Customer care engineer taken away the parts, which were out of order, about a month back. Even though he returned after three four days saying the defects had been rectified, the set didn't work. So he took it back again and ever since there is no word from the service centre at Panvel. Whenever I telephone them, the ready made answer is the system is under checking, will be ready in two days and the customer care mechanic would be coming in two days. If they tell me the real position, whether they can rectfy the problem or not, I would have gone for a new TV.

Samsung — IRRESPONSIBLE AFTER SALES

I HAD BOUGHT A DUAL SIM HANDSET LAST YEAR WHUCH WAS GIVEN FOR REPAIR TO THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER AT CONNAUGHT PLACE ON 21ST AUGUST 2009. THE SET IS UNDER WARRENTY. THE SERVIVE CENTER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN CONSISTANTLY REPLING THAT DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF PARTS THEY ARE UNABLE TO REPAIR. ALSO I HAVE GOT THE RESPONSE THAT I MAY TAKE BACK THE PHONE IF CAN CAN NOT BE PATIENT FOR REPAIR OF THE SET.

AFTER SPEAKING TO THE COSTOMER CARE OF SAMSUNG, THEY HAD DIRECTED ME TO THEIR REGIONAL SEVICE MANAGER, WHO HAS NOT YET RESPONDED TO ANY OF THE CALLS.

Samsung — Irresponsible Behavior of Customer care

I have the complaint number provide Samsung customer care is – [protected]. Complaint was logged on 27th Aug 2010. On a same day technician visited my place and said the need to change the washing machine motor. And he will replace it tomorrow that means on 28th. So I took leave from my office so that I will be available at the time he visit. Now after wasting the complete day no one has visited my plan and when I made the call at call center at 3:41 one lady peeked up the call she was in mood like she is going for some singing competition. She was not ready to hear anything she was in his own mood keep on repeating we are sending the reminder to vendor and she was so rude to me so I asked her to transfer the call to senior then she replied all are executive and busy on call so she will not transfer the call. That means your executives are taking call like a senior that indicate that in Samsung they are making fool to the customer somehow after some argument she transferred the call to the senior and senior was so intelligent that he told me sir after 2:00 clock we will entertain the technician visit. I believe forgot to check that request was raised on 27th Aug. and he also keep on telling me that we will send the technician on Monday not before that. That means I will take a leave on Monday also just to honor the SAMSUNG TECHNICIAN. After such a ridicules response from SAMSUMG what should I expect more because Samsung tendency is just sale the product and forget about the after sale service. Can I expect some quick response from Samsung , I know I will not but then also hoping for the best ?????????????????????????????????

    My name is Abdul Hameed Ahmed

    I brought a mobile Handset from Saudi Arabia last year. Presently I am staying in Hyderabad, I got some problem with my Samsung Handset Mobile and I went for Its servicing on Oct 23-2011 at 1:00 PM near Baseerbagh Samsung Service Center, at the reception they book my complain and told me to wait for my turn. My number came after one hour. When I approach to the service counter, they told me that, we are sorry we cannot do any type of service to your mobile because it not purchase from India. We provide service to those mobile handset only which are from India.

    I want to know weather Samsung is not an International Company. They did not provide international service facility. I and my most of NRI friends used so many products of Samsung Company thinking that Samsung Company will provide its service all over the world.
    Now as I came to know that Samsung Company would not provide any type of service to those product which are purchase from foreign countries. Now I am going to forward this complain letter to all my NRI friends on FACEBOOK.

    I suggest you to do not blame the customer telling that Samsung Company provides worldwide service for its products.

          my self tapu dutta. i live in kolkata. my ph no is [protected]. i bought ansamsung refrigerator, a micro oven from great
          eastern at 20 old court house street on[protected]. they gave me offer of 4 screach cards. but till today i have not even get those s card. i went there for 4 times. they told every time that company did not give them those card. to the company i have a question that samsung is an mnc and is this the right kind of attitude towards the customer?

          The company is so dumb that it is not responding to my complaints.
          I have got many problems in my machine including sparking of wire.
          In spite of regularly calling to their call centres, the company is not sending their mechanic for repairing.
          Due to this, we have to wash our cloths manually, i.e.by hands which is causing mental & physical trouble to us. This is happening from last 4-5 days.
          Therefore I hope that the dumb company will now listen to me & atleast now send their mechanic, failing which, I will have to move to consumer court.


          I hope that through this medium suitable action will be taken.
          I bought samsung LED T.V from e zone.

          They assured me that someone will come to install it after 2 days....but nobody came. I called up thier service centre , spoke to sooo many people,all were RUDE/ NOT BOTHERED/NO SERVICE ATTITUDE,Esp. Ms. Andrea , the supervisor. She was so rude that I actually regretted buying a samsung.......

          I was made to feel that they all are doing a favour to me by talking to me.....


          SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF- YOU ALL ARE SICK.
          i bought a mobile set of samsung. after 2 day its display was not working, i went to the shop, its a spice mobile store which deals in so many brands, i told him every thing. now store manager told me that samsung gives 12 hour warrenty/ guarrenty period, so he is unable to replace my set. i talked to him for half an hour, then i conferm it from samsung service center that samsung provide 4 days guarrenty/ warrenty period and i told him but he was stuck on those 12 hours..... . i got fedup from this practice that at first time sales person treat us very well, they told us i[censored] got any problem come to us, but when a customer really got a problem no one is ready to talk, even they do not want to understand or they do not try to solve it rather then they give suggestion that u need to go there..here..there.. whay customer have to face these problem every time why not company face it. now its a very bad experience for me to buy a samsung mobile and now i loose my fath on their sets.
          Samsung customer service is worst and they do not care customer with trouble due to mal-function of refrigerator.
          I have a trouble that it is not properly working on cooler and freezer and they said that they can not do anything w/out charge due 1 year warranty expiration. I have a same problem before and it happen again. even if I have a same problem, they said that the can not do anything due warrany expiration. Do not buy anymore Samsung. Service is suck.

            I have Purchased Samsung Corby and was having toch screen problem which I purchsed from Home Town GIP at sec-18 noida, then I submitted the same at Samsung Service centre Atta near metro station Technocare- dated 13/07/2011. which was under warranty, after so many follow-ups with the centre I came to know that my phone has been lost and I was offered the phone which was in pathetic condition having altogether different color. Again after so may follow ups, when I was fed-up I lodged complaint against the same with samsung customer care, and my complaint no. is [protected],lodged on 12th Oct'11, again after so many follow-ups with them also I am not getting my phone . two days back I had asked one of samsung customer care lady to have a word with senior, and the name of the senior was madhuliks, she assured me that she will call me after after 10 :Am and agian I called by around 2:30 PM she was busy and the person on the call told me she will call u within 10 min , since that day till now I have not received any call , I want my phone back, as it was under warranty and same has been lost I want replcement and that too sealed one, If , atleast now I won't get my phone I will go to local press and also to consumer court to get the things done.
            It is really pathetic that such a big company is doing such a shameless job.

            I hope to get the response today and I will get the phone replacement that too sealed one.

              This is to inform you of my samsung side-to-side door frige where the handle and joint of the handle is a damage piece. The date of purchase of the frige is[protected]. The colour of the handle and the joints connected to the door are decoated. I have given the complaint to your service center from 13 sept 2011 and my complain number is [protected]. Your executives have come to see the condition of the frige in the month of sept and said the frige door has to be replaced. After that i have repeately asking for the status but there is no response from them. I am still calling up everyday but due to lack of response i am writing this to you.                 I am one of the lover of Samsung CTV. But now i am totally upset with their service coordination.


                My job is touring job and main entertainment for my family members is only TV. recently my TV get into trouble no sound and colour. we reported to nearest dealer they told to register complaint with call centre.. With their advice we registered complaint on 16th Oct 2011 and our complaint number [protected].


                We also answered by call agent, will be attened within 1 day. Till today 21 Nov 2011 we getting same reply from call agent.


                we have followed several time. same response but no one turnedout. Currently they telling due to distance they not reachable.Then why they selling their product to all places.


                Now my family members totally upset and mentally worried lot and lost their confidence with Samsung


                As we are relay with certain big brands, when they are cheating people like this, what we do........

                  This is my last and final mail I m totally fed up to contact Samsung Customer Care Team / Samsung Technical team as they ASSURE me last week that your problem solve by 16th November till date I continuously in touch with Customer Care Team / Samsung Technical Team and Authorized Samsung Service Center at Quit shop No. 8, sector-41, Chandigarh only assurance they give me. When I call Authorized Samsung service center, Chandigarh no one pick phone from last one week (Only one Time pick phone and reply this laptop Technician is not available they note down my number when he back we call you back till date I m waiting for their feedback. I m doing business of Events and Out advertising facing many problems. Pls tell me can anyone help me or I fill the complaint.

                    Sir I have purchased a 32" samsung LED TV on 07th Aug 2011. A black vertical line is coming on the right side. I have lodged a complain NO [protected] on 04th Nov 2011 with the samsung customer care. Service engineer visited on 07th Nov 11 and told that some spare has to be replaced and he will come back after 2/3 days.but till to it is not repaired. Since 14th Nov every day I am contacting to customer care executives and supervisor every time they told me that they are forwarding a request for urgent repair. Is is acceptable from a reputed company like SAMSUNG. Are they not having any ware house at Bangalore. I am really upset with the sausung product I have mistakely purchased.

                    Having purchased a fully automatic washing machine from SAMSUNG, and though a complaint was given on 25th Aug, 2011 and well within the warranty period, they are giving a deaf-ear and no proper response. I have also complained to the concerned service executives. All in vain. when I am viewing the various complaints and come to know of SERVICE INEFFICIENCY by SAMSUNG, I am also feeling that I have purchased SAMSUNG PRODUCTS without knowing properly about the companies' service failure. I regret for my purchase.

                        Dear sir/ madam,


                        I was travellign by Jetairways 9W 411 on 17th Nov 2011 from Mumbai to Bangalore by the 6:35 flight. i swicthed on my Samsung Galaxy S (GT- I9003) phone after the flight alighted but wasnt getting network and it was time to move out of the plane so i put the phone in the front pocket (without a zip/ button - just slided it which i generally do) and put the bag on my back and walked through the aerobridge to the escalator to the ground floor loo. i took the bag inside the loo and then combed my hair (i didnt bother to check if the phone was there) and walked out to the exit. after i went to the airport taxi counter i realised that my phone is not there. complained to the Jet counter and the CISF but they just asked the rest room attendant and just checked the path from the aerobridge to the loo. Inspite of me insisting on checkign the CCTV footage they didnt do that.
                        NObody gave any complaint acknowledgemnt nor any complaint number. Nobody even registered any complaint. Even the lady at the lost & found counter made a note of my contact details on a rough paper.
                        Police station was hesitant to take an FIR and just gave some acknowledgment.
                        I am sure that the phone was either flciked by a passenger on the aerobridge who just rushed from my back (one tall suited booted young man) or if it fell down in the plane where the admin/ crew robbed it. I didnt hear it falling down becasue there was carpet till the aerobridge...and after that i didnt hear anything falling.

                          I have seen your show pehredar on cnbc awaaz & have hopes that you can help me resolve my problem

                          I am from Mumbai. i purchased a samsung GT i9003 on 6th of october for rs 17200 & my phone started giving problems within 15 days from purchase but not being in town i couldnt visit the service centre until 7th of november. i went to the samsung service regarding my problem which they dint solve & instead spoilt it further as earlier the phone would just hang which they tried to solve but then the phone went dead.i have been to the service centre 3 times already but they deny i am still facing an audio problem with the phone even now .i demanded a cash back from the co as they have sold a defective piece to me.

                          I have also sent emails to them to which i received a call yesterday from Mr.Rakesh an executive from samsung who was very rude & said he cannot give me a cash back nor can he give me a replacement but he tells me to go to the service centre again.the people at the service centre are also very rude & irresponsible. they claim to be owners of samsung i have a video clip where the employee at the service centre claims to be the owner & has to respect of how to talk to a customer.I also have attached the three service sheets for each time i visited the gallery.

                          I request you to please help me with this issue.

                          I want them to give me my money back & i want an apology & claim from samsung for harassing me like that.

                            I purchased Samsung Refrigerator model No RT26 Slim on 15/05/2006 from S.C.SHAH & Co.Teynampet chennai. In October 2007 the fridge stopped working and the company sent its Technician who refilled the gas and collected a sum of Rs 1094 inclusive of service charges for attending to the defect.
                            similarly the fridge broke down again in May 2008 and a complaint was registered bearing no [protected] on 23 05 08. The service Engineer Sri Manivannan ([protected]) obsered that it was the recurrence of same problem which occured in oct 07 and advised refilling of Gas from the company's Franchise.The Franchise who visited said that it would cost Rs 1500 for the cleaning and refilling of Gas.I contacted Sri Manivannan once again and asked him why the problem was recurring and whether it was possible to shell out Rs 1500 every time this problem occured.I suggested to him that he should look into the original cause of the problem and set right the same so that the common man like us are not subjected to recurring expenditure such as this. For this Mr Manivannan said that such problems could repeat due to voltage fluctuations. When I told him that the voltage stabilizer was there to specifically take care of the fluctuations, he said that the stabilizer may be defective. When he knew in the first instance that the voltage stabilizer could be at fault (VGUARD)he should have arranged to get the equipment checked in Oct 07 itself to avoid recurrence of the problem.
                            Even though the stabilizer is not a Samsung product it has proved that it is the lifeline of the fridge atleast in our case.The technician is expected to be Loyal to samsung products as he is paid by the company but should the company not advise their Technicians to be Customer Loyal also .Had the technician taken due care on the previous occasion itself, this problem would not have arisen at all.
                            I therefore request that company look into this with compassion and arrange to set right the problem so that the name and reputation of the company is not jeopardised

                            I have ben trying your number for quite some time. but there is only response saying that this is a wrong number. Would yould kindly suggest that the double door fridge I purshased is a waste of time and money.

                            I bought refrigerator from exclusive showroom of Samsung but it giving problem from very first day.now it compressor gone. They even not listening and not ready to replace. i suggest nobody dare to buy
                            refrigerator in in problem for past 1 month.compresor s nt working..The company is not giving proper response..i kindly request the company to look into this with compassion and arrange to set right the problem so dat the name and reputation of the company jeopardised..

                            Samsung Fridge — Nobody is taking care of complaint

                            I have brought a Samsung double door refrigerator 15 months ago. The lower part of fridge is not cooling and I had called up their call centre to lodge complaint. I have received a complaint number but ever after 4 days nobody has come. Everyday I am calling at call centre and every time they say that "Today we will send engineer at your home".

                            It is not expected company like Samsung to avoid complaints, and shows that they are not concern about customers problem. They just sell their product and that's all.
                            Refrigerater is not working,in the fridge all vegetables & foods make ice.
                            I purchased Samsung refrigerator 3 yrs back & within 1 month, i found my ref. is not cooling well, when i complaint samsung cus. care they found compressor not working, so they changed it. But its cooling was not satisfied coz whenver we put an ice cream in freezer, it melts. Now a month back when i complaint again, the engineer said that compresser is weak, so they changed the compresser with in warrenty, 1 week before my refrigerator again stops working & this time engineer said compresser is dead, Now i'm calling daily on cust care, but no action was taken yet, in these summer how can a home survive without refrigerator?

                            Mr. Ashish picked up my call from samsung cust care & he gave me the no. of service manager of my area Mr. Amit ([protected]) & when i try to call him he gave me fake commitments or he dont pick my calls my complaint no. is [protected] under Harmanjeet Singh.

                            Pls help me to get my ref. repaired.

                            I used to trust all samsung brand product. Most of the appliances in my house is samsung as well as my cell phone. I bought a double door fridge in the month of April, 2010.the door of the fridge is not working properly. I reported the complaint to concern shopkeeper. Next day samsung engineer instead of visit he
                            telephoned and giving the instructions that you do like this -move the door right and left and insert the thick
                            paper in the feet of fridge we did but the problem remain same. After that he never contact,

                              Dear Sir,
                              I bought two new 1.5 Ton window Air Conditioner of Samsung in April 2009.
                              After 3 months one AC stopped working and was replaced by Samsung after a big fight and then the gas in other AC leaked twice last year which was filled by the company.

                              Now again I lodged a complaint on 21 Sept 2011, to SAMSUNG following cooling problem with both the AC.

                              On 22 Sept 2011, after the Samsung technician visited and checked the AC, he confirmed that the gas has leaked in both the AC once again and both the AC will have to be taken to the workshop for repair and it will be charged Rs.4000 each for filling the gas.

                              Since the Compressor of both the AC is under the warranty period of 5 years, they should not charge any money for the leakage of compressor, but I was told that the Gas of AC is not covered under this warranty.
                              Now I am fed up with frequent problems with my AC (since the time I bought it) and the attitude of the company (SAMSUNG).

                              I even lodged complain on http://pgportal.gov.in/Grievance.aspx and my reference no is DOCAF/E/2011/00850 , but till date, there is no response.

                              You are therefore requested to instruct the company to rectify my AC without levy of any charges for the gas and compensate me for the harassment.

                                I have purchased samsung washing machine on 2.11.07, of Front end loader model. so, far nearly 7 tomes the service engineer , attendened the complaint. and again and again the problem is repeting. the engineer who has attended so far is not having sufficient job knowledege and they are not go in depth to solve the complaint. so sent good engineer.

                                i have purchased washing machine last year feb'2009. my machine is not working at present, it takes so much time to washing clothes for more than 1 hour instead of 45 minutes. kindly do necessary for the same at earliest.
                                i have purchased a top load washing machine on feb 2009, it was not working last 2 weak i called the sevice helpline and registred the complaint, they told our engineer will come and rectify the probelem, after 3 day the engineer came but he refused to do the work because the purchase bill was not there, i told him but warranty card is there with date of purchase.but he refused, after 2 day i got the bill i went directly to the service center submit the bill but they told you have register fresh complint again, i called the sevice center number and register the compliant and they given BP No. [protected] on monday 13-12-10 but till today no one has come and rectiffyn the machine, i feel i done big mistake purchasing a samsung product.

                                  I have purchased new mobile Samsung wave 525(575) on 25/09/2011.
                                  I hardly used it for few days ,again problem started coming.Sometimes its speaker gets off automatically.If i call someone or if i get a call from someone i can't hear anything.
                                  Its in warranty period,only one month old.

                                  I had given it to Kothrud,Pune service center.It was been told that ringer has been changed there will not be any issue.
                                  After one day i faced same issue with mobile !!(after repair also !!)
                                  Again second time I showed my mobile to Aundh's service center. After putting there for 3 days I had collected my mobile considering that there will not be any issue.But issue was still there ,it worked fine only for 2 hours!!

                                  Wired thing I faced is that from none of the service centers i got any receipt which tell me the truth about what has been done to repair the mobile.when I asked for it,they just said it's online,don't worry.
                                  Now again my mobile is in Aundh's service center,they said they will change the mother board and then we can check. Even surprising thing is when I asked him for the receipts of the parts which are going to get replaced,he refused to do that.

                                  I need replacement of my mobile.How long should I wait ??

                                    Defect: NO DISC ,sign when DVD is inserted.
                                    The service person comes on third day without any prior notice{mobile nos;[protected],[protected].given with the complaint]
                                    Says LENS AND LOADER gone ,leaves his mobile number and goes
                                    when spoken to he does not give any estimate for the spare part. Saying he would get back. No response so far.
                                    The equipment till a month back was in perfect condition and was kept packed because of house repairs. It is not under warranty.

                                      HI Everyone,

                                      Beware of Samsung TV, Think before you buy, Their service is very poor. I recently purchased a samsung 29 inch ultraflat TV on September 3 rd. We started using the TV from september 11th, On Sep 13th we found the TV was not good, There were black decolourations everywhere on the screen, We were able to see the picture only on the center on the screen, We called Samsung customer care, They sent an engineer. Engineer told TV has to be replaced and asked us to exchange it in the showroom directly. We took the TV to Sekar Stores, Velachery(PLace where TV was purchased)
                                      They said they will give a new TV in 2 days and took 2 weeks and finally didnt replace TV as they did not get proper infomation from Samsung customer care. We brought the TV back home and again called samsung customer care, They sent engieer again, The engineer mentioned he will either replace the Tv or refund the amount. But after 2 weeks they called back and told they are going to service the TV and till date no one has called back for servcie. We had to call them many time still there is no response.

                                      Samsung /CTV — Poor Customer Service

                                      I recently faced problems with my 29 inch CTV.I lodged a service complaint no. [protected] on 18th Jan and was promised that Samsung service person would definitely visit us on 19th Jan by 2000 hrs (within 24 hrs of complaint).I rang Samsung’s Service call centre 8 times on 19th Jan and 9 times on 20th Jan and was assured everytime that the engineer would visit .But that was not done.Ultimately
                                      I, somehow, could get the mobile no. of Samsung Service rep at Okhla service centre and requested him to get the TV repaired.The repair could not be completed because of non-availability of parts.I am badly disappointed with such a pathetic response from Samsung for servicing their clients when they need it.
                                      This horrible experience has left me bitter.I would like to make certain observations :
                                      • Samsung call centre people are helpless. Nobody within the organization listens to them.
                                      • They give stereo type replies to the clients without knowing the status. Like, I was told everytime that the repair would definitely be carried out before 2000 hrs which was not done and that somebody senior in Samsung Service centre would call me within ½ hour .But nobody called back.
                                      • When nothing worked, I was told that it seems there is a strike in Samsung Service centre, that is why nobody is being deputed to attend to my complaint.
                                      • Service provided by other competitors like Sony, Videocon, Electrolux and LG is much better.
                                      I request that my TV be fully repaired to my satisfaction asap.
