DEAR SIR ,

MY NAME IS ANIL AMBADAN MY MOBILE NO WAS [protected]. I HAD PURCHED ANEW HAND SET FROM TATA OUTLET AFTER ONE MONTH IT HAD ACHARGING PROBELM.SO ICALLED ON121THAT IS TATA COUSTMER CARE NO. THEY GAVE ME ASERVICE CENTER ADDRESS AFTER VISTING THEY ASKED FOR THE BILL AFTER SUBITING THE BILL THEY TOLED TO COME AFTER ONE WEEK. AFTER ONE WEEK THEY TOLED THAT IT CANT BE REPAIRED IT WAS IN AWARRANTEY PERIOD.THEN ICALLED THE NODEL OFFICER ALSO SHE ALSO WAS NOT ABEL TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.THEN I CANCLED THE LINE.
NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON THE SERVICE STATION GUY.AND MY HAND SET HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.

    I have purchased a samsung mobile (Star Touch 5233) and the default password as listed in the manufactorer's documentation is not working. I am not able to activate the Mobile Tracker due to this.
    Respected sir,
    i had purchase 5233 sumsung mobile but by mistake i had forgoten a password of my mobile tracker now i want to change a number in mobile tracker
    so pls send me by default password of 5233 sumsung ...

      Dear sir,

      We have purchased SAMSUNG SPLIT AC from SAMSUNG dealer SARGAM at Jail Road, Tilak nagar
      & after one month of purchase we have called their service center that noise in blower (indoor Unit) & noise of FAn (Outdoor Unit) is very high but till date We have got no response despite of 100's of Phone call & Reminders & no of e-mails at their service support center. Couple of time their Engg comes & tells us that their is defualt in Blower & Fan as mentioned above & we have no stock at this time we will change it as soon as we receicve it. Now 3 months have been passed but no body has turned up. Service is pathetic no response till date

      My self Sunita Arora ( [protected] ) from vishnu Garden New Delhi , Need our sepeical attention on the following issues which are pending from samsung and want you to have a look what kind of service your Engineers are providing. The Service Engineers which u are sending how they are cheating to customers and declining the samsung reputation.

      1) Two months back we have purchase one Samsung Splitt AC , one month back water was leaking , we called up for complaint and for service as well , your Engineer Mr INDERJEET SINGH came he said its not our job called the person who has installed the AC and for Service he said Abhi teen months hue hai service is not required and he gone.

      2) Then there was some noise coming from the AC , I Called up again at your service centre and they send the same Guy Mr Inderjeet . He just clean front panned nor check an the GAS , Filters etc and he said service is done ...............Just want to know also this is the Samsung Service for the A/C . For Noise he said blower need to change and it will take 2 - days . Now today its two weeks no call from your service centere and from anyone for this pending complaint. I have been calling your service dept but no one is updated on same.

      I have calling your Sevice Manger Mr Sanjay from last three days but i think he is two busy cant attend my call , not interested even to call back even
      The major problem is this on the call report on both visit your Engineer has not ask even me to sign the report . forcebly when i ask him to show his call report i have seen he has written service done ( which was not done at all ), By hand i have written on call report that i am not satisfied with service and no service is done.

      The below reply from the service team was given on mail July29, 2009 almost two weeks back.


      Till yet no call , no action from your side to solve this complaint.( BP NO [protected] ), I just want to know this is a kind of service Samsung is providing to the customer, taking more than a month to change a blower.

      Please take this matter seriously otherwise very soon we will be going to the consumer court against the service head /manager and against samsung too.

      SAMSUNG / Split AC — NO Services Support

      We have been calling atlest 5-6 times in last 2 momths to SAMSUNG service station for routing service checkup.

      Company gives 4 free service for first year.But so far they have not done even 1st service.

      They have booked all over complain but non of there technicians have visited to attend complain.

      Below are the detaisl when & how many times we have booked a complain related to service of Split AC unit.

      First complain: Dt. 14.06.07 Comp. No. [protected]
      Second Complain: Dt. 05.07.07 Comp. No. [protected]
      Third Complain: Dt. 18.07.07 Comp. No. [protected]
      Forth Complain: Dt. 20.09.07 Comp. No. [protected]
      Fifth Complain: Dt. 17.10.07 Comp. No. [protected]

      All the complain have same complain number & is booked under service.

      We hope by sending this complain to you we get some solution.

        sir,
        i got a samsung guru e1410 mobile as a bday gift from my sister on may month this year,after one month the phone started getting switch off automatically.then i gave to a service centre in trivandrum they told its the problem of software they try to reload that and said that its not accepting the software after one moth they told they vil send the fone to cochin to repair,again it tuk one month now they are telling its board is having the complaint and the fone is send to bangalore,its unfortunate to see that a reputed firm like samsung is having poor service and the time delay they are causing.kindly give me a feed back about wat shud i do to get my mobile back as soon as posssible

          In just a matter of about 2 yrs from the purchase of the cell phone have serviced it for nearly 3 times at a period gap of 6-8 month and every time the problem is with the slider belt. Have nearly spent an additional Rs.1500 on the cell phone. And a new service always cost me Rs.700 for changing the slider belt. I just cant understand is it our fault that there slider belt get fault with a span of 6 months. Is there a solution to this. Am really fed of of servicing the mobile
          would like to start my message with a Thank You Note to Samsung team in providing customer Friendly services and products.
          For reference, below are my purchase details of your product: -

          Since date of purchase I have been facing Network problem in my Handset. For your reference, I am using Reliance network.
          Very often, I am loosing network signals in my handset, whereas at the same time, same network has been working fine in other handset of my colleagues.

          On 8th Feb10, I visited Ghaziabad, Vasundhara based Service Centre of Samsung, which was even more disappointing.
          I am enlightened to receive the response from CC Executive. I was clearly refused to provide any solution and out of the Thoughts and excuses were given to me.

          I hope, you would have understood my concern regarding such services and performance of your product.
          This made me assume that I had made a mistake by purchasing your high quality products, which are useless.

          Can anyone provide me solution to this??????

            SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG S3500 PHONE TWO MONTHS AGO.               I had given my Samsung Mobile M200 to Service Centre at Mulund, Mumbai for repair on 21.07.2009 vide Work Order No. WA[protected].

              But whenever I call at service centre, they told me that your mobile is beyond repair & you will get refund. But till now I had not received refund,Service Centre & Mr.Upendra who is ASM tells me that within 8 days/15 days I will get refund.

              Then on 21.07.2009 I had lodged complaint at your call centre,they give me Complaint No. BP[protected] & told you will receive call within 3 working days.

              But still now I had not received any call, further when again called they told me that it will take another 3 days.

              Please give me refund within 7 days.

              Samsung S3310 — Poor Service

              I have purchased samsung mobile phone(metro gt s3310) from Real Mobile gallery which is in Dombivali(E) on 21/04/2010. It worked properly for 4 month. after that it got a hanging problem. i had given my phone to authorized samsung mobile service center at Dombivali(E) on 1/11/2010. They Said it will take harldy 12 days to repair. after that i approached to samsung mobile service center at Dombivali(E). they said that there is problem in your Handset. My Handset is undergo replace. when we will receive from company we will call you. But Now After one Month till i didn't got any call from samsung mobile service center. Please take immediate action.

              Samsung-s3310 — Samsung mobile- Poor service

              Sir,
              I have purchased samsung-3310 mobile on[protected]. Within one month my mobile started acting weird. I encountered problem in charging my mobile. Even if I connect the mobile to my charger,it doesn't charge! Since we have warranty for the battery,when have exchanged it for a new battery. It worked fine for few days and had the same charging problem again!

              This time we I to Samsung service center at Rajahmundry and they said the samsung-3310 board is faulty! I told him to replace it with new board. He has taken my complaint and asked me to come within five days. When I went after 5 days,the service guy responded so ill. He said "it may take another 15 days or month,all you can do is to wait till I telephone you" . Do I have to wait,having my mobile switched off for so long?

              I have purchased a Samsung mobile model No.S6012 on 26.05.2013. But, Hands-free mode noise problem, I approached several occasion to repair or replace the product. But they informed me that the mobile could not be repaired due to manufacture problems as such I am not able to use the phone. Kindly refund my cost or repair it immediately.

                I had purchased the new launch of Samsung CDMA MPOWER M569 on 18th Feb 2009. Started using the handset from March 15th onwards. It worked fine for 1 month.Later the phone became too slow in its application. I had not even used a external memory card. Finally in May the phone used to show some network error. I was not able to make nay calls nor receive. I called at the helpline numbers and they asked me to visit the service centre. I went to the service centre and they informed that there was a ntework issue and they will have to send the handset to Chennai. They committed a delivery of 10 days and delivered my handset after 1 month. on 29th June i received my handset n the problem was not resloved. Since then i have been following up with them and made atleast 100 calls. Its really sad for the treatment i have received and the way Samsung has failed. Pls help me get a compestion for the trauma i have received because of these people

                  i am md mousuf raza, i purched a samsung M620 mobile about six month before. now it has crupted so i submit it on 24 /7/2009 at delhi samsung care.from this date they are frequently ask me to come every third day but they nothing doing, now they are saying compny will pay your full amount which you have purched.but situation is as same as before. they are trying to kid me by saying that we have not compny account so it will be take a long time. i am a regular student of jamia millia islamia so i can't bunk my classes more niether i have too much money to spend. i 've already spend more then 1000 rupees as a travilling cost.
                  so please suggest me what i can do now, can i fill a case at consumar forum against company it's care taker.

                  I purchased 2 Nos. 4 star rating A/c. of 1.5 ton capacity each thro Invoice No.5 Date 21/2/09 thro Sri Sai Sravani Enterprises, Marripalem, Visakhapatnam on seaing advertisements in TV and other media. during winter we have not used the A/C's. When the summer startswhen we switched on we noticed that one of the A/c's is notworking . We have launched the complaint on 7/3/10 in the name iof D.Ramarao with the samsung service centre one of the service man visited. From 7310 to[protected]till today) there is no response from the service centre. I personally went and gave the complaint 4 times during this month to Mr.Kumar who is the maintaing the servicing centre in visakhapatnam. There is no response from his side . Even through 1 month elapsed the servicing centre has not yet repaired the unit. We are suffering a lot in this summer. The purpose purchasing A/c is failed .
                  Hence i Request your good self and pass necessary instructions to your worest servicing agent in visakhapatnam and get it repair in guarenty period at a free cost immidiately and save the reputation of SAMSUNG CO.,

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    We have purchased a Samsung combi oven with the model no. CE1113F nearly 2-2.5 years back. Its not working from the past 5-6 months. We live in Chitradurga (V.P. Extn., 1st main)
                    1. So I had immediately placed a complaint to your Davanagere Service Centre. Your representative had come and he informed us that the circuit board has been damaged and also assured us that it will be replaced within 2-3 days. He had also told that he would call us.
                    2. The expected call never came .........so I called them up a week later. And I was told that the part was not easily available and that we had to place an order and after that it would take a week or so to be fixed. So I did place the order for which I was told that it will cost me nearly 1.5K.
                    3. We waited for nearly 3 weeks and then again called him only to hear that it will take some more time as the part is not available.
                    4. Finally he did come after another 2-3 weeks with the new circuit board. But to our misfortune there was a mismatch in the number of pins at the bottom end of the circuit board. So he said we will have to wait for another week or so.
                    5. Again after repeated follow ups I was allowed to talk to the manager, Mr. Manikanta, there. But that din't help me either. He just said he will look in the matter .
                    6. After few more follow ups I was given your toll free number to register the complaint. I did register the complaint. He gave me a complaint number and told that we would be attended by your representatives. But none of them either came or called us.
                    7. I did again call up to the toll free number repeated my complaint with the number that they had previously given. And I got the same answer that your representative will come and visit us or call us.
                    BUT NOTHING.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL THIS DATE.

                    NOW WE ARE ALL FEELING WHY DID WE EVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT.......

                    AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WE ARE FALSELY ASSURED THAT WE WILL BE GIVEN A
                    VERY GOOD SERVICE...........

                    WE USE THE OVEN ON A DAILY BASIS AND ITS BEEN A TERRIBLE HANDICAP WITHOUT
                    IT...........................

                    ITS NOT THAT THE, OVEN IS SO OLD, THAT ITS PRODUCTS ARE OBSOLETE..........

                    YOU CAN'T EXPECT PEOPLE TO CHANGE THEIR OVENS EVERY 2-3 YEARS............

                    IN FACT WE HAD SEEN A BIG SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR AT OUR RELATIVES PLACE..........

                    SINCE OURS IS ALSO A BIG FAMILY, WE WANTED TO BUY A GOOD,
                    BIG REFRIGERATOR..........

                    BUT, NOW ITS DECIDED THAT, ITS DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO BE A SAMSUNG ONE........

                    I AM STILL HOPING THAT SOMEONE WILL FIX IT AT THE EARLIEST............

                      I think this company should stop selling their products if they are unable to attend the complaints and after sale service. I bought a.c. last year but not a single service was done.now to replace the part they are charging a huge amount and still not coming to attend after no. of calls.when there wont be summer then will they come?i am sorry to say i am very much dissatisfied with this company.next time before buying any product i will have to think 100 times.

                          i have bought a dvd writer of samsumg. it was not working properly and was unable to read the cd/dvd. before of its warenty i gave that to the south delhi service centre at vishal bhawan nehru place. they took around a month to repair that. but, the same was also faulty. i went their again they said we have checked it there must be a problem in your system. i took that and checked that again and also showed it to computer engg. and cheked that with other pc also and again went to the service station with my compaint with in a weak on dated 24/09/09 . but, they said that we have repaired it and now your warenty is over. we are repairing it for the last time. but, even now today on 24/09/09 its not working. my question is when i went for the first time it was under warenty, and if they have given me a faulty dvd writer again and again what i can do. my compaint no. was 270.

                          Hi, i am ajin from kerala.i am studing engg.i brought a samsung octo dvdwriter from cochin on dec 08. After 1 month, i can't read/write my dvd/cd and message shows that drive not responding.when i put dvd /cd on the drive, i can heard a bep sound from drive.
                          Today 30th September 2009, I have purchased a New SAMSUNG DVD writer for my PC from a dealer named Top-N-Town, 10, Akash Deep Complex, P.L.Sharma Road, Meerut. He didn't check the product and assured me this is Samsung product which is not required to check. I installed the writer but it was not working, even not reading DVD's & CDs

                          I went back to dealer & asked him to replace the product but he didn't listen to me and directed me discourteously for a Samsung Service Canter. At Service Canter there was no any service engineer available. However they helped me to sort out the problem, they checked the card. They can call me tomorrow or after 15 days. But this is bad for SAMSUNG. I will not purchase Samsung product in future. The Samsung dealer is not listening, the service centre is working as collection centre. The Samsung customers care is also helpless.
                          I have bought a dvd writer ( Samsung) cum computer from Classic computers, Cochin. it was not working properly and was unable to read the cd/dvd. I had called above office a lot of times but no reply from them, I cant' belive Samsung company will cheat the customers, how can complant to Sumsun office directly, i don't want any 3rdpartyu forthis repair.

                          My computer AND dvd WRiter Bill No. 062 Price INR 24000.00

                            i purchased a ultra stlim color tv form dealer. after 2 or 3 months it's remote was not working properly then i have changed my remote. again the new remote is also creating some trouble. i have also changed the battery two or three times. so in my opinion the samsung company is a third class compancy and it's products are also so bad. so i requested to all the people don't chose the samsung if they wish to buy some good product

                            first think then chose a good company avod the samsung.
                            Sorry boss I have been using Samsung products - Micro Oven (4 yrs), Refrigerator (3 yrs), Mobile (1 yr) and till date they are working fine.

                            I totally disagree with your comments that Samsung company is not good. Infact I am planning to buy LCD Tv from Samsung.

                            my samsung tv remote does not work sometimes. Its strange, may be there is a cut out feature in samsung tv on high voltage. I have changed the remote batteries many times. But some it does not work and sometimes work perfectly.. Please let me know if anybody faces same issue with samsung tv ultraslim model

                              I brought a new samsung guru519 mobile, after 2 days i found a problem in my outgoing voice. All my friends were complaining about my voice break. I gave this mobile in service center, after all the process they replace a new piece of the same modle. Unfortunately there was a same problem in new piece also infact this time both outgoing and incomming voices were breaking... iam fed up with this mobile.. seems this modle is useless..

                                This is regarding the LCD TV that I bought 2 years back from Samsung Digital Plaza (thru QRS, Thiruvananthapuram) for Rs 47,990. It worked fine for 2 years. Suddenly the picture colour started showing some major problems and I registered a complaint with Samsung service center at Trivandrum. After repeated calls and reminders finally the service center has confirmed that the panel has to be replaced (earlier technician had mentioned that replacing the board might be enough) and it costs Rs. 24,000+. The company wants me to pay Rs. 15,000 (discounted price).

                                I had done some research about TVs before deciding to buy an LCD TV though it was very expensive. The Samsung sales guys had marketed the fact that LCD TVs have longer life and that is the only reason why I went for LCD and decided on Samsung since I thought it was a good brand.

                                I am thoroughly disappointed both with the quality of the Samsung LCD TV and the delay/quality in response by the Samsung service center. I was shocked to see that Samsung manufactures goods with such low quality that an LCD TV (that costs Rs. 50,000) fails in 2 years time and make the consumers spend tens of thousands of rupees again on repair and replacement.

                                YES, I AGREE WITH THIS AS I TOO SUFFERING FROM SAME PROBLEM AS WE HAD TOO PURCHASED LCD TV 1 YEAR BACK. STILL THIER WERE ASKING FOR VISTING FEES WHICH WAS OVER PATHIC SITUATION FOR ME. SO I REQUEST ALL THE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG TV AS THIER CANT AFFORD PROPER QUALITY TV AS WELL AS SERVICE.
                                I completely agree with the above views. My story goes like this. I bought this 22" LCD TV Model LA22A450 on 04 May 2009 form Vijay Sales, Mumbai. Exactly after 16 months, the TV screen suddenly changed colours and started to fade out. That was the end of it. I immediately lodged a complaint with the Samsung Customer Care on 12 Sep 10. For a change, the service engineer attended to the call promptly and visited our palce on 13 Sep 10. The sevice engineer told us that the LCD panel has gone bad and needs to be replaced and it would cost Rs 8, 000. The cost of the TV was Rs 16, 500 at the time of pruchase. So you can imagine the plight - I need to spend 50% cost of the TV in getting it repaired and that too within less than a year a half from purchasing it. Ridiculous..simply ridiculous..

                                Intend taking up this matter with Senior management of Samsung Company in India. Lets see what they have to say and do...

                                This is the second time i am writing to the Consumer Complaints Forum regarding my TV Problem
                                I am having worst experience with the Samsung people.
                                and i am in a helpless situation unable to decide whether to exchange my TV which costs around 40, 000 only 1 year old or wait for these irresponsible people to get back to me (may be in 1 more month).
                                When i put up a mail, here, they contacted me saying your problem is under notice and we r taking care of that. IT was on 23rd september and today it is 10th october.u can just imagine how worst their service is..

                                Please help me regarding this

                                  i had bought samsung i 450 of rs- 11,000/- four monthes back on 11-may-2009 with one year warranty its hands free is not connecting to the mobileand when i went for its serviceat nehru place, delhi service center they said that its whole mother board has to be changed and you have to pay Rs- 6000/- .
                                  they were not taking gaurantey of internal damage its a software damage we cant do it manually
                                  one year back the same complaint happned with another samsung mobile set. costumer service center is not dealing well with the costumers.
                                  please do take require action not only me even many other peoles are also suffring from there services.

                                    I have bought a new samsung phone (E250i) from ghaziabad up.
                                    after very first day its talk time backup is only 1.5 hrs. while in its specification it's showing upto 10 hrs. and battery dishcharges in a single day without using multimedia functions. its customer care man told me to charge the battery after fully discharged to improve backup, but story is same. i am highly unsatisfied with this product.

                                    Samsung — Poor Battery Misleading specs

                                    I bought a Samsung Cell Phone i780 on 6 Jan 2009 for Rs. 18, 200.
                                    The specs say 9 hours talk time and 360 hours standby.
                                    The battery gets drained very fast and the talk time is no where around 9 hours. The shop keeper says that's why Samsung gives 2 batteries.
                                    I do not want 2 bad batteries but just one which works well.
                                    I want a full refund of my set and also compensation for all time wasted and head aches and calls missed because set goes dead.
                                    i have a samsung sgh j700 mobile ...i hav to say that it has very very poor battery backup..even it cant run for a day..its a ruff battery i could hav ever seen in my life...

                                    The owner of the authorsed service center at Ghaziabad told me and aussure me that mobile batter will be replace within a week. Today is date 26.11.209 i have gone many time to ask have the my mobile is okey or not or replace battery of the my mobile, always there staff told me mobile battery not replace yet. and say next day have to come .

                                    What i do sir i have spent 26 days already, is there taken 26 days a battery replace matter ?

                                    i PURCHASED TWO NO.S SAMSUNG MOBILE ON THE SAME DAY SOMETIME IN DECEMBER 2009. AFTER 4 MONTHS BOTH THE MOBILES STARTED TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS THAT IS QUICK DISCHARGE OFF BATTERY SAY AFTER ONE CALL OR TWO. oNE IS A DUAL SIM SET AND THE OTHER SINGLE SIM. ON THE DAY WHEN I BOUGHT BOTH THE MOBILES SETS I REMEMBER THAT THE RETAILER HAD TOLD ME THAT IN CASE OF BATTERY DEFECT WITHIN 6 MONTHS THE BATTERIES WOULD BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ASKING ANY QUESTIONS. SO HAPPILY I APPROACHED THE SERVICE CENTRE AT ROURKELA WITH THE BILL ETC SOMETIME IN MARCH.FOR BATTERY REPLACEMENT. i GOT A SHOCK OF MY LIFE WHEN i SAW THE SERVICE CENTRE. IT IS WORSE THAN A ROAD SIDE MOBILE SHOP SELLING FAKE ACCESORRIES. tHE SO CALLED SERVICE ENGINEER MADE ME SIT FOR TWO HOURS AND COULD NOT EVEN OPEN THE COVER OF THE MOBILE SETS. i TOLD THAT i AM ENTITLED FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT OF BATTEERIES DURING THE THE FIRST SIX MONTHS BUT ALL WAS IN VAIN AS hE HAD THE ATTITUDE TO PROVE THAT BOTH SETS WERE DEFECTIVE AND THE BATTERIES WERE OK AND HE CONCLUDED THIS EVEN WITHOUT TESTING THEM.
                                    SO NOW I CONCLUDE THAT SAMSUNG COMPANY IS CHEATING ITS CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE ASSURANCES BECAUSE WHY SHOULD A CONSUMER HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET HIS DUES FROM SUCH FAMEOUSE COMPANY AND ULTIMATELY ME AND MY WIFE HAVE TO CARRY THE ADDITIONAL WEIGHT OF THE CHARGER EVERYWHERE WE GO AND SEARCH FOR A ELECTRIC PLUG TO INSTANTLY PLUG IN THE CHARGER TO MAKE OR RECEIVE A CALL. THE SO CALLED SERVICE ENGINEER FINALLY OPENED BOTH THE BRAND NEW SET'S AND SOMEHOW ASSEMBLED THEM AGAIN AND SAID EVERYTHING IS OK AND YOU AND YOUR MOBILE GET LOST.
                                    i AM NOW CURSING MYSELF THAT WHY i DIDNOT BUY A NOKIA SET BECAUSE THE SAME STORY IS BEING REPEATED BY MANY OF FRIENDS ASWELL ALL IN POSSESSION OF THE GREAT BRAND NAME SAMSUNG. hOW IS THE GOVERNMENT ALLLOWING SUCH INFERIOR GOODS TO BE MARKETED IN SUCH HIGH COST THROUGHOUT INDIA AND I WOULD ADVISE FRIENDS NOT TO GO FOR THE MULTICOLOURED TEMPTING ADS IN T.V AND MEDIA BY SAMSUNG INDIA IN MARKETING THEIR MOBILES BECAUSE WITHIN SIX MONTHS THE LIFE OF THE MOBILE I.E THE BATTERY WOULD GO KAPUT AND YOU HAVE TO SPEND RS.700 TO RS.800 EVERY SIX MONTHS TO MAINTAIN YOUR SAMSUNG MOBILE.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      With reference to my home installed WINDOWS AC bearing Model: AWT18QBHDBD1LXTL,Please informed that this AC was bought during April 2005 thereby undergoing two subsequent repairs involving fire accident as well. Was referred to Alpha Refrigerations, Chennai both the times by Customer Care. Have spent nearly additional Rs 6000/ on repairs. Kindly note that all expenses have been absorbed from consumer end with no incline on quality. Everytime, we are forced to adher to their Service Representative appointment timings with cost also involved from consumer end.

                                      Kindly note, as a domestic consumer, we are very unhappy with the product quality and thereby subject to poor repair services by your company. Today again, we are verged to face the third problem with AC within 1 month span of last repair. No Cooling effect and also burn smells.

                                      Quite inquisitive to understand whether we need to prolong or continue consumer relationship with SAMSUNG including the existing product from your company.

                                      Kindly advise on future course of action from your side.
