    Hi,

    I have purchased Samsung Split Air Conditioner model number AS18NCAXTL (1.5 tonnes) from Hari Om Electronics, Ashok Vihar, Delhi on January 28, 2009.

    The split a/c has been having a regular trouble since then. I have lodged two comlaints in three months. The complaint is about a/c not cooling at all. For the first complaint, the first time Samsung sent the engineer(s) advised the installation is not proper and gas may have leaked. The next day they sent another engineers who corrected few connections in a/c and went back. The a/c was cooling for few days and now again for past few days it's not cooling at all.

    We have raised a complaint again with complaint number being - [protected]. It has been 4 days since Samsung has acted very inefficiently on it. They sent the engineer on day 2 after raising the complaint. The engineer(s) came and again specified the gas has leaked and hence they'll come next day. Despite repeated reminders to them, they haven't turned back.

    For a product which is just couple of months old, I dont expect so many breakages. Can you please have Samsung act on it as I am very tired after following up so many times with no response. I also requested for a change to the piece itself but delaer says do whatever I will not get it changed. The response has been pretty ugly and un-called for.

    is your dealer is certified samsung company dealer? please check for that, might be he is just supplier of samsung. if nothing is in you favour then you can contact the consumer forum.
    This is Regarding Samsung Split Air-Conditioner which i purchased from the NEXT show room chandanagar, Hyderabad.

    I have 3 Split Air Conditioners at Home. two of them are LG and one Blue Star. Recently by unfortunate i purchased Samsung Bio-Sleep Split A/c, where i found selecting Samsung Product’s is a Big Mistake in my Decision. I am getting lot of noise in the a/c from the indoor machine.

    Regarding this i have given complaint (complaint number:[protected]). From the day of purchase i am informing this to the Next show room dealer and there is no response from them then i have given a complaint on 27th May 2008 and after making many calls to customer care one of the technician came and informed that the motor and baring in the indoor machine are not working properly and have to replace the motor with new one. he also said that it will take 15 days time to change the motor.

    I have purchased this Samsung A/C on 25th April 2009. at the time of installation only i got the noise and the persons who installed the A/c said that in Samsung a/c's this noise is common. I din’t understand how that stupid, can say like this after purchasing the Samsung a/c if we know the same thing before purchase we won't buy Samsung A/c. Already we have 3 LG a/c's at our home and i thought that in Samsung Biosleep is more effective but it is more effective in making noise and not getting me to sleep when i use A/c.

    I really feel Very sorry for purchasing the Samsung A/c and i decided that in future Me, My Friends and Colleague will won't buy any Samsung products.

    I have paid Rs.26500/- it's a very bad experience for me from the dealer and Technician, More over the Dealer and the Samsung Company cheated me by giving me a Defected Machine.

      Dear Sir/Madam
      I have purchase Samsung window AC AW18ZKA on 05.04.2009 from KBM electronics Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. Upto 12.04.2009, no has to came for demo of the product. I have started the AC on 13.04.2009, AC unable to cool the room. Further, I make the complaints to Customer Service Center on 14.04.2009. Service engineer visited to my home and check the AC and found that, there is leakage of gas in the AC. Then I visited to KBM Electroncs and submitted copy of Invoice as per telephonic discussion with Mr. Brijesh (Service Manager, Samsung). The copy of Invoice has been collected by Mr. Brijesh as suggested by Manager (Mr. Anil) of KBM Electronics. In the same time I talked to Mr. Brijesh, he promised me within 4 to 5 days, the AC will be replaced.
      But till date(even after 6 days) the AC has not been replaced. The summer is on its peak, I along with my familly unable to sleep due to high temperature. We are in so trouble and not a single % satisfied with Samsung Services for AC. The AC Required to be replace.

        I am a 300 ltr Samsung Fridge which i bought from M/s Rainbow Electronics, Sevoke Road, Siliguri in 2004. Around October 2008 i.e last year the handle of the fridge came off and we had promptly lodged the complain twith the service centre in siliguri. Somebody called Mr Babu visited our house and took all the details of the handle and informed us that this particular model is no more being manufactured so it will take sometime time (around 10 - 15 days). Since then despite our numerous calls to the service centre as well as the manager of the service centre Mr Parichay, we are yet to receive the handle even though they have been always telling me that the handle is coming in a few days and will be installed in the next week. Nowadays Mr Parichay fails to lift our phone on seeing our no. So i have to call from some other no so that he is unable to recognise the person calling.

        After all this harassment i would like to inform fellow customers to beware of these companies as they are not inclined to give us any service for their product even though they always tell us that they are customer friendly.

          sir,
          this is to inform, u that i have purchased a mobile samsung SCH-W299 on 5th april 20009.And the mobile got defected on 9th april which shows auto reboot problems.i have submitted the mobile at service centre based at Muzaffarpur on 11th april the engineer told me that it will go for DOA approval.And till now i have not got the mobile or any DOA .

          while on only samsung on screen ...no full booting...
          Please advise at what price have you purchased this. Hope this is the same dual sim phone.
          i really not satisfied from this phone.
          Samsung SCH-W299 is the worst phone i have ever used.
          Most un user friendly, cant sinc the outlook nos am still suffering with finding nos on it.
          Cant install media files, videos...hope the company stops manufacturing mobiles and stops cheating customers.
          Pathetic phone. Looks good. Fast. Crackles during conversation. The headset attachemnt is wrong because its on the side. THe provided handsfree cannot pickup using hte button. All is wrong. But its good looking. Its like a wife that looks good but is pathetic in every other aspect.

          I was so happy when i heard that samsung has introduced a CDMA GSM phone...but when I started using...it is really very dissapointing... There voice is never clear and there is a disturbance always while talking... Network problem is always dissapointing. The bars comes and goes in seconds even standing next to tower. This happens especially when the connection is made and the call drops. When there is network you make a call and the sooner it connects...the call drops.
          The company has withdrawn the phone and should replace the handset with other set so that the customer is not cheated...

          Hi,

          I own a samsung w299 phone. The phone crackles often when I place or receive calls. The volume is also not very good. The sound seems muffled. Please let me know if this is a Hardware fault or a firmware issue. If you have a link to update the firmware do let me know the process and the link as well. I like the design of the phone but I feel that my decision of going with samsung turned out to be very wrong with this phone. I spent almost 15000 for a phone that is no where near what I can say at least decent in function. I use the CDMA and have had my number for almost 5 years. Do let me know what are the steps you wish to take to help me.

          w-299 — PC Suit 5 & Voice Problem

          I have recently purchased the phone the CD for PC Suit 5 provided with the phone is corrupt! I contacted the dealer he says nothing can be done. More over the voice cracks! and the time setting is set to 24 hr which I wish to set to 12 hr format. No one has really been able to do it and M told that it is software problem! what do I do! From where do I get a new CD! Pl. send a solution to the problem ASAP

          The SCH W299 thought be the first CDMA+GSM mobile in the market is very disappointing, i am facing continous handing problem, bad voice quality, a crackle sound while talking and also the battery back up is not good.
          i purchased samsung w299 n thinks this is the worst cell phone i tried in last 5 years. even simple 600 rs china mobiles are better than this.

          company should take all such models off th market. Its certainly down tht repo of samsung for sure.

          This is one of the worst phone that i have used. following are some of the problems that i have faced so far.
          1) you can not put anniversary year earlier than 1981 !! Samsung service center person says "this is a modern phone hence only years after 1981 are acceptable !!" wow !
          2) when SMS is sent to multiple users, there is no way to know who all it has been sent to afterwards. Nor can you make out if the message has been delivered or otherwise.
          3) SMS can be only 160 characters long.
          4) Contact name can be only 16 characters long.
          my advice? DO NOT EVEN TOUCH THIS PHONE !!
          hi i have purchased this mobile two days ago .its one of phone which i have used .it sucks
          i am using w299 since last 15sept2009 it is very thick pcs, very heavy, switched off automaticaly & i didn't know, how to use video files, we cant synchonised contacts in pc, network always problem, zero battery back up,

          Though this phone is introduced around oct 2008, it's features are of phones launched in 2005. It is supporting only one file formate for pictures, sounds & vedio clips.Vedio can not be played in fell scren mode. phone book, pictures & vedio processing is miserably slow.No network support for GSM. This is cheating by Samsung. One can get better performace from china phone of similar features.I suggest Samsung to replace thease phones to maintan it's name in market

          1.I can not make any call while listening music or FM.Why?... Such thing I have never seen in a mobile.

          2.one can not watch any movie or song clip of size 176x144(u recommend this size)...ur phone says...too large...too big...wow!...what a product of SAMSUNG?????

          3.Alarm software is too defective.If one selects a particular day or days it never alerts.Then what is the use of alarm function?

          4.On page 12 of the manual under the column key function you say ..."During a call, record a call conversation (press and hold) camera key.But it works not. Hats off to you SAMSUNG.

          Sir, there are so problems faced by me like other customrs, I have read them on the internet, and rueing the day this set SCH W299 duo touch was purchased.

          Now u are requested either to replace the set or change the software of the set.This way u will really win the hearts of the owners of SCH W299 duo touch.

          I have purchased samsung sch w299 on 10/10/2009 . This is one of the worst phone i have ever come with.

          I actually go this mobile hoping to install some dictionary and other softwares which come handy to me while travelling, the biggest shock came to me when i have seen that i cant install any files.Even the feautures they told that are present in the piece are not working like
          1.Call recording software
          2.playing video files
          3. Even the 2 mp cam doesnt mean to look as 2 mp. a normal vga will get good pics than this
          4. No gprs for gsm

          so please i request to atleast ask fr a change in the software used for the phone so that some of these problems would be removed.

          I purchased Samsung W299 on 17th October 2009, But was totally dissatisfied with this peculiar set. There are a lots of problem in this model. Some examples are as follows:
          1. One cannot minimise the screen when the Music is playing.
          2. Mobile gets switched off automatically.
          3. Video files cannot be played.
          4. GPRS is not working.
          5. Opera Mini is not being supported.
          6. While making a call, if some incoming call is coming at the same time we cannot either receive the call or make the new call.
          7. Does not support all picture formats.
          and the list is too long.

          I advice the Samsung management in India to either replace the mobile or modify the software of the mobile to whomever they have sold this model if they want to survive in this competetive market.
          It is DUBBA phone.Samsung should take back all sold phones.

          I had purchased Samsung W299 and i started facing problems the next day i purchased it.. I have given it to samsung service center a number of time but the problem is still there... They told they will replace the motherboard but they are not doing it by telling that the part is not in stock.

          I dont know if its going to help posting here. But there seems to be no way out for me now. After going n number of times to the stupid service centres where they dont even know the model number of the phone forget abt reapairing the same.

          I bought SCH W 299 in June 2009 and since then its a headache till now. I am just not able to sync it with my pc. I went to service station but they are not able to fix it up... dont know aht to do with this piece of s**t.

          It was supposed to be a high end model but it turns out completely dud made by some dull headed people at samsung and now they are not even bothered abt the plight of the consumer. Imagine you cant use handsfree when your phone is charging... pathetic.

          Is there anyway a case can be registered against them so that we can atleast get our money back ???? Any comments from the site or aggrieved consumer please.
          SAMSUNG DUOS TOUCH SCH W299 Mobile Defects
          1) If you want to receive any file via bluetooth, it receives and saves in to phone memory. and
          2) You cant move files from phone memory to memory card without using computer.
          3) So you cant receive more files via bluetooth as your phone memory is less.


          My suggestion is please DONT BUY SAMSUNG DUOS TOUCH SCH W299 Mobile phone

          I own a samsung sch w299 CDMA and GSM duos touch plus keypad mobile phone on 02/04/2010. From Reliance Web World, Esplanade, kolkata.From the very next day it starts the problem. Its voice clearity is really too poor. When i going to starts the web, it reboots. And this phone is too much slow. By touch screen when i going for the any option, it goes to wrong direction.

          samsung corby speed CDMA — Very slow phone

          I bought a samsung corby speedy on 14/07/2010 .Samsung says in his ad corby speedy is a fast cdma phone but when i bought it i saw it is a very slow phone. as well as is battery back is very low.
          i want refund my money or a better CDMA phone .

          Purchase Samsung corby CDMA set wide Invoice No 12009/10 Dt 21st Feb 10 from Drive India Enterprises Solution Ltd. logged first complain on 22nd April for not supporting to Network and Blue tooth they rectified and return to me but the problom partly shrted out again visited the same service center which is in Ambhedkar Road there they told us that your mother board having fault so you register the complain as soon we receive the mother board we will change. After 15 days we called them they inform the mother board not yet received contact us after 10 day after that also we did nit receive the same than we contact customer care of samsung they register our complain wide reff. no [protected] after making 4 to 5 calls my set not rectified than they given the mobile no of Mr Sandeep Chowdhary Manager service he promise me that the set will be rectified soon but after one month also it is not rectified and he started ignoring my call than I contact with support [protected]@sasung.com since 23rd July I send 5 reminders every time they promise that my concern person will get in touch with you but till date no body call me if my warranty period expire than whi will be responsible. Please help me out I am fed up with this company.

          I had bought this phone last year in Oct 2009 and after 3 months its touch screen stopped working and according to service center there is no guarantee for touch screen. Still I continued to use it without touch screen but last week its completely dead and service center is asking Rs 5000/- to replace its dead mother board. I have contacted Samsung India but there is no support. I advise people never buy Samsung hand phones they are all cheap quality assembled products. This model is a big flop in the market.

This is cheating by Samsung. One can get better performace from china phone of similar features.I suggest Samsung to replace thease phones to maintan it's name in market

            Dear Sir,

            I had submitted my crashed hard disk at Service Plaza on 09.03.2009 for getting replacement of the same..because my hard disk was in under warranty period...after the submitting of the said hard disk to the service center I had been asked to follow up for the replacement after 25 days ...
            due to this reason I have been chasing up with the said service centre for the replacement after 25 days from the date of submitting...but I regret to inform u that inspite of several reminders and making phone calls they have not given the said hard disk till now ...

            Whenever I called to the service center they answered that the said hard disk was not arrived till now and u would have to call us in the next week ..afterthat whenever I called in the next week the same answered was spowken by them...

            thereafter they had given me the mobile no of the Propitor to foloow up for the same ...his mobile no was [protected]..I had phoned him over the said no and he told me to come on 21/04/09 at any time for collecting the desired Hard Disk...

            In this reason I had phoned him on 21.04.2009 in the morning for the confirmation whether I going out or not ...he told me that u could come in our office between 4 to 6...as a result I was going out from my own office at around 3 P.M. and again I phoned him for the final confirmation ...at that time he told me that the said hard disk could not be handed over today because suddenly an urgent audit was being done in thiere office, due to this reason the same can not be given ...

            Pls let me know if the audit was being done, why I have not been informed for the same and pls let me know how long will I have to wait for the same...

            I had some urgent work to do but because of those people I could not able to complete my urgent work. who will be responsible for this. I would highly appreciat it you people pay any sort of attention regarding this.

              The product was bought on the 19th march 2009 for a room size of 128 sq.feet(approx).The first machine installed was defective and the second machine installed in its place had to be installed twice but even then there has been no cooling effect in the room.Prior to this machine another air conditioner(specifications: Company-Carrier Aircon; Size-I Tonne) gave service for 12 years in the same room without a reason of complaint.In addition, a bedroom in the same flat(size: 300 sq.ft approx) has a functioning 1.5 tonne air-conditioner(company: Whirlpool) without any complaints.Several complaints were lodged and the service engineers have been very non-cooperative and have also refused to replace the same. When we spoke to the manager Mr.Subhankar Datta he refused to give us the number of his senior inspite of requests as he proved to be very rude and illogical.We seek your intervention in the matter urgently as we have invested a lot in a reputed brand called Samsung and did not expect this kind of service

                MY self Sanjay Garg from Mumbai registered for Samsung Window Airconditioner servicing on 14th April 09 on Samsung customer care no [protected]. In service request i specially requested to send technician on 18th April between 10AM-12noon. My service complaint no was [protected]. I was assured by customer care executive that somebody will attend on my complaint as per my request. on 18th April 09 i havn't got any call from samsung, then at 11:30am i called customer care no[protected], Customer care executive infrmed me that somebody will attend to my complaint before 8pm. Till today i.e. 21st April 09, no body had attended on my complaint.

                Since yesterdaly my Samsung Split Air conditioner is not working, while switch on the air conditioner after few munites automatically it will turn off. and the cut out will down, kindly attend this problem immediately, because tlhis summer is horible.

                  Lot of harrassment has been given to me from Samsung Distributor, M/s Maharashtra Electronics, Tilak Road, Pune.

                  I had booked a samsung refrigerator 180lts on 28 th of march to be delivered on 9 april.
                  I got the refrigerator on 9 but its compressor was faulty and the refrigerator was not working. Distributor told me that model is not available. Dialy he use to give us new date of delivering the refri. We were mentally and financialy harrased.

                  For 15 days, we got the refir. on 20th that also the different model and different colour. . He again asked us to wait for 2 more days. And delivered the refri after two days .I also told him that i ll go to consumer court if he not delivered the refrigerator.

                  We were really frustrated from Samsung Distributor service.

                  In this competitive market. Such a brand name company should take a severe action against such a distributor.

                  I booked Samsung LED - 32B6000 in NEXT - AUNDH and gave the booking amount as RS 200. He told me - Mr. Ankit(BM) then once the LED will be here he will give me a call. He called me when LED came into his shop for rest of the payment. After I paid the entire amount he asked me to pay 2500 Rs extra when I asked the reason he said the product price has increased and it was his CA's mistake that he did not made a booking entry in his system. As the payment was already made from my end I was not left with any choice. Please make sure that this store should receive the proper punishment of asking the extra amount once the payment is made for the product, so that in future any other customer should not undergo the stress we have gone through.

                    I purchased Samsung washing machine from Reliance Mart SheikPet Hyd.

                    I found drain hose was missing, and the seal was also open. There deliver guy told its a testing at reliance because of which the seal is open..

                    I asked for the drain hose pipe, it was not delivered after two days of delivery. This is causing lot of inconvinance to me, As I can use machine or have a demo.

                      Its pathetic service from Samsung where my Samsung Fridge fuse is gone from last 20 days which was told by the samsung Engineer and had said it will be replaced by them in 3 days and there is no information from them till know .
                      Such a big company does this how will you expect us to ask others to buy Samsung Products .

                        this is to bring to your notice that we bought the samsung bio-sleep AC from TMC in AS Rao Nagar a year ago. when they came to install it they made holes in my wall in 3 different places and then they said Sorry because it was done by mistake in the wrong location. they did not do anythin to repair the damage. from past 6 months my AC is giving trouble and they have not been able to rectify it. TMC says it is not their responsibility and Samsung says its TMC responsibility. In past one month i have made 75 calls to TMC and spoken to MR NARSIMHA, SRINIWAS REDDY. they were very rude and said they are not our servants. I dont know what to do about my AC now. I will never buy anything from TMC ever again.their customer service is very very bad.

                          i am 100% sure, the fraudsters are from Indian origin leveraging on critical information of other companies abroad.

                          1)the message you received on your cell phone is generated from India, because it has Indian service centre.

                          2)the email id is not that of the company website. (in all the cases it is ...[protected]@live.com or ...[protected]@gmail.com or ...[protected]@hotmail.com etc...)

                          3)the prize administrator is a different name everytime (i have read more than 20+ complaints on this site and the name of the prize administrator is different in all the e-mails. what a joke? one company and 20+ prize administrators.)

                          4)try calling the numbers they give you with the e-mail. its fake!

                          5)the account number given to me for fund transfer is of axis bank with a forigners name. can u beat this?

                          i urge everyone to be extremly cautious. do not reply to these e-mails.

                          if you try to check for genuinity of the sms and e-mails, you will find a n number of reasons not to believe them. check for yourself.

                              SO I HAVE ONLY ONE CONCLUSONE FOR SAMSUNG THAT IS IS A WORST COMPANY IN THE SERVICE MATER.

                                I purchased SAMSUNG MOBILE DUO ON SCH W 619 in december 2008, since then it is giving a problem of poor/no signal.I have a another SAMSUNG MAX CDMA mobile, which shows a good signal strength at same place. Where as, DUO ON fails to recieve the call. This has been causing inconvience and haressment to me.

                                I gave this mobile thrice for repairs to SAMSUNG INDIA ELECTRONICS PVT.LTD. Jalandhar and twice to Mr Gaurav also, auth samsung dealer at Ferozepur, who once returned it after repairs and assurance of removal of fault. But there is no improvement in the functioning of the Mob and same problem still presists.Hence, same is deposited again with said centre.

                                Need less to mention that your is the ace and MNC company should resolve such issue on priority to enhance the faith of customers.

                                Since this mob is giving me perpetual problem and despite being twice repaired by your service centres, problem still persists of poor reception of CDMA & GSM and high consumption ofbattery thus requiring frequent charging.

                                  The First Interaction after customer purchases a Samsung product is with Installation Engineer. he gives customer a feel how the future service level be. I purchased a Fully automatic Samsung Washing Machine from Bangalore and called installation person. He came and asked that you need a 15 amp power socket near to point you need washing machine installed. First thing is this that he could have told this over phone when he called me like 4 times same days before coming. I agreed and said he needs to come again in that case to install. The Samsung person instantly agree and gave me his mobile number and told me when i am done i can call him. I called him on 3 Apr'09 and to my surprise he tells me that he will come when he finds time. Then i told him that please tell me the exact time he says go and log in a call first and then he will come. I tell him that i will complain for it he tells me go [censored] yourself. I have purchased Samsung LCD 40 inch and now i am wondering if i have done right or should i purchase any more Samsung product or not.                                     I have purchased a Samsung Washing Machine. Fully Automatic, because my mother is a chronic diabetic patient from almost 30 years and also recently undergone a kidney related operation and there is no one to wash the clothes. The machine was working fine for about 2 years. Suddenly, there was a mechanincal or electric problem. The water is simply drained out as soon as the water tap is on. I have complained to the Showroom person. He has promptly taken initiative and telephoned back saying that he has registered the complaint with the Samsung. But, still after 2 days the reply was not there. I have again enquired with him and then a message has came to the mobile saying that your complaint has been registered and given me a number saying that please use the number for future referrence. The service boy has arrived after 2 days. He came and inspected the machine and said that there is a electrical or mechanical problem by which a part has been damaged and it needs to be replaced and upon questioning he told that it takes one day to get that part to replace. I have given my mobile number and collected his number. That person has went and then every day I kept on calling the person he told it will be coming today, today evening, tomorrow etc., Then after 2 days he has given an0ther number and told me to call and talk to that number. After that he stopped answering my calls. I have done that also. The new person started telling a new story saying that the part is not available in bangalore and he has talked with the headoffice and It may come only after a week. When I asked that being an MNC and after a lapse of 4 days this reply is not fair. The reply was shocking and rude. The repeated calls to that Customer Care Centre is also not satisfactory. It is only doing the postman job. It is only giving lines to some other person and again to some other person and so on. The problem is still not addressed and not solved. These MNCs are only interested in getting the MONEY. It is really very shocking that being an MNC and does not have any infrastructure to answer a problem of a customer and this way of audacious customer care. We are paying the charges, it is not free of cost. Still to this minute the problem is not solved. Even after paying them the money for the Washing Machine, I am forced to wash the clothes by hand. SHAME SHAME TO THE MNCS, SHAME SHAME SAMSUNG.

                                    The worst servi e i never find in other banks.I'm Holding HSBC credit card previously i have raised a request regarding HSBC EMI option. at that time customer care people did not take care of that.but even they did not inform me regarding this.from the last 9 months onwards i'm paying money. sofar what i feel is that i'm paying EMI money..after one day i called customer care to know my oustanding balance. but it is showing me the same monay. i was shocked and came to know that so far what i paid is Interest which is more than 10k +...

                                      IN THE BEGINNING WHEN I FIRST MADE COMPLAINT ON 28-JAN-09, THERE WAS A 4 INCH WHITE HORIZONTAL BAND IN THE CENTER AND ONE 2 INCH BLACK VERTICAL LINE AT THE LEFT EDGE. THE TECHNICIAN CAME PROMPTLY TO CHECK AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM BUT HE RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE THE FRONT PANEL WHICH WOULD COST 40, 000 RS.

                                      NOW THE FULL SCREEN HAS BECOME BLANK.

                                      I BOUGHT THIS 42-INCH PLASMA TV, MODEL NO. PS-42S5HX ON 7TH JUNE 2006 FOR WHICH I HAD PAID 1.42 LAC BY CHEQUE.

                                      WHEN I WENT TO BUY THIS TV I WAS TOLD AND AS CLAIMED BY SAMSUNG THE SCREEN LIFE IS ABOUT 40, 000 HRS TO 60, 000 HRS. MY TV RAN AT THE MOST 10, 000 HRS AS I WAS USING IT VERY SPARSELY.

                                      MY REQUEST IS TO KINDLY SEND YOUR BEST TECHNICIAN AND ASSESS THE PROBLEM AND IF REQUIRED CHANGE THE FRONT PANEL ON YOUR ACCOUNT SINCE IT HAS NOT LASTED EVEN 10, 000 HRS. YOU ALSO MUST HAVE REALISED THAT PROBLEM IS NOT WITH THIS KIND OF MODEL BUT WITH THIS PARTICULAR UNIT WHICH I HAVE GOT.
