we are the media people running studio at chennai-india, we are using 7 air conditioner(split) machines at our studio. everything is going fine still last month, when we bought new samsung splic AC
at December 2008 at SHAHS-Chennai, when it strated it was good for few days afterwards its started stinking the whole room,
so that we called the customer care persons, they came and said that nothing fault with machine and the fault was in the external pipe. we changed the pipe with their supervision, again it started stinking.
after that we called customer care people 7 times, every time they come and telling different reasons...we made all changes what they said
still the problem persists. AC is getting problem, if we switch the temperature above 22. The problem is so worse that two of our staffs got respiratory infection. We can't tollerate this anymore..
and we never expected something like this from samsung. here after we think, we should think twice before buying any samsung product. We had registered another complaint today(19/02/09) by 11.30 am.They promised to come today itself..now its 5.30 and nobody had turned up. we are no longer interested to spend anything on this AC again..

    i bought a new samsung guru 1410. it is provided with 2GB MEMORY CARD. But the phone memory is only around 3000kb. the datas downloaded to the mobile is straightly saved into the phone memory first. so the datas or songs with big size than the phones memory can not be downloaded to the phone. if we try to download such songs, the phone will show that the memory is full. what should i do? i bought the phone only because there is the music player but now i'm so down because i can not here good songs which are of big size in my phone. please help me. is there any waysto save the downloading data straight into the memory card.?

    i bought a new samsung guru 1410. it is provided with 2GB MEMORY CARD.Iwant to download the
    video songs or pitctures but when i download the video songs from my computer and when i open it

    Hi, I just purchased SAMSUNG Guru 1410, and I tried to receive a .mp3 file on my phone, but error: Memory is fulled occured.

    i am planning to buy this phone for next month but looking this side i cancel to buy this phone.

    samsung makes the people fool, in phone 1410 you cant use bluetooth becouse you can not recieved any song through this. data going to straight to phone memory and phone memory is very low. its a tric of samsung to sell there phone. so pls dont purchase it.
    I bought the Samsung Guru with 512mb memory card, on transferring data via bluetooth through other phones, the data r saved in phone memory, which is only 3500kb, the data greater than that is not transferred and gives a message memory full, the bluetooth is useless...

    you should go to bluetooth option in application and then go to default storage where u will see 2 option
    choose memory card
    hi dont worry. you go to applications then bluetooth there at bottom u will be provided with a menu called default storage. by changing that ur problem can be resolved
    hey guys..i have got the samsung 1410..and i am very happy with it.i got a 1 gb card with it.. and can store lot of songs and listen to them with its dual speakers..i[censored] r phone saves ur songs in phone mmory ..and then shows memory full. all u gotta do is ..GO TO YHE BLUETOOTH IN APPLICATIONS ANDTHEN GO THE LAST OPTION THAT IS DEFAULT STORAGE AND CHOOSE THE MEMORY CARD AS UR DEFAULT STORAGE..SIMPLE..

    If hearing songs is the only concern, why cant you get those downloaded into yourcard in an offline manner and plug it in to hear...do you think Samsung wouldnt have thought about these minor ones given the kind of reputation they have in the Global Market. Analyse and think twice before you share your views...it negates the forum's purpose of having healthy discussion/s.

    samsung E-1410 mobile phone — speaker receivier problem

    I have purchased E-1410 samsung mobile phone before 2 months in srinagar J&K.after only 1 month, phone speaker problem occurs.means when i call to another mobile, i couldnt hear form receiver end while to whom i call he listens my voice.means speaker works only one side.
    after contacting to samsung service center ADIL Electronics in srinagar they told speaker has to be replaced and same is not in their stock. appraoching again to them after 20 days, same excuse was told
    then i call customercare and they gave me BP no [protected] for future reference.
    then i came to dehli for officail work and yerterday in dehli i went to samsung service center at Palam dabri road, but they also gave the same excuse of non availabilty of speakers.

    this is very ridiculous for such a poor service.

    now i am waiting for your reply.

    I bought this 1410 phone a couple of days back and trust me EXCELLENT is not the word for it.
    In such a resonable price what else do you expect. Its so true that no matter howmuch ever a person gets hes never satisfied.

    My personal views are FANTASTIC, EXCELLENT, AMAZING phone and that too at a very very reasonable price. SAMSUNG ROCKS.

    hiiiiiii. i try to talk with companies technical engg. they send me information that there is an error in option of default storage as a memory card . this problem is slove in next samsung mobile.so do not try anything.
    Its a very good phone...serves my purpose of hearing songs and dat too wid very gud sound quality...u only need to change default memory storage to memory card...and then u can download as much u want...i think u shud study ur mobi first and den put such comments

    there is option in bluetooth the last option 7th one
    default storage
    make it memory card and ur problem is solved

    for songs transfer songs in music folder in memory card
    then u can add songs to playlist though u can add only 35

    but still in 2900 the phone rocks ans i[censored] know to use the phone the phone really rocks

    i see here complaint of vafriend related to the memory of the phone... is suggest him to ]copy the songs first in to memory card...then he can hear whole the songs he likes...!

    its very simple, you need to install a small software which enables your songs to save in memoray card inspite of phone memorary, due to data saved in phone memoray ur long songs are not supported. Your music needs to be saved in ur extra memorary cards, then only u will be able to view all songs without no problems.
    i planned to buy samsung 1410...is it good...??
    The issue raised by many people early in the comments is valid as there would be a lot of people that would expect that the defaults are the best option. and since Samsung is itself shipping memory cards with the phone, the defaults should have been different. That said, it is still a very good phone and great value for money.

    Another benefit is the availability o[censored]SB charging. one unanswered issue is the lack o[censored]sb software / drivers that will allow it to connect to the pc (cable available as accessories charged separately). the samsung website also does not have any data on this handset. any clues anyone?

    I am also not comfortable using this, I have used almost each brand of mobile in indian mobile industry, be it sony ericson, motorola, nokia...

    This samsung guru has strange problems, while you are talking on phone using hands free,

    1. If you receive a call from some other caller obviously it'll show in call waiting but when that call waiting ends volume of already active call automatically reduces, you need to unplug the handsfree and plug it again in order to get the proper voice.

    2. Music Player does not play songs in background.

    3. While handsfree is on, you can't hear your ringtone, it'll only vibrate, I did not find any setting from where I could change it and stop vibrator.

    I bought this phone considering it value for money since it was offering almost everythinjg in low cost but unfortunately it is proving to be a headache for me, I am looking for buyers...as if I go through reviews I don't see much positive response from after sale service.
    you need to change the default memory of bluetooth. Go to menu->application->Bluetooth, in that there is option of default memory (7th option of bluetooth menu). Select memory card as your default memory. then you can transfer any data of size upto your memory card capacity to your phone.
    The one page user manual supplied with the phone is of little use! When I tried to contact samsung with doubts they do not reply.
    I cant see default storage option under menu->application->Bluetooth. only 6 options are available to me.
    any ideas?
    Brother i[censored] dont know to use a mobile, first try to learn how to use it then make complaints. i have samsung 1410a i am happy with it, go get a card reader and load songs to your memory card using a computer .cool down cool down be happy drink nimbhu pani
    Well I love d E1410 music guru, d only prob i face is same as others, that in Blue tooth i do not have option no 7. hence i m not able to transfer music via blue tooth. Thanks to all u guys for suggesting to use d 7th option, but pls advise wat can b done in absence of d 7th option. Please reply

    press menu
    go to applications
    select bluetooth option
    in that select default storage
    den select memory cadr n press ok...
    as simple as it is n any huge file...u can get it transfered depending on ur memorycard size...

    but v do not have the DEFAULT STORAGE option in Blue tooth option
    its not abt using brains, coz when d option doesnt exist where go we apply r brains??????????
    First of all u have to change primary storage from phone memory to memory card in ur blutooth settings then u can recd the biggersize files.

    for d first 1 week i also faced the same problem but then i discovered that if we go to the bluetooth menu and go to" default storage" and select "memory card " instead of " phone " then the songs will automaticly go in the memory card

    I have purchased one new mobile make sumsung model no mpower 569 sr. no.[protected] on dated 16.05.2009. The mobile get faulty after some days of purchasing. Company promised me to change/repair the mobile within two days but its been 9 days I was continuously following for my mobile and getting no response from service centre where I submitted my mobile ( gem service centre sec 27 Noida (UP)).We cannot expect such type of harassment from a reputed company like Samsung. Please take immediate action to get my mobile back & also please note that I will not take repaired mobile because once it gets opened parts may get spoiled so please change my set otherwise give my full payment back or I have to go to consumer forum for justice.

    I bought a new samsung guru 1410.I have some problems with blouetooth.when I tring to send data to any other mobile after 50 or 80 percent transefer i got data trasfer "fail" message and process fails.But my bluetooth works fine with other samsung guru1410 mobile and china mibile they can able to receive data from my mobile via bluetooth.I can able to receive files from any mobiles but I can't able to send files them. I tried it on nokia 3110 and sony ericsson i can't able to send them files.But they can able to receive files from other mobiles.please help me what is probleams with my bluetooth?

    even i had the same problem i bought the one for my mom .. i[censored] r facing this problem while transfering from bluetooth ... check the setting of blue tooth there you will find the default memory change it to phone.. such setting are set individual for many segments like contacts, messages, bluetooth etc.. do explore your phone and check the manuals.

    but we can play music from memory card...i play it from memory card only...
    i have kept 400 songs, and sound effect is superb...and it plays not only mp3 format, it also plays amr format also...

    I'm partha. I downloads other people''s mobile. But i lose the samsung guru customers. There is no specific software and usb cable 4 this phone.This problem is purely unexpected from SAMSUNG.
    Though samsung 1410 supports 2 GB memory, its music player can enlist only four playlists of 30 songs each( Total 120 songs only).Hence 2 GB support in of no use, or we can say wastage of money.
    There is one way to save the songs etc., directly to memory card.
    go to Applications - > Bluetooth -> Default storage
    and set to memory card.
    by following the above method, we can directly save it to memory card.
    Learn to use any gadgets u maggots...it plays mp3 u just gotta learn ta use it...
    its an nice model for lowest price...

    I am unable to set any song as my ringtone or as caller ringtone as it is showing memory is full .
    Can anybody tell me how i can do it - do we need to select / use any specific song format .

    One more thing - image quality is also wrose.
    you can store and hear songs from memory card. But if you want to set some songs as ringtone you have to copy it to the phone. You can copy only 2-3 songs to the phone memory. This is the main limitation.

Because I have trying lot of times to transfer music files through another mobile via bluetooth but my samsung mobile showing message that its ask for ENTER PIN NUMBER that i doesnt know.     I have brought home samsung guru 1410 2 months back when i was starting using this phone i thing i come in to notice that when i try to download something say song from the internet, then this mobile does not have the option where to save that file, by default this files are stored in the phone's memory.
    Phone's memory is hardly 3-4 mb.
    When i visited samsung mobile site they don't provide any software support for this phone.
    I was feeling like i was cheated by samsung company,

    To people who're shouting about inability of this phone to play songs, I would like to state a simple fact that I just transferred 133 songs into the phone in less than 10 minutes. Yes, the phone doesn't come with a data cable, was a bit disheartening, but I simply bought a Memory Card Reader for 150 rupees, and bingo, there it runs. I don't know what it'll do in the long run, but I've had it for 150 minutes as of now, and I sure am happy with it. If you were expecting something more. wake up. You've paid only 3000 bucks for it.

    And about the complaint saying you can't download directly into the MC, it maybe genuine, but then you don't download stuff like songs on GPRS. It's meant for light surfing and downloading. If you wanna get songs, get'em from a PC.
    I bought Samsung Guru 1410 3mths back, somehow someone has pressed the silent mode option & now iam unable to reset it to ringing tone, also iam not able to hear the music downloaded also. Can anybody help me to get this back.

    I have also bought SAMSUNG E1410 (Guru series) with free 1 GB card (Rs. 2850) last week and I have almost no problem with it till now...

    Pros.
    ======
    1) I have transferred 74 music files (.mp3 format) till now from my laptop (via Bluetooth) to the phone (Memory Card). Transfer taken place very smoothly. Even I have tried to transfer more than one file at a time and there is no problem; only thing is that you have to confirm each file transfer (in source and the destination too) one by one in case of bulk transfer.
    For default storage setting to Memory Card: Go to MENU > APPLICATIONS > BLUETOOTH > DEFAULT STORAGE > Select MEMORY CARD as your choice of default storage.

    2) I was also ready to buy data cable for music file transfer but since Bluetooth is working fine for me I have dropped that idea.

    3) Sound Quality (stereo) of earphone and phone speaker is very good and I am satisfied with it.

    4) As far as FM is concerned, it's reception is very good even inside my room. Only problem for me is that you have to connect the earphone even if you want to listen FM in Phone speaker.

    FM recording (best quality option selected) is very good with good sound quality.

    5) Battery life - Not yet tested fully; but it runs for 1.5 - 2 days easily with multimedia use and 3 days for normal phone use.

    Cons.
    ====
    1) It doesn't display the time duration of each call made in the Call Log except the last call ( which can be seen in the 'Last call duration' option.

    2) You have to connect the earphone even if you want to hear FM in phone speaker.

    3) There is no outer socket for Memory Card. you have to remove battery to insert it.

    4) It has a little weight than compared to other phones, but It gives a balance feel to me and I love this much of weight in my hand.

    Conclusion
    =========

    In the lower segment of Music Phone within Rs. 5000 range, it is one of the good buy. I would like to recommend it if you are a music lover and don't like the camera in the phone, like me. For photography, I always use digital camera, for best result.

    Dear, All Samsung Guru SAMSUNG E1410, and with no camera it allows me to go into a Call Center & Datacenters as it is allowed The only reason I boguht this phone is :
    a) Good Speaker Phone for making Group conference Call.
    b) No Camera
    d) Bluetooth

    The worse thing is Address Book, can store only upto 1000 Contacts in Phone Memory and has no options to switch to Micro SDD card, hopefully with the software (Firmware on phone) this feature will be available in future.

    The default storage setting to Memory Card: Go to MENU > APPLICATIONS > BLUETOOTH > DEFAULT STORAGE > Select MEMORY CARD only works for Music, but not Address books this really bad.

    I am using this mobile from the last 6 months.
    1. Does not supports USB port for data transfer.
    2. Audio Quality is tooo worst, you can't hear the songs more than 10min.
    3. You cannot play the songs of a particular directory.
    4. No separate audio port, you cannot hear songs, while charging the mobile.
    5. SAMSUNG is cheating the people by keeping USB connectivity.
    6. overall rating of this phone is okey, but not good.

      I have purchase a Samsung Colors TV 29"(29Z30) on 03/02/2008 but after one year 13 days any visual not seen in screen only sound and lining appear in output when I call in customer care no[protected]BPNo:[protected])they told me they send a engineer on paid basis I request him please repair it on FOC (free of cost) basis because it will be first time I call for any engineer after purchase of TV (Even any demo visit is not done by Engineer) this totally unsatisfying response from Samsung I have decided to not purchase any Samsung item and same advise to all.

      If any Samsung representative is looking here please arrange to repair my TV on FOC basis because I think I deserve it.

        I, Deepak Singh purchased a 32 inch Samsung series 6 LCD ((LA32A650A1RLXL) VERSION SS02 serial no: 11123PBQA00308V) from Reliance Digital, Vashi store on 14th Feb 09, the delivery of the same was done from their end on 15th Feb 09 at 1500 Hrs. The installation for the same along with home theater purchased from their store on the same day was done on 16th Feb'09 from 1500 hrs to 1800 hrs by service engineers Mr. Bala and Mr. Nilesh. After the installation and completion of job it was noticed by self that the entire LCD panel body is full of deep scratch marks. It was a very disheartening sight for my entire family as we spend a lot of money to purchase this LCD with crystal design. I request you to pls exchange the LCD immediately and save us from trauma of watching our hard earned money go waste like this.

            I wrote a mail to samesung on 18 Nov 2008. I have logged a call
            with Samsung to troubleshoot the issue of my Samsung 794mg CRT monitor. But today is 24 Jan
            2009. It shows that CRT problem issue is pending for more than 2 months and 5 days. Still
            Samsung is not able to resolve the issue of my CRT Monitor. Every now and then I am requesting
            Samsung to troubleshoot the issue of CRT monitor. But every time I am getting the same type of
            update that our seniors will call you. But nobody called me to solve this issue. Up till now the same
            thing is going on. Few days back, Mr Chintamani came to my house. He saw the problem. Instead
            of troubleshooting this problem, he was trying to reduce the brightness of Screen. After this he said, Now line is not visible. Is this the method followed by Samsung to troubleshoot issue of any
            customer in warranty period? Instead of troubleshooting issue, Samsung is going to eliminate the
            issue by reducing the brightness. Samsung prefers such a type of non technical staff to provide
            Service in the warranty period. Then why Samsung is mentioning 3 Years warranty on warranty
            card? Please stop mentioning the warranty period. In case of my CRT Monitor, this is a
            Manufacturing defect. Time to time, I informed Samsung Helpline support people about wrong
            troubleshooting method followed by Mr. Chntamani. I requested them to arrange another person
            from another Service Centre to solve this problem. But the same thing was going on continuously.
            Now more than 2 months passed, but Samsung is not taking any action to troubleshoot this issue.
            Few weeks before, Samsung technician (may be from Kurla Service Centre) came to my house to
            troubleshoot this issue. He was not able to rectify the same. He advised me that the problem is
            related to CRT picture Tube. So it needs to be replaced. It is not possible for him to replace the
            same at home. So they will do the troubleshooting in the Service Centre. But up till now, another
            Samsung technician was doing cheating in front of my eyes by reducing the display brightness, then
            what they will do in the Service Centre where I am not able to see anything. I am working in IT
            department. So I will not get such a sufficient time to go to the Service Centre to see the same. For
            that particular time, I am not able to use my Computer. I am afraid that such a type of Technical
            staff will create more problems in my CRT Monitor in my absence.
            This is a manufacturing Defect. This is major problem which is applicable in picture tube. I requested Samsung to change faulty CRT Monitor. Still no body is doing needful from Samsung to resolve this issue.
            Please help me to solve this issue which is related to my CRT monitor.

            SAMSUNG 17 — BRIGHTNESS FAULT

            Sir, I am using SAMSUNG 17"INCH CRT MONITOR (SYNC MASTER 794 MG, MAGIC GREEN). from few months back. Recently I have found that whenever i switch over to reduce the BRIGHTNESS or CONTRAST, there occurs a problem in that. There comes a symbol "( $RGB )". There is no such increment or decrement symbol of either of (Brightness or Contrast).
            I am using spectacles but due to intense (Brightness and Contrast )
            my eye feels problem (like pain, sleepy). This in turn can result in low vision.

            Lookijg over the above conditions please state the problem behind this and suggest the required solution ..
            my monitor is under the 3 yrs warranty period..
            for your helping hand I as a customer will be grateful to you .

              I bought a new Samsung Refrigerator (Model - RT31 - 315ltrs)on 1st Jan 2009 from Viveks, Chennai. I came to know that a part of the refrigerator(deodorizer) is missing, when I install that.

              I called the Samsung Customer care and asked for that. My BP no:[protected]. I got a different responses, every time I called. One of the Customer service person informed that, its a Product defect, will send that part. Another person informed that, that part will not be available for this model.

              Don't know which to follow. Even if the Service person in the concern is not very sure about the Product, What the customers will do. And above all, till to date(15th Feb 2009), my complain wasnt answered and I din get that part. Will I get that asap.

              Samsung — NO PART OF REFRIGERATOR

              MY REFREGIRATOR OF SAMSUNG COMPANY COST RS.35,000 (APROAX) HAS A PROBLEM IN IT.WHEN WE COMPLAINT TO THE SHOPKEEPER HE SAID TO US THAT SAMSUNG COMPANY HAS NO PART.WE CAN,T DO ANYTHING.TAKE 3,000 RS. ONLY FOR THAT REFRIGERATOR.

I submitted it at service centre located at Rahul Traders, 3208/2, Mahindra Park, Rani Bagh, Near Fountain Chowck, Delhi-110034 on[protected] having work order number "WA[protected]" for repair as it stopped working. They promised me to repair it in 15 to 20 days. But it was not so easy. When I contacted them after 20 days, they told me that it will take more time to repair it. I contacted customer care of Samsung for my problem but in vain. So I filed a complaint regarding my problem on[protected] having complain number “BP[protected]” through customer care. But it did not work. I got my phone on[protected]. It worked for just one day. I submitted it again at the same service centre(Rahul Traders) on[protected] having work order number “MRT9B108”. I was promised to get it after just one day. But till today I am waiting for my phone. I continued contacting service centre incharge Mr. Sunil, Shop Owner Mr. Rahul, Delhi branch head Mr. Karan and customer care via telephone, SMS and Email. Everyone promised me to solve me problem. But their results were zero. More than fifty days have passed. But I am without my phone.

                  In Case samsung means you directly go to company service center which is located near in your place.
                  In case Seagate there are some procedures that you have to insert that hard disk in Sea Tool Software then you will get one Error code. Then you have to give the Error code and harddisk to the service centre near to your place.

                  In Case Physical Damage means they will not accept.

                    I have purchased Samsung fridge 180 lit. 25/10/2008, it was a damage piece they have delivered, in the next days it self I a gave a complaint to the supplier and have register a complaint to Samsung service center I made more than 100 calls to Samsung after one month they got sing in a form that they will replace a new piece, they told to use the damage fridge as standby but hardly It was gone 4 months, now shall I go for consumer court, I have no hope that they will replace the damage fridge I have taken the fridge through installment only whether I shall stop the payment and put the damaged fridge to the supplier, please any one give me idea, so i request to company to change it as soon as possible.

                      I had purchased a c ell phone on23 Nov o8 from Jain mobile shop, located at morar Gwalior (MP).After two month its speaker got faulty.when my son went to the shop he did not attend him. then my son went to a service center which was not a authorised service center of samsung. The shop keeper send my son for photo copy of that cashmemo.meanwhile he changed internal plate of the cellphone and returned the set saying that this phone is very old and whole the system is out of order.Its repairing cost will be 2700/- my son disappointed and came back. I, as a military person deployed out of the country on a mission. Therefore I can not come.                         Beware of Samsung India mobile sets as they are selling/dumping defective mobile sets in Indian market taking advantage of our delayed judicial process. Specially their J600 mobile phone has manufacturing defect. Do not buy this set at all and try not to buy any samsung mobile set. When you approach Samsung for repair, they tell to leave set for 15 days without any support or standby. Largest number of case filed against Samsung India in various consumer courts.
                        I purchase that set in the month of May.

                        I was very happy to use that set but after some time i face the problem fro This set which is the Charging Points .They stop working like when i put my phone on Charging it wont charge when i move to the showroom from where i purchase it he said His IC is required to be change at that time i spend 500 bucks for that but Now again i face that problem i have to spend more money on it i am very Disappointed with your services of this type ii think this is to cheat people.

                        I want you to Plz recheck this Set as people buy it with faith but after that it becomes a burden that every month we use to change there spare parts .

                        Plz try to manange and co ordinate with your Faitrhful Customers it helps you out to gain more good reputation not the bad one.

                        I purchase samsung L-700 mobile set.with in a six month i face the problem with hand set.Regarding Battary Backup and Heating of Handset.I move to the service center.but in service center i face lot of problem.No proper response.they told me you come after two days.i also call on the given no for checking the set of status.But no buddy picking the phone.when i reached over thier.they told me that your mother board of your set is creating problem..then i ask them that how much time it will take...then they told they donot have parts..and they are not sure about the time also...
                        I am big user of samsung product.but this type of service changing my mind set..that such big company like samsung giving very poor service.customer service is very poor..they donot have parts..Level of samsung customer care is very poor...infact they cannot provide the service like Nokia...

                          I purchased samsung ( I450), After 2 months my phone started giving me the problem. First while talking to someone suddenly some kind of noice starts coming in my speaker and than after 10 days some times i cant hear anyone and some times only the noise. I checked my sim on my other phone it was working properly. Than i went to samsung mobile care to submit my phone. The first customer support told me there is a noise problem in your cell and for this we have to change one part which we dont have it . Than i asked when it will come. They said not sure. approximately 15 to 20 days. than i went to other sevice center . First they said dont submit your phone when we will have the part we will call you. But no one called me, i complaint so many times to the customer care but no results. Than finally one day after complaing to the customer care they said you can go there and check your part is avialble. When i went there they changed the part and after that thet are saying there is the problem in the mother board of the cellphone. Now i am calling them everyday but no action is taken by anyone. I am very very much frustrated with samsung. So much big company this teh way they work . I think govt should not allow to launch or work with kind of the companies who doesnt respect there customers.

                            i am using a samsung 40"lcd tv.its just one & a half yr old, i have a problem in my remote control.as there are 3 transparent buttons on remote in which a light blinks when they are in use...

                            1. TV button ( on the top )
                            2. VOLUME buttons
                            3. PROG buttons

                            whenever i change chanel or use volume button the tv light blinks( thats fine) but now problem which i am facing is that if i press any button on the remote control the TV light starts blinking non-stop due to which the remote can not be operated.please suggest me what can be the problem & from where can i get it repaired.

                                Hello customer care department.
                                I would like to inform you that I have purchased a sumsung cdma virginmobile mobile from Big bazaar ( Saharmaal - Gurgaon)
                                -on dated 25/01/09.) I asked to Bigbazar Executive to show me condition of mobile before billing. But they say
                                that after billing I will show the handset. After billing I found In mobile network is not Coming. I ask
                                to him what is this problem, they said this is not problem in handset this is problem of network of virgin mobile.
                                Then I ask to virginmobile customer care they checked my no. and say this is not problem in network
                                or SIM Card, this is problem in Handset, so better ask to Big bazaar for replacement this hand set.
                                Then I go Big bazar mobile counter and tel him all the problem and I shocked to listen that he said
                                ( Big Bagar-) "I am not responsible for that, I gave you bill its means my work has finished, and if you have problem in
                                your hand set talk to samsung customer care. At that time I Feel they fooled me, No body ready to talk about this,
                                I feel SABSE ACHHA SABSE BEKAR BIG BAZAR .
                                Now I think who is main culprit for this situation- I, BIG bazar, Virgin Mobile or Sumsang. my claim to Big Bazar Shahara Mall
                                Gurgaon to replace my Hand set Imeadetely before taking any Legal action by me, why not big bagar Checked this ITEM before selling,
                                if this is mistake then why not taking any action just say we are not responsible for that. We know that main culprits for this hand set, Quality
                                department of samsung mobile. So all of you please think that ultimately who is bearing this problem.

                                  I purchased Samsung Micro oven - CE1072L (S/N: 16307DAQ700056L) 3 months back. I discovered a big dent on the top cover of it which might have occurred during delivery to my premises. I requested them to replace the item immediately. For last 3 months Samsung support has not done anything needful.
                                  Their support engineers are very irresponsible. Even support group contact number is not helpful. There is no escalation method by which you can reach a responsible person in Samsung.
                                  I want immediate replacement and the last 3 months warranty period to be appended.

                                    This is with reference to the grievance i have submitted over the Samsung Customer Care number. I own a Samsung Split AC, which i has purchased in the month of May 08, in Chennai. The primary reason for me to choose Samsung was because of the excellent customer care record that it boasts of. However i feel extremely sorry to have a totally contradictory experience in terms of customer service.

                                    STORY SO FAR
                                    After the purchase of the AC in May, it was due for regular free service every 3 months, which i assume is the responsibility of the samsung service center to follow up with the customer and get executed. However there was no such call or follow up from your service centre at Chennai. Finally after waiting patiently for 7 months, i finally called the service center in Jan 09 and Instead of accepting the lacuna and resolving the same, your service guys made us go through hell by making us repeatedly calling them and getting the service arranged.
                                    During the servicing, we brought to their notice another problem. The outdoor unit of the Ac is located on the terrace and the pipe that connects the Indoor unit to the Outdoor unit had a foam covering, while it was installed. Now the covering is completely worn oit and the pipe is naked. The service guys refused to help as it was not in their scope, but in the scope of the installation team...so instead of helping us with any contact number, they just washed their hands off the same.
                                    On contacting the service center again, the installation guys informed us that to replace the covering we shall have to incur an expenditure of 1000/- rupees, which 50% of the installation charges.
                                    QUERIES :1) The AC is well within the warranty period, then why do we have to incur such an expense.?

                                    2) The exact reason for the wearing out of the foam covering is not yet derived, since the team hasn't visited the site, aren't they supposed to visit the site nad only quote a fee?

                                    3) They are assuming that the cover would have been chewed off by the squirrels or plucked by the birds or would have been due to heat, sine the unit is kept in terrace. The above reasons have not developed suddenly, there were always existing and while inspecting the site before installation, weren't they supposed to anticipate such issues and suggested us an alternative place?

                                    4) Does it mean that, every six months i shall have to shell out 1000/- bucks to change the foam covering. Is having an AC such an expensive affair?

                                    5) Finally, if we are supposed to follow up with the service guys for the scheduled service, if we are expected to anticipated problems while installation and if are supposed to also spent the money, then don't u think its time we BLACK MARK the samsung customer service and warn people from buying any of your products?

                                    It would be appreciated if the above mentioned grievance is addressed effectively at the earliest, else being a responsible customer i shall have to escalate the matter through sources and means available.

                                    Samsung Split AC 1.5 tons — No customer service

                                    I kumar Abhay Bharti Is a resident of bokaro Steel city, Jharkhand, Bought an AC last Year from Citiline, Chas. This AC worked for one year very well. But this summer this AC is not functioning at all. It has been more than 10 days since we lodged a complain of this to Citiline, Chas. But seems as if no body is listning. Till date only once a service technician turned up that too after more than 10 days and he also could not do much abt this. But he promised to do something soonest possible. Already more than a week has passed but no responce from anybody. Can someone help me out of this. I don't know why citi, line has been granted samsung dealership if he can't look after the customers' greivances properly.
                                    I purchased one SAMSUNG F-270 model.on nov 8th 2008. afer 2 months i found speaker volume very low, then i submitted to myllapore service center.on 7th feb, 2009.i called to them many times for update but they don't respond to me..they are telling that we will let you know... i am getting tension by calling them...

                                    even i am of opinion that service is very poor and attitude of the service personnel is not a professional one and even though the service men who voluntarilarily came to do service within waranty period they didnt possess or show their id and then checked and said as the ac didnt work properly within one year of purchase said gas is to be filled and on contacting them several times rude replies and indifferent one to approach samsang service dealer

                                      i have given my samsung hard disk drive which is not working to the samsung service center located at the following address:

                                      i have given that on[protected]. They told they will return the hard disk with in one month. but they did not return till now. i called so many times and asked, they kept on telling me it will come in next week but it did not come till now. the hard disk is under warrenty also.
                                      i have given my 40 gb samsung hard disk drive which is not working to the samsung service center located at the following address:
