I am Sourav Bhattacharya from Hyderabad. I am submitting this complaint after a disappointing experience with Samsung India Ltd. On 3/13/2009 I purchased two biosleep split acs and a Samsung ht z110t home theatre system, serial no c526irpqb00427y from M/s Balaji Electronics in Somajiguda. The home theatre system conked off on 3/19/2009 exactly a week after the purchase date. During this time period it had only been used for 3 times. I registered a complaint with samsung customer service on the very same day and was advised that they would be sending a technician to my place for service of the faulty device the following day. During this time I was told that the problem was a very minor one and it can be repaired just by visiting my place.The technician visited my place as scheduled and inspected the system. Even though I was told that it would be fixed he failed to repair it on visit. He recommended that I send the system to the authorised service center Ratna Electronics for service repair which can only be done the following day. At that time he promised the problem would be fixed in a maximum of 3 days time. So the system was sent the following day to the service center on 3/21/2009 issuing claim no [protected]. I was promised it would be delivered by the following tuesday 3/24/2009 positively. The entire day passed of without any response from them until i called them up to enquire on the status of repair. To my satisfaction I was answered back that the set was in working condition and was under observation for the day. They would be delivering it the following day. So I waited for the whole day without receiving any reponse from them. I called them up again on 3/25/2009 eve and was told that the system again had conked off and was being worked upon. I was astonished at that statement and asked for a promised surer delivery date. The rep told me it would be delivered for sure on friday the 26th with no excuses made. Today is the 27th and i still havent heard from them. When i try calling them up nobody answers the phone. I have also tried calling up samsung customer service no where they just take a complaint and give out complaint no and do nothing. As of now i have no information on the whereabouts or status of the product which i purchased with my hard earned money.
I have been a loyal customer for samsung all through my life. I have a samsung washing machine and refrigerator along with two split acs manufactured by samsung. All my life i have used numerous samsung products like colour television, pc monitor, window ac, hard disk drives and cd and dvd writers. But this is a very disappointing experience from my favourite electronics manufacturing co. My questions to samsung management are

1. Why do you make promises which you cannot keep? And if thats part of your business, should you not inform a loyal customer if for some reason you are not able to meet your deadline? During the service call u repeatedly ask for contact details for what purpose then if you are not willing to use them in time of need? Why this facade?

2. If because of this experience I think twice before buying any samsung products in future will i be unjustified?

All people out there please take into consideration these factors before buying any samsung products as they seem to take pride in just selling and not caring afterwards.

    I bought samsung LCD 32" on 9 dec, 2008 from M/s The Electroage

    samsung lcd 32" — no response for complaint

    we got a samsung lcd 32"c550 series tv 2 months back in abudhabi.. v complained in the customer care regarding the fault, they gave us this complaint no ([protected]) dated july 22 and have not yet turned up for repairing it...pls do the needful.

    I had complained regarding the non-functioning of my LCD(32") on 23/08/2010 at[protected], Complaint no. is-[protected], I am contecting at the above said no. regularly thrice in a day since 27/09/2010. But still no positive response I had get & complaint not get closed yet.

    SAMSUNG/LCD — Complaint related to Left Side Speaker problem registered in OCt'10 but still no response

    Dear Sir,
    I had made a complain at Samsung Call center regarding the speaker problem which arises within 3 month of purchase of LCD. An engineer came after two days to see the problem and after seeing he assured me change of speaker within a week... Since then its been more than 3 month now & I'm waiting for a solution, meanwhile I... contacted few time to its local service center in (Jhansi,Utter Pradesh) and call center but all given commitment & deadlines remain fake commitment and the problem still not resolved.
    Is this the kind of service SAMSUNG provide to its customers.

    As per ur instructions given by LCD customer care, I sent the mail at "samsungindia.[protected]@gmail.com" with all details but still no positive response. Meanwhile once again, I called at its call center and got below msg,
    "Thank you for calling SAMSUNG.Your call has been registered with BP ...No:[protected]. Please quote this no. for any future reference at 30308282 / [protected]"

    Will u pls assist me with attached complain no...??

      I Had purchased new SAMSUNG GURU 1410. (IMEA NO. [protected]) from samsung Aurhorized Dealer M/s Rediphone-Vadodara.Gujarat. on 24 Jan-2009 evening.

      A problem occured on 1st Feb '09.I have complained the same to Samsung Super Service Centre at Vadodra. At first they promised me to give the phone, the same evening. However, I did not get my phone in the evening. On enquiring they said that they did not have the necessary software to repair my phone. They gave my phone back after four days.

      However, the phone again stopped working on 7th March '09 evening. I gave the phone to Samsung service station ( Work order no. WA[protected]) on 9th March (8th march was Sunday).They again promised me to revert back by evening. (same thing 3 time happen, they always promised me but they never give my cell phone)

      I have not got my mobile till date. They are neither replying to my mail nor are they giving proper reply on phone.I don't know when will I get my phone back.I have already asked them to replace my phone because of such harresment. But they are not agreeing.

      I am very much troubled because of the phone. I spent my entire savings to buy the phone.I would have no trust on the existing phone even if it gets repaired, no trust even on SAMSUNG. I request you to free me of the harrasment and help me get justice.

      I have the copy of 1-Purchaed Bill, 2-Warranty Card, 3-Slip from service centre and 4- I am sending that to samsung support mail copy.

      As necessary documents.Please revert back at milan.[protected]@gmail.com if more documents are required.
      Please consider my complaint.

      Please also guide me if they return me the after repairing, should I take It back?

      It's worst quality of instrument he has received, it must be replaced or money back to him.

      This is rediculuos...this type of products should ne banned...they are just eating away customer hard earned money and not providing quality product for the same.

      I purshased this mobile Samsung Guru E1410
      I was very happy when i purchased this phone...as it was my dream phone
      I listen to songs a lot and my friend suggested me to buy this phone
      I was saving money to buy this phone...and a lot of other things also for it
      But now i am facing a lot of problems with the phone...and i am fed up with the service centre
      They are not able to give any solutions...
      I thought only have this problem...but now i realise that there are many problems who are facing the same kind of problems...So i think you should do something in order to save your companys reputation and image
      mobile must be replaced or money should be returned because it is under warranty and company is not able to complete the warranty.
      ya, absolutely right. And also the draw back of this instrument is it is having basic media player which cant support continous play when we access the folders directly. we have to load them into play list. and that play list doesnt support to store more songs even though we have 2gb micro sd. simply it doesnt come into use. AND MAIN PROBLEM IS.. IT IS CAUSING EAR PROBLEMS. U CAN FEEL THE IRRITATION AFTER ENJOYING FEW NUMBER OF SONGS. AND I JUST SOLD IT TO 2ND HAND SHOP AFTER TWO DAYS FOR 1000/- LOSS. bcoz i never trust servicing centre. It is waste of time. when problem occurs just sell it. It is the best way that i used to follow.

        I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Garnet Electronics in Hyderabad and the compressor of the same failed within a couple of years, but since I had misplaced the original invoice and the warranty
        card, I was told that I will not be eligible for a free replacement.

        I agreed to the same and asked Samsung to replace the compressor on my cost and also asked them to provide for a new freezer door, as it was broken. The complaint number was '[protected]' and the date was the 7th of
        December.
        After more than a month of following up constantly Samsung finally sent a technician from 'Matrix lectronics', who apparently are the service representatives for Samsung and the compressor was replaced, but he did
        not get the freezer door.
        While replacing the compressor, the technician failed to flush the system as is the norm and he did not have any thermometer to check if the refrigerator was cooling properly. He collected the entire payment of Rs. 3200/- promising that if there was any problem he would attend to it immediately.
        As was expected the firdge was not cooling as it is supposed to. I again made a complaint of the same in the first week of february 2009 and ever since than I have been regularly following up with the customer care of
        Samsung as well as Matrix regarding the defective compressor supplied to me and the freezer door.
        My complaint number with Sumsung is '[protected]' and my problem has been kept pending for more than 3 months now. Every time I call up Samsung they say that the problem will be resolved within a few hours and someone from Matrix will get in touch with me, but it never happens. When I call Matrix they either do not take my call or promise to send the technician the next day and fail to do so every time.
        Consequences : As a result everything I keep in the refrigerator gets spoilt and I cannot store fruits and vegetables, therefore I have to go shopping everyday at the cost of losing precious working time. The most
        disturbing factor is that because of the fridge not working properly my 2 1/2 yr old son has to suffer the most. So many times we could not give the baby milk in the middle of the night as the milk kept in the fridge was
        spoilt and there was nowhere I could get milk in the middle of the night. This inconvinience is more than any economic or physical damage that Samsung could have inflicted on me.

        The AC is not working as on today & has got compressor problem.

        I agree 100 percent to this. I am also suffering the same problem. My Samsung refrigerator's compressor failed within 2 years. I am also going behind and keep on calling the customer care daily. Now its more than one month. So after 3 months also your problem is not solved..I lost my last hope. I am planning to complaint to consumer court. Very bad customer care. We both are working people and not able to prepare food daily in the early morning. I used to preapre and keep in the refrigerator for next day morning and take it to work . Now since its not possible, daily myself and my husband are having from outside. This created financial loss and health problem. Also daily I have to find time after my office hours to go and get some vegetables. Really bad customer service. Samsung please close your centre in India and leave here.
        I agree with these complaints, since I have also the same problem with my refregerator, morethan
        one month nobody listening the proble, the service is too POOR. Nobody will never purchase the Samsung products if they have the same service provided by the customers. Pls look into the matter and pls improve your service system, otherwise your products are kept in your show rooms only.

        On may 1, 2012 I have bought a samsung galaxy y duos mobile phone from 3G mobiles, Kozhikode, mavoor road, Kozhikode, Kerala.But with in two days its SD card failed .I approached the dealer to get some solution.But it was informed me that, nothing can be do from there.It caused some difficulties both mentally and physically to me.The irresponsible attitude of the dealer was well enough to tarnish the reputation of the Sam sung. I Have lost some valuable data as well as some software due to the malfunctioning of the SD card.I never expect such a set back from samsung mobile.Now I was compelled to buy another SD card for Rs.250/- My e mail addres is [protected]@gmail.com.           Complaint Regarding Mobile Servicing

          Dear Sir,
          My self is Swati Saurabh a disappointed customer of Samsung Mobile F270 which was purchased from M/s. Croma, Ishanya Mall, Opp Golf Course, Shastri Nagar, Yarawada Taluka, Haveli, Pune -411006, Phone No[protected], a very prestigious super market of Pune vide Sale No[protected] on 29/10/2008 WITH AN AMOUNT OF Rs. 9700/=.

          I was facing call disconnect during talking, mobile gets switched off automatically during outgoing call and Music player was not functioning. The problem was reported personally to M/s. Croma, Pune on 15/2/2009. They refused to look into the problem and and didnot lodged my complaint. In turn, they asked me to take the mobile personally to Samsung Service centre.

          Inspite of my busy and hectic schedule and work load with no other option as told by M/s. Croma, Pune, I visited your Authorised Service Centre M/S Sharp Telecom Addressed : office No 15, Shanti Complex, Narpatgiri Chowk, Mangalwar Peeth, Pune -411 011 contact no. [protected]. They promised me to give back my mobile in 2 working days vide their work order no 2758 . When I reached there after 2 working days to collect the mobile they told me that there is some hardware problem in the mobile set and they have sent it to the companies that too without my permission. Later on I was verbally communicated by the service centre that mobile would be available in about 25 to 30 days. The above cell is in warranty period and I have purchased from a very very prestigious Super Market M/s. Croma, Isaniya, Pune. So, I complaint to M/s. Croma, Pune. The Croma representative Mr Harjinder called me and informed that they will take up the matter from the service centre but regret to inform that till to date of writing this complaint I have not yet received any communication either from Croma or from Service centre.

          I was not expecting such type of service from Samsung services centre and M/s. Croma. It should be sole responsibilities of M/s. Croma to provide support to their customer. I am very disappointed with your hopeless services.

          In view of the above, I may please be provided new mobile as soon as possible falling which they should refund the money without further delay.

          Awaiting for your reply as soon as possible.

          Samsung Mobile F270 — Mobile F270

          Dear Sir,
          I have Purchased Samsung Mobile F270 in September2009 but the Mobile Battery is not getting Backup and the mobile is not getting memory card Inside.
          I have taken mobile in the service centre of Samsung situated in Gwalior on 21st january . The have taken my mobile on the same day and given Complaint Number WA[protected] on 21st January. Since 21st January they have not reparied my mobile and telling me that we will reparir in 10 days . 4 Months has gone and they had not reparied my Mobile.

          i am fedup with the support from service centre.i personally feel that i have done crime by purchasing samsung mobile.
          I request you to please look into the matter and response early of my complaint.

            I ve got one samsung l700. I got interest on that particular model just because of itz a 3g phone with special applications like integrated shozu and rss reader. Now i found neither of the applications working, even i ve searched through shozu official site, they ve not included this model as to support. Itz just a cheating ...if shozu aplication is not supported in this model, they ve no right to include this aplication. The inbuilt RSS reader is just useless, it unable to search rss from any sites even from google and yahoo. I asked samsung about all this but they even dnt ve idea ...Now i want to exchange my phone with some other model which supports shozu and working rss reader, they deny me to do that. I want to file a conjumer case against samsung with in 10 days if they ve nt given me any proper reply..

            I tried to sign up for shozu but was shocked after realizing that my phone (samsung SGH L 700) is not among the listed.
            This mobile set is not as per they mentioned in the website. I think it's useless cuz I can't install applications as on the other models. The picture quality is not so good. I am just fed up with that model and the battery is also not so good. Please exxchange it for me??

              I am a computer professional working in IT company in delhi
              I purchase a 80GB IDE-Simple Hard drive before 3yrs from Nehru place

              - Some times ago, its giving complaints, so i tried to make a complaint according to warranty, to The Service center of Samsung - 602, Vishal bhawan, Nehru place.
              - The executive in service center, take that Hard drive and give me a complaint slip and say me to come back after 20days.
              - When i come back after 20days, they give me a Hard drive 80GB -SATA (NOT IDE) which is same like my previous hard drive.
              - And after that, when i try to check the warranty of that hard drive, there was no information on Samsung Website - its showing that - there is no serial no. exist in our database.
              - after that - i complaint this thing and they response me that - there is a fault in their software in the service center.
              - after again 20days, i talk with them and they response me that - with in 2-3 days, they will do their responsibility.
              - after 7days when i check Hard drive warranty - its showing - expired in Feb 2005
              But on the other hand, my old hard drive was in warranty period till Feb 2011

              PLease I wants to know the complete procedure to make a complaint about this Issue.
              Tell me, what should i do ? and what kind of documents requires about this Issue.

              And one thing is that - they didnot give me any JOB DONE CARD from samsung about that changed hard drive, .

              I just have following documents

              - Complaint no. filled on 30 Jan 2009 with order no.
              - Previous hard drive warranty information from samsung India

              I shall be thankful for this such kind of help.

                DEAR SIR,
                I had purchased a Samsung window ac 1.5 ton model number AWT18ZKAXTZ and serial no. A209PZBQ200844E from dealer Shehnai video center, 576, link road, near Preet palace, Ludhiana on 17th march, 2008.
                Ever since I have purchased this particular model, I have only been facing problems. Within a month of my installation of the ac (on 09th may, 2008), I had to approach the service centre with performance problems. Initially there was ice deposit on the inside mesh and piping along with no cooling effect (photos attached). Subsequently they changed capillary gas at my residence in Ludhiana, but the problem persisted. So the took the ac to company service station and replaced compressor, capillary gas and capillary set . On delivery of the repaired a.c., we found that ac was making more noise than before and normal working ac. But the delivery technician told that it will go after some usage. so we wrote that over the customer satisfaction sheet for further reference(copy of customer satisfaction sheet attached). Somehow, I managed to pull through the summer season which is very severe in Ludhiana with less cooling and noisy ac.
                On completion of the winter season, I decided to start using my ac in the month of March 2009.i asked the service center for free servicing. After a wet service and a dry service the problem of sound from ac persisted. So I called the service center again to look into the problem as the noise was getting more irritating on every consecutive usage. This time I was told that the motor ball bearing of the ac has stopped functioning and hence they require to replace that particular part.
                Practically the ac was used only for 4 months of summer and after repeated repairing by company, it has become a refurbished defective ac. In an ac which is hardly a year old, change of all major parts only means that the ac is a defective piece. Due to the change in all its major assembly parts except outer cover, i feel fully justified in asking for the replacement of my ac with a fresh piece of ac. As i have been mentally harassed, i strongly feel justified in saying that i should be given an AC replacement at the earliest.

                i bought new samsung ac worth 35000 from paras traders, karnal, haryana on 30 may 2013.and from the very first day it is not cooling.there is some gas issue in it..nd i compalint in samsung many times.they just visit and fill d gas.they r not ablle to find the leakage.the product is defective.i haveuse this ac til now.bcoz of cooling issue..the company is not replacing the product..they said they just fill the gas till its warranty period.its gas leaks immediately after fillinf the gas.plz do something to replace this product..

                  I had raised a copmplain regarding samsung home theater with the service center on 1st march 09

                  the person came to repair on 9th of march after giving calls for 25 to 30 times to service center . then there was an issue in lens he came again on 14 changed the lens and told that this is what we can do . Still i am having the same problem

                    This is my second experience of poor customer services and orientation for Samsung

                    The phone is in not working condition merely after 7-8 months of purchasing. When it is sent for repair, I had to go to the service station for more than three times and they give false commitments and it is still lying with them.

                    In the first place customer should not be going to the service station for collecting the material, instead it is the duty of the company to give good services to the consumer.

                        I purchased one Samsung handsfree Model No (WEP-301) . But handsfree not working properly form date of purchase.
                        After many complains service center return handsfree at 27jan09 and provide the receipt without work order number, but till date they unable to resolve my issue and simply says part is not available.

                          Samsung/Refrigerator — motor weakness

                          sir i varun kumar s/o sh. Subhash chander radha swami colny fazilka have samsung refrigrator an wo ice nahi jamti.
                          so i complaint from where i bought refrigrator. and company person came from ferozpur nd fill the gas nd take 800rs. but with in 5 days creates problem again we ask from them they told weekness in motor. so the told we will change within one or two days. but from last 10 days no action taken by them. nd also they are demanding the money to change the motor also. as that one in gurantee.
                          i have all things of samsung at home like T.V WASHING MACHINE ND REFRIGRATOR. but if these person do like than can i buy anything of this
                          even a person can pay 1500rs every year in maintence of refrigrator ???????

                            I bought Samsung refrigerator ff340L RT34XVDS on[protected] from CROMA, Sector-3 Rohini Delhi for Rs 19370. The machine was installed the next day by the company engineer.We noticed a big dent on the freezer door and the engineer agreed that the defect needed immediate rectification.He noted it in his report and assured me the freezer door would be changed in two or three days.I formally registered my complaint and was assured that the door would be changed soon.

                            It is a matter of regret that no action has been taken on my complaint although 3 months have passeed.Every week, however, we receive a call from some executive or the other assuring us that the complaint is being looked
                            into.Two or three engineers have visited us, photographed the fridge and left after giving assurances.

                            Obviously, they are trying my patience.They just want me to drop the complaint.They don't appear to be serious in solving the problem.

                            I feel cheated and disgusted.I feel sorry that i bought a Samsung product.

                            I am the most unhappied customer for samsung.. .. I have a very sad story behind with the experience with the samsung. I got this prduct on 10th March 09. From Day 1 I have a problem with the compressor.. the first day of instllation I had my Fan in the compressor not working, , i complained and they took 3 days to come and change the compressot. Later after 2 days i started to get a industrial noise from the fan in the compressor and it started to get worst day on day and not its even worst.. this is my 10th comp, aint on this an every time they take 10 days to after cmoaint to come anfd fix this and the issue comes gain after 2 days... My its gettign worst, the negibhors started asking em not to use the AC as ts makeig th emaximum noise...I am as ashamed and I am pretty much sure I will never ever recommedn Samsung to anyone in my life... with this kind of bad customer service... Can some one help me or get me the number of the highest autority so that they canetoher change the compressor and I wll return this product and get my money back...please pleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepl... somebody help me...                             I had called the customer care centre for a regular service to be done for my split ac and the same was done on 25/05/2009 for an amount of Rs 716.The service engineer had come from the service centre VIJAY GANESH ENGINEERING-NO 16, 6TH STREET, JAI NAGAR, ARUMBAKKAM, CHENNAI 600 106,
                            PH:[protected] CELL:[protected].

                            The service engineer who had come did not do the service properly and each and everything like cleaning the dust in the blower etc had to be told to him and then only it was done.

                            We still had a persistent ac cooling issue(ie the cooling was less but the ac was working).We had again called up the service engineer and one named Kannan ph-[protected] had come for the service on 18/06/09 and told that the blower was covered with lot of dust and so the air flow was obstructed.He cleaned the blower and the air flow was good and the cooling satisfactory.He still insisted on changing the capacitor.We took his advice and asked him to change at the cost of Rs 174 (receipt no 95003 dtd 18/06/09).
                            But from that night the AC was totally out of order ie., there was no cooling at all and only the ac fan was on.We tried contacting the engineer Kannan with no response.After 2 days he came again and told that it was a voltage problem or you might need a change of compressor.Voltage problem is unlikely as our other AC and other electronic goods are functioning well.Kannan was not clear as to what the actual problem was.

                            We had contacted the call centere in[protected]Cust ref no [protected])and had complained about the same and people at the call centre Nr Deepak/Shankar/Balaji/Aarthi had promised to send senior engineers for the rectification for the past 3 days.Till this date (26/06/2009 10.10 pm)noone had turned up.

                            IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU PEOPLE PROVIDE ?REALLY FED UP WITH THE CALL CENTRE COMPLAINT LODGING AND THEY PROMISING TO SEND SOMEONE AND FAILING ON THE SAME.

                            HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SAMSUNG SERVICE AND I LL ENSURE THAT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SAMSUNG PRODUCTS B COS OF THE SERVICE.BEING A DOCTOR I AM UNABLE TO HAVE A PEACEFUL SLEEP AT HOME EVEN FOR 4 HRS IN THIS HOT SUMMER WITHOUT THE AC .IF MY COMPLAINT IS NOT ATTENDED TO I WOULD TAKE VERY STRICT ACTION AGAINST EVERYONE AND ESCALATE TO THE TOP MOST LEVEL.

                            I am very sorry to address this mail to you and was forced to do due to my frustration. I have been approaching Samsung Electronics, through their Customer Support Cell, Helpline and through the ‘n’ number of mails I have written. Few of the mails are as below. I am not only getting any response but also none of their persons sitting on their HELPLINE is ready give any contact/email ID of their offices or seniors.

                            My problem is:
                            I have purchased a Cell Phone model E 251 (SGH-E251) from Samsung’s authorized agency “Ushnika Electronics Pvt Limited, Vidyanagar, Anand District, Gujarat on 7.8.08. This instrument was technically wrong and was at their Service Centre 3 times even within the period of 6 months. Currently from 30.5.09 this instrument is with their Service Centre at Anand (Super Computer Services, 1st Floor, Sankalp, Anand),

                            I have been following up with Samsung through their Helpline, Customer Support, Ahmedabad Office, their Area Manager Mr. Sandip Bhatt, but to no response. Nobody communicates to me against my numerous mail. It is the fact that this mobile is not in use completely since 30.5.09 and Mr. Sandip Bhat of Samsung, told me that this instrument is not repairable and that they will return the money.

                            After this communication neither I received the cheque or received any communication. All my efforts to talk to Sandeep or any Samsung representative is not materializing as all the attached mail s speaks. Can you please help me or guide me as to what to do and how to resolve this.

                              I am outraged to discover Samsung won’t replace my cell phone due to the port breaking. I own another Cingular Samsung flip phone where the port broke as well. Your Warranty evidently has a “loop-hole” where a manufacturer defect is blamed on the consumer!

                              I first called phone repair to ask them what “F-84” meant and why this isn’t considered a “manufacturer defect” and how is the port breaking considered “abuse”. Not one person I spoke with could explain this comment nor understood the technician’s decision of abuse and explain how it is not a manufacturer’s defect. They transferred me to the Escalation Department Supervisor on duty, Angeli.

                              She didn’t know what F-84 meant nor could she explain anything other than repeatedly reciting to me the “all or nothing warranty”; once the phone is sent in for repair and is found to be non-repairable, the product cannot be serviced and therefore simply sent back to the consumer. There was nothing she could tell me about replacement of the phone other than writing to Corporate Office. After debating my point for over 20 minutes, she finally transferred me to the ECR Dpt. When I asked her why she didn’t do that in the first place instead of telling me to write to Corporate, she told me this was standard procedure. Interesting?

                              I spoke with supervisor Tiffany, at ECR Department. She mentioned she had just discussed this same problem with another customer. She explained that with the code: “F-84, Pad Lifted at Charger Port” this is due to the consumer pushing too hard when plugging in charger and is not covered under their warranty. She was informative and pleasant but after hearing my story, said this is Samsung policy and nothing she could do.

                              My argument to Samsung regarding this decision, is that people naturally would tend to slightly push the charger into the port if they were having connecting issues and this shouldn’t constitute “undue stress or abuse” to the phone. If doing this for more than several times bends and/or lifts the inside pad, then this indicates the beginnings of the port breaking and should be considered a “Port Manufacturer Defect”.

                              I have searched several websites with Samsung complaints and have 3 different addresses to send my complaint letter to. Do you have correct one and name of Samsung Mobile Phone Manager or Communication & Device Solutions?

                              well i want to submit complaint against my samsung corby S3653 which I bought it last year 7th july 2010 from noida.. well my issue is i submitted my samsung corby for repair on 18th june 2011 and i got my phone back after 5 days that time my touch screen was not working . after repair touch screen was working but ringer was not working then again i submit my cell 2nd july 2011 and it was in working condition and i got my cell back after 13days but the problem wasn't solve it was still the same ... when i got back my cell on 15th july 2011 was not in working condition.. the samsung care center is not taking responsibility that they had miss handled n gave me back with repairing it ... i want you to take some serious action against them either repair my cell phone or give me new samsung corby..

                                Dear Sir,

                                Dear Sir,

                                I would like to bring the facts of defective workmanship in a Mobile, Samsung DUO, Model No.SCH W-339 (GSM-CDMA) of Samsung make, which was sold through Tata-Indicom True Value Shoppe, to your notice, and act.

                                FACTS :

                                I have been gifted a mobile of Samsung make ( Model SCH-W339, which have two slots for using a SIM Card of GSM as well as a UIM Card of CDMA service of TaTa Indicom), by my sister during the month/year November 2008. This mobile was purchased from a TaTa Indicom True Value Shoppe at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India on 4th November 2008 (Invoice enclosed in attachment for ready ref.1). She gifted it to me during last week of November 2008 in some special occasion. As already I was having a GSM (SIM) Mobile and like the service of TaTa Indicom (CDMA Service Operator), she gifted me this model to use both type of service in a single mobile phone. Prior to this device of Samsung, I am using a Nokia N72, since 2006.

                                History of Trouble:

                                The worst time came, after I was gifted a Samsung mobile (Samsung DUO SCH W-339) by my sister. I started using the mobile during the month, December 2008 and a few days latter, it started giving trouble. It did not open and came to "Auto Start mode", which starts opening the device and in the next, shuts it down, automatically and the process continues till the device disconnected from power by removing battery. This problem started & I did not able to use the mobile.

                                (1) I am working in a distant place from Bhubaneswar. So, I sent the mobile to Bhubaneswar to lodge complaint, from which shop it was purchased. But they (True Value Shop of Tata Indicom) advised my person to go to the Service Center of Samsung at Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. This thing happened during the month January 2009. They took 10/12 days to return the device after it got repaired.

                                (2) Again, in February 2009, when the device(Mobile phone) returned to me, I tried to use it. But, I found that although GSM Slot (SIM) is working, CDMA Slot (UIM) is not working (while CDMA Slot was tried to be used, it was only searching the UIM card, which never ended). Again, I approached the Samsung Service Point at Sambalpur, Orissa, which is nearest to my working place. They politely took away the device from me, on 10.02.2009 and sent it, to Bhubaneswar Service Center for repairing. I waited till 17.02.2009 to get the device back from the Service Center, Sambalpur. The copied entry form attached for your ready reference2.

                                (3) After I got back the device from the Service Center of Samsung on 17th February 2009, I used the device for next few days and thought that I got rid of the evil trouble. But to ill fate, again on 22nd February 2009, the Set experienced same problem, as it was experienced at the 1st instance, i.e. While opening the device, auto start continues to open the device and shut down, and tries again & again, which never ends. I stopped the operation after 5/10 minutes, by removing the battery from device. I called the Samsung Service Center, Sambalpur, Orissa over phone with a frustration over the matter, but they advised me to wait for a day or two and see whether the same is happening again or not. And I tried on their suggestion, but failed.

                                At last, I ran to Samsung Service Center at Sambalpur, Orissa, on 26.02.2009, where they tried all options available to them. But, they also failed. Again they took away the device from me and told that they will have to send it again to the Service Center at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, to set right the device, where they repaired it at the 2nd instance. Now I am waiting to get back the device from Samsung Service Center at Sambalpur, Orissa. Is not a consumer harassment?                                 Frustration over the Device (Mobile) :

                                Really, I am frustrated over the workmanship of this mobile and the service rendered by the Service Centers of Samsung. In my opinion, it is a completely defective device and defective model as a whole and its workmanship can not be trusted at all at any cost. Isn't it? You may advocate for the Goodwill of the Company. But this type of product degraded the Company's fame in the market. In my opinion this product should be withdrawn from the market .

                                My Natural Questions :

                                How many times, I will have to spare, time and money for this mobile ? What for, I opted Samsung Mobile? Isn't it a defective workmanship? It might have been noticed by their Service Points, but they not bothered to replace the device ? Why they are killing the time and money of the Consumer like me? Is not it degrading the corporate value of the Company? And much more questions are now impatient to be questioned to this company.

                                What message delivered to a Customer :

                                Companies like Sagem, Spice etc. were came up with Mobile Models (Like your 2ON CDMA-GSM mobile, Model No. SCH W-619) with very less price, but the Samsung model SCH W-339 (Which is working on one operator at a time) is costlier in comparison, as priced at Rs.6000/- (Rs.5, 999/-), even it is named as DUO, but works with one active operator at a time. Even then, a customer like me opted for this model, only because of Samsung’s and Tata Indicom’s Goodwill. But all of my expectations are proved false. Moreover, now my feeling is like that I have been cheated by Samsung & Tata Indicom, both. Both are responsible in this cheating.

                                I hereby requesting all not to faith upon any product of Samsung, although it looks good at a time, but it is not guaranteed, you will not be cheated like me.

                                I also request everybody, who can guide me, at this point of time, What should I do.

                                I placed my grievance for a solution.

                                  I had purchsed the Fridge for my new house on 8/1/09. I started the Fridge just before the house Warming on 20/2/09. on 21/2/09 the cooling stopped so i gave a complain thru the Customer Care. the service engineer came on 23/2/09 and told the compressor was not working & forwarded the complain to his superior. within 3 days i was informed that i would get a new fridge. Now it is more than 12 days and no comitment from them when will I receive the new fridge.
                                  i am going thru foribal days Because i am not able to use my NEW FRIDGE.

                                      I have converted prepaid no. [protected] to post paid number around 20th Jan 09 and also submitted all the documents on the same day to Airtel authorised Mr. Suresh from Nescom company. It was working fine till yestarday(05 Mar 09) but all of sudden my service was suspended by Airtel office then I called Airtel customer care they said I've not submitted my documents to Airtel office thats why service suspended then I called Mr Suresh who gave me SIM card. He said he has submitted documents within one week of I submitted to airtel backend office and also has the acknledgment of the same. Then I again spoken to Airtel Customer Care manager Mr. John on [protected] and I asked him to start my number first and then look into this problem but he replied in nonsense way and he said he can't help. Now I'm trying to contact Mr. Anirban who is looking the Samsung corporate account. But unfortunatly I got disappointment from all the ways...

                                      I also checked on Airtel website where I got nodel officer details : Mr Sajit, [protected] and email address, I sent complaint to the nodal officer also but i didn't get any reply... also tried to contact on mobile of Mr. Sajit but it says that is not a valid number... I don't understand if their number itself is not working then How come our number will work...USELESS SERVICE FROM AIRTEL...

                                      This is with reference to the subject mentioned above, I had bought Samsung - Home Theatre HT- TZ 315 -on October 25, 2008 from M/s Yashpal Electronics, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi.

                                      The Home Theatre is not a perfect working condition since November 25, 2008 and I have lodged
                                      complaint on 26th November, 2008. My Home Theatre was taken to the Customer Service Centre on 28th November, 2008 and the Customer Service phone attendant's behaviour is rude, whenever I have contacted. After so many reminders over phone, I have been told that the particular part in my Home Theatre is not available for replacement.
                                      Hope a reputed MNC like yours, will replace my Home Theatre at the earliest possible.

                                      Reference your letter dt 30th November, 2009, we are very sad and sorry over it’s contention. You have asked us to apprise you of our opinion which we have already expressed in detail to your dealer and your representative who visited our place and assured of the replacement of the fridge. Very sorry state of affairs is that an esteemed organization of world- wide repute is beating behind the bush over a tiny issue pertaining to the replacement of a fridge which involves very petty amount of money. The fact is that these so called analysts/experts always try to shield their pay master without caring for the interests of their valued consumer. Of course the fridge may have been burnt externally but it was the internal manufacturing defect which resulted into internal or external fire whatsoever. No inflammable or combustible material whatsoever was lying by the fridge-side. No short circuiting of our wire too was detected. Our earlier fridge (Kingfisher make) worked trouble free for more than 10 years in the very socket on which the shoe/plug of this fridge was inserted. Our drawing– room cum lobby where the fridge was placed never caught any fire nor any cooking activity was in progress at that time as the fridge was burnt in the quite late hours of night, thus there could be no reason of any external fire excepting caused due to the fridge itself.

                                      We hereby afford you with an opportunity to replace the fridge at our door-step otherwise we may be compelled to seek some other remedy elsewhere for which your co will be responsible for the expenses incurred. Since we have all the faith in your redressal of grievances mechanism, hence we request you once again to replace the fridge without any further delay.

                                      We belong to a low middle class family, we purchased this fridge from our hard- earned petty savings, although we simply can’t afford money and time entering into any avoidable litigacy, yet we will not afford, not to get the replacement of the fridge which has been burnt either due to the manufacturing defect or in the materials used.

                                      Need not to mention that the fridge was purchased on 08-06-09 and it was burnt only after 4 months of purchase.

                                      I had submitted my SAMSUNG HTP10 model home theater for repairs at Samsung service center(SAMSUNG INDIA ELECTRONICS LTD, C/o SKYLINE INFOWORLD, on 22/12/09 receipt no. 220). unfortunately till today after several follow ups the same is not repaired till today & today on 26/02/10 after more than 2 months service centre ppl are telling to take back the DVD palyer mentioning it cant be repaired as the damaged part is not available with the company.
                                      When we spend so much money i buy a branded product with the faith that it will perform for minimum 5years, this is very disturbing to hear from the reputed company that the DVD payer cannot be repaired due to non availability of spares!!!
                                      however, why it should take more than 2 months to mention that the part is not functioning!! I feel that service center must have purposely removed the good working part & replaced with the defective mentionig that the same is not working.
                                      I want a concrete solution within a week on this or else I will have to file case in customer court as it becomes out of control & loss of patience.

Ltd.…… one of your dealer in Chandigarh. I would like to share my complete experience with Samsung. With LDC 32” C Satwinder Singh (dealer) had promised to give 2 additional stands of LCD, Airtel connection, one watch, cash back offer and one Grand special lucky scratch card scheme of Samsung, where there would be assured prize of Microwave or Home Theater or DVD etc. (Samsung products).

                                      While offering me such schemes, on phone Satwinder Singh (Samsung dealer) talked to his senior (employee of Samsung), and requested him to offer me that Grand special scratch card scheme, he said “sir as I have 3 voucher in my quota but Lucky draw scheme with LCD is over now, can I pl offer that scheme to the customer sitting in front of me” and want to purchase LCD 32’’. Then he gave my mobile number to that person (Samsung employee)….. Grand special lucky draw..J…… it was all fake… It was a fake call, later I got to know there was no scheme of any Samsung product, that scheme was made by dealer only, and Mr Bhagat (employee of Samsung Area manger) told me that he is not a Samsung employee, he is dealer and it was his own scheme. Ok agreed but he is representing your product, what ever the commitment I am getting from his side, for me or any other user it would be made by Samsung only. Now you people can not run with this futile excuse that he is not from Samsung,

                                      I talk to Mr Bhagat also, he empathized, but not interested in taking any action against Meharsons electronics Pvt. Ltd, I didn’t get my Airtel connection till now ( I purchased Samsung LCD on 25/8/10, later I got to know that, scheme of Airtel connection is with some other LDC, not with 32” LCD. As Mr Bhagat is also aware about such wrong commitment, he suggested me to cancel the order from Meharsons electronics Pvt. Ltd and purchase LCD

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        We had earlier purchased a Samsung Microwave Oven on 16/12/2008 ( model : M1712N, Set Serial No : 02917DCAC00752W) in Thailand at Home Product Center (Receipt No : 103891).We had taken it back to India and it stopped functioning from Day 2. We contacted the local Samsung service center and after a huge delay they responded to our issue and failed to provide support. Now even after consistent follow ups with the Samsung Customer Service Centers through mails and phone they have completely failed to respond to our issue. If you go through the chain mails below you would find that they confirmed that they would send the appropriate person to take care of the issue immediately but now it has been more than a month since anybody turned up.It seems all they want is for the original warranty period to run out so that we could be totally helpless and pay for support. It causes so much of mental stress and tension to see the hardearned money spent on the product lying there unable to be used. Kindly let me know how we could take it to the consumer redressal forum to resolve the issue.

                                        I have given my solo model Microwave oven to service on 28th jan 2009 (work order no 5484) in the trichy service centre but till date i could not receive a responsible answer from the centre, with my heavy day to day activities i daily visit the centre but received the same answer ...all the promises given during the purchase time is only an eye wash just for sales motive and its very unfair to treat the customers in this way, today (16/03/09) after the continues effort i have received the oven .i just weanted to inform that is it necessary to take more than 40 days to clear the complication ..but its essential to respond the customer in good & friendy manner or otherwise it is difficult for the company to retain the customers ..
