Washing m/c model wo625 2 cp 8021 43 p Product s.no.WA88TPLB4..TZ purchased on[protected] from Bajaj Electronics Pajagutta Hyderabad is not working since 21-08-08 & on 22-08-08 evening one of the technitian of the co. attended it. &he concluded that till the dampening rods (4 in numbers) are replaced the m/c may not be put 'on'.Since then N no.s of calls have been made to service centre & except the operator, there has not been any body else even though requested to have talk with the sr. but to '"of no use"except for the statement that the part is not available at present & I have to bear with the co. Till the part is made available & who knows WHEN . Then I would Even' if at all' say WHY ?
Moreover I demand

If this apathy is to continue, let the Co. replace the gadget or the part may be taken out from one of the unsold models &my m/c Is Made O>K.
Just because the reputed co. like samsung has agood reputed 'after- sales -service' I had gone for FOUR Home APPLIANCES about which Iwould warn Gen public "Pl. BEWARE" of this sort of co. who do not abide to what they promise to public.

    I had purchased a Samsung AS24WD split A.C. from M.G.Ezone 4 Basant Lok Vasant Vihar New Delhi 57 and had also paid Rs.1, 500=00 as installation charges.
    The mechanic who came for installation charged me Rs.750=00 for stands on which the plant was to be placed. Further he did not have a three pin plug, adequate wire and he borrowed our gas (LPG) cylinder during the course of installation.
    Kindly clarify whether the above costs were required to be incurred by me and since it was installed on a holiday I was able to procure the necessary stuff but God forbids if he would have come on a working day, the A.C. may never have been installed.
    An early response will be appreciated.

      SAMSUNG FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE — there is no response till date

      my washing machine is not properly wroking and i have lodged a complaint at samsung customer care on 20.09.2008, BP No.[protected], then i have informed several times but there is no response from the company. I spoke to your official several times, they are assuring today our people will visit. This is really shame on samsung people when they are harrasing people on an essential household thing like washing machine.
      If such an attitude is continued from your side then I will be forced to approach proper forum for the due relief.

        Dear Sir,

        A microwave oven of Samsung(model no-CE1113FL) was bought by me from Capital Chowringhee (p) limited Kolkata on 12/07/2007 through a friend. The retailer supplied me a dented and damaged oven which was replaced by Samsung after many E-mails and phone calls in the month of September, 2007.
        My oven stopped working on 06/07/2008 and I informed Samsung about this through E-mail dated 08/07/2008 which was acknowledged by them on 09/07/2008 through SMS and I was given a BP no:[protected].On 11/07/2008 their service engineer visited us and after inspecting my oven informed us that TRANSFORMER of our oven has to be replaced and if it will be available at the service centre replacement will be done in one or two days otherwise in one week.
        Till then I have sent three E-Mails to Samsung, made several phone calls at their toll free numbers and service centre and in return I have only received SMSs and Mails but no one from their service centre has either called us or visited us. Even after one month and 12 days my problem is yet to be resolved by Samsung.

          I have all ready mailed for same subject on 16.07.08 but till 22.08.08 there is no solution. I also call to The BM, Patna Branch but there is also no response. Complain No-BP-[protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected](the mobile no is complain no) are also pending from 8 days to 25 days. When a consumer comes to me, on 22.08.08 to know about his complain having BP No-[protected], the call center says that a service person has visited & pending for parts, but customer says there is no visit by any service person, talk to call center gave the same statement. This activity shows, total negligence of service & provocation of legal offence .So, Pls arrange all the above matters as early as possible & assure to provide service from 24 to 48 hours for Happy selling.

            I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG LCD MONITOR, MODEL- SYNCMASTER 932 NW, FOR RS. 10000.
            DATE OF PURCHASE - 8TH JULY 2008, JUST AFTER FEW DAYS OF WORKING I NOTICED WHITE COLOUR BAND OR LINE ABOUT AN INCH WIDE ON LEFT SIDE AS WELL AS ON TOP OF THE SCREEN, ITS MAJOR DEFECT AND I REGISTERD A COMPLAINT TO SAMSUNG FOR REPLACEMENT.

              Hi all,

              I've purchased Samsung explore slim mobile, from mobile store last year december, It worked fine for some months. Later on, Voice clarity was not there, to make matter worse, Voice break happened during the calls. I went to samsung authorized service center in T.nagar chennai - TECHNO CARE, who took the handset and asked to call 2 days later, when I called they said that there is some major problem which needs to be checked in B'lore and asked me to wait for a month. I called them again during 3rd week, they dont have any clue about the status of the handset, they asked me to call again one week later. When i called they said that handset is not servicable and asked for bill copy to process replacement. By this time its already more than month i was without a mobile. I had to purchase another mobile for my urgent use. After providing bill copy still they had give me a replacement. I was really frustrated and went directly to samsung direct service center located in Radhakrishnan salai chennai, I met regional head customer service, who assured me that I would get handset last wednesday but he never bothered to call me to provide the status. When i called him up, he asked me whether he gave commitment, when i made him to realise about my meeting with him he said that it would be done within last wednesday.. still no call.. I dont know whom to contact.

              I believe SAMSUNG doesn't know what is customer service.. I've never experienced such a pathetic support.. even a regional head doesn't understand and respond for the issue in timely manner.. I'm planning to meet regional manager and ask for a refund for the scrapy product and for the inconvenience caused...

              I won't say samsung products are worse, but the Customer service is very worse... If someone who reads the thread and is in high level profile in samsung He/she needs to rethink about their support backbone. In my home from television, refrigerator, A/c's music system i've samsung, but now I wont recommend samsung for the only reason, Cu service is pathetic...

              I'm totally frustrated with the service.. even a regional head doesnt acutally take care of customer and giving false promises..

              samsung explore — screen blank

              i purchased a samsung explore mobile phone dated 3/4/08 from shiv kirpa tele marketing via bill no 397 last month it was not charging proper so i deposit it to authorise sevice center"infinite solution 5D/23 faridabad" they repaired it but after that its screen is not showing anything i submited it for repair for more two times but my problem is still not solved

              please tell me what to do.

              Techno care is providing very very poor service . They are not respecting the customers. They are wasting the customer time . many times they want to cheat the customers . They charge heavy money, even if the mobile is under warranty .They simply say that this does not come under warranty, like that they say and cheat the customers. It should be informed to foolish SAMSUNG, Korea.
              Dear friends,

              I am also in a similar situation. Given my J210 for changing the joystick . But till now the problem not resolved. In fact they (Techno Care) worsen the problem. When I went to take the delivery the * 0 # buttons were not working. Now it is almost one month still they have not completed the job. Irresponsible answers.

              I strongly feel either Techno Care made a mistake of taking "Samsung Service" contract or Samsung made a mistake by giving the Contract to "Techno Care".

              Better they change the name to "Take No Care"

              Technocare is one of the poorest samsung service centre i had buyed j210 after five months suddenly there was from service provider there was no imei no in your phone pls change your set

              i went to technocare with bill they take my set and told to get it after 5 days but there was no response from when called them they told it will take a month to repair bcoz of motherboard problem later a month i called them they told me your set was ready

              i went to recieve my set there was no imei no was written to the set and simplify he says i had written imei no but again it erased and again he tells pls give me two days time sir

              Taking no care of customer is the basic policy of technocare, t.nagar
              and now im trying to take legal action through consumer court

              samsung explore — THE Problem is still not fixed

              I purchased a SAMSUNG EXPLORE mobile phone on 4/10/08.It is still in warrenty. The phone gets switched off on itsa own every now and then.The samsung authorised service center people are not able to fix the problen.first they said that there is some problem with the software, they asked me to get the software reloaded i got the software reloaded from them but it is still giving me problem...please kindly see to this and loet me know what iu have to do in this.

              then i decided to go to another centre which is in MAYUR VIHAR but got 2 knw that it is headed by the same person that of VIKAS MARG...
              Now PLEASE let me know who will solve my problem.???
              i am very upset from this service of samsung will never ever would like to suggest any one to have samsungs phone because of its services offered after purchase..

                I purchased a window A C(BIO SLEEP)1.5 T capacity, on 17/07/08.On 16/08/08, Imade a complaint with the consumer care helpline.The BP number is [protected], for its improper function. Every day they are replying that "today it will be solved". So far the "today" did not come. I am fed up with the irresponsible and untimely service of Samsung. Please expedit

For last two months they are repairing but their are not able to rectify.They are not listening to the complains.
                Samsung people are cheaters .Cheaters will be taught a lesson very soon . Even God will not help them.

                Air Conditioner — improper working

                Sir, samsung products are very hopeless.I two had bought two AC in april, 2007 which have completed their normal in just 3 years.I have given a complaint to Samsung company. Engineer had visited during samsung free camp service and he detected the fault of gas in both the AC. The next day AC were taken to workshop and gas had been filled by Some Kaiser Electronics(Samsung Authorised Service Centre) on 13/03/2011.Due to improper gas filling no proper cooling is being developed.Window panel of both the AC are not working.Here I want to add on more thing that one AC was filled with gas on 12/10/2010.The gas of this AC has expired without using.This is Wonderful system of Samsung.

                2. My daughter in law Mrs. Pooja has also had a bad experience about plasma TV purchased and gifted by her father on her marriage in Jan 2009. Plasma TV had worked till july 2010 for which the complaint had been given but no action was taken by Samsung. The engineer had visited the site and detected the fault and detected the picture tube was faulty/screen having vertical lines. The other day executive mentioned Rs 25000 had to be given for rectifying it and for which no warranty will be given. I am surprised to see that the life of plasma tv is only 1.5 years. Samsung company is looting and befooling customers and their products are very low standard.
                Sir. I have already spoken to customer care on date at about 10.30 morning but disappointed to discussed with customer care staff. My mobile no is [protected]. Address is A.K.KHANNA A-81, Anand Vihar Delhi-110092.

                Further, no complaint no. have given to me by samsung customer care staff. THANKS.

                    I have purchased a Samsung E210 model cell on 03.11.2007.
                    on 09.07.2008, all of sudden nothing was visible on my cell and on 10.07.2008, I have lodged a complaint with MOBI SERVE an authourised samsung service centre in Ameerpet X road, Hyderabad. They confiremed that the CORN TO CORN CONNECTOR is not working and the same is not available with them. They also conformed to me that item will be made available with in 06 days free of cost since the cell is under warranty period. Then onwards I have contacted several times to the serve centre and answer is same saying item not available. I requested, querrelled so many times but in vain. I have paid lot of money to purchase the cell phone. kindly arrange the item at above Serve Centre and also intimate me at the earliest.

                      I have purchesed a 19'' Samsung TFT monitor on 1st August 2008. In a weeks time it was dead. After makeing several calls to samsung service center on there toll free ( [protected]) on 11th August 2008 a person visited to attend the complaint. The circuit board in TFT was found faulty. As it was a new purches I should have got the replacement but they denied it and repaired the new monitor.
                      Now the picture quality is gone bad and when I start my PC, monitor keep flickring for 15 to 20 seconds.
                      Please guide me where I can complain about this.

                      my complain no is wa[protected]. at ansh enterprises, betiyahata gorakhpur. lcd of my compter have screen display related problem .i have complain at 08 /08 /09 at service center but no progress till date. excuses are made every time i quire about my TFT . even every time they claim about the responsbility of company, give the blame on company.
                      regarding to delay in service, every time they give excuse about "pending " problem .
                      can any body tell me what is pending problem ?

                      i Registered a compliant on 09.01.2010 regarding the monitor service. Compliant number is [protected]. they assured to come and rectify the problem on 18.01.2010. Failed to atttend. again contacted customer care service and assured that they will come and rectify the problem on 25.01.2010. The day also passed. bu the problem are not yet rectified. Come on Samsung keep it up. What a wonderful customer care service!

                        I have purchased a Samsung mobile (SGH-E251) on 11.08.08 from mobile store retail outlet (address- Mobile Store Limited, 227, Diamond Harbour Road, Pathakpara, Kolkata).After one day o[censored]sing i found that the mobile is getting switched off automatically.Sometimes duing a call or sometimes just like that.

                        I have been to SAMSUNG customer care center of Raja Basant Rai Road, New Alipore to check if something can be done, there is no body to attend the customers properly, they are not taking the complains nicely. They have asked me to go to LEE ROAD SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE which is their head office in kolkata. Even they were not ready to take my complain, they said they dont have the software for this mobile. I have to leave my mobile with them till 4-5 of September as they cannot arrange the software before that.

                        One of the guy in the customer care centre of Raja Basant Rai Road Kolkata did a favour of calling up LEE ROAD CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE.They are saying that they dont have the software to check the mobile.

                        I wonder how one of the world's largest company of consumer goods have such poor after sale service.

                        I shall be glad if you take my request into consideration and do the needful.

                        I want to Samsung distributor for buy battery but he told me they are not sale battery, he ask me to look in market alternative battery such as commercial battery non-Samsung battery. Commercial battery not same quality of origin because it worse than my existing one.

                        I send this massage to Samsung to understand that their customs is more important because I will not buy it again, the product is ok but what about after sales is more important.                             I took Samsung washing machine from GIRIAS on 31st July and took delivery on 3rd August. From Day-1 it is not working. Demo engineer came and told me that it has major problem, complain at service centre. I gave complaint in Samasung Customer care in Bangalore @[protected] and they gave me reference number [protected]. I booked complaint on 10th Aug. Till now no one service engineer visited my place. When ever I Call customer care, they say, Engineer will come today. Please let me know anyone knows about consumer court info, to go through this issue.

                            Customer care Executives responded are Mr. Prem, Mr Aravind
                            and Team Lead who promised in phone is Mr. Arjun.
                            They provided one phone number of service engineer Mr Adil [protected]. This man always switch off his mobile.

                            Even am facing the same problem like yours, but in chennai. From the first day itself, the washing machine is giving problem. Customer care people always say the same reply that we will replace your machine.

                            Please let me know how to file a case in the consumer court. I'm just so frustrated with their appalling service. I really want to sue this company and get compensation for the money, time and effort spent by us.
                            i have washing machine model wa90u3wdp since we bought the unit we experience after washing is complete a black soft dirt like mad stick on cloth and we think that might be because its new and there some foam material that is in the tub inner portion but then till the time goes buy lots of this black soft material appear in the cloth and some bigger sludge material were noticeable .May i ask the samsung service if this is normal or there is some place that i can remove this black soft material that keep mixing with the laundry

                              Purchased Samsung Mobile Phone Model No: SCH S259 on 04.10.07.
                              For the last few months it is happenning that when I am talking in my Mobile set the receiver is getting very very low voice which is equal to non-hearing of sound.

                              I had contacted the Service Centre " Customer Services Plaza" of 10A, Lee Road, Pressman House Kolkata - 700 020. They made some repearing and assured that it will work fine. But there was no much improvement. I have mentioned this to them several times and they told that it can not be done in any better manner. I have asked for the replacement of that specific parts so that my set runs smoothly but it was nothing but "crying for water in desert".
                              Presently it is absolutely very difficult to carry with this problem. I fail to understand how your service centre can be so relactant about customer's problem.
                              Considering the brand value of Samsung I place my grivence with a hope that it will be resolved at the earliest.

                                Please note with regret that our customer, Pravinkumar Chhajer purchased the new E-840 hand set from us. After some days problem arise with hand set. The hand set is in warranty period. We send it for repairing to ASC. Bhavsar refrigeration, Dhule. He on his level repaired it but he talk us on telephone that he sends it to L-3. It was repaired OK. The repairer keep the hand set with him for 5 to 6 days and not return to us. Just after 3rd day repairer told us on telephone that it is problematic and he is sending back the hand set to company for repairing.
                                Now Company returned the handset in dead condition with estimate repairing cost of 4388/-
                                We are astonished how it happens.

                                    This is in continuation to my previous mail in which I lounged a complaint regarding a Samsung handset i.e. SCH-W339 a CDMA
                                    hand set. I bought this handset on 7th November, 2007 and from the past 6 months; I have been facing lot of problem in this mobile. I have given this mobile several times in your service centre at Janakpuri (Delhi), but still the problem is not resolved. Also, the head of this branch has started ignoring us due to his inability to repair this mobile. Even the people working their has are also misbehaving with us. From the past 1 month the mobile is with them and they are not giving us and are continously saying the mobile is in head office despite of this fact the head office people i.e Mr. Rajeev head of north india (0-[protected]) are saying we have already dispatched it. Even now they are also not attending our calls.

                                    Infact, the time of your one year free service is also about to complete and if you cannot repair this cell phone they who is going to pay for for it because in the time period of 10 month, the cell phone is with you for about 6 months and it is still with you.

                                    So, please pay due concern to our request and either repair it or replace it, or otherwise it will force us to go to consumer court and fill the case against you as there has been no response from your side also.

                                      This is to lodge my complaint for non-repair of my samsung refrigerator for tha last 15 days . I had lodged complaint with samsung call centre[protected] dated: 19-July-2008, BP number - [protected]. The service engineer visited my home and told me that heater is defective and needs to be replaced. The service engineer told me that the defective part will be changed in next 3-4 working days. However since then the part has not been replaced. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY RESPONSE FROM ANY OF THE SERVICE ENGINEER.

                                      Additionally the SERVICE ENGINEER advised us to switch off the freeze for 2 hours and then run for 10 hours as a temporary solution. And now my freeze has started making a strange noise.

                                      I AM HIGHLY DIS-SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF SAMSUNG AND MY FAITH IN THIS BRAND HAS BEEN SHATTERED.

                                        1. I had bought a washing machine, SAMSUNG fully automatic, 6 Kg, on 7 July 06, for around Rs10, 000/-.The mahine had a warranty of 2 years.The machine had a first problem in October 07.The service person told that the PCB got defective and he replaced the defective PCB with a spare.

                                        2. On 02 Aug 08, the machine again had a problem. the service person told that the same PCB is again defective.He said that because of cockroaches, the PCB got defective.As the machine is out of warranty, I have to pay for the spare.The spare cost quoted is astronomical Rs 2500/-.

                                        3. I feel that the since the spare is a costly one, and as the service person claims it was last replaced in Oct 07 with a new one, will only the PCB have a warranty till Oct 08? Can any one help me how to deal the case?
