hi this is vishakha patel form sunav dist.anand... i want to complain my refregirator bcoze my 1 part is missing and my another part is brake.. i told them 7 or 8 time on phone and 3 to 4 time i were going at his office but they cant give me proper answer... my complain number is[protected]...i called in his head office in new delhi but they cant give me answer they told me that tomoroow our engginer coming on ur home and change both part......

Purchased hanset (Samsung Star C5233) from Planet M (Add. : Shop No. G4 & G13, Vikas Chambers, Plot No.1, 2, 3, Community Centre Block-A, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063)on 10/07/2009.
The fault was of the improper shutting-down and restarting of the handset by itself.
The retailer i.e. Planet M are providing no response against the complaint filled to them.
The above handset was submitted to them on 07/08/2009 and...

I had recently taken samsung mobile model no. SAM Raaga (SCH-B239) sl. no. A[protected]E8. I had purchased it on 24/2/09. I started facing problem in my mobile. It remained on only with the charger and switched off as soon as removed from charging. I gave it to the dealer for repair on 10/8/09 and have still not received the mobile.

I would request for my mobile to be repaired as soon as possible and returned to me or else...

Now there is problem with the socket used for charging . when we went to shop they told that we have to give it to Samsung service center. so when we made a contact in authorised center in Pune they told that it will not be replaced or repaired by Samsung as it is damaged....

We have been told by the dealer i.e. by e-central Vashi that we will be getting a Airtel Digital TV set top box free with installation and 5 months subscription. The Airtel representative came at our place and he gave us a NO SIGNAL CERTIFICATE and told that the dish cannot be fitted at our place. Now we are talking to the dealer than he is telling that we can't do anything. This is your problem....

we havepurchased the 1.5 ton a/c 5No And 1No of 2ton A/C of samsung Company. One of the A/C of 1.5ton is not working.We have registered a complain with BP NO [protected]. but still no action has ben taken. I purchased samsung s5233 mobile 1 and half month ago, now its touch pad and mother board are faulty .Since i bought this model i faced the problem like the set is frequently get hanged and some time the touch pad is not working and the camera also got hanged.

Now the problem is the touch pad is no more working for me, then i went to sevice station they told like the touch pad you need to change and after...

I have send my Samsung HDD to the service center for warrenty.The service centre is in tvm and it isMareena Electronics, Sreekandeswaram, Fort P O, Tvm.They are not give right consideration to my HDD.I didn't get the warranty.If You are not willing to Solve complaint I shall go to the consumer court.
