I have bought 310L Refrigerator 2 door from Vivek & Co, Nanganallur, Chennai 61 on Saturday by paying full amount through Credit Card. The fridge was delivered at 1.30 pm on 22nd May with the assurance that Samsung rep will come and install the fridge the next day. To our dismay, no one turned up on Sunday and on Monday and even till this (25th May) morning. The rude behaviour of your dealer is totally not acceptable...

I purchased a Samsung LCD TV from Girias , Rajajinagar on 26th Jan 2010. After lots of follow up it was connected and we could enjoy the programme.
To our surprise exactly 3 month later the said TV stopped working both Video as well as Audio.Again we took 4 days to book the the complaint at Girias. Excuse were no at all acceptable for not booking our complaint. Now it is one month over the TV is not set right.

Me and my brother have brought 3 Samsung split AC on 31st march 2009 from the dealer - Vishal enterprise, Nr. Jain Temple, Akota, Vadodara. We have not used them more than 5-6 times and after a year two of them stopped cooling. We registered the complain and samsung service person told us because of faulty installation gas has been leak and they are asking us to pay 1500 Rs for refill of gas for each AC.
This is really frustrating....

We have made a complaint for below refrigerator in the month of Aug,2009. Subsequently their engineer attended the complaint, and assured replacement of the refrigerator as it was not repairable.

The worst consumer service I have ever come across. Purchased Omnia in Aug-2009, the set did not work in the US, got back to India and gave it for service with additional technical complaints to Samsung Service @ Nehru place Delhi.
