[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

I have an washing machine 7kg of samsung and i need a (spare) break cable of spin tube as my old one is broken so please help me out that who will provide me that cable as i asked it from your service centre at racecource dehradun, then ans. me that spares are not for sale then what can i do should i throw it out & make an image that samsung products are use & throw as they can't provide spares after sell so waiting for your repply

i had taken LCD costing me RS.65000...but after 6 months of purshase the lcd dosn't show any video/picture after its on/working for 1hr
when i approached the service centre he says that we have to replace the whole panel
but he wont give the warrenty of that panel that will be replaced
he says that the warrenty of the lcd when its purchased will be taken into consideration
THAT'S TOO RIDICULUS !!!
if an LCD SHARTS GIVING PROBLEM FROM 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE ITS TOO WORST PRODUCT OF THAT COMPANY

The owner of this service centre is not paying the salary of their employees from last 6 months.
as the results many of them left the jobs from this service centre.
It spoling the name of Samsung (very popular company in the wolrd wide.
Kindly take this matter very seriously as it effects the image of Samsung Company on a very large scale, becasue no body knows the Name of Service Centre .
Every body knows only the name of Samsung Company.

Kindly sort out this matter ASAP.

According my experience samsung product and services are very very bad. Because somebody informed me that samsung product should not by but yet buy because I did not belive and bought samsung HDD 160 GB but after six month it stoped to work. Then i sent this in service center they took around 15 dasy and said they can't repair and said plz visit in ESYS. Then I went there they said this HDD S/N OR P/N is not matching in database. But in last they said they can nothing do my HDD S/N IS 360211FPA527
AND P/N SOD 360211FPA52720. In last I bought new hdd of SEA GATE. So It was very big mistake as I made to buy HDD of Samsung. There is not use of service center in gurgaon of Samsung. Because they don't any knolege and don'nt help of customer.
Samsung serviece 100% poor. It is way to waste time and money to buy samsung product
i have bought samsung micro oven grill model from vivek tambaram. From 03.03.2009 onwards grill not working, I had called sumsung customer care and got complaint no : [protected], till problem not solved, worst customer care response please do the needful
On 11th April I called up the Customer care number and gave them a complaint about water leakage in my fully automated top loading washing machine. My complaint number is [protected]. I was told by the excutive that within 8 pm on the same day the service engineer will visit me.Till date nobody has attended to my complaint.Every time I call up the Customer care telephone number I am given false assurance that I will soon be contacted by Service Dept. This gives a very wrong image about the service standards of the Company since Samsung always boosts about their superlative service network. This type o[censored]nexplained delays are not only harassing in nature but shows the Company in very poor light. Hope this mail falls in the hands of people who matter at SAMSUNG.
i think we should discard samsung products seeing their service because all these cannot be brought daily
I have purchase a Samsung AC yesterday i.e. on 15th April'09 from one of your so called dealer "BHARAT T.V. APPLIANCES", Shop no 1&2, AAkash Chambers Near Jain Temple, Thane - west.

Since Yesterdays i have almost made 10 calles to him, first o fall he didnt gave me proper information regarding the installation of AC, moreover he committed to get the fitting done by 14th evening, till today my AC is not yet fitted and also he ask me to arrange the carpenter for my self, i have made full payment of the AC and now he is not responding to my calls.

This is a horrable service from Samsun as i have tried to launch a complaint directly at samsung and their customer care is also always busy and i m unable to reach them.

I have faced a bad experience as no one is able to solve my problem, moreoevr that Dealer has also not stamped and signed my warranty papers and he makes some or other reason to avoid it.

suggest me how should i get this box of headache fix in my room ... and finally get started with the working...
I have purchased 1.5 Tonnes A/C in Thane from OK electronics; within a day the leakage was started from ventilators.
The service people had visited 3 times but still the problem is not yet sorted out by the Company.
I request all the people who wants to by an A/C do not purchase this brand; it is absolutely failed product.

I purchase one samsung's ultra slim tv on 11th november 2008, since last two month i was having color patches and one waves comming. I lodge complain so many time engineer get visited once they took IC plate with them and keep that upto two days but after that they say problem in is picture tube and it would get replaced with in two days 20 days have been over nothing has been done.My BP quote no is "[protected]".

I Dr. R .Krishna kumar residing at coimbatore, Tamilnadu purchased a Samsung laser printer Model ML 2010 in Bloom Electronics, Coimbatore about 11 months back. That time i was issued with a software instalation CD with a caption of Windoes vista support . My three computers were different window's version namely windows 98(desk top), windows 2002 ( desk top), Windows 2003 ( Laptop). I installed in one desk top namely windows 2002 which was installed successfully and i have been woking for the past 11 months. Last week i had a problem in my desk top which ended in reformating the MS programmes . Now the soft ware CD is not getting installed in the reformatted one. i tried with other two windows version also which were also not getting installed. I tried with my service engneers and they were not able to retrive the problem. i contacted the purchased center and i was not answered properly. What is the solution for this problem . If the reformatted Windows is not giving support the software, other windows version would have been supported the same thing ? My mobile number is [protected]

I have launched a complain on 19 th BP No [protected]. But till now no revert received from samsung. When i talked to the executive he replied that the engineer will visit your place in 24 hr But till now i have not recieved any feedback from company's end.
One split Ac is installed at my residence since May 2006. Yesterday on 20/04.2009 I lodged a complaint regarding some defect in my AC and the customer care persons are assuring since yesterday that within two hours some person will visit your place but till now on 21/04 2009 up till 2130 hours no person visited my place. Two days passed since my complaint.

This is "Vishal Saxena" from Lucknow. I have purchased a samsung E250 mobile in 28th Jan 2009.
But I am having problem related to the screen and speaker.
I have submitted it to the service center at No. 8 Chauraha, I.T. but the executives are not working properly on the matter.They always used to say "no", and are not solving my problem, they say that the required componenet is missing and so on...
I am tired od this and wanna get rid of them. Please help n suggest me what to do further.
