HELLO,



LET US ANALYSE WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME OF THE ESCALATIONS BELOW. I GOT A CALL ON 12-JAN FROM GURGAON AND GOT ASSURANCE THAT MY CONCERNS WILL BE TAKEN CARE. THEN I ALSO GOT A CALL FROM MYLAPORE CHENNAI OFFICE WHERE VIDHYA CALLED AND INFORMED ME THAT AC WILL BE REPLACED IN NEXT 25 DAYS AS BEING THE PART OF THE NORMAL PROCEDURE. I AM REALLY SURPRISED THAT NO ACTIONS ARE TAKEN EVEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS VERY CONCERNED.



MY BIG QUESTION IS WHY THE AC CANNOT BE REPLACED QUICKER THAN THE NORMAL PROCEDURE?
ARE MY CONCERNS TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND ON TOP PRIORITY?
THE MORE BIGGEST CONCERN IS THAT NOBODY FOLLOWS UP PROPERLY TOWARDS IT’S RESOLUTION?
NO PROPER COMMUNICATION IS PROVIDED ANY POINT OF TIME? BECAUSE OF THIS I HAVE WASTED AROUND Rs.100 IN FOLLOWUPS CALLS SEVERAL TIMES.

TOOK MY AC ON 23-DEC-08 FOR REPAIR AND INFORMED THE DELIVERY IN 3 DAYS. 8 DAYS PASSED NOBODY BOTHERED TO INFORM ME REGARDING THE AC. I CALLED[protected] ON 29-DEC-08 AND INQUIRED.

I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM IN COOLING UNIT. THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME HAS BEEN ORDERED AND AC WOULD BE DELIVERED IN NEXT 10 DAYS. I GOT A CALL ON 6-JAN-09 AND SHIVA TECHNICIAN FROM WORSHOP CAME AND TOOK THE AC INVOICE. TODAY I.E. 9-JAN-09 THE WORKSHOP PEOPLE DROPPED THE AC AT MY HOME WITHOUT DOING ANY REPAIRS AND TOLD THAT IT WILL BE REPLACED.

WHEN I CALLED SHIVA KUMAR(WORKSHOP) AT [protected] AND GOT NO PROPER TIMELINE FOR THE REPLACEMENT. IT APPEARED THAT EVRYONE IS TRYING TO PLAY SAFE GAME MAKING ME FOOL. I GOT PRASHANT’S NO WHO WORKS IN SAMSUNG AND IS INCHARGE OF REPLACEMENT. I CALLED HIM AT HIS MOBILE NO [protected] AND GOT THE INFORMATION THAT AC WOULD BE REPLACED IN NEXT 2 WEEKS. HAVE A DONE A BIG MISTAKE BY BUYING SAMSUNG AC AND WHY SHOULD I SUFFER BY WAITING ANOTHER 1 MONTH FOR REPLACEMENT? I ALSO CALLED CALL CENTER AT[protected] AND SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR PRADEEP. HE TOLD THAT HE WOULD LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE ON TOP PRIORITY AND CALL ME BACK WITHIN 30 MINUTES. TILL NOW HE NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. THESE CLEARY REFLECTS

Hello,



I had bought Samsung 1 Ton split AC AS12J on 20-sep-08. I have recently encountered a major problem on 18-Dec where the AC stopped providing cooling effect. I called Service call number[protected] on 19-Dec-09. After 4 reminders with follow-ups, service person came on 20-Dec at 12.15pm. He cleaned the filter and left telling that it is a COMPRESSOR problem and advised me to call[protected]. I called the customer care[protected] and logged complain on 20-Dec at 12.30pm. Complain number [protected] was provided. Again sending repetitive reminders by calling[protected] around 5 times, the technician contacted me on 22-Dec at 10.40am. He called from another customer care number[protected]. After rigorous follow up from them again, the technician came on 22-Dec at 3pm. He also left within 5 minutes without giving me proper explanation. When asked several times, he communicated me in tamil stating that somebody else will come in 2 days to look as this being a GAS LEAK problem. Even the AC has to be taken for repair for some days. I request you to answer my question below and act immediately:



· I have suffering a lot for the last 4 days without AC’s cooling effect, may I know who is responsible for that?

· If there is gas leak problem in AC, why the AC cannot be replaced immediately?

· When the proper communication is not provided by technician?

· Is this the proper service provided by Samsung?



I would like to escalate this issue at utmost high priority level. Resolution is expected immediately.

I agree to the complaint too. Almost once in a month, I have been raising one or the other complaint and there is no single soul to do after service follow up or service on time. The product is such a lousy one. Regret for having bought one.

    Complaint: I Akash Raizada purchased a DVD Player model P-480R, on 12th Oct from KBM
    Electronics, Lxmi Nagar, Delhi. In which the FM Radio is in-built as per
    the specicfications.
    But after trying many times to start it, radio dosen''t work. For which I
    complained to SAMSUNG on 13th OCT with reference number [protected] at their call center at number[protected]. First they reffered me to ask for the demo session from local SAMSUNG DEMO
    center, which I got on the next after calling the DEMO guy at my home on
    14th OCT.
    He after testing product decline to make it''s radio run because it was
    faulty.
    For the same when I approached to SAMSUNG NATIONAL CALL CENTER at
    [protected]n 14th and they arrange to send an engineer and engineer
    asked me to wait for 2-4 days after checking this device (as they were
    running short for spare parts to change.) After that i''ve called on
    [protected] fo at least 10 times and always they ask for 2-4 days to
    wait.
    Consequences : Since as per the specifications the product and services
    are not being provided to me even having a complaint registerded with the
    concerned team of the organisation and service challenged product have
    been sold to me. Now I''m feeling that I''ve been cheated and befooled.

    This is a kind mental and finacial cheating and miking the customers fool.
    The product is not the value for money at all as all the specified fatures
    are not provided.

    SAMSUNG is having worst after sales service having no backup.

    dvd player — rate difference

    This is bring in ur infomation I & my brother buy same modle NS608P dvd with same month & same shope named as SPARK DIGI WORLD opp.vetenery hospital Ratanara JODPUR Raj.he give me on rate Rs/- 3400 & same thing give my brother Rs/-3150/-.This is not fair thing in ur compny SONY favour & also not good in my cocern. What i do now tell me. I have both bill no 1502/6-10-08 &1795/26-10-08 .i make mind for way to cosummer court for such type of cheating. thank u.

    dvd player — DEFECTIVE DVD PLAYER

    We purchase DVD PLAYER O.NO.[protected]/72536237. but when we recevied it was not functiong & we returned it through TNT courriour.but till now we did'nt get any information from ur side even after the 2months.we have register many complaints through mail or on phone but we didn't get any positive response frome ur side.there is now very poor servise .now we want that either refund our money or delivered new dvd player.plz do this early as possible.

      Sir,
      I have purchased a new SAMSUNG Hand set from HOT SPOTS RETAILS LTD. Shop no-10, New Market Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017 on 08/12/2008, BY CASH of Rs.18350/-in the name of my wife Mrs. Yasee Jaspal R/o 96-C, Eastern Avenue, Sainik Farms, New DELHI-110062, it never worked properly from the day I purchased, it doesn’t have voice clarity or always have a disturbed outgoing sound.
      I took that phone after 3 days to HOTSPOTS for exchange and they referred me to their authorized SAMSUNG Service center at Malviya Nagar Corner Market, New Delhi-110017. and the service center staff asked to come after 3-4 days& again after 3-4 days our staff ms. Rupika went to HOTSPOT Malviya Nagar, for its exchange and again its manager Mr. Surinder sent her to the service center, saying that only Samsung people will exchange it wherein at Samsung service center she met Himani and Akhilesh, who claimed himself the manager of the center, wherein he looked at the phone instrument and asked to leave it for with him for 4-5 days for repairs, wherein I am not interested to get the new instrument repaired but I am only interested to its exchange or refund of the money.
      And Mr. Akhilesh said that since you have bought it from HOTSPOTS in cash therefore you have to go to the HOTSPOTS to collect the money,
      We came back to HOTSPOTS and demanded the refund of the payment wherein the Manager of the HOTSPOTS refused to refund the money of the Samsung instrument F480 and started abusing us by mentioning the name of his proprietor as Mr. Modi who is a influential person of the city and runs a big hospital called Modi Hospital in Saket and he further said that Modi can get me killed, but on my request he did not even give the name and telephone number of the president of HOTSPOTS .finding no other alternate I called on number 100 FOR POLICE ASSISTANCE, who reached in 15 minuts time wherein they asked for the local Thana Police who asked the manager Mr. Surinder of Hotspot to reach the police station in the mean time I called Samsung corporate office also where I spoke with Mr. Ganesh.
      On just reaching the police station Malviya Nagar I received a call from Mr. Neeraj of Samsung who insisted not to lodge an FIR against SAMSUNG and he will get the said Handset exchanged within 5 working days.
      Since it can be last minute decision by Samsung to deceive me I hereby request you to lodge an FIR against Mr. Modi and staff of HOTSPOTS along with the staff of Samsung for cheating me by providing a damaged or defected mobile phone, For any further information please call me on my mobile number.

        i bought samsung SGH-L700 mobile on[protected] & i was told by the shop(A.K.COMMUNICATIONS SAMSUNG MOBILE PRIVILEGE PARTNER) person that he will give me some extra services like DOA will be extended for 3 months if i buy phone for Rs. 7500, but after some bargaining he sold me the mobile for Rs.7400( BILL NO. AK-HTS1145 & Shop TIN no. [protected]). On 3rd Jan 2009 i faced some problem with my handset & i approached the shop owner & he said to me since you bargained on the amount you will not get the special services like extended DOA, then on 6th jan 2009 i approached the Samsung service centre & they told me that any shop owner cannot extend DOA, it is the illegal act practised by the shop owner. Moreover the shop owner used abusive language when talking to me & insulted me in front of one of my friend which has caused other people making my fun.


        NOTE: DOA is facility provided by samsung under which any handset can be exchanged within 7 days after the purchase, if there is any problem with handset free of cost.

        this mobile has not good software. I am not able to install games on this set. Not even set proper key pad lock timings. Mobile heats after 15 mins continuos talk.

        Dear sir ,
        i purchased a mobile L700,samsung, from mobile store from , essar telecom retail ltd.ambedkar road , ghaziabad, on 26. 06.2009.
        i was assured with Rs200 cash back or to scrach card . in this scratch i won a reebock t -shirt.
        now, dispite the my best efforts and even after contecting the mobile store and spectramind i have not received my free gift . but there is always a new excuse from both of them.

          My TV was not working, I complained in customer care. Then Samsung company mechanic came to visit but still TV is in same condition. On another complaint No body is comnig to take action on that complained.

          Sir, I have brought a samsung TV on 29 Oct, 2008 from Golden Electronics, Ladwa but it is producing noice and picture quality is also very poor.I have complained many times(Comp. no.-[protected]) but nobody wants to remove that problem.It is not working for 3-4 days, one mechanic came and told us it is manufactuning defect.I want to replace that TV set.

          Dear All,
          My family and Me were very happy to have 32"LCD Samsung T V in our house.since last month my T V is not working.once thier TV technician came to my house.After checking the TV he told us that He will be coming to reapair our LCD with in two days, but he did not turned up.I personally went to the service centre in MRAGAO and showes them the bill also.They promise me that technician will come and repair our TV but today also no one has come.
          Samsung is a world known Brand but we found that services are not up to the mark.kindly look in to the matter on an urgent basis.

          Samsung Television — Not working

          My television is not operating from two days, there was a transformer blast and i guess as a result of that the tv's fuse is also destroyed.

            Recently I have purchased a Samsung Duo D780 and a Samsung blue tooth device WEP250. My problem is that though the combination is working well I am unable to receive calls automatically even after switching on to "automatic answer" option under answering mode category on the handset. I have tried all combinations and permutations. Can any one help?

              I have purchased Samsung Mobile SGH-J600 (Serial No. RU6P972032P) IMEI No. 357172/01/428827/4 on 05.11.2007. On 04.11.2008 I have found the blank screen while I slide up or down the phone. When I rush to Samsung Service, Sector 22, Chandigarh to repair it, they have clearly refuse to repair the phone in Warranty period. I am realy fed up with the services of the Samsung Mobiles.                 I bought new Samsung L700 mobile a 5 days ago but i am facing network as well as battery problem.In case of network problem in open area i am getting only 3 to 2 points network sometimes out of 6 points.In case of battery after charging full it is getting emptied with in 12 to 15 hrs beside my usage is very low on calls as well as on other music functions. As per samsung website battery hrs talk time is more than 8 hrs.

                Please give me any solution ASAP.

                Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I also do have the same problem, and I learnt about this only after I purchased it and used it now for about 7 days. I have to re-charge it almost every 2 days alongwith hardly 10 minutes of talk and 15 minuts of camera uses everyday.
                Plz provide me the solution please.
                The L700 is the 3rd samsung cell phone I am using for over 6 years now. Previously I was using SGHX 700. After over 4yrs of service I changed to L700. The battery of SH 700 reains its charge for over 3 days even today.The phone is in excellent working condition Except for scratches on the Screen. I have purchased the L700 on 4/5/09, over a month now and I am facing no problems. The phone needs to be explored to take advantage of its very many advanced features. The network inside the residencce is definately weaker than X-700. Outside it performs well. This fow needs to be rectified. The Camera, Video, Additional fields on the phone book are excellent. The browser is good but can be improved with opera mini. This phone has both style & value for money.

                I am too facing the same problem of Battery draining out very quickly for the L700. I bought this 2 months ago and it was working fine until last week. The battery drains even if I do not use it (in standby mode). I have to charge it again and again (twice a day atleast).
                I called the customer care for this issue. The technical executive told me that I have to switch to the GSM network instead of Automatic network selection. I did it, but no luck. It is still draining!
                I have to same problem with my other Samsung Guru phone also. I think that this might be the issue of Samsung Batteries.
                Even one of my colleague is facing the same issue with Samsung phone.
                Do anyone know what options we have now (apart from throwing this phone).

                Hi, My Samsung L-700 is facing a network problem, automatically it comes to roaming mode, eventhough can't call or can't receive any call, suddenly network wil go.I went to many service centers, they are saying Samsung's network problem usually occurs, cannot be cured.

                  I had purchased a non automatic Samsung Washing Machine, Model: SAMSUNG Washing Machine WT 8202EBHTC, Product No. W0545ZCP700415V, on 22/9/2007 from a local dealer “Samsung Digital Plaza Radio Mundial”, Vasco da Gama, Goa, India.
                  The washing machine has started giving problems after 12 to 14months of its purchase.
                  The body of the machine is deteriorating at a very fast pace. The pieces of lower part of the outer case has become rusty and small pieces are falling.
                  The said washing machine also gives shock when we touch it. These days due to rains, it becomes very difficult to take care of clothes without a washing machine.
                  Upon my complaint two of their local mechanic / repairers visited my residence and both of them noticed the defect in the washing machine, including the shock to its outer body; But till date ithas notbeen repaired nor attended. The drain switch is also broken.
                  Is it possible that the Washing Machine sold to me was old, which was made new or else it is a defective piece.

                  The washing machine is not in use for over a month now.

                    i have bought 2 split AC AS18FJX from electromart stores sector 18 Noida on 14/04/08 out of that one had not been working properly since the time it was installed .i have made several complains(complain no-[protected])and initially i was told there had been a leakage of gas and the problem would be rectified.
                    but the problem persisted and i made another complain, same thing happened and then after several complains samsung engineer finally informed us that the AC will be replaced.for reasons i am not aware of the samsung record is showing that the customer has refused repair of AC and is demanding replacement(the truth is your own engineers came to that conclusion)
                    this is what happened in september.after that there has been absolutely no response from samsung despite my repeated calls at the samsung service centre.
                    i request the authorities to take notice of my situation.i have spent more than 50000 rs trusting the brand samsung, but the services have disappointed me.i have spent an entire summer without AC and the frustation and anger is growing every day as there is absoultely no positive response from Samsung. Thier customer support representatives keeps telling us someone will contact us but no body does.

                    I have purchased an Window AC of Samsung from Devi Radiogram, Hazratganj, Lucknow in June 2009. I have registered complain regarding complain and got complain no. [protected], service person came and just clean dusting etc. and told that service completed. As soon as he left the place some noise while started AC occurring. Again told to that service man then he told to registered first complain in office then I will see your AC, while it is under warrantee period. Complain No. [protected] and 30308282 is not working while we are registering it from Mobile. Such a poor after sale service I have not seen from any of the product.

                      I bought samsung Lcd 20" Model no. LA20S51DTM in the year 2007, January. After 4 months i faced a problem in picture display. Since it was in warrantee period they immediately visited my place and fixed the problem. Again after few days in the same month I faced the same problem. Again it was rectified since it was in warrantee period. After that I didn’t face any problem till today. Now again I am facing the same problem. I immediately called to their customer care no. They have noted down complain and given me complain no. [protected]. Their service person visited my place and ask for 1200/- Rs. I was shocked to hear the amount. 1200/- Rs. Just to visit at my place to attain my problem.

                      I thought I should have asked for replacement o[censored]nit in my warrantee period only. My main concerned is if I pay them the amount and if again I faced the same problem after 2 months I have to pay again he same amount. So year on year if I select to run same television I’ll end up paying half of the cost of new television. I told them I wouldn’t mind paying for any damaged part or if any mistake had happened from my side to handling it. But asking for 1200/- Rs. Just to visit for checking problem is way too high. I called several times to their service call centre all the time they end call by saying we’ll ask our senior engineer to call you back. But it’s been 7 to 8 days now I have never received any call from them and I end up calling everyday and I get the same reply.
                      I would advice before purchasing any TV please check their after sales service. I had a really poor experience with Samsung India.

                            I have bought a 29 inch TV from samsung. After nearly six months we could see some colour patches appearing on the screen... When i dialed the customer care by november end they asked me to keep other electronic equipments away from the TV. I did the same & found that there was no improvement... Then i dialled samsung & launched a complaint by the first week of december... Then a service engineer came after 4 days, he watched the TV for 5 mins & said he will come back in two days to solve this issue.. From then till today im daily dialling the samsung customer care[protected].. I could hear only excuses or their fake promises that they will send the service engineer by today or tomorrow... It is already mid of january but till now my problem is not solved & no one from samsung visited my home... Pls mail me if any one can help me out in this issue
                            It is the worst service i have ever come accross... This will be my last samsung product.

                              Samsung TV service is very very bad. I dont know whom to complain. I went to the dealer who sold me the TV, he says he is helpless. The service people are not picking up my phone call. They wont even call me by themselves. This is disgusting. I did not expect such a service from them. Being an international company, they are upto the standard.

Service centers are manned by goons, mafias cannot put into words lang used by people answering call. Do not expect soft skills training to be imparted but minimum telephone etiquette should be there. This was not personal number but official samsung service center. Never knew samsung ties with such stake holder who do not care for the brand name cos they are themselves abrand. Will be returning all products with no return of money. Want Samsung to donate this to needy as CSR. This would provide some repute to the organisation. Request to ensure people manning phone like samat khan @ jamshedpur samsung service center ( brother of azim khan owner of service center, almost a dynasty business ) are asked not to flaunt the ancestral property & money they have briebed to acquire service center

                                  I bought a Samsung SGH-F270 mobile from Sangeetha Mobile showroom, CMH Road, Indira Nagar and one month later I was not able to receive any incoming calls on my mobile. Then I went and gave the mobile for repair at Cell Solutions, Domlur, one of Samsung's Authorized service providers. The mobile was with them for 10 days. Even after repeated phone calls from me the status was that the phone was not epaired since the sppeaker spare part was not available. Then I got a call from them saying that the phone has been repaired and I can collect it. But when I went there I found to my disappointment that the speaker of the phone was still not repaired. I took the mobile back from them and went back to Sangeetha mobiles and now they told me to go and give it at BTM layout repair centre which is supposed to be the main service centre in Bangalore. When I called up the mobile number of the person to be reached at BTM Layout it turned out to be a wrong number. The service centre numbers were not given to me. When I eventually found out the numbers from the Samsung customer service, nobody is picking up the phone. Is this the quality of service Samsung ad it's dealers provide in India. This calls for stringent action against Samsung India and Sangeetha mobiles.

                                  I have bought a Samsung flat TV on 20/11/2008 from Vasanth & Co TNagar, Chennai, India . It is not working, I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for service so far .It's almost more than two week.

                                  Their service infrastructure is extremely inadequate and service staff extremely rude. I wanted my phone repaired and walked into their service center at Louden Street, Kolkata. After waiting for over an hour I was still unattended. The funny thing was that there were hardly 5-6 people waiting before me in the service center and till the moment I left (after one hour of waiting) there were still 3 people yet to be attended to. On enquiring regarding the delay I was sternly told to wait for my turn or leave, that these things take time as there was limited staff and that it was the normal practice. This I feel is not the fault of the service staff in that office but a major failure on the part of Samsung as they are unable to ensure delivery of quick and efficient after sales service. Of course I chose to leave immediately and vowed never to buy a Samsung product again.

                                  Very recently i purchased new ac of samsung with two star grading. But right from the first day i am fed up wid the customer service of the company. No body from company turned up for demonstration of the product which is mandatory to be given to the customer. It is really disgusting on part of the company like samsung india ltd they have very poor customer care centres. The problem wid these customers care centres is that they dont even bother to pick up the phone. In light of these facts samsung company is requested to improve there service or wind up if they are not able to provide better services to the customers.

                                  Can anyone of you provide me the mail address of big shots of samsung.Me too is frustrated of their services. I wanna piss them off this time.
                                  I am also victim of Samsung product. I brought a mobile hand set one and half years ago. I am facing the prblem of poor networking and disconnection of phone while talking. I lodged three complaints in this regard to my service provider Tata Indicom, they told me that they do not have any network problem in kolkata and advised me to go to authorised service centre of Samsung. Accordingly I went to Samsung authorised service centre Capital Enterprise, Esplanade Metro Station on 29.05.2009. After checking the set they asked me to leave the set with them for servicing. I left the set with them and go back to work. I have been asked to collect the set on the same day evening from them. I went to them, they returned the set to me after paying service charge of Rs.250/-. They told me, the set has no problem right now. After two days, I faced same problems which I faced earlier, poor network in phone or low nwtwork within kolkata, disconnection during conversationand . Meanwhile I lodged complaint to Tata Indicom but they said again that they do not have any network problem within kolkata. I went to authorised sevice centre Capital Enterprise, Esplanade, Kolkata with the set they just denied the fact which I was facing and they were not even ready to hear the the problem. Probably the name of the person was Sajal. After repeted request and an offficial conversation with Tata Indicom staff they have taken the set from me and asked me to wait. More than 1 and half hours I asked them the status of the phone they just told me rudely to take the seat. I again went to them they just returned the set and told me that they can not find any problem. They also retuned me Rs.250/- which they have taken from me as service charge on 29.05.2009.

                                  After that I am just using as tenis ball form Tata Indicom to authorised service centre of Shamsung India Ltd.

                                  I do not know what to do right now ? I am hering lot of abuses from the contact persons for low networking, disconnection during conversation and irregular voice service. And also those who are calling are not getting connections.

                                  Samsung - Windows AC — Incompetent customer service

                                  Hi,

                                  I just want to bring to everyone's notice that Samsung customer service has become useless and atrocious. I own a Windows AC of Samsung, and I have not had the privelege to use it whole of this summer and entire summer I was left grasping for breath with so much heat and sweat!! Thanks to the poor show led by samsung customer service.

                                  I had filed a complaint in the month of April that their is no cooling in our AC. After around 10-15 repeated reminders (total 10 days), a person came for a visit to check AC. He then said that there is a leakage in gas, and AC will be picked up by factory people for repair. It took them another 3-4 days to pick AC and then another 2 weeks to give it back, that too, after we kept giving reminders everyday to new customer care executives. The complete tale telling in each call was like an agony. I should have recorded my whole story so that I did not have to repeat it again and again.

                                  Well, things didn't end here. We hardly used it for a day that the AC gave up again...another set of reminders started...another 2 weeks lost...again GAS leakage...wonder what they fixed the first time...it seems now that wiring was leaking...whole of May is over...making my temper all the more hot. After this repair, I thought, I can leisurely spend my summer...But...again...their is a short circuit the very next day...again set of customer complaints to the call center...1 week is lost...luckily this time they didn't have to take it...they replaced the capacitor and it strated working!!! Now when I thought that nothing can go wrong, the very next day, their is NO COOLING...another week of complaint starts...a person comes to visit...and says there is 0% COOLING, the GAS has LEAKED...I keep staring at him asking the kind of service that is being done...he said he will personally pass this complaint, as this is a serious concern...Well!!! till now...the AC has not been picked...and it is almost end of JULY...My whole of summer is gone...I have no idea whether it will work this summer, which has already reached monsoon.

                                  I feel like banging the doors of people, who are so inhumane to other people's requests. I would surely want a compensation for so much harrassment that I am going through, day in and day out. I am left with no other option, but will to take Samsung management to Consumer Court. They have tested enough of my patience. They do not deserve to be a well reputed company, if their customer service is so poor and shoddy!!!

                                  I request everyone that they should not buy SAMSUNG products. Say NO to SAMSUNG!!!

                                  I have read all the Complaint from other person and i am fully agree with everybody, the Samsung Authorised Dealer is not listening anything after the Goods sold out . We have bought LCD Tv 2 month back and they said they will Provide me the Airtel Cable system but till today we have talked abt 50 time but no sound from their side only give us asurance we will do it by day or two . This is not the matter of few hundred or thousand Ruppes but at the time of buying the Product they would not have assure us that they will provide u after the Purchase and now we have already given all the Payment to them and now no reply instead of 2moro or dayafter 2moro assurance . I personally feel that the person who is having the Problem with Samsung they would have to compaint to their Korea Office and i hope they will really help us for this Matter . As i am in China and i will not leave them just simply and will try our level best to complaint in their Head office and other cooperate Offices .

                                  Samsung which is a well established brand in Consumer Electronics seems to have a very poor service infrastructure in Bangalore. The Call Center is handled by well mannered professionals however the Service Engineers never keep to their commitments or time. I have wasted three working days now waiting on them and they have been now been consistent in letting me down. It's a pity - they do have good products but I'd rather buy my stuff from others who could probably provide better service.

                                  normally for water servicing of my a/c i preferred samsung . so i called 22-8-09 to clean up my a/c. cuatomer care ref.no.[protected]. two people come from samsung clean the a/c and take the money. 2-10-09 i found cooling not take place in my a/c. so i called cuatomer care on 7-10-09 file a complain no[protected]. some people come from samsung check the a/c and telling gas leak . this happen due to mishandiling of earlier people. also they said" comprosser cover broken, gas leake due to to pipe line touch each other . because of friction holes has been taken place . also they asid. we are comming from sunbeem. this problem made my sanvee . both are samsung authorised service center. so we are forwarding this complain to sanvee to rectify the fault at free of cost. but till now nobody turned up. so i called cc once again . i got the message that my earlier service also attended by sunbeem only. they are telling lie to escape from us. pls help me what to do. i called local samsung office ph.no.[protected]. but very poor responce. pls dont trust samsung service and pls check they are sending qualified service people.

                                  i have baught a Samsung Television model Z57 29 inches, a month back from Dabur Kitchen of Gurgaon, The first pcs which they delivered to our place was a damage one a patch was coming on the top screen of the T.V and again the second pcs is having the same problem, but even after disageeing that fellow has delivered the T.V to us and say after 15 days one more problem is start accuring the problem is that when we switch off the TV the green patch is coming on the screen and by calling again and again to the service centre same reply is coming that it will happen in each T.V and will goes out after few days, honestly speaking your service department make a fool o[censored]s, I am working with Lifestyle commercial department now after having such a bad experience i have stopped all the order from Samsung even i have infromed so many people not to buy any thing of the Samsung. i am writing this mail to tell you if you people can do something then please do it other wise i have to sue the company for not giving a proper reply and for delivering a damage product . please look into the matter and revert ASAP.

                                  CURRENTLY I AM IN RAIPUR CITY AND I WENT TO AN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER OF SAMSUNG AT THE D.M.PLAZA BUILDING RAIPUR BECAUSE I FORGOT TO CHARGE THE BATTERY AT NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING IT WAS OFF.THEN AFTER CHARGING THE BATTERY FULLY I TRIED REPEATEDLY TO SWITH IT ON BUT THE BUTTON WAS NOT WORKING.IT WAS ALSO ABLE TO DISPLAY THE CHARGING SIGNAL AND THE ALARM.
                                  THEY TOOK THE MOBILE INSIDE AND SHOWED ME THAT A PART HAS DAMAGED AND THAT HAS TO BE REPLACED. MY PHONE IS A SLIDING PHONE HENCE THE THIN STRIP MIGHT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED SAID BY THE TECHNICIAN AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK IT FOR REPLACEMENT AND AFTER KEEPING IT FOR ONE DAY THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH AN EXPLANATION THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE GENUINE PARTS HENCE THE SOFTWARE IS NOT ACCEPTING.

                                  Samsung mobile. set SGH-F270 — dealer not providing service

                                  Samsung — Worst customer service and worst authorised Dealers

                                  I have bought a Samsung LCD from Samsung Plaza, Allahabad...they are giving some good offers along with that for selling their LCD, like 50 dvd movie pack, 4gb pendrive and some other things. But,its almost a month and I haven’t got anything. Despite making a hundred of calls and visiting them every second day,the dealer is saying that it may take another month or two as we are finished up with those products. I don’t understand why they cheat the customers by making such false promises and it was such a bad experience of buying Samsung LCD that in future I will make it sure that i won’t be buying any Samsung product and suggest everybody not to buy any Samsung product atleast not from Samsung plaza, Civil Lines, Allahabad.
                                  Even we have bought a new Samsung window AC from Samsung plaza on 4 May 2011 in Allahabad. They AC doesn't work. It's the worst customer service I have seen. They are simply apathetic to our plight. Their engineers are incompetent. They even have the gall to say - Samsung quality has gone down and they are helpless. God save us the consumers of course the company is on a downhill course sooner than we think.

                                  Samsung is like any chinese / taiwanee company. If you are lucky, you may get a product which works. However, if you need service, then forget it. I am chasing them for 20 days for a fault in me LED TV. To my surprise, when the engineer from Samsung visited to inspect the problem, he was trying to clean the screen by applying spout on his fingers. Its a defect on the LED screen and they don't know what to do. God bless those who have problem with samsung product.

                                  refrigirator not functiong . changed two compressors in two years as it is in warraty period as it was purchased on 05/08/2012, charged 2150/ before one month but no repair is done

                                    2. I bought a SAMSUNG FRIDGE on 20.10.2008 from NEXT Drive-in branch Ahmedabad.

                                    3. After 20 days some noice came from fridge and i lodge compliant to customer care and technician visit our house. after 10 days again noice came from fridge again i lodge complaint at customer care and again technician visit and solve problem. after 15 day again noice came . at last on 05.01.09 I lodge comlaint vide complaint No. [protected] and your technician came and sent my fridge at service center on 06.01.09. Next call from your service center and told that your compresser is foulty and same will be repaired on tomorrow.
                                    But I do not want this deffective piece and i call to your local branch 0ffice but no proper respons since laste 3 days.
                                    I want to replace my fridge immediately.

                                    So please reply me immediately.

                                      I HAVE PURCHED A SAMSUNG TFT MONITOR.IT WAS ON THE WARRENTY PERIOD.DURING WARRENY PERIOD THE CONNECTIVE PIECE BETWEEN MONITOR & BASE i.e. STAND HAS BROKEN.AFTER GIVING MANY TIMES COMPLAINS TO DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE FRANCHISE, STATE SERVICE CENTRE TILL DATE MY COMPLAIN HAS NOT SOLVED.I AM TOTALLY DISATISFIED BY PURCHAGING SUCH PRODUCT.NOW I AM REALISING I HAVE DONE A MISTAKE BY PURCHING THE SAME OF SAMSUNG BRAND.

                                      Samsung TFT is not better than any others brand because its not better for his featurs? I don't given any person buy Samsung TFT? Never buy Samsung only buy the Dell or Any others.

                                        I have bought Samsung LCD TV Model LA26R71BBM/XTL in oct 2008 From Kabir Electronics Phase 7 Mohali .Since it was installed some of the remote functions were not working and we have complained about the same to the dealer and one of the executive had visited from service centre and confirmed that there is some problem in the TV Board because of that the remote is not working.We have requesated the executive to kindly send a request for replacement of the TV as this is a new TV and under warranty also .Its been a month now that we have been calling Customer care and following up with dealer also and they are not providing any resolution to our complaint.Your so called Customer care exe don't know any thing and they can only help us by arranging a call back from the Concered dept and the stupid concerned dept can only followup with some other depts..One day after a argument with some Sr Exe in Customer care Mr Tarun had arranged a concall with Mr Amarjit Singh [protected] so called Service Incharge of Service Centre But i think he is also so busy that he don't have a courtsey to call back and confirmed abt the status abott the same.As he promised that he will call back will confirm the status.I don't think that Samsung is providing good services to the customer and the so called service incharge don't know the meaning of Customer Service. After such a wonderfull experince with samsung i don't think so that i will be suggesting anybody to buy samsing products rathet i will aslo not buy any samsung products..this was my first experince with samsung and it is so pathetic and i've been mentally harrsed by samsung customer care people and the dealer..Would request you to kindly replace my Samsung TV or Else i have to go to Consumer Court for complaning about the same.

                                        Samsung/LCD TV — Installation Problem

                                        I have purchased LCD TV 26A450C1MX FROM SAMSUNG AUTHORISED DEALER M/s. Khaitan Electricals Limited -El-Mart Kanpur on 9/3/2009. The Dealer has promised to install the same on the very next date i.e. 10/03/2009. But till date i.e. 17/03/2009 I am forced to wait for the installation.
                                        Every time I call it is told that today only it will be installed.

                                        Please help me to get it installed.
                                        we have purchased 32'' samsung LCD TV from manya enterprises on 8th august 2009.(model no>LA32B530) we are notable to mount the TV due tosome defect in the fixing portion of the TV and the manya enterprises is of the opinion that they should get some spares to mount the TV.and are expecting us to wait for the same. We are not at all happy with this solution and would like to request you to replace the piece immediately

                                        Company Person is not able to fix the wall mot, almost 2 Week over till no update in ur company. Company also not able to installed whom to contact.this is not a correct style ??

                                        We have purchased LCD TV model LA22A450 DT. 19.04.09, from your authorised dealer M/s JUMBO Electronics, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

                                        We have register complaint no 30308282 dt. 10.08.09 and your service rep. attend the TV 2 times, but till date no body given us in writing about the problem. Problem of the TV is still open. Kindly replace the TV immediately with out any further delay.

                                        I have purchased a Samsung LCD TV 22" Inch, Model No. LA22A450 (Sr No. 10443 PCS 201095V) from Ali Electronic, 273 Arif Mansion, Wardhaman Nagar, Central Avenue Road, Nagpur (Mah) on 18th March 2009 vile D.M. No. 582 Sr. No. 442.
                                        This is to inform you that the above mentioned TV is not working properly from last 20-25 days. The complaint for the same is made to the above said dealer. The owner of the M/s Ali Electronic is not attending the complaint even after multiple request.
                                        Every time the dealer use to make false promise that he will send the technician soon & make the replacement.
                                        It is my request to you kindly look into the matter seriously & solve my complaint as soon as possible.

                                        i have a samsung 32"lcd tv . I bought it 1.5 year ago. Today when in the morning I switched it on, there is no picture on the screen but the red power light is continuesly blinking. I am worried kindly solve the problem as soon as possible as I am very much carefull and attached to my things.
                                        We have Purchased Samsung LCD TV 42 inches and its been 10 days not working The service personnal came twice and could not find the Card that need to be replaced its under warrenty as it was bought 9 months back Can any one Take a Prompt action and render the services
                                        Recently I bought 26" Samsung LCD TV, but after connecting my sony PS, the picture is coming as black & white, whereas if it was connected with normal LRT TV i.e.old TV it is working properly.

                                        I bought a Samsung Colour TV (Ultraslim Easy view 551) from Thukral Time Centre Pvt Ltd (B39A Main Road Kalkaji New Delhi - 110019) on Aug '09. Within 2 months the set devloped a problem and i registered a complaint with the call centre on 19th Oct'09. A technician came and after 1.5 hrs of struggling suggested that there was a major defect and hence the entire circuit of the tv needs to be changed as it was going into stand by mode.I registered further complaint with the Samsung call centre and my dealer with a plea that i need the faulty set to be replaced. I have been following up with the service team regularly
                                        but infortunately dont get any positive feedback from them. No one even bothered to call me during these days and update me with the status. I am sick and tired with such a pathetic service. This was the 1st time that i had bought a Samsung product and it has been a horrifying experience.

                                        My complaint no is BP [protected] . Please replace the set ASAP.

                                        Have gone through complaints for samsung company...
                                        After reading everyones frustration, i must say samsung products of no use ...

                                        Samsung should bd banned in our country, , , as product life is noghing as compared to price which cutomer is bearing.

                                        We spent 50, 000 for LCD. And life is 3 years which samsung can promise to cutomer...

                                        I dont think anybody will spend 10, 000 thousand after every 3 years to repair their television..

                                        This most ghatiya, yhirdclass brand i have dver purchsed ...

                                        Samsung grow up .. snd pulk up your socks because you cannot fool mire indians atleast.
