my samsung handset was not working properly that is why i gave the handset to your service centre add-ELECTRO SERVICE CENTRE, B-26, Moti Nagar, Delhi-15, on 10-09-08. But no action has been taken yet about my problem whenever i ask to them they always treating me in unwell behaviour, now i become very much unsatisfaid to your company`s service. i am facing lots of problem due to unavailablality of my phone. Pls. take some suitable action about my problem as soon as possible.

samsung cdma — frequent disconnection

I recently bought a Samsung cdma mob SCH-F679 from K.K. Communications, Varanasi. The problem is that within a short while of talking the line gets disconnected. This is proving to be very inconvenient and i would request you to take some action against this. My phone is within the gaurantee period and i would like to change the handset.
Pl advise.

I have purchase Samsung CDMA Handset - SCH- M519HAAINU recently which is not working while talking. It is got disconnected in between while talking and some places it is not receiving singles while my earlier handset of Nokia is working fine with same CDMA phone.

I need urgent solution for this.

    29 days before i had given my TFT Monitor (Model No. MJ15ASKS/XTP, serial No.:- MJ15HHBYB02626E)
    for repairing at SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE, MANGLORE [Address::- Verma Agencies, No.[protected] Platinum point, Opp. platinum Theatre falnir Main Road, Manglore ]. it has DISPLAY RESOLUTION PROBLEM only.but from that time only each and every week they used to say call me either on Friday or Saturday and not giving any response regarding my TFT Monitor. After 10 days they told your TFT monitor will be replaced but now they are not responding at all.
    i am a student doing MCA from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal and i need My Computer for My course. there is no use of computer without monitor.they know it but after this also they are not responding.

    they tock our Projector TV .above work order dated 23/12/2008 still today we are not receiving any response from your service center. when we call up they are telling some think and kept the Phone. we are totaly un Happy about your service. Basically we are in service Industry ultimately we have to satisfy the customer. this TV we are Using in Suit Room.

    Because of you Earlier Good Service we bought 40 No Plasma 32"TV last Month. but now we are facing service Problem. we are thinking about Future if any thing happen 40 Tv's How can give for Samsung Service i am weighting for you valuable Replay

      My name is Sameer Goswami, I am form Pune (india). I have purchased a Samsung Washing Machine Model No. 82-V5G on 28/10/2008.

      On 1st Novemeber, 2008 Samsung Demo Person came and show the machine he said that the machine is default and we will replace the new piece to you.

      Till date no one had call neither they send the machine.

      Sorry to say that you are sunch a big and renowed company and is this the way you treat your customers ...

      Now I have decided to return that machine to Samsung Company and Go For LG...

        sir/madam
        My name is Abhinav Singh and i mam a resident of lucknow. 4 days ago i bought a new samsung mobile (samsung beat270) from 'MPORT' shop located in FUN mall in gomti nagar. i have found that the mic of the mobile is not functioning properly. i have bought it on 29th oct 2008.
        when i went to the shop from where i purchased the mobile they said to go to the samsung sevice center.
        As i have purchased it few days back, if a go to samsung sevice center then what is the use of a new mobile.
        kindly show me the right path that what should i do. I got a feeling that i have been cheatedand i m feeling very depressive as i have received a defective peice.

        i am thinking to buy samsung beat 270 but after reading this complaint of customer (abhinav singh), iam little bit confused whether this is a reasonable for me to buy or not? reply me fast...
        i am cofused between beat 450 & beat 270 which one i go for plz repy me fast
        I totally agree with Mr Abhinav. The hands free mic never worked since day one. When I took to service center, the person refused to replace it and replaced the entire board inside. It worked well for two months and now the same problem has re surfaced. So its not a problem with one piece but the entire beat series is like that. Very bad customer service.

          I have purchased a SAMSUNG LCD 22A450, which was wall mounted by Samsung Engineer, but we were facing problems viewing it. Hence I registered another complaint for re-installation on 31-Oct-2008 09:30am. I have called atleast 8 to 9 times on Samsung customer care number[protected], since yesterday, and I was ensured everytime, that the Enginner will call me in 1 to 2 hours / the complaint has been assigned / the Engineer is on route to my house. I fail to understand why should it take 24 hours to reach my place in Mumbai.
          I also registered a complaint on the Samsung Website with similar remarks. I received a call today, and he ensured the same. There is no call or no Engineer till now. I am sitting home waiting for this Engineer who is still on route. There is no where in Samsung where I can escalate this issue to (some Area manager, Service manager as other brands have). I have 3 Samsung TVs, but seeing the pathetic service, I would never adivice anyone to buy a Samsung product.

          What can I do now ?

            I called the customer service for problem in my AC and they sent an engineer named SATISH to my home and he also did the service but the AC which had a small before the service started giving big problems and now it is completly not working.The engineer disconnected the swing and had replaced the condenser with a duplicate one.He also charged us Rs.1000 on that day for the condenser and the excelent service he gave us.

            WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR THIS NOW...

            I am very sorry to say that the service provided by you is poor.

            Two days before(21-April-2008) i lodged a complaint regarding my window AC. And i got the compliant no - [protected]. Your customer care executive told me that they will be sending an engineer that day itself, before that somebody will be calling me to confirm the call details. Whole Monday i expected call, nobody turned up. Yesterday(22-April-2008) morning again i called, got same reply. In the evening again i called up, got same reply that we are very sorry... etc. At around 7.30 in the evening i got a SMS saying that your query has been resolved. I really dont know that with out sending an engineer that how the problem get resolved. Today morning again i called your customer care centre, again givig same reply. I am totally fed up up with your service.

            So I request you to take your product back and kindly refund the Amount

            else

            I will file a compliant in Consumer Court regarding this.

              I am working with India’s reputed business school in Ghaziabad. It has big family consitsts of more then 80 professors and 1500 management students With deep concern, we bring to your kind notice that we purchased, Samsung CS29M16MLEXXTL model for our use, on 11.11.2007 through M/s SHRI VAIBHAV ELECTRONICS, Pvt. Ltd. 12, b-13, Aashtha Appartment, Shalimar Garden Extn. – II, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad - 201005.
              Right from the very beginning, the product is ok and running properly but past two months its showing a problem, that after some time the picture is going to start black and within one & two hrs. the whole TV is black only sound is appears. We contacted our dealer and he registered our complaint, after one week mechanic was also come and repaired the TV. After three days the problem is again start again we register the complaint after two weeks mechanic came open the TV do something and said now its ok but, last week again we are facing same problem & my warranty period going to be over on 11.11.2008.
              We therefore request your good office to take up the matter from your level for early redressal of our grievance with in seven days i.e. that is 10/11/2008 after that I am free to spread this message towards amongs all professors and students to forward their friends and relative who are interested to purchase your product.

I really don’t know what is the main problem may be your engineers don’t know anything, they are not capable person who repair my TV properly, or my be my validity is going to be over very soon after that when I call your engineer & pay the amount then may be your engineer solve my problem. I think company not taking any interest to repair my TV. I am very disappointed with Samsung product or their service.

              29 inch color TV — repaired but still not working

              Dear Sir,
              This is my first experience that my TV is out for 2 weeks now. Complained on toll free no 5 times. persons arived 2 times but complaint remain the same. My TV is not getting on. The TV is in Warranty period. I want it repaired at the earliest. What i had to do.

                I had purchased a Samsung TV( model no: CS21A730) from Gopalan mall Mysore road Bangalore on 26th Oct 2008.
                Till date it's not been delivered. Is this the way FUTURE GROUP works!!!

                I tried reaching[protected] but nobody is bothered to pick up the phone.
                I also tried reaching [protected] But there are help less. They gave me contact number of Mr. Mosses who is the Dept Manager.
                When I tried to reach on his mobile [protected] it's in power down mode.
                Also I mailed [protected]@ezoneindia.com but no response.

                I don't know how EZONE do there Business. It will be very difficult for ezone(future group) to grow, if you continue doing like this with customers.
                Finally you may need to shut EZONE and Go home.

                I have decided not to shop with EZONE in future and also share this with my friends and releatives circle.

                  On 18th October 2008 evening suddenly display of TV disappear.
                  On 19th October 2008 I informed to dealer about this problem.
                  On 21th October 2008 I informed to Samsung about this problem on phone, they gave me complaint no.- B.P.No.-[protected]
                  On 21th October 2008 samsung service engineer came & told a part (main board) of TV need to replace, that is not available now, whenever it will come from Delhi, i will replace it.
                  After 21th October 2008 I contacted several times to Samsung costomer care but all in vain & I am still suffering. Whole fesival holidays gone waste and we cound't enjoy my new TV and whole family suffered a lot.Any one can imagine my position among the members of the family, extended family and relatives.

                    i had bought a 21' colour TV from CSD 2 yrs back .recently when after coming back from leave i found that there is no sound in my TV . i contacted SUBHAM HOME SERVICE, 66, NARENDRA NAGAR, BELGHORIA, KOLKATA 70006. My complaint no was 8324.
                    he took Rs1500 from me and yet the TV's speakers r not functioning properly and the option to mute is no more there. kindly look into the matter and i hope u will take necessary steps against such fraudsters who on ur behalf r extracting money from innoncent people. i m hoping to listen from u.

                    I lodged a complaint through yr toll free No. [protected] for repair of TV . My call has been registered with BP No. [protected]. Pl look into and attend the complaint.
                    I had bought a 21” new colour television of your brand on 03.10.2008 at M/S Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd showroom, porur with model no. 21S8MEEX. The television was operated and worked just for ten days only, after that it was not working and becomes fully dead position, suddenly it stopped producing any video or audio output and showing no indication of power supply and view of pictures. I logged a complaint through your toll free no.[protected] (customer care) on 22.10.2008 as cited in the above ref.2 regarding this above problem and asked them to send a service engineer for attending the technical defects and rectify it. My call has been registered with BP No. [protected]. After a long period ( i.e after ten days) a Samsung company service engineer came on 05.11.2008 and rectified the defects till then the television was kept in idle.

                    The television was worked for the next one week only after the service of Samsung company service engineer and it attains the same condition. Once again another complaint to customer care was logged on 17.11.2008 and reported the problems occurred in the television. But no body has come to take action on that complaint.

                    I really regret on my decision to go for your brand leaving many other good brand who offer a convincing service. Neither your product nor your services are satisfactory.

                    I am not satisfied on your product since it does not fulfill entire good quality of product having lot of technical defects in the colour television. I really feel that I have wasted my money in buying this television. I wish to return this product. I will be grateful if you take this television back and refund the money.

                    If you are really concerned about your customer satisfaction provide me contact number whom should I speak to and also inform me where I should return this product. An immediate attention required.

                    21'' colour TV — TV has been dead

                    I have registered complaint of Videocon Brand T.V not working on 10.Feb.09 and been received complaint number for the same as LUC[protected].Ideal Care Service promised to resolve the problem
                    within 24 hrs
                    On 17.April when I enquired about the same they have lodged further complaint and given me the complaint no..LUC[protected] cancelling the previous number
                    Regret that till now Problem has not been solved

                    Am really stunned to experience such an insensitive response of high degree from the world No.1 Electronics Manufacturing Company like Samsung. I not only purchased a Television but three more consumer goods an Airconditioner, a refrigerator and a washing machine on 5th of Nov'2009.I paid the required amount out of purchase in Cash at Samsung Plaza Hazratganj Lucknow, this is imperative and important to mention that the goods were purchased to gift my sister on her wedding.Since the purchase the first service visit was not all done for any of the goods in fact in turn I had to call several times and so the same got closed parallelly we started experiencing some green colors appearing on the screen problem after 4-5 days of purchase, several times we had to call up call centre, samsung plaza, get into the operational issues theTV was repaired but the problem kept persisting despite several repairs.Finally the Sr.Eng visit was conducted and it was evident that the replacement has to be done now if Samsung does not have the model for replacement then why should I be compelled to upgrade and pay an extra amount of Rs.500 for the same . Is this the customers pain area or concern ? What if customer is not willing to pay due to some reasonable reason ? Is this my fault that I purchased all required goods of Samsung Only' trusting the Brand and its good image ??
                    It is almost 40 Days that I am following consistently from one end with Samsung Plaza people Mr.Jafri, J K Wahal, Nitin Wahal and above all Service People of Samsung Mr.Dheeraj and the Branch Head Rajiv Mittal very arrogant and insensitive on the customer front They all were ready to replace after a long follow up rather upgrade the model and charge Rs.500 for which am not ready as mentioned above despite my re-itteration no body bothered to arrange for the same model and try n put into efforts .

                    This is really heartening and now am ready to fight by tooth and nail and if no positive response is received within next three working days on replacement of my TV same model free of cost I would move to media and Consumer Forum .

                    Samsung — Video is not working in TV

                    I had bought the Samsung TV 4 years ago.Now Video is not working. I had lodged the complaint with Electronic dealer and very next day Technician visited the house to check the problem in it.He said there is IC foult and now a days Company is not manufacturing such ICs and so, he suggested he will buy IC from open market.After a week, Technician was not turned out to repair the said complaint. One fine day I got a Call from the nearest Samsung office saying that our Technician found foult in your TV and you have to buy a new board which costs Rs.4000.I was surprised because IC need to be replaced For that , i had to go for buying a new Board.Evenafter, contacting the Customer service Executive I got the same reply.Finally he sent again technician to my house with new IC ( he was saying - I dont knw) . But Technician could not repair with the new IC also and taken back the new IC saying that is also not working.Moral of the drama is : I should either buy new board or i have to buy the new TV. See the type of aftersale service of SAMSUNG Electronics !!!

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am staying in Sahakarnagar-2, Pune-9.I have been experiencing either No service, No coverage or access denied to Airtel?????? on my this mobile.
                        I have complained even to your 121 (Ashwini, again on 29th Oct.2008 at 9.38 am), second time.But no heed is taken.Incidentally, my friends are abandoning the Airtel Simcard for this reason (with some other models of mobile of course!)
                        May I know, why I too should not follow my friends?

                        I lived in sahkarnagar ( pate sanskruti apts) pune 2 years back. I had service of AIRTEL. It was good, no problem. you should check your mobile or get a new one.

                          sir,
                          I bought a TV model no:21k 30, serial no:050432AQ800324 on 23/08/08 from Swami Agencies, Kottayam, Kerala. I noticed some troubles in TV three weeks back and informed the servicing centre at Kottayam. They came and took the circuit bord itself to the servicing centre, and now saying that some component is not available.

                          I request you to do the needful to get the tv repaired as soon as possible.

                            I have bought Samsung Digital Camere from M/s Chandrika Studio at Anna Nagar, Chennai India on 25.10.2008 (Saturday)night 7.30pm. I have taken 10 ~ 15 Still in this camera and there is no issue on the same day . The next day while i am taking the snap the flash is not working and after taking the photo display becomes blank and there is a indication light near the display is geting off & on continously . This was happened in next day ( Sunday ) . The next day (monday) is depawalli which was holiday and not able to contact the person where i purchased my camera. The next day Tuesday i have met Mr.Rajan Of Chandrika Studio and he has given Mr.Suresh - Area Manager mobile number. I have spoken to him and he asked me to come next to Samsung distibutors . Today i will plan to go there.

                            Please help me to get me the new one. I have not used this camaer more than a couple of hours

                              I bought SAMSUNG 230 L refrigerator a week back and within 3 days the refrigerator was not cooling up. Since the product was brand new, we did not expect this. We called up the customer care on Sunday (a day before diwali). We registered a complaint expecting that somebody would turn up on Sunday. The agent with whom we spoke assured that they would send somebody on Sunday. Nobody turned up on Sunday. Then i called them on Diwali and they said that the services were closed on Sunday. This was not communicated to us when we called before. Then we got a call from an Engineer for few enquiries about the product. Its been 3 days since we called. NOBODY HAS TURNED UP YET!!!

                              I did not expect this from Samsung as they are one of the leading global brand.

                              on 30.04.2008 i have taken samsung fridge.
                              at the time of demo i noticed that door was not in good condition.
                              then i complained to cusomer care

                              till now that complaint was not addressed.

                              In this connection i would like to throw this /scrap product infront of all general public.

                              My object is create awareness in the general public about the worst service of samsund product.

                              In this connection i invite u people to attend and make this a grand success.

                              SAMSUNG/FRIDGE — worst service

                              Till Jan 2009 i thought Samsung is good brand and i was proud of having products from this company. I have Samsung bio fresh Fridge, Samsung home theater system, Samsung digital camera and Samsung touch screen mobile.

                              But now i think i made mistake and in future i am never going to buy Samsung and would advice my friends never go for Samsung products.

                              You have good products.. But extremely poor service .. if I had had this experience before I would have never bought your products.


                              My fridge is not working for more then 1.5 months now. Your service engineer (so called Sr. service engineer Yogender) came and did nothing .. but promised me I has rectified the problem and may be in future I may have to replace one part .. I had told him at that moment it self to get the part and fix on fridge next week. He also gave me his phone number. But when I called him after 3 days to tell him fridge has stopped working and also checked with him what the part he had suggested to get changed. He started saying this is not bloody his problem I should speak to company only. His job is just make visit and if things don’t get fixed it’s not his problem and also said he will try to see I don’t get service. I had check for feedback from your call center I was not given any update.

                              I had complained with your call center about this I was told action would be taken and new service engineer was sent .. this guy said I have to partition changed as suggested by Yogender (your pervious engineer) and I got this part after 4-5 days and my fridge worked for few more days .. today 18 feb I requested for server as fridge has stopped working .. I was told some would visit by 4pm when I called at 5 pm to check I was told some would come by 7 pm and at 7 I was told yogender has been assigned this call and he would visit me by 8 and after that your call center stops working.

                              I had requested for word with call canter supervisor .. I was not allowed I was kept on hold for long and then told he is busy and next time I was told he is not there .. Supervisor name was Sumit Sharma.

                              I was surprised to know you do not have escalation mechanism at your call center.

                              I was also told they don’t the name of service center manager or of any one at higher level.

                              I am not writing this get any help from your end. I just wanted to convey pathetic service you have .. I hope you would do something about this.
                              I have already decided to but new fridge and would not be interested in getting this one fixed. Also decided to get rid of rest of item from Samsung as and when possible.

                              Refrigerator — Worst Service

                              You peoples are having very worst service After regular communication i won't got proper response from your Call Centre Executive nor from your Techinical Team and i w"ll not use any Whirlpool Product in Future nor Suggest to buy your product to any one of my knowns as you people does,nt have proper Commitment with your Clients,I call your Technicial Thrice and always i use to call thrice in your call centre and this time i am called ur team last time now i am not going to call anyone.My Complaint No is
                              JP[protected] i made this complaint yesterday that is on September 24,2009 and after that i called ur peoples 10 times but no proper response from their end nor from technician as per your team Some Mahendra Singh use to came to my house yesterday only after giving a call but up to now no one w"ll came and resolve the problem

                                Hi,
                                I had purchased a Samsung SCH-S399 CDMA Mobile on 13/7/2008. After exaclt 12 days suddenly my Incoming and outgoing calls were not working. Then i had been to Samsung Service Center on 26/7/2008 where i was said there is some problem with Board and we need to send this to Banglore where it would be repaired. I asked them for ETA, they said it would take maximum 15-20 days. But till data i haven't received the mobile. Please suggest in this case where shall we escalate such issues.

                                  i am purchase a new mobile phone model no Sgh-j210 but after two month it's navigation key is stop working, then i gave it to the samsung service center (b-130, nirala nagar, lucknow) to repair it on 20/10/2008, , , , but that time they do not check suddenly (but in nokia, lg service center they check quickly and tell the consumer what's the actual problem in mobile and how many time is to required to correct it), they deposit the set and after 5 days (25/10/08) they call me and tell mother board fault in your mobile and we are sending it to our Delhi main service center and after 20 to25 days you will receive your handset, , , , i said him all right you send it but can you give me any other handset for that period, , , , to use, , , , , but they said sorry sir we can't give...i want to say that what is this?i am really afraid from your service, , , in your service center all the workers are so lazy, , , , really i will never suggest any person to buy the samsung mobile phone, , , , (even mobile is to good but the service is to much poor)...

                                  samsung sgh j210 mobile — navigation key not working

                                  sir i buy an sumsung mobile [sgh j-210] in august.after 20 days i noticed that the joystick was not working properly.so i given it to service center in vizag. 2 months are gone but still now i cant get my mobile.i suffered a lot sir.they have been telling me next week, next week, next week.i have been suffering a lot.how much time i have to wait sir.sir is it my mistake to buy a sumsung mobile.please help me sir.
                                  yes i too faced the similar problem samsung has the worst servicing...finally i had to pay 550rs to get it done even though my phone had warranty

                                    I HAD SUBMITTED MY SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE ON 06-10-08 TO LUCKNOW SERVICE CENTER HAVING WORK ORDER NUMBER WA[protected]. THE SET WAS UNDER WARRANTY. AFTER 15 DAYS I WAS INFORMED THAT THE SET'S BOARD HAVE SOME PROBLEM AND IT OCCURED DUE TO OVER CHARGING, AND THIS DEFECT IS NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY.

                                    SIR I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM USING ORIGINAL CHARGER AND ACCESSORIES AND I NEVER CHARGE MY MOBILE PHONE NOT MORE THAN ONE HOUR, THEN HOW IT CAN GET OVER CHARGED IT WAS NOT MY MISTAKE IT HAS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I AM RESIDING IN APARTMENT AND I IN MY HOUSE THERE IS NO VOLTAGE FLUCTUATION.
                                    THEREFPRE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ADVICE THE WORKSHOP TO REPAIR THE SET UNDER WARRANTY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      I purchased Samsung E250 from Big C madhapur Hyderabad in Aug 2008, its still under warranty.
                                      After purchasing, in 10 days itself the display showed a thin white line. and then the display starte fading.
                                      I took it to Big C and they said it is waterlogged (I never used it in rains.. it was just 10days).. Later they said its Some strip problem in display and asked me to Go to Authorised service center. The center said its a crack in display and would cost 1400Rs. It looks rediculous, phone is prised at 4500 and display at 1400. I just felt upset with the Quality of the product (This was my 3rd cell phone, not the first.. so it was not rough handling at all)..

                                      Hated it big time and decided not to go with Any of products from the company.

                                      Samsung Cell Phone E250 — Improper Technical Support

                                      I purchased a cell Phone Samsung E250 on 15th October 2007. The cell phone started showing problems from the month of July 2008. Some of the keys stopped responding at times.But the issue was so intermittent that I initially tried to ignore it. When I took the set to a nearby Samsung repair Centre I was told that the chip inside that is responsible for those keys to respond has gone bad and needs replacement. And I was made to pay for the services even though my cell phone was under warranty. I could not take up the issue to anyone as I didn't have the knowledge whom to take up the issue with.I got the part replaced and unfortunately the issue re-occurred just after 3 weeks. I once again took it back to the same service centre and when they opened the set, I was shocked to find out the same chip inside. They just cleaned the chip with spirit and the cell was working again. This time they did not make me pay.But I wonder:-
                                      1.why I was made to pay for getting Technical support even when my Cell phone was under service contract.
                                      2.why even after paying for a replacement of a part, I did not get a new part.
                                      3. I was not made to pay the service charges as the Cell phone was under service contract. Will I be fortunate to the same extent after the warranty on my cell phone expires on 15th oct 2008.Because the issue has re-occurred for the third time and perhaps I have to pay them another visit tomorrow.
                                      I have E 250 mobile and now phone display shows in white screen, but i am geeting incoming calls .. Now i am looking to purchase a nes phone.. Before that i wants to know. is it possibe to take phone numbers from this phone .. if yes .. how .. where .. Iam in chennai now..
