Dear Sir,

I undersigned that Mr. Rajendra C. Kumbhar, I had purchase Model No. SCH-W619 for business purpose in Dual Sim Card System (CDMA & GSM) from M/s Shree Swami Samarth Trading Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Tax Invoice No. 4407 dated 13.12.2008 paid by HDFC Bank Credit Card Rs. 13000/- & reaming amount paid by cash Total Bill Amount Rs. 14, 650/- (inclusive vat).

I have some technical problem in operating dual sim system, when purchase above Model No. SCH-W619, dealer not explain me about dual sim card (CDMA & GSM) technical problem create (Incoming Call duration on CDMA & another Incoming Call waiting on GSM automatically disconnected)

I visit to your Samsang Service Centre (Master Care Services Shop No. 6, Anandji Laddha Bldg., Lalboug Mumbai – 400 012) dated 26.12.2008 Mr. Anish Ramakrishnan (Service Incharge) can not understand this above problem & give me reply after 4 or 5 days, After 5 days I remind to Mr. Anish Ramakrishnan (Service Incharge), suggest me contact to Mr. Praful (Samsang - State Marketing Manager) Cell No. [protected], I immediate contact to Mr. Praful (Samsang - State Marketing Manager) on telephonic, not getting me satisfaction reply.

I again complaint on toll free Sumsang Help line no. [protected] & launch complaint no. [protected] & given me advice to visit Second – Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Shop No. 8 & 9, A1, Khira Nagar, Opp. Bata Showroom, S. V. Road, Santacruz. Mumbai Mr. Madhusudan – Service Centre Manager Work Order No. [protected] dated 11.02.2009, not getting me satisfaction reply.

I purchase this Model No. SCH-W619 for Dual Sim Card System (CDMA & GSM) but above Model not working Dual Sim Card System (CDMA & GSM). I suffer losses in business because my business in service industry – Computer Sales & Services.

I also enclosing herewith Xerox copy of Bills & Service Centre Work Order Papers.
Please buyback the Model & give me money refund Rs. 14, 650/-, otherwise I go to Consumer Court, News Papers (Times of India, Mid Day, Samana, Navakal), T.V. News Channel & claim business losses plus mentally harassments for compensation from your company.

    Dear Sir

    This is with reference to the Samsung LCD 4 series 22 inch which i have bought on 2nd March and it was communicated to me by the dealer that engineers from the company will come and install the same.
    So, i have called the toll free number [protected] at 9.15am on 3rd of march.
    The response which i got from the executive was that somebody from the company will call me in the first half and there will be engineers coming in the second half for installation and demo. I have made it very clear that the purpose of taking this LCD is very personnel and i wanted to get it installed on 3rd march only.
    After this i have waited till 4 pm when no one has called from the company than i again called up the tollfree number 6 times till 7.30 pm and the response which i got was that some one will visit our place for installation.
    Very surprised and shocked to see that till now no one has called up from the company. My purpose for taking that LCD has been defeated now and i am no more interested in the same. But my dealer is denying to take th product back . I wanted to know how company is going to compensate me for the same. Every time i have been misguided from the company side.
    I am also surprised to see that that if the executive sitting on the toll free number cannot handle customer query than what is the use of the same and by this company is doing fraud with the customer.

    The biggest concern that i have is the company future services to the customer. This is the last time i am having any samsung product ... I want to know company is going to take this LCD back and pay me my amount.

      Hi,

      I have raised many compliants in the last few months with absolutely no proper solution. My most recent experience was a compliant that was very frustrating, I raised a comliant and the samsung engineer came to look at the issue, he appeared angry and loud. He said the drum was a tilted and he said the angle of the washing machine has to shifted and this whole episode lasted less than 5 minutes he went away. In a technology driven age, in an economy that is driven by custimer service this was the height.

      After a couple of weeks - i had the problem again, a compliant was raised early December 2008 and the service engineer came today (03-Mar-09) and he said the engine is not working - it is jammed. I have a record of the number of compliants I raised last year. This is ridiculous service.

      I am just wondering if Samsung being an international electronics manufacturing company can look at a better way in providing service to custmers. what is the course of action now. I have paid a hefty price on buying this washing machine - high end top load fully automatic washing machine. It does not serve the purpose, I don't get the support I need from the manufacturer and i am here wondering if this is how big companies take people for granted. Any help would be highly appreciated.

      This is further to my escalation, is someone from samsung watching. This is heights - I see the service center and custiomer care taking me for granted. Even after multiple escalations - no one has come forward to solve the issue.

      Service center promised me that they will personlly come and give me a cost proposal and then they did not turn up. They said nthey would come and collect the macing on 20-mar-09. I am still waiting for someone to show up. I spoke to the customer care and he is disconnecting the line in the middle. Both customer care and service center are so lethargic, unprofessional and without any solution. At the end of the day I as a customer have spent my valauable time, ach call that I have wth samsung goes on for about 60 - 90 minutes. All this costs time and time costs money and over and above thereis a lot of frustration.

My most recent experience was a compliant that was very frustrating, After 4 days continuous follow up samsung engineer came to look at the issue.The issue was body of the machine get rusted within 6 months, & the whole episode of visit lasted less than 5 minutes he went away only after taking my signature on his visit report without issuing me a copy (His answer on my request for copy, is your Machine is under warrenty so you couldnot get the copy.) In a technology driven age, in an economy that is driven by customer service this was the height.

      No reply after the visit within 2/3 days so Iring again to servicing Engineer & also the shop from which I purchased as Enginner answer me that Top cover is not having any warrenty & I've to pay full amount for replacemet.Even though I agree to pay the amount for replacing the covers till today service enginner didn't arrive along with the cover. Meanwhile after pressuring by the Shop keeper, same Engineer ring me for visit of inspection of the machine for covers rusted.I inform him that he is the only inspected & no further action was taken. Then his answer is he had reported to the further division& that is not his lookout to check whether the job is completed.This is very ridiculous reason.

      I fully agree and supplement that I have yet to find a direct link to the manufacturer to lodge my frequent complaints from my HLFAWashing Macine that is repeatedly giving trouble and the service center at Farida Bad is, perhaps, callous, and or incompetent or incapable to attend to the complaints. The current problem lodged vide BP. No: [protected] lodged on 9/6/09 has not so far been responded even on phone, what to say of attention to our complaint, despite of daily reminders to BPO. The attendents at BPO, S/Sh. Anshul, Ankush, Harish who were reminded expressed helplessness except escalating reminders to the service centre. This is the second such occasion. In case still there is NO response, the matter shall be given to Press & will be filed before the Consumer Forum at the cost & expenses of the Company Er.       Samsung/Washing Machine Top Load — No response from Samsung service

      Hi,

      Recently I have purchased washing machine from one of the samsung outlet in Bangalore. After 5 months I used machine, washing machine filter case was broken inside the machine while washing the cloths.

      I called 7 to 8 times to service center on[protected]. since no responce from the samsung service people. Since 10 days I am following it up with service guys. But no responce till now. They have given BP number [protected].

      Could somebody help me to get resolved my problem

        I'm purchase the samsung mpower 309 (CDMA) handset in january 2009. but upto till date i'll not fins its driver for win vista on any site including samsung. pls tell any body what did i can do.
        samsung mobile is not working on vista platform its very sad to say even the customer care is not paying attention on this big issue.
        i bought samsung mpoer 309. given software cd not working on vista platform. when i booked complaint they said go to service center and from there i can get vista support software. today i went to service centre but didnot get the software even they kept my cd and aked me to come after three days.

        please solve the problem.

          This refrigerator (RT28M) has stopped working after 9 months of it's purchase. I've filed a complaint with their service centre and the service engineer came almost 6 times in the past 1 month. Everytime he comes, he unscrews and screws back the frost free compartment and leaves, but the problem never got solved. The people at the service centre close the request saying they got the positive feedback whereas I've never been asked about the status of the product, at times they even close the request without the engineer visiting my place. I'm thinking of going to the Consumer Redressal Commission.

          Samsung — Samsung Refrigerators Terrible customer service

          We had purchased a samsung refrigerator in 2001 and it didn't give us any problems until Dec 2008. When it did give problems we decided to call the customer service of samsung instead of approaching the local fridge repair persons.

          Complaint given Friday 5th December 2008 and got a complaint#.

          Even though they claim to have a toll free number, and "world-class" service, the service personnel visited only after repeated complaints AFTER 7 days. In this period we had to speak to multiple personnel. They asked for our address at least 7 times, often arguing with us that our pincode was wrong, and they assigned us to some other area by mistake! we gave them enough landmarks and our phone numbers, why do they bother about the pin code, are they the postal service?

          In spite of giving the complaint number to every personnel we speak to, they again ask is it a fridge complaint or a washing machine!!! One person even said we had the wrong complaint number and such a number did not exist in their database. Atrocious.

          On 12th December 2008. Finally a person came and we had to replace the compressor costed us Rs. 5500/- one fourth of the cost of a new fridge. Story does not end here...

          After 3 days, 15th December 2008 (28 hours to be precise) there was a water leakage, which continued for 2 days. We directly contacted the personnel who replaced the compressor, and he kept saying he will attend to it in a couple of days and he didn't turn up.

          And after 7 days the NEW compressor stopped working. Now we again called customer service:
          Re-opened the same complaint#, on 24th December 2008.

          Now, the same saga of pleading, and begging with their customer service persons to send us a replacement. Now we are stuck, we can't go to anyone else since they need to replace it.

          In total we have made at least 30 phone calls in 20 days.

          Samsung — Fridge - Pathetic , atrocious service

          Fridge had stopped cooling in the lower compartment, and was only working in the upper compartment .
          The service men first just cleaned the fridge and said that the bimetal was n ot put correctly hence it was not, working, next time they changed the timer and the last time they said that the bimetal needs to be changed, which was not instock . Bimetal which costs only about 200 bucks .
          The frustration is the number of calls you make to the Customer centre, everytime talk to a new person and everytime wait for something to happen . One can't chuck the fridge because of a 200 rupee component ant there is no clear line of escalation .
          The engineers never pick up the phone, the service centre people never call back .
          Never again will I invest in a Samsung and I will ensure I tell atleast200 people about my experience and they will tell atleast 100 more and so on .
          Samsung needs to clean up its service other wise the end is near .

          Samsung Refrigerator — no cooling in the fridge

          The after sales is disappointing, the customer service is unreliable. Despite dozens of phone calls and hours of waiting they have failed to respond. Please think twice before you buy a product with Samsung brand.

          I will be approaching consumer court for a deficiency in service and substandard product.

          We have purchased on 14 apr 2009.single Door. Now the Problem is this its lock system is very poor my 2 year bay is open very easily after lock the Door. let me know if we lock the door then how a baby open this that means clearly showing lock system is very poor.

          Refrigerator — not working and bad service

          sir,
          i won one refrigerator of KEN STAR company. past TEN days it is not working and we have lodged a complaint at customer care center our complaint no is BAN[protected]. Which was lodged on 02-march-2011, but today it is 11-march-2011.your company didn't send any one to repair it. intern your area manager says that in such a big company you do not have person to repair it. I FEEL SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR SERVICE. I hope that you people can solve our problem as early as possible.

          Samsung, Refrigerator — Pathetic Service

          I had complained about non functional of my refrigerator on 24.7.2011 ( complaint number [protected]) at 5.30pm to Mr. Karan in service centre. He said that an engineer would visit you at 11am on 25.7.2011. He did not turn up. Then I reminded them again on the same day. No revert or anyone came. Then on 26th July again I complained at 10.30am in the morning. They said someone would definitely come on 26th. Next day on 27th/28th the same story repeated with Service Centre supervisor said he would follow it up and call me. Call still awaited. On 28th someone from service centre called up and said he is coming on 11am. He did not turn up. Today on 29th I again asked the service centre why they did not come, they said it was raining, though no rains were there in my area Vikaspuri. Now today they said temperature is 33degrees so they cannot come. Can I know what is the ideal temperature when these engineers work at so that we can wait for that service.

          Shocking WILL NEVER BUY OR ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. Its a pathetic service.

            Dear Sir,

            My name is Chandrani Chatterjee. I am facing severe problem of poor commitment in service delivery of your employees (or franchisees), hence is compelled to seek your intervention. The ordeal I am facing for the past three weeks is append below:

            General information:
            Equipment : Washing machine
            Model : Karishma
            Date of purchase 2003
            Unit sl. no. : 0007590W701216

            The machine went out of order on Jan 31st. 2009 and the following has happened,
            Feb 1st. : Complain lodged
            Feb 3rd : Service engineer ‘Arijit” appeared but could not repair. Promised to send a senior engineer next day
            Feb 4th : No one turned up
            Feb 5th : Senior engineer came, proposed to replaced the body and taken away the machine
            Feb 21st : Machine delivered with body replaced and machine repaired
            Feb 26th. : Machine again went out of order, again complain lodged in the morning. Madhumita, who received the call confirmed that someone will attend the fault today itself. On enquiry, in the noon ‘Madhumita” confirmed again that “Arijit’ will come to attend after 4.30PM. At 5.00 PM another search for Arijit confirmed that he will appear at 7.30. Finally he didn’t turn up at all.

            We believe there is no control of Samsung over this bunch of immature professionals. Thereby, we, the consumers get victimized and Samsung as a company losses its reputation. I believe, it’s important for consumers to bring into notice of the Samsung management so that these people can be taken to task. Of course it all depends on how much pro-active is the management. Hence I would request you to please intervene into the issue and kindly give a reply to my desperate complain. I would also request not to send irresponsible persons like “Arijit” to attend the service requirement. I am not sure whether I am mailing this letter to the correct place, so I will continue mailing this to all possible offices of Samsung, till I get a reply.

            I have a sumsung karisma washing machine which was purchased in the year 2001 from M/s ASSAM ELECTRONICS, Dhekiajuli-784110, sonitpur(Assam). Recentally the machine has gone out of order.What can i do now.

            I have a samsung washing machine, which was puchased in the year jan 2002 from PRINCE & CO Chengalpattu, kanchipuram district, tamilnadu. last three month the machine, whenever we 'on' the machine delievary tube all soap water continously leaking, for that where i approach or what can do now.

              Dear Concerned,

              This is in reference to the DVD Player(Model No:-MAX-DX55T/XTL) Company Name:- Samsung which i had given for some repair work at company's Lucknow service center on dated 29.01.2009.The commited date for crrying out the repair activity was 7 days.But till date the repair work has not been met, and further the explanation for the delay which they are claiming is that the spare parts are not available with the service center.
              Please intervene so that the consumer gets justice.

                I had bought a new Samsung refrigerator model RA 20 S Silver on 07/08/06 from QRS Trivandrum. With in two year it had a major problem like its body contensor failure. I bought this particular model because of this body contensor model. I have 2 kids so I do not like external contensor model.
                But once it failed i had informed the local dealer as well al samsung customer care centre. After 20 days later a technition came to and told me its the failure of this particular model we cant do anything than fixing a external contensor (grill type). due to the necessasity and urgency i had allowed the samsung service personnel to repair it and I paid one thousand six hundred and twenty two rupees (Rs1622.00).
                But with in eight months again I am facing the same problem. No cooling like earlier. With out a refregirator its very difficult to live. I need to be replace the refrigerator as soon as possible with the same model. Please do the needful.

                  I had bought a Samsung SGHF490 in last sept 2008. Recnetly the mobile was not getting charged. I had given the same for service, they had taken the same and given the acknowlgement. After 6 hours they are calling me and telling it is not repairable and if at all it is to be repaired I have to pay for the same and they dont know how much is the amount..

                  This is how samsung cheats...Is it the way customers are to be treated...

                    I have purchase Samsung Mobile phone on 14 Dec 2008. after use of few day's I have observed that battery for the above mentioned handset is getting drained very fast I am using mobiles since 1998 almost more than 10 Year's.The first time with the said handset I have faced such problem. Second problem is PCT windo is got damaged due to an accident which I have met with. When approched to Samsung Services Centre. Abhinav Enterprises at goregaon W they have told that they do not have the pct window available you have to approch some other service centre, later on have got the address of Lalbaug Services Centre when approched them on 25 Jan they have taken a request form filled from me and promise that they will be aranging the said pct windo in 15 days time. As per given timlines I have approched them on 10 th of Feb. answere received as said part is not yet availble at delhi also we reqired few more day's when agin after 10 days i.e 20 th Feb they said till will take another one month asked to enquired about same after 25 of March I am fed up with such services request to suggets the way out...

                      I got a free samsung mobile when i bought a Tata Indigo. When i started the mobile for the first time it said that the mobile is locked and i should go to the customer service centre. I went there and gave my mobile. It was lying there for over a month but nothing happened. Even with numerous calls they said that they have not fixed the problem. Later on one day i called them and they said that i could collect my mobile. I collected it and went back home to find that the problem still exists.

                      My mobile (SGH j700) is in under warrenty and my complaint No. isRwhq910741A or rsn no. [protected] & having some problem in set it shows the message when i start the cell "Insert Sim" and i submitted the cell on 28/07/2009 at Samsung service Centre M.p nagar bhopal. They told me after 10 days 7 when i went to receive the cell on 12/08/2009 & told me its makes 10 days more. so i m unable to wait for a month for this problem. This is not the good service and i m too much irritating for this problems. Please do the needful.

                      i hav sbmitted my samsung mobile at nagpur service centre of samsung fr s reason dat my battery ws drainin fast bt they told me dat d battery is fine n while returning my mobile it ws nt starting n they said dat there is a prob wid d mother board n they need to replace it(wich ws workin good wen i handed them my mobile).
                      n now its more than 13 days i cudnt get my mobile back n they r sayin dat it'll take another 5 days...

                        Hi sir/madam i have purchase a samsung mobile on 25oct08 in one month i am facing a problem of stuck and i have given for repair to samsung service center the has changed the motherboard and they issue mobile and next day i got the same problem, they give the mobile after one month they has changed the motherboard please full refund amount to me
                        i have a handset of X650 model.
                        right now i am in finland and it is not detectable here.
                        i have to unlock the region lock.
                        but i don't know the procedure exactly.
                        i want IMIE number to unlock the region lock.
                        i[censored] will help me in a quick period of time, then it will be better for me.

                        I had purchased a Tata Raaga S9HB234 hand set on 11/06/09 from Universal Communication, bill no 2065 . The mobile did not start and on 12/08/09 I deposited the mobile for repair to Samsung Service Centre AM services Chandigarh vide work order no WA [protected] .
                        The S.Centre has diagnosed the problem of Faulty mother board and are wanting 15-20 days for repairing the same .
                        Do You think this as reasonable, how can I operate without a mobile for 20 days, and the kind of harrasment faced by buying a Samsung Mobile . I am compelled to buy 1 more mobile and definately it would not be of Samsung

                        I have purchased SGH-1210 ON 4/11/08, FROM r.s.tELEPHONE SHOPPEE Pune. After purchasing one month latter I found the mobileunit is notcapableof capturing range. This was realised at many places in India. Thank god I was having Nokia with me and did not looose my business.

                        when I reached to pune and got it repaired from your authorised shop. However samecomplaint is repeated again and I was toldit happens sometimes.I am not ready to accept the comment of your frontline officer. He was trying to show that in buildings tower/rangeproblems are with mobile unit. To cross his statement I showed Nokia mobile where full range was appearing in the building.

                        I have bad feeling of samsung and request you to replace the existing with new one. since warrenty is going to lapse after onemonth and i feel i haveto pay for the charges after warrenty period is over.

                            we are the media people running studio at chennai-india, we are using 7 air conditioner(split) machines at our studio. everything is going fine still last month, when we bought new samsung splic AC
                            at December 2008 at SHAHS-Chennai, when it strated it was good for few days afterwards its started stinking the whole room,
                            so that we called the customer care persons, they came and said that nothing fault with machine and the fault was in the external pipe. we changed the pipe with their supervision, again it started stinking.
                            after that we called customer care people 7 times, every time they come and telling different reasons...we made all changes what they said
                            still the problem persists. AC is getting problem, if we switch the temperature above 22. The problem is so worse that two of our staffs got respiratory infection. We can't tollerate this anymore..
                            and we never expected something like this from samsung. here after we think, we should think twice before buying any samsung product. We had registered another complaint today(19/02/09) by 11.30 am.They promised to come today itself..now its 5.30 and nobody had turned up. we are no longer interested to spend anything on this AC again..

                              i bought a new samsung guru 1410. it is provided with 2GB MEMORY CARD. But the phone memory is only around 3000kb. the datas downloaded to the mobile is straightly saved into the phone memory first. so the datas or songs with big size than the phones memory can not be downloaded to the phone. if we try to download such songs, the phone will show that the memory is full. what should i do? i bought the phone only because there is the music player but now i'm so down because i can not here good songs which are of big size in my phone. please help me. is there any waysto save the downloading data straight into the memory card.?

                              samsung makes the people fool, in phone 1410 you cant use bluetooth becouse you can not recieved any song through this. data going to straight to phone memory and phone memory is very low. its a tric of samsung to sell there phone. so pls dont purchase it.
                              I bought the Samsung Guru with 512mb memory card, on transferring data via bluetooth through other phones, the data r saved in phone memory, which is only 3500kb, the data greater than that is not transferred and gives a message memory full, the bluetooth is useless...

                              you should go to bluetooth option in application and then go to default storage where u will see 2 option
                              choose memory card
                              hi dont worry. you go to applications then bluetooth there at bottom u will be provided with a menu called default storage. by changing that ur problem can be resolved

                              samsung E-1410 mobile phone — speaker receivier problem

                              I have purchased E-1410 samsung mobile phone before 2 months in srinagar J&K.after only 1 month, phone speaker problem occurs.means when i call to another mobile, i couldnt hear form receiver end while to whom i call he listens my voice.means speaker works only one side.
                              after contacting to samsung service center ADIL Electronics in srinagar they told speaker has to be replaced and same is not in their stock. appraoching again to them after 20 days, same excuse was told
                              then i call customercare and they gave me BP no [protected] for future reference.
                              then i came to dehli for officail work and yerterday in dehli i went to samsung service center at Palam dabri road, but they also gave the same excuse of non availabilty of speakers.

                              this is very ridiculous for such a poor service.

                              hiiiiiii. i try to talk with companies technical engg. they send me information that there is an error in option of default storage as a memory card . this problem is slove in next samsung mobile.so do not try anything.
                              Its a very good phone...serves my purpose of hearing songs and dat too wid very gud sound quality...u only need to change default memory storage to memory card...and then u can download as much u want...i think u shud study ur mobi first and den put such comments

                              its very simple, you need to install a small software which enables your songs to save in memoray card inspite of phone memorary, due to data saved in phone memoray ur long songs are not supported. Your music needs to be saved in ur extra memorary cards, then only u will be able to view all songs without no problems.

                              The issue raised by many people early in the comments is valid as there would be a lot of people that would expect that the defaults are the best option. and since Samsung is itself shipping memory cards with the phone, the defaults should have been different. That said, it is still a very good phone and great value for money.

                              Another benefit is the availability o[censored]SB charging. one unanswered issue is the lack o[censored]sb software / drivers that will allow it to connect to the pc (cable available as accessories charged separately). the samsung website also does not have any data on this handset. any clues anyone?

                              I am also not comfortable using this, I have used almost each brand of mobile in indian mobile industry, be it sony ericson, motorola, nokia...

                              This samsung guru has strange problems, while you are talking on phone using hands free,

                              1. If you receive a call from some other caller obviously it'll show in call waiting but when that call waiting ends volume of already active call automatically reduces, you need to unplug the handsfree and plug it again in order to get the proper voice.

                              2. Music Player does not play songs in background.

                              3. While handsfree is on, you can't hear your ringtone, it'll only vibrate, I did not find any setting from where I could change it and stop vibrator.

                              I bought this phone considering it value for money since it was offering almost everythinjg in low cost but unfortunately it is proving to be a headache for me, I am looking for buyers...as if I go through reviews I don't see much positive response from after sale service.
                              you need to change the default memory of bluetooth. Go to menu->application->Bluetooth, in that there is option of default memory (7th option of bluetooth menu). Select memory card as your default memory. then you can transfer any data of size upto your memory card capacity to your phone.
                              The one page user manual supplied with the phone is of little use! When I tried to contact samsung with doubts they do not reply.
                              I cant see default storage option under menu->application->Bluetooth. only 6 options are available to me.

                              I have purchased one new mobile make sumsung model no mpower 569 sr. no.[protected] on dated 16.05.2009. The mobile get faulty after some days of purchasing. Company promised me to change/repair the mobile within two days but its been 9 days I was continuously following for my mobile and getting no response from service centre where I submitted my mobile ( gem service centre sec 27 Noida (UP)).We cannot expect such type of harassment from a reputed company like Samsung.                               I bought a new samsung guru 1410.I have some problems with blouetooth.when I tring to send data to any other mobile after 50 or 80 percent transefer i got data trasfer "fail" message and process fails.But my bluetooth works fine with other samsung guru1410 mobile and china mibile they can able to receive data from my mobile via bluetooth.I can able to receive files from any mobiles but I can't able to send files them. I tried it on nokia 3110 and sony ericsson i can't able to send them files.But they can able to receive files from other mobiles.please help me what is probleams with my bluetooth?

                              even i had the same problem i bought the one for my mom .. i[censored] r facing this problem while transfering from bluetooth ... check the setting of blue tooth there you will find the default memory change it to phone.. such setting are set individual for many segments like contacts, messages, bluetooth etc.. do explore your phone and check the manuals.

                              Though samsung 1410 supports 2 GB memory, its music player can enlist only four playlists of 30 songs each( Total 120 songs only).Hence 2 GB support in of no use, or we can say wastage of money.
                              There is one way to save the songs etc., directly to memory card.
                              go to Applications - > Bluetooth -> Default storage
                              and set to memory card.
                              by following the above method, we can directly save it to memory card.
                              Learn to use any gadgets u maggots...it plays mp3 u just gotta learn ta use it...

                              you can store and hear songs from memory card. But if you want to set some songs as ringtone you have to copy it to the phone. You can copy only 2-3 songs to the phone memory. This is the main limitation.

                              I have brought home samsung guru 1410 2 months back when i was starting using this phone i thing i come in to notice that when i try to download something say song from the internet, then this mobile does not have the option where to save that file, by default this files are stored in the phone's memory.
                              Phone's memory is hardly 3-4 mb.
                              When i visited samsung mobile site they don't provide any software support for this phone.

                              To people who're shouting about inability of this phone to play songs, I would like to state a simple fact that I just transferred 133 songs into the phone in less than 10 minutes. Yes, the phone doesn't come with a data cable, was a bit disheartening, but I simply bought a Memory Card Reader for 150 rupees, and bingo, there it runs. I don't know what it'll do in the long run, but I've had it for 150 minutes as of now, and I sure am happy with it. If you were expecting something more. wake up. You've paid only 3000 bucks for it.

                              And about the complaint saying you can't download directly into the MC, it maybe genuine, but then you don't download stuff like songs on GPRS. It's meant for light surfing and downloading. If you wanna get songs, get'em from a PC.
                              I bought Samsung Guru 1410 3mths back, somehow someone has pressed the silent mode option & now iam unable to reset it to ringing tone, also iam not able to hear the music downloaded also. Can anybody help me to get this back.

                              I have also bought SAMSUNG E1410 (Guru series) with free 1 GB card (Rs. 2850) last week and I have almost no problem with it till now...

                              Pros.
                              ======
                              1) I have transferred 74 music files (.mp3 format) till now from my laptop (via Bluetooth) to the phone (Memory Card). Transfer taken place very smoothly. Even I have tried to transfer more than one file at a time and there is no problem; only thing is that you have to confirm each file transfer (in source and the destination too) one by one in case of bulk transfer.
                              For default storage setting to Memory Card: Go to MENU > APPLICATIONS > BLUETOOTH > DEFAULT STORAGE > Select MEMORY CARD as your choice of default storage.

                              2) I was also ready to buy data cable for music file transfer but since Bluetooth is working fine for me I have dropped that idea.

                              3) Sound Quality (stereo) of earphone and phone speaker is very good and I am satisfied with it.

                              4) As far as FM is concerned, it's reception is very good even inside my room. Only problem for me is that you have to connect the earphone even if you want to listen FM in Phone speaker.

                              FM recording (best quality option selected) is very good with good sound quality.

                              5) Battery life - Not yet tested fully; but it runs for 1.5 - 2 days easily with multimedia use and 3 days for normal phone use.

                              Cons.
                              ====
                              1) It doesn't display the time duration of each call made in the Call Log except the last call ( which can be seen in the 'Last call duration' option.

                              2) You have to connect the earphone even if you want to hear FM in phone speaker.

                              3) There is no outer socket for Memory Card. you have to remove battery to insert it.

                              4) It has a little weight than compared to other phones, but It gives a balance feel to me and I love this much of weight in my hand.

                              Conclusion
                              =========

                              In the lower segment of Music Phone within Rs. 5000 range, it is one of the good buy. I would like to recommend it if you are a music lover and don't like the camera in the phone, like me. For photography, I always use digital camera, for best result.

                              Dear, All Samsung Guru SAMSUNG E1410, and with no camera it allows me to go into a Call Center & Datacenters as it is allowed The only reason I boguht this phone is :
                              a) Good Speaker Phone for making Group conference Call.
                              b) No Camera
                              d) Bluetooth

                              The worse thing is Address Book, can store only upto 1000 Contacts in Phone Memory and has no options to switch to Micro SDD card, hopefully with the software (Firmware on phone) this feature will be available in future.

                              The default storage setting to Memory Card: Go to MENU > APPLICATIONS > BLUETOOTH > DEFAULT STORAGE > Select MEMORY CARD only works for Music, but not Address books this really bad.

                              I am using this mobile from the last 6 months.
                              1. Does not supports USB port for data transfer.
                              2. Audio Quality is tooo worst, you can't hear the songs more than 10min.
                              3. You cannot play the songs of a particular directory.
                              4. No separate audio port, you cannot hear songs, while charging the mobile.
                              5. SAMSUNG is cheating the people by keeping USB connectivity.
                              6. overall rating of this phone is okey, but not good.

                                I have purchase a Samsung Colors TV 29"(29Z30) on 03/02/2008 but after one year 13 days any visual not seen in screen only sound and lining appear in output when I call in customer care no[protected]BPNo:[protected])they told me they send a engineer on paid basis I request him please repair it on FOC (free of cost) basis because it will be first time I call for any engineer after purchase of TV (Even any demo visit is not done by Engineer) this totally unsatisfying response from Samsung I have decided to not purchase any Samsung item and same advise to all.

                                If any Samsung representative is looking here please arrange to repair my TV on FOC basis because I think I deserve it.

                                  I, Deepak Singh purchased a 32 inch Samsung series 6 LCD ((LA32A650A1RLXL) VERSION SS02 serial no: 11123PBQA00308V) from Reliance Digital, Vashi store on 14th Feb 09, the delivery of the same was done from their end on 15th Feb 09 at 1500 Hrs. The installation for the same along with home theater purchased from their store on the same day was done on 16th Feb'09 from 1500 hrs to 1800 hrs by service engineers Mr. Bala and Mr. Nilesh. After the installation and completion of job it was noticed by self that the entire LCD panel body is full of deep scratch marks. It was a very disheartening sight for my entire family as we spend a lot of money to purchase this LCD with crystal design. I request you to pls exchange the LCD immediately and save us from trauma of watching our hard earned money go waste like this.

                                      I wrote a mail to samesung on 18 Nov 2008. I have logged a call
                                      with Samsung to troubleshoot the issue of my Samsung 794mg CRT monitor. But today is 24 Jan
                                      2009. It shows that CRT problem issue is pending for more than 2 months and 5 days. Still
                                      Samsung is not able to resolve the issue of my CRT Monitor. Every now and then I am requesting
                                      Samsung to troubleshoot the issue of CRT monitor. But every time I am getting the same type of
                                      update that our seniors will call you. But nobody called me to solve this issue. Up till now the same
                                      thing is going on. Few days back, Mr Chintamani came to my house. He saw the problem. Instead
                                      of troubleshooting this problem, he was trying to reduce the brightness of Screen. After this he said, Now line is not visible. Is this the method followed by Samsung to troubleshoot issue of any
                                      customer in warranty period? Instead of troubleshooting issue, Samsung is going to eliminate the
                                      issue by reducing the brightness. Samsung prefers such a type of non technical staff to provide
                                      Service in the warranty period. Then why Samsung is mentioning 3 Years warranty on warranty
                                      card? Please stop mentioning the warranty period. In case of my CRT Monitor, this is a
                                      Manufacturing defect. Time to time, I informed Samsung Helpline support people about wrong
                                      troubleshooting method followed by Mr. Chntamani. I requested them to arrange another person
                                      from another Service Centre to solve this problem. But the same thing was going on continuously.
                                      Now more than 2 months passed, but Samsung is not taking any action to troubleshoot this issue.
                                      Few weeks before, Samsung technician (may be from Kurla Service Centre) came to my house to
                                      troubleshoot this issue. He was not able to rectify the same. He advised me that the problem is
                                      related to CRT picture Tube. So it needs to be replaced. It is not possible for him to replace the
                                      same at home. So they will do the troubleshooting in the Service Centre. But up till now, another
                                      Samsung technician was doing cheating in front of my eyes by reducing the display brightness, then
                                      what they will do in the Service Centre where I am not able to see anything. I am working in IT
                                      department. So I will not get such a sufficient time to go to the Service Centre to see the same. For
                                      that particular time, I am not able to use my Computer. I am afraid that such a type of Technical
                                      staff will create more problems in my CRT Monitor in my absence.
                                      This is a manufacturing Defect. This is major problem which is applicable in picture tube. I requested Samsung to change faulty CRT Monitor. Still no body is doing needful from Samsung to resolve this issue.
                                      Please help me to solve this issue which is related to my CRT monitor.

                                      SAMSUNG 17 — BRIGHTNESS FAULT

                                      Sir, I am using SAMSUNG 17"INCH CRT MONITOR (SYNC MASTER 794 MG, MAGIC GREEN). from few months back. Recently I have found that whenever i switch over to reduce the BRIGHTNESS or CONTRAST, there occurs a problem in that. There comes a symbol "( $RGB )". There is no such increment or decrement symbol of either of (Brightness or Contrast).
                                      I am using spectacles but due to intense (Brightness and Contrast )
                                      my eye feels problem (like pain, sleepy). This in turn can result in low vision.

                                      Lookijg over the above conditions please state the problem behind this and suggest the required solution ..
                                      my monitor is under the 3 yrs warranty period..
                                      for your helping hand I as a customer will be grateful to you .
