    I am a 14 year old customer of Samsung since it started in India . I well as our family have complete range of Samasung products ranging from IT peripherals , Mobile Phones, Colour TV , A/c . Fridge & microwaves .
    It is because of my continued satisfaction and patronage to Samsung . But my trust shattered when the below mention incident has occured .

    I have logged a complaint # WA[protected] on 29th April 2009 for faulty-gear assembly for my machine which then taken to M/s Durga Electronics Services , Gurgaon, after being given repeated assurances from Mr. Sushil Sharma ( Franschise Service Manager - Gurgaon) to me that it canot be done on-site & it (machine) has to to sent to Service Center for repairs. At first, I was not very comforatble in sending the washing machine to the Service station , however I got convinced somehow by Sushil that it will be transported to & fro with utmost care. Before sending washing machine for repairs I have taken snaps of it for its current condition and got the same thoroughly inspected by Service engineer- Ashwani Sharma for any internal or external visual damage .
    Remarks were exclusively made in the Service Report for the condition by stating that there is no damage/scratches on any side of the machine.,while it was being taken to Service Center .

    But when I got washing machine back after repairs . I got shocked to see that plastic which covers the PCB on the rear-side ,latches found broken and scratches on the front-side There are also numerous absrasion marks on the sides of inner plastic ring attached to steel drum. I have showed this to Mr. Yogesh Bindalesh and consequentally brought this to the knowledge of Mr. Sushil Sharma.
    I was given assurance that all the needful will be done to restore / replace the damage part(s) which has not been done so far.
    I personally went to Yogesh and spoken to Sushil Sharma on this but till date no action has been taken.
    I would like you to intervene and restore the trust i have lost in the after -sales Service of the Samasung in India.
    I can recollect similar kind of incidences which have happened earlier while doing servicing of gadgets by Samasung Service engineers .
    This is more attributed to casual appraoch and unprofessionalism in service & support being provided by Samsung India to its customers in India .

    Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action to resolve it ASAP.

      Dear Sir,
      This is to inform you that I had placed an order over telephone on 1.10.09 for a samsung mobile phone(marine).

      The transaction for Rs 6498/- was done over phone on my credit card.A person named Mr Mohit did all the transactions from your side.It was done on telephone No[protected].

      I was told that a confirmation over email would be sent to me , which has not happenned till today.

      My landline Telephone No is[protected] and mobile is [protected].

      My residentitial address is B-4, Staff Qtrs, St Stephens Hospital, 4 Rajpur Road, Delhi-110054.

      My problem is that i have somehow misplaced the transaction order No.
      I already have a comfirmation from my Credit card bank regarding the above transaction.

      Please do let me know whats happenning.

        Sir,
        I recently purchased a new SAMSUNG B-519 CDMA phone on 17th July 2009 from Kamadgiri mobile shop -Satna M.P.,but just after 2 day of puchasung it start problem while i use confrence calling i am unable to here the voice of both i called after few second of starting confrencing.I visited the nearest service centre of company in Satna i.e. Chacha Mobile Shop but they told me that they not have the software ofthis handset.After 15 days my handsfree i got with this handset got faulty and i noticed a big problem with this phone that when i call any person without using hands free he was unable to listen clearly me as a lot of voice cracking occurs & a very slow voice came .I got this problem late as i usually use handsfree before it got faulty.I also spoken to the Customer Support many times & they provide me the contact no of Mr. Nitin looking for customer services for MP &CG
        .He told me that they will provide software to service centre ,but still no action taken.As i am a corporate customer working with Reliance Communication Ltd.hence it is very difficult for me to work with this handset.Please do the needful ASAP.

          I bought a Samsung mobile Model S 3310, IMEI no - [protected], yesterday 06/10/2009, from The Mobile Store, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai - 400089.

          I work as an executive with Essar at their Kurla Office. Though the mobile was OK yesterday, today it is having a problem of network connectivity, in the Office. It always displays serching. every time I have to switch off and on, to catch with the network, but that too is temporay. I am not able to make or receive calls. This was not the case with the Sony Erricson model I han earlier.

          Though I shall be complaining this problem with the Store, seller. But it still persists I would ask for a replacement to some other model. From the various other compliants and their response services seen on this page of Samsung products, I feel I have made a mistake purchasing this Handset.

          Surely I did not expect this sort from a renowned company SAMSUNG on products - Mobiles which are based on network connectivity. However I shall give it a try.

            Sir,

            On 27.9.2009, I have purchased the above Washing Machine from TRINETHRA SUPER RETAIL (P) LTD, MORE - Megastore, Narayan Sastry Road, Mysore.

            I have not received any free gift along with the above machine. I came to know that, Samsung is offering a free gift (Vaccum Cleaner) along with every Front Load Washing Machine. When I contacted the above dealer, there is no proper response from him. Please guide me what should I do to get the above gift.

              Samsung — Mobile GPRS not connected

              I have purchased a samsung mobile GT C6112 from Samsung Moble Gallery around one month ago.My mobile no is [protected]/[protected].

              I had many problems with the handset:
              1] The Battery did not fit in due to the back panel.
              2] The shortcut keys were not working.For that,I had been there twice.
              3] The GPRS on my handset was not working.For that,I had been there thrice.

              Since i had been to the Service office and the dealer thice,I had been to the cellone office also,unfortunately,the GPRS is working on my other handset C5212.H did software updates three times.

              The Service station man said that there is some problem with the handset.The dealer is not ready to accept that.The only to suffer is me.

              As everybody said(ony said) that there is problem in the handset.
              I don't have that mch time to run around for mibile repairs.

              Kindly look into the matter and do the useful.This is my second reminder,after this I will go to the media and Consturmer office.Don't Blame Me Then.

                I purchased Samsung phone last december.It continuously reboots on its own.I given it for repair at Samsung service centre in Thane on 24Sept09.( Micro services).I was informed that this is software issue & will be resolved in 2 days.After 2 days when I called up ;they said PBA part has gone bad & needs to replaced hence it will take another week.I called in after 1 week ;then they said that ;part is not available & hence I will get a refund as per bill amount.It was urgent for me to have a mobile phone hence I called the next day if they can confirm that they are actually giving the refund so that I can buy another phone.I was assured that I will get the cheque within 15 days .Suddenly on 6th Oct 09 I got a call that my phone has been repaired now &I should collect it from there.I was surprised by that since I confirmed this twice with the technician.I spoke to the "concerned" technician ; he said that I will not get the refund & I have to collect mobile phone .These guys lie too much .I spoke to my friends & they confirmed that Samsung has this reputation of such kind of problems.These guys should be sued for fraud & giving incorrect information .

                  Sir, I bought LA32B530 (5 Series) from the Samsung Plaza the Samsung authorised retail outlet, at Bypass road, Cochin-24 ( Ernakulam ) Kerala on 30th September 2009. The Samsung Manager Radhakrishnan assured me that no need to check it at the Showroom as each piece is checked at factory. I took the TV home and called the showroom to send me the Service person to mount the TV on the pedestal. To my dismay I learned that the boy who came as the Samsung service engineer had never fixed a TV on its stand. He suggested that this model may not require using the screws! Just keep the Series 5 on the stand it will stand. Finally he tightened 3 screws in a very unprofessional way. I had noticed that the thermocool package had been broken into pieces and the plastic cover around the TV was torn in two places indicating the TV package had been opened and the TV had been used and not a fresh piece.(Had he had been using it for display in the showroom 12 hrs a day for six months and selling it to an unsuspecting customer? Why did he remove the stickers covering the screen and frame?) Then I was shocked to find the label at the left upper corner read Series 3 not Series 5 (Series 3 is not full HD but a basic set which is much lesser in price). When I realized that I have been cheated of my money I called the Samsung dealer Radhakrishnan. The samsung service engineer!!! himself told Radhakrishnan that the label read series 3. (On the card board box in which TV is packed it is printed Series 5 B530)Though initially he agreed to replace the set so far no reply from the dealer. The Service manager Bishor says that the label might have been misplaced and the set could be 5 series he predicted. Do the guys at Samsung don’t know where to stick labels? The package has been opened and the TV has been used as the Cellophane covering stuck over the frame and screen has been found missing.They have used the TV and repacked it and have sold me. I wanted a full HD TV for my front hall. What I have got could be a Series 3 HDTV ready model which could be 720p that too second hand. I have not used this TV so far. The Rs 35000 I spent on this TV is a complete waste.I have been left with no other option but to file a case of fraud against the Samsung dealer. It seems Samsung does not have proper infrastructure or service personnel to run business like other Indian TV companies. The foreign companies should be allowed to sell their products in India only if they provide proper aftersale service and they dont cheat. Samsung has to understand that they cant be running business in Kerala in this fashion for much too long where people are relatively educated and politically oriented. Kerala has the history of rejecting many unreliable foreign products in the past. Dr.Jayaraj

                    i have bought the samusung LCD tv on 02/10/2009 at 4:00 PM. that day they have not delivered the TV and they delivered it on 04/10/2009 at 4:00 PM. Today is 07/10/2009. till now noone responded to install the TV. when i tried to call the sevice desk at banjara hills, there is no response from them and they even not answering the calls. they donot bothered in answering the calls. i just want to know,is this the way you deal the customers. i would like to cancel the sale of the product. please let me know the process. i would like to suggest my friends and collegues the way you treat the customers.

                    local samsung people are not skilled and lazy..they just give you a nightmare. product quality is defamed by the after sales service.

Today is 13/10/2010. till now noone responded to install the TV. when i tried to call the dealer, there is no satisfactory answer (we lodge the complaint). i just want to know, is this the way you deal the customers. i would like to cancel the sale of the product. please let me know the process. i would like to suggest my friends and collegues the way you treat the customers
                    i have purchased the samsung LCD tv two days before from Bhagat Electronics Manimajra Chandigarh but it is not insalled till date.Every Day dealer says guy will come to install but he does not come.

                    Please let me know how to get the LCD installed

                      i had bought this cell 2months ago,n in a month it gave me a problem of getting hanged again and again,,,i got it serviced bt the authorised service centre n delhi at 30,chnaught place...they took around 10 daysa n told that they have changed a part f it ..n when i got t back it wsa nt working at all..nw it s nt even switching on....i had atlk n d customercare center...they also did nt help much....n the service cernter also said to gve it back 4 repairing ..n nw they are telling dat d mother board will b changed.....this nt d way....in a tym f two months ts creating so much f problem...i want d company to please look into d matter...n change my hand set r i ll have to file a complaint against d company...

                        I Submit my Complaint Detail in Samsung Service Centre On Toll Free No. My Comlaint NO. is [protected] on Dated 28 of Sep. 2009 but i Did'nt Rec and resposnce against this complaint.
                        I call more than 10 Time after they send their tecnician to repair my TV on 1st oct. The Tecnician told me that he have to take the Kit of TV to workshop and Will Place the kit after repair next day
                        but now 6 days passed he never come to me . And now i am helpless What I have to do if i having the Kit i will repair it from any where Else. I am having the copy of Invoice In which i purchase the TV on 14 Jan of 2009

                        I have samsung tv i got it 3 months back but from last 1 months i am facing a problem with more colour paces, i also complaint to service center and persons come to home but they cant soleve my problem . next time when i again complaint them, they says that they dont have components to solve my problem . please solve my this problem as soon as possible .                         Television — Not getting Service from samsung

                        Hi,
                        Myself Sanchita purchased 21 inch colour TV. On 4th Sep 2010 I made complain regarding my TV MY complain Id is [protected]. From that day I made at least 12 calls to customer care and on service center.Every time they used to tell, a engineer name- love will visit to your home today. On last Friday (10th 2010) one engineer other then love visited to my home. He spend 1hr and told we need to change its part(IC) .he told on 11th I will come and change its part, but he did not come. I called him but he is saying I did not get the part from the office. The engineer mobile number is [protected]. I am really fed up with your service. I have TV, Freeze and Washing machine, all are Samsung product. But in future I am not going to purchase any things from Samsung. Same problem I am facing with your all products.

                          Dear Representative,



                          This is regarding my handset number SGH-J210. I have submitted my handset to your Samsung India Electronics, Nehru Enclave, and Kalkaji, New Delhi, India branch on 26th September, 2009.



                          My work order No. is [protected]. Your representatives asked me that it will take a week’s time to repair the handset and I can collect it on Saturday i.e., 3rd October, 2009 and assured that they will confirm me the status by calling before Saturday regarding the status of my handset.



                          Till Saturday, I haven’t received any call from your centre and the contact number given to me 011 – 40641234 was always not reachable. I called up your customer care call centre twice and they have given me the contact numbers of Mr. Nishant [protected] (M) and Mr. Mukesh [protected](M) for the update. But, unfortunately these people also never pick up their phones.



                          However, I went to the service centre on Saturday personally to confirm the things but your staff is highly non-cooperative. Still, they asked me to meet Mr. Vineet[protected]M) to check the status. Mr. Vineet also confirmed me that they will get my set repaired by today and I can collect it by today evening. Till now I haven’t received any confirmation from his side as well and there is no point of contact as all the numbers given above by your representatives including Mr. Vineet’s number were not answered.

                          Today, when i have gone to collect my handset they handed over it to me by saying that my problem is rectified and one i checked it out my problem was still as it is . And, when i asked the concerned person he replied that they have to replace the motherboard of the handset.

                          My question is that you handover the handsets to the customers without rectifiying their problems.

                          Moreover, the staff is passing on the personal comments which is not acceptable by any individual.I would like to request you to kindly take some action against your staff and train them according before recruiting and stop getting the bad name for your company as other customers are facing the same problems from service centre end.

                          So, I kindly request you to update me on the status of my handset & provide me with the contact details of the person who can help me out with my problem.




                          And, it’s highly disappointing that such a big brand like Samsung is providing such poor services to the customers.

                                I m sonu jindal bought of samsung phone W619 on 06.02.2009 i have got some problem with the phone, so, i submitted my phone on Samsung Service Center on 12.09.2009 (MS Electronices ) it was told that my phone will be repaired with in 7 days but now it has been near about four week but i have not got my phone back.i have visited this service center 5 times and call them 8 times but i have not got any resoponce from then.

                                Please take the sutable action on this concern as i m facing so many problem.

                                I am Neisha Sharma from Chandigarh this is first time i bought samsung phone touch Screen, My touch Screen has broken accidentally and now since Dec 09 till today my phone is not been repaired there I was told that they dont have the Touch Screen available at our center, at Samsung Service Center, (OM Electronices ) in Chandigarh Sec 22, have visited this service center 5 times and m calling them regularly to check out if the screen is available, they are not giving me the positive response regarding my problem, Its worst experience with samsung service center, i was happy with Nokia mobile and with their Services.

                                Please take the suitable action on this concern as i m facing so many problem.

                                  i purchased new samsung star S5233 moblle on date 26 June 2009 form Hotspot, Ambedkar Road,Opposite UTI Bank, Ghaziabad.
                                  One day it suddenly shut down.I turned it on. It happened two three times after an interval of number of days. After that it was working well.So, I didnot bothered.
                                  Now for the last past few days, this problem arouse again.I again suddenly turned off. When I turned it on, it was showing that your battery is low, alhough I fully charged my mobile one hour back.
                                  I plugged the charger in and I touched the phone,the battery was getting heated. After few seconds the charging stopped with an indication that battery temperature is either too low or too high. After that I removed it from the charging it indicated low battery.
                                  After the battery tempearture went down, I plugged the charger again.It was showing the charging but actually the phone was not getting charged.
                                  Now,the phone is not turning on.
                                  Please solve my probelm i will be highly Thankfull to you...

                                    I purchased this Phone 6 Weeks ago from "e-Zone" Pune.
                                    From Second day it shows problem of low battery back up & Phone not disconnected after call for next 30-50 sec.In last 5 weeks i had visited 3 different Samsung Service centers as recommended by Samsung customer Support executives but till facing same problem. All service centers kept my phone for 2 to 12 days to repair it but ......'
                                    Even Samsung mobile have policy to replace phone with new one if phone found defective in first week but initially they said that the problem will sort out automaticallyt & now they are saying that you bring it late to our main Service center.

                                      i purchased a above said mobile on 30-09-09. Next day i went to my sister's home in the same city,
                                      and i found there was no network. i was there for around for two hours. i also thought of their might be network problem.Again next day i was on the same place & faced same problem. then suddenly i thought to put my sim card into some other mobile set, then i was so surprised to see there was no netwok problem & i was able to call any number. from this expirence i became 100% sure that is a problem with samsung handset. I complaint to customer care & to the vendor from where i purchased it. Vendor is not ready to accept it that there is problem with handset. & customer care has directed me to do some setting changes & go to the same place & try once again.My question is that why a consumer sould do a lot of excersise spending lot of time & money. whereas i am 100% sure i purchased a sealed pack & make no changes in setting.
                                      i have an problem in camra. when i start camra than i take a picture but his pictuer is not save in external memory. sir please help me. what i do?

                                        I have a Samsung Plano 34" TV (Model CS34Z4HF). It has developed a fault and does not switch on. I logged a complaint with the Samsung helpline and they sent a 'technician' to repair it. The problem was rectified and the TV functioned properly for less than 24 hours and the problem recurred. A complaint was logged again and a so-called technician was sent again. This 'technician' without so much as touching the TV 'diagnosed' the problem as a fault due to vapour from the local Nullah. He was then coaxed to open the TV and he soldered something inside and the TV again worked for a day. No one has turned up to attend the complaint thereafter. A number of calls were made to the service centre and a request to send a senior / competent technician / engineer was agreed to but no has turned up so far. I was told to send the TV to the service centre. It is a large TV and one cannot just keep it in the car and deliver it to the service centre. They have refused to collect it - they have an arrangement to do so on payment of a charge which I was willing to pay.
                                        It is shocking that a company like Samsung does not have competent technicians for on site service and repair. I wish they would spend a little more on service - they do spend a lot on advertisement.
                                        I am definitely not going to buy another Samsung product.
