I am a resident of Ranchi. I have purchased a Samsung make Dual Sim mobile (Model SGH-D880, Sl. No. R4YQ3213992 ) from M/s. Montage, 18A, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kolkata-13 through Tax Invoice No. 2063 Dt. 24/03/2008 of Rs. 12000/=.

This has started giving keyboard problem since July, 2008. Ultimately it is given in Service Centre at Ranchi ( M/s. TRADE LINKER. Anantpur, Ranchi-834001. ) on 09/08/2008 for repair / replacement. They have issued a Service / Complaint Form on same day without any Claim no. and date.

After 4 days of continuous follow up, they have issued a Claim no. WA[protected] on 13/08/2008 and given a standby set ( model C170 ) on several request. This standby set has also problem with its reception.

Thus, I can not use my both Sims now and the faulty standby set gives trouble in conversations.

After regular follow ups, each time I get an assurance of getting it repaired within 2-3 days. Till date neither my mobile is repaired nor it is replaced. I am loosing all my official and business contacts and communications. It is also causing loss to my professional career too.

I am complaining about the Poor Quality and Service of Samsung of such expensive unit. I want justice in this regard, so that I can get my mobile back repaired / replaced immediately.

Samsung - SGH-C170 — Poor service and no stand-by given

On 23rd June I have given my mobile(SGH-C170) purchased on 16th March 2008 to Samsung Service centre at 9, Printing Press Area, Delhi. The phone is not working at all. These people have committed to deliver the phone back to me after 7 days. Which they failed to do. Then they promised to deliver after 10 more days. Which they are still unable to do so. And now, finally I have got another date of 2nd August 2008. AND THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF STAND-BY PHONE. I have never heard of such irresponsible people of this kind of reputed company. I am really sorry for purchasing a mobile from samsung. if anybody reads this mail, i request him/her to get my phone repaired and given back to me ASAP as i am facing a lot of problems.
Till date nothing has come out. SAMSUNG Service Centre has neither returned my mobile nor replaced. I have already returned their stand-by set on their demand but no substitute stand-by set is again given to me. Now I am hopeless about the service and the product. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST.

    Sir/Madam,
    Just a month back I had purchased a frost free Refrigerator type RT25ZVSS of Samsung make from M/S RA near Kothi char rasta at Baroda . This I did it after disposing my running Godrej make refrigerator of 300 L capacity with a expectation that life will be more comfortable to my wife and children. To our surprise it has stopped cooling and compressor does not run. Not only lot of food stuff got spoiled but it is an extreme harassment ot my family members.This was really a surprise to me and my family members.
    While on the subject when I tried to enquire most fundamental thing like the principle of working of the thermostat I could not get a satisfactory reply ( by-metallic or thermocouple with assesories or gas filld bulb etc.).
    The most surprising is I can not contact your LOCAL representatives who are going to attend the job. I do not understand what is the secracy in it. I wanted to ensure that when they land in our house my wife remain awake to receive them ( as she will be alone at that time over and above she is not keeping well). I hope I get a suitable reply from your management .

    My refrigerator consistently reads inaccurate temperature. Even when reset, the temperature corrects itself then slowly returns to an erroneous reading. Where is the thermocouple, and is there anything I can do to correct this problem that seems to be consistent with this model RS265LBBP.

      Sir / Madam,

      I bought a Samsung mobile handset on 20.06.08 from Mahamaya Agency, Gushkara, Dist - Burdwan, State - West Bengal, Pin 713128.The Model No is SGH - 5600, Battery No is S/N - Q419HS/4-G, Charger No is RT2Q505AS/7, SL No is RW1Q656253V and EMEI / RSN No is 358560/01/065563/8. But I have faced a problem after purchased. The problem is the battery cannot show the full charge.

      So, I have complained on 16.07.08 in Durgapur Service Center, Prompt Service, Opp. Bank of Baroda, Pashupati Market, Philips Lane, Benachity, Durgapur - 713213, Ph no[protected]/2586858. Work Order No is B5912008. They have received my handset and the battery.

      But, I am sorry to say that they cannot give me any answer till now. In this situations I am very upset for their irresponsibility. Please take the necessary steps as early as possible.

        We bought a samsung RA23YV from Dawar International - Gurgaon on July 15, 2008. From the very initial period we are constantly facing a problem - once the door is closed it gets stuck and would not open for atleast 10 mins. It seems vacuum gets created and all our strength becomes useless to open it. We have complained twice (Complaint No[protected]. We are told this this is due to moisture and were given some temporary ways to get rid of the problem. However, none of them worked and we still continue to face the problem. If moisture content in the environment is the major reason, I wonder why this is applicable only to our refrigerator. None other in our locality is facing this problem. Being a new refrigerator, we are very much concerned about this problem. As you would understand this is a recurring problem and we are facing tremendous dif! ficulty in day-to-day usage.

        We again complained online on Aug 31, 2008 and we received a mail saying that someone will get in touch with us but its 4 days after the complaint and still there is no news from the Company.

          Dear Manager,
          1. I have purchased an Samsung auto washing machine (85 VPL) from Samsung Plaza Siliguri on 04 Aug 08. The macine has gone faulty withing 02 days o[censored]se as one pipe is leaking. We contacted Mr Parichay Gupta who has kept us on tenterhooks for last one month with promises of replacing the said pipe. However, till date it has not been replaced.

          2. I am based at Gangtok(Sikkim) and feel utterly disappointed with this sorry state of affairs. Firstly, your product fails on second day. To add to misery is your poor response to our complaints. May I request you to take cogngence and instruct person concerned to undertake repairs / replacements forthwith.

            i louged a complaint at service center on dated 14 aug 2008. MY complain B.P. No. is [protected] .Engineer visited to us and said board will changed.since i have not received any phone calls regarding this. everyday i contact to service center they said i arranged the call and nothing happens.

            personal computer — monitor repaired

            I am regret to inform you that within one and half year of purchase of computer the monitor went off .The SAME WAS GOT REPAIRED AT YOUR CHANDIGARH SERVICE STATION but it is not functioning properly in as much as the date allready stored in the computer viz the videos cannot be watched utmost to their clarity. the brightness of the monitor has been considerably reduced and at the same time the colour setting is not restored as per their standards requirement. the Engineer of the company has miserably failed to bring the Monitor in order and I therfore request to replace the same, if cannot be restored to its Original condition in the period of warranty. i hope that my complaint will be considered at the earliest and the grievance shown will be reedressed.             samsung lcd-syncmaster 732NW — display problem

            i purchased this monitor in 14-jun-2008.
            I have a problem with this monitor.
            monitor is not displaying anything and also tested the VGA cable signal it is also not visible.

            Samsung — repair of Monitor

            Dear Sir,
            I had bought a personal computer on 24/04/2007. The monitor was of your company. It 'LCD samsung monitor 17" with 3 years warranty". The monitor's Serial No was MJ1749FP9321373. The shop that I had bought from Bangalore, S.P. Road had the name as 'Vardaan Info Point' & receit No was 982.
            The monitor is now not functional so I gave to shop where I bought it from & he immediately send to your service centre. Your mechanics said that it has gone bad because of high voltage so my warraty perod will not be useful.
            I had other computer in the same house but it remained all right except this one.
            I would request you to cheque & please say that I should be repaired as in warranty period without asking for extra money.

            CRT MONITOR — NOT SWITCHING ON

            SIR,
            I'VE purchase assembled computer and monitor from NEXT shop at visakhaptnam in Aug 2008.ZEBRONICS monitor got bad within a few months.then i landed in the nearby ZEBRONICS authorised repair shop.Shop gave me the used one monitoe in place of a landed one saying that it will take longer time to repair the original one.Unfortunately the replaced one also started not swithching on after 2-3 months.again I've landed on 24 Apr 10 VIDE Receipt no 2199 TOP NOTHCH INFOTRONICS INDIA PVT LTD in the same authorised shop.This time no replacement has been given.warranty for the monitor is for 03 years.Now I don't want to accept the repaired one.Therefore I request ZEBRONICS co. to provide me a new CRT monitor/LCD monitor with whatever the price difference i'll pay.
            Proof of landing the monitor is attached herewith.

              dear sir i have purchased samsung washing machine model WA80HAG/XTL sr no.W0425ZCL90021012 on 3/10/2006 it is working properly but while on spin mode there is leakage of water under the machine and it spreads all over the room please help me to solve this problem

                Micro Wavw purchased from Aditya sales, Sambalpur, ORISSA.
                Jan'2008. from last 21 days it is not being on.the service person came after 8 days after so many calls to him.repaired temporarily, we were not satisfied but he foreced us to assumed that M.W. is working ok. after few hours it is again stopped. Informed to same, complaint regiestered on 18.8.08.my self called at 30308282 and complained again on 21.08.08.Now we are waiting for some godhelp from samsung customer care & local service office.

                  Before launching into my story, BBC Watchdog highlighted this series of refrigerators and Samsung suddenly woke up and extended teh warranties. Clearly, they know there's a problem.

                  We bought this refrigerator on Aug 22 2005 (model RS21NCSW) in Bangalore, India. We did not have any problems with it for almost 2 years or so. Then, we noticed that when the power went out briefly (we have a generator and the power almost always comes back within a minute), the fan was making a racket and the temperature in the fridge would rise abruptly (it's upto 18C and therefore food spoilage etc). Each time this happened, we called the Samsung service center. Each time the service technician was here and opened the back wall of the fridge section from the inside, there was chunk of ice in the well surroundng the fan. Now, it seemed obvious that the fans blades were hitting the ice and therefore the racket. Each time, I tried to get the service technicians to try and figure out why the ice was forming, the answer was the same, "we'll replace the fan, clear the ice the problem will go away". This is terrible servicing. The fan has been replaced 3 times.

                  There's 2 thoughts that come to mind regarding Samsung servicing.
                  1) They are trying to make money off their service department.
                  2) They simply have imcompetent people who do not enough training and are being told what steps to take if a particular problem occurs.

                  I would really like to believe that it's the second thought that's true, however distressing it is.

                  Now, I believe that this problem is not going to fix itself. And I don't want to continue gambling on the quality of food. I really would like to hear from Samsung about this issue. We are perfectly willing to pay for repair work if someone could figure out what's wrong. There has to be someone in the Samsung world who knows what to do when this problem happens. By the way, there's several reports on the web about this problem.

                  The latest call was on Sep 1st 2008. Called 30308282 on Sep 1st and reported the problem. Complaint # [protected]. Soon after, I called[protected]Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd) and asked to speak to a "manager". I wanted to know whether Samsung had acknowledged this problem in India (they seem to have in the UK). I spoke to one Mr. Babu Rao who said that the service engineer would be visiting etc and that the engineer would call in about an hour. This was at around 11am. Of course, nobody called. When I called the same office back, Mr. Babu Rao, of course, wouldn't come on the phone, but the person who received the call gave me the name and phone number of the technician (Rajesh, [protected]). This technician has been to check our fridge 3 of 5 previous reports of this problem. I spoke to him and he said that he was in Hennur and after that he would be coming to our place. In the meantime, the fridge temp was 18C and we couldn't figure out whether we should empty the fridge. Repeated calls to Rajesh were not successful, he simply wouldn't pick up the phone. My guess is that he is biding his time until his shift is done. This is service at its worst. So, it's 8:30pm and despite repeated assurances that the service engineer would be here are all lies.

                  Same issue - Model RS2530BWP. Second time the technician has been out, 2 years without issue, and no solution other than "replace the fan again." I'm starting to wonder if they just don't know how to make refrigerators properly.

                  Oh, and guess what? They want me to purchase an ADDITIONAL extended warranty so they can continue to come out and replace the fan when the ice builds up around it again. By the time we're done paying for warranties, we could have bought a new refrigerator.

                  I will never buy Samsung products again.

                    My name is Amit, i bought the Samsung HDMI DVD Player (f-1080) from DAWAR OPEN WORLD, MGF MALL, GURGAON.

                    I got the region code error when i tried to play a DVD. I called the customer care and they told that person will visit my place to resolve the issue,
                    but no one came. I called around 50 times but no one bothered. When I called the Dawar, they told me to take the player to service center and said that they won't be able to help. This is something really not expected from such a big dealer.

                    This is the worst customer service i have seen yet. No one i.e.

                    i purchased a monitor Syncmaster 794s. supplied faulty with very bad geometry of the display. on complaint the monitor was collected by service centre people and returned syaing that the monitor quality is ok. the set wa sreturned uncovered brought in an open auto with lot of dust covering the set. helplessly i hav to throw that now and by a new one. Vrndor is also not responding.

                      i have samsung mobile model : JGH600... which iwas puchased by my brother Vikrant and phone is registered with the name of Vikrant srivastava at the date of 13.01.08 and my phone is in warranty period.Recently i.e. ( 11.08.08) i handed over my mobile set to samsung service center ( Perfect care solution, 5E-12, B.P.NIT Faridabad ) and my complaint is i have a "blank mobile display" and wat service people told me was there is a strip which is to replaced in my mobile ... and i have been waiting for strip replacement and this is my ihird week i.e. 21 days frm the date i handed over my mobile but till date i have not got any call from service center and when i visit service center wat they reply is it may take few more weeks for the strip to get replaced ... i dont know how long i go to wait for my mobile..

                      Complaint receipt no 7570.and my samsung phone is submitted at that centre by the name of VINOD.

                      This is myproblem and if it is not solved within two days then
                      I will be go Consumer Court and If my phone is not in good condition then i want a new mobile of same that model.

                        WE RANG THEM UP ON 30-08-08 & THE ENGINEER CAME.
                        HE DEMANDED A SUM OF RS 1500/ & ALSO AGREED TO REFUND 50% OF THIS IF WE AGREED TO PART WITH THE OLD DEFECTIVE PART(POWER SUPPLY).REASONS ?
                        WE DID NOT AGREE TO PAY THE UNREASONABLE AMOUNT AS THE AMOUNT QUOTED & BEING CHARGED WERE QUITE DIFFERENT.FURTHER, THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WAS VERY POOR/DELAYED.
                        THE LCD TV HAS BEEN NON-FUNCTIONAL FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS.CHARGES ARE UNREASONABLE.

                          This is regarding my complaint made on 23.07.2008 for my 1.5Ton Window Air Conditioner. Against the complaint, a technician had visited from Samsung at my House and checked the Air Conditioner changed the capacitor and took Rs.470/- and informed us that now this is ok, and in case any problem, we can contact him over his mobile, he will come and repair the A/c till 2months without any charges and he has regretted to provide a any bill for the payment made, with a remarks that it will take one week time to arrange the bill from Samsung office, no need to worry, we can always contact his mobile.


                          From 23.08.2008 onward the A/C is not working properly and as per the above, I have contacted the technician over his mobile with continuous follow up he had sent an another technician (he is also belongs to Samsung, but he is not an experienced one, he has checked A/c, after referring his note book and discussion with other technicians over phone) on 25.08.2008 at 8.30pm, after the checking around 1 hour, the A/C started working and he told us that this is working now, the cost of repair charges for the same is Rs.700/- and insisted to giving that much money. I again spoke with the earlier technician, who has sent the second person for repairing, finally he argued and took Rs.250/- from me, without providing any bill for the same. After he left within 5 minutes, when restarted the A/c the same problem is facing, we tried several times to both the technicians that time onward to till this time, either they are not picking up the mobile or giving vague response, like they are away from Delhi, can come attend the fault, tomorrow evening only.

                          In view of the above, I have again lodged a complaint with Samsung customer Care with the same complaint number and about to send a technician by Samsung to repair the same.



                          Please note I have a small kid around 11months old and we are facing lot of problem, since the A/c is not working and not attending the same in proper time. Also please note that with out this A/c I do not have any alternate option to control the room temperature.



                          Kindly look into it and arrange to repair the same at the earliest with out any cost, as I have over paid to the technicians.

                          Please note your service technician visited last week to our house, but could not rectify the exact fault, after he checked the same told us that the fan behind the compressor is not working (it is exactly because of the earlier technician made the faulty repair) and he took the PCB (the board showing fan, cool mode, swing etc.) out some where and come back after one hour inserted the same again and he pulled the fan with his hand and started the A/c, that time the A/c started working.


                          Further he told us that now the A/c is working, we can run the A/c like this, as the summer season is going to end in one month and next year you can repair the fan motor (the cost of repair of motor is around INR3500) and he left. Please note that the fan got repair exactly because of the un-experienced technician.


                          After he went, when put on the A/c in the evening some fire came from the A/c, immediately, we switched of the A/c and informed him, he again come to our house in the night, checked the same and informed us that the PCB is also gone (the cost of new PCB is around INR1400 to 1800) and even though if we complain again the parts will come after 15days from Korea, and by that the summer will over.

                          Also would like to inform that the outer cover of the A/c is broken, because of careless opening of the same by the technicians and the plastic locks except one are broken and so many screws are left out from the A/c, without putting back the same, just like during their different visit to our house to repair the A/c.



                          I am going to proceed the same legally, if every thing should be repaired within in one week with out any cost, as every thing are done by the un-experienced technicians sent by Samsung Customer Care.



                          Once again request you to please look into the matter seriously and rectify the faults.

                          At the time of all three services your engineer also accepted that 4 free service is there.

                          but now 3 free service is compelted but their is no use for service because they did only the cleaning of indoor unit(cleaning the grill part in indoor unit) only. they told 4th service only we check the total unit & the outdoor unit.

                          but now your guys telling only 3 free service is available for split AC then why your engineer & dealer committed like this. And what is the use of first three service????????...

                          I need proper solution for this case.

In the same time I talked to Mr. Brijesh, he promised me within 4 to 5 days, the AC will be replaced.
                          But till date(even after 6 days) the AC has not been replaced. The summer is on its peak, I along with my familly unable to sleep due to high temperature. We are in so trouble and not a single % satisfied with Samsung Services for AC. There are three samsung product at my home, we are believing on Samsung. Therefore it is requested that the AC please be replace, so that our belief on Samsung be continued and suggest the others for going to Samsung product. The AC please be replace.

                          SAMSUNG/AIR CONDITIONER — Pathetic after sales service (BP No. - 8412588355)

                          This is to inform you that i called Samsung Customer Service on 6th Apr,10 to get my AC serviced as it is not cooling and its still under warranty. The lady who answered the phone said the engineer will come next day but did not. Calling Samsung up several times,the engineer finally came on 8th, checked the AC and informed that there is a Gas leak and it needs to be collected. He offered to collect the AC for repair on the 9th but it has has not been colleted so far. Today is 13th' Apr its been 5 days, despite calling up several times, the AC has not been collected for repair. This is disgusting after sales service. I was not even aware that the customer has to call themselves for first 3 free services. I have bought lots of Home appliances from other companies and they proactively call for 1st 3 services under warranty. This is the last time i'm buying a Samsung Product. But for this time, please look into this matter and get this issue fixed ASAP.

                          Air conditioner of Korea — Non functioning of Air Conditioner from last 25 days

                          I m one if the annoyed customer of your company who has done a mistake in purchasing an air conditioner from your company. my A/C has gone bad and is presently not working and in spite of repeated complaints and follow ups from your partner sourced company(HOME SOLUTIONS), i have failed to get any result.

                          The problems started from the day we bought this A/C. We bought this from the retail store of BIG BAZAAR at Ghaziabad. Ut people took their own sweet time of almost 10 days to install the A/C at my place. We have used your third grade machine for a period of not more than 6 months out of 11 months , we did not even get the free maintenance service as promised by the representatives while selling this unit. This is the kind of service you render to your customers . PATHETIC.

                          I got my complaint registered on 08 May 2010 wide complaint no :229608 for the non functioning of the A/C. Your representatives visited us on 12 May 2010 but upfront denied to service as he was incompetent to service the machine he did NT even touched the machine and went back We again contacted the office and reminded them to sent someone for the repaid of the A/C, Then another person visited on 14 May 2010 and refilled the required gas into it. We asked them to service it but they refused upfront stating that there is no requirement of servicing.
                          '
                          After 2 days of the refillment of the gas , the A/C again stopped working and another call was logged ref no :231140 on 18 May 2010 . We kept calling the officer MR Ajay Sharma for the early resolution but he kept of fooling that the person will be sent and the customer is liable to pay the auto fares, we even agreed for the payment of the auto fares but one person visited the place on 24 may 2010 and refused to take the A/C along with him and since then we are struggling to get the service from this third class service provider.

                          You can now treat this as a final reminder call going forward this can lead you to a bring nuisance. DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED.
                          Do get back in another 24 hrs failing which the required step will be taken and i shall demand for the complete payment refund or the replacement of the complete unit.

                          सामसंग कम्पनी को जब एसी बनाना नहीं आता तो बनाती ही क्यों है? मैंने 2012 में स्प्लीट एसी खरीदा था। तीन साल में ही 13000 रुपए खर्च करने पड़ गए। कंडेंसर, पी.सी.बी, टेमपेरेचर इनडिकेटर खराब हो गया। सर्विस तो पूछिए मत। एसी ठीक करने में एक महीना से ऊपर का समय लगा दिया सर्विस सेंटर ने। कम्प्रेशर पर आठ-दस साल की वारंटी देकर कम्पनी ग्राहकों को उल्लू बना रही है। अब तो मैं इस कम्पनी का कुछ भी खरीदने से रहा। कम्पनी ने बहुत दुखी किया है। तीन साल में एसी पर पचास हजार पानी की तरह बह गया। भविष्य में इस चिटिंग के लिए कम्पनी को खामियाजा तो भुगतना ही पड़ेगा।

                            We purchased above said a/c on 25 july, 2008 & it got water leaking into room after 15 days of instalation, then it stopped working all together, despite our repeated calls company officials did not make a visit for 3 days. It is all happening after we heard so good about there services & their commitment to visit with in 24hrs of complaint. This is kind of harrasment & ill treatment we have to go through.

                              The above complaint was registered on 19/07/2008. Even after fllowing up with yourpeople for the past 40 days, the compalint has not been attended. ONLY an assurance that the call will completed in 2 days is given by your people whenever i call.

                              Is this the kind of service a customer gets, even when he/she is willing the cost of replacement.
                              Who do we get in touch with if such a stituation occurs? If you are unable to attned the call kindly advise so that I cane take up the matter with Concumer forum for further actions and reimbusrments.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                We bought a Samsung Refrigerator Model no.RT31ZVSS and a Washing Machine Model no.WM WA85VANEC from SAMSUNG PLAZA, PCH RETAIL LIMITED, Gautam Towers, Plot no.4, S.P.Road, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh.The Invoice no.BEG-200 dated 20/07/2008.

                                After delivery we found that the Refrigerator door has defect and we gave a complaint to Samsung Customer Care[protected]
                                Our complaint no is [protected]. After two days Technician came on 25th and 30th July 2008 and inspected and fail to rectify, then he told that this is manufacturing defect and could not rectify it so the refrigerator will be replaced in Ten Days.

                                Till today we have not received and there is no proper response from the company. Mr. Mahesh who is incharge is giving excuses
                                and now he says he will refund the amount.

                                We are indeed surprised to learn that a reputed firm like Samsung is not able to execute such small complaints.We are dissappointed.
                                An early action is solicited in this regard.

                                SAMSUNG FFRIDGE — Replacement of the Fridge

                                Purchsed fridge from the Samsung dealer in 2nd week of July .the picece was having moulding defect.Returned back to dealer and paid extra money for getting other colour of the available piece .The fridge could not be levelled as the base wheel of the fridge was damged resulted in jerks to the door every time the door is opened .
                                The service engineer visited after 7 days of the complaint and that too after lot of hot discussions with dealer .
                                The service engineer reported for replacement.Till date after follow up, the replacement is yet to be effected.On complaining to customer care says contact dealer and vice versa OR 2marrow you will be contacted with latest but all is in vain. No communication by mial nor by telephone.

                                I have complained before 1 month ago in samsung company for replacing a damaged door and also they were checked and gave surity to replace the door on date of 25th december,2009 but still they didnt change door of refrigator.

                                I Ruby Arora launched a complaint for my Samsung make double door refrigerator on 18th of January 2010 but today as on 27th of January my complaint has not been attended. I was given the complaint number [protected] and thereafter I have made numerous calls but all in vain. I am really amazed that such a big company like Samsung is inefficient in attending a small complaint, so it should close down all its call centres and service centres. Following is the list of the calls made to the company during this period.
                                1.18th January 9:45 am – first complaint for some problem in refrigerator
                                2.19th January 11:21 am
                                3.19th January 5:12 pm
                                4.21st January 3:44 pm – engineer's call but I told him that he should come in evening
                                at around 6:00pm
                                5.22nd January 4:22 pm
                                6.22nd January 6:01 pm
                                7.24th January 10:19 am
                                8.25th January 2:11 pm
                                9.25th January 4:58 pm
                                10.25th January 5:35 pm
                                11.27th January 12:08 pm

                                So I made 10 calls and there was only 1 response from the end of Samsung. If the company is unable to attend the complaint it should refuse at the very first instance.
                                I would never suggest anybody and would myself never buy a Samsung product as its after sales service is of a very bad.

                                Samsung Refrigerator — refrigerator

                                Dear Sir,
                                We have purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Megahertz Technologies cc-10 faizabad road Lucknow, Model No. RT280 Make. Samsung Sl. No. 03734AQ401320L Dt. 15-05-08 Valued Rs 14310/=. It faulted
                                3 months earlier i.e. fridge was not cooling/freezing.
                                A complaint was lodged dated 27 feb 2010 and repair was done on[protected]. After repair only cold water supply was restored vide enclosed voucher nos. 2303 valued 815/= component replaced (DA 31-113P) with labour charge. 2nd complaint lodged for the same fault in April 2010, repair was done on[protected] and after repair only cold water supply restored vide voucher nos. 179 valued 815/= again component replaced (DA 31-113P) with labour charge. Again 3rd complaint lodged for the same fault on[protected] complaint nos. [protected] and this time also only cold water, freezing was not restored,and repair charge was not taken.
                                And this time when complaint nos. [protected] date[protected] lodged nobody turned up to check the fault. I reminded so many times but
                                every time I was told Sr. Engineer is being deputed to look the matter but no body turned up to date. Consequently refrigerator stands unused.
                                Now I am bound to file a suit in consumer court to claim damages on account of haraissment caused by your company and this matter would also be given to credited news papers for the public knowledge about your product service.
                                Still I hope you will hear the grievance and will do the needful within 10 days.

                                  With reference to above subject I am happy to see a letter from your side. In the letter I have following doubts, please let me know.

                                  1. The letter was not at all signed.
                                  2. The complaint was given on 28.06.2008 and Mr.Ram Mohan came to us several times. We never rejected his / your services.
                                  3. This time we did with frustration and exhaustion.
                                  4. May I take this letter is an official letter from your side.

                                  Apart from that I would like to submit the following with your good offices regarding my problems and difficulties faced being customer of SAMSUNG.

                                  1. Sir my name is Murali Mohan.V. I am a practicing chartered accountant in Gandhinagar, Near RTC X Road, Hyderabad.

                                  2. I bought a SAMSUNG FRIDGE on 30.04.2008 from Bajaj Electronic Show room at Panjagutta, Hyderabad.

                                  3.
                                  a. At the time of demonstration of that fridge the company executive himself noticed a defect in door GASKIT. For rectifying this he asked us to give a complaint to customer care in [protected].

                                  b. As suggested by that person we duly lodged a compliant in customer care.

                                  c. A Technician (namely First Technician) from company visited our house when I am not in my house with out even intimating the same to me. He stated to my wife that there is no problem with the door.
                                  4.
                                  a. After few days when I noticed that some insects are in the fridge and fruits / milk / other things are not so hygienic in the fridge then I again lodged a complaint with customer care.

                                  b. Then the first technician again visited our house as usual with out even intimation and he pasted the GASKIT with a gum.

                                  c. After I came to my house I noticed this and I felt upset about the service and again I lodged a complaint again with customer care on 28.06.2008.
                                  5.
                                  a. This time company has send another technician ( namely second technician) to our home.

                                  b. He came with due notice to my home and seen the fridge.

                                  c. He told us that the problem is not with the GASKIT, the actual problem lies in the door itself. He noted down particulars of fridge and he told us that the door will be replaced in due course.

                                  d. On 16-18 of July people from Samsung company came and delivered a door at our house. When I asked about the replacement they sincerely told us “ Sir we are not technicians, We are just delivery persons”

                                  e. Later I Keep on pursuing this matter with customer care people and no one responded.

                                  f. After few days Later one fine day the first technician again came to our home with out notice and asked my wife to clear the fridge to replace the door delivered to us.

                                  g. My wife honestly requests that technician “ Sir We doubt the door delivered to our house what we hope is not 230 Ltrs door”. Then he replies the door is very well fit for our fridge and again asked my wife to clear the fridge. It has taken 30 Min to clear the fridge and this gentleman relaxingly studied the news papers.

                                  h. After the clearance is over then he simply checks the door and with a small smile in his face he told my wife “ madam you are right this door is not 230 Ltrs door, this door is 180 Ltrs door”.

                                  i. Again I contacted customer care.


                                  6.
                                  a. After wards I keep on pursuing customer care regarding this problem.

                                  b. A few weeks / days I cautioned the customer people that the poor service given to me.

                                  c. Then very next day people from Hyderabad called me and as usual assured for the service.

                                  d. I waited nothing was moved and again I contacted customer care.

                                  e. Then people from Hyderabad called me and with apologize they assured me that for the pain I have taken they will replace the fridge itself. For that also I waited.

                                  f. Even after 10 days after assurance still these people are telling that still they require 3-4 days or a week to replace.

                                  7. Further to your information I submit one more for your kind information. On[protected] when we contacted customer care on [protected] it is explicitly expressed with doubt regarding the height of the fridge door delivered to us. This fact you can establish by duly contacting the customer care. This shows the negligence of your personnel.

                                  8. All the above facts have been given to your person YUGANDAR ( ONLY PERSON WHO VISITED / CONTACTED TO MY HOME / ME AND WHO TRY TO PERSONALLY LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM )

                                  9. Later also no one made a call to me. I wonder Every time when I called your customer care people on [protected] a call from local office will be received by me in the same time.

                                  10. Even we discussed this fact over phone when first you called me. Afterwards also I have to make a call to you people to tell you my problems.

                                  11. In this regard I would like to know what happened with your customer care and your company processes in my case. My questions are given as ANNEXURE 1 to this letter which is duly signed by me.

                                  12. I VEXED AND EXHAUSTED.

                                  13. FINALLY I REQUIRE APOLOGY LETTER FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAMSUNG INDIA COMPANY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE CAUSED TO ME WITH DULY SIGNED BY DIRECTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICES AND WITH COMMON SEAL OF THE COMPANY AND I REQUIRE MY MONEY BACK INCLUDING EXPENDITURE INCURRED. This should be completed in 7 days time from now i.e 02.09.2008. If nothing came to me before 9th of this month then it is presumed by myself that you haven’t considered by appeal and from 10 of this month I will be on my job which will be explained in written below which has been communicated to you over phone few days back.

                                  14. From 10th of this month this matter will be made to general public in a protest. I humbly submit with your good offices that I would like to protest against the SAMSUNG company customer care at Indira park – NTR Stadium or some othe place subject to legal clearances & permissions from respective authorities.

                                  15. I will further bring to your kind attention the activities involved in the protest which will be different types.

                                  a. I / We who are facing difficulties with customer care service / product will go as a rally to venue.

                                  b. 3 persons will act as GANDHIJI'S three popular monkeys to show the actions of customer care i.e First person act as Blind, Second person act as Deaf and the third person act as Dumb.

                                  c. I will dump my fridge with a large crane by pulling it to the up and dump it on the road. Though it is painful to me, this is to show my frustration being a customer of SAMSUNG.

                                  d. We will collect this and we will show / display this at every consumer exhibitions by hiring a stall to show the poor performance of your customer service.

                                  e. All the above activities will be informed to general public in advance with posters, pamphlets, advertisements and press conferences..etc.

                                  f. It is further bringing to your attention that ALL THE ABOVE ACTIVITIES WILL BE PERFROMED BY TAKING NECESSARY PERMISSIONS / SANCTIONS FROM RESPECTIVE AUTHORITIES.

                                  16. All the above has been communicated to you over phone when you contacted me first time and I contacted you next.

                                  QUESTIONS / DOUBTS IN YOUR COMPANY PRODUCT / SERVICE

                                  1. The defect lying in the product is manufacturing defect itself.

                                  a. Who produced this product ?
                                  b. Who did the quality control check. ?
                                  c. Who approved it ?

                                  2. First Technician came to our house namely Ram Mohan has simply ignored the problem. What made him to ignore the problem inspite a complaint from customer?

                                  3. At the time of second visit Mr.Ram Mohan he pasted the GASKIT with a gum ?

                                  a. Whether pasting of a GASKIT is permitted as per your opinion ?
                                  b. If not what made him to do that ?
                                  c. Who trained him to do that ?

                                  4. Don’t your technician have a practice to call the customer over mobile phone to tell him about your technician visit to the customer house ? then why Mr.Ram Mohan didn’t called me even?

                                  5. What your technicians expecting to speak in English though your customers are telling their problems in Telugu ?

                                  6. How much time you require to replace a door i.e component of a fridge ?

                                  a. Who is looking inventory levels ?
                                  b. Why you have not kept at least even one door for replacement ?
                                  c. If you can’t then why you have sold this model in the market ?
                                  d. Where was the mistake in delivering 180 ltrs door instead of 230 ltrs door?

                                  7. Don’t your technicians have a practice of looking into customers problem when they approach customer ? because on[protected] I clearly told to your customer care about the height of fridge door ? wasn’t your technician look into that before he reaches here ?

                                  8. Don’t your technicians hear what customers are saying ? Inspite my wife expressed a doubt about height of fridge door, your technician simply ignored and made us to clear the fridge ? what do you feel about this ?

                                  9. Don’t your technicians have the awareness / helping nature in clearing the fridge ? Your technician just sat in a chair reading news paper ? don’t you feel that this an opportunity to help the customer ?

                                  10. Don’t you have a system to call the customer and update the status of his problem? Do you feel that it is the mercy of the poor customer to keep on pursuing your actions ?

                                  11. Don’t you have a time bound to address a complaint ? If Yes then where went wrong exactly in my situation ?

                                  12. Don’t you have a policy in service in respect of what to replace ? Is it the discretion of technician himself ? Don’t you have justification mechanism in replacing decision taken by technician ?

                                  a. In our case first your technician said to replace the fridge door later at office level you assured us to replace the fridge itself ?
                                  b. Don’t you feel that this is costing company extra at the non performance of few people ?

                                  13. When I contacted Mr.Mahesh on[protected], Harisha has spoken to me. She said it may take few more days or week to replace the fridge. Then suddenly on 29th evening your people came to our house to replace the fridge. How this is possible ? What made you people to speed up the process ?

                                  14. I tried several times to speak Mr.Mahesh but I hardly get him over phone before 26th evening. Only harisha used to speak with me. When I conveyed my agenda of my protest then even also Mahesh came to my phone in next day. Don’t you people have even time to speak to customers ?

                                  15. Don’t you have mechanism to report the problems told by customer to higher authorities ? If so why NO one from service side tried to called me and tried to talk me except yugandar ?.

                                  I hope that this massage could reach the Samsung Boss. I am not complaining but just to give some idea to bust up the product to chellange the down trend of the world economy. Many who bought a TV will not think to buy a new one but if there is new product it will help people to buy it. This morning while on the computer and without doing anything my computer autmatically change to screen saver mode where I had an aqurium screen saver and I like to see it. My idea is as most of the TV when shut down and not in used the screen is blank. Why not Samsung add some screen saver mode to the TV and when it is not in used the user can select some of the mode so that ratner than a blank TV the TV can be used as decoration when it is ecupied with the screen saver mode.

You can keep on calling them on their call center & they will keep on replyng that things will be set right today. Let it be for years. These kind of companies and their irresponsible behaviours must be curbed at the beginning before they spread their muscles.                                   e. Four numbers of Samsung mobile hand set for my family members.
                                  f. Intend to purchase one Samsung LCD TV 42 “ during next month

                                  You can check the above from your records or otherwise I will send the scan copies of the above bills if required.

                                  In view of the above I am going to inform you that the washing machine is presently not in working condition and I had lodged a complaint vide complaint number [protected] dated 07 Apr 2011 against this and the service engineer was visited my residency on last Saturday ( 09 Apr 2011) and after inspection he told that the PCD is not working due to high voltage. He told the cost of the PCD is withing Rs 2000. The warranty period of the washing machine was over than eight months.

                                  My request is, can the cost of the PCD of the washing machine will waive, if so than kindly inform the service centre Bangalore ( Telephone number[protected] accordingly so that they can charge only servicing charges from me.

                                  Your kind help in this regards will highly be appreciated.

                                    i purchased a samsung 29 inch tv in 2005 for rs 22000/-. on 14 aug 2008 when i was viewing tv the picture disappeared suddenly but sound signal was coming . i gave a complaint to company but engineer of company came on 19 aug 2008. he told that only an ic is to be changed.this ic is not available in yamuna nagar so this ic will be brought from noida and ur tv will be repaired day after tomorrow.when next time he came he opened the tv and told us that the neck of picture tube is broken . according to company's engineer, it might had broken automatically but according to me how a picture tube can be broken automatically when a tv is just lying stationery since 3 years.moreover it not possible to even displace a heavy weight 29 inch tv. the engineer of company( mr. prem dhiman) told us that this tv requires near about 9000/- and which is nearly equivalent to cost of new tv. i thi nk this picture tube is broken by company's engineer & we have to bare this loss.therefore from now onwards neither we nor any of oiur relative & friends will buy any samsung product.now that tv is kept in store room of my house & we hope that company will take any action.otherwise we are forced to go to consumer court.

                                    I own a Samsung 29" Inch Colour TV purchased around 7 years ago.
                                    I am very happy with the product.
                                    Recently one fault errupeted in my TV.
                                    Call was logged on Toll Free No.
                                    Service engineer informed me after charging certain fees that the Coil which is over the Picture needs replacement.
                                    Part is still awaited even after 2 months.
                                    Is this the service Guarentee that Samsung India Provides.

                                      To show my dissatisfaction about the service of the company.

                                      With reference to above and above subject I submit the following with your good offices regarding my problems and difficulties faced being customer of SAMSUNG.

                                      1. Sir my name is Murali Mohan.V. I am a practicing chartered accountant in gandhinagar, Near RTC X Road, Hyderabad.

                                      2. I bought a SAMSUNG FRIDGE on 30.04.2008 from Bajaj Electronic Show room at panjagutta, Hyderabad.

                                      3.
                                      a. At the time of demonstration of that fridge the company executive himself noticed a defect in door GASKIT. For rectifying this he asked us to give a complaint to customer care in [protected].

                                      b. As suggested by that person we duly lodged a compliant in customer care.

                                      c. A Technician (namely First Technician) from company visited our house when I am not in my house with out even intimating the same to me. He stated to my wife that there is no problem with the door.
                                      4.
                                      a. After few days when I noticed that some insects are in the fridge and fruits / milk / other things are not so hygienic in the fridge then I again lodged a complaint with customer care.

                                      b. Then the first technician again visited our house as usual with out even intimation and he pasted the GASKIT with a gum.

                                      c. After I came to my house I noticed this and I felt upset about the service and again I lodged a complaint again with customer care on 28.06.2008.

                                      5.

                                      a. This time company has send another technician ( namely second technician) to our home.

                                      b. He came with due notice to my home and seen the fridge.

                                      c. He told us that the problem is not with the GASKIT, the actual problem lies in the door itself. He noted down particulars of fridge and he told us that the door will be replaced in due course.

                                      d. On 16-18 of July people from Samsung company came and delivered a door at our house. When I asked about the replacement they sincerely told us “ Sir we are not technicians, We are just delivery persons”

                                      e. Later I Keep on pursuing this matter with customer care people and no one responded.

                                      f. After few days Later one fine day the first technician again came to our home with out notice and asked my wife to clear the fridge to replace the door delivered to us.

                                      g. My wife honestly requests that technician “ Sir We doubt the door delivered to our house what we hope is not 230 Ltrs door”. Then he replies the door is very well fit for our fridge and again asked my wife to clear the fridge. It has taken 30 Min to clear the fridge and this gentleman relaxingly studied the news papers.

                                      h. After the clearance is over then he simply checks the door and with a small smile in his face he told my wife “ madam you are right this door is not 230 Ltrs door, this door is 180 Ltrs door”.

                                      i. Again I contacted customer care.


                                      6.

                                      a. After wards I keep on pursuing customer care regarding this problem.

                                      b. A few weeks / days I cautioned the customer people that the poor service given to me.

                                      c. Then very next day people from Hyderabad called me and as usual assured for the service.

                                      d. I waited nothing was moved and again I contacted customer care.

                                      e. Then people from Hyderabad called me and with apologize they assured me that for the pain I have taken they will replace the fridge itself. For that also I waited.

                                      f. Even after 10 days after assurance still these people are telling that still they require 3-4 days or a week to replace.

                                      7. Sir I vexed and exhausted. Now I decided to bring this fact to the general public.

                                      8. In this regard I humbly submit with your good offices and request you with folded hands to give me permission to protest against the SAMSUNG company at Indira park – NTR Stadium.

                                      9.
                                      a. In the process 10-15 persons will participate in this protest.

                                      b. A crane will be used.

                                      c. Coconut and doopsticks will be used.

                                      d. If permits band/sounds will also be used in this protest.

                                      10. I here with give and undertaking that I abide by the rules and regulations if any laid down in this regard.

                                      i have brought a a/c on 4th of arpril but after instulation i find that it is not working i called the deler vasanth& co but no responce from they. only waist of call charges and time and their is no responce from the customer care also please help to gut my money back

                                      I have bought samsung double door fridge on digital shoppe, miyapur, hyderabad, on june 7 2007. On 19th july 2010, i lodged the complaint on[protected] and my complaint number was [protected]. After 2days one service enginerr came without any tools and he checked the fridge and said compresser is gone and we have to change the compressor and he went. For the past 15 days i am trying either customer care or local serivice centre S.S. associates kukatpally, they are saying irrelevent answer. saying that spare parts are not avaliable and it has to come from factory. No body is taking care.

                                      My personal experience was dont buy any of the samsung product. Simply theywill wash their hands after selling. If there was any fault you have run pillar to post and post to pillar no proper answer.

                                      Still now i dont know what to do with the fridge, just i am keep calling local service centre and hoping some what one day they will come and cnage the spare.

                                      The lesson i learnt is "SAMSUNG COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST CHEATER" and i wont recommed or buy any of the samsung product in the future

                                        I have a SAMSUNG television which broke down this month (18th Aug 2008). I called Samsung service and I was assured service engineer visit same day. 3rd day engineer visited, repaired and went. In 2 days, same fault appeared. Again called Samsung service, engineer came and corrected and left.
                                        Then I went outstation. When I came back after a week, TV was again not working. Problem was same. I had to call customer service again and as usual they promised engineer same day. That “same day” came again 3rd day. Engineer checked and walked away telling me that he needs to bring some spares. Somebody will call and confirm you when this would be repaired.
                                        When nobody called, we had to call up customer service 2 times to get the status. They promised a senior engineer visit to see what can be done as THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAS SPARES. That visit is still awaited and I am calling SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE ALMOST EVERYDAY.
                                        Problem is that this SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE is a just a call center. They have just a messaging system. No real link to service department. I asked for customer manager's telephone number for customer's grievance. They have same answer every time that they do not have it. Every time they have a similar answer that they would pass on the message.
                                        I am PISSED OFF now and advice all the customer's not to buy any Samsung product ever at least in India.
                                        I would be happy SAMSUNG company what a common customer thing about them.

                                        I purchased the samsung mobile (SGH-610) in month of Jun'08 with amount of 4500 (set 4000 + 500 for 1 gb card).

                                        The deatils of set as follows:
                                        1) Model No. SGH-M610
                                        2) RSN No./ IMEI= [protected]
                                        3) S.No.= RW2Q398839 K

                                        For last two week the mobile was not getting charge.I took this set to customer care - 31 sector on 2nd Sep'08 as it is under warranty.That time, he checked the set for any damage of set and pin.During visualization, the set was found no breakage from outside.He also seen the pin of mobile where it is getting charge.It was OK.That i amet with Ravinder and given me the order no. 4038582/83.

                                        After ten day, i visited to customer care to get my mobile after repairing.I am surprised to hear the price (2340 with 4 % vat) with mentioning track damaged of connection.The mail received from vijay maurya to gurgaonfsc on 8th Sep'08.

                                        Is it our fault.This is ur design why this track has got damaged in just two month.If your part is not durable then why i will be responsible to pay.This is not fair.The set is already 4000 rupees only then how can i pay 240 rupees.

                                        Before this set which was misplaced was Nokia.Even the breakage of pin in Nokia set, i got repaired it form nokia customer care without any problem/ discussion. But in your case, there is no breakage seen from outside in Samsung mobile.

                                        I think this is your set problem may be the material and connection problem.I want the set to be rectified without paying any amount.Otherwise i have to find the another way.I am also working in the warranty analysis department in Steering manufacturing company.We also support the customer but the not like you.

                                        In addition to above problem (not charging), the mobile get auto off minimum one time a day.This one of worse problem which i am facing.

                                        I again request to look in to this matter and rectify it under warranty.I[censored] are not able to do, otherwise i will have to move ur top management.

                                        I bought a Samsung mobile from your company around 7 months back. I’ve been using your products from last 10 years. Every time I buy any white good and that’s always Samsung. I am using Samsung LCD, Samsung A.c., Samsung Fridge and Samsung VCD Player too. I trust this brand very much and I always advise my friends to buy your products. However, this time your services ruined my interest and that made me feel very upset. The day I bought the cell, it started giving me troubles. It started hanging in between my calls. And when I contacted the hot spot’s sales executive at sec.15 Faridabad, he advised me to contact Samsung Service station. Then I contacted your service station and they told me to get the original copy of bill such that they can entertain me. However, that bill got misplaced some how and I pleaded them very much but they didn’t heard me and they refused to help me with that. But does that mean I never bought that cell from you guys?

                                        i bought a mobile phone instrument from Bhagwati Telecom, Sector 22, Gurgaon on 01-Sep-2008:

                                        I was given a warranty of 1 year for the same and was told by Bhagwait Telecom that i will full support by them incase any fault occurs in the product during warranty period.

                                        About a month ago (in Jan'09), the earphones supplied with the phone stopped working.
                                        i contacted and reported the same to Bhagwati Telecom who refused to provide any support to get the ear phones fixed or replaced by Samsung.

                                        i, hereby, request you to consider this issue and take appropriate action soon.

                                        i bought a DVD player form bhopal. My DVD player is not working properly. I have delivered my DVD player at your samsung service center of Bhopal on 6-6-2009 for repairing. Your service center executive returned me my DVD player on[protected]. when i checked my DVD player at my home i got still problem in my DVD player. Then I phoened customer care, your executive has given me a complend No. [protected]. After that your engineer dropped at my home at[protected] and repaired my DVD player. After going your engineer, I just on my DVD and I got my DVD player is still not working properly. Then I ragistered a complained in Bhopal samsung office and customer care also.

                                        Dear sir nobody visit yet for my DVD player and i am still facing problem. my warrenty period has been over at[protected] and i make a complained for my DVD player at 6-6-2009. Please do the needful and solve my problem.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have given a digital camera make D-760 at your bhopal center on 6/6/09 fro repair under warranty period. Today after more than 1 month i was told that camera has been repaired. While receiving camera, i was extremely surprised/ astonished / dis-apponited to note that it does not contain 2GB data card inside it along with cells. I immediately refused to receive the camera and took back the service challan.

                                        Your representative here at bhopal center tried to search for card but failed and told me that he will write to place where camera has gone for repairing and asked me to come on monday 13/7/09.

                                        It gives me immense dis-appointment to ask you that why such thing has happened? When camera has gone with data card, how it comes empty ? After depositing camera, at that time also people questioned me that why you have given with data card but i was completely sure that samsung being a renowned company such things will not happen.

                                        But now i think that i was wrong.

                                        I therefore request you that your bhopal representative is pursuing for same but from your side also instructions should go for return of data card because i am in doubt about bhopal center's action.

                                        pls. do the needful so that faith of customers like us return in samsung products and workability.

                                        My son LOVNEEK JANDU H No 905 Sector 14 Gurgaon (Haryana) purchased CTV CS29Z40MV Chasis No 01020 vide cash memo No 19014 Dated 16-Nov-2008 from DAWAR INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONIC PVT LTD .Since the purchase, the performance of CTV is not satisfactory.There is a cracker like sound immediately after switch on the CTV. We have complaint nos of time, every time the service engineer came to attend but failed to ractify the defect permanantly. Now again the problem has crop up for the last one month.We have approached the dealer, he has refused to entertain our complaint. Dealer has asked us to directly talk to manufacturer (SAMSUNG).You are requested to either get the CTV repaired or change the set. See the poor service reflects the reputation of SAMSUNG. I may clear that in case our complaint is not attended properly, we will seek the door of justice.

                                        I purchased my new Samsung LCD TV LA40B530 two months back. However it doesn't work with
                                        my Wii game console bought from USA. I am connecting standard Wii composite cable with
                                        3 plugs (Yellow, white and red) into AV1 input of TV but all I get is blank screen.

                                        I am using the correct 200V to 110V converter to connect to Wii adaptor.

                                        What could be the problem? I thought Samsung TV will work with both NTSC and PAL systems

                                        I had given my Samsung Mobile i5801 for repair at Ansh Communication Old Delhi Road Gurgaon on 15.7.2011 vide complaint number 95001. The handset is still in warranty period.
                                        Despite delay of 25 days and calling service centres every day it has not been repaired and returned to us.

                                        At each call the staff promises date after another 2-3 days when it will get repaired and returned to us but that day has not come so far in last 25 days. If this is the attitude of service staff whyshould anyone buy any Samsung product.
