I have been brought a led TV from Samsung in April2013,after that i am facing a big problem,when i am watching any program my LED T.V's display is going to off automatically for a sudden period. i have already given complain to customer care and sen a engineer to resolve the problem.but after few days again creating same problem then i have again given a complain then they replaced the display board but problem is not resolve and they told that this TV have to be completely replace by company and they will provide me another new TV,but after than they are not responding any more

      i purchased samsung galaxy s advance on 9th august 2013, before buying i gone through the specification of the smartphone which showed arm cortex a9 dual core processor (still it shows the same). but my mobile started crashing and lagging so i thought it must be problem in the mobile, but after installing hardware info app it showed my phone was running on arm v7 dual core processor, which is pretty outdated i contacted samsung care they guided me to the nearest service station in near by my area, the service there was so pathetic they dont know even how to open motion lock of my phone, and started cursing me and blaming me and offered me to format my mobile without checking the hardware issue so it was damn irritating after which i contacted samsung tollfree help line they too were not responsive and said we dont have such service available to check the processor so i just want to know what further steps should be taken to resolve this dispute

        The above was purchased from Smile Stores Kanpur vide Invoice No. 7774 dated 18.11.2011 for Rs.5,400. In the month of February, 2013, the treatment at the bottom of the oven starting chipping and completely chipped off. A complaint was lodged to your Service Centre Kanpur through Smile Stores in the month of March, 2013. Thereupon one of your men from Kanpur Service Centre attended to the complaint and informed that the damaged part cannot be replaced and he informed that I shall be refunded the cost of the oven by deducting about Rs.1200 of the total value by the Company. He also informed that he shall give the requisite forms to be filled up and submitted by me to the Service Centre. Right from March till date I have been following up with the Smile Stores and the Kanpur Service Centre but to no avail. In the meantime in July, 2013 when your Manager from Lucknow Office was on tour to Smile Store to whom I contacted, he took a photo of the Invoice and said that my work will be done within a week and that I shall not be required to wait any further and send any reminder. Now today it is 13th September but there is no response from any quarter. If this is the customer service the Company is providing to its cumstomers, I will have to think twice to go in for any product of the Company any more in future. Will you please look into the matter and take necessary action?

          Hello,

          My name is Sharad Kumar Jain , and I bought Samsung Galaxy Note2 N7100 in January, 2013, from Germany.
          When I made the purchase, I did not realize and neither was I informed by any of the vendors that no international warranty is given over the Handsets. Rather I was told that Samsung does give international warranty. I feel cheated now as My phone has a mother board problem just after 9 months of purchase.

          Anyways I accepted this and went to the nearest Service station with a mindset, that I will pay for the repair, Now the ordeal started, as they acted like illiterates and they did not even touched it after knowing that it has been bought from Europe and directed me to the Only branch which caters to these kind of phones, That’s in Kalkaji-Delhi as I am a resident of delhi only.

          I live far away from Kalkaji (CC-28, NEHRU ENCLAVE, KA, DLHI-110019) so, going there wasted 4.5 hrs. (to and from) of my time to reach there and then I saw the real hell. The service station was unclean like a garbage bin, the staff was as careless with the customers as it was a low grade government office.
          Somehow I managed to submit my phone and was tole that it will take 1 to 1.5 months to get the part, from the country of purchase as they were unable to rewrite the IMEI number of the phone which was 0 due to the fault.
          I Asked the reason for the fault and the technical guy was unable to provide me the required logical reasoning for the fault. I also belong to the software field so, I felt weird but guess had no choice and chose to go by what they had to say and gave a goahead.

          Now, this guy told me that I will be getting a call, but none came till 10 days and when I called them back they replied that the phone has been fixed please come and pick it up by paying.
          I agreed and went again on one of the Saturdays again wasting 4.5 hrs in commuting to Kalkaji .

          Now the real ordeal started, as I was told to wait , now when my token nNumber was called I went to the counter and they again asked me to wait and then after waiting for 2 hrs. after my token number was called I went to the counter number 11, where the gentleman, told me to go and pay the amount to the cash counter as the issue with the phone has been fixed, I requested to the man that atleast let me take a look at the phone first, but he said only after paying the money. This was very annoying for me and made me angry, however I wen t to the cash counter where this rude lady was sitting and she was as stone faced as it could get and she took ages to do the billing now, when I asked she told me that, there is some issue in the bill. She went inside and came back and referred me to go to counter number 11. Mind it that I have already spent 3.5 hrs. till this time.
          I went to the counter where thi9s guy told me that I have to come again as there staff made an error in the billing and as that being Saturday they were not able to change it.
          This was enough for me I lost my cool and went to the C.R.M. there Mr. Ritesh Sharma. Now he heard my query and admitted that the fault was on their part and he will organize a home delivery for this case only and he also committed that he will be giving me a call back. I told him that if no home delivery is made then I would like to meet Mr. Abhishek Sharma(Centre head), whose name Mr. Ritesh told me.
          Today is 12th,September,2013 and nobody gave me a call. That is really irresponsible and erratic behavior from Samsung.
          I feel cheated and bad that, I bought a Samsung product.

          On 12/07/2014 I lodged a complaint on toll free No.[protected] of Samsung for getting my Washing machine repaired . The complaint No. [protected] was given to me with the assurance that their service engineer would contact me within 24 hours and get the machine repaired, but I feel sorry to say that almost a week has passed and no response from the service centre. Very embarrasing . Why such hopeless services?

            Dear Sir /Madam, This has reference to the above mentioned complaint of Model No. RT28GCPS1/CTL/2012, Type: Frost Free Refrigerator, Gross Vol : 277 Ltr, Serial No. RO594PAC500292K and this fridge have purchased in the month of April 2013. First I have complained for the month of August and gave me complaint no. [protected]. You had sent your person after 5 days on the complaint date. After the repairing, fridge cooling is working on that day after that there is no cooling and again I have complained and complained no. [protected] dtd 07.09.13. Please note I have complained on 07.09.13 and your person came on 9th night at 8 ' clock after that we are facing same problem i.e. there is no cooling in fridge. Today again have complained but not getting complaint no. and am facing too much problem and too much lost of Fish, chicken, Milks, Vegetable, food items etc....and you have to pay these damaged things. We need to replace this fridge otherwise we will go to consumer court. Yesterday (11.09.13) has already sent complaint letter but still not received any reply from your side.               SIR, Unfortunately, One Samsung S-3500 Model Mobile Phone of its back cover is broken. So, the complainant have been contact to so many authorized Service Center of Samsung Company in India but the complainant could not get/or found of such New Cabinet / or Back cover of the S-3500. Even the Samsung Service Center & Company they did not co-operate and not advised correctly to the Samsung S-3500 Customers.                   Hello, I have purchased a mobile hand set of SAMSUNG - S7562 Galaxy Duos from authorised showroom : Samsung Smart Cafe" G- 119, V3S Mall, Laxmi Nagar, Vikas Marg, Delhi- 92. on dated 13th June- 13 (just 3 months before) vide Bill No. S13/877 dt. 13.06.13. This mobile is under warranty. It is not working properly since purchase, but now it is completely not working. As of now no one call is getting outgoing as well as incoming. I am really very very disappointed with this product of Samsung. Now I would request to Samsung to replace this defective mobile hand set and provide the new one. I would not take this hand set after repair. So please have this issue seriously and resolve within this week only , else I will escalate this complaint to media/ Consumer court. Thanks..                     Dear Team,

                    I had submitted my Samsung Galaxy Grand GT-I9082 phone on 24/08/2013 at Sabsonic Service Centre, Mintoo Park: 12,Loudon Street,Kolkata-17 Ph:[protected]&[protected].

                    After the mobile was checked by Customer Care Executive, Mrs P Chatterjee she told that the phone would be required to be kept with them for service.As per her instructions, I had submitted my Mobile phone, Data Cable(without the adapter), battery and 32 GB Samsung Memory Card(which I received free of charge along with mobile from Flipkart vide order no-OD[protected]).

                    However after following up with the team for 15 days and after making three physical visits to their office, I finally got my cell back on[protected].I got back my Cellphone, battery and data cable. But I DID NOT RECEIVE my memory card which I had submitted alongwith while depositing the phone.

                    I did not make note of the same on 10/9/13 while taking the phone from the service. However after I returned home for checking the phone then I discovered that the 32 GB Samsung Micro SD Card was missing which I had submitted.

                    After I contacted the service centre on[protected] and spoke to Miss Shampa, she informed that the executive, Mrs P Chatterjee who had accepted my mobile had left the job and It would not be able to track the same. Also I was informed that I could not be helped in any matter.

                    I would like to understand that, the cellphone which we keep at the service centre with all accessories as per requirement trusting the brand name of Samsung and appointed by them, are safe or not? If yes, then kindly let me know my fault for trusting the official, Mrs P Chatterjee who had gladly accepted the mentioned contents?

                    We as customers are not aware of which accessories are submitted at service centre or not.We carry the entire package along with bill and whatever required is submitted to them.

                    Kindly look into the same as my memory card is missing which do contain very important information required by me, failing which I will be definitely be escalating the same since I feel that this is a cheating which has happened with me and should not happen to other customers like me who blindly trust the brand.

                      Please provide as much information as possible...I AM SICK AND TIRED OF WRITING MAILS OVER AND OVER AGAIN BUT THERE SEEMS TO BE ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AND YOUR OFFICE. FOR THE LAST TIME PLEASE FIND A MAIL WHICH ENCOMPASSES OUR CONVERSATIONS FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH. THE START OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE: I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 FROM THE SAMSUNG OFFICIAL DEALER IN LINKING ROAD BANDRA WEST. SINCE THE START I WAS FACING MINOR ISSUES WITH THE PHONE. WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALER HE ASKED ME TO SEND IT TO THE SANTACRUZ SERVICE CENTRE. SERVICE CENTRE VISIT NO 1: WHEN I SENT SOMEONE ACROSS TO THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE FIRST TIME THEY WERE MADE TO WAIT FOR A PERIOD OF 2 HOURS WHICH IN MY OPINION WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME IF THE TECHNICIANS AT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE WOULD HAVE BEEN CAPABLE ENOUGH TO CHECK THAT IT WAS MORE THAN A BATTERY ISSUE INSPITE OF WRITING DOWN ALL THE PROBLEMS I WAS FACING. THE PHONE WAS SENT BACK ASKING ME TO BUY A NEW BATTERY EVEN THOUGH MY PHONE WAS BARELY A MONTH AND A HALF OLD. IN SEARCH OF THE BATTERY: DUE TO MY PROFESSIONAL NEED FOR THE PHONE I WENT TO 4 DIFFERENT PLACES TO LOOK FOR THE BATTERY TO START MY PHONE IMMEDIATELY. THE FIRST PLACE WAS THE SERVICE CENTRE WHICH SAID IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR AT LEAST 2 DAYS AND WOULD COST 900. SECOND ONE WAS A DEALER ON HILL ROAD WHICH SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 DAYS AND WOULD COST 1500. THIRD DEALER WAS THE ONE ON LINKING ROAD WHICH SAID IT WOULD COST 2400. THE ONE IN PALLADIUM SAID SAMSUNG HAS NOT LAUNCHED EXTRA BATTERIES. PLEASE NOT THAT NONE OF YOUR SERVICE CENTRES HAD A UNIFORM ANSWER OR PRICE. FIRST MAIL TO THE CEO'S OFFICE: I SENT A MAIL TO YOUR OFFICE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I WOULD RECEIVE SOME HELP AND SUPPORT BUT CLEARLY I WAS WRONG. I GOT A CALL FROM MR NITIN GEORGE SAYING THAT HE WAS SURPRISED THE SERVICE CENTRE SAID THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE BATTERY AND HE ASKED US TO RESUBMIT THE PHONE AND MAIL HIM THE JOB SHEET NO. 2ND VISIT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE: AGAIN SOMEONE WAS MADE TO WAIT FOR A FEW HRS AND INSPITE OF WRITING DOWN THE ISSUES THEY SAID IT WAS A BATTERY PROBLEM AND WERE NOT READY TO ACCEPT THE PHONE TILL WE MENTIONED THAT THE CORPORATE OFFICE HAD ASKED US TO SUBMIT IT. EVEN THEN THE ISSUE ON THE JOB SHEET MENTIONED BATTERY PROBLEM. THE LONG TRAIL OF MAILS: POST THAT WE KEPT SENDING FOLLOW UP MAILS TO KNOW THE STATUS OF THE PHONE. WE WERE SENT A MAIL CLAIMING THAT THE SERVICE CENTRE HEAD HAD BEEN CONTACTED AND THE PROBLEM IS BEING TAKEN CARE OF AND THAT FINALLY THEY ADMITTED THAT IT WAS A CAMERA AND PBA ISSUE. I JUST WISH THAT A COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG HAD HIRED CAPABLE PEOPLE WHO WOULD KNOW THIS EARLIER WITHOUT WASTING WEEKS AND SENDING THE PHONE BACK. NEXT CALL: I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM SOMEONE IN YOUR OFFICE TELLING ME THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND I COULD COLLECT IT THE SAME EVENING. VISIT NO 3 TO THE SERVICE CENTRE: AS USUAL THE PERSON I SENT ACROSS WAS ASKED TO WAIT FOR A WHILE BEFORE HE WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND THE PARTS AND THIS WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 3 TO 4 DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THAT FIRSTLY ANY GOOD COMPANY LIKE APPLE REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY AND DO NOT WASTE ONE MONTH OF A CUSTOMERS TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH PARTS OF THEIR OWN PHONE. FINAL VISIT TODAY: I SENT SOMEONE ACROSS AGAIN WHO WAS BEEN GIVEN THE PHONE AND BEEN ASKED TO REPLACE THE BATTERY AGAIN. WHAT IN THIS WORLD WERE YOU'LL DOING WITH MY HANDSET IF MY BATTERY IS STILL NOT REPLACED ?????? AND WHERE AM I GOING TO FIND ANOTHER BATTERY IF NO STORE STOCKS IT INCLUDING YOUR SERVICE CENTRES. CONCLUSION: PLEASSEEEEEE TAKE YOUR HANDSET BACK AND GIVE ME A 100 PERCENT REIMBURSEMENT. BUYING A SAMSUNG HANDSET WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE. I HAVE SUFFERED FOR A MONTH DUE TO THE INCAPABILITY OF YOUR COMPANY AND CANNOT STAND THIS FOR A MINUTE LONGER. I AM GIVING YOU 12 HRS TO REPLY OR I AM TAKING THIS FORWARD LEGALLY. I OWN 4 APPLE PRODUCTS AND HAVE NEVER FACED SO MUCH TORTURE IN MY LIFE. I OWN A PR AGENCY IN BOMBAY CALLED DETALES MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERY MEDIA AND IMPORTANT CONTACT OF MINE KNOWS ABOUT THIS INCIDENT. I WILL MAKE SURE I BLOG AND TWEET ABOUT THE SAME.

                        Dear Team, I am very disappointed by the response of such a great company called as "Samsung". recently my sister had purchased a "Samsung Grand Quattro" mobile and currently samsung is running a promotion where they are offering free headphone worth 1990/- with the purchase of grand quattro mobile. i had followed the steps provided online to claim this free gift but its almost 3 weeks of me sending the mail to the claim support mail id but there is no response except on "auto-reply" email. apart from this, no one is picking up the call on the toll free numbers of samsung india e-store web site. i am really very dis appointed with such an irresponsible behavior from Samsung. Please note that i am a samsung user from last 7 years. kindly resolve my query ASAP. My mail id is :- [protected]@gmail.com

                          I have purchased samsung LED in Jan 2011 for Rs.44000/- after 6 months we have observed a block spot on the screen and informed the nearest dealer. As a brand new LED and good faith and trust on Samsung we have not taken seriously and the dealer also misguided in the same manner. After two months we have observed another spot on the screen and taken it seriously and informed to the dealer. then he said it is not a problem i will send the company technician. but he sent his technician and said that it should be done by the company. when ever we went to the dealer, the dealer representative says that they are sending the technician. after 2 months we observed that the number of spots are increasing and they are expanding on the screen. then we rushed to the dealer and met the principle of the dealership, then they registered the complaint and said that they will solve the issue. One day a person came to our house saying that he is from Samsung Technical Dept and checked the LED and said it is manufacturing defect called LIQUID FLOW, it comes once in 100 T.V's and it can't be repaired. we will send the estimation by courier only. at that time we asked him about the warranty and he said the warranty was expired. you can talk to the company.after one week we have received a letter from Samsung saying that the estimated cost of replacing the panel is Rs.19500/- we were really shocked and approached the dealer and they said we will talk with the company.Again they have taken another 3 months and finally said as a customer you have to talk to the company with toll number. Then i started talking with customer care about my complaint No: [protected]. I used to talk with them for every 3 days. the concerned persons asks every thing from my side and says that it is out of warranty. but after listening the story they said we will send this matter to our higher officials, they will talk to you. but i have not received any call. after my repeated calls i got a call from the technical dept and asked the total story and said we can't give on FOC but we can settle the matter on depreciation. after 3 days i got the call from the same person and said that we can't settle on depreciation because the part is available in our stock. He clearly said that if part is not availble they can settle otherwise it is not possible. Then I requested him to replace the panel on FOC as it is manufacturing defect accepted by your technician. but there is no reponse. Bu After my repeated calls some body talked and said we are forwarding this to our Head Office they will call. After that they called me and discussed that we can't replace the panel on Foc, we will give 10% discount on the part price.But i have not accepted and clearly explained the matter saying that when other companies are offering the total unit for Rs.19000/- and 3 years full warranty, how can i pay the same amount for repairing a defect one with 3 months warranty. like this i had sent a letter to the customer care dept but also they simply calling and asking to accept the 10% discount. In this connection i want justice from Samsung. I am a middle class person and with a great hope and trust on Samsung i have purchase this LED for 44000/- with in one year only how can i pay another 19000 for repair of this unit. Requesting for justice.

                                Please provide as much information as possible...A MAIL THAT I SENT ACROSS TO SAMSUNG THE START OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE: I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 FROM THE SAMSUNG OFFICIAL DEALER IN LINKING ROAD BANDRA WEST. SINCE THE START I WAS FACING MINOR ISSUES WITH THE PHONE. WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALER HE ASKED ME TO SEND IT TO THE SANTACRUZ SERVICE CENTRE. SERVICE CENTRE VISIT NO 1: WHEN I SENT SOMEONE ACROSS TO THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE FIRST TIME THEY WERE MADE TO WAIT FOR A PERIOD OF 2 HOURS WHICH IN MY OPINION WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME IF THE TECHNICIANS AT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE WOULD HAVE BEEN CAPABLE ENOUGH TO CHECK THAT IT WAS MORE THAN A BATTERY ISSUE INSPITE OF WRITING DOWN ALL THE PROBLEMS I WAS FACING. THE PHONE WAS SENT BACK ASKING ME TO BUY A NEW BATTERY EVEN THOUGH MY PHONE WAS BARELY A MONTH AND A HALF OLD. IN SEARCH OF THE BATTERY: DUE TO MY PROFESSIONAL NEED FOR THE PHONE I WENT TO 4 DIFFERENT PLACES TO LOOK FOR THE BATTERY TO START MY PHONE IMMEDIATELY. THE FIRST PLACE WAS THE SERVICE CENTRE WHICH SAID IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR AT LEAST 2 DAYS AND WOULD COST 900. SECOND ONE WAS A DEALER ON HILL ROAD WHICH SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 DAYS AND WOULD COST 1500. THIRD DEALER WAS THE ONE ON LINKING ROAD WHICH SAID IT WOULD COST 2400. THE ONE IN PALLADIUM SAID SAMSUNG HAS NOT LAUNCHED EXTRA BATTERIES. PLEASE NOT THAT NONE OF YOUR SERVICE CENTRES HAD A UNIFORM ANSWER OR PRICE. FIRST MAIL TO THE CEO'S OFFICE: I SENT A MAIL TO YOUR OFFICE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I WOULD RECEIVE SOME HELP AND SUPPORT BUT CLEARLY I WAS WRONG. I GOT A CALL FROM MR NITIN GEORGE SAYING THAT HE WAS SURPRISED THE SERVICE CENTRE SAID THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE BATTERY AND HE ASKED US TO RESUBMIT THE PHONE AND MAIL HIM THE JOB SHEET NO. 2ND VISIT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE: AGAIN SOMEONE WAS MADE TO WAIT FOR A FEW HRS AND INSPITE OF WRITING DOWN THE ISSUES THEY SAID IT WAS A BATTERY PROBLEM AND WERE NOT READY TO ACCEPT THE PHONE TILL WE MENTIONED THAT THE CORPORATE OFFICE HAD ASKED US TO SUBMIT IT. EVEN THEN THE ISSUE ON THE JOB SHEET MENTIONED BATTERY PROBLEM. THE LONG TRAIL OF MAILS: POST THAT WE KEPT SENDING FOLLOW UP MAILS TO KNOW THE STATUS OF THE PHONE. WE WERE SENT A MAIL CLAIMING THAT THE SERVICE CENTRE HEAD HAD BEEN CONTACTED AND THE PROBLEM IS BEING TAKEN CARE OF AND THAT FINALLY THEY ADMITTED THAT IT WAS A CAMERA AND PBA ISSUE. I JUST WISH THAT A COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG HAD HIRED CAPABLE PEOPLE WHO WOULD KNOW THIS EARLIER WITHOUT WASTING WEEKS AND SENDING THE PHONE BACK. NEXT CALL: I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM SOMEONE IN YOUR OFFICE TELLING ME THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND I COULD COLLECT IT THE SAME EVENING. VISIT NO 3 TO THE SERVICE CENTRE: AS USUAL THE PERSON I SENT ACROSS WAS ASKED TO WAIT FOR A WHILE BEFORE HE WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND THE PARTS AND THIS WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 3 TO 4 DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THAT FIRSTLY ANY GOOD COMPANY LIKE APPLE REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY AND DO NOT WASTE ONE MONTH OF A CUSTOMERS TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH PARTS OF THEIR OWN PHONE. FINAL VISIT TODAY: I SENT SOMEONE ACROSS AGAIN WHO WAS BEEN GIVEN THE PHONE AND BEEN ASKED TO REPLACE THE BATTERY AGAIN. WHAT IN THIS WORLD WERE YOU'LL DOING WITH MY HANDSET IF MY BATTERY IS STILL NOT REPLACED ?????? AND WHERE AM I GOING TO FIND ANOTHER BATTERY IF NO STORE STOCKS IT INCLUDING YOUR SERVICE CENTRES.

                                i had given my Samsung star GT-S5233OWSiNS to Samsung service center:[protected] at khira nagar,santa cruz west Mumbai on 20.08.12 f ONLY for changing of LCD touch screen and the cell was free from any defects, after many days when i got a call to pick up the phone as it was ready, i went there today i.e 24.09.12 and started the phone , the touchscreen panel worked fine but to my horror the memory card was just not being detected, the service center employees tried even their own memory card and after my protest took the cell inside and came out stating that the mother board has some defect in it and asked for further 3000Rs to fix it, as of such i have refused to accept the phone as there was no such earlier defect after much complaining the service center employees have said that they will change a Sim tray and i would be required to pay 200rs for that tray.

                                Unfortunately for me this has been the most horrible experience for me because as uptill now i had thought only service center people were but it seems the customer service executive calling me was the biggest ever.
                                I received a call from the number[protected] from a Samsung executive trying to blame the problem on me stating "It is unusual for a customer to check if the memory card is accessible" , then he started saying " he doubts me for reporting the problem at the service center itself" and accuses me a Project engineer handling sites for "Indian Chartered Accounts Institute" and "C.B.I" at Bandra Kurla complex worth more than 240 Crore rupees each and who is willing to pay Rs 1300 for replacement of touch screen mechanism of such an old phone just for its emotional value of haggling your company for such a mere amount.

                                After my much protests he gets the manager of the said Samsung service center Mr Matthews on a conference call and after a while the amount comes down from the earlier Rs 3000 to a magical Rs 66, since now it is quite obvious that whatever the plan or motive for haggling money has failed,I flatly refused to pay at which the said customer service executive gives me his vast gyaan about how much favor he is doing to me and gives me really weird examples and since I was not relenting and declined his so called offer I asked for a simple signed undertaking from Samsung stating " The customer discovered the problem of memory card reading malfunction during delivery, but Samsung does not concedes it to be its fault" at which the executive says that he is going to tell the manager of service center to make sure to charge Rs 3000 if I wanted this problem solved. For further entertainment you can hear the call which maybe mostly recorded on your system.

                                This has been the worst after sales service from a company of a repute such as Samsung.Needless to say I would never ever buy any other Samsung product no matter how good or how economical it might be. I would now request Samsung to please give me back the phone with the replaced touchscreen for which I am and always willing to pay Rs 3000 and with the said undertaking in writing.

                                As I have already said if the problem was caused by me I would be happy to pay whatever amount but I am not willing to give even a single ruppee for a mistake not committed by me,also Samsung needs to employ executives who have some amount of brain activity to judge a customer and his stature before making such rude and unacceptable comments and assessments, also as I have said earlier as much as I would like to go to a consumer court and demanding a hefty compensation, I am really not that kind of a person to just milk an opportunity such an experience leaves me to think otherwise.

                                I don't expect Samsung will act properly on the said executive and neither will it accept any mistake on its part, the real mistake seems mine in choosing Samsung product in first place,giving it to the authorized service center (because obviously even a roadside unauthorized service center would have done a better job in first place or would have atleast accepted it fault) and expecting some sort of justice from it.

                                Sub :- Mis-guide by service engineer and over quote for repair. Call no. [protected], CR No. 144007 (Book No. 2881) dated 31st March’17.
                                SAMSUNG always provide quality product with best after sale service record to their consumer in India.
                                I am Chartered Accountant and working in MNC at Gurgaon, and very big fan of Samsung products and have too.
                                This is very 1st time, that I un-impressed with after sale service for my LCD TV provided by Samsung through their service partners.
                                Case :- I bought Samsung 32” LCD TV Model :- LA32A550 P1R MXL in Oct’2008 for INR 40, 000. From last 7-8 days, I am facing problem in screen, which shows white screen without any picture with volume only.
                                I registered my complaint at your Samsung Service Centre, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi (Franchise through HCL Service Ltd. A-233, Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi) on 30th March’17 vide call no. [protected]. Against the same, one Engineer (Mr. Amit or Amud) visited my place and after inspection, he quoted around INR 35, 000/- repair charges. As per his quotation, he told us, that picture tube etc, got faulty and need to replace. I surprise to hear his quote.
                                Against INR 40K buying amount, how is it possible repair charges around INR 35, 000/-. Just to reconfirm from other outside engineer, I paid visiting charges INR 173/- through CR No. 144007 (Book No. 2881) dated 31st March’17 on that date. Next day, I called other outside engineer, (who is well verse in his field), told me that one part “T-Con Board” is faulty in my television, which will cost around INR 4, 000/- (Four Thousand only). Due to almost 90% repair cost difference from earlier quotation given by your service engineer for INR 35, 000/- and INR 4, 000/-, I am really got confused. Since, I am very keen to get work done from authorized centre of company only, are in fix now, which is right.
                                But two engineers in the same field can’t get too wrong in this way that cost come down to 90%.
                                I am sorry to say, but I feel very bad, that big company like Samsung has authorized after sale services to these kind of persons, who try to cheat innocent people and try to fetch huge amount on account of repair just because buyer has no electrical knowledge.
                                As prudent customer, I thought, this case should brought into knowledge of senior management of Samsung Co. to avoid any further damage to the company’s image without any reason.
                                Company should take serious action against every person, who tried to damage reputation of the company without any fault of the company.
                                I request you to investigate this issue and take necessary action. Also, send another engineer, who can guide us in right direction with correct cost of repair. I am not very comfortable to go outside service centre other than authorized by the company.

                                  I have purchased a Samsung mobile in the month of May 2013. Suddenly after 3 months the WI FI was not working. I sent the handset to the Authorized Samsung service centre (SABSONIC, 12 Loudon Street, Maruti Building, Kolkata 700 017) where they said that they will inspect the handset and tell me what the problem is in abut 3 days. But even after one week, they now tell me that the phone is "part pending" & that they have oddered it. Now I am already without a handset for past two week and they expect me to do without it for 7 more days. My work is suffering as I myself am an accountant for a construction company. It’s within warranty. Please help regarding this as I am suffering without a handset and not getting proper feedback from the Samsung personnel at the said service centre. The service job sheet is attached herewith.

                                    Please provide as much information as possible...i got a new samsung laptop on dated 29 Aug 2013,i paid for this 28000/-rs, because of i trusted on the brand of samsung but between 4 3 day my laptop stoped wroking same internal problem i trying to contact custamer care they have taken my complaint before 3day ago but they nothing sowl my problem

                                      ch information as possible...I bought Samsung cdma mobile model no sch b 559 last year,now few keypad buttons are broken and need to be repair or replaced, but non availability of body/Keypad of mobile in the market or in Samsung service center force to dump the mobile and need to buy new one set,if the company discontinue old models, should insure there parts easily available in market for few years.....
