I purchased Samsung Pixon M8800 handset on 23 - Dec - 2009 with one year guarantee. after three months camera shutter stopped working. i gave it to the authorized service center ( Shop No. 35, Sec. 31, Gurgaon, Haryana) on 26 - May - 2010. Since then i have been calling them daily but they haven't repaired it still. I have also visited the center thrice but with no result. i have spoken to the call centers, the director of the haryana samsung service center ( Mr. Gaurav), manager of gurgaon service center, but they all maintain the same policy of post - poning the work. i have got fed up with the bad customer care service provided by samsung.

    We bought a Samsung LCD TV from Ezone, Central Mall, Indore on 30th May'10 and post which have made 5 requests to ezone and Samsung botrh to install the Television, however havent recd. anyresponse and action from their end. Its been 17 days and none of the company bothers to even act upon the request made.

    Its the secong bad experience that we had with Ezone Central Mall, Indore. Also, Samsung as a company is showing no responsibility towards the service that they are liable to provide.
    Call has already been registered with Samsung India 5 times and BP No is [protected].

      Samsung is cheating consumers..their customer care is pathetic and useless and their service centers care least about the customer care and satisfaction. I am trying to find number of a single person from Samsung company with whom i could complain about the issue i am facing with my mobile just 1 month old getting repaired from last 15 days but of no use. When you call their customer care no. they just tell we have noted your complaint and someone will call you soon. In last 15 days i have called 10 times, but i have not received a single call till date..have written on email but just auto response ..now i am in a fix how to get my mobile repaired....

      I purchased Samsung Corby PRO Mobile Model B5310 on 15 April 2010. Battery is not running for more than 7-8 hours in a day.

      It’s more than 10 days when I gave my mobile for repair in Noida Service centre and still no update from them.

      It's really a very bad experience and would never recommend to go for Samsung products.

      yes you are absolute correct. i am also being cheated by purchasing samsung mobile.

      samsung/B5310 phone — no response from service centre

      i have launched a complaint to replace my headset for B5310 model phone . Samsung service center basheerbagh near sanbagh hotel,hyderabad didn't responded till date.
      I am bought samsung corby pro mobile but here the probelm is whenever I sent a message will getting an error message as "unable to send your while sending" and once I swtiched off and on tan it's working for another 3 or 4 message..After again am getting a same proble..It's worst product and their services also not good...
      When I am trying to send any message, it wont allow me to msg and throws an erroro " sunable to send a message while sending" and after restarting the phone it can work for only 3-4 msgs .. anyone please help me if you wannna know the solution for it .. .it was not happening earlier.. actually when i am restarting the phone it also sends auto generated message to two reigstered numbers for imei number so that also costs me huge for auto sending messages.. roughly 5-10 times i am restarting the phone and around 20 messages i have to waste every time ... [pls help me out to solve this problem..

        I would like to bring your kind attention toward the bad services provided by samsung service centre, jabalpur.
        On 24 may i have submitted my samsung set M200 for solving the problem of auto on off. on that day they have estimated the amount of Rs.275.00. But till today i.e on 16.06.2010, the problem of my mobile hasent been solved & now they are demanding Rs.1753.00 with no warranty.
        many of the consumer are suffering from the sme problem.So , please take some strict action against ALFA ENTERPRISES, JAIN TOWERS, JABALPUR

          I have purched above CDMA model with MEID A[protected]D510.

          Now this device is automatically get power offs in ideal condition (ie when not in use eg not calling/not playing the games etc) and this power off time is not fixed. Also when this I have press the power buton to swith on the mobile then the mobile can't Switch on, But when i have removed the battery and reinsert battery and press power button to on mobile then its power ON. I have lready done the 'Master Reset' command on the device present under setting-reset but no improvement found problem is as it is.

          A SMS from TA-Samsung in which quiry number given is BP No. [protected]
          but after than no reply from Samsung/dealer.

          This problem is more frequent.

          Mobile have certain problems
          - Automatic switch off, after third month

          - in seventh month battery got completely exhausted, i.e life of battery is up to six month, samsung are refusing to replace it, because warranty of battery remain up to six month.

          This is major fault in this series

          I have samsung CDMA SCH-219 since form 27 oct, 2010,

          its battery was exhausted with in eight months. when i was enquired in samsung service dealer its warranty is only 6 months. I would like to purchase a new battery but cost is Rs.562/- which is very highest among all leading mobiles batteries like nokia, LG etc. and moreover the samsung service dealer is not giving any warranty which is meaning less whereas other companies giving warranty on a new original battery have less price.
          My Samsung SCH F219 is having another problem.., My cell is not only getting switched off automaticaly but its getting switched on also. This condition occurs whenever I try to play the FM Radio in my cell.
          Not only this, sometimes the options that are available in the various menus are not responding as expected. These options start to work only after a manual restart is applied after which the desktop wallpaper also gets automatically reset to the default one.

          Kindly suggest me how to get rid of these problems.

              We hv purchased an "AIRCONDITIONER SUMSUNG AS24UAXTL" from ANMOL ELECTRONICS situated at 1/1 B.T. Road, Dunlop Bridge, Kolkata-700 056 in favour of SIGMA SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. on dated 30.12.09 vide Invoice No. ANM/06316/09-10. But after few months it is giving us very my trouble & its compressure not working properly. Every time we hv made a call to serivice center but no body bothered to visit the call.

                Samsung Microwave oven — Repeated request to customer care but no service

                Complaint No [protected] dated 15 July 2008 at 1020 AM
                Inspite of repeated requests no service is provided for the last two days. It was confirmed by the service centre that Engineer will arrive between 4 and 8 PM on 15th July, same was repeated on 16 july even today they have promised ;let us see their so called service which is required for a spoiled spare part already replaced few months back.
                Sub: Irresponsible Customer Care

                I had purchased a Samsung Micro Wave Oven on[protected] from your distributor
                M/s Radionics Home Appliances, Kalpetta, Kerala, India. The model No. is Samsung Micro Wave Oven QW 71x.

                From the date of purchase we had used this oven only for heating food and water. It was not at all used for its other capabilities like grilling, making of cakes etc. Some days back the inside coating had started to come off. I had complained this to your distributor and your representative had come to my house. He had taken photographs of the same and conveyed to us that he shall send this peculiar fault to his higher ups.

                After some days I got an SMS from [protected] saying that my Complaint had been registered with BP No. [protected].

                On[protected] at 9.55 PM IST your representative had called me. He conveyed to that since the guarantee period is over to fix the problem I had to pay nearly INR 2, 000/-. I had conveyed to him that cost of fixing the fault is not my concern. I don’t mind spending to fix the problem but whether the same fault will appear in future. I specifically had asked him to fix the problem but I want in writing from Samsung as to how and why this problem had occurred ?

                Today ie.[protected] at 11.550 AM IST I got an SMS from [protected] stating that my call had been cancelled as Repair cost had not been approved by me. How ridiculous and irresponsible !!!

                Pls. bear in mind that I am writing this letter NOT TO GET COMPENSATION or TO GET ANY FAVOURS FROM SAMSUNG. But I want to know how & why this had happened that too from an Internationally renowned Company like Samsung.

                Hope you will look into the matter as this is a question of your QUALITY CONTROL and CUSTOMER SATISFATION.

                Samsung — microwave oven not working

                my oven not working.on 20/09/2008, i have given complaint at samsung custmer care.they asked me, that hand over the oven for repair.i have handed over my oven on 22/09/08.after 20 days[11/10/2008]they have repaired my oven, and given back to me.today[21/10/2008]again my oven not working.please take necessary action.

                samsung microwave oven — Not working

                I had purchased aSamsung Microwave Oven with Grill in 2005. Very satisfied till it was working. Suddenly on 25.09.2008 it stopped working. I complained to the toll free number. After about 10 days after innumerable number of calls some service man visited and said he will order for some part. That is the end of it. No body has then turned up till now after more than 20 days. The worst service I have ever seen.
                The dealer at Shimla from whom I have purchased the microwave has shifted his bussiness and I am unable to get satisafactory service please guide

                Samsung/Microwave Oven — Not delivering the promised gift

                I have bought one Convection Microwave Oven from CANVAS 2009, 22-Sep 2009, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and was promised by the SAMSUNG representative at the fair that by booking order of Microwave Oven will fetch you with a BOROSIL Dinner Set. After buying the Microwave Oven they said that the gift will be delivered after five to ten days from SAMSUNG PLAZA, M/S ELECTROCRAFT.Bistupur, Jamshedpur But on 04.10.2009 the gift was delivered as a SAMSUNG Microwave Dinner Set. Problem is not that what is delivered, problem is what was promised and not fulfilled. It can be called as a marketing strategy for SAMSUNG but for customer it is a nightmare. It is breaking the faith with SAMSUNG.

                I had purchased a Samsung micro oven from pai electronics Bangalore on 12-07-09 and it was not working from 25th and i had logged a complaint on 27th the complaint number is [protected]. Still my oven is not ready. I was wery much upset of the service of samsung because i have one mre samsung product with me it's washing machine.

                This is my worst experience i ha dever experienced in my life because i am also working in a service industry.

                Samsung/Microwave Oven — Bad working

                I have purchased Samsung micro woven model no.G2739N-S Samsung authorized dealer. When they are installing in my house, the panel digital board has gone, and they replaced after 3 weeks. Again after 6 months, the same panel digital board is not working, I have given given complaint to my nearest authorized
                Samsung service center M/s Sai Innovative Electronics, Aspen Towers, Resavanipalem, Vizag-530 013. They replaced the digital board charging service Rs.220/- vide bill no.8020 dated 16.6.2009. Again after two months, the same problem, they replaced for Rs.550/-(giving assurance for one year guarantee). Now My micro woven is not working.

                Samsung/Microwave Oven — very very bad working

                I have purchased Samsung micro woven Model No.G2739 N at Innovative Electronics, Aspen Towers, resavanipalem, Visakhapatnam-530 013.

                When installing the woven, the digital panel board given complaint, and they are replaced the same after 3 weeks. Again after 3 months,in the month of June, the woven stopped with same problem, and again I given complaint and they rectified after charing Rs.220/-. Again after 4 months with same problem the woven stopped and I haven given complaint and rectified after charging Rs.585/- and assuring for one year guarantee. Now the woven is not in working condition.

                Please help in this matter..

                samsung microwave oven — Not coming to install demonstrate since 1.5 months

                I am Pankaj Srivastava working in Tata Steel .My address is Bungalow no.16,Joda East Township,Joda,District Keonjhar ,Orissa.Pin-758034.
                I purchased a samsung microwave oven from M/s Sachdeva Sales,Bistupur,Tatanagar on 06-11-09.I was told by the dealer that the sales person from Samsung company will come with in a week or 10 days to my house & will install & demonstrate the product.But till today nobody from your company bothered about this.When asked about the same they reply that since election is going on in Jharkhand so the sales person can not come.And some times they tell that the sales person can not come to joda only for one product.He will come only when 3 or 4 products are bought in joda.This is really disgusting.If this is the guidelines of the Samsung company to the dealers or its salesman then the dealer must also be instructed to tell the truth at the time of selling your product that the sales person can not come to install or demonstrate unless there are sufficient no. of products sold in that particular area.Such instances brings down the impression of such a international company like SAMSUNG.
                I have also purchased double door refrigerator of Samsung recently.But this incidence has forced me to think twice before purchasing any other product of Samsung companyin future.
                The same kind of problem I have faced in Feb Month. Purchased a samsung microwave oven on 6th feb, 2010 from Relience Megamart Pune.
                Samsung Executive came to my house for demonstration after making several calls and metal agony.
                Customer care is also pathatic and they really have a stubborn attitude.
                I have made up my mind not to go for samsung products and i request you to all not to purchase this organization's bloddy hell products.

                I have purchased a samsung microoven model no.G2739N Kuchenka microfolwa oven in the year 2002 from kolkata.
                Only problem arise that of running of machine after giving connection without operation of touch panel, and also not heating. I lodge a complain online and a person came and said that BCB is not functioning properly and also told that availability of it is not possible.Better you leave it.From then it is lying in my house unused last few months. I am requesting you please arrange of BCB or servicing it either i will never buy any samsung product of anykind after this experiance.

                i bought a samsung galaxy star pro mobile in the month of may 2014 in west godavari andhra pradesh. the charger was not working after 2 months i.e from july 2014. I have the bill with me. what can I do. I am in bangalore now

                My cellphone hass got network issue baught couple of months before

                I have baught samsung J7 which has dominanat concern such as network issue. Data support issue. Mic issue. Plenty of issues are persisting in just couple of months.

                  My samsung mobile phone was not getting charged so I had deposited my mobile in the samsung service center for repairing. they told me they will have to replace the motherboard, so I deposited it there on 24th May, 2010 at 'Tele Care, Samsung Authorised Service Center, Civel Lines Allahabad' and the concerned person was some Mr. Harpreet. My complaint ID was WA[protected]. They kept my mobile for 22 days and then said that please go to Okhala New Delhi and get the motherboard changed.                     Dear Sir/Madam
                    I purchased a Split A/C (Samsung 1) from Ms Ruba Electronics in Pondicherry on 10th March 2007. The shop sent some people to fix up the indoor and outdoor unit promptly. However within the next few months itself the unit started malfunctioning and on 30th of March 2008 the compressor Capacitor was replaced and gas filled in the outer unit. Almost every month without fail I was forced to complain about the malfunctioning of the unit. Now, the AC has started to drip all night into the room—the cooling has decreased considerably. Only the name and reputation of Samsung made me buy this AC (I have another window AC that has been working without fail for the last ten years—I had purchased it while at Delhi).
                    Now, the Engineer who came to examine the unit has asked for a replacement of the internal coil—the company has kept me waiting for over two weeks now saying that the Coil has to be shipped from Chennai barely 130kms away! I am completely at a loss to understand the after sales service of such a reputed company like Samsung. Perhaps individuals like me are not so important for you! Do kindly advice me as to what I should expect from you. Let me hear from you before I decide to take the next natural step of any unhappy customer.

                    I have been lodging complain with Samsung customer care about my split AC compalin no. is [protected] but no one is sending anyone for attending the fault which was not the case earlier with Samsung service. I have spoken to customer care executive 5 times, despite of these many reminders no one is attending the complain. I have lodged the complain 8 days back

                    Now after so many of reminders no one is coming, I request some responsible person to look into my complain.

                        the samsung lcdtv was booked thru an online website cafegadgets.com on may 13 by my brother who stay in southafrica as a gift worth 40,409/-.the tv was dispatched on may20 from gurgoan,haryana to dibrugarh,assam.it reached on may28.but when we switch on the tv the screen inside found totally cracked.from outside the look was very good.
                        we informed the same to cafegadgets,tata aig(insurance policy),samsung.the cafegadgets took till date to sort out the matter and finally telling to send back tv with our own cost so that they will sortout.if we send the tv by courier is they any gaurentee that the damaged tv wont get damage again since its very far away from assam.

                        we r not milliniors to throw the money for buying a new tv,or baring thousands of rs/- for courier charges.the cafegadgets r at gain side we r at loss side.they r playing with us.

                          POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE


                          1. I had purchased Samsung LCD TV 26” model no. LA 26B450 component Sl no. 12563IKS 600101 N on 30 Jun 09.
                          2. The TV was working fine till Jan 10 and thereafter it developed some problem. On several occasions when I tried to switch it ‘on’, it never switched ‘on’. I initially thought this problem might be due to old battery in the remote and got the remote controller cell replaced, however the problem remained intermittent. In Mar 10, the problem aggravated as after trying hard to switch ‘on’ the TV, I was unsuccessful. Trouble shootings suggested in the manual were tried but all in vain. Finally I called up your service centre (Astha Service Centre) and a service engineer turned up at my place in Mohanbari in Mar 10. He conducted soldering work on the circuits but the problem remained same. Hence he zeroed down on the main PCB confirming it to be unserviceable. He promised to get back with new PCB within two weeks.
                          3. In the mean time, due to service exigencies, I was out of Station for a month. On my return I enquired the service centre on the progress of my case and I was replied that as I was away, the complaint had been closed. Further I was asked to re-register the same, which was registered on 17 May 10 vide WA[protected]. I was told that as the required PCB was not available as confirmed from previous correspondence so a fresh demand for same had been put, which may take another week. I did not get any response from the service centre even after a week and so I called up Mr Ritik Das at the service centre who confirmed that the demand had been mailed to his Headquarters in Guwahati. After 3 days I again gave him a call and he told me that as the item was not available with Samsung, he will discuss the case with representative of Head Office who was visiting from Guwahati. However I never received any call from him.
                          So I again called him up and he replied that Samsung Headquarter may give some commercial solution to my problem and they are waiting for approval from Head office for the same and problem may be solved by replacing the set itself, however no solid solution and no deadline was given for the same. I waited till 02 Jun 10 and by this time I was literally tired with the kind of response I was getting from your representative. After great persuasion and heated arguments with the representative, finally I could manage the contact no of Mr Debnath ASM Samsung Guwahati, to whom I gave a call on 02 Jun 10. He told me that he was not in office, though remembered the case and had already forwarded the request for approval from his Head Office. I waited eagerly hoping that person whom I had talked may be responsible person. However till 07 Jun 10 there was no response from the service centre. By this time almost a month had passed for my second complaint, so I called up Mr Debnath who did not pick my call and then I called up Mr Ritik who replied that the shipment of the required PCB had been received at their country office in NOIDA, but he was not clear to what action the company might take now, and no time frame was confirmed by him for solving my problem.
                          4. Through out the episode I was neither given definite time/PDC for the rectification of the fault nor service centre tried to contact me. I am serving in Indian Air Force and hardly get time to run after such petty things. Still I was forced to stop my primary job and kept contacting your service representative time and again. Above all the response from them was Luke warm lacking solid answer. They tried to make a fool out of me and mockery of the system in place. I am a patron of Samsung and all my home appliances ranging from TV, Freeze, AC etc are of Samsung. In view of the present response and ill treatment from the service centre I’m forced to rethink my loyalty towards Samsung. Now onwards I shall prefer not to buy products from Samsung.
                          5. Keeping in view the pathetic service rendered to me and delay in rectifying the snag which still remain unrectified for the last 3 months.
                          6. The ASM Samsung Guhati had promised me that by 15Jun10 he shall get the part to be replaced and get the TV rectified after great persuation and lodging of compain online, however today when i am trying to conatct the ASM guhati and samsung service dibrugarh their phones are switched off and no body is responding.
                          7. I hope through this forum i shall get some feedback from the SERVICE center of samsung which has been in deep slumber since long.

                          Samsung LCT 26" — No response from Samsung

                          Hi,
                          I purchased a samsung LCD 26" on 19th October from Better Deals, Janak-Puri. But the set was faulty. It stops within 20 minutes automatically. The engineer visited once and told that the set will be replaced. But now we are calling the Samsung customer care daily and they say that your request has been forwarded to our service center. But i don't know how long we have to wait for the replacement. The customer care executives always says that they will get back to us but they don't call us to provide us with the status. Can samsung authorities look into this and take some action ASAP as such things damage the company image.

                          Samsung LCD TV 26" — Used Displayed set sold

                          I have Purchased a 26" Samsung LCD TV (Series 4) from M/S Dass Refrigeration/Electronics (H-11, Main Road Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019) on 20th of May, after 72 hours of purchase they didn’t inform to company for the installation of TV, so till than the TV kept unpacked, when the executive came & open the TV, we found that the shopkeeper send us the used/displayed TV having no stickers (November 2008 make) for the significance of fresh & latest.

                          At the time of purchase we clearly told to shopkeeper that please tell us if any new series/ shape is expected in this model, we will wait for new one, but he said no nothing is expected, than we said please send us the latest/fresh piece not this displayed piece, he said ok don't worry definitely I’ll send you the fresh piece, but even all this he send us the old piece & old range.

                          So please accept my complaint against M/S Dass Refrigeration (KalkaJi, New Delhi) & take action against them.

                          SAMSUNG LCD, 26 INCH — POOR SERVICE

                          I Have made a complaint ( No-[protected]) on 31st may. after 3-4 days a engg. from samsung care came and attend the problem. he said that there is a problem in its vidio kit so it required the replacement and it will take 7-10 days but till today no response from their side. I called on their toll free number almost 10 times but got very poor response. every time I made a call they said They will look after this issue and inform to higher authorties.
                          Now I feel cheated. if there is any legal way to take action against them. I have my invoice and lcd is still in warrenty period.
                          Kindly suggest.

                          Samsung 26" LCD TV — Poor product and service

                          We purchased a Samsung 26" LCD TV on 8th of July 2010. In less than 1 month it started behaving erratically. It sometimes starts working properly after switching on. Many of the times it switches on after several hours on its own.
                          I logged a compliant (compliant no: [protected]) to the customer care ([protected]) on 08th of August 2010 and have been following up for the same since 3 days. Neither their technician turned up nor called us.
                          The service centre numbers of mumbai listed in their website are either wrong or switched off.

                          Will I ever get my TV repaired???

My TV was to be installed by 8 PM on 4th Dec,2010. This was reminded fo more than four times and I got the same reply from the call centre. But so far nothing has been done by Samsung. I rate the service of Samsung VERY POOR.

                            Dear Sir/Madame,
                            I brought samsung washing machine model WA-78K1/LTL on 04-03-07.
                            A month ago we faced some problem regarding tub in the machine as it was making noise and a crack was visible. After complaining to call centre a engineer came and asked us to change tub for which we agreed. As per him, it wud be available in next 2-3 days. Since than we have been constantly calling call cantre, all in futile. A week ago we got a complaint number [protected] and a visit from engineer and assurance that it will be rectified in 2 days. Since than we have been making calls to call centre all in vain. Also, when i made a call to one of the authorized centre (phone no.[protected]/3636) person on the phone told me that since he nor company has broken the tub, they are not responsible and so i cannot pressurize them( to be noted after one month). Please advice and guide what we can do in such a situation. We are facing trouble as we have house full of guests.

                              I am deeply disappointed by the quality of this high-end plasma tv, and disgusted with Samsung's poor service standards and customer focus.

                              I recently (January 2010), bought a 50" plasma tv from Samsung. It is PS50B450 model, and the sales guy insisted its a hotselling model.
                              In 3 months, some circuit inside konked out, and I had no video, only audio. Their service centre was always busy, and I managed to complain to the service centre after 2 days of trying (through another local Samsung engineer).

                              The next day, the engineer came, and inspected the set, and diagnosed some circuit problem, which needed replacement. He promised a revert the next day by 12:00 noon.

                              I waited till 4 pm the next day and them called this guy up, who gave me the number of another person (Mr.Devaraj). He took some more time, and promised to get back the same evening. Not surprisingly, he didn’t.

                              I called him the next morning and he said that there was no part available, and they were trying to replace the set! I was ok with that, since the set is new, and under warranty. But then, no news.

                              I called him the next day and was told, to my surprise, that no set is available! Apparently Samsung doesn’t make this plasma model any more, since their focus has shifted. I remember asking this very question to the Samsung salesman who sold me the set, who had glibly lied about this.

                              This man then suggested that he will try to repair some more, or else, get me a refund! The clueless service guys kept coming and tried the SMPS replacement, followed by the motherboard, then the display. Since these parts had to be shipped in, each of these steps needed 3-4 days wait. What was most appalling was that after so many promises, they got the wrong part for the display!!! Needless to say, nothing worked!

                              After this fiasco, Mr.Rangaswamy, the manager promised a replacement. 8 days later, still nothing. I found out from the dealer that the same set is available, but Samsung couldn't get hold of it! They just didn't try, and started giving me all their rules (customer service is not one). They then promised a fresh piece from their warehouse (I don't know why this wasn't tried earlier) only to come back with the news that the model is not available.

                              It is now 5 WEEKS and I am sitting with this expensive piece of glass on my wall, which is now being used as a mirror. No proper service, no accountability from Samsung. I am not interested in a refund, I want a good plasma tv. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll get that from Samsung. I only get promises, no delivery. Obviously, satisfying a customer is NOT a priority for Samsung India.

                              I am planning to take this up with my lawyer, and the media, for I have no faith in Samsung. It doesn't care. I have 2 Sony tv's, for 10 years+, and have had no issues. This is last I will ever buy a Samsung, and will make everyone I know aware that this brand must notbe trusted!

                                I had purchased Samsung Air Condtioner Model No. 18wka from M/s Samsung Exclusive, Roop Nagar, Delhi -110 007 on 27.07.2007. Since installation, the A.C.was giving problem. No. of times complaints were made even the Technician charged the visiting charges but the problem is still exist. Now the Compressor is giving problem . mThough the machine was taken out by ur service centre and put it back on 07.04.2010 but compressor is not cooling and some time it do not start or take time to start.ur service centre people are vwery hopeless and they don't bother about the consumer. Hence this complaint is on line.
                                If I do not hear immediately or my complaint is not resolve than I will take the legal action against the dealer as well as the Company for which both o[censored] will be liable.

                                Air Conditioner — Compressor problem and as well as Installation Problem

                                Actually i bought an AC from Samsung on 22nd April 2008. After installation i would have used the AC for hardly 2 days. Then i called the person who installed this and also gave a complaint in the service centre. But there they asked me to call another number else customer care. I called customer care and lodged a complaint about the machine on 25th May 2008. The service people came and checked what is the problem. But after checking the machine they said that there is gas leakage problem as well as compressor is low pumping problem. They asked to reinstall the machine. But i really dont understand that when i already paid Rs.1100 for installation then why should i pay again for the same thing. And more over i accepted for paying a minimal amount for reinstallation. But there is no response from anyone till date.

                                So this is the worst case and worst service which i never seen in my lifetime.

                                So, It is my humble request everyone not to buy any product from samsung

                                This is reagarding the samsung air conditoner we have purchased for our company named Majestic vehciles pvt ltd. the puchasing date is less than before 10 months. The company is a authorised Maruti dealership and we have more than 8 a.c of samsung in our 3 offices, we are highly dissatisfied from the service they are providing to us, previously we had lodge a complaint of ac gas leakage and ac is not starting on. it had taken allmost more than 15 days to resolve the problem and it was the summer daysand the ac which is faulty is of the customer loudge where the customer waits till there vehicle get repaired so it really shameful to us if our customer has to wait in a room has no cooling system only because of samsung, this is the second time that our ac is not working from more than 10 days we had lodge a complaint to the authorised service center for the same and also talked to Mr. Malu ph :[protected] for the same as our ac is under AMC and less than 01 yr to purchase . after the first repair the ac got damaged with in 15 days and they are not taking any step for the same the complaint is as it is, if this is so in that case what we think is if a samsung ac cant work proper for at least 01 year and the service is too worst which show that they dont care for the customers. its shame for the company and the customer care deptt. that they are not fulfill and they are helpless to care for their customer, if you really value for the customer feedback and complaint pls do the needful action in practical way and send any authorised person to solve the problem.                                 Compresser not working
                                We purchased samsung window a/c from Ashoka sales agengy Faridabad on dated[protected].
                                After one month ac was not working I gave a complaint, service engineer comes after checking he tells us that compresser of AC has got problem & needs to be replaced, first time I paid Rs.800 for tempo fare.After 20 days we got same problem again I complaint, service engineer comes after checking he tells us that compresser of AC has got problem & needs to be replaced, Again I paid Rs 700 for tempo fare.
                                This year at starting of summer I facing same problem .I realy unhappy with this Samsung KHATARA product.My complaint no is [protected] dated[protected].
                                Please return my mony, I will go with any other brand.

                                Samsung air condititioner — Compressor is not working

                                My sister purchased a air conditioner on 06/06/2007. this year after servicing its not working. after a telecon with your customer care executive log a complaint. Complaint no is BP[protected] on 26 of April. As per your c.care executive they provide me a no of Mr Joshi he works with INFINITE SOLUTION add-NIT Faridabad. He visit & told us that compressor is not working & your warranty period for ac is expired. so dukan mein le jake thik karke dunga. and for that he charges 2000 to 2500/-.

                                After repair my ac & compressor till date is not working.

                                Some resources we come to know that for compressor warranty period is for 04 years.

                                Today i again logged a complaint in customer care for that.

                                Kindly help me out.

                                Samsung/ Air Conditioner — NEW AC NOT WORKING

                                Brought a new Samsung 3 Star 1.5 Ton BioSleep Plus window AC on 27 Jul 10. The same was installed but is not working since installation. Called up the dealer, Rahul Sales, Ferozpur road Ludhiana but the response has been atrocious. The company also is not responding.

                                i have purchased AC in may-2011 (3/5/2011) . it is not working till the date..it's 7 month left...i have call 500 times to [protected] and service center (Bhavnagar) during 7month.. and personally meet to Pareshbhai (Manager, Sam-sung service station, bhavnagar) in first 6 month Every time engineer came to my home and told me different problem..one told me there is problem in cooling coil..other told me there is problem in compressor..and so on..but no solution.. From last 30days they are telling me that you will get replacement within two day..but i don't know how much this two days are long...7month and more...i think it may be take 80year...my son will enjoy AC..not me .. Fair Enough...

                                Samsung — Room Air Conditioner

                                I had purchased a Samsung Room Air-conditioner from Croma, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon.during April 2010 and hardly used for two months till now. I recently noticed that condenser is leaking. When I reported this matter with the distributor they in turn informed that I should take an extended warranty from them by paying extra amount to entertain my complaint or look into the matter. I am disappointed very much despite their promises they did not even offer an apology. I therefor, advise my fellow citizen please don't get cheated and think before buying this Samsung Room Air-conditioner.

                                was functioning properly for only one day after installation
                                it was installed at above address for nuptials of my son who
                                got married on 07/04/2013 it utterly failed to function both
                                the bride and groom came out frustratingly and cursed us who bought
                                ac unit for this occasion also the Samsung company who
                                manufactured this
                                adding fuel to the fire the distributor who supplied this unit
                                doesn't want to own the responsibility he has passed it on to the
                                people who installed it
                                pathetically and ironically when we contacted Samsung Service situated
                                at Naganallore area Chennai-600061 run by one VEERAS Samsung
                                Services one mr Kalai Arasan who is manning service of ac units sent one
                                mr Sathish he came and found that in the outdoor unit of ac
                                all the gas has gone out so it has to replaced but the manager at Veeras services
                                and they are asking us who came to your flat to instal the ac.
                                mr Kalai Arasan does not know who has installed ac unit at above address
                                and he is asking us such is the of your service people FIVE days have lapsed and
                                nobody wanted to take the responsibilty of redressing my greivence
                                i am totally dissatisfied with your ac units and splendid !!! after sale services
                                take back your unit and pay me with compensation for the sufferings we underwent
                                because of a mistaken, wrong decision to go for such a digustig AirCondtioning brand

                                  i have a sumsung mobile model code s3500i.i purchased this mobile on date[protected]..after completion of 1 month i m facing so many problems in this handset and was also giving in service station and they told me that the handset having a software problem..after again a few days when a service station return me my handset and they again told me this time you will not face any such a problems but again i m face a lots of problems in my handset so again i was came in service station on date[protected] and again i was complening about that and again they request me we will soon sort out this problem but after a almost completion of 1 month[protected].. they return my handset..after using again a few of moment i was facing again a problem ...so again i was going in service station[protected]...to[protected]....result same my handset again dead....so plz sir tell what can i do for that...becoz sir i have a indiviual mobile and i m astudent and also i m facing problems becoz my family leave far for me ..and i m not make any contact with my family...plz sir help me.....

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I bought a Samsung 1.5 ton Split A/C-18 NB with Everest Stablizer on 28.02.2009 at SRI KUMARAN & CO, 37-C Velachery Main Road, Vijayanagar, Chennai-42.
                                    .
                                    Since water was leaking and A/C was slow and some times switched off automatically, we have on 04.06.10 made a complaint to you. You have registered our complaint and gave Complaint registered no. BP No.[protected]. After 2 days one engineer visited our house and checked and informed us that the GAS is completed and has to be refilled. After that we have made several calls to Cell No.[protected] and also to [protected]. Till today no engineer has attended the complaint. In this regard, kindly let us know:

                                    1. Is Samsung a local company ? Is there not sufficient Engineers to address the problem. Is it such a poor after Sales service from Samsung.

                                    2. Not even 1 1/2 years have completed from the purchase. How come the GAS will be over. I heard from many of my friends that for them even after 10 years there is no Gas filling problem. In that case, is this the manufacturing defects. If so , I need to be solved the problem with no charges from you.

                                    3. In my house we have many products from Samsung viz., Samsung fully automated Washing machines, Refrigerator, Window A/c apart from Split A/c, 32 inch LCD TV, DVD Player and even Samsung Desk top PC Monitor. Due to your poor service, we are thinking of migrating to other reputed company for our future purchase instead of Samsung.

                                    samsung split ac 1.5 t — wATER LEAKAGE

                                    I HAVE PURCHASED SPLIT AC SAMSUNG 1.5 T CAPACITY IN 23RD APRIL-10. FORM DEALER BHILAI RADIO HOUSE AFTER ONE MONTH WATER LEAKAGE FROM THE UNIT STARTED, I HAVE INFORMED SERVICE CENTRE, THEY SAID THE AC IS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND ASKED TO CONTACT THE DEALER. NOW THE DEALER SAYS TO REINSTALL THE AC AND ASKED FOR A CHARGE OF Rs 1400/-.. THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY IS POOR.
