this is the second time i m making a complaint, i thought that atleast making a complaint wil help me out...but this has given me lost hopes, my last complaint was on 18 sept. 2008, i had specified the address of the service center as well as my work order no., i repeat it for your convenience.the address is SHARP TELECOM, office no. 13, 14, 15, shanti complex, narpatgiri chowk, mangalwar peth, pune-411011.my work order is 10001.
it is really very harrasing, as past one month i am without a handset.is this really the output of the company???????????because if they are taking more than 1 month for a single handset i wonder that these people will keep it for years...

samsung mobile.sgh-d840 — cheating and unprofessionalism
as earlier also i have complained about my cell phone and the problem i am facing from the company side, all of their executives are unprofessional.let it be there manager mrs KUSUM AGARWAL ([protected]) or mr.RAJIV BANSWAL([protected]).They both have cheated me with their words and fake commitments... firstly it was mrs kusum than its mr rajiv... both after committing are not picking my calls knowingly.i dont know what they guys are doin in so reputed company.a black spot in the market of cell phones.
i am really tensed because of these people and the phone of samsung model number SGH-D840(COMPLAIN NUMBER:[protected])
MY COMPLAIN HAST BEEN SOLVED TILL NOW AFTER SO MANY ASSURANCE FROM YOUR CALL CENTRE EMPLOYEES AND PROMISES OF mrs KUSUM and mr.RAJIV BANSWAL.
MR RAJIV EVEN CALLED ME UP AROUND A MONTH AGO AND PROMISED TO GET MY CASH REFUND FROM THE SERVICE STATION.BUT AGAIN A FAKE VALUED GESTURE HE DID.HE REFUSED THAT HE CALLED UP AND PROMISED ME FOR THAT.LEAVE ASIDE THE COMPANY BASED FAULT I HAVE IN MY CELL PHONE.ITS A MANUFACTURING AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IN REPAIRING OF YOUR COMPANY AND EXECUTIVES.
ON THAT YOUR MANAGERS ARE CHEATING.ITS BEEN MORE THAN 500 TIMES I TRIED CALLING KUSUM AGARWAL AND MORE THAN 100 TIMES TO MR RAJIV BANSWAL BUT NO ONE IS READY TO PICK THE PHONE.
ITS REALLY IRRITATING FROM THE COMPANY WHOS BRAND AMBASSADOR IS MR. AMIR KHAN.
FEW OF YOUR MANAGERS ARE DESTROYING THE CREDIBILITY YOU HAVE IN MARKET.
I HOPE THIS TIME SOME STRONG ACTIONS WILL BE IN EFFECT AND MY PROBLEM WILL GET RESOLVED.
