them. They told me to call up after 1 wk. After 2 wk they told me that company has stopped making PCB of the same model and now copany will give me refund of the machine after reducing the amount of depriciation.
            4. Now more than 4 months have gone but there is no responce from customer care jhansi. Mean while i had registered my complaint on samsung official website on because of no responce from Customer care at Jhansi. But the centralised call centre does nothing but inform defuncked customer care at Jhansi only to solve my problem.
            5. Pl help Me in this regard and advice further action.

              This complaint is against "an authorized dealer of Samsung India" - SHG Info Systems. 15 days back I purchased a Samsung printer 4300 (S/No. 62218FB2300232) of Rs. 9000/- against cash. He handed over me with printer device but without bill. When I asked for bill then he said that because of power problem bill cannot be generated now but they will courier bill to me within next 2-3 days. And after that 15 days are passed and despite of dozens of calls made by me, they people have not delivered me the bill copy of my purchase. I doubt, if they are the genuine authorized dealer of this giant. I would advise people not to visit this shop as in absence of bill, they will not be able to avail company services for the product they buy like me. Also, if Samsung India can see into this matter, that will be great help for us.

                today on 09/07/2010 i go buy samsung corbyplus mobile phone (DEEPAK ELECTRONICS JABALPUR)before purchasing i want to knw abut its feature as it usually all customer do, but the person who represent the samsung mobiles phone company having full of attitude an misbehave with me and showin me attitude while dealing. Whn i told to plz talk in a gental way he again shown me attitude,

                  We have complaint for Bed noise? vibration in speakers of SAMSUNG 32" LCD.
                  It is under warranty. We lodged complaint on Samsung call center on 29th June 2010 and two times remind them. (2nd July and 5th July 2010)

                  But use less, no body attend our complaint till the date.

                  So Samsungs India is going very poor and burst in services.

                  Samsung — non-attending of complaints

                  I have registered my complaint for repair of Refrigrtor RT-26 for non-cooling in lower door portion with complaint No [protected] on 29.01.2010 but no one has attended/contacted & I am facing great difficulty in absence of services of Refrigerator.
                  Shanti & Gaurav executive/samsung registered my complaint & assured to attend the same byconcerned Engineer within 1-2 days.

                  This is not the first time but also at previous occasion I face the same problem & lost my faith in products of Samsung due to poor post services.
                  I am fed up with non attending attitude of complaints/post service by samsung & decided to not purhase of any product of samsung in future.

                  Samsung — Non Attendance of Complaint

                  I had purchased a Samsung Air-Conditioner (Split 1.5 T) from one of thier dealers in Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi. Though this AC functioned last season, it just didn't start this season.
                  Our repeated complaints and requests at their customer care cell only meet with false promises and assurances.
                  it has been such a disgusting experience dealing with this company and product, that we have lost all our patience now. The company didn't even care to provide 3 free services in the first year despite various complaints. We didn;t keep previous complaints, but we do have records of complaints made on 12th and 19th April (BP no being [protected]).
                  Could you guide us how do we deal with companies like these who would woo and lure the consumers to buy thier products and cheat on them once trapped with them?

                    Samsung — Clothes get dirty

                    I have purchased Fully automatic washing machine from CROMA Dahisar. Within six month clothes were becoming dirty. Based on my complain Bharuch service person has taken it for repairing and after 7 days I got machine with lot of noise. Again complained. Samsung has changed the service provider. Again Machine gone for repair 7 days. Machine is repaired for motor noise, but cloth becoming dirty remained.

                    Again complain, service agent has promised me to solve the problem. In this process I have lost Rs. 4000 worth clothes.

                    Any body suggest How i can go to Grahak Suraksha

                      I am having samsung's semi auto washing machine( Model- WT-8600). i made a call to samsung customer care Kangra on 30th of june. After that i have received their calls twice, but till now i didnt get it repaired. Interestingly, the problem is very minor. the drain switch of my washing machine has been broken, due to which i cant use it. But for them i dont know, it seems to be a very big problem. These are the standards samsung is maintaining. Really it feels rediculous.

                        I purchased 358 ltrs fromCroma Belapur on11.04.2010.Since we purchased same it is not working properly.It does not Defrost.Its cooling stops.They sent Technician who said "dont keep doors open".We have one more fridge kept in the same room.No body keeps the door open.
                        Worst part is inspite of repeated no body registers the complaint.
                        I have looked in to their web site,their is no provison for contact /or complaint.
                        It seems company intention is not fair.
                        Otherwise least a reputed company does is a method for customer grievences!
                        i had a problem with my samsung fridge with the freezer at the bottom...after problems in the first 3 yrs they finally decided they cudnt repair it n offered me a refund after cutting more than 1/3 depreciation! i had to spend double the money i got back from them to buy an unscheduled new fridge...it is the pits!! now my 2 yr old samsung washing machine's pcb has burnt n they dont have spares. they r asking for the original bill n saying it might take 2 weeks to get the part if i'm lucky, otherwise they will offer a refund with depreciation...AGAIN!!! I'm, FED UP!!!

                          I am facing problem of short battery life with my Samsung GT C5212 ,which I bought on 2nd March 2010 it worked nicely for 2 to 3 months but after wards the same problem of battery drain of even charging it fully .After getting fed up with dis I reported the problem to Samsung Service Centre on 23rd June 2010 they kept it for 10 to 12 days nd returned it to me but without any sufficient improvement in the battery backup I had to return them again but dis tym dey were creating lot of excuses lyk battery will run for only 1 day as it is dual sim..nd dey were not ready to except the mobile again bt on very hard request dey accepted it,nd dey told me dat dey cant do nything nd delivery would be given to me on 8/7/2010 .its lyk a mental agony for me which I am facing from past fortnight, I either request the related authorities to look into this matter or I have to take any action regarding dis..The Service Centre Name is KARUNA MANAGEMENT SERVICES Pvt Ltd Meridian Plaza 1"207", CR Avenue 2nd floor Kolkata-700006 wide job sheet no-5232 of dated 23/06/2010 got d delivery on 6/7/2010.I thus request the Chief executive of SAMSUNG INDIA to look into dis matter.

                              I had complained on 2nd july,2010 at customer care ,Request Number. [protected]for a due service and check up of AC. The service engineer says that compressor is not functioning. Today SIX days have passed and my AC is not working on 7th of JUly after repeated reminders.

                                I have purchased one Washing Machine model no.WT9201 from your dealer M/s Navrang Electronics, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 on 18/10/2009. From the date of purchase we are facing problems with this Machine approx. ten times your engineer has visited for these problems and twice they have changed the Motor of the spin tub. Now we are facing the problem of electricity leakage and we have lodged a complaint no.[protected] on 23/06/2010 and after that daily we are following up with your complaint but till now the problem has not been solved.

                                This machine is totally a defective one. Kindly arrange to replace this Machine.

                                  I own a Samsung refrigerator SR29EB for past 7 years and is now obviously out of warranty. Yesterday fridge had started developing some issue and stopped making ice. As a loyal samsung customer i immediately called up the customer care and booked the ticket. Living to the motto of 1 hr response 1 day service and 1 visit solution, service engieer visited today morning and diagnosed compressor failure. His recommendation was to change compressor for Rs 7k and was supposedly the only possible remedy. BTW this new compressor was coming with 1 month warranty.

                                  i was shocked and thanked field engieer for his advise and started thinking of buying a new fridge as didn't find 7k spent worthwhile. At same time i called another service engineer from nearby shop to look into the issue. WoW what a wise decision i made. Problem was with one component which went faulty and replaced this with new one for 600 Rs.

                                  Than i realized this is the second time samsung service engineer has asked for replacing the compressor for no reason.
                                  I wonder if Samsung believes this as a method for 1 visit solution or minting money at customer cost.
                                  Now i am a firm believer of the fact that Samsung support is horrible and i was wrong in my loyalist approach with Samsung.

                                  If anyone at Samsung is reading this, than guys please note that today you have lost one customer due to your callous approach and if you continue to do so, i am afraid you are bound to loose more customers.

                                  My feedback to others. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. AFTER SALE SUPPORT IS PATHETIC.

                                    There is a flow of current in spintub and washtub during washing the clothes.The machine was purchased on 6-August-2008 and till now it has been repaired 4 times and now the complaint has lodged over telephone on 22-June-2010 vide complaint no.[protected] and on 24-June-2010 again reminded over telephone and the executive answered "The complaint is under process".And now it 6-July-2010 but still now no action has been taken from your side.So I request you to kindly send your engineer and instruct to pick the machine immediately.

                                      Split AC purchase on 08/06/2010 from Pushpak shop / korba and installed on 08/06/2010 ,On 27/06/2010 the AC is not working and the complaint to local sumsung service centre / Korba(C.G) .From service centre the service engineer reach the home on 28/06/2010 and inform that Gas was pressure is in sufficent ,then it was made OK. But after four - five days same problem was reputed and again inform to service centre and toll free [protected] and register the complaint no is [protected] on 28/06/2010.
                                      From service centre / Korba the service engineer reach home on 29/06/2010 and said that the gas leakage from indoor unit.
                                      After that so respone is came from samsung service centre and serveral call to toll free number
                                      Respone is very very poor

                                        I have a phone of samsung metro 3500, purchased by me last month, it was good with its applications at first, but within a couple of few days it started showing problems, i had formatted my phone on last on january 2010, it was ok till then, but it is now again showing the following problems:
                                        1) Phone gets hanged every now- and then,
                                        2) It is not showing the "CALL HISTORY" or "CALL LOG"

                                        what is the actual problem? and what can i do to repair it so that it never ever takes place again in the future? Kindly suggest me a permanent solution!!
