have been active gprs(aon) service this time i have been call custmer care center too many time for gprs(aon) setting in my mobile i am using sumsung GT-S5603 hendset still i cant recive setting for this service and not used this service pl do need full, i cant talk with custmer care excuti...

      I m sonu jindal bought of samsung phone W619 on 06.02.2009 i have got some problem with the phone, so, i submitted my phone on Samsung Service Center on 12.09.2009 (MS Electronices ) it was told that my phone will be repaired with in 7 days but now it has been near about four week but i have not got my phone back.i have visited this service center 5 times and call them 8 times but i have not got any resoponce from then.

      Please take the sutable action on this concern as i m facing so many problem.

      I am Neisha Sharma from Chandigarh this is first time i bought samsung phone touch Screen, My touch Screen has broken accidentally and now since Dec 09 till today my phone is not been repaired there I was told that they dont have the Touch Screen available at our center, at Samsung Service Center, (OM Electronices ) in Chandigarh Sec 22, have visited this service center 5 times and m calling them regularly to check out if the screen is available, they are not giving me the positive response regarding my problem, Its worst experience with samsung service center, i was happy with Nokia mobile and with their Services.

      Please take the suitable action on this concern as i m facing so many problem.

        i purchased new samsung star S5233 moblle on date 26 June 2009 form Hotspot, Ambedkar Road,Opposite UTI Bank, Ghaziabad.
        One day it suddenly shut down.I turned it on. It happened two three times after an interval of number of days. After that it was working well.So, I didnot bothered.
        Now for the last past few days, this problem arouse again.I again suddenly turned off. When I turned it on, it was showing that your battery is low, alhough I fully charged my mobile one hour back.
        I plugged the charger in and I touched the phone,the battery was getting heated. After few seconds the charging stopped with an indication that battery temperature is either too low or too high. After that I removed it from the charging it indicated low battery.
        After the battery tempearture went down, I plugged the charger again.It was showing the charging but actually the phone was not getting charged.
        Now,the phone is not turning on.
        Please solve my probelm i will be highly Thankfull to you...

          I purchased this Phone 6 Weeks ago from "e-Zone" Pune.
          From Second day it shows problem of low battery back up & Phone not disconnected after call for next 30-50 sec.In last 5 weeks i had visited 3 different Samsung Service centers as recommended by Samsung customer Support executives but till facing same problem. All service centers kept my phone for 2 to 12 days to repair it but ......'
          Even Samsung mobile have policy to replace phone with new one if phone found defective in first week but initially they said that the problem will sort out automaticallyt & now they are saying that you bring it late to our main Service center.

          i had bought a samsung star wifi model no. GT-S5233W from bahrain and now it is hanged in just 10 days. recently the mobile is in india. Is its warranty valid in india.

            Sir with due respect,

            i purchased a above said mobile on 30-09-09. Next day i went to my sister's home in the same city,
            and i found there was no network. i was there for around for two hours. i also thought of their might be network problem.Again next day i was on the same place & faced same problem. then suddenly i thought to put my sim card into some other mobile set, then i was so surprised to see there was no netwok problem & i was able to call any number. from this expirence i became 100% sure that is a problem with samsung handset. I complaint to customer care & to the vendor from where i purchased it. Vendor is not ready to accept it that there is problem with handset. & customer care has directed me to do some setting changes & go to the same place & try once again.My question is that why a consumer sould do a lot of excersise spending lot of time & money. whereas i am 100% sure i purchased a sealed pack & make no changes in setting.
            i have an problem in camra. when i start camra than i take a picture but his pictuer is not save in external memory. sir please help me. what i do?

              I have a Samsung Plano 34" TV (Model CS34Z4HF). It has developed a fault and does not switch on. I logged a complaint with the Samsung helpline and they sent a 'technician' to repair it. The problem was rectified and the TV functioned properly for less than 24 hours and the problem recurred. A complaint was logged again and a so-called technician was sent again. This 'technician' without so much as touching the TV 'diagnosed' the problem as a fault due to vapour from the local Nullah. He was then coaxed to open the TV and he soldered something inside and the TV again worked for a day. No one has turned up to attend the complaint thereafter. A number of calls were made to the service centre and a request to send a senior / competent technician / engineer was agreed to but no has turned up so far. I was told to send the TV to the service centre. It is a large TV and one cannot just keep it in the car and deliver it to the service centre. They have refused to collect it - they have an arrangement to do so on payment of a charge which I was willing to pay.
              It is shocking that a company like Samsung does not have competent technicians for on site service and repair. I wish they would spend a little more on service - they do spend a lot on advertisement.
              I am definitely not going to buy another Samsung product.

                Sir,

                We have purchased Samsung 1 ton window AC AW12ZKA 303174 on 21.05.2009 vide bill invoice no. 1066 and book no.22 .

                AC was not working properly since day 1 and several complaints were lodged to your service centre and the authorized dealer Sachdeva and Sons. Saharanpur.

                But despite our repeated reminders complaints were not attended properly.
                Service centre people have visited and inspected AC more than 10 times and the AC has been taken off 3 times by the service centre but each time no relief was found.

                First Complaint recorded was complaint number 7876 on date 21.08.2009
                Second Complaint recorded was complaint number 9044 on date 09.09.2009
                Third Complaint was recorded was complaint number 10083 on date 22.09.2009 and still the AC is lying at service centre unattended from last 11 days.

                Kindly take this matter as URGENT and replace the AC immediately.

                      As per disscuttion with you i m sending bill & service receipt in attchment , I have give mobile to your service center, I have purchased this product on 1st of december and this is the fifth time that i summited the divice to your service center for repairing From 1 december when i purchase the mobile till now I am running from piller to piller to get this defective product for repair/repaced .If the mobile set is not repaiable ( experince with last four repairs ) then why should you not replacing it.
                      I am very much frustrated and dissatisfied with the quality of this product & Also with your services .It's so frustrating and disapointing to think about SAMSUNG now that even in dreams, it frightens me. Kindly respond at least for the name-shake. Not even in my dreams, I had thought about his type of services from SAMSUNG. I don't know how much more you will take to responde to my problem.

                      I hope to get a resonable solution of my problem on immediate basis, whithout wasting much time.

                        i purchased a samsung lcd t.v.from chennai ,after eight months one line appear on the screen . i complainted after one month serivce person come,but he not able to something. He said i will replace new t.v.& said u have wait for 25 days .but till date i have not received any msg almost 45 days over. Take action to replace t.v. otherwise i will go to consumer counil notice & compliant.

                          I purchased new samsung metro 3310 mobile phone on the seeing the fabulous features in affordable price range. I was very excited in the beginning however, when i start using the handsfree (provided free with set) i found that its push button in the handsfree wire which is to change the fm radio station is not at all working...
                          and its inner application also hanged out on the second day after i purchased it.
                          so now friends its your choice to buy it or not :(

                            Unfortunately I chose to buy a Samsung Refrigerator from your outlet on 26-Sep-2009. On 28-Sep-2009, a damaged refrigerator was delivered to our residence. Immediately I launched a complaint and protest with Ganesh Prasad who assured me of a replacement by Samsung officials. Samsung officials came after 3 long days after complaining (Complaint ref. no.: [protected]) and simply say that it is out of scope of their work since it is a body damage and asked me to pursue with e-zone. E-zone now says i have to wait for 8 days since the model is out of stock and since they have to put up this case in front of other Samsung officials. The blame game seems to be going round in circles.

                            Chinnappa asks me to keep using the damaged refrigerator till they give me a new one but I refuse to do so since it is legally wrong and I won’t stand a chance in front of the Consumer Court.

                            Is this what I get for having chosen big brands like E-Zone and Samsung.

                            I am very disappointed and frustrated.

                            I need a replacement urgently.

                              i bought a 320L samsung fridge in 2004. within 3 years o[censored]se all the shelves and the vegetable box started cracking since they were made of plastic. when i approached the service centre in pune and later on in indore, they could not provide me with fresh shelves despite repeated visits. i have literally taped the shelves to hold them together. in effect, the fridge has become useless for all practical purposes.
                              moreover, its cooling system chokes and stops every 5-6 months and the fridge has to be switched off for almost 2 days to make the cooling effective. its a persistent problem despite the fact that a service centre personnel has serviced it twice.
                              the fact is that the fridge has become a liability for me. despite its somewhat lower cost price, it has caused me more agony than any othet apliance i have used.

                                We have bought a 29" Flat Colot TV Samsung Model No : CS29M50 , the pictures are oval at the top and color patches appear at various places in the screen , in wite background the screen appear yellowish , we bought from Samsung Show Room SAKSHE ELECTRONICS ,NO 84 GN Chetty Road Chennai , We found the patches at the time of DELIVARY we called upon the sales person (PRASAD, CELL NO : [protected]) he told it will be rectified if not it will be replaced , a service person came and he cant able to rectify replying its manufacture defect found in all 29"TV . Prasad too not attending the problem . So we try a last chance here by mailing to samsung directly hoping our problem will be solved or replace it to an lcd we ready to pay you . And if not so we decided to file a case customer court . Hope your reply as early as possible

                                  on 07/08/2009 I have submitted my Samsung SCH_B239.In its authorized service center in kolkata.OPTIMAL SOLUTION,54 barasat road,barrackpor.they asked for the original bill and all the other accessories with the voter-id xerox, and told me the set will be replaced or refunded to me with in 1 week..but till date there is no responce from there side. when ever i call they tell me it will take time..
                                  i do have the work order slip.

                                    Hi,
                                    I brought LCDTV 32" from JP Electronics Borivali, Mumbai, model no.LA32R81bm/XTL on5th july 2007. Suddenly on 3rd sep 2009 picture become total white having blurred image. After calling service person from Samsung ,found the fault in LCD panel. I brought by spending Rs. 55,000/- I can't belive to spend Rs. 25,397/- Today market cost itself is in the range of Rs.33,000/- to Rs. 38,000/- I feel Samsung co. will understand to solve my problem. It is like punishment after buying the Samsung LCDTV.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                                      We had bought the SAMSUNG Refrigerator ( Model No. RA19YBMS ) from Vijay Sales, 108, Lady Jamshedji Rd, Mahim, Mumbai - 400016 on 17.06.2009. There is lickage of Gas from today, i.e. on 30.09.2009. Hence we have switched off our Refrigerator.

                                      Please send your Service Engineer urgently.

                                        Sir,

                                        I have pruchased convention type microwave oven (Samsung) one month before at SAMSUNG
                                        PLAZA, Coimbatore. When i purchase the item the dealer assured that cockery classes will
                                        be taken from Samsung company. I have waited for the class, but still now i did't get any communication even i have lodged my request for the above class. Suddenly one day i called to the samsung office coimbatore tel no.[protected], they said the classes have been closed. No such classes. But the other companies such as LG,KENSTAR,ect. have been conducting cockery class. I have spend 12,000 for my samsung microwave oven, i feel that
                                        i have wasted money. So i regaret that the service from samsung is not good. only worst...
