I have purchased a 320 lts frost free samsung refrigerator in 2007. It develped fault in April 2009, immidiately I had madecomplaint in samsung service centre. Engineer Has visited my place and refilled gas in it. As it was not repaired properly gas again leaked out. Again in July 2009 I complaint the serrive centre for repair of my fridge. Company engineer had taken my fridge to service centre and return it after 2 days. Still my fridge is showing same problem. Now even after several calls to the service centre no one has visited my place for repair of my refrigerator. My complaint No. is [protected]. Mr Promod Kumar Roy, service engineer at Ghaziabad is not showing any interest in repair my refrigerator.
Pl help us with whom we should contact.

    My self deependra lal karn. I purchased a blue tooth device on dated 4th april 2010 . But, due to sound destortion. I talk to customer care and the according to his advice i deposited my bluetooth headset on samsung service centre. (Near R.G Complex pahargunj).
    When asking about the exact date to receive my device. They guys did not give me proper response.

      Dear Sir,

      I purchased a Samsung Mobile SGH M150 from M/s Samarth Communication Hisar (Haryana) on October 09, 2008. This mobile set is not functioning properly from very first day of purchase. The power consumption of this set was high and the battery is exhausted within 24 hours.

      According to the company web site the batter talk time of this model is upto 8.30 hrs and standby time is upto 420 hrs. However, I never got this talk time in the present set. I purchased this model only to get higher talk time so that repeated charging problem is solved.

      I made repeated e mails and visited the company’s customer service centers at Hisar and Jaipur unfortunately the problem still exists with the set.

      Recently the company’s service center at Jaipur told me that they have replaced its mother board which I received on 19/08/2009. After this repair the battery consumption is not improved In fact the consumption is increased. I requested the company to change the set but I have not received any response.         Dear Sir/Mam,
        I bought samsung TV last year. 3 days before it stopped working without any reason. There is no sound, no video, nothing. I called the dealer from where i purchased it (I Purchased from Viveks - JPNagar - Bangalore). I put complaint on 31-August-2009. It was supposed to resolve within 24 hours but no one has come to my place yet to repair it. Can you please help me out in this context? And my warranty is expiring on 03-September-2009. Please need immediate response.

          I am a resident of Mumbai and have purchased the Samsung Star S5233 Mobile which has a box price of Rs11,100 and a warranty. I have received in the box 1 main set, 1battery, 1 travel adapter, 1 stereo headset, 1 data kit and 1 stylus pen
          BUT THE MOBILE COVER IS MISSING!!!!!!!!!
          I have come of knowledge that others who have purchased the mobile have received the cover.

          I would like an answer to this and would request you to look into the matter immediately and compensate me with the cover that is missing with my purchase as soon as possible.
          I wanted to know wheathr you got the back cover or not, a after complaining to samsung??

            order no 0ga[protected] Samsung Touch Phone .i got call from india today for Samsung Touch phone he told me prise rs 8999/- + delivery chargess .i first told i did't want i got lower prise in market.aftre some thime he call me and told about free gift + 1500/-m special discount + holiday packej of rs 5000/-he told me to pay rs 7500/- iagree for that then he put me for opayment option and i do payment.

            Next day i got sms from bank fro the transaction which i made in faveor of india today is for rs 94498/-.i call to india today and ask about it but they not agree for it. what can i do for that?

            I had bought a samsung touch screen phone , on 5th sept 2009 , i have been constantly calling the fake number provided by the [protected] , a taped massage is played on 24 hours and you cannot get through ,the assured free gifts worth Rs 12000/- (twelve thousand ) have not been given .

              We had purchased a samsung home theatre HT-P10 around 2.5 years back. Now we had an issue with the remote of the system. Hence we had taken it to the local samsung service centre at Trivandrum. Initially they told that the remote is not repairable and would replace with a new one. After chasing them for around 10 times, they gave me a remote on a billed payment of 490/-. But the same day, I found even this defective and immediately reported and gave it back to the service centre. Since that day, they are giving me the execuse that the stock hasn't arrived and I have chased them again for around 10 to 15 times and also have manually gone there for around 4 to 5 times. Each time they gave the same execuse and now at last they say me that the remote is not available at all anywhere, so I wouldn't get it.

              I am not sure whether it is the problem with the local customer service people or the samsung company itself. I am disappointed with this lethargic attitude of the customer service centre and also surprised to see that a big electronics company like Samsung is not able to replace a remote for its model.

                I had purchased a C3035 samsung phone from an outlet in Bangalore on 17/08/2009.The very same night i returned to Chennai and the phone went dead. Wheni took it to Chennai - Mylapore service centre, i had the worst experience of my life. The service centre asked me to go back to Bangalore and get my phone replaced. That being completely out of the question, they asked me to wait for 7 days, saying the part will be replaced . Its been 15 days and all i get are ambiguous answers and irritated personnel asking me to call back later. In addition to this , the Mylapore executives are ill-mannered, indifferent and rude.When i expressed my frustration, they went to the level of threatening me in warning tones. Please help.

                  i don't know how to rectify this problem, but it is only because of your simcard . i had the same problem of showing entry empty in my samsung c5212 which i got rectified when the sim is changed
                  i have a problem in my samsung E250 mobile.this the problem is entry empty.
                  i don.t show my contacts. in my phone book and do not add a new contacts in phone or sim.
                  pls, rectified the problem.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I purchased a new Samsung metro 3310 from a retail mobile store in karnal, haryana on 28th Aug, 2009.
                        But facing a problem regarding transfering data & files through bluetooth. Data can be transfered but directly stored to Phone Memory.
                        And phone memory becomes bull in two or three songs.

                        And problem is that there is no any option regarding where to save file or either to move it from phone to memory card.

                        I consult a Samsung service centre on 29th Aug. But not getting a satisfactory responce from your customer care excecutive located in Mughal Karnal area in karnal.

                        Can u please solve my problem or guide me.

                        Bcoz i am not satisfied with your company.

                        in this cell.u can move things to memory card through move option for each and everything stored in phn memory.check it out first properly
                        blue tooth visibility for memory card is not activated by using your setting.

                        Frens, derz no need to install any pc suite for samsung metro 3310 .. only data cable is enuf .. jus go to settings--phone settings--pc connections--mass storage.. game is over :) enjoy. I[censored] ve doubts, be in tuch wit me at [protected]@gmail.com..

                        but when i have about 200 messages i get a notification that message memory full

                        i bought samsung metro3310 mobile in hyderabad...thanks to samsung bcoz i found it better when compared to other branded phones in the same price range...but here r few probs with this ph...
                        1.) while transferring files via bluetooth, files r saved to ph but not to memory card...i hav to copy again from ph to mem card each n everytime which is time taking n very annoying too...while i transfered data via bluetooth for the very first time, i remembered it asked the place to save, whether on the ph or on the memory card.by mistake i selected ph n the prblm is der with me like a dearest friend

                        2.)inbox messages r directly saved to sim n i hav to delete sum messages as i get the notification that message memory full n delete some messages...each time i have to delete some imp messages...

                          i am sorry to inform that i never expected that i would get such a worst response from this product. i puchased this product in 2005 by a source that it was a good product. to my knowledge, this is the worst product i used so far. it has been a defective piece since when i bought it and the dealer promised that it wont repeat again. as the dealer is from a known source. i had to face the problem from then till this date. the service is so terrible that i cannot even mention. even the response is so worst that i have nothing to say about.
                          from past 6 months i was facing the problem an d after number of complaints they took the machine to the service centre. after 4 months my product returned to me saying it got delayed. on the best service u provided, it was back to problem in 2 days and after speaking directly to the dealer, it was taken back to the service centre again. after a 2 months, i got the machine back. the same problem again. from past 12 days i am calling the toll free chennai and they are convincing me that they will get back to me in 2 days or 2 hours and it has been 12 days from then. they kept telling me they would be there before 8 p.m and it never happened. overall all these experience 1 thing is sure that i completelt lost confidence on the brand as well as the service too. i will never or ever recommend this product to anybody.

                          samsung washing machine front load — no response from the service centre

                          as i mentioned in the earlier mail that there was no response in the service. i once again put across this issue so that the action would be taken at the earliest.
                          my complaint number is [protected]. this complaint number is given to me from past 15 days and there has been absolutely no response. there is a limit of patience for anybody. when that crosses, it would get worst.
                          i am really sorry to tell you that i am so unhappy with the product as well as the service provided by samsung.

                            I have buy a Samsung mobile at-Sambalpur moriya electronic

                            i have buy the mobile 24/08/09 the mobile fault is the 2 gb card not support
                            when i was switch of the Samsung Mobile then i switch on the mobile & then i was play the music in memory card the mobile show root directory is full .

                            please help me what can i do as soon as possible

                            I bought Samsung S3500 on 11Sep09. When switched off and on the next day, the unit does not recognize the 2GB memory card. Still trying to replace the unit by contacting the dealer / service center who also unable to rectify the fault even after reinstalling the software. Already sent a email to support.[protected]@saumsung.com. Hope, quick action will be taken for replacement. Basically, Samsung products are good; sometimes, problem may occur -- not only samsung, but for any product. Now, it is matter of customer service after-sales which is very important.                               DEAR SIR

                              I AM USING SAMSUNG SCX-4521F MODEL PRINTER FOR ISSUING AIR TICKET.
                              EVERY DAY I NEED PRINT OUTS URGENTLY.

                              MY MAIN PROBLEM IS I RECEIVING FAX BUT NOT PRINT OUT COMING.

                                Sir, I have purchase samsung mobile model B529 bearing IMEI No.[protected] on 02 Nov 08 from Online Infocom, L 22/384A National Highway No. 8 Red Light Crossing, Mahipalpur, New Delhi-110037 whose contact is[protected]/16. The set become unserviceable and handed it over to Lovely Communication F-8, South Extension, Part One, New Delhi -049(Contact No[protected]/[protected] i n the month of Mar 09 for repair and got repaired on 23 Apr 09 vide their bill No. 1520 dated 23 Apr 09 after payment of Rs 250/-. After this servicing the set has become more irresponsive. Again the set was handed over to the Lovely Communication on 02 May 09 vide their work order No LC 9D0112 with Head phone which has also become unserviceable. The set was repaired and handed over to me 09 May 09. I received the set to avoid more exertion in future knowing the system has become slow due to poor service and negligence repair. My head phone is still pending with Lovely Communication. No satisfactory response from the service centre. I contacted mobile No [protected] which was given by the Lovely Communication for further contact. Since 09 May 09 the owner of this mobile no is static with one reply ie no headphone available with company and will be replaced whenever available. I contacted 30308282 and after holding the phone for 20 minutes I was advised by 30308282 to contact Mr Sumit (M-[protected]), ASM of the particular for assistance. I am trying to contact Mr Sumit since 25 Aug 09. He is responding/attending call at all though his mobile is ringing. Please respond my complaint so that I need not to go consumer forum. This is not question of head phone as it is not costly. The question is wastage of money and time during this process.

                                Samsung Mobile B520 — NOT PROPER SERVICE

                                I HAVE PURCHASE THIS MOBILE HANDSET MODEL NO.-B520 ON THE DATED OF 19.03.2009, BUT WITH IN 4 MONTH THE SLIDER HAS DAMAGE DUE TO GENERAL USE, AFTERTHAT WHEN I HAVE GAVE IT TO SERVICE CENTER ON 8/8/2009, THEY SAID THAT THIS IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE, AFTERTHAT I AGREE, THEY TOLD ME THAT U COME & PICKUP UR CELL ON 14.08.2009, BUT ON 14.08.2009 THE CELL WAS NOT READY, THEY SAID TO ME U COME AT 22.08.2009, BUT TILL NOW THE CELL HAS NOT REPAIRED.
                                Sir i have purchased samsung B520 mobile before 6 months ago but i am not satisfied with the mobile.the mobile battery is not upto the mark from the very first day it can be discharge quickly and also when we start the GPRS service the mobile switched off automatically.What to do...kindly send suggestion
                                i have samsung b520 mobile and its sliding strip had got damage.and samsung care center is talling it will coat rs1000.and another care center tells that it will cost rs600 . i want to konw why there is such a difference.
                                Yes it is a third grade product . even I have experienced slider problem and battery problem . Can I get my payment back is their any alternative

                                  I have purchased Samsung star S5233 in July and after one or two days the back cover doesnt fit properly or close. Due to which the set opens often. I have discussed the same thing with my friend and he has the same problem. I feel its the comapnies defect which have been passed on to the customers.

                                  It should be the company's responsibility to alter the defect and satisfy the customers.

                                    I have purchased Ac of 1.5 ton in 2007. It has failed to work for 3 time in two years. Once it was during warrant period. Once it has failed 10 days back. Service engineeer charegd his fees and changed the spare, but i think its duplicate. Samsung, one of the largest consumer goods company in India runs itd call center till 8.00 pm, its pathetic. Customer who has complaint has to wait for days for sevice while they chage in full. My Ac is not working but I want to take Samsung to court for giving me such a duplicate product. I think these companies like Airtel, samsung are taking people for ride as I am using their service while they frustrate consumers with their service. I recommend that neer buy a Samsunf window AC as I have experienced the product in full.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      Present world is full of compitition and quality. Where every company is try to attract the customers
                                      in all the possible ways and doing unexpected and unlimited service to the customers. But i am very sorry to say that samsung service centre has failed to do the prompt service.
                                      I bought a mobile J610 from universal show room on 11.9.2008. on 6.8.2009. The problem of blank
                                      display started. i went to the service centre at hi tech service centre. at anna nagar. chennai. they gave
                                      me a job card manually written without any work card number on 7.8.2009. they told to come after a week. i was informed that the parts have not come to the centre. they told to come after four days. I went after four days . They gave me the mobile and told that it was ready. Unfortunately when i checked
                                      i was surprised to note that the mobile was in the same condition. They are not even taking the pain to see and ckeck the problem. the phone was taken back and told that come after five days. i went on 26. 8.2009. again they told that the phone is not repaired as the spare parts have not reached. The person who is dealing the case is Mr Jagan. today when i contacted the person he switched the mobile.

                                      Till now i did not receive the mobile.I dont know what to do . I request u to kindly replace the mobile. I am a samsung customer since 2000. I have washing michine. Dvd, tv, mobile 3 no. all samsung make . But this incident has broken my heart and i am forced to lose the confidence from the company.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        We have purchased Printer -SF-371P (Fax/Print/Copy/Scan) product from Kopal Computers vide Bill no. 03976 on dated[protected] and payment made through credit card. After 30-40 days the cartridge is completed. Now, we want to replace the cartridge M-41S, which is not available in the market. We contacted Samsung customer care centre on toll free no.[protected] and they have forwarded the call to their technical department and they suggested us to purchase M43 which is also suitable for your machine. Accordingly, we have purchased the same from south India traders vide bill no 005522 dated[protected] and installed and we are not getting the print properly.

                                        We have again made a complaint stating that the cartridge is not working, please look into the same. After one/two days their technical person came their and verified and told us M43 is not suitable to this printer. Next day another person called us and told to send scanned copy of cartridge purchase bill, we will refund the same within week. We have forwarded the same as required. We have again contacted on toll free number and informed them to replace the machine or refund the amount of the machines as the cartridge is not available in the market, they have suggested their dealer numbers also to get the M41S. We have contacted their dealers over phone they said the same is not available with them at present also M41S is not available.

                                        After a week we have contacted the service center people again they had given another mobile no. [protected] (Mr. Vijay) for replacement of cartridge and printer as well. We have contacted Mr. Vijay send their technical person to our office, now his technical person verified and confirmed that this is cartridge problem only; you can talk to mr.vijay again. We have again contacted Mr. Vijay, now he asked us forward the purchase bills and to come along with printer to his office. We had sent our person along with printer to his office. Now, he is saying its only cartridge problem M43 is suitable for this printer; we will replace the same in another 10 days. We have again contacted on toll free number again and asked what is this, we have complained already 15-16 days back and your people again asking for another 10 days it is not proper on your part.

                                        At present my printer is not working and M41S cartridge is not available in the market. Now, we request you to help us in this matter our fax business is closed from last 20 days.
