We have purchased SAMSUNG SPLIT AC from SAMSUNG dealer SARGAM at Jail Road, Tilak nagar
& after one month of purchase we have called their service center that noise in blower (indoor Unit) & noise of FAn (Outdoor Unit) is very high but till date We have got no response despite of 100's of Phone call & Reminders & no of e-mails at their service support center. Couple of time their Engg comes & tells us that their is defualt in Blower & Fan as mentioned above & we have no stock at this time we will change it as soon as we receicve it. Now 3 months have been passed but no body has turned up. Service is pathetic no response till date

My self Sunita Arora ( [protected] ) from vishnu Garden New Delhi , Need our sepeical attention on the following issues which are pending from samsung and want you to have a look what kind of service your Engineers are providing. The Service Engineers which u are sending how they are cheating to customers and declining the samsung reputation.
1) Two months back we have purchase one Samsung Splitt AC , one month back water was leaking , we called up for complaint and for service as well , your Engineer Mr INDERJEET SINGH came he said its not our job called the person who has installed the AC and for Service he said Abhi teen months hue hai service is not required and he gone.
2) Then there was some noise coming from the AC , I Called up again at your service centre and they send the same Guy Mr Inderjeet . He just clean front panned nor check an the GAS , Filters etc and he said service is done ...............Just want to know also this is the Samsung Service for the A/C . For Noise he said blower need to change and it will take 2 - days . Now today its two weeks no call from your service centere and from anyone for this pending complaint. I have been calling your service dept but no one is updated on same.
I have calling your Sevice Manger Mr Sanjay from last three days but i think he is two busy cant attend my call , not interested even to call back even
The major problem is this on the call report on both visit your Engineer has not ask even me to sign the report . forcebly when i ask him to show his call report i have seen he has written service done ( which was not done at all ), By hand i have written on call report that i am not satisfied with service and no service is done.

The below reply from the service team was given on mail July29, 2009 almost two weeks back.
Till yet no call , no action from your side to solve this complaint.( BP NO [protected] ), I just want to know this is a kind of service Samsung is providing to the customer, taking more than a month to change a blower.
Please take this matter seriously otherwise very soon we will be going to the consumer court against the service head /manager and against samsung too.

i had purchase 5233 sumsung mobile but by mistake i had forgoten a password of my mobile tracker now i want to change a number in mobile tracker
so pls send me by default password of 5233 sumsung ...
