I bought samsung handset E250 on 13/03/08, but now a days i m facing lots of problem in samsung set .in every 2 hrs i have to charge.

Samsung E-250 — Phone Dead

i purchased the abovementioned model no on 23/7/2008 and suddenly on 16th sept. 08 the phone got dead automatically, when i enquired with the service centre, i was informed that the board is damaged as the phone must have fallen somewhere, whereas there was no such occassion.
now the service centre is saying it will take 15 days for the report from their manufacturing unit to verify the actual problem and the estimates if any.
the phone is still under waranty period.
