I have a phone of samsung metro 3500, purchased by me last year 20th july 2009, it was good with its applications at first, but within a couple of few months it started showing problems, i had formatted my phone on last on january 2010, it was ok till then, but it is now again showing the following problems:
1) Phone gets hanged every now- and then,
2) It is not showing the "CALL HISTORY" or "CALL LOG"

what is the actual problem? and what can i do to repair it so that it never ever takes place again in the future? Kindly suggest me a permanent solution!!

      Respected Sir,
      I purchased a 1 ton split A/C from Ezone, Samsung Brand with the model number AS123TGA and with Serial Number 0137PPIZ4003227 and i made a complaint on 16th Wednesday 2010 at 10 A.M. for a first time problem of Bad Odour emanating from it as soon as it is turned on but the service centre people were so negligent that no body didnt turn up till date and they kept repeating the same answer there is no service engineer...

      hi this is amit vaishnav, my contact no. is [protected] / [protected] and my e mail id is amit.[protected]@yahoo.com and my concern is that i am not getting the resolution regarding my problems it looks like i made a big mistake by buying samsung mobile actualy i bought mobile on 17/11/2009.( i had charging and handfree conecting problem) i faced charging problen on 7 th of april 2010 i went to ashok vihar service center than again after a week i faced same problen and again i went there and they just replace my charger and said now it will work properly and for hand free thay said we dont have hand free and as there is a cut in your hand free that is why it is not working properly so i bought another handfreefrom the shop but this handfree was not working properly as well, and within week i faced charging problen for thar this time i went to moti nager service center now mr mohit said my both the hand free has fult buy another at that time i just thought that may tish is the concern with hand free , but on 3rd of may again i had problem with charging point this time i went to moti nager than mr mohit said we will have to change mother board of the mobile and you will get your mobile till 20th of may i submited my mobile my work order no was e0349 this time ,i dont remember other work order no. . and when i called on 20th they said you will get your mobile after a week means till 27 -i sad ok , than after a weak whern i called them they sad it will take 7 more days and this time i called 8-10 time to know the status of the phone on the no. [protected] i just reply that make sure it should be 7 days only he said ok. and after 7 days whern i called he said any how you will get your mobile on 7th of june this time i made complin i called samsung customer care [protected], hey gave me the no. of manjeet singh ( i st dont wnt to add mr because he dosnt desertv it ) he said it takes time or it will take time we can not do any thing but i will try to give yuor phone on 10th of june and he disconected the call , than i called samsung customer care thay gave me the no of mr ansari i talked to him he said nothing can be done you will have to wait i said ok i will wait till 12th of june on 12th of june i called 20-25 time moti nager and got no respone than i talked to manjeet and than talked to ansari as well no one gave me response than i talked to samsung customer care as well but from there i did not get proper response but at the and i said to arrange a stand by phone to manjeet than in 12th of june i went moti nager service center and he gave me my phone . i chaked it was working properly but i did not chack for call after reachin home when i made call the hearing speeker was not working for that i went to customer care center it spoiled my whole day ,than now on 19 th of june again i am facing another issue with my phone regarding this when i called samsung customer care thay said me to talk my ansari may ansari said me to colect all the information when all i faced the problem for that i called ashok vihar there was a girl she gave me information of one time however i have been there twice . and when i calld moti nager mr manjeet said i can not give you any information and he said me to hold the line and after holding the line for 5-6 mins he disconected the line.

      my complain is that since 7th of april to 19th of june i have visited twice ashok vihar service center and 3-4 time moti nager i have called samsung customer care 100 time i havetalked to mr ansari ,he just says all the time you will have to wait and you will have to go to service center and it is the technical problem we cant do anything with attitude and when i said i will go to consumer forem he said it will take some some and what ever you want to do you can . and 10-15 time my call was disconected from samsung customer care [protected], and 10-15 time they sad that there is no availability in mob department we will call you back but i did not get even a single call back , i did not get any follow up from moti nager service center even when my mob was there for 40 days. i am just tired by calling manjeet , mr ansari and samsung customer care and by using this phone(s5603) i am facing problems on this hand set i want you to replace this handset or refund because this handset dosent work properly. and it takes my too much time and allow me to take tension even it affects my routine . and sansung's service senter and customer care doesnt provide proper solution.

      Samsung — Problem not resolved even after 1 month

      Hi,

      This is Achin.I have a samsung corby pro B5310.One month back it had a problem of getting swithced in one hour even after charging it for 5 hours.
      I submitted it to Ramesh Nagar Jaypee Electronins Service Centre Of Samsung.The head is Paramjit Singh.
      One the first after 20 days they gave me the handset as it was an no one knew about the problem and on the phone they were fooling me that they are waiting for the board of the phone to change.I submitted it again.
      This time also they didnt rectify even after they said to me that we have tested it thoroughly.

      Third time when I escalated it to higher authorities they took a week to rectify.
      Now after 15 days it again broke down.Can somebody give me the answer.

        A Samung TV (LCD 32” LA32C530F1, Chasis No. 2025) was purchased from the dealer Rahul Electronics (SV road Goregaon West) on 15th June 2010. The full money was paid on 15th June 2010. The TV was delivered to our residence on 16th June 2010. The Samsung representative was to install the TV on 16th as per the dealer. After much follow-up, the representative came to our residence on 17th of June 2010 and opened the packed and sealed carton. To our utter dismay, the TV was an already used piece with no stand. This was observed by the Samsung rep and by us. Immediately a phone was placed to the dealer about the issue. The dealer blamed Samsung for having providing us a used piece and said that it could be replaced only the next day.
        The next day, 18th June 2010 a personal visit to the dealer did not help. All the blame was on Samsung and yet no TV for us!
        Today, I contacted Samsung toll free number on the carton. [protected]. The representative said this is a dealer issue and you go to the dealer. After much argument, she provided me with the Kurla branch office number and a name “Prachi” to speak to. I spoke to her. She asked me to speak to the Sales department at Vile parle. So i am being passed from one to another – all pointing fingers at each other and NO RESOLUTION!!
        What am i to make of it? But for being cheated! The money is paid for a used product? Dealer is blaming Samsung and Samsung is passing the buck. And i have lost the money with no TV!!!!!
        Looking in the rear view mirror, I wonder why did i choose Samsung as a brand when there are so many good products in the market... i think it was because of trust that is attached to the name... but is NO MORE. With this experience, can i trust the company or its dealer any more?
        I strongly advise all the potential customer to be careful before purchasing any product from Samsung as you could be tossed around and your money is gone and no product in your hand.
        DO NOT go to Rahul Electronics AT ALL.... they are in the business of cheating people. I have now heard from more people that similar situations have happened with them as well.

        Samsung - TV — Services are worst, No one is there to receive my call in Customer care number -violent behaviour of dealer against complaint

        I brougt a Samsung TV on 12th April 2008 from "Thakur Electronics" located in Macharia, Naubasta- Kanpur.

        The TV is not functioning proper.We are trying to connect it with TV antina for DD1.It is not working.

        We called Samsung customer care on 14th April 2008, they given us a number to contact to nearest service station but no body is answering our call on that number.

        Finally, we went to the shopkeeper on 14th April 2008 only, to resolve the problem as he did'nt sent any one to give a demo for the functionality available with the product at the time of purchase and delivery and to do basic setup.At the time of purchase, he gave us a small demo that the TV is in working condition with his TATA sky connection.

        He was not ready to listen our problem and complaint, he told us to come again on 16th April 2008 then he will send someone to look into our problem.

        We were trying to convience him to do it as early as possible, but he slapped my younger brother (He is only 15 years old) without any reason.

        My complaint is primarily concern with the customer care responsiblity.

        Why there is no one available to answer my call?

        How the shopkeeper can slap a person without any reason?

        Is there any one else who is responsible for the technical assistance for Samsung TV, if yes please tell me to whom I can ask for a help.

        I have purchased Samsung Colour TV from Allied Electronic, H-140A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 110 095 (Phone No.[protected] &[protected] vide receipt no.6722 dt. 07.03.2010. Particulars given on TV are as given below :

        1) Name : Samsung Ultra Slim
        2) Model : C521Z57 SNK
        3) Type : CRT
        4) Screen size : 53cms.

        When I checked, I found the effective diagonal across effective screen (i.e. Inside Black Boundary) is less than 51cms, whereas marked is 53cms. When I approached dealer, he said he can’t help.

        Please look into the matter & take necessary action.

          My Samsung 46" LCD TV LA46A550P1RMXL is just one and a half years old. Few days back when I switched on my LCD, few vertical bands suddenly started appearing on the left half of the screen. I have logged a complaint in Samsung service Center with complaint # [protected]. A technician visited my place and mentioned that the LCD panel has become faulty and needs replacement. Further, I have given the estimate of INR 42,895 for the LCD panel repair. No one would incur such cost on a fix wherein in the market you can get the new product at approx the same price.

          Samsung claims the LCD panel life of more than 70,000 hours however the panel is not even lasting for even 2 years shows the poor product quality and a serious concern over Samsung quality control. I had been an admirer of Samsung LCD but such poor product quality is putting me down and holds my reservations for Samsung products.

          Company of such high repute and product lasting only for one and half years is totally not acceptable. I am totally unsatisfied and will never buy or recommend a Samsung product if Samsung don’t repair the product immediately at your their own cost.

          I am totally agree with you because the same problem has been done with me. My samsung's LCD 46"LA46A550 screen panal has been become faulty with in 3.5 years.

            My samsung F-679 handset (IMEI/RSN No. 12BF97C9) purchased on 17/04/09 got problem in jan 2010. Samsung service center (BM Services ) told me that it will take one week for repair and give me receipt of phone (work order no. WA80010139 Dated 19/01/2010). After some days they told me that it can't be repaired and company will refund you. Till date neither they have repaired it nor refund it.

            Please provide me refund and compensation for harassment.

              and just after one monthe i have faced a problem in my TV(some colour problem ) . And for that i complain to the Samsung customer care and Mr. vishal Samsung customer care officer of firozabad. Mr. vishal just send a employee to my home ,but just come and check my TV and promise me to come back after one week and solve the problem ,but he did not come Till know .
              When i again call Mr. Vishal then each time he comes with a new excuse.
              and he did not solve my problem yet.
              I Request you to solve my problem with claim, because i am very disturbed with this problem.
              I shall be highly obeliged to you.
              I Want to inform you that i have send a legal to samsung care and Mr. vishal to solve my problem with in 15 days, but yet know reply I am not able to understand that for a company like Samsung, why does it take so much time to get an approval(with options like approvals on mail, SMS etc.) after knowing the fact that the technical engineer has confirmed that the LCD TV needs to be replaced.
              Kindly HELP!!

                I purchased Samsung Pixon M8800 handset on 23 - Dec - 2009 with one year guarantee. after three months camera shutter stopped working. i gave it to the authorized service center ( Shop No. 35, Sec. 31, Gurgaon, Haryana) on 26 - May - 2010. Since then i have been calling them daily but they haven't repaired it still. I have also visited the center thrice but with no result. i have spoken to the call centers, the director of the haryana samsung service center ( Mr. Gaurav), manager of gurgaon service center, but they all maintain the same policy of post - poning the work. i have got fed up with the bad customer care service provided by samsung.

                  We bought a Samsung LCD TV from Ezone, Central Mall, Indore on 30th May'10 and post which have made 5 requests to ezone and Samsung botrh to install the Television, however havent recd. anyresponse and action from their end. Its been 17 days and none of the company bothers to even act upon the request made.

                  Its the secong bad experience that we had with Ezone Central Mall, Indore. Also, Samsung as a company is showing no responsibility towards the service that they are liable to provide.

                    Samsung is cheating consumers..their customer care is pathetic and useless and their service centers care least about the customer care and satisfaction. I am trying to find number of a single person from Samsung company with whom i could complain about the issue i am facing with my mobile just 1 month old getting repaired from last 15 days but of no use. When you call their customer care no. they just tell we have noted your complaint and someone will call you soon. In last 15 days i have called 10 times, but i have not received a single call till date..have written on email but just auto response ..now i am in a fix how to get my mobile repaired....

                    I purchased Samsung Corby PRO Mobile Model B5310 on 15 April 2010. Battery is not running for more than 7-8 hours in a day.

                    It’s more than 10 days when I gave my mobile for repair in Noida Service centre and still no update from them.

                    It's really a very bad experience and would never recommend to go for Samsung products.

                    yes you are absolute correct. i am also being cheated by purchasing samsung mobile.

                    samsung/B5310 phone — no response from service centre

                    i have launched a complaint to replace my headset for B5310 model phone . Samsung service center basheerbagh near sanbagh hotel,hyderabad didn't responded till date.
                    I am bought samsung corby pro mobile but here the probelm is whenever I sent a message will getting an error message as "unable to send your while sending" and once I swtiched off and on tan it's working for another 3 or 4 message..After again am getting a same proble..It's worst product and their services also not good...
                    When I am trying to send any message, it wont allow me to msg and throws an erroro " sunable to send a message while sending" and after restarting the phone it can work for only 3-4 msgs .. anyone please help me if you wannna know the solution for it .. .it was not happening earlier.. actually when i am restarting the phone it also sends auto generated message to two reigstered numbers for imei number so that also costs me huge for auto sending messages.. roughly 5-10 times i am restarting the phone and around 20 messages i have to waste every time ... [pls help me out to solve this problem..

                      I would like to bring your kind attention toward the bad services provided by samsung service centre, jabalpur.
                      On 24 may i have submitted my samsung set M200 for solving the problem of auto on off. on that day they have estimated the amount of Rs.275.00. But till today i.e on 16.06.2010, the problem of my mobile hasent been solved & now they are demanding Rs.1753.00 with no warranty.
                      many of the consumer are suffering from the sme problem.So , please take some strict action against ALFA ENTERPRISES, JAIN TOWERS, JABALPUR

                        Dear Sir/ Madem,

                        I have purched above CDMA model with MEID A[protected]D510.

                        Now this device is automatically get power offs in ideal condition (ie when not in use eg not calling/not playing the games etc) and this power off time is not fixed. Also when this I have press the power buton to swith on the mobile then the mobile can't Switch on, But when i have removed the battery and reinsert battery and press power button to on mobile then its power ON. I have lready done the 'Master Reset' command on the device present under setting-reset but no improvement found problem is as it is.

                        A SMS from TA-Samsung in which quiry number given is BP No. [protected]
                        but after than no reply from Samsung/dealer.

                        This problem is more frequent.

                        Dear Sir/ Madem,

                        I have purched above CDMA model with MEID A000001E7A5C83.

                        Now this device is automatically get power offs in ideal condition (ie when not in use eg not calling/not playing the games etc) and this power off time is not fixed. Also when this I have press the power buton to swith on the mobile then the mobile can't Switch on, But when i have removed the battery and reinsert battery and press power button to on mobile then its power ON. I have lready done the 'Master Reset' command on the device present under setting-reset but no improvement found problem is as it is.

                        This problem is more frequent.

                        What should I do?
                        automatic switch off
                        automatic call reject
                        I have samsung CDMA SCH-219 since form 27 jan 2010,

                        Mobile have certain problems
                        - Automatic switch off, after third month

                        - in seventh month battery got completely exhausted, i.e life of battery is up to six month, samsung are refusing to replace it, because warranty of battery remain up to six month.

                        This is major fault in this series

                        its battery was exhausted with in eight months. when i was enquired in samsung service dealer its warranty is only 6 months. I would like to purchase a new battery but cost is Rs.562/- which is very highest among all leading mobiles batteries like nokia, LG etc. and moreover the samsung service dealer is not giving any warranty which is meaning less whereas other companies giving warranty on a new original battery have less price.
                        My Samsung SCH F219 is having another problem.., My cell is not only getting switched off automaticaly but its getting switched on also. This condition occurs whenever I try to play the FM Radio in my cell.
                        Not only this, sometimes the options that are available in the various menus are not responding as expected. These options start to work only after a manual restart is applied after which the desktop wallpaper also gets automatically reset to the default one.

                        Kindly suggest me how to get rid of these problems.

                            We hv purchased an "AIRCONDITIONER SUMSUNG AS24UAXTL" from ANMOL ELECTRONICS situated at 1/1 B.T. Road, Dunlop Bridge, Kolkata-700 056 in favour of SIGMA SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. on dated 30.12.09 vide Invoice No. ANM/06316/09-10. But after few months it is giving us very my trouble & its compressure not working properly. Every time we hv made a call to serivice center but no body bothered to visit the call.

                              Samsung Microwave oven — Repeated request to customer care but no service

                              Complaint No [protected] dated 15 July 2008 at 1020 AM
                              Inspite of repeated requests no service is provided for the last two days. It was confirmed by the service centre that Engineer will arrive between 4 and 8 PM on 15th July, same was repeated on 16 july even today they have promised ;let us see their so called service which is required for a spoiled spare part already replaced few months back.
                              Sub: Irresponsible Customer Care

                              I had purchased a Samsung Micro Wave Oven on[protected] from your distributor
                              M/s Radionics Home Appliances, Kalpetta, Kerala, India. The model No. is Samsung Micro Wave Oven QW 71x.

                              From the date of purchase we had used this oven only for heating food and water. It was not at all used for its other capabilities like grilling, making of cakes etc. Some days back the inside coating had started to come off. I had complained this to your distributor and your representative had come to my house. He had taken photographs of the same and conveyed to us that he shall send this peculiar fault to his higher ups.

                              After some days I got an SMS from [protected] saying that my Complaint had been registered with BP No. [protected].

                              On[protected] at 9.55 PM IST your representative had called me. He conveyed to that since the guarantee period is over to fix the problem I had to pay nearly INR 2, 000/-. I had conveyed to him that cost of fixing the fault is not my concern. I don’t mind spending to fix the problem but whether the same fault will appear in future. I specifically had asked him to fix the problem but I want in writing from Samsung as to how and why this problem had occurred ?

                              Today ie.[protected] at 11.550 AM IST I got an SMS from [protected] stating that my call had been cancelled as Repair cost had not been approved by me. How ridiculous and irresponsible !!!

                              Pls. bear in mind that I am writing this letter NOT TO GET COMPENSATION or TO GET ANY FAVOURS FROM SAMSUNG. But I want to know how & why this had happened that too from an Internationally renowned Company like Samsung.

                              Hope you will look into the matter as this is a question of your QUALITY CONTROL and CUSTOMER SATISFATION.

                              Samsung — microwave oven not working

                              my oven not working.on 20/09/2008, i have given complaint at samsung custmer care.they asked me, that hand over the oven for repair.i have handed over my oven on 22/09/08.after 20 days[11/10/2008]they have repaired my oven, and given back to me.today[21/10/2008]again my oven not working.please take necessary action.

                              I had purchased aSamsung Microwave Oven with Grill in 2005. Very satisfied till it was working. Suddenly on 25.09.2008 it stopped working. I complained to the toll free number. After about 10 days after innumerable number of calls some service man visited and said he will order for some part. That is the end of it. No body has then turned up till now after more than 20 days. The worst service I have ever seen.

                              Samsung/Microwave Oven — Not delivering the promised gift

                              I have bought one Convection Microwave Oven from CANVAS 2009, 22-Sep 2009, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and was promised by the SAMSUNG representative at the fair that by booking order of Microwave Oven will fetch you with a BOROSIL Dinner Set. After buying the Microwave Oven they said that the gift will be delivered after five to ten days from SAMSUNG PLAZA, M/S ELECTROCRAFT.Bistupur, Jamshedpur But on 04.10.2009 the gift was delivered as a SAMSUNG Microwave Dinner Set. Problem is not that what is delivered, problem is what was promised and not fulfilled. It can be called as a marketing strategy for SAMSUNG but for customer it is a nightmare. It is breaking the faith with SAMSUNG.

                              I have purchased Samsung micro woven model no.G2739N-S Samsung authorized dealer. When they are installing in my house, the panel digital board has gone, and they replaced after 3 weeks. Again after 6 months, the same panel digital board is not working, I have given given complaint to my nearest authorized
                              Samsung service center M/s Sai Innovative Electronics, Aspen Towers, Resavanipalem, Vizag-530 013. They replaced the digital board charging service Rs.220/- vide bill no.8020 dated 16.6.2009. Again after two months, the same problem, they replaced for Rs.550/-(giving assurance for one year guarantee). Now My micro woven is not working.

                              Samsung/Microwave Oven — very very bad working

                              I have purchased Samsung micro woven Model No.G2739 N at Innovative Electronics, Aspen Towers, resavanipalem, Visakhapatnam-530 013.

                              When installing the woven, the digital panel board given complaint, and they are replaced the same after 3 weeks. Again after 3 months,in the month of June, the woven stopped with same problem, and again I given complaint and they rectified after charing Rs.220/-. Again after 4 months with same problem the woven stopped and I haven given complaint and rectified after charging Rs.585/- and assuring for one year guarantee. Now the woven is not in working condition.

                              I purchased a samsung microwave oven from M/s Sachdeva Sales,Bistupur,Tatanagar on 06-11-09.I was told by the dealer that the sales person from Samsung company will come with in a week or 10 days to my house & will install & demonstrate the product.But till today nobody from your company bothered about this.When asked about the same they reply that since election is going on in Jharkhand so the sales person can not come.And some times they tell that the sales person can not come to joda only for one product.He will come only when 3 or 4 products are bought in joda.This is really disgusting.If this is the guidelines of the Samsung company to the dealers or its salesman then the dealer must also be instructed to tell the truth at the time of selling your product that the sales person can not come to install or demonstrate unless there are sufficient no. of products sold in that particular area.Such instances brings down the impression of such a international company like SAMSUNG.
                              I have also purchased double door refrigerator of Samsung recently.But this incidence has forced me to think twice before purchasing any other product of Samsung companyin future.

                                My samsung mobile phone was not getting charged so I had deposited my mobile in the samsung service center for repairing. they told me they will have to replace the motherboard, so I deposited it there on 24th May, 2010 at 'Tele Care, Samsung Authorised Service Center, Civel Lines Allahabad' and the concerned person was some Mr. Harpreet. My complaint ID was WA[protected]. They kept my mobile for 22 days and then said that please go to Okhala New Delhi and get the motherboard changed.                                   Dear Sir/Madam
                                  I purchased a Split A/C (Samsung 1) from Ms Ruba Electronics in Pondicherry on 10th March 2007. The shop sent some people to fix up the indoor and outdoor unit promptly. However within the next few months itself the unit started malfunctioning and on 30th of March 2008 the compressor Capacitor was replaced and gas filled in the outer unit. Almost every month without fail I was forced to complain about the malfunctioning of the unit. Now, the AC has started to drip all night into the room—the cooling has decreased considerably. Only the name and reputation of Samsung made me buy this AC (I have another window AC that has been working without fail for the last ten years—I had purchased it while at Delhi).
                                  Now, the Engineer who came to examine the unit has asked for a replacement of the internal coil—the company has kept me waiting for over two weeks now saying that the Coil has to be shipped from Chennai barely 130kms away! I am completely at a loss to understand the after sales service of such a reputed company like Samsung. Perhaps individuals like me are not so important for you! Do kindly advice me as to what I should expect from you. Let me hear from you before I decide to take the next natural step of any unhappy customer.

                                    I SUBMITTED MY L700/ 3G SAMSUNG MOBILE HANDSET FOR THE REPAIR.
                                    SIR I PUT OFF THE MOBILE FOR THE CHARGING ,AFTER SOME TIME IT WOULD NOT TURN ON .
                                    I WENT TO THE CYBERNETICS WHICH IS THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER ON THE INTERNET . THEY ASK TO LEAVE THE MOBILE FOR A DAY,IN THE EVENING ,HE TOLD ME THE PVR IS BURNT , THIS PART WILL COME FROM THE INDORE VIA COURIER IN TWO DAYS OK, BUT THEN TILL DATE I AM WAITING...

                                    This is with regards to my mobile handset Samsung Corby SCH-F339, CDMA. Two unsupported files named Dev Icon get created on its own. Can you let me know the reason for the same & the precaution for the same? Also, please let me know if it is a virus.
                                    Same Problem but don't worry it's not a virus. These files only created when we connect to PC. Just check it
