[Resolved] Samsung — Defective Mobile | |||
Hello I am Amanpreet Singh, owner of samsung s duos 7562 . Last year i have purchased that mobile on 29 october 2012. From since i have purchased that mobile, that mobile have gone to service center 7-8 times. Every time they say software problem. It takes a week to get my mobile repair. But in month of july my mobile charging jeck get repaired from authorised service center, after a month same problem arises and when i gone to same service center, they told me some liquid has entered in mobile and we will charged for that. I said not to repair it... next day i visited different authorised service center. They accepted that mobile without any issue. Now i dont want that defected mobile, after 10-15 it will be out of warranty. If any problem occur they will huge amount from me.. But now i have talked with higher authorities of samsung. Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.
