Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased Samsung BCH 519 Guru Mobile Handset from Mobile Store Chembur(Mumbai) on 20th Feb10.After 1 week my voice was not properly audible by other party and also breaking.I visited to Vashi Samsung service center.Their Engineer said there MIC problem we don't have MIC once come we will change.Next i visited to Narul Samsung service center they change my MIC.After 10 days again i am facing same problem.Again i went Narul Engineer told i think Software issue i will change your Software.After changing Software it was working fine up to around 2 Months and my Battery was discharging very frequently and Head Phone was also not working properly.Again i went to Narul he said might be Software issue.Again changed my Software and replaced Head Phone.After 1 week i am facing same problem and a new problem Recent calls are not saved in my Mobile.Then i went to Andheri West their Engineer said MIC problem but we don't have MIC it will come on next week.Then i went to Andheri East he changed my MIC but after 3 days i am still facing same problem.So i am requesting you please either change my Handset or return my Money.

Samsung Mobile — Voice defect

my new samsung dual sim mobile GT-B7722 in which all type of blueooth headset device when used and voice to my receivers is very low and service centre in nagrcoil not rectified my problem,unless trying to convince me with same problem,i need solution on these problem

i purchased samsung mobile 3410 corby on 27 march 2010 it was working pefectly till 26 feb 2011 then its charging point if got some problem charging point gets loosen so i cant charge phone anymore and on 1st of march i gave phone to samsung service station moti nagar new delhi to fix the problem thy took 14 days to fix the charging point problem they said v have to change the mother board i said ok do it they change the mother board i took phone and come to home then what i see that it got network problem i again went to same service station and tell them they again said v have to change another mother board they took 4 day to fix the problem then again i check the phone now its keypad is not working again they r saying v have to change mother board WHAT THE HELL IS THIS please do something other im going to samsung vice president india then he ll take care

    Purchase Samsung corby CDMA set wide Invoice No 12009/10 Dt 21st Feb 10 from Drive India Enterprises Solution Ltd. logged first complain on 22nd April for not supporting to Network and Blue tooth they rectified and return to me, but the problem partly shorted out, again visited the same Samsung service centre which is in Ambhedkar Road there they told us that your mother board having fault so you register the complain as soon as we receive the mother board we will change, after 15 days we called them they inform the mother board not yet received contact us after 10 day, when we contact after 10 days they given the same reply, than we contact customer care of Samsung they register our complain wide reff. no [protected] they had a talk with their service centre and inform to me that they will provide me substitute set against my faulty set and with 4 to 5 days they will return my set after repairing after making 4 to 5 calls, my set not rectified neither they arrange substitute set for me. Then again I approach to customer care they given the mobile no of Mr Sandeep Chowdhary Manager service he promise me that the set will be rectified with in a or two but it didn’t, I call him on regular basis but he didn’t picked up his phone after so many calls once he picked my phone and inform that the mother board is coming from south and we are receiving the same within one or two days as soon as it is receive in our end I will inform you he never call me neither he received my calls. It takes almost one month. When again I call to customer care they told we that we are referring your case to our head office and within 3 to 4 working day you receive call from them, but I didn’t when I again get in touch with them they said we are sorry we cannot do anything you write to [protected]@samasung.com since 23rd July I send 5 reminders every time they promise that my concern person will get in touch with you but till date no body call me. My warranty period will be expire on 20th of August 2010 than who will be responsible.
    Please help me out I am fed up with this company. Your kind attention is require in this matter.

    Very poor service,i go to the samsung service to upgrade my phone but they say they know anything about upgradation.Then where i go for upgrade my phone.Samsung service is hopless.

      We are the regular user of Samsung Air-Conditioner, and there were 80 nos of Air-conditioner having in our plant.
      yesterday we are very much shocked after purchasing the fan blade of air-conditioner.

      we purchased the fan blade of air-conditioner from samsung service station at Raipur (C.G.), the actual cost of fan blade is Rs.-302.00 but they charged Rs.- 787.00, after asking about the heavy charges they reply us that without labour charge they didnot sell the spares.while we are not using their labours.

      so, our request you to please do the needful.

        Hi guys pls help me out...i cant browse internet using wifi... i have bsnl 512kbps broadband connection with wifi... my mobile is getting wifi connection and also getting connected to my broadband... but after i open the internet it says "service unavailable retry with UTStarcom".then i press yes to retry it says "DNS failed" pls somebody help me out.... i was so disappointed... where can i find the power saving option in samsung B5310 corby PRO....? coz ihave dns error too

            I had purchased a Samsung Guru 2120 mobile set on 24.04.2010. (Saturday) from Maya Electronics (Agarpara, Kolkata) for Rs. 2180. I used a Vodafone connection in the set and also a 1GB micro SD card in its 2GB expandable slot. The set had signs of problems from the beginning. Frequently the set got hanged and I had to restart it by removing its battery often while using Bluetooth, the set just automatically got restarted. But I did not take all these things seriously thinking it will be okay in few days as Samsung is a very renowned company.
            But from 08.07.2010. (Thursday), the set created more problems because of which I was bound to remove the 1GB micro SD card. And on 11.07.2010. (Sunday), the set just switched off and on and so on… I have deposited the set at our nearest Samsung Service Centre (S.M. Service : address- 134/R/1, Netaji Colony, B.T. Road, Beside Baranagar Police Station, Kolkata- 700090) on 12.07.2010 and they said that they would keep the set with them for 20 days to get it repaired. Also to inform you that there were hundreds of Samsung mobiles, many of my model in the service center.l
            After 20 days, when I went to the same service center, they said that they had nothing to do, it would take 7 days more for my mobile set to reach me. After 7 days when I called them in their store’s mobile which I got rom Samsung Customer Care, they said that they had nothing in their hand regarding this matter and they cannot tell how much time it would take for me to receive my mobile. I have the original bill statement and the receipt given to me by the S.M. Service Center.
            Sir, I am a college student and I had collected my pocket money to buy my 1st mobile, but the inconvenience which I have got from Samsung Company is just unimaginable.
            I am wondering how such a renowned international company like Samsung can distribute such sets which I am bound to call useless. I am very much upset with the service which Samsung mobiles have provided. And after all these harassments I am bound to say that it was a lesson for me and I would never purchase a Samsung mobile ever in my life.
            Sir, I have completely lost my faith on Samsung Mobiles and I beg to you to please contact with Samsung Headquarters and arrange for my money with which I had purchased my mobile phone.
            I will be really obliged if you help me in this matter and take stern action against Samsung Company.

                i bought a samsung mobile from the shop after a few days .the board of the mobile currupt automatically .i gave the mobile to sansung care centre at khanna .he didnt give me answer .when i called in the center they cut the phone .they are talking very roughly.i m very worried about this samsung set.so plz dont avoid my msg thn i will take action..

                  this is mukul thakur here, i brought a handset GT-B7320 (omnia pro) and got some problem after six month
                  in his charging port . As it is in warranty i submitted my phone in samsung care (mobile clinic, 252 ranjit park, shingar cinema ludhiana). Today is almost 15 days and i havn't get my phone back.if i asked to Miss hardeep kaur (owner of mobile clinic) she said sir company doing delay gave me 30308282 number
                  and if i called up dis number they said its not a technical problem n they gave me hardeep kaur's number ,
                  see sir i am juss getting fad up of all this, next time i go for china phone but won'nt go for samsumg , is this your customer service i have to do 100 call daily to Miss hardeep kaur ,your ASM Mr. arvind n call center .
                  i have'nt recived a single call from mobile clinic and not from call center.Even your ASM Mr arvind is not picking call from last 10 days and now Miss hardeep kaur is also not picking my call. Now what should i do.

                    Complaint for poor quality of New Microwave Oven.

                    I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven, model no. CE1031LFB/XTL on 03/04/2009 from M/S. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.; Address: Mumbai W/H, FCI, C/O. Kusum Enterprises, Shed No. Rajendra Nagar, Datta Pada Road, Borivali (E). Mumbai-400066.India.

                    Since last 15 days i was facing problem while switching ON the microwave. It used to give a long beap and -SE- used to diaplay on the panel. When an enggineer visited us on[protected]; after diagnosis he replaced the front panel, saying that due to moisture the panel is non operational. After repalcing the panel it worked for sometime and before he was to leave it again started giving the same problem, Then he said that even the motherboard is to be repalced. After discussion, finally he placed the original panel & board back and it worked. He said that now whenever the same problem arises the panel & motherboard needs to be replaced. My question is why such a approach to resolve issues. There was no concrete diagnosis. Is replacing all the parts is the best method by an enggineer to resolve issues. Are there no proper logical methods to approach such problems. An easy way, to replace spares is adopted but it should be remembered that if a working part is replaced in this method, a cost is involved to the user. I request to kindly make a note of it.

                    Also, most important when the enggineer opened up the microwave to my suprise the steel plate inside the cover was badly rusted. Just over a years time does a Samsung product starts rusting ? When i bought this product i was told that its a latest model and will easily last for a decade. I request to kindly replace the plate immediately.

                    Hoping for a sincere support from Samsung team as i have all the products from TV (3 nos.), Fridge, Washing Machine, AC, of Samsung. I used to believe the brand Samsung. Hope you will not dissapoint your esteem customer.

                    Electric cooker from Ezone — substandard product

                    I have brought electric cooker from e zone chinchwad outlet two months back. it works for two days & then it stop working took back to e zone they checked it & replcae the cord, it works for a day & once again stop working. I donot have that much time to go to them & get the cord every time.
                    they cheat me & I am sure ther are plainty of like me who have been cheated by such jaint corporation.

                    i would prefer this complaint to read by most & stop getting cheated a like me at least. whatever we earn is hard money that should not get drained & collected by such corporations in India.
                    I am having the same problem, I bought the microwave oven in sept 09, in a years time I have the same problem as mentioned above - SE - appears on the panel with a beap. My last microwave a molineaux last 20 years and here I have the latest in samsung which has hardly lasted a year

                    I am facing same prob like u since June -2010. Neither dealer nor the manufacturer, i.e. Samsung taking any care. they are seems to be worthless & sub standard.                     Samsung make OVEN — Spare of control panel

                    Control panel went out of order. Service man attended and said control panel needs to be changed. Thereafter, service man telephoned that control panel is out of market.I do not belive it. Samsung is a world famous company, spare part of oven bought 3 years back just can not be out of market or Kolkata.

                    I bought samsung microwave oven CE1031LFB on 4.1.2009 att chennai and it was working well till today. This evening suddenly it showed the sign SE with long beep sound. I wish the Samsung company should answer the complaint and come forward to find an easy solution.

                    I have the same problem, same model. earlier I used a Sanyo microwave which was working for more than 17 years faultless, then my daughter gifted this model to me & within the period of 3 years the same thing as others have experienced. now the serviceman has taken the touch pad [control panel] to repair it will cost me Rs.1600.00 new panel he said cost 3000.00 I can buy a new one with little extra cost.
                    this is how these modern gadget work.
                    since yesterday similar problem is faced by me . to avoid such trouble why coy is not suggesting some precaution to be taken by us if so ?
                    I am also having the same problem.. just after warranty, it was not working. the service engineer said the PCB has gone so need to replace. If this is the known problem with this model, why SAMSUNG is not taking any action. It seems after sale there is no customer support from Samsung
                    I am also having same problem. The Samsung service mechanic told that panel board is to be replaced, where as the said panel board is not available with company. This is really absurd. The company is cheating consumers indirectly.

                    This model is definitely a poor product. I too purchased
                    this in 2009 and till date I had to replace the magnetron and PCB of control panel. Now again it started giving problems. Microwave option is not all working along with timer options. I am afraid to call customercare because the service engineer is definitely going to say that PCB needs replacement which is a costly affair. Last time I paid Rs.2564/- for PCB change. My opinion is that the sensor pad is gone now and I don't know how much it is going to cost.

                      These is my third reminder to "samsung customer care" they don't reply me even not giving any answer through mail.

                      Still my problem not resolved yesterday your service center people told me that please come tomorrow dated 10/08/2010 and collect your phone your problem is resolved but today morning 10/08/10 i went to your service center they replied me that still your phone is not repaired and come on thursday 12/08/10. So how rubbish you are giving service to the customer. Please reply or do something to resolve my problem.

                      I have samsung s5600 model phone. I got problem regarding mike on 27th july 2010. I went to the samsung service center at super computer service, 1st floor "sankalp" anand.                           I have been told that a majic box would be sent along with LCD TV wherein a Gift voucher for Rs. 3 lacs from M/s Surat Diamond. My Unique number to claim the special offer is given as 15902111A[protected]. When I tried to log in, I am unable to do so. Please help me. Is it a fraud perpetrated?

                          Samsung — Not received the TV

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have given my TV for repairing. It was been 15 days by now.Still I didnt get my TV.
                          Complaint number is : [protected]
                          After 10 days giving to service centre, I have received a call on Thursday(10th june) that my television got repaired and they are going to deliver to me on Friday(11th June). Up to now I have called to Customer care atleast 5 times a day. Today is 16th June.What they are doing with my TV up to 6 days after getting repaired. I didnt get even any status update.This is very annoying and very frustrating..
                          I am experiencing first time like this type of service centre.

                            Beware of Samsung LCDs

                            Just a few months back I bought my first Samsung product : LCD:LA22B480 from ARVEE Sales Agencies on 20th March 2010, Invoice # K1739 for INR 16200.

                            LCD started behaving erratically on 28th July 2010 (in less than 6 months). Engineer visited, did some replacement but no use. Till today I am being told that Samsung India is not having spares in stock.

                            My humble request to you; please help me understand:
                            1.Are Samsung technicians ill-trained to diagnose the problem well at the first instance?
                            2.Are Samsung service centres so ill-equipped that they don't hold spares even for latest models?
                            3.Are Samsung contact centre not adequately empowered to even tell customers when things will be fixed.
                            4.This product is under warranty and in this period Samsung is telling me, spares are not available. I am wondering what would happen post warranty.
                            5.I was told that LCD stopped working as I have a cooler in your room. Are your products not made for Indian climatic conditions?

                            I did try your service centre #[protected] Mr. B. R. Rizvi, but let me assure you, people out there are too busy for customer care, no one picked the phone.

                              I buy a new Samsung mobile set (Model Number 1085T FM set ) on 09.07.10 from a local counter named Badsah Communication. The set dead within 10 days of buying and when I visit to the retailer they don’t entertained me but to guide service centre. I called Samsung Customer centre on 20.07.10 and they called back me and guided me to visit my nearest Samsung service centre named SM Communication beside the BARANAGAR P.S. at KOLKATA . I visit there on 21.07.10 and dropped the set. The person on the counter ensure me that within 10 days I will get a new set as the problem of the set is in the circuit board so Samsung Company will replace it. But still the date they did not change the set or the board ..20 days over service centre still extended the time whenever I visit to them.
                              This is a request to the concern authority please look into this matter and treat it as a serious and urgent problem for Samsung's goodwill gesture.

                                I purchased Samsung Corby Txt in Mar'10. Recently this phone has stopped registering the calls in the call log. This is posing a lot of difficulties as I am not being able to revert to missed calls or retrieve numbers that are not saved in my phone book.
                                In this context, I wish to know if there is any software issue that can be solved online or I should visit your service centre. It would be easier for me to get it resolved online as difficult to take out time on weekdays.

                                Samsung — Missed calls sometimes not shown

                                Dear Sirs,

                                I need your kind help for my complaint which I can't find any one to listen in my country (Egypt).

                                I bought the mobile which you call f609 from Egypt on 25th August 2008 under the name of (SGH-E490).

                                After I started to use I found that the missed calls are not shown on the screen. I went to the shope which is called (Mobile Shop and address is Zamalek-El Mansour Mohamed street), and complained. They replied that there was no problem in the mobile and only problem came from that the battery was not good and would replace it. I asked to give me a report about that result to carry for any more trouble in the future but they are refusing to do.

                                All what I need now and after they have been keeping my mobile now for more than 10 days is to get my right in having a full report about the case and the complaints which I did but they don't want.

                                I wonder why they don't want to inform you about the technical problem in my mobile and which I had asked them to do. I know that in case of any technical problem or manufacturing defect I have even the right to replace by a new one.

                                I bought a mobile and sent to the shop within 2 days with a problem, do I have the right to change it as I can't accept a reparing for a new mobile which I didn't even use for 2 days?

                                Samsung — missed calls

                                Sir,
                                With due respect I have the honour to say that my airtel number when switched off could not get the missed calls. A message from named "Missed You" appears on screen and when I follow instructions to activate my future missed calls i.e. *139*2# then my browsers screen appears with meaasge "UNKNOWN APPLICATION". You are requested to kindly rectify the same. I am ready to pay Rs. 15.00 per month for availing this scheme.

                                my mobile phone's charging plug is not working properly.when i went to the service centre they told it is nt possible to repair at any service centre.i[censored] replace the mother board(pba) it will function properly and wil charge u around 4500 but my phone is in warranty period so why m i suppose to pay the charge.
                                i also have a written letter by the manager of the service centre as a proof.

                                I Snehalkumar Vyas, had purchased samsung B3210 mobile phone, IMEI----[protected] on dt- 25/6/10 from rediphone. the handset stopped working suddenly. according to your service centre- 5, samipya complex, opp. welcome flat, urmi dinesh mill rd, nr bansal super market, vadodara we submitted the mobile to them for repair on dt- 11/8/10 work order no. 0022. we were informed by person named vijay that the handset has software problem and will be repaired within 2 days and we would be informed by the service centre for the collection of handset on my mobile no. till today i haven't been given any response. i suspect that there is some major fault so please give me a new handset or refund me he full amount that i have paid for the handset. i am highly agreived by this as it wasn't expected form a highly reputed company like yours. take actions immediately.

                                Samsung corby TXT — Cheated by the company with faulty handset

                                I purchase a samsung corby mobile from your mobile store in Shalimar Bagh Delhi. on 6th

                                March 2010 vide invoice no. DE 5404, and this mobile went out of order and was given at your Samsung Service centre ADITYA INFOCOM PVT LTD Ashok Vihar Delhi on 18.7.2010 vide work order no 2921.
                                The mobile has been given to me today i.e 04.09.2010
                                But this set has been given to me without rectifying the full defect, since key pad of the set is not working.It seem that the company wants to finish the warrenty period just keeping the phone ideal at their service centres

                                Since I do work in the stock market and i am loosing a huge amount of my earning due to non avilability of my mobile. I want my money back or change of the set immediatly.
                                My call log is not being saved in my samsung corby txt B3210, if any on knows please replay this post as soon as possible

                                I was also facing same problem i.e. Call log is empty.
                                But I am able to resolve it.

                                Steps are
                                1. Remove your SIM from Mobile.
                                2. Insert another SIM in mobile.
                                3. Switch On Mobile
                                4. Try to call someone, You will found call log is working.
                                5. Swithc off and Remove that SIm
                                6. Insert your SIm and Switch On

                                Log Log will work

                                    I purchased a Samsung D780 mobile phone from M/s Banik Electrovision, Agartala Tripura on 08 April 2010.The handset was working properly till I discovered that the memory card was not been displayed. I went to the shop from where I purchased the item and told them about the problem. They suggested me to lodge a complaint with the authorised service centre of the company. So I went to M/s S.B. Electronics samsung mobile service, Agartala on 24 June 2010 and deposited the handset against work order No SBE 3168 dt 24 June 2010. Initially it was told by the sevice centre personel that they will examine the fault and will call me back within a couple of days.But no response/call came from the them for the next four days. So I rang them up again to know the position of the case. Then they said that they had not opened the set yet but will do the same and would inform me in next two days. Again no response came from their side in next four days and so I called to the centre to know when they will rectify the defect and return me the handset. Then they told me that there was some problem with the memory card circuit. They had informed the company about the problem and company will send a replacement circuit which would be arriving in a week. They would then replace the circuit and inform me. But they did not contacted me for the next fifteen days or so. I therefore went back again to the service centre and enquired about the mobile set. They then, to my surprise, told that liquid logged in the set and so can't be replaced by the company and has to be repaired at my own cost which comes at around Rs 5000.00. When I told them that I was previously told that the memory circuit was defective and replacement is coming from the company, they shocked me saying that their previous comment was based on their experiance and anticipation and they actually did not open the handset.
                                    I therefore request you to kindly investigate the matter as comments of the service centre personnel are very impractical and unrealistic. It is worth noting that the handset is still lying with the service centre and I am facing difficulty in my day to day life in absence the same.
                                    An early and positive response is eagerly awaited. My mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com
                                    The complaint should have been addressed to by the company. I do not know the regulatory authority managing this. They should get involved and get the case of Bikash Ghosh sorted out. Otherwise there is no meaning of lodging on line complaints

                                      I have purchased a Samsung mobile (GT-E2120) on 15/June/2010 whose IMEI No. is [protected]. While using the mobile I fell some kind of problem within 1week of the purchase. So I have given that mobile in the samsung service center on 22/June/2010 for repairing. The address of the service center is KARUNA SERVICES MANAGEMENT PVT LTD,11 GOVT PLACE EAST CALCUTTA,PH NO.->[protected]. They told me that there is some software problem and they will format the mobile. They told I would get it on 30/6/10. But on 30th June they told that the problem was of the board & it will take 7 to 10 days to replace the board. No stand by phone was provided so as to ease my discomfort as today also my number is not in service due to this.

                                      After one week when I visited to collect the same they again told us to wait for 1 week as part is not available & the same words & excuses continued for 1month.

                                      But on 22nd July they told that they claimed the company to replace my mobile & I have to wait till the company give the approval for the replacing. Till now(7th July) I am waiting.

                                        with dew regard i want to say that i have purchased samsung corby GT-S3653 on 18th jan. Just ofter 15 days i got dasplay problem and i sent it to the service center (laxmi nagar near v3s mall). The problem was solved but the IMEI no. was changed and this IMEI no. was changed by them only now agian there is problem of screen touch and they are not ready to take the phone as my phone is still in warranty, they are saying that phone's IMEI no([protected]) is not matching with the IMEI no.([protected]) of bill.
                                        i hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
