I had lodged a complaint for “no cooling at all” in respect of my Refrigerator Model No. SR-32EMB on 30 August 2008.The complaint was registered under BP [protected] as intimated by SMS.After repeated calls to Helpline, Ms Sarika (understand Customer Executive from New Delhi) called up and requested me that in case my complaint is not attended then I must call her up or Mr Jadhav.On 06 September 2008 Mr Dinesh Patil (mobile No.[protected]), Service Engineer visited my residence. After finding that the defrost timer relay was tripped he reset it. For the visit I was charged Rs 300/-vide receipt No. 4040.At the time of leaving Mr Dinesh Patil informed me that I must observe the refrigerator cooling and in case there is no improvement then I must call him up so that he can replace the defective timer @ Rs 1, 100/- The very next day I informed Mr Dinesh Patil but he refused to let me know about his next visit. My subsequent calls to him were not answered. Also my repeated calls to Helpline[protected] elicited the response that “my complaint has been noted and somebody would contact me before ------- time”. This continued for many days and on 28 September morning Mr Arvind, Service Engineer (Lonavala area) visited my residence.He informed that he had come since Mr Dinesh Patil was on leave. After checking my refrigerator he found problem with the settings and left saying there was no problem. However, at the time of leaving he mentioned that in case the refrigerator cooling does not improve within 24 hours then I must contact him. Promptly next day around noon I contacted Mr Arvind on his mobile No. [protected] and informed him that the refrigerator was not cooling. He said now Mr Patil is back on duty and so he would be attending to the complaint. However, Mr Arvind informed that he would not inform Mr Patil about his findings of 28 September 08 to take the repair action to its logical conclusion. I thereafter contacted the Helpline and was assured that the complaint would be promptly addressed. Since nothing has happened. Every time I had called Mr Dinesh Patil on his mobile, he did not accept any of my calls. One fine day (I don’t remember the day in early October) Mr Patil informed that he was in Talegaon Dhabhade area and he would like to come to my place to attend to the defect. After mutual discussion he agreed to visit my place at 3 PM.Around 2 PM I called up Mr Patil to remind and confirm his visit at 3 PM and it was then I was informed that he would not be coming due to change in his programme.On my insistence he agreed to come after 1 ½ hours and he even asked me to switch off the fridge, which I promptly did in anticipation of his visit around 3.30- PM on that day. After he did not turn up till 6 PM I contacted him many times on his mobile, he did not accept any of my calls. Since then I have made many calls to Helpline and even called Ms Sarika once but every time I was assured that somebody would immediately get in touch with me. Since then nobody has got in touch. During my last call to Helpline on 21/22 October 08 I gathered that the status against my BP [protected] suggests that my defect has been rectified (this is based on the interaction with the Helpline person).
I am pained to make following observations since my complaint against BP [protected] remains outstanding as on date :

(a) There is no follow up by the Customer Service department. Neither any effort on their part to investigate that why the complaint has not been addressed in a specified period of time.
(b) The Helpline has proved ineffective in addressing the complaint. Except for making repeated assurances nothing tangible was done to mitigate my complaint.
(c) The attitude and response of Service Engineers Mr Dinesh Patil ([protected]) and Mr Arvind ([protected]) as well Ms Sarika is very disappointing.I feel that these Samsung India employees have no commitment to their customers and are least bothered how it affects the company’s image.
(d) The whole issue has not only caused me inconvenience but given me immense stress and I am considering initiating legal action against Samsung India. I have not only wasted lot of time and effort but also lot of money in making more than 50 calls without any result.
(e) The above enumerated incident has left me with a very poor opinion about Samsung India’s Customer Service department. I am forced to have a view that is company does not believe in looking after its Customers.

    I am Ashish Jain from Sirsa (Haryana).

    This is with reference to my complain about Samsung fully-automatic washing machine Model-WA78k1 (Serial Number W0455ZCLB02380J) purchased on 27 Jun 2007. The product was purchased from Shakti Electronics, Sadar Bazar, Sirsa and the bill number is 1546 dated 27 Jun 2007. The washing machine is still under warranty.

    The washing machine became unserviceable on 02 Oct 2008. There was no power supply indication on the electronic power panel of the machine.

    The complain was filed with Samsung India on 04 Oct 2008 and the complain/BP number is [protected], through their toll free number[protected] after the local (Sirsa) Customer Service Centre[protected] refused to take my complain and insisted that I call the toll free number and register the complain through them.

    After repeated calls, the service engineer visited our home on 14 Oct 2008 and checked the machine visually. He has diagnosed that the electronic panel has become unserviceable and needs to be replaced. He commited that it will take approximately three days for this problem to get rectified.

    Today is the 12th day after the service engineer has left and the machine continues to be unserviceable (from 04 Oct 2008). There were six to seven (06-07) calls made by me to the Samsung Customer Care Executives in last 3-4 days. All the executives have promised me a call back on the progress in next two hours but surprisingly not even a single call came from Samsung about the progress and about the delay in the servicing.

    The response of Samsung India is totally casual and irresponsible. I request you all to kindly consider my case and redress my greivances since it is a mental taruma and harassment for me and my family after buying a product from such a reputed (atleast that's what I thought!!!) company.

      I had registered my complaint with Samsung call centre bearing complaint No: [protected] Dt: 07.05.2008, the complaint was attended by servive engineer and informed that Heater coil is faulty and to be replaced and at present spare is not available and request for spare will be sent to company on receipt it will be replaced after a month follow up and pressure samsung service centre collected refrigerator on 10.06.2008 assuring spare will be replaced at service centre and kept for observation and then it will delivered back in 4-5 days. Till date the machine is lying with them and also we understand some of our machine original parts has been removed for their convenience. and still we are getting false commitments. Please Help

      you are right. infact i had also lodged one complaint regarding slight to my samsung fridge on 6.2.09. one service engineer came on 7.2.09. however, he found some gas leak and assured to get it fixed, on request, on 14.2.09. but no one turned up on 14.2.09. i had again lodged a complaint on 16.2.09. somebody from service centre said (upon my request to attend to the problem on saturdays only) that i may have to again lodge a complaint on the day just one day earlier.

        A few months ago I purchased a SAMSUNG ultra slimfit TV, CS29A730. Its specifications show its VIDEO as having 29” - 74CMS.
        In fact SAMSUNG makes such TVs, as per its specifications, only in three formats, 15, 21 and 29 inches alone.
        However, recently my attention was drawn by someone that the VIDEO of my TV is smaller than what is being misleadingly told. On actual measurement (diagonally) it was found to be shorter by 2 inches. 27” (69 CMS).

        Samsung — TV SCREEN SIZE

        A few months ago I purchased a SAMSUNG ultra slimfit TV, CS29A730. Its specifications show its VIDEO as having 29” - 74CMS.

        However, recently my attention was drawn by someone that the VIDEO of my TV is smaller than what is being misleadingly told. On actual measurement (diagonally) it was found to be shorter by 2 inches. 27” (69 CMS).
        thus SAMSUNG is indulging in unfair selling practice and cheat consumer
        yes, ur right even i purchased same model cs29a730...im also facing lots of issues with this model...like;
        1.Output is 350w but im not getting the exact bass sound, even though its having turbo plus...
        2.the display is smaller its not 29'
        3.im getting green and blue shades just like i[censored] bring magnet near by ull get colours rite...
        4.the backside cabinet is not designed well (Acoustics) .if i close the lines of that ill get a better sound..
        Totaly im fed up with this Model, anybody have suggestions plz write us...
        samsung cs29a730 is 29 inch tv. but the visible region will be less than 29'' this is general for all tv and for all bands ... In 29'' picture tube some inches of the screen has to be fitted with the panel for mechanical support.

          Complaint was lodged with Samsung in GK II who directed me to service centre.I spoke to them on three occasions.Each time I was told that someone would get in touch with me.The process started over two weeks ago but I have yet to receive any response.

          I called this afternoon(21st Oct) and was promised someone would call me within two hours but its been 4 hours and I have yet to receive a call.Very very frustrating.

            This complaint is regarding
            Pratham Telecom Idia P. ltd cellingh defected cells to customer and makin people fool

            I ordered the set bleu 475x from hyderabad, they gave me a cell having defects wit the battery and memory, now they are making me every week run at their service centre to get the cell back, i suggest other guys not to go with the cell otherwise u willbe hangig up in the same manner losing yor time as well as money.

            We got Married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter born 09/07/2005. My wife and she’s family given me 498a/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, it’s not true case, believe me. My wife are engaged/Affair with a boy his house front of my house, all the matters are know every person in my village, and also they given me written about my character. When my wife goes outside form my house near about many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees taken. Not taken my daughter, daughter is now in my house. My wife doing the 498a case’s date 31/08/2009 and I arrest 06/09/2009, court give me bail at 19/09/2009 my 1st court date is 16/10/2009 done. Next court date is 04/01/2010 at Barashat court. Some proof (20 pcs. s.m.s., picture with the boy and a c.d.) has me about my wife and the boy that they are in illegal relation. Believe me I and my family love much more to my wife. They (My wife family) are very very poor and live in a bosti Address: 70/H/8 Manicktolla Main Road, Kolkata – 700054, Beside 5 Star Club, my mother see 1st time and she arrange my marriage, and Mother told me they are very poor so what? After marriage she is my family member, believe me not a single word is wrong. Before marriage my family not see my wife’s family, now we understand/also see that she’s family are very bad. My wife, she’s family and the boy they are misusing this law. Now my wife’s family understands all the affair matter. But my wife still now not agree she wants to marry to the boy. My wife left our only solitary daughter to me who is 4 years old having severe "Ashtama Disease, depends on INHEALER, here political Hide & seek game is going on & the father of the parents (THE FATHER OF THE BOY WHO HAS ILLICIT RELATIONS WITH MY WIFE) are rich, so they are spending money to everywhere with a view to be escaped. Now I decided that I’m not taken back my wife. I take a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what happened next? Now I went to punishment the boy. If possible please help me. Please investigate the matter and relief/save me and my family.

I write my matter to all minister in W.B., CBI, CID, Human rights department, Kolkata Police, my nation, all of the news channels, and all press, and many more, absolutely you also, I’m 100 percent victim but no body come to me. My question is why they not come to my house? I screw up to claim that I am as white as snow. Sir, If you don’t brook intervention then our family &especially my small daughter’s life will be ruined.
            I determined that if any reporter / any person come to my house then they know that I am 100 percent victim. And I win the case. I’m Punishment Without Crime.

              My complaint was lodged on 18.10.2008 and my A.C has been returned on 22.10.2008 and it is giving lot of sound after replacement of compressor. The payment of Rs.893.36 (under warranty) has been made against receipt # 28293 dated 22.10.2008. I am being told that mounting bolt of compressor is broken & top cover is missing and the the noise.

              CAN SAMSUNG HELP & RESOLVE THIS!!!

                  We were the first buyer in India of the SLIMFIT TV version.On day one we found the picture quality bad and we did'nt wait to complain.They would sometime send a technician and sometime not .Everytime they came we would be asked to switch off for 10 mins and watch for 10 mins.From day one we asked them to take it back and give us a good one in return.They kept ignoring us and when we persisted they made us pay another 10 for repairsw and it came back worse twice from the repair centre.

                  Finally recently they gave us a paltry sum after 4+ years and took the TV away.We are not even able to buy a good TV with the money returned!Our complaint # has been throughout #[protected].

                    There was prblm in my hardisk. When I went to the servce centre who supplied the hardisk then refused to replace/repair my 80GB harddisk which is still under warranty period. They refused on the grounds that samsung will take longer time for dealers. My warranty is getting over after 2 years.

                    we are solutions from kolkata wanted to know you that we send our two deffective HDD to your (SERVICE PLAZA, 1/2 Harish Mukherjee Road, Kolkata - 700 020) Service Centre, Dated 27/06/2008 and our work order nos are hdd - 1793 and hdd - 1792. But till now the equipments are not replaced from your service centre. we have lots of telephonic discussion to your concern persons butt all the efforts are invein. we are so much irreted about your service. Please do the needful as early as possible. thankig you.
                    I have one samsung 80GB HDD.It's bought on the year 2006.It has five year warranty.On this sure i went to samsung service centre.I gave them the hard disk, they told me that they'll check it and they'll replace it within 2week.After that i just waited for their reply.They took more than 2 weeks.The did not tell me anything about the status of the HDD.atlast i called them for the enquiry, then they r telling that they need the purchase bill of HDD.If if they said that thing when i giving that i'll try to giv the bill.Am staying in Bangalore and my home's in kerala.The first gave me the sure that no need for other details, itz samsung's service centre, we will replace after checking it ...like that.Ther's lot of risk in collecting the purchase bill from my home.I have to take leave for atleast 2 days for goin to kerala and collecting that.What can i do???The wasted my time.if i kno this i'll never give this to them.Please take any action agaist this.They are not showing mercy.

                    Dealer refusing to replace/repair 80GB hardisk
                    There was prblm in my hardisk. When I went to the servce centre who supplied the hardisk then refused to replace/repair my 80GB harddisk which is still under warranty period.                     SAMSUNG, Allahabad - Bad service, Delay & no response!

                    I have bought Samsung 80 GB HDD in 2006. It has five year warranty. I went to samsung service centre in Date 4 July 2009. I gave them the hard disk, they told me that they'll check it and they'll replace it within 2week.After that i just waited for their reply.They took more than 2 weeks.The did not tell me anything about HDD. I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a Samsung Hard Disk (SP0822N) and have found your customer service to be unbelievably bad! Actually, I am using the Samsung Hard Disk from long time and due to Disk failure and Bad sector problem I have given my HDD to Samsung Service Center, Allahabad, before the warranty period.

                      I puuchased a Samsung mobile phone model SGH J600 some time in Oct 2007 in Bangalore, India and the central button stopped working during Aug 2007. Since the mobile was still under the warranty period, I gave the mobile to Cell Solutions at Domlur - an authorised Samsung Service centre in Bangalore on 22nd Aug 2008 with work order no: WA[protected] & IMEI/RSN no: [protected]. My plight started since then. This service centre does not work professionally and never calls the customer on phone to let them know the status even after weeks & months. If they can not repair, they simply send the mobiles to the central service centre and do not properly follow up in getting the phones back after servicing. Only when the customer calls, they call the central service center just to know the status themselves. After three weeks, they called me to come & collect the mobile phone. I went to the service centre and colleced the mobile and checked it. To my dismay. I found that the center key was still not working. I wonder how a service center can deliver the phone with out checking it by themselves. I handed over the phone back to them and came back, Till today, my phone was not repaired nor compensation is paid. Mr. Arun[protected]of the Samsung central service centre, Bangalore told me twenty days ago that the cost of the cell phone will be reimbursed. Today when I called him, he says my cell phone will be repired and given back to me on 23rd Oct 2008. I don't understand what type of service Samsung India is providing in India. Why should Samsung sell their cell phones in india if they can not provide proper service. Why shouldn't someone file a cheating case on Samsung Mobile in India for selling poor quality phones

                      Samsung mobile J 600 — Poor response from service centre

                      Sir,
                      Recently purchased mobile was out of order i.e there is no switch on and switch off (Hanging). It was given to serfvice centre on 06.03.2008. Till date 23.03.2008 I have not received back my mobile (Model J 600) with rectification. They have not supplied stand by set even then they knew it would take more than 15 days. But last week on 21.03.08 I went to service centre their response is very poor. They could not tell when it will be ready.
                      Kindly look into the matter and the action may be intimated to my e-mail address.

                      I have bought above stated mobile on 9th November, 2007, since than this phone having so many problems some time this handset get hanged sometime outgoing barred than we have reboot the phone.                       With reference to the subject mentioned above, I had purchased mobile Make: Samsung from the dealer shop namely ‘Mobile Choice’ S.B.4 Tower B Kunj Plaza Tel No.[protected] in Vadodara on 11/3/2008.

                      Within 2 and ½ month o[censored]sage, the operation of the same found inconsistent however it could satisfactorily work for 1 and ½ months. Also the surface of the battery became rough with some scars within this period. Later on the display became blanked with many times the phone restarted on its own especially when sliding operation was made. The display of ‘FUNclub’ and then ‘Please wait…..’ was observed. I went to the dealer saying thereby the phone operation is inconsistent. He saw the phone where ‘charging … ’ display was also observed when he connected battery charger to the phone. But phone was not getting ON due to its inconsistent operation. After his advice the same was submitted to the ‘SAMSUNG SERVICE’ repair centre phone no. given below.

                      A day after submitting the same, I was told that circuit is burnt may be due to reverse connection of battery charger or may be due to overcharging. And the repairing charge will be payable as it is case of ‘fire’. Such words to an Engineer who is owner of Mobile phone seems to be surprised.

                      The matter is very serious when complete responsibility is thrown on customer shoulder rather than to check the quality of the product. An Electronics engineer just cannot mishandle the mobile. I am definitely not ready to pay the repairing charge as whole matter pertains to quality of the product rather than mishandling the device and also not to take trial to go to another repair centre to allow experiments on the sold product.

                      Concluding the same, I will definitely purchase the mobile of some very quality conscious and of popular brand with consistent reliable operation and donate my mobile to the SAMSUNG Company for improving the quality of the product.

                      Samsung J-600 mobile — J600 hangs frequently

                      I have purchased above set at Subhiksha in Indiranagar Bangalore on 17/04/08. Since beginning it has the problem of hanging(all the features work except incoming and outgoing calls). I gave it to Samsung service centre(Cell solution, Domlur, Bangalore) once on 03/06/08 and again on 17/06/08 as the problem appeared again. Unfortunately the problem is still there even after second attempt.

                      Now I dont want to give it again for service because I feel that Samsung is unable to findout the problem.

                      I have a feeling that I spent money for buying the problem. I have only one thing to tell you at this point - Please arrange to replace this set if you are genuinely interested in customer satisfaction.

                      I, Vishal Sharma, head & Asstt Prof. of electronics & Communication in one of the reputed engineering collegeof punjab. I bought a samsung mobile j600 from subhiksha, kapurthala, Punjab on 1st july 2008. within 15 days, the mobile slided from my pocket and the lcd get cracked and mobile stop working. i went to the Samsung service center in jallandhar for changing lcd. Mr. Manjit told me to charge 1600 for new lcd plus other charges for repairing the mobile. After two days he called me and said the mobile has one false component and for new you have to pay 250/ extra. As i am a very busy person so without verifying anything, i agreed to him and request him to repair the mobile as soon as possible. After three days he again call me and said its board is broken and you have to pay 4000/ extra which means i have to pay 4000+1600+ extra charges that will comes up around[protected] for a mobile having cost only 5000/.
                      one more thing to note, if the main board was broken why he did nt tell on the same day. this is the first time i moved from nokia to samsung but sorry to say i had a very bad experience. plz replace my mobile and i am also ready for paying the lcd cost that was cracked from me accidently.

                      I'm having Samsung J600 mobile. I've purchased on 10th November 2007. There's problem with the slide and it became blank. I'm able to receive calls and make calls but i couldn't see anything on the display screen. I've contacted the service center at Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 15th September. They said there's some problem with the slide cable and to replace it. And they said ther's no stock of the cable and asked me to call after one week. Again i went to the service center on saturday i.e 20th september and they said it'll take 15 more days to get the stock.

They are asking for money for a software upgrade. Do not buy Samsung J 600 or any other Samsung phone. Their Service is poor.

                      Samsung Mobile — Issue with J600 Phone

                      Hi,

                      I purchased J600 mobile phone worth Rs 6350/ last year Dec 22. The product is still in warranty period.

                      But the phones stop working after 7 month. It hangs frequently.
                      I went to Samsung service center in bangalore. They reboot the SW and it started working.
                      But after one month I started facing some more problem.
                      Now the phone hangs frequently. I cant hear anything on phone. Camera hangs. I need to restart the phone every five minutes.

                      Again I went to service center. They said they want the phone to send for L4 support . I am ready to give the phone to them.

                      But I feel cheated after spending so much money on phone and it didnt worth that much. I went to the shopkeeper and he clearly said that he is not responsible for anything. Though the product still in warranty period.

                      I deserve to get either new phone or money back from Samsung.

                      I hope consumer phorum will look into it and will provide some solution.

                      I purchased a Samsung mobile phone model i420 some time in Nov 2008 in Bangalore, India and LCD stopped to work Since the mobile was still under the warranty period, I gave the mobile to Cell Solutions at Domlur - an authorised Samsung Service centre in Bangalore on Jan 17th with work order no: The service center has not ever called to update me on status of my phone repair. Nobody picks up the phone in service center. I went to check the status again on Jan 23rd and to my plight the phone was lying unatteded . The lady gave the phone back and said there are no spare parts in stock. I will be informed when the sparepart comes. Till today no one has called checked it. I would like to return the phone to Samsung and would like to claim back the Money for the instrument.Why should Samsung sell their cell phones in india if they can not provide proper service. I would like to file a comlaint against Samsung for selling poor quality phones and setting up poor quality service centers.

                      Worst customer service I had never seen. I also bought a J600 Mobile in Oct 2007. I got a problem(Phone dead) just after the warranty expires in the month of Nov 2007. When I gave it to the service center in Domlur(Cell Solutions), they told it will cost around Rs500.00 and would take 1 week time. After one week when I called they told to come after 2 days. When I went after 5 days, they let me wait, then checked for the fault of the mobile and told me that it would cost Rs1500.00 to change the LCD and some other component. Also they said that after changing these parts they will check and tell and If anything else found problem, I have to pay for that also. I brought the phone back unrepaired.

                      After one month I wanted to rectify it anyway. So went back to them. The lady who was sitting there told me that water had entered and it would cost Rs 600.00. I thought to check what will they tell after 1 week. So I told her to take the order. I went there by 10:50 am. Until 11:40 am they couldn't take up the order because of network connection.Then I came back with out giving it for service.

                      Now I am thingking that whether I shall go to other service centre or go for a new Good brand mobile. Also now I am worrying about the other Samsung products like Washing machine and Refrigerator I have.

                      The customer service is VERY VERY VERY... POOR...

                      Samsung Complaints - Samsung Mobile: Replacement

                      I brought Samsung brand new mobile phone SGH-i450 Ultra Music in the month of July 2008. The mobile suddenly after 6 months the phone has problem with Calls Incoming and Outgoing both side, every time I have to switch off and switch on for any calls.

                      I walked to Samsung Services Plaza, No 9, 27th main, 1st stage, BTM layout, Bangalore Service center and they updated the Mobile Phone Software and give back to me, but the problem was not rectified properly, so next day again I walk to them and then they suggested the phone motherboard need to changed and that will take minimum of 15 days time, on 21st March I called and they have mentioned that phone is ready, but when I checked the phone I found that the phone having the same problem nothing was resolved also when I tried to open the camera that also not open and gave me error message “General Syntax Error”.

                      Again on 22nd I walked to then and ask what they have done with the phone? The Service Center Manager Mr. Vinay Kumar told me on that day “sir, its commercial problem, please provide your Phone Purchase Bill we will replace it within 10 days and for verification you’ll received call from our Mumbai office.” I have submitted all required documents.

                      After 10 days when I called them they said the Area Sales Manager Mr. Praveen Kumar, please contact him on his Mobile +[protected] and he will update you the status of your phone, from that time to till now I tried to reach Mr. Praveen kumar and found he switch off his phone.

                      How strange one Area Sales Manager SWITCH OFF his phone? Every day I tried to reach him but till now his phone is switch off, meanwhile, everyday I called Mr. Vinay kumar and the response I get from him is “I don’t have any update on this”

                      Is this not strange? He is also designated as Manager and don’t have update. From now days he also stop talking my phone calls. It’s approximately 2 months and sees what I am suffering. I am really frustrated with the Service and the response from the Service center.

                      Samsung - J600 Mobile — Not working

                      I have purchased a Samsung J 600 mobile on 06/09/08 and during Feb '08 it was dead. I lodged a complaint at the authorised service centre in Hosur - Tamilnadu and handed over my mobile for repair. They made me run from pillar to post and after repeated followup of about one and half month in hosur & selam i have received my mobile back. Within a span of two weeks again problem started and automatically getting switched off. Again ran to the service center and lodged a complaint and they told to collect the very next day. It took literally 10 days to get an answer from them that it was not working and we have sent to our selam office for repair. Spoke to the Samsung - Manager and no response from them when I will receive my mobile back after repair. It is so difficult for me to invest for a new mobile neither and it is very difficult to meet my communication needs without a mobile. At this juncture I would like to get a replacement for my mobile.

                      i would like to bring to your notice that I Sunil Kumar ([protected]) purchased your handset of model no. SGHJ600 last year on 15.08.2008. the set is still under warranty period and around 20 days ago it developed some technical problem and as a result of which the touch pad is not functioning properly.
                      i have got the set repaired by your service centre at Paonta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh) already more than thrice all in vain. the problem reccurs every now and then either the same day or after two to three days.
                      the days are passing by and the warranty would expire in a few days from now. i cannot trust the handset that it would function properly hereafter so i want you to better replace it before the warranty expires. i need a prompt response on your part or else i would be compelled to make use of my consumer rights.

                      I purchased SGH J600 2 years back. After 1 year of operaton, the moblie has been giving me plenty problems. Although the phone remains switched on, most callers keep getting switched off message. I cannot make calls also. In short the mobile becomes dead without any warning although it is in "switched on" mode. Everytime i need to "switch off -switch on" the phone to sort this problems Oflate the frequency of occurrence has increased.
                      Please let me know how i can get this problem fixed.

                      I purchased J.600 SAMSUNG hanset in march'08 after one year sliding problem begins in handset and after repairing it is not rectified.Set has same problem again and again.Would Samsung company will takeupthis isssue to resolve.

                      I had problem with my samsung sj700i series handset which was purchased in July 2007. I had given my handset for repair to M/s. Cell Solutions, Domlur on 22.02.2010 IMEI No. [protected]-23765. Even after a month has passed there is proper response from the service centre. They dont lift their phone when we call. By chance if they lift the phone, they dont give the status of the service. 3-4 times I had personally visited the service centre. Inspite of my repeated calls and visit, there is no satisfactory response received. I think Samsung should seriously look into the matter and immediately cancel this particular service centre immediately. Such a poor service in a private sector company would definitely spoil the rapport of Samsung..

                          I had launched the complaint on 16.10.08 whereby a mechanic had come on the 17th & told me that the compressor has to be replaced by a new one.Upon constant calling I am gettinng the answer that the spare part is not available.Foe a neccesity product like a fridge, the samsung after sales service department is showing a complete lack of professionalism.There is a constant answer right from the junior staf[censored]pto the manger to whom I have talked.My compalint no is [protected].Samsung India has proved to be a complete failure in terms of customer care especially when it is the peak of festivity & therre are constant visitors in Indian homes for Diwali.

                            POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE


                            Please note that complaint to subject Air conditioner was lodged 20 days back vide B.P No.-[protected] and service person reached home and checked A.C. However it is strange that after several reminders and follow up. repair of control panel of A.C has still not been done.

                            Please check and arrange for urgent repair
                            I have bought a window AC on 17/4/2009 from Vasanth & Co Dealer, T-Nagar, Chennai. On 21/4/2009 a person from service came for installation and found that the ac is damaged and it cannot be used. Next day itself we went to the dealer for replacement but they told they cannot replace it and raised a complaint in Samsung.
                            But when we contacted Samsung customer care, we came to know that, it will take 45 days for replacing. So we are forced to wait 45 days after spending the full amount for the Samsung AC. We got the damaged piece and its their fault. I cannot understand for this why we are forced to adjust. I asked for a standby till it got replaced and even that also Samsung is not ready to provide.

                            Please check whether it is possible to replace it before that, atleast within 1 week.

                            In chennai summer, its very difficult to manage, thats y we bought AC, but we are again forced to suffer in this summer because of the irresposible Samsung dealings.

                              Be very careful when purchasing home appliances, especially from Nandilath G-Mart, Kerala (and also other dealers). Let me tell you my story.

                              2 months back[protected] i purchased SAMSUNG Fully Automatic top loading washing machine and SAMSUNG Grill type microwave oven from Nandilath G-MART, Trivandrum. When samsung technician came and unwrapped the washing machine, I saw scratches above the tub area....

                              i dropped two cheques of total amount Rs. 32000 on 1 oct. 2008 in your drop box in Hazratganz, Lucknow.The cheque is on my name. I have no account in HDFC Bank. but It was dropped because HDFC was written on the bank and was issued by my company for the month of june and july. My friend is daily going to your bank but they are continously denying or giving next day time. They are denying of having any cheque of mine. I am frustrated now and want your help in this matter. My big money is onhold. Kindly help

                                ine one set the battery gets discharged immediately after it is fully carged. in the other set the screen displays lines and the battery problem of getting discharged. we sent the sets to your service centres firstly at patparganj. delhi and again at nehru enclave kalkaji., where we were made to make several visits for pick up an ultimately we had to contact ur sr mnager incharge of service centre. the problem still persist. please advise us what we should do with the 2 handsets purchased with the trust that SAMSUNGis a internationally known brand & known for quality & service, which now just seems to be total farce. aweaiting immediate reply & further action in the matter.

                                  My dvd player has been giving me problem since i have bought it. It sometimes automatically switches on to next track while playing video and sometimes the dvd stops and starts from the beginning. I complained this to samsung service centre in pathankot(punjab). They told me that it will be done in a day, but they have taken my dvd player for more than a week and they are delaying its delivery. Every time we call they say that it will be delivered in the evening, but nothing happens.
                                  Please do the necessary.

                                    I purchased a Samsung Mobile phone ( Model No. J-600) on 17/11/2007 at Hubli, Karnataka.
                                    I could not hear the callers voice, so i took the phone to the Authorised Dealers, Ratna Electronics, Secunderabad & Basheerbagh ( as I am residing in A.P at present)on 04/09/08. They checked my phone and told that the FP CB had gone bad. I requested for a dummy phone which was not given. I was promised that the above mentioned component will be available by a week. I have been calling repeatedly and they are just giving me a run around, saying that it will be available soon.
                                    Now I'm without a phone for almost 40 days. I had to borrow a friends phone to use as I cannot be without a phone for such a long time.
                                    And the most important point is that My Phone's Warranty will expire on 16/11/2008. Now I have the feeling that these people are purposely postponing the repair till I complete my warranty period so that they can charge me. If this is not the case, there cannot be any reason for them to keep postponing the repair giving illlogical & wierd reasons.

                                      I have purchased Samsung SCH-S259 (OF6272FO) mobile on 14.06.2008 from M/s. Tatafone Centre, Kalyan (W). After passing one month, I have noticed that there is a problem with keypad of the mobile (keypad malfunction). M/s. Tatafone guided us to register the complaint with the Samsung Service Centre. Samsung Service Centre issued the W/Order No. WA[protected] dated 09.08.2008 and also promised me if it is not repaired then they will issue new mobile to me. But after passing four months till today the mobile is not yet repaired by the Service Centre OR the new mobile is issued. Mob. No. [protected]
