[Resolved]  Samsung Guru 1410 — downloaded items are saved in the phone. so that a data which is of greater size than the phones memory can not be downloaded

i bought a new samsung guru 1410. it is provided with 2GB MEMORY CARD. But the phone memory is only around 3000kb. the datas downloaded to the mobile is straightly saved into the phone memory first. so the datas or songs with big size than the phones memory can not be downloaded to the phone. if we try to download such songs, the phone will show that the memory is full. what should i do? i bought the phone only because there is the music player but now i'm so down because i can not here good songs which are of big size in my phone. please help me. is there any waysto save the downloading data straight into the memory card.?

sound of my new samsung mobile J600(slide open) is very low almost non-audible particulary in crowded area. So I have problem hearing the sound of the caller, .

i bought a new samsung guru 1410. it is provided with 2GB MEMORY CARD.Iwant to download the
video songs or pitctures but when i download the video songs from my computer and when i open it
in the phone not allowed massage enters in the screen so kindly tell a video song can be seen in phone or not.
Hi, I just purchased SAMSUNG Guru 1410, and I tried to receive a .mp3 file on my phone, but error: Memory is fulled occured.
Then I tried to set memory card as default memory, but there is no such a kind o[censored]tility or setting. So please kindly tell me about how to set memory card as default memory or give me any website link o[censored]ser manual of SAMSUNG Guru 1410.

i am planning to buy this phone for next month but looking this side i cancel to buy this phone.
i am music men i want more songs in my mobile that why i thinking for this but there is some but a major problem.
give me suggestion i am confussed about choosing mobile phone i want to buy a range RS 5000 not more

samsung makes the people fool, in phone 1410 you cant use bluetooth becouse you can not recieved any song through this. data going to straight to phone memory and phone memory is very low. its a tric of samsung to sell there phone. so pls dont purchase it.
I bought the Samsung Guru with 512mb memory card, on transferring data via bluetooth through other phones, the data r saved in phone memory, which is only 3500kb, the data greater than that is not transferred and gives a message memory full, the bluetooth is useless...
yeah its a stupid phone

samsung engineer doesnt know how to fix the problem
my music player doesnt play any songs on it

above that ur branch manager MR ANIL KUNAR doesnt know what to do with the problem...
ur engineer MR SOMSEKHAR doent know how to fix it
and ur branch manager says its a new lauch and we dont know abt its defects..
this is what samsung does...

samsung i did specify the names of the authorised person in ur company to whom i did approach
the answers i get is .. who told me to take the product
ur executives says to buy another comanys products...
this is what customer service i get...

this is how samsung runs the business...

ur executives dont know how to deal with the customers
neither do they have any answers for the problem
nor do they even try to fix it

it is a problem with SAMSUNG 1410 mobile

instead they ask us to go for another comanys product
this is how ur market ur products

surly i will never go for any mobile phones of samsung...

you should go to bluetooth option in application and then go to default storage where u will see 2 option
choose memory card
hi dont worry. you go to applications then bluetooth there at bottom u will be provided with a menu called default storage. by changing that ur problem can be resolved
hey guys..i have got the samsung 1410..and i am very happy with it.i got a 1 gb card with it.. and can store lot of songs and listen to them with its dual speakers..i[censored] r phone saves ur songs in phone mmory ..and then shows memory full. all u gotta do is ..GO TO YHE BLUETOOTH IN APPLICATIONS ANDTHEN GO THE LAST OPTION THAT IS DEFAULT STORAGE AND CHOOSE THE MEMORY CARD AS UR DEFAULT STORAGE..SIMPLE..
