During Winter, I purchesed a 1.5 ton unit. When I started using it in Summer, there was no cooling .After lodging complaints various technicians came home and then they suggested that the unit has to be taken to the service centre for checking . Initially they took the external unit and later the internal unit. The Chennai service centre Based at Anna Nagar headed by Mr. Chellapandian (Service Manager) did welding of the leaked tube of the cooling coil and send it home. Now I find the the fins are bent even though the unit is working. It took over 2 weeks and many phone calls to get the unit back after repair
The question is, if the cooling coil is leaking the product was sent without proper checking from the factory. An airconditioner expert told me that if the internal unit shows defect, the panel shuld be replaced new since in future there can be leak and even the compressor can fail when I will have to shell out the money.

Please help me to clear this mess

    Dear sir,
    I have purchased a 6kg f/A WA80HAG washing machine of samsung on 26th march 2006.But from that date I was facing problems in that machine sometimes in motor, some time in drainage.spining etc.My complaint no. is [protected].From this no. you can check that how many times I made complaint to Samsung sevice center.Nearly after every 1 month or 2 month it get some problem.with in a warranty I request lots of time to change this peice, but every time your executive made temporary adjustment in it and ignore the matter.last year I also mail u, regarding this matter but nobody sees to
    it(ref-15th oct 2007 from [protected]@gmail.com ).lastly, on 27th may 2008 ther is some problem in its drainage system, i make complaint to ur service center.Next day one of the executive(Mr. Rameshwar) visit our house that said that its drainage motor is to be changed and he will bring it next day.but I wait for him next day but he
    didnt come.next day I call to ur CCS they said that he will come till noon, but when he wont come till noon then I call him personaly and he told that he will come in evening, I wait for him whole day but he didnt come.Next day I call to ur CCS, then again they say that he will come today
    surely.In noon I call him but he didnt pick the phone.for 2 days he doesnt pick the phone .After 2 days he come and change the motor
    Now hardly 15 day has gone, and again there is some problem in its drainage system.I have made complaint to ur CCs but I dont know whether any effective action will be taken or not.I never expect such type of response from such a big company.

    I humbly request u either do any fruitful action or either pl take this machine(full of problems)with u.

    Washing Machine — Machine doesn't start

    Purchased Digital Sensi logic machine in April-2007 in navi Mumbai. Recently shifted toGurgaon.Machine was working nicely for 10 days. Now giving problem.

    Water does'nt fill inside machine, after powering up and selecting option water level, program
    and process.
    Checked water inlet-OK. . Pl send somebody to check as soon as possible.

      I bought an automatic SAMSUNG washing machine on 21/9/2008 and it was delivered at 7 pm that day. Sl. No. W0765ZCO804831 / M/s. FAIZ & Co., Adambakkam, Chennai-88.

      As of now (23/9/2008 / 1700 hours), the drain hose is NOT connected yet. I am UNABLE to make use of the machine? Whats the use - buying a SAMSUNG?

      I have made about 6 calls to your chennai Cus-Care No. but NO RELIEF yet. My LAUNDRY of the past 4 days is waiting?

      Shall I send it to them?

      The drain hose is also SHORT in lenght? Can't you provide about 1.5 metres length of it.

      Advise & Revert EARLY with no further DELAY.

      I regret having gone for SAMSUNG.

        The above mobile set is in the warranty period. While accepting the set for repair the service center couldnot provide a service set with the remark that Samsung does not have any such policy. I was forced to buy another phone ( a Nokia this time) to survive the period of repair which was supposed to be 4-5 days. It is now over 10 days no one has any clue about the status of the complaint. The service center was in Malviya Nagar.
        Can somebody help.

          The problems faced by us:-
          1) Foul smell comes out of as if something inside the machine is burning.
          2) The function of the machine is spoilt.
          3) Recycling gets done a second time.
          4) Unwanted noise appears from the drump.
          5) Service man had come to see the product and had adviced us repair the product instead of replacing the product.



          It is our sincere request to please look into the matter and do the replacement of machine.
          Sorry for the inconvenience.

          We have bought a 29" Flat Colot TV Samsung Model No : CS29M50, the pictures are oval at the top and color patches appear at various places in the screen, in wite background the screen appear yellowish, we bought from Samsung Show Room SAKSHE ELECTRONICS, NO 84 GN Chetty Road Chennai, We found the patches at the time of DELIVARY we called upon the sales person (PRASAD, CELL NO : [protected]) he told it will be rectified if not it will be replaced, a service person came and he cant able to rectify replying its manufacture defect found in all 29"TV . Prasad too not attending the problem . So we try a last chance here by mailing to samsung directly hoping our problem will be solved or replace it to an lcd we ready to pay you . And if not so we decided to file a case customer court . Hope your reply as early as possible

            I purchased samsung j600 by mar 2008 now there is an problem in display . i went to your authorized service center

Puram, Coimbatore - 641002( Pin code 641002) (STD Code[protected] . wat service people told me was there is a strip which is to replaced in my mobile ... and i have been waiting for strip replacement and this is my third week its nearing to month... still how long to wait.pls contact me [protected]
            I have purchase samsung SCH-j600 in the month of may 2008
            currently i am facing display problem it is showing white i can see any thing but still i can receive call and talk. when i went to service station he told me you have to change display which is not there with us the stock you need to wait for week how can a authorized service make a customer to wait for weeks together like this with out response.
            I dont know what to do with the mobile know.

              this is the second time i m making a complaint, i thought that atleast making a complaint wil help me out...but this has given me lost hopes, my last complaint was on 18 sept. 2008, i had specified the address of the service center as well as my work order no., i repeat it for your convenience.the address is SHARP TELECOM, office no. 13, 14, 15, shanti complex, narpatgiri chowk, mangalwar peth, pune-411011.my work order is 10001.
              it is really very harrasing, as past one month i am without a handset.is this really the output of the company???????????because if they are taking more than 1 month for a single handset i wonder that these people will keep it for years...

              Hello All,

              I had brought a Samsung OmniaW mobile (IEMI - [protected]) on 04th March 2012. Speaker of the Phone is not working from last more than 1 month. I have submitted my Phone at Samsung Service Center, Nehru Place, New Delhi for repair.

              I got call from service center that they have found moisture in phone, however that was not detected by the technician when he collected the phone, even though I am surprised that how come the moisture has came.

              After that I have escalate my case to Samsung Support team (complaint no is [protected]) and several communication mails have been exchange but still struggling in getting the problem fix.

              Please help me to fix this issue as soon as possible.

                i have given my samsung e-250 mobile phone to Gurgaon samsung service centre, sector- 31 dt. 27/8/08 due to some problem of autooff in handset, till date i have not received my hand set.
                they have not provide any other phone. i have register my complaint on call centre also, but i have not respone to this side. they provide me area general manager (AGM) no., but they have on meeting last 3 days, no. is going to switch off.

                  Room AC purchased on 14.05.05 was detected for mall functiong of the compressor and the same replaced FOC but they have charged Rs.800/ for gas fill and Rs.200/ for capillary which is not in tune with the warranty of 5 yrs for SEALED system.
                  Secondly the have charged for transport whereas boolet provides FOC transportation within MUNICIPAL limits .

                    This Is to Inform you that even after your repairs, Our Front-loading/ washing Machine 5.5kg Model No.1043 Is not functioning well, It is therefore please reprimand your mechanic and send another man to correct the fault, we register the Complaint through by samsung toll free number but still there not revoking the any step's to clear the fault next i ill ready to go for the Consumer court also regarding about ur poor service and product, then i have the warranty also...

                      I really dread your support structure and the reponse. It is really pathetic.

                      I had logded a complaint at[protected] on 09/08/2008 for my Refridgerator. The BP No. provided was [protected]. Even after repeated followups, tilll date the call has been pending.

                      I think I have a made a mistake in purchasing the product and now am regretting my decision.

                      Now, if the call does not get resolved within a week fro today, the only option left is to go to the consumer court along with relevant documents and try to get justice from the court.

                        My Samsung double door 410L refrigerator was bought in July 2003. For the past one year there have been problems off and on regarding its cooling. Either it doesn't defrost or it doesn't cool. The Samsung service engineers would come and melt off the ice and say its fine. But it would stop cooling after some time. Finally after multiple visits from the Samsung engineers I filed complaint no[protected] on May 29th. After repeated calls to the service center, some rude engineer came and said that some thermometer has to be replaced since its not defrosting right. Again there was no communication and finally I was told the part is not available. Long story short, my fridge stopped working completely in the mean time and after a MONTH they got the part and changed it. How can it take A MONTH TO GET A PART FOR AN MNC LIKE SAMSUNG. Do we still live in the dark ages - have they not heard of couriers?? When called, the Gurgaon service manager Sushil Sharma told me very rudely that nothing can be done. When will these companies wake up and take service more seriously. Why can't we sue these companies for false promises and for selling dud products to consumers?!

                        Again my fridge is not cooling and this time I am told a PCB needs to be fixed. I filed a complaint on Sept 6th (no[protected] and again I call daily and am told that it will take another couple of days to get the part. So who will compensate me for the mental trauma and the aggravation that this complete lack of service is causing me?! Again it will take atleast a month for a company like Samsung to procure the part?!

                        I wonder how its got to be a $80bn company with terrible service like this!! I am never buying another Samsung product - we had a similar experience with a Samsung home theater system (its now sitting in our attic gathering dust after various Samsung engineers spoilt it after just one year of buying). I just dont want more consumers to throw their money down the drain like us...

It is very scking that a company like Samsung has appointed a service centre where the people are fraud and cheater. It is a bad name for Samsung as well as the management of the company.                         I myself had horrible experience with Samsung Refrigerator. It is a Hiamlayan Blunder that I ourchased this nth rate refrigerator. The After Sales Service and Customer Care is far far worse than the worst service. The following vouchsafe my comments:
                        I am a victim of pathetic Customer Care and After Sales Service of Samsung Refrigerator

                        Samsung Refrigerator, SR-29 EMB was purchased on 02.06.2003.

                        On 15.07.2006 Defroster Timer and BI MRTal were replaced and was charged Rs.1023/- by Samsung.
                        Again the Frig became dysfunctional. The Motor unit was replaced on 05.05.2009 and was Charged Rs.680/-
                        Within a couple of days the Frig became dysfunctional. After several calls the Service Engineer of Samsung said that the Compressor is out of order and is to be replaced. This was done on 15.05.2009. I had to cough up Rs.4374/-
                        Hardly a month elapsed and again the cooling system failed. After a scores of Calls to the Customer Care the Service Engineer came on 03.07.2009 and found that the gas is leaking, due to improper welding and shoddy work by the previous Service Engineer who replaced the Compressor. He promised that he will come on 05.05.2009, Monday, positively and repair the Frig.
                        So far no one has come.
                        My repeated Calls to the Customer Care viz., S/Shri Arun, Vinod, Johnson and Jaffer from 05.05.2009 did not have any response nor any tangible action was taken.
                        Over the phone, to the Customer Care, one can hear repetitions like a parrot "Your call is very important, it is monitored for quality purpose" !!!
                        It is a strange coincidence that the Motor and the Compressor became dysfunctional after just five years and odd months, immediately after the Warranty period !! Even the replacement of the Compressor was not done properly and the Frig became dysfunctional.
                        It boils down to the fact that the manufacture and qualityof the Frig is so calibrated that it becomes dysfunctional immediately after the Warranty Period!!!.
                        Hats off to such amazing precision and quality !!!

                        Experience and the facts prove beyond any shadow of doubt, that there is neither Quality in the manufacture of the Frig nor After Sales Service.
                        The authorised Service Centre, viz., Hi-Tech Solutions, Villiwalkam, Chennai-600049 should be blacklisted for their callous, indifferent and impudent behaviour and shoddy and third grade maintenance and repair work.

                        The gullible and hapless Customer has to bear the brunt of indifference and passive attitude of the Service Centra and the Customar Care and also financial loss and suffer mental agony.

                        myself had horrible experience with Samsung Refrigerator. It is a Hiamlayan Blunder that I ourchased this nth rate refrigerator. The After Sales Service and Customer Care is far far worse than the worst service. The following vouchsafe my comments:
                        I am a victim of pathetic Customer Care and After Sales Service of Samsung Refrigerator

                        Samsung Refrigerator, SR-29 EMB was purchased on 02.06.2003.

                        On 15.07.2006 Defroster Timer and BI MRTal were replaced and was charged Rs.1023/- by Samsung.
                        Again the Frig became dysfunctional. The Motor unit was replaced on 05.05.2009 and was Charged Rs.680/-
                        Within a couple of days the Frig became dysfunctional. After several calls the Service Engineer of Samsung said that the Compressor is out of order and is to be replaced. This was done on 15.05.2009. I had to cough up Rs.4374/-
                        Hardly a month elapsed and again the cooling system failed. After a scores of Calls to the Customer Care the Service Engineer came on 03.07.2009 and found that the gas is leaking, due to improper welding and shoddy work by the previous Service Engineer who replaced the Compressor. He promised that he will come on 05.05.2009, Monday, positively and repair the Frig.
                        So far no one has come.
                        My repeated Calls to the Customer Care viz., S/Shri Arun, Vinod, Johnson and Jaffer from 05.05.2009 did not have any response nor any tangible action was taken.
                        Over the phone, to the Customer Care, one can hear repetitions like a parrot "Your call is very important, it is monitored for quality purpose" !!!

                        Evem I am facing a similar issue since the day i bought the refrigirator.
                        For every 4-5 months, the refrigirator stops cooling and the service persons refill the gas.
                        And the worst part of it is that they charge us for the manufacturing defects.


                        It's good to post these comments so that atleast few people are out of the Samsung's irritating service engineers.

                          I have purchased Samsung CTV – CS29Z57MV from Samsung's exclusive showroom M/s.Sakshe Electronics, T.Nagar, Chennai on 04/07/08.

                          The same has been delivered to my place on 05/07/08. Delivery boys unpacked the TV, plugged in for checking on/off and said ok. But I could notice a spill on one of the sides of TV. When it was enquired, I was asked to contact service center.

                          The complaint has been booked immediately through your service center by me. The complaint Reg. No. is [protected].

                          One Mr.S.R.Murugesan attended the complaint within 2 days and he told us the backpanel of the TV cabinet has a manufacturing defect The assembling screw holes have been enlarged and this spare has to be replaced by the sales dealer. (Sakshe Electronics). He has promised me to bring in the new spare within a week.

                          The above said has happened before 10/07/08. After which in spite of numerous calls and reminders my complaint has not been solved till date (18/09/08). Week after week excuses and silly reasons have been told to me for not solving this complaint.

                          I have lost my patience with this problem. Pl help me to do care to provide needed remedy immediately.

                          It will be more apt to address myself as a victim of Samsung rather than a customer of Samsung. It all began with my purchase of Samsung CTV at Sakshe Electronics - T.Nagar - Chennai - Tamilnadu on 4th July 2008 (Bill enclosed). I was happy that time unknowing the bitter consequences of this purchase in which a Samsung CTV along with a manufacturing defect was delivered to me. Please look into the copy of my previous mail enclosed herewith for your reckoning.

                          I have been calling and mailing your service center repeatedly but in vain. All my patient efforts to make you people realize and resolve my request has failed miserably. I never expected such ruthless, reckless, negligence and breach of trust from Samsung service that too for all fault of yours by delivering me a CTV with a manufacturing defect. Loss of money, harassment, negligence and breach of trust by your service center has put me to severe stress and mental agony.

                          I no more hope or look forward for any positive gesture from your service center. In remembrance of this sour experience from Samsung Iam planning to organize a burial ceremony for the CTV you supplied me. Being a popular journalist myself, Iam inviting the entire news media to this event to be held at the Kannammapettai Burial Ground which is very famous in Chennai.

                          It would be grandeur if your Head-Customer Services who is not having a minimum courtesy to acknowledge my previous mail, could participate and grace this ceremony. Please inform me your convenient date and time, so as to make further arrangements.

                          Hope you will cooperate well atleast for this final ceremony of the ‘Late Samsung CTV’.

                          Sub:- Pathetic after Sales Service by SAMSUNG

                          I logged in complaint for my TV through the Customer care number on 25th October 2008 vide reference number [protected] and was assured that engineer will fix up within 24 hours but next two days being Sunday & Diwali holiday engineer will come only on Tuesday. Today is 31st October and is 8pm no engineer has turned up till now inspite of me calling up their service center number's 26181306 / 26181320 lots of time in the past days and speaking to several people (one being Raj Shekhar) and always they say that engineer will be reaching my place after one hour. Because of the false commitments my wife lost her two days pay.
                          This is an excellent example of negligence of SAMSUNG in giving after sales service. As a customer I have lost faith in SAMSUNG. Making false commitments & not able to close complaint even after 6 days speaks about After Sales service.
                          I would say never go for products of such a company.

                          Samsung TV — poor service & no responce

                          I HAVE PURCHASE THE TV ON24/11/2008 FROM GUPTA ELECTRONICS EAST ROHTASH NAGAR SHAHDARA DELHI 32. IT HAS COLOURS PROBLEM AND SOUND PROBLEM. I MADE A COMPLANTS ON 7/12/2008.                           I also a victim of the Samsung product just as like problem faced by G.Gowtham, [protected]@gmail.com (Same to same nothing change).
                          after one month of purches of SAMSANG TV from E-Zone chennai, I noticed problem in TV, No picture form the TV and Sound is coming from back side of TV When I switch on the TV. I registrated a complian in chennai customer care ref no. [protected] on 21/03/2009. At initial customer care people told they will send service engineer with in 24 hrs, but after my numerous calls to customer care, I successed to bring the service enginer to attend the problem after I weak. I though It will be completed to day. then started one more problem the service engineer had repleced some parts in PCB board and tried to rectify the problem, but his 2 hrs job gone waste and he told some problem with one of the part in the PCB and he took that PCB with him and told he will fix the problem and com back on next day. but till know no one called me and informed about the status of the problem.
                          But customer care people every time asking and verify the address and phone number detail which will remain fixed when repeatedly call to them, but they are not doing any thing to the customer.

                          Finally what Iam saying the Samsung will produce the substandard products to the customer and importantly they make customer fools.

                          So My aim to see no one should become victim for any samsung products. I am going to start this by spreading this matter.

                          Pls though you are suffer of samsung products are not spread this compliants (customer reviews) to every one and make them to enjoy their lesure time with other company products (like sony etc).

                          Never Look for money, but look fro pleasure and peace when you are buying any product.

                          Samsung TV — Negligence of service of my TV

                          I had purchased a Samsung TV for my old mother from Sundaram Electronics Nagercoil, Kaniyakumari district, Tamilnadu at about three years back. Now the Video is not functioning in the TV. My mother had contacted the authorised Samsung service centre in Nagerecoil situated in Eagle Gate compound. But all my mothers attempt was in vein.

                          Later I brought the TV and registerd (Reg. No [protected]) in Thiruvananthapuram. I contacted[protected] for the service. I had revealed their attention frequently.
                          They were agreeing whenever I called them for their service. But astonish to say, when I called them today morning, they say that the registration no. was cancelled due to the contact missing.

                          As a custamer, my view about SAMSUNG has been shaded with black, considering the after sale service. Please note that we are the people not in the sector o[censored]se and thorugh away line. Any how, the negligence of after sale service is not suitable as for as a company like SAMSUNG is concerned.

                          Dear Sir,

                          With reference to above I am very sorry and sad to inform you that I am in possession of a 21S8ML Color TV at my home. The said TV got some problem all of sudden and I promptly booked a service request at 11.00 am on[protected] with your customer Care Phone Number [protected]. The person on duty gave my service request control No. [protected] and assured me that the authorised engineer shall phone me and visit to my place before 8.00pm on same day to repair my TV. In addition to this, I being a member of My Samsung network of your technical service, I booked my complaint online also.

                          One engineer later in the day phoned me and confirmed that he is coming soon. To my surprise thereafter no body visited to my home to get my TV repaired and no further phone call came in.

                          Next day on[protected] at 11.00 am, I booked a complaint online and they apologized for the delay and assured me to get the TV repaired on[protected] in any case. When no phone call came in on 20th July too, I once again telephoned on your customer care numbers and they too offered me lip service with an assurance to get it done soon. Nobody turned up again on[protected].

                          I, agitated and once again phoned to your customer care numbers at 11.00am in the morning of[protected] and this time one Mr. Rahul picked up the phone and inquired my all bio data once again and he too felt sorry and assured me to get my TV repaired today in any case. He assured me that he shall personally monitor my complaint and do the needful. When none turned up by 5.00pm evening on[protected], I once again phoned at above numbers irritatingly and this time one Ms. Indu picked up the phone. She too repeated all the exercise of getting my bio data once again and she too assured me to get the work done by 8.00pm in any case. No phone call came in and no person turned up.

                          Again on[protected] at 12.15pm I once again lodged the complaint while the phone was picked up by another executive Ms. Sipra but in vein and my TV is still waiting for repair even 4 days have already been gone. In the evening one phone call ( from ph No. [protected]) of one Mr. Agam came on my mobile and he showed his inability to get my TV repaired on[protected] but promised me to get it done by 11.00 am of[protected] but I am still waiting these persons to turn up.

                          I do not know what is wrong with these people and why Samsung service center could not address my complaint in spite of lapse of 5 days. My concentration has in this way has now shifted to call upon daily basis to these people and request again and again. Now I have left with no option but to get my TV repaired from some unauthorized person.

                          I am really feeling sorry and surprise that a company of such a high repute have such a casual attitude towards its customer care and after sale service. I can now understand the reason why people have started preferring other brands now over you.

                          In any case, due to negligence and casual attitude of your persons, I along with my entire family could not see our TV programmes for entire 5 days and it has spoiled our evening bitterly. We all were forced to miss our daily news, Share quotes and entertainments for your failure in providing proper service. We being using your product therefore its your responsibility to provide us after sale service too. Your person could refuse booking complaint, if your company is not eager to offer services to its customers so that we could approach to some other engineers or service persons. I understand and believe that once you accepted my complaint and a prompt service control number was given to me it implies and leads to a contract and you are liable to honour your commitment. Your failure in providing service, results into breach of contract and liable for compensation. I and my family has thus suffered mental agony, unnecessary harassment and lost our valuable time in taking follow up action all the time with your customer care center.

                          You are therefore requested to please compensate me suitably for all these mental injury, harassment and spoiling of our evening entertainment caused to our family due to your negligence and casual attitude by Rs. 10000/-. Please note that my TV is still to be repaired and I would make claim of Rs. 5000/- per day till the time it is repaired.

                          If you still avoid repairing my TV and avoid compensating me, then I shall have to take the case with Consumer Courts and other social and legal forums at your cost and suit. You may please take this as my legal notice to you and if this is not addressed to my satisfaction then my advocate shall take next course of action.

                          I do hereby undertake that whatever I have mentioned herein above is correct and you can verify my all call and conversation records I had with your officers and other facts from your customer care center where all the phones are being recorded.

                            I bought Samsung Refrigerator from Griha Vybhav last year. It is down for more than 10 days and still have no clue when it is going to be repaired. The attitude of person handling the call is a big question. Strating from receptionist who handles call to the technician who comes for service have no respect for customers. I changed my mind not to buy any Korean products

                              i have purchased the samsungh karishma semi automatic washing machine in the year 2002. the outer cover was worn out within a year and was replaced. last year the spinner/drier was not working, and found that the wire was discnnected, . the same was repaired and charged rs.250 + charges. the same problem came last month and was repaired and the wire was connected. the same problem came this month also, ie within 45 days the same problem came. i contacted the customer care and informed that they will charge rs.250 and i have to pay. the worst service is the lack of service provided by the samsung engineer only and nothing is told about.

                                Dear sir i purchaged a samsung fridge from your auth. dealer from basti dist. basti (uttar pardesh).
                                sir i found some cooling and power problem in my fridge since last 4 month . when i share this problem with your dealer he give me customer care no. no is[protected]. when i talk your customer care he give me a bp no.[protected]. on dated 24 july 2008. but no any visit possiable from your company end. when i again talk your customer care they give me again bp no [protected]on dated 25 aug 2008. but till dte to due date no any visit for our call. please solved my problem as soon as possiable.

                                Samsung Refrigerator — Poor customer Support

                                Dear sir,

                                Last week I have registered a complaint and the no. is [protected] . Your person has visited our place (Mr. Rajesh - [protected]) on 30th of july and he informed that "Thermister" has to be replaced and will be back by next day with the new part. But next day he informed that thermister is not available so we have wait for one more day. On 1st he informed that he will be coming at 4.30 pm in the evening (we also requested him to come after 4.30pm as no body will be there at home in the day time) and we were waiting till 7.30 pm for him but he did not turn up and our calls were unanswered.

                                We would like to know that this is the way Samsung is giving the support to the customer. Actually i am promoter of Samsung products. All my household items are samsung. But in future when i purchase anything i will re-think that whether i have to go for samsung or not because of your poor customer support.

                                If possible pls instruct your people to do the needful for our refrigerator.

                                OR pls give me the contact no or email id of your senior most authority of Samsung.

                                Complaint BP no [protected] is pending since august 2008
                                Technical person (Mr Rajesh) visits onsite twice and ask me that parts are on demand
                                But how many times did I complaint for my products pending complaint
                                Mr Anil from Jammu J&K talk with me on phone and assured he will send any senior Technical Person to me and sort out the problem.
                                Now i am not complainting, I warn if year ending 2009 my complaint wil not be closed i will go to the consumer court with all the printout of my repeated complaints BP number/Bill/Warranty card and SMSs.
                                I will wait till 30th of December 2009

                                Refrigerator — poor services

                                I have purchased refrigeartor in 2003 and this year in April 2010 some problem arised and we lodged the complian and now agian problem is coming again and again they are demanding he service charges.This rediculuos a common can how many times pay service charges for repairing the same refrigeartor in same 6 month duration.
                                I will never purchased L g products in future and also convey to my friends this is a such type of cheating by L G company.

                                  Plz never buy any product from samsung. I bought a TV on 12th Aug and since then i am having problem in my TV and put a compalint for this compalint no is [protected]. And aslo i make a call daily to custmer care but nobody listening to me.

                                  THIS IS MY ADVICE "NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SAMSUNG"

                                    I want to inform u that we prached split ac from MANGLAM (SAMSUNG DIGITAL HOME) GUPTA INTERNATIONAL BUILIDING, M.I ROAD JAIPUR(RAJ) on 26 march 2008.
                                    starting 2 months we got installation prb and thet install it direct without any switch sys.Now cooling
                                    leakage prb in ac.I did complain to service center then a service man came and tol d abt prb.
                                    and som deffact in cooling part.
                                    So i request plz replace it as soon as possible.

                                    Samsung Split Air Conditioner — No service after receiving complete payment

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    This complaint is in reference to the servicing of my Samsung Split Air Conditioner. The details of the complaint and the complete log details are:

                                    1. We had logged a complaint calling at the Samsung toll free service center number[protected]. Our problem was discussed that the Air Conditioner does not cool and we were provided with a Complaint number [protected] and a time with a local Samsung service center to fix the problem.

                                    2. The local representative was sent by the manager at Amritsar branch Mr. Arun Sharma and the repair was carried out. The representative took Rs 1700/- from us, stating that the GAS has been filled in the AC and from now on the AC would work fine. However the Samsung service center technician was unable to satisfy our need to ensure that the gas was filled 100% and did not have any service document signed by us.

                                    3. It has been over 3 months and the AC is still not in a working condition and we have been chasing up and down with the Samsung service center in Amritsar. Mr Arun Sharma the manager at Amritsar clearly says that we would have to pay once again or else he would not fill the gas for us.

                                    4. Now Mr Arun sharma agrees that if we pay half the amount he will still fill the gas for us.

                                    5. We are completely unwilling to pay for the gas to be filled, as he would not like to pay for something twice when that gas has never been filled.

                                    We would request for assistance on the same, as we are being strong armed to shell more money and no service at all. As the AC is in our Industrial premises we have also ended up in losses for not running our machinery which runs at 25 degree c.

                                    Kindly Assist as this would be of tremendous help to us get value for what we paid for.

                                      i have buyed a Samsung 21 inch flat colour television on 9th july, 2008, there was red patch found on my screen, i immediately registered a complaint, the technician came and demagnatised and told me to keep the television on Flat surface, i did the same, but the red patch was still there, i again registered the complaint, technician came and he decided to change the part, from that day i am just going around the dealer, and spend money on phone, but still i have not suceeded. i have finally decided to leave it off to samsung guys and have strictly decided, hence forth i am not going to go with samsung in any case- thats the only choice left for me.

                                      my dealer - Jyothi electronics, RT nagar, near RT nagar police station, Bangalore - i think i have been cheated and he says that there is no question of replacing TV, even though i was ready to pay some extra money
