Have had this phone for 3 weeks now.It has great features but it has way too many defects.

Rating: 1/5

After using it for 3 weeks,it started give me problems.

- When I try to dial a number in the keypad,and after dialing like 4 digits it automatically calls,without allowing me to dial the entire number
- When browsing through the phone book contacts,it automatically dials a random contact
- It does not allow me to search the contacts
- And when u switch off and power on the phone,it freezes and there is no way to switch off the phone but to remove the battery
- It always freezes like after using it for 15 mins

And after spending this much money,it's worthless.Never buy this phone.And they are not even willing to replace the handset.The service people just give a service number and after that they dont even contact you. A prestigious company like Samsung is not providing proper service.Being a loyal customer of Samsung and buying such an expensive phone and now they dont even provide the necessary service.

i brought samsung jet before 2 months now when i start camera i getting camera failed what can i do
i am not able to use wifi on my home router...it connects well & displays the sign of connection too bt the problem is the page doesnot load from the browser and another problem is tht when i download applications from my pc and transfer it through date cable on the mobile and when i try to install tht applications it says file format not found...what should i do ??? plz give me some suggestions...thank you,

    To whom it may concern

    Sir, my self Dinesh Kumar Sharma, R/o A – 766. First Floor. Shastri Nagar. Delhi – 110052. This letter is regarding your unexpected and unmanaged working system and for harrasement of customers. I gave my Samsung mobile phone model : SGH – X660, Sl No. R5TYB85270P, IMEI No. [protected] at your service centre on 22nd September 2008, Work Order No. WA[protected] at “Electro Serve Centre” B – 26. Moti Nagar. Delhi – 110015. I was not able to hear the incoming and out going calls from my mobile. I spent approx two hours there and the guy named Sahil, who inspected my mobile phone, told me we will call you later as we need to check it and we will change the speaker. On second or third day I got a call and they told me it will cost approx Rs. 348.00 or Rs. 368.00. I accepted that and told them to make it done. Then after few days I got a call from them the caller was Mr. Naresh and told me to collect my mobile phone as they told me it is ok now and working. I went there and met Mr. Naresh and he made invoice and told me to pay the amount and he handed over my mobile phone to me. I told him to let me check it and force me to pay but I checked the mobile phone with my sim card in this and it was same as I had given to them, then he gave me another sim card and checked with that and that was not working. I had some little arguments with him and he gave me surety to make it perfect next time. Then approx after a week I got a call again to receive my mobile phone and when I was there again then the mobile phone was in same condition while they told me it is working perfectly. From that day I ranged several times but there was no response and they told me we will inform you and I never got the phone. In the month of March or April 2009 I got some calls from them about my mobile phone but when I told them all previous drama then they gave me surety to call back me after the satisfaction by senior people but I never got any call back. I received a letter of warning on 14th May 2009, that letter addressed to me from the above said service center, “Electro Serve Centre” B – 26. Moti Nagar. Delhi – 110015. This letter was sent to me on behalf and himself by Mr. Manjit Singh. There was two phone numbers given on that letter : [protected] and[protected]. I ranged on this number and after long wait I had a talk with Mr. Gupta and I noticed his behave was not well and he told me Mr. Manjit Singh is not in office. On second day I talked with Mr. Manjit Singh and he told me you can collect your set and he gave me surety that he will check it by him self. I went there and he was not in office. I called him day after and he told me that he will call me by him self. After wait for couple of days I again called him then he told me that mobile phone is in ware house and when he will get it back then he will call me to get it. I haven’t received any call from him till the date of today so if there is any chance to get my mobile phone back then tell me.

      I have purchased samsung double door fridge om Jainson Madurai in the year 2005,when we bought the fridge they have told warranty for compressor is 5 year my fridge warranty still available,My fridge has problem of having getting cool i mad compliant to the samsung service last july''2009 after following for 2 week one person from the service come to my home in the night he checked and said timer has problem i said no problem change it this also taken another 2 week to bring to fix it,The day service person came he mentioned its not a timer fault its a fault of compressor he asked me do i have got still warranty on the compressor i said yes i even showed the warranty card also he said they will come and fix with the new one.This also agian 2 week to give feedback and after following on several ocassion the service person said i have to pay Rs 1100/ for the gas and labour i said okay.Currently i am staying with my family outside India my mother in law and my sister in law till date they are following the service person by the name Senthil Kumar he promise within 2 days he will send the person and correct the issue more than 3 times i have made istd call from where i am currently staying the person promise me and with the same reason.My home town is in Ramanathapuram District and my village name is Vedalai.The samsung service centre locatted in Ramanthapuram town at Bharathinagar,i have spend more the charge.I look forward the message with good answer.

      our samsung fridge is only 2 year old and now thw compressor is not working. its getting heated up. fridge is not cooling.
      we made complain to company a guy came and said to sold him back for rs 2000 or replace the compressor by 2600.

      I change/replace my old compressor with new compressor of my samsung double door refrigerator on dated 09/02/2012 from samsung authorised service centre cool desert behind chung fa restaurant opp.hanumaan mandir pandri road new shanti nagar raipur (c.g.) 492001 phone :[protected] and paid rs. 4800/- cash receipt no. 547 dated 09/02/2012. I launched one complain on dated 04/12/2012 ref. no. [protected] to call samsung toll free no. [protected] after launching complain one company representative came to my home on dated 05/12/2012 and said compressor problem i said to him about privious repair and replace new compressor but he said to me your compressor is out of warranty/gaurentee so you pay for all fault and again pay for new compressor

      This is the first communication received from Samsung and I haven't received any other communication.

      As I told you I have the original warranty card with your dealer stamp and the credit card statement for the proof of purchase on that date.I attach the same for your reference. It means you don't trust your dealer as well as customer. Chellamani & Co supposed to be one of your biggest dealer in Chennai having many branches in Chennai.

      Moreover warranty conditions or warranty information on your website doesn't stipulate to keep the bill copy or submit bill copy for any replacement.

      I trust you would appreciate and do the need full to set right my fridge immediately.

      Refrigerator Comprehensive - 1 Year
      Compressor - 5 Years Plastic / Glassware / Bulb / Tube
      This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.
      Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company's Service Centres (Refer the list) or it's Authorised Service Centres or it's Dealer's Service Centres.
      For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the authorised service centre/company's service centre/authorised dealer's service centre, all expenses incurred in collection the unit or part/s thereof from the company's service centre/authorised service centre/authorised dealer's service centre, as well as expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/ technicians towards to and fro travel, conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer.
      In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
      The company or it's authorised service centre/ service dealer, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at it's discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
      Any change of address shall be intimated to concerned service centre for continuation of warranty. 6b. Warranty for the unexpired period shall continue after the product is inspected by the concerned service centre and the product is found free from transit damage. The customer shall have to pay a visiting charge towards inspection, as applicable. 6c. In case of any transit damage, the product shall be repaired by the concerned service centre on charges and warranty for unexpired period to continue.
      The warranty does not cover demonstration/ installation of the product purchased.
      The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only. The maximum claim /s if entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower.
      In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company's prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
      The warranty is issued at New Delhi, and Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters covered or flowing from this warranty.
      The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be detective.
      Repairs during warranty period shall be carried on "Carry In" basis. Wherein for service the purchaser shall bring the product to the Service Centre with whom the set is registered for warranty service. The warranty does not cover cost of transportation of system from place of installation to the Service Centre.
      The concerned Service Centre will advise the customer whether to effect the repair at site or its Service Centre.
      Any part/s of the system replaced by the company at it's discretion shall be with a functionally operative part.
      THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:

      The warranty card is not duly filled and mailed back to the service centre for registration by the purchaser.
      The completed warranty card is not presented to authorised personnel at the time of repair.
      The product is not purchased from an Authorised SAMSUNG dealer.
      The product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual.
      Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company personnel.
      Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/ or physical construction of the set.
      Installation/ repair work is carried out by persons/agency other than authorised by the company.
      Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine.
      The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the machine or cabinet.
      Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service centre or purchaser's residence.
      The compressor of my Samsung refrigerator just broke down few days after the warranty period expired.

      Lesson no. 1. Do not by Samsung Regrigerators - they are bad. The service fellow came and first said the board is bad and need to be replaced.
      After prolonged questioning and re examination, the final reson for break down is due to compresser breaking down.
      Compressors should last for 10 to 15 years.
      Why they break down just after warranty period expires - because of poor workmanship involved.

      Hence Lessor no. 2. Do not buy Samsung Refrigirators.

      And the final lession agian is DO NOT BUY SAMSAUNG REFRIGIRATORS.

        Dear Sir,

        I had booked a complaint for my faulty Samsung fridge vide complaint no.[protected]. I had requested the company service booking office to expediate the service as i have an infant child and require the services of fridge. i got a proper response from the customer care but at the service centre at Basheer bagh in hyderabad, they dot even talk to you properly, let alone help you, and all this when i am paying for the repair of the product. Either Samsung should vet the kind of people they hire and not keep the disgustingly incompetant and rude people or just shut shop and get out of Indian Market. Till now i used to think that samsung after sales is good, but coming to face with the problem, i can safely say.. its the WORST. I hope the people at senior position at Samsung read this and do somthing about it.

            Dear Samsung,
            This is Prasanna Venkatesh. Sorry for this big story, I appreciate you for the precious time taken to read this.

            We purchased a Washing machine 3 years back, and the Model NO. WA80 HAG and Serial# WO425ZCYC0140P, and the respective BP No[protected]. My father Mr.Lakshmanan have filed a complaint on 3-August-2009, for servicing the washing machine which wasn't working for a week. The customer care engineer reached our premises within 2 days of the complaint registration. He found the PCB and the wires running to the PCB are damaged because of rats (I wonder how samsung designed a washing machine without rat protection for selling it in India)

            So far there is no resolution for the call. My father tried following up with the customer for a month, and every time the support person from your Trichy, TamilNadu office promises a call back and that never happened. So he finally gave up and asked me to do followup. I have been calling the customer care and from last Friday, 11th of September and again expecting the call back from Trichy office. But nothing seems to be working.

            On Monday, 14th of September, I finally decided to escalate the call to the next level. The customer care executive transferred the call to Mr.Suresh the supervisor and he managed to contact the manager of the trichy office. I had a discussion with the manager and he finally gave me a option that they will replace the washing machine and I have to pay the balance amount after depreciation calculation for the 3 year old junk(washing machine), we were asked to produce the photocopy of the bill to the trichy office, and he will contact us by Tuesday afternoon, 15th of September. I live in Pune, Maharastra and father lives in a small town called viralimalai, I gave the contact numbers of mine and my dad.

            We took the photocopy of the bill and we did produce the same in the trichy office on 15th september around 9.30 am. I was waiting till today morning for the call back from your Respected manager of trichy office, but that didn't happen. So again I called the customer care on 16th morning 9.15 and spoke to another Supervisor, and she informed us that the trichy office manager will call us back within 2 hours from now. There were no information from them.

            When I came back home around 6.30 pm on 16th september, I phoned the customer care and able to trace Mr. Satish, the supervisor who helped me earlier to contact the trichy office. He again traced the Manager of trichy office, and the Manager have informed that the customer didn't agree for replacement! Why the hell he asked us to provide the photocopy in his office?

            While Mr.Satish was informing this to me, suddenly the call got disconnected (Not sure whether it happened accidentally or intentionally) I again called the customer care to connect the call to Mr.Satish and they weren't able to connect it, and they added a note to Mr.Satish for call back before 8pm, 16th of September and that too didn't happen.

            Please let me know what we should do with the junk?

            Unfortunately I have brought a Samsung washing machine for my house in Pune (WA82 TAL) during December 2008, and my father recently purchased another samsung refrigerator 10 days back :(

            Would Mr.Satish call me back?
            Would Samsung help me solve this issue?
            Who will be responsible for lack of service?
            Will Samsung Top management look in to this story?

              I had purchased a Samsung fully automatic washing machine model No. WA80D5V/XCL from Girias, Outer Ring Road, Banaswadi on 13th Sept., 2009. A representative from the company came on 15th Sept., 2009 at 7.30 p.m. and installed the machine. When I tried to operate the machine on 16th Sept., 2009 morning it is not working. The Company representative was saying that there is some problem with the machine. After half an hour he said, now it is working. But, when I tried to operate the same in the morning the same is not working.

              I contacted Samsung's call centre and registered a complaint, as also with Girias. But nobody is bothered to come and check or replace the machine.

              Samsung--Fully Automatic Washing M/c — MALFUNCTIONING

              Since purchase of washing m/c, i am facing a lot of trouble.
              against complain, company representative comes but unable to identify the reason behind its malfunctioning.

                Sub : Regarding Complaint against Samsung Service Centre

                M/s. BOSCOS, C-114, Narayana Industrial Area, Phase – I

                I am constrained to lodge a complaint against one of your Service Centre M/s. BOSCOS, C- 114, Narayana Industrial Area, Phase – I, New Delhi for the negligency on the part of their Service Engineer while rectifying the fault of my Semi Automatic SAMSUNG Make Washing Machine. I briefly explain my entire problem as under :



                I had lodged a complaint over Samsung HOT LINE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER [protected] vide complaint Number [protected] on 5.9.2009 for rectification of fault of my Semi Automatic Washing Machine which was lying out of order for the last few months. One of your Service Engineer having His Mobile Number [protected] visited my residence on 7.9.2009 and checked the machine thoroughly. As soon as he started the machines by joining the wires which were broken at some places, the machine started working including the dryer with some vibration. The engineer said that it is due to faulty motor the vibration is coming and he has to check all the connections properly. He took more than half an hour in locating the fault but could not trace the problem. My family members objected and asked him not to touch any of the wires if he has no knowledge as otherwise the motor will get burnt but your engineer overlooked their advise and tried to join the two wires wrongly. As soon as he tried to join the two wires, a heavy explosion took place and the motor got burnt. To that my family member shouted on him and asked him why did you do this. To that he said it has all happened because of faulty motors and not by joining the wires and asked me to pay Rs. 1700/- towards the cost of new motors.



                Inspite of admitting his fault, he straightaway started blaming us that motor is faulty. He charged Rs. 280/- from me towards his visit fee and I paid for that inspite of his negligency for getting the motors burnt. I parallely got the motors checked up with MOTOR Engineer and he clearly informed that it has all happened due to wrong joining of wire.



                I also approached your Authorised Service Centre M/s. BOSCOS for seeking redressal of this grievances but they also overlooked my request and threatened me to lodge a complaint any where I like as they do not bother.



                Sir, I would like to inform you that hardly more than a year has elapsed I had got the motor changed and machine was working perfectly but due to broken wires at some places the machine stropped working.



                Perhaps you will not believe that I am one of your valued customers for the last 10 years and using SAMSUNG PRODUCTS for the last so many years and such kind of services from your Authorised Service Centre that too to your valued customers cannot be expected from an organization of repute like yours. I know this company since long and was being provided good services in the past without any complaint. This is the first time it has happened.

                At last I have nothing to say more but to request your goodself to please look into the matter at your level and take strict action against your Authorised Service centre for providing improper service to the customer as well as direct them to send qualified engineer immediately to my residence and got the machine working by replacing the burnt motor with new one at their cost as I am not going to pay for the cost of the new motor as it has all happened due to negligency of the engineer.

                I am constrained to lodge a complaint against one of your Service Centre M/s. BOSCOS, C- 114, Narayana Industrial Area, Phase – I, New Delhi for the negligency on the part of their Service Engineer while rectifying the fault of my Semi Automatic SAMSUNG Make Washing Machine. I briefly explain my entire problem as under :

                I had lodged a complaint over Samsung HOT LINE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER [protected] vide complaint Number [protected] on 5.9.2009 for rectification of fault of my Semi Automatic Washing Machine which was lying out of order for the last few months. One of your Service Engineer having His Mobile Number [protected] visited my residence on 7.9.2009 and checked the machine thoroughly. As soon as he started the machines by joining the wires which were broken at some places, the machine started working including the dryer with some vibration. The engineer said that it is due to faulty motor the vibration is coming and he has to check all the connections properly. He took more than half an hour in locating the fault but could not trace the problem. My family members objected and asked him not to touch any of the wires if he has no knowledge as otherwise the motor will get burnt but your engineer overlooked their advise and tried to join the two wires wrongly. As soon as he tried to join the two wires, a heavy explosion took place and the motor got burnt. To that my family member shouted on him and asked him why did you do this. To that he said it has all happened because of faulty motors and not by joining the wires and asked me to pay Rs. 1700/- towards the cost of new motors.


                Inspite of admitting his fault, he straightaway started blaming us that motor is faulty. He charged Rs. 280/- from me towards his visit fee and I paid for that inspite of his negligency for getting the motors burnt. I parallely got the motors checked up with MOTOR Engineer and he clearly informed that it has all happened due to wrong joining of wire.

                I also approached your Authorised Service Centre M/s. BOSCOS for seeking redressal of this grievances but they also overlooked my request and threatened me to lodge a complaint any where I like as they do not bother.


                Sir, I would like to inform you that hardly more than a year has elapsed I had got the motor changed and machine was working perfectly but due to broken wires at some places the machine stropped working.


                Perhaps you will not believe that I am one of valued customers of SAMSUNG for the last 10 years and using SAMSUNG PRODUCTS for the last so many years and such kind of services from your Authorised Service Centre that too to your valued customers cannot be expected from an organization of repute like yours. I know this company since long and was being provided good services in the past without any complaint. This is the first time it has happened.

                    I bought one samsung split ac 1.5 ton from Multi Channel Electronics Pvt Ltd , Kolkata on 9 . 6.09. since middle of August the ac stopped cooling . on 13.9.09 I lodged a complaint with the helpline . the complaint no - [protected]. on 14.9.09 a Samsung technician came and said that the gas has leaked and he refilled it . but after he left I noticed that the ac was not cooling again . I called the technician and he said the unit needs thorough inspection for which it has to be sent to the workshop. It is obvious now that the unit is defectve and I want a replacement immediately . i will settle for nothing less. immediately do the needful. The samsung experience is very bitter . I will never purchase this brand in future and share this with all my net friends .

                          I had purchased the above Samsung mobile in the year Sep 2006.
                          Within 9 months o[censored]sage I had a software issue and had given to service center located in West of Chord Road, Mahalaxmipuram, Bangalore.
                          I collected the mobile and found that IMEI number was reset to [protected].
                          When I enquired the same with service center, I was told that no issue you can use.
                          I used it till June 2009, currently I am using Airtel connection, but all of a sudden the mobile stopped working when I checked with Airtel, they told that the IMEI number cannot be Zero’s so it has to carry the correct IMEI number. When I approached the
                          Samsung Service center, they took it and gave me a call after a month saying that Mother Board has to be replaced and charging 2000 INR. I also told that it was their mistake to not to load the IMEI number after the service for that they have no answer and asking me to pay 2000 INR.

                          I also have talked to the customer care and also to the managers of the service center, they are not ready to help me out of this.

When i have collected my phone on 07/10/2010 than my external memory shown disabled, Later on, i came to know that my memory card was missing and when i claim for memory card than the lady who recieved my phone start teaching me lesson that it is your responsibility not our to ask at that time and told me to do whatever i want. So kindly look into the matter, i will be highly obliged.

                            I bought a samsung split ac in April 1, 2009 from M/s. Amaravathee Electroncs. Kolathur, Chennai 99. The ac purchased was 1 ton capacity. They have installed the ac latter. The ac was working about 20 days properly and after that it lost its cooling capacity. The ac machanic from your company attended and the cleaned the ac. But the cooling is not sufficient. Again I made a complaint. On 12.9.2009 a mechanic from your checked up the ac. He find the difference between the outdoor and indoor unit. The out door unit model is AS 12 UA X and the indoor unit model is AS 18 UA. That is instead of installing an indoor unit of 1 ton capacity they have installed a 1.5 ton indoor unit. The mechanic confirmed that due to the indoor and out door unit problem only, we are not getting sufficient cooling. He also requested us to replace the indoor unit. Immediately I informed the dealer who agreed to do the needful after checking the units by your mechanics.
                            I now request you to kindly take this matter on an urgent basis and replace th indoor unit immeditely. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, R. Thangappan.

                            since last two month we are complaing about our AC is not giving cooling still probblem remain same i think samsung service is not good better change my whole unit & send to your research dept to find out cause of not cooling.                               I had purchased Samsung 32'' LCD TV in Mar 2008 for approx. Rs.48000/-. During warranty period everything was fine. I had no problems with the television set. In this Aug 09, picture quality started deteriorating. In sept 1st week picture was not visible at all.
                              As per the engineer from Samsung customer care, panel of LCD TV (i.e. screen) has developed some problem due to moisture.(Pls note my TV is at a distance of approx 18 feet from window) I have to get this panel changed. We were shocked to know that the cost of new LCD panel is as high as Rs.24000/-.
                              So within 1.5 years the heart of the LCD TV has gone bad. So annualised cost of LCD is appox. Rs.32000/-.
                              "Warrantee period is only 1 year" was the answer I received from them. So the company, itself expect that the product can be used for 1 year only. Also the warranty on the new panel will be just 1 Month.
                              Rather than getting this panel changed i am planning to buy new CRT TV (Old TV). I can get a good TV at Rs.15000/-. Atleast it will work for 5 years.

                              I SUGGEST NO ONE SHOULD GO FOR SAMSUNG LCD TV

                              Samsung Lcd — owner talking to customer with feet on the front table

                              My in laws bought LCD TV from samsung India located at city center Salt Lake Kolkata .When they approached the owner, the owner sat with his feet on the table .When my inlaws asked him to atleast put his feet down from the table while talking, he started abusing them .This was a shock for my inlaws and for me particularly .These are the unclulctured and illitrate people samsung hasgiven their agencies to ..I am so disgusted with this fact that i have pledged never to buy any samsung product .The retailer did not even have respect for the senior citizen.I believe if samsung wishes to protect its brand value it must take feedback from the people of their dealers and retail outputs

                              Samsung Lcd — invalid reason for rejection of loan

                              On saturday, 25th July booked a LCD at Thane-Vintage Vision with a down payment of Rs.9600/-We wanted to utilise the loan facility for which all the reqd.papers were handed over to the dealer. He too promised to deliver the LCD on Thursday after getting a clearance of the loan.We agreed to this. Today all of a sudden I recd a call asking me whether I am using any credit card which I flatly refused.I truly do not carry my transaction with Cr.card as I do not possess any.I use my ICICI debit card only which is my salaried a/c.I was finally sent a rejection SMS about the LCD.After enquiring with the dealer who too was shocked, as we have been their regular customer, called up the bajaj person named Mr.Praveen who inbformed us that We were rated with 630 seibel points hence not qualifying for a loan amt.On enquiring further Bajaj fellow stressed that we have a credit card and have defaulted many payments.
                              This was a shock of my life.He said that this information is gathered by RBI.
                              Now, I would like to know where the problem is. Also I just get a proper justification as to why I ws refused and on what grounds.The dealer did return the money back. But we as a customer would really like to know as to from where are the faulty information coming from and then harassing us in this manner.Request you to let us know if someone else in my name is utiising a credit card.we are not aware.Please give the full clarification with regards to the above.

                              Samsung Lcd — dual representation of ECS for the last two months

                              Dear Sir

                              Sir I have purchased Samsung Wallmount LCD TV last year and my EMI is Rs.2112/-p.m. which ended in August 2009. But knowingly or unknowingly in July 2009 and August 2009 my ECS was presented twice to my banker (ICICI Bank, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore) which got returned and I was charged by the bankers twice for this @Rs.280/- per return. Also my bank statement unnecessarily got two ECS return remarks because your mistake. So I have gone to your Coimbatore R.S.Puram Branch and met Mr.Anand in Customer Service in this regard and asked for a regret letter to be submitted to my Bankers and also the refund of my ECS return charges debited by my bankers because of your mistake.

                              He told me to mail him all details so that he (Mr.Anand) could send it to Bajaj Fin HO for necessary action. The mail with all details was sent to Mr.Anand 3 days before but till now no action was taken. Why? Also I have received a call from Mr.Vijay of your Coimbatore Bajaj Finance Office for making a payment which he mentioned pending for the last due whereas it was cleared in my bank during August 2009.

                              What these guys are doing there in your Coimbatore office I don't know. I have now got a bad remark in my bank account because of the mistakes of your staff. Apart from these, Mr.Vijay from your office is calling me and asking me a pending payment which is not at all prevailing there.

                              Also when we call your R.S.Puram office landline or cell numbers nobody is picking. I don;t know whether they are all there in the office all the time or not.

                              Please look into the matter immediately and rectify my complaints immediately.

                              I purchased a Samsung 46 inch LCD exactly 2 years back and now the panel seems to have developed a manufacturing defect which the company service people believe will cost approximately Rs. 25,000.                               This is to inform u that , I have purchased a samsung LCD series 4 three months back that is 31/03/2011.But it stopped working . I called customer care on 19 june 2011 for repaire or replacement . The person came and checked the LCD and said there is some problem in some part and that will be replace and it will take atleast one week .

                              We said okay he came after i week with the part and same was replace but the system havent started working . We asked the engineer why it was working he said that there is no plroblem in this part we changed .

                              I purchased Samsung 40 Inch LCD TV Model Number : LA40D550K1RLXL, Serial Number : MPZP3PBB901149R for 40000 on 15 AUG 2012 from Reliance Digital in Phoenix Market City Bangalore . It worked fine for 1 year and then on 18 AUG 2013 just after 3 days after warranty expired, it developed a problem of Horizontal Lines on screen. I called Samsung service Complain Number :[protected], they said panel has to be replaced. Cost = approx 20000 Rs.

                              It is just 1 year and 3 days guys and I bought the TV in 40 K and now it is worth nothing. It is a product defect and certainly Samsung should take responsibility for the screen,

                              On this above context, I am requesting / appealing to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS to take up this as very special / exceptional case and replace the PANEL at minimum cost as it is just 1 year old TV. It is my expectation from you, to look into this and show a way out, to solve the issue cordially so that the so that the customer satisfaction is highly appreciated.

                              I am writing this post with lots of hope and a proper judgment from SAMSUNG side.

                                i purchased an Omnia at the end of November 2008. i was given a window period of a week to come back and tell them if the phone is giving me problems. well it did not, till 3 weeks after the purchase. the phone was jamming, freezing,giving me all sorts of problems(and i know it the omnia has a reputation of doing such!!! people take them back all the time, i heard this from the very vodacare shop that i took my complaint to). it got very bad in january 2009, so i took it back. a few weeks later Vodcare calls to tell me i broke the phone and i need to pay R1700 of which i did not have and still dont. and i was not willing to pay such an amount for something i did not do. the omnia at that time was going at R13 000 something, and my installment is R443, i would have been a fool to sabotage it. i then told them that i will not pay because it was not my fault and their need to fix it or give me a new phone, cause i had had the phone only for a couple of months and it started to give me problems. i wrote to Hello Peter to help, which was unsuccessfull, vodcare would not budge. i then told them to fix it, hoping that their would come to their senses and give me the phone, without making me pay that ridiculous amount!!! i received a message after having waited almost 5months(and their had said it would take 17 days) for my phone to be fixed to come and collect it. i went and their are still telling my about the R1700(which i still do not have) i am paying R443 every single month for a phone that is collecting dust at the hatfield, Pretoria vodcare!! it saddens me that as excited as i was to be in possession of such a beautiful phone like that, it would come with such misery. i know i am not the first to tell you nor the last that the Omnia had factory faults therefor giving alot of people a had time. i am offerly disappointed in Vodacare for not having handled the situation rightfully and for their none professionalism, and in Samsung for bringing out a phone that brings such misery to people, instead of joy! right now i got a new job by South African Express, and having a proper working phone(their gave me a phone, which is giving me problems as well) is of high importance. i hope samsung will do right by me, so that i wont have to take this story to the newspapers. i am tryed of fighting vodacare, and especially because i am practically donating R443 every month. Samsung and Vodaworld is such hugh and well known companies that will not go out of budgets for fixing my phone that was broken due to Samsungs fault and not mine! hope to be hearing from you soon!

                                  I am so ashamed of myself for buying Samsung product for which I am still suffering.
                                  I bought 2 Samsung (double mistake committed) ACs from HomeTown (booked on 16th August 2009). The delivery of window AC came after 10 days and Split AC after 14 days (So much hype about after consumer service!!). Window AC could never be installed even after chasing for 10 days after which, having been totally fed-up, I got the AC installed myself through some outsider. Today is 14th September 2009 and in spite of vigorous follow-up, I am still unable to get the split AC installed through Samsung. One Mr. Manav from the service center (Mob no [protected]) who seems to be senior enough, keeps promising installation every day for the next day, but that next day is yet to arrive. Now that summer is at its fag end, I don't even need an AC. Thank you Samsung for such prompt and timely service as well as for saving my electricity bill as I could not use the ACs during summers for which I had bought them.
                                  PLEASE DO NOT BOAST OF BEING A 'CUSTOMER FRIENDLY' COPMPANY. YOU ACTUALLY DO NOT DESERVE IT.
                                  I AM TIRED OF CHASING SAMSUNG AND HOMETOWN
                                  WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER SAMSUNG 1 TON AWT 12 ZKA, FREE SERVICE WAS CARRIED ONLY TWO TIMES, TWO MORE FREE SERVICE IS PENDING. TRIED TO CALL THE PERSON, NO RESPONSE.

                                    i have requested your call centre with a request to fix the tv to the wall mount. your service centre by
                                    name m/s G.techno services sent one person by name mr. bhoopathi. afterwards i have a problem
                                    with sound of the tv and again i comlained and on 12th morning two people by name srikanth and ajay
                                    came and disturbed the wall mounted tv and could not fix the same intact. the second person is not an employ of the g.techno services. they further told me that again mr.bhupathi will come within an hour and fix it to the wall mount. so far i.e. 11.45 today 14th when i spoke to the service centre again
                                    service centre techncian srikanth tells me that bhupathi will come in the evening and fix it.mr. gurunath on whose name the service centre stands is not responding to my calls. his number as given by your call centre is [protected]. this is causing me both mental strain and physical strain and monetory loss over phone calls. I unable to understand how to solve the problem and to whom to
                                    appraoch for the same except seeking consumer forum help. I believe samsung will reply me positively by taking some action on the service centre i.e. g.techno services, dilsukhnagar.

                                      I bought this Samsung LCD LA40M8 on 27.04.08. For the past 15 days I have a difficulty in switching On. When I press On button, I am getting Tick Tick sound for 90 seconds. After that only it is getting On. I lodged a complaint in the toll free number. Somebody called me and told that they will charge Rs.1800 per visit and is it ok for me?. Why so much cost? One year only gone. It is a costly article. Why the problem arose in one year? Kindly do the needful.

                                        I have purchased this fully automatic model approx. 10 years back from m/s Vijay Sales, Goregaon on 10.07.1998. The investment was worth the product as it never gave any trouble all these years. But for the past few months we have noticed that when the machine changes the mode from 'Wash to Rinse' or 'Rinse to Speedy' it malfunctions with a fault code displayed. Once I reset the machines with power off is works properly. Sometimes we also need to rearrange the cloths in the drum even if they are minimum if they are entangled during the washing process for it to work. In my opinion this is not a overload issue.

                                        I want you to revert on to whom we should contact for such problems. May be it is a servicing problem of the machine. Do revert so that corrective steps can be taken asap before there is a complete breakdown which I want to avoid.

                                        I presume this is a normal complaint lodging process which I searched on the net, hence using it for the first time.
