i bought a samsung mobile phone from mobile store ( alaknanda) new delhi model no. i450 there is some battery problem in moile baterry is not giving a good back i complaing in aligarh samsum care centre point near mezban hotel on 08/12/08 but they rejected my complaint they said that the mobile is now out of warranty and warranty period passed out. but i bought mobile on 06/10/08 as written on bill but they were saying that...

I am Sireesha. I have idea prepaid account. on 17/12/2008 I recharged with 50 rs. After recharge blance was added sucessfully. But on 18/12/2008 morning 30 rs balance was deducting from my cell. how it can be. I have't used my cell but balance was deducted. I called to customer care, its saying that my last recharge was on 11/12/2008 with 0 rs. how it can be.

I got this Mobile from a company as gift. So, I have purchase invoice and I have a Scratch Card/Coupon which is signed and stamped by your dealer.

It was a very painful day for me to lodge a complain to repair my Flat TV with the Samsung Customer Care Bangalore, I had never before such kind of Horrible experience, The staff is so cunning that whenever you call them they will bluff some thing, i had made at least 10-15 call in two days to just check them whether they are interested in the resolution of the problem or not but all the time they say some body will come but no body turns...
