I puuchased a Samsung mobile phone model SGH J600 some time in Oct 2007 in Bangalore, India and the central button stopped working during Aug 2007. Since the mobile was still under the warranty period, I gave the mobile to Cell Solutions at Domlur - an authorised Samsung Service centre in Bangalore on 22nd Aug 2008 with work order no: WA[protected] & IMEI/RSN no: [protected]. My plight started since then. This service centre does not work professionally and never calls the customer on phone to let them know the status even after weeks & months. If they can not repair, they simply send the mobiles to the central service centre and do not properly follow up in getting the phones back after servicing. Only when the customer calls, they call the central service center just to know the status themselves. After three weeks, they called me to come & collect the mobile phone. I went to the service centre and colleced the mobile and checked it. To my dismay. I found that the center key was still not working. I wonder how a service center can deliver the phone with out checking it by themselves. I handed over the phone back to them and came back, Till today, my phone was not repaired nor compensation is paid. Mr. Arun[protected]of the Samsung central service centre, Bangalore told me twenty days ago that the cost of the cell phone will be reimbursed. Today when I called him, he says my cell phone will be repired and given back to me on 23rd Oct 2008. I don't understand what type of service Samsung India is providing in India. Why should Samsung sell their cell phones in india if they can not provide proper service. Why shouldn't someone file a cheating case on Samsung Mobile in India for selling poor quality phones

Samsung mobile J 600 — Poor response from service centre

Sir,
Recently purchased mobile was out of order i.e there is no switch on and switch off (Hanging). It was given to serfvice centre on 06.03.2008. Till date 23.03.2008 I have not received back my mobile (Model J 600) with rectification. They have not supplied stand by set even then they knew it would take more than 15 days. But last week on 21.03.08 I went to service centre their response is very poor. They could not tell when it will be ready.
Kindly look into the matter and the action may be intimated to my e-mail address.

Samsung Mobile J-600 — Worst service of Samsung

I have bought above stated mobile on 9th November, 2007, since than this phone having so many problems some time this handset get hanged sometime outgoing barred than we have reboot the phone. Now, it ear mic get damaged, once i have submnitted it to service centre at Moti Nagar they did something and said now there will be no problem but after one day same problem occurred. Its very difficult to go with such a service and moreover nobody is picking-up the phone at their service centre.

With reference to the subject mentioned above, I had purchased mobile Make: Samsung from the dealer shop namely ‘Mobile Choice’ S.B.4 Tower B Kunj Plaza Tel No.[protected] in Vadodara on 11/3/2008.

Within 2 and ½ month o[censored]sage, the operation of the same found inconsistent however it could satisfactorily work for 1 and ½ months. Also the surface of the battery became rough with some scars within this period. Later on the display became blanked with many times the phone restarted on its own especially when sliding operation was made. The display of ‘FUNclub’ and then ‘Please wait…..’ was observed. I went to the dealer saying thereby the phone operation is inconsistent. He saw the phone where ‘charging … ’ display was also observed when he connected battery charger to the phone. But phone was not getting ON due to its inconsistent operation. After his advice the same was submitted to the ‘SAMSUNG SERVICE’ repair centre phone no. given below.

A day after submitting the same, I was told that circuit is burnt may be due to reverse connection of battery charger or may be due to overcharging. And the repairing charge will be payable as it is case of ‘fire’. Such words to an Engineer who is owner of Mobile phone seems to be surprised.

The matter is very serious when complete responsibility is thrown on customer shoulder rather than to check the quality of the product. An Electronics engineer just cannot mishandle the mobile. I am definitely not ready to pay the repairing charge as whole matter pertains to quality of the product rather than mishandling the device and also not to take trial to go to another repair centre to allow experiments on the sold product.

Concluding the same, I will definitely purchase the mobile of some very quality conscious and of popular brand with consistent reliable operation and donate my mobile to the SAMSUNG Company for improving the quality of the product.

Expecting to look into the matter seriously and for the affirmative reply/ cooperation in the said matter at the earliest if possible.

Samsung J-600 mobile — J600 hangs frequently

I have purchased above set at Subhiksha in Indiranagar Bangalore on 17/04/08. Since beginning it has the problem of hanging(all the features work except incoming and outgoing calls). I gave it to Samsung service centre(Cell solution, Domlur, Bangalore) once on 03/06/08 and again on 17/06/08 as the problem appeared again. Unfortunately the problem is still there even after second attempt.

Now I dont want to give it again for service because I feel that Samsung is unable to findout the problem.

I have a feeling that I spent money for buying the problem. I have only one thing to tell you at this point - Please arrange to replace this set if you are genuinely interested in customer satisfaction.

I am looking forward to your kind gesture at the earliest.

I, Vishal Sharma, head & Asstt Prof. of electronics & Communication in one of the reputed engineering collegeof punjab. I bought a samsung mobile j600 from subhiksha, kapurthala, Punjab on 1st july 2008. within 15 days, the mobile slided from my pocket and the lcd get cracked and mobile stop working. i went to the Samsung service center in jallandhar for changing lcd. Mr. Manjit told me to charge 1600 for new lcd plus other charges for repairing the mobile. After two days he called me and said the mobile has one false component and for new you have to pay 250/ extra. As i am a very busy person so without verifying anything, i agreed to him and request him to repair the mobile as soon as possible. After three days he again call me and said its board is broken and you have to pay 4000/ extra which means i have to pay 4000+1600+ extra charges that will comes up around[protected] for a mobile having cost only 5000/.
one more thing to note, if the main board was broken why he did nt tell on the same day. this is the first time i moved from nokia to samsung but sorry to say i had a very bad experience. plz replace my mobile and i am also ready for paying the lcd cost that was cracked from me accidently.

Samsung J-600 mobile — Mobile not working properly

I am a continous user of you products. Sir though I have made my coplaint in the Meerut service center (complaint NO. WA[protected] dt[protected]. But I am very sorry to inform you that the people at center ar not responding properly to my complaint and says that the parts of the mobile phone are not available for last one month. And my worenty is going to expire on 11-09-08. Please help me out to correct my mobile phone in time.

Samsung — J600 Slider problem

I'm having Samsung J600 mobile. I've purchased on 10th November 2007. There's problem with the slide and it became blank. I'm able to receive calls and make calls but i couldn't see anything on the display screen. I've contacted the service center at Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 15th September. They said there's some problem with the slide cable and to replace it. And they said ther's no stock of the cable and asked me to call after one week. Again i went to the service center on saturday i.e 20th september and they said it'll take 15 more days to get the stock.
I request you to kindly respond on this at the earliest as it's been 10 days and i couldn't see anything on the display.

j600 — when the slide is open the screen is blank

I am kalyan, I was practicing an advocate in High court of Andra pradesh. I purchased a Samsung j600 mobile in your authorised show room at hyderabad on[protected]. The company gave guarentee card and bill receipt . in july 2008 the mobile was not working properly. I approched your service centre at elephant house, Ameer pet on[protected] and made a enquiry about that problem. one of the employee said that the main problem is cable between phone and slide, he was taken my requst and he said that The cables are not available now pls come after one week . As per his instructions I went to his service centre 4 times, but they gave same answer i.e The cables was not receiving from the company till now . Even today they gave same reply to me .
your company is reputed company, . other companies giving well service. why you are giving this type service .This is not proper service, because of this service you are wasting the valuable time of customers and thier money. in future they are not interest to purchase any samsung mobile.
Please consider my requst and gave proper direction to your officers in Samsung service centre, Elephant House, Hyderabad

SGHJ600 - MOBILE PHONE — REPAIR / REPLACEMENT

A samsung mobile (Model - SGHJ600 ) has been handed over for repair/replacement at M/s Vimal Electronics, Sri Ram Colony, Gwalior ( Madhya Pradesh), India. vide.no. RVQQ406468M on 25.08.08.

It has been almost 1-1/2 months & no communication from the Centre and whenever a call is given to Ph.No. +[protected], they would say 'next week' and awaiting communication from Samsung service centre at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

We are totally dissapointed with the respose and request to expedite the complaint and do the needful.

i bought a J600 cellphone in the month of may 2008. it gave a display problem in august. i went to the place where i bought it. they said there is no Samsung service center in my city and hence it would be sent to Mangalore and it would be repaired in a week's time. after a week i went to the shop, the manager said it hasn't come and gave me the service center's number. i kept calling them everyweekend. they gave some or the other reason everytime. its been more than 45 days now, yet i haven't got my cell back.what should i do? also a suggestion people, please think '10' times before buying any samsung product.

I bought a samsung j600 of price 6200 and after 2nd week i got some problems of hang and displays and many more after that it came back to me but still there were countless problem in it and after 1month it got worse, i again send the mobile for repair then after almost 2 months later i finaly receved my mobile with double problems almost every ting was gone including the cover i again send it, then it came to me with lesser problem i again sent it within 10 days so that they cant say anything against it, but this time it was hight the person said the handset had contact with water, still my dad paid him again. But no thats not the end my handset is again gone for repair. But this tme it was different because each and every thing was gone screen, keypad, speaker, body, behind battery's wall seel and full black bord is gone i have no idea that did he exchanged them from chines one, so it is still with him please please please help me what should i do????? . It is not even 6months.

i bought samsung j600 mobile phone 8months ago.now i am suffering from
white display problem from my mobile.
i submited my mobile at navrangpura samsung service center at ahmedabad city.on 11/10/2008.
they are saying me we have no parts.company dont send us parts on time.

samsung j600 — technical problem

I have purchase a mobile set form samsung dealer, with in 6 month 2 times problem have been raised, first time they had take 15 days for resolving the problem, now i have visited 5 times on service center but no budy are giving a proper responce, somebudy says that this problem will shortout after 15 days when we has got the technical parts, rightnow we havent the part of this mobile.

The customer services of sumsung is very bed.

i purchased a samsung mobile (SGH-J-600) in feb-2008, after only six month i got a problem that phone was hanging and no display anything on the screen.i submitted my cell in Allahabad service center on date[protected]. till now they have no any responce for my cell and everybody is unable to say that when will they return my cell, even i belong to share market and computer center, so i am suffring from amny prolems, but samsung company or their service provider can not understand people's problem..plz help me sir...i[censored] can...so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
In my mobile(SGH-J600) it is not supporting the images that are sent to me by bluetooth.

So please give information regarding this issue.

SGH-j600 — DISPLAY NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Samsung J600 Phones have a lot of problem . My j600 started having problems just after the warranty period expired, Sep 2008. Display went blank, phone hangs when connected to FM, Phone not in network even when the signal reception id showing full. Service Center is asking for a lot of money to repair the cell. They are asking for money for a software upgrade. Do not buy Samsung J 600 or any other Samsung phone. Their Service is poor.

I too have the same problem with J600 model samsung mobile phone. Whenever an out sider calls they get the response that my mobile is switched off. I made two complaints and got it serviced but the problem persists. Just now I sent a mail to Samsung to refund my amount as I am suffering for the past two months with this worst model.

Samsung Mobile — Issue with J600 Phone

Hi,

I purchased J600 mobile phone worth Rs 6350/ last year Dec 22. The product is still in warranty period.

But the phones stop working after 7 month. It hangs frequently.
I went to Samsung service center in bangalore. They reboot the SW and it started working.
But after one month I started facing some more problem.
Now the phone hangs frequently. I cant hear anything on phone. Camera hangs. I need to restart the phone every five minutes.

Again I went to service center. They said they want the phone to send for L4 support . I am ready to give the phone to them.

But I feel cheated after spending so much money on phone and it didnt worth that much. I went to the shopkeeper and he clearly said that he is not responsible for anything. Though the product still in warranty period.

I deserve to get either new phone or money back from Samsung.

I hope consumer phorum will look into it and will provide some solution.

I purchased a Samsung mobile phone model i420 some time in Nov 2008 in Bangalore, India and LCD stopped to work Since the mobile was still under the warranty period, I gave the mobile to Cell Solutions at Domlur - an authorised Samsung Service centre in Bangalore on Jan 17th with work order no: The service center has not ever called to update me on status of my phone repair. Nobody picks up the phone in service center. I went to check the status again on Jan 23rd and to my plight the phone was lying unatteded . The lady gave the phone back and said there are no spare parts in stock. I will be informed when the sparepart comes. Till today no one has called checked it. I would like to return the phone to Samsung and would like to claim back the Money for the instrument.Why should Samsung sell their cell phones in india if they can not provide proper service. I would like to file a comlaint against Samsung for selling poor quality phones and setting up poor quality service centers.

Worst customer service I had never seen. I also bought a J600 Mobile in Oct 2007. I got a problem(Phone dead) just after the warranty expires in the month of Nov 2007. When I gave it to the service center in Domlur(Cell Solutions), they told it will cost around Rs500.00 and would take 1 week time. After one week when I called they told to come after 2 days. When I went after 5 days, they let me wait, then checked for the fault of the mobile and told me that it would cost Rs1500.00 to change the LCD and some other component. Also they said that after changing these parts they will check and tell and If anything else found problem, I have to pay for that also. I brought the phone back unrepaired.

After one month I wanted to rectify it anyway. So went back to them. The lady who was sitting there told me that water had entered and it would cost Rs 600.00. I thought to check what will they tell after 1 week. So I told her to take the order. I went there by 10:50 am. Until 11:40 am they couldn't take up the order because of network connection.Then I came back with out giving it for service.

Now I am thingking that whether I shall go to other service centre or go for a new Good brand mobile. Also now I am worrying about the other Samsung products like Washing machine and Refrigerator I have.

The customer service is VERY VERY VERY... POOR...
Really Samsung and their business support peaple cheating the people.
When they sell lot of products, they should give good quality product or good quality service. But they give good quality adverisement with Amir kahan, ..., etc., If they are not able to do, why do they do business.

Samsung Complaints - Samsung Mobile: Replacement

I brought Samsung brand new mobile phone SGH-i450 Ultra Music in the month of July 2008. The mobile suddenly after 6 months the phone has problem with Calls Incoming and Outgoing both side, every time I have to switch off and switch on for any calls.

I walked to Samsung Services Plaza, No 9, 27th main, 1st stage, BTM layout, Bangalore Service center and they updated the Mobile Phone Software and give back to me, but the problem was not rectified properly, so next day again I walk to them and then they suggested the phone motherboard need to changed and that will take minimum of 15 days time, on 21st March I called and they have mentioned that phone is ready, but when I checked the phone I found that the phone having the same problem nothing was resolved also when I tried to open the camera that also not open and gave me error message “General Syntax Error”.

Again on 22nd I walked to then and ask what they have done with the phone? The Service Center Manager Mr. Vinay Kumar told me on that day “sir, its commercial problem, please provide your Phone Purchase Bill we will replace it within 10 days and for verification you’ll received call from our Mumbai office.” I have submitted all required documents.

After 10 days when I called them they said the Area Sales Manager Mr. Praveen Kumar, please contact him on his Mobile +[protected] and he will update you the status of your phone, from that time to till now I tried to reach Mr. Praveen kumar and found he switch off his phone.

How strange one Area Sales Manager SWITCH OFF his phone? Every day I tried to reach him but till now his phone is switch off, meanwhile, everyday I called Mr. Vinay kumar and the response I get from him is “I don’t have any update on this”

Is this not strange? He is also designated as Manager and don’t have update. From now days he also stop talking my phone calls. It’s approximately 2 months and sees what I am suffering. I am really frustrated with the Service and the response from the Service center.

Please be advise what should I do to rectify this?

I have purchased a Samsung J 600 mobile on 06/09/08 and during Feb '08 it was dead. I lodged a complaint at the authorised service centre in Hosur - Tamilnadu and handed over my mobile for repair. They made me run from pillar to post and after repeated followup of about one and half month in hosur & selam i have received my mobile back. Within a span of two weeks again problem started and automatically getting switched off. Again ran to the service center and lodged a complaint and they told to collect the very next day. It took literally 10 days to get an answer from them that it was not working and we have sent to our selam office for repair. Spoke to the Samsung - Manager and no response from them when I will receive my mobile back after repair. It is so difficult for me to invest for a new mobile neither and it is very difficult to meet my communication needs without a mobile. At this juncture I would like to get a replacement for my mobile.

The nearest service centre operator has been saying that they don't have the part which is to be changed. SGHJ600 last year on 15.08.2008. the set is still under warranty period and around 20 days ago it developed some technical problem and as a result of which the touch pad is not functioning properly.
i have got the set repaired by your service centre at Paonta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh) already more than thrice all in vain. the problem reccurs every now and then either the same day or after two to three days.

I had problem with my samsung sj700i series handset which was purchased in July 2007. I had given my handset for repair to M/s. Cell Solutions, Domlur on 22.02.2010 IMEI No. [protected]-23765. Even after a month has passed there is proper response from the service centre. They dont lift their phone when we call. By chance if they lift the phone, they dont give the status of the service. 3-4 times I had personally visited the service centre. Inspite of my repeated calls and visit, there is no satisfactory response received. I think Samsung should seriously look into the matter and immediately cancel this particular service centre immediately. Such a poor service in a private sector company would definitely spoil the rapport of Samsung..

      I had launched the complaint on 16.10.08 whereby a mechanic had come on the 17th & told me that the compressor has to be replaced by a new one.Upon constant calling I am gettinng the answer that the spare part is not available.Foe a neccesity product like a fridge, the samsung after sales service department is showing a complete lack of professionalism.There is a constant answer right from the junior staf[censored]pto the manger to whom I have talked.My compalint no is [protected].Samsung India has proved to be a complete failure in terms of customer care especially when it is the peak of festivity & therre are constant visitors in Indian homes for Diwali.

        POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE


        Please note that complaint to subject Air conditioner was lodged 20 days back vide B.P No.-[protected] and service person reached home and checked A.C. However it is strange that after several reminders and follow up. repair of control panel of A.C has still not been done.

        Please check and arrange for urgent repair
        I have bought a window AC on 17/4/2009 from Vasanth & Co Dealer, T-Nagar, Chennai. On 21/4/2009 a person from service came for installation and found that the ac is damaged and it cannot be used. Next day itself we went to the dealer for replacement but they told they cannot replace it and raised a complaint in Samsung.
        But when we contacted Samsung customer care, we came to know that, it will take 45 days for replacing. So we are forced to wait 45 days after spending the full amount for the Samsung AC. We got the damaged piece and its their fault. I cannot understand for this why we are forced to adjust. I asked for a standby till it got replaced and even that also Samsung is not ready to provide.

        Please check whether it is possible to replace it before that, atleast within 1 week.

        In chennai summer, its very difficult to manage, thats y we bought AC, but we are again forced to suffer in this summer because of the irresposible Samsung dealings.

          2 months back[protected] i purchased SAMSUNG Fully Automatic top loading washing machine and SAMSUNG Grill type microwave oven from Nandilath G-MART, Trivandrum. When samsung technician came and unwrapped the washing machine, I saw scratches above the tub area....

          i dropped two cheques of total amount Rs. 32000 on 1 oct. 2008 in your drop box in Hazratganz, Lucknow.The cheque is on my name. I have no account in HDFC Bank. but It was dropped because HDFC was written on the bank and was issued by my company for the month of june and july.             ine one set the battery gets discharged immediately after it is fully carged. in the other set the screen displays lines and the battery problem of getting discharged. we sent the sets to your service centres firstly at patparganj. delhi and again at nehru enclave kalkaji., where we were made to make several visits for pick up an ultimately we had to contact ur sr mnager incharge of service centre. the problem still persist. please advise us what we should do with the 2 handsets purchased with the trust that SAMSUNGis a internationally known brand & known for quality & service, which now just seems to be total farce. aweaiting immediate reply & further action in the matter.

              My dvd player has been giving me problem since i have bought it. It sometimes automatically switches on to next track while playing video and sometimes the dvd stops and starts from the beginning. I complained this to samsung service centre in pathankot(punjab). They told me that it will be done in a day, but they have taken my dvd player for more than a week and they are delaying its delivery. Every time we call they say that it will be delivered in the evening, but nothing happens.

                I purchased a Samsung Mobile phone ( Model No. J-600) on 17/11/2007 at Hubli, Karnataka.
                I could not hear the callers voice, so i took the phone to the Authorised Dealers, Ratna Electronics, Secunderabad & Basheerbagh ( as I am residing in A.P at present)on 04/09/08. They checked my phone and told that the FP CB had gone bad. I requested for a dummy phone which was not given. I was promised that the above mentioned component will be available by a week. I have been calling repeatedly and they are just giving me a run around, saying that it will be available soon.
                Now I'm without a phone for almost 40 days. I had to borrow a friends phone to use as I cannot be without a phone for such a long time.
                And the most important point is that My Phone's Warranty will expire on 16/11/2008. Now I have the feeling that these people are purposely postponing the repair till I complete my warranty period so that they can charge me. If this is not the case, there cannot be any reason for them to keep postponing the repair giving illlogical & wierd reasons.

                  I have purchased Samsung SCH-S259 (OF6272FO) mobile on 14.06.2008 from M/s. Tatafone Centre, Kalyan (W). After passing one month, I have noticed that there is a problem with keypad of the mobile (keypad malfunction). M/s. Tatafone guided us to register the complaint with the Samsung Service Centre. Samsung Service Centre issued the W/Order No. WA[protected] dated 09.08.2008 and also promised me if it is not repaired then they will issue new mobile to me.                     For about a month I am receiving messages from porn sites, pharmacy sites, etc. The message is received with the following details:

                    Call cost: Rs. 0/-

                    This will lead to a chain of messages minimum 2 in count.

                    Whenver I receive such message, the functionality of the mobile is diabled for about 15 minutes after which the mobile gets activated automatically again.

                    Sometimes I may receive calls from such numbers. Incoming call keeps buzzing and the mobile functionality gets de-activated

                    Kindly look into the proble mimmediately.

                      MySelf, Rakesh Lakhani has given my mobile phone model no SGH-C170 for repair with Samsung Service Centre located at Sector 22, Chandigarh on 7th Oct 2008.

                      b) Work order no WA[protected], Model No SGH-C170, RSN No : [protected], Date of Purchase 18/11/2007 from Mobile Store

                      c) I have been told to collect on 10th Oct 2008 .

                      d) When I visited the Service Centre on 11th October 2008, I have been told by Mr Deepak Sharma(Manager) to collect my mobile on Monday ie 13th Oct 2008, as the mobile has gone to delhi for repair..

                      e) When I started shouting on Mr Deepak, He suddenly took out my mobile & handed over to Mr Sarabjeet, Engg to repair it.

                      f) After 5 min, he told me that mobile is working ok now.

                      g) When your engineer has so much of confident that he has repaired my mobile then, why I have been told to collect on 13th October2008, Why the company is harassing the customers.

                      h) My Mobile is still under warranty, I need the service report from Samsung, mentioning that mobile is working fine & has been thoroughly checked.

                      i) Mr Deepak has refused to provide me the service report, which shows that Service centres are un-necessary harassing the customers.

                      j) I have been told by Mr Deepak, that I can contact any one, he does’nt care & has mis-behaved with me.

                      k) My Mobile is still under warranty.

                      l) I spoke to Mr Baroch, customer care of Samsung Phones & discussed this in detail.

                      m) Mr Baroch has provide me the mobile no of owner of service centre of Samsung, which is not working.

                      n) You are requested to look into this matter personally & take the action accordingly.

                      o) If, I will not receive any reply from your side on or before 48 hrs, then I will have to take the second step accordingly.

                      p) I need the Service Report of your engineer, clearly mentioning that he has thoroughly checked the phone & has rectified the problem.

                      q) Also, the no of days, I will not receive my phone to be added in my warranty period.

                      r) I spoke to Mr Amarjeet Renu, Owner of the Service Centre located at Chandigarh, He has refused to provide me the Service Report.

                        I had bought a Samsung Mobile Phone - Model SGH-C170 (Sl.RW5Q604824f, IMEI No.[protected] on 2.9.08 from Shakti Electronics located at Rajindra Nagar SBD. Ghaziabad, vide their invoice number.4251.

                        I brought this phone on 2/9/08 and on 9/10/08 it stopped functioning.

                        Now on 10/10/08 I went to your authorized service center (10/c 246 Vasundhra near Vanasthli Public school, Ghaziabad).

                        No engineer was there to help me. Only receptionist was there. She told me to get it back on 13/10/08.

                        On 13/10/08 I went there, now I got the engineer he told me that the whole motherboard need to be replaced & it will take 2 weeks time & he doesn’t have any backup phones as well.
                        If I am in a hurry he told me to go to your okhla center. Why is that so? Both are authorized centres right?

                        Can you please suggest should a customer have to have multiple phones with him to fight such kind of situations.

                        I also don’t understand what quality you people are selling. With in a month the motherboard got damaged.

                        Can you please look into the service provided into your service centers as well.

                          I have bought the samsung Top loading fully automatic washing machine on 8/10/2008 from samsung plaza, noida, sec-62.I have made call at demo centre from last three days to show the demonstration, but no response came from them.If these people do this much time in just for demonstration then if any technical problem wiil come, then how much time they will take?                               Dear sir,
                              I am Mr. Jeewan from chandigarh i have two samsung mobile in the name of myself jeewan & Sita ram, samsung model no.SCH-s269 & SGH-X430MSAIND. I had submitted both mobile at service station at sector-41 on dt.23/08/08 vide work order no.[protected] (display Problem) & the other work Order No.[protected] on dt.18/08/08(Dead) & expected date of handset return is after two weeks. When we visited to service station, we told that mobile has been sent to Delhi for repair. You have to wait for 7-8 more days.Now it has been passed 60 days but i have not got my phones yet. I have tried to make calls in the regard, but, either they do not pick up the phone or we get replies that they will inform me but after repeated requests they have not called me yet.
                              If no action is taken by the company i will be compelled to knock the doors of the consumer court for justice to a non technical customer.
                              You are requested to please look into the matter & do the needful.

                              sir,
                              i want to inform you that my mobile set has been purchased on august/2008 . At about 15 days ago
                              there noticed a problem in my mobile . I contact your service centre at cabin -2. first floor, sco[protected], sector 22b, chandigarh-160022.after 1 day they they inform me that the battery is not in working
                              order properly as the whole set is in warranty period, i claim a new one. after 10 days till now they are not replacing me my battery. rather they are trying to cheating me in different sorts of ways.

                              sir you are claiming that youn are the generation next, but how this customer care team. it is worse than any indian governmental dept. till date.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am Sumit from Delhi Iam having a samsung model no.SCH-S379. Unfortunately LCD of the phone get broken by me and I had submitted the mobile at service station at CC-28, Nehru Enclave, Kalkaji vide work order no.[protected] (LCD Broken) expected date of handset return is after one week. After several time of talking to call centre every time same answer repeated by your executive. Even talking to Area Service Manager Mr. Ansari ([protected]) he always teaching the system of the company how they will proceed with complaints. It is requested you to please look into the matter positve ways so that my handset get returned in time.

                              Hope for favourable response & early action please.

                              I purchased one new Mobile phone, Model SGH- F270 of Samsung Co.from Hot Spot (Spice Retail Ltd.) S.C.O.1046, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh on 12th December, 2009 for Rs. 7, 000 for use of my college going daughter.The Serial No. of phone is RW4S751360B and IMEI No. 358221/02/040253/3.The computer generated Bill is in my possession. The phone set stopped functioning within a week and the same was deposited with the Samsung Care Centre, Sector -22 B, Chandigarh.They returned the phone on the same day saying that there is no defect in the phone. When we came home after collecting the phone from the Samsung Care Centre it again stopped functioning. They again did something to it and it started functioning again only for few hours. Thereafter, twice more we went the Samsung Care Centre and the phone met with the same fate of temporary functioning.Finally on 4th January, 2010 the Samsung Care Centre, Sector 22-B Chandigarh retained the phone on the pretext that its motherboard will be changed very soon on receipt of this component from New Delhi.After one week they told us that due to ongoing closing operations in our Head Office, components of phones are in short supply.and as soon as the component becomes available they will change the motherboard and repair the phone. After repeated visits to the aforesaid, the phone was returned to us on 31st January, 2010 with a new fault. When we again contacted them on 11th February, they told us that a software is not properly functioning, it will take two hours so you will have to deposit the phone with the Care Centre. When my daughter insisted that she could wait for two hours, the phone was returned after three hours saying it has been repaired. When she checked it then and there it was found not functioning.Then the Customer Care Centre retained the phone and asked to collect within two days i.e. on 15th February, 2010. But when contacted they told that they would inform us telephonically to collect the phone. Today i.e on 17th February, 2010 we received the telphonic message from the Customer Care Centre to collect the phone.We collected the same. Within one hour it again stopped functioning. We then contacted on phone to the Customer Care Centre they refused to listen to us.Then we contacted on phone to Head Office, Samsung India Electronics Ltd. New Delhi.They advised me to send e-mail to them. Hence this complaint. Now you can imagine the torture born by my daughter due to her singular mistake by insisting on purchasing phone of this particular model of your Company.You are requested to direct the Customer Care Centre Sector-22 to replace this mobile phone as all their efforts to repair it have failed. If the phone is not replaced within 7 days, otherwise, I will have no option but to knock the door of the Consumer Court.

                              samsung sch 379 — failure of motherboard twice in 5 months

                              sl no of my pho is A00000IDE9UF3 I PURCHASED THIS SET ON 28 JAN2010,from ganpati mobile store,sri ram tower,LUCKNOW after 3 months automaticaly its stop working,I HAD GONE TO authorsied samsung SERVICE CENTRE LOCATED IN MY CITY(basant refrigeration,sahabganj faizabad)they solved my problem by replacing the mother board of that set ok fine,
                              but yesterday it happens again my handset again stops working and this time the problem is the same,today again i reached to service center here they said we change motherboard
                              but i dont know why its happens my handset is in gurantee so they replaced it free of cost but when the gurantee ends i cant be afford to replace it in every 2 to 3 months.
                              I DONOT WANT TO KEEP THIS HANDSET REPLACE IT FULLY WITH ANOTHER MODEL OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK .my no is [protected], karan
                              I am tanya gupta, write for times of india..the service centre in jalandhar, opposite hdfc bank in cool road is useless. I hd taken my mobile to the as it sometimes created trouble in getting charged.these guys, especially manjeet there, fiddled and gave me the mobile undone and now it does not charge at all. they have made the mobile completely unfunctional without relief.The spare part was not available and the dealing of the staff was atrocious.Is this the client satisfaction, samsung promises and claims? I ll bring the underhand activities out in the media, if the company people behave in this unprofessional way.

                                I purchased a Samsung SGH F480(Touchwiz Mobile). I wanted to add my contacts in groups. I am unable to do the same. There is a icon given for group, but there is no option to add group. I dont understand how this big bug is left in such a latest handset.
                                I have also checked for the same with Samsung customer care personell but they were also unable to get the problem solved out.
                                This procedure of repetative mails and calling the Customer care was of no use. They were also not updated with the same. I think I m stucked up.

                                Samsung Mobile... Please wake up and help resolve customer queries.
                                U can add a group.

                                Click on Phonebook
                                There are 4 icons at the bottom of the screen
                                Click on Orange coloured icon
                                Now you will see the Group screen
                                Again you will see 4 icons at the bottom of the screen
                                Click on the first purple coloured icon with + sign in lue colour
                                Now you will get the option for creating new Group
                                Enter group name and save
                                That's it.
                                bluetooth is not working proper
                                It's a junk mobile

                                I hate the bloody model

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  We have bought Samsung Refrigerator (Model RT31M-0230) 1.2 years back. We have registered a complain(Ref# [protected] ) on 17th September 2008 to samsung's authorised dealer of Mangalore regarding non-cooling of the refrigerator.
                                  After 2 days of time Engineer from the service centre gave a visit and informed that there are two parts required for the repairing and will be done immedietly. But later though we have done regular followups, no one turned out for firther actions.When I visited to their office, all the staffs and engineers were not at all giving any good response. They informed there is one part available and they are waiting for the next part to arrive.Without both parts they cannot do the repairing.They assured that on 4th October they will visit and repair. On 4th I have recived the call inforing the engineer will visit with the same one part which was available and they wil repair the refrigerator. Thsi is utter foolishness to play with a customer.Same Engineer(MR.Shashi) who infomrmed that he canot repair with one part is informign that he will repair, that too after consuming 15days.When we cannot use frdige for these many days, with regular followups these people were answerign relaxingly and not at all bothered the problems faced by a consumer.
                                  This made me to complain to Banaglore customer care.The senior customecare staff(Ms.Pooja) regsitred the compain and informed that she will take quick actions and will make sure problem will be solved. There was no response again. Again I had called twice and asked the status.They had assured the quick solution and now its 9th and not a single call or any engineer or rep has visited.
                                  I am really wonderign how can company like Samsung can have such a worst way of handling customer and provide such a pathetic asfter sales service.
                                  I'm still waiting for someone to take this matter seriously and make sure my problem will be sorted out.
                                  Unfortunatley similar problem is faced by my neighbor whos is also a samsung customer for refrgeator.

                                  Hope I will find some respose soon.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have purchased a Samsung Mobile phone NOTE 3 neo from M/S Mobile World .Barakar vide Bill No 144 on dated 14/09/2014(Rs.24800).
                                  But sorry to inform u that from the starting the above mobile is hanging, heating & inernet problem is occuring, I informed the dealer about the problem but he advised me to contract to service center & I also visted the service centre at Asansol & theysaid that it only the software problem .So they updated the software but problem is not shortout then I also contracted online customer care through smarttutor but till now problem is not solved.
                                  Few days ago Mr. Asharaf of Samsung Service Center Asansol counter No.1 called me & said they will change the board as becouse it was available in service center but due to some reason I could not visit the service center on that day.
                                  Again on 08/05/2015 I receved a call from Mr. Ashraf Con. No 1 regarding for changing the board .So I visited at service center about 6.15 pm on the same day. I met Mr Ashraf Conter NO. 1 & he advised me for chaning the board to resolve the problem, but I disagreed for chaning any spares part /reparing the mobile asbecouse I want to replace my phone complitly. But he refused to replace complitly & then he updated a softeware after that my phone started giving many probleblem i.e over heating, charging ing problem blue tooth not sharing, wify direct not shareing etc.
                                  Therefore u r requested kindly arrange to change the complite phone ohterwise I will knock the door of justice & as well as consumer firm also.

                                    I gave my microwave for repair in the samsung service center in chennai . The problem was with the Timer control knob. They charged me for Rs.4000 to repair. But they didn't do anything, the microwave is not working completely after repairing. The condition of the microwave is became worst after repairing .The cooking control knob and the timer knob is not working.I don't know what they have changed in my microwave.                                       i have samsung MWO madel no.CE2933G/XTL, sr no.00057ZBNA01212X purchased on 2003 Jan 01. Recently it stopped working i called up the service center and gave the MWO for repairs. After repeated enquiry i was told that the perticular PCB for this model is not being manufactured any more now. Therefor they will not be able to repair the MWO, so buy a new model. i am realy very much disheartened by the attitude the after sale service

                                      My samsung microoven model no.G2739N is lying for non availability of PCB or not possible by your servicemen to service it. So this makes me disheartened last few months and I would like to take decision not to buy any product of samsung in future because you marketed in India without giving assurrence of servicing properly. this is your major fault. stopping of production of parts of old model is very unfortunate. You should have to be come forward to dissolve our problem either byback or exchange. If not possible then you can leave your bussiness.from India.
