Samsung Hard Disk — poor servicing | |
I had submitted a 40 gb samsung hard disk at vijayawada service point for replacement which is in warrenty. I didn't get the serviced or replaced one from samsung. I know it could hardly take 5 to 7 days for replacement. other companies like segate, wester digital are providing the replacements with in 3 or 4 days. i dot know the reasons for this delay. poor service from samsung. Samsung Hard disks get damaged very easily. I have two hard disks 40 and 80 GB which doesnt get detected and gives tick tick sound. Never trust a Hard disk or CD drive from samsung

Within warranty period my Samsung hard disk (sata) was damaged. I gave that in Kolkata, customer care office for repair on 6.11.08. On 7.01.09 they gave a repair hard disc that also was damaged. Again I return this to your Kolkata office at that time they exchange with a pata hard disc. This is not detected. What I can do now? I think it a one type of cheating from their service dept. Never trust on this company.
