[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

I bought the samsung Spilit A/c on 24/08/2006 from Neha Electronic (P) Ltd. Sho No. B-&, DDA Shopping Complex Mayur Vihar Phase-1. Due to contruction at my house i got it installed after 2 months of purchase i.e 22/10/2006. Due to winter season it was not being used till March 2007. In april-2007 when i first time switch on the AC it was not able to cool the room.
i raised compalint to customer care after many reminder technician turned up & took the front part to company for repairing. After few days same problems occurs & technician reported the problem is of Indoor Gas Lekage. In all whole summer 5 types technician visited & not able to rectify the problem. This proof how unefficiant technician are there in the Samsung Company, there was just been recruited to make a fool of customers.

Last week when i again turned on the AC same problem occurs now the warranty of my Split AC has also ended

Nutshell i haven't used the AC more than 20 hours. It means the piece i purchased was the defeated one. which i want to be replaced at any cost else my last resort will be the Consumer Grievances Readdressal forum if you fail to help me out atleat now. `

I have purchased a samsung 1.5 ton Window type AC Model No, AWT 18 ZKA from M/s, Bharat Electronics, Tourist complex, Ranchi-834002 on 25th April 2008. In that particular AC machine swing is not working since installation. After several Request over phone and even after personal visit to that particular delear no body has turn up to rectify that problem.If this is the post sale service then I will request every body not to procure samaung product. More over, will I place the matter with local press ?
I purchased one refrigerator model no.RT31ZVPS for Rs.17.6K from Adishwar, outer ring road in Bangalore. The very first day the referigerator started making some noice whenever it was opened. I aked the dealer to look into the same but the concerned person Mr.Harish didn't pay any attention then I called up Samsung service center number[protected] and registered the compliant. Twice their engineer has come and has not been able to rectify the problem and the people in their service team are not at all responding to the calls made. Very pathetic service from such a big conglomerate.
I had purchased a Samsung 1.5 ton window AC on 21st Dec 2006. The AC was working fine for 8 months and the there was a power problem. I had called up the customer care and they immediately sent a service engineer and the A/C was up and running with in 10 days. I was very happy and felt that Samsung really cares for their customers. But I was wrong. I now have another power problem with the A/C where the Display screen flickers and my A/C does not come-up. This problem happened on Apr 22nd. I called up Samsung customer care and they sent a person without booking an appointment with me. Unfortunatley I was not at home. Since then I had called them more that 10 times and they have never sent me a service engineer. When I get frustrated over the phone the guys over there just cut the call. I now feel that the 18, 000 odd bucks that I spent on the A/C has gone waste and I have a thought creeping in my mind that my A/C will never ever be fixed. The Samung Customer care guys are totally irresponsible and they don't care about the customers feelings. I just want to escalate this to the senior management of Samsung India. But I'm unable to find any number. Can sombody help me?
Better Samsung India Shutdown thrie oprtaions in India and gpo else where...i have never encountered such a pthetic service...My Laundry fellow is beter organized.

its not working at the time of first checking, i give this moniter for service(padma customer care), but still 26/05/2008 i havent get the moniter, its toooo poor service, what they are thinking, samsung customers are ?

Being a member of Samsung family i have faced such a problem that is not digestable...
I have applied for a CTV with approval number[protected] on date 16.04.2008 I have given the draft for the same as per price list...
But the product has still not reached to the address that i have provided while applying for the product.
Once i enquried the things i find that the ware house has send it to some other address which is very far away from the address that i have provided.
Once i asked the about how much time it will take to reach the correct addess i got the reply in another one month.. today is 30th May 2008, that mean i will get the product in 2.5 months from the date of approval.
Is this the kind of service that is given by the samsung to its employee, i donot know what will be the condition of the normal people...

Hope my problem will be resolved at the earliest...

Samsung — Poor and Problematic performance of Mobile Model Number – M600.

The Problem is One Way speech at my end i.e. I cannot hear and the caller at the other end is able to hear my speech. Once my mobile is restarted it is good for the next 2 or 3 calls and again this problem comes back.

I am using Samsung Microwave Oven for last 6 years and purchased it from Electroage Sector-35 Chandigarh, India. the door of the microwave C100F broke last month and i registered the complaint to customer care on 26/5/2008 and the complaint was registered. we recieved a call from the local service center and were asked to bring the door to the sevrvice center in panchkula and after calling them so many times they told that the door is out of stock and will be delivered within a week. but later on they told that the door will not be replaced. on asking the solution to the problem they have no answer but just asked to wait for their call and so far no reply has been recieved. i have complainted the same to the customer care center. Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care and the service center. the person namely Ramananuj the local service center head is always busy and not looking to our problem. now i think if no action is taken then i have to move to the consumer court.

Even I have faced the same problem. I had purchased a new Samsung 1.5 ton split AC. I bought it Last Month Its almost more than a month ran away but still the AC is not working. I have also booked a call BP NO:[protected] still nothing seems to be turning up. I really suggest ppl nt to buy samsung A/Cs. When service is nt happening it also tells that the product is also a worthless. I think its better to book a case in the consumer court as a next step.
I purchased a samsung AC on 01-05-05.From the first day a/c is not working properly.I called so many times to SAMSUNG CARE POINT, HISSAR.But dealer is not paying any attention towards my complaint.He has no manner how to speak with a customer.Altough he is not receiving my call.I registered my complaint on 13-07-08.They are saying they will send mechanic to provide service but any person havnt reached till today.so plz provide service as soon as possible.

I have been using Samsung washing machine for the last years. I have not had any problem with the machine and I am quite unsatisfied with samsung customer care .

i am making calls almost everyday from 8 july 2008 to know my status. But the responce is very very poor. I would have get repaired at some other place much earlier than this samsung service. All my household items are almost samsung products. But now i lost faith on samsung just because of very poor service
i did a very big mistake in buying a Samsung product...
i will advice everyone not to buy any SAMSUNG product as their after sales service is real

Samsung — Replacement of TV

Dear All.
I purchased a Samsung TV on 14/04/2008 from Fairdeal Electronice, Rajapuri Chowk, Dwarka, New Delhi. After 2 days one short circuit happened in cabinet. Service person attended the problem but he is not able to solve the problem. He assured that he forwards my case to another service person. After week days another person attened the case but he also not able to do some thing. After a month another person name- Vinay Mobile No-[protected] came to our home & asked that the mother board should be change so again he asked I will get back to you once I get this kit from our ware house. After few days he came with mother board for replacement but he replied that his board was broken due to handling. He again assured that my case will forward to HO for replacement. After a month One vehicle came to my home & taken my TV on 02/07/2008. Till date I have not been received any msg. nor any feedback. What to do

I am one of the dissatisfied customer of Samsung 1.5 ton window A/c. I bought the said product 3 years back. For the last 2 years I have been facing frequent problems with the product in terms of no cooling effect. In the last 3 months I have complained twice to your customer care, who inturn inspected the product and said it's gas leakage problem, subsequently the same was attended but now again within a month's time I am facing the same "no cooling" problem. It seems that the product is well below the basic standard of quality. With little hope I am writing to you that somebody from samsung will rectify the problem once for all.
