Sir/Madam,
My name is Rejil Raj( I am also a bank staff & business man). On 29.10.2011 I bought a Samsung GT-B7722 mobile(IMEI No:[protected] Model no:GT-B7722) from Univercel,but unfortunately my phone having lot of problems. First time, I can't access/connect to internet through pc &second one is 8GB memory card is not supported & third one is Ear speaker is complaint.I reported complaint over the phone within 2days.But after 7days, I surrendered my phonefor repair to Samsung authorised service centre(complaint no:[protected] centre name:M/s server and clients hardware solutions,sasthamangalam,trivandrum, kerala Ph:[protected]-Contact person Mr.Joys) for repair.But they can’t able to rectify the problem.After complaining to the Hnble.Consumer Forum,one of the samsung executive Mr.Mahesh(Mob:[protected] -Complaint No:[protected]) call me and directed to submit another service centre located in Sreekanteswaram,Trivandrum (contact person Mr.Baiju-Mob:[protected]).After a long time they clear my issue.But some days after again I can’t access internet eventho my phone(if I restarted my phone,then we can use internet for some minites,then it becomes hang,then an error message showing).Again I submitted phone to Sreekanteswaram service centre(Complaint no:[protected]) for repair.But they are not able to clear my phone’s problem,they tell me that, may be its from mobile service provider’s problem(it is not a service provider’s problem if I use different SIM that’s same message is showing).So I collect my phone from service centre (without rectifying the problem).
Sir,I need Justice,most of the time it have lot of complaints.I lost more than 50,000/-through this phone(I can’t access internet,so I lost my construction work& two times I lost my memory card worth Rs.1000 while submitting time ).I demanded for replace the phone but they are not willing,their service is very poor(behaviour also).Sir,I need justice,I don’t need this phone I want to replace with new one,because it have a lot of problems(from the purchase time it had lot of problems,I submitted 4 times to repair with in this 1 month time frame and I visited the service centre more than 12times). So please take necessary action against this.

    I had purchased Samsung mobile C3303i mobile one month before whose IMEI:-356361/04/923124/0 & s/n : RPKB867015p.
    After 3 or 4 days of purchase it hangs automatically and always show connect PC suite on the screen & when i switched off the mobile it automatically show Battery charging. when i complaint about this to the shop from where i purchased this, he told me to go service center for repairing & other thing. why should i do this, even after purchased of a new set & problem came just after four days.

    I just want replacement of set.

        i m purchasing a Samsung GALAXY s plus model from fancy mobiles Hisar Haryana on 14.10.2011 it got problem on 28.10.2011 the i submitted it into care center ( S.R. Mobiles) Auth Service centre Samsung and the give me on 03.11.2011 due to non avelibility of parts . in that mean time i arrange friends's mobile but it got again problem on 05.11.2011 and they unable to solute problem . i want my set as well as new nt want repaired set at all .

        they agree to repair but not sure for correct working and ask me plz come back if dont work

            Samsung service center wale ek hi part k alag alag price bol rahe hai ek bolta hai 2000 lagge per me isko bahar se 1400 me thik kar wa duga fir job dusra service boy aata hai to wo bolta hai ki 800 lagge me kis per wishwas karu ye service boy apna paisa banane k liye customer ko high charge batate hai or fir usse saste me thik karane k liye bolte hai. ye to samsung ka staff hi galat hai fir me machine kis se thik karwau ko mere complaint nai sun raha customer care wale bhi nai.
            plz in logo per kadi karewai ki jaye.

              I have a Samsung PDP TV: Model No.-PS42C91HM/XTL, Serial No.-07123ZEP900380D. There was a problem with the speakers of the TV and it is not producing any output So, I called samsung customer care and they told that the engineer will visit within 3 working days. But, they sent there technician after 3 follow up repeated calls. The technician observed the TV and I was told that there is a problem with the main board of the TV and it needs to be replaced and you will be informed about the cost and the estimated date of replacement. But, again there wasn't any response from the service center and when I called them they told me that as your model is outdated so the company doesn't have the replacement part and your TV will be replaced within 10 days. But, again there wasn't any response from their side. And, I have to call them to ask the status of my replacement. I call them after every 3-4 days to know about the complaint's status as they every time say that your TV will be replaced within 3 days as its has been dispatched from our side. They are just passing on the days and there is no response from there side either. So, now I am really frustrated by the Samsung after sales services and there delay in complaint undertaking. It seems that they are not interested in the after sales services and they focus only on the sale of products. Now, I am very much reluctant to this company and want an immediate response or else I will file a legal complaint against the company in the consumer courts of India if they act in the same manner.

              No, reply, no response nothing from the samsung yet.
              The co seems to be sleeping and making us fool with false comments don't care for customers and there faulty products. If this is so they should be banned in our country .
              still no response from samsung highly regrettable

                Hi,

                I have bought the Samsung Syncmaster a year back and now it is not powering one. I had lodged a complaint with the customer care "COMPLAINT NUMBER-[protected]" upon which the service engineer came home and checked the monitor. He checked the bill and accepted the monitor was under warranty but somehow he was unable to repair the monitor as he said the part which had to be replaced, was "out of stock".

                I never heard back from Samsung on this and when I called to inquire, they told me that complain has been closed, with no valid number. I had to travel abroad for around 4-5 months, which I informed them. They said that they will surely resolve the issue when I am back.

                Now when I am back, unfortunately due to the relocation of house, I lost the bill. Called Samsung to get the problem fixed, and they have a policy that to claim warranty, I need to produce bill. When the service engineer had checked the monitor just 6 months back and confirmed 2.5 years of warranty left, what is the logic of asking the bill again? Since I do not have the bill with me, that does not mean I am not eligible of claiming warranty. I have paid for it. Moreover, warranty is of 3 years and I still have the box of the monitor which shows the manufacture date of 2010. If Samsung had the authenticity to give service to it's customer they have a logical proof of the box. The monitor was manufactured in 2010.

                  dear sir/ mam my name is vikash yadav i bought a mobile phone of SAMSUNG from SPICE HOT SPOT on 25/10/2011. the name of the handset is GT- I9003 the problem is that the phone got a hanging problem by the second day means( 26/10/2011). I i went to hot spot center witch is in YUSUF SARAY NEW DELHI on27/10/2011. They told me that don't worry we will issue a DOA code and give u a new handset. but after 2 days they call me and told me sorry sir its a software problem only so that we cant give u a new handset u need to go to the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER and they also give e the wrong address after facing so many problems i summited my phone in SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER WITCH IS IN KALKA JI on 02/11/2011. Now they are telling me that its a hardware problem. when i tell them that the hot spot employees were telling me that if they will found a hardwere problem then they will change your handset.then they told me that yes sir we could issue a new phone but with in 4 days. and i called so many times at SAMSUNG CONTACT CENTER they also pick the call they did not give me the wright solution they just tell me every day sir u will recive a call from our side but i did not get any call from samsung now i am very farustated by samsung services pls help me i follow all the steps witch they told me after that also i am faceing this same problem. But this is a bitter experience because of features is not match with the product.My complain against samsung product, dealer"s sales boy and the customer care.I will never go with the samsung product.                       Sir , I have a Samsung Champ 3303 cam and a Samsung Wave 575 mobile handsets.
                      the champ get problem of mic and repaired about 3 times in warranty. now it has sound and OS problem because of motherboard is faulty now.
                      i had submitted the champ in Samsung customer care(Global communications [protected]) in Baramati city. which invoice no is 7287. Now
                      for about 15 days are passed and still the guys at customer care says the company send a motherboard of different champ model and refuse to give me my handset and when asked for why they used bad words (gandi galiya di) .
                      Now at the same time when i given the champ to service station i purchased a Wave 575 from Hi-tech Mobile (Reseller Sadik [protected]) Deccan Pune City
                      and i get and factory defected piece (IMEI- [protected]) which has a vibration problem which i given back after 5 days to reseller from whom i have purchased it which get get replaced by Samsung care Pune witin 5 days so please help me my cell is [protected] / [protected](Madhur bhilare Baramati)

                        One of the knobs of my washing machine has broken regarding which i registered a complaint on 12/10/2011 my complaint no. is [protected]. On 13/10/2011 a mechanic came and he replaced the knob and the new nob was of another model which could not fit properly. He assured that he will replace it within a week, but only after two days the new knob stopped working. Thereafter, i complained several times on[protected] but it seems only wrong assurance is being given and no one has turned up.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I visited to samsung service centre for repair of my tablet in month of February. I was facing battery problem. They changed battery in first visit but problem was not resolved then i visited again they changes socket but then also issue was not resolved. then third time i gone there this time they changed mother board but still problem was there. then i raise complain and one of there executive told me after changing mother board problem was not resolved as it was refurbished and this time they will use new mother board sent from there noida center to bangalore. My issue was when im paying for a new mother board then how can they use a refurbished item. When i said this to customer care center then Mr. Ashutosh called me up and asked for couple of days to inqure about the issue then he called up and said information provided by there customer care center was incorrect they have used new mother board. Here my question is how should i rely on them. I spent approx Rs 7000 and getting this kind of service. Then Mr. Ashutosh never called back for solution. Then i dropped mail on CEO link and Mrs Aswathi nair called me up and said she will resolve my problem but she never called back. I called three times to arrange call back but no one called up. Finally i again dropped mail on CEO link and today Mr. Himanshu called me up and told me neither they will refund nor they will give gurantee for repair. If they was supposed to give this answer only why they took so much time that is almost a month.
                        This is a very poor and irresponsible service experience. I suffered a lot due to all this and i want to file a complain against this.

                            sir i have samsung mobile chat bt c3222 duel sim phone, which is giving me so much problem, i gave it 7 to 8 time to samsung service station but every time set starts new problem, within a 3 month of my purchase my handset is pass 2 months in service station, now i am fed up from the all the excuses of the company, i want to take my money back from company, will you plz help me to sought out this problem , i shall be very thankful for that

                              we have purchased a samsung washing machine from girias mysore road bangalore, they have given us a damage peice and we have complaint to call center and they have submitted a service engineer and he told that this damage is occured from transporting and ask to girias and we asked to girias but they are not responding so i think the girias is the worst show room in bangalore

                              We purchased SAMSUNG w/m(WM82VSL) on 26 jan 2011. we are fed up with quality of wash like stains are not removed, wshing powder sticks to all the clothes( more prominent in dark colored clothes), water leaking problem and stinking smell in the clothes even though we are using the recommended washing powder. We are very happy if this machine is exchanged or replaced with new one solving these problems. pl. look into the matter ASAP.

                                I have purchased one Samsung washing machine model 85ASO Srl. No 5ZCB301063 fully automatic on 26th Oct 2011. They told me next day installation and Demo will be done by company Engg. After several reminders to your service centre Barrackpore, 24 Pargonas (North) West Bengal, engg. till not come for installation and demo. On calling to your service centre, firstly they have told "Your call not yet booked". When I strongly protested them that call booked by M/s Echo Electronics, Kancharapara, 24 PGS (N) West Bengal from where washing machine has been purchased, then they told very soon our engg will visit your home. After elapsed of eleven days neither your engg came to my house to install the washing machine nor any phone call received from your service centre Barrackpore till date for confirmation.Request intimate why such type of delay occurs by your company. Also I request you to help me for early installation as well as demo of washing machine. Details of Dealer & Invoice No are as follows.

                                Samsung fully auto washing machine — Non Installation of washing machine

                                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                Three days before I purchased fully auto washing machine. Since then I have been waiting for your engineers to install it and give a demo. I have called them a number of times on phone but every time they get away with one or more excuse. This is high time you people are doing this.

                                And one thing i am sure about now, i'll never purchase any product of yours in future

                                Samsung — Washing Machine got replaced

                                The front door washing machine had a problem in supplying water to a drum. Water was coming out without going into drum. I gave complaint they repaired the machine after 10 days by taking my machine to their service location. Once it is delivered, we came to know that washing machine got changed but serial number is same (surprised...). I called back to customer service center and they told that they have not changed. Please take care while you are giving your washing machine for service to their service center location.

                                We bought a Samsung Washing Machine on 09/12/2009 and numerous calls to the customer care center and service center are of no avail. It is more than 10 days since and we are still waiting for the washing machine to be installed. I really concerned now that if there is a problem with the washing machine will these guys ever turn up. This is really pathetic service from such a renowed brand.

                                Samsung fully auto washing machine — PART NOT REPLACED RENDERED USELESS

                                I have purchased fully auto washing machine in Oct 2007 from Ambala.this machine is out of order since Nov 2011 and i am running piller to post to get it operational.Earlier O ring and hing was not being replaced , which could be replaced after series of complaints.In the mean time Samsung Engineer briefed me about the rusted condition of the outer body.I talked to many people in samsung for complaint status and could not able to get any reply.finally i visited Samsung Service center in Ambala by kind advice of one of their staff member and deposited advance money to get the part as per them.They say it can be ordered only after getting advance deposit and now wait for the part to come,After multiple reminders i got an answer to come for collecting refund and part can not be found in inventory.What i graet reply after such a long wait.They assured me of continue tracking the same and I should try at my end.I got a letter from Samsung today telling me no Part is not available and by their depreciation method Machine value is almost nill now.No engineer visited my place as per them.What a fu..cing Coordination in Samsung staff.Samsung should have made it clear that they will not give any service after a period of 4 yrs as product carries no value to them at the time of purchase so that i must have avoided the purchased and saved others in our vicinity agianst such cheating practices by Samsung.Will Samsung do something?????

                                  i have purchase a Samsung mobile GT-c3010s in 06.11.2010 it's warranty period is (06.11.2010-06.11.2011).Now i have a problem in my mobile(mobile dead),i give my mobile to Samsung service center (ASIA ELECTRONICS) in R.S Puram, Coimbatore.after the service still i have a same problem.
                                  IM NOT SATISFIED IN SAMSUNG SERVICE

                                  There is anything to do with the staff there in Asia Electronics. The entire network of Asia Electronics has been like that. It's one of the worst Samsung service centers here in coimbatore. We can't go anywhere else. This fraud guys are always doing like this and i tried informing Samsung customer care almost 10 to 20 times, but they haven't taken any action against these guys. Starting from Manager to Service manager to service engineers, all are big time frauds. They never respect customers. They treat you like a beggar if you phone them more than 2 or 3 times. It's useless. If you are in Coimbatore, don't buy Samsung products until this Asia Electronic thing gets out of here. I don't know how many people will still face the same problem because of these frauds.

                                    There was an offer for Diwali on Samsung Microwave Ovens. On 22.10.2011 we purchased one at Mega Shoppe ay Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh. On the same day the TurnTable got broke and I lodged a complaint with the same dealer that when some one would come for a demo, he would bring the broken part also so that I can pay for the same. The complaint was forwarded to the Samsung dealer at TAnuku in West Godawari District as I reside near by. One Mr Rajasekhar[protected] gave a call and stated that the part was booked and he would send a person for demo on 25.10.2011.

                                    Till today that is even after 13 days of my purchasing the Oven it has not been installed nor has some one approached to give a demo. Iam continuosly in touch with RAjasekhar at Tanuku but the problem is not getting resolved.
                                    Such a big company and is this the pathetic service they provide? Iam simly fed up calling every one at Samsung dealer store at Tanuku and no one can help me.

                                    Diwali is through and Bakrid is also coming I wonder when my problem gets resolved Or maybe I have to approach the consumer forum.

                                        I had purchased a samsung monitor (sam 633NW ) dated 17/04/2010. Form 07/10/2011 the monitor is not working. I had submitted the dead monitor to SABSONIC (18/2 NEPAL BHATTACHARJEE ST. KOL-26) on 08/10/2011. Now they told that, the monitor will not work, and you take 50% of amount refund. i can't undersatand why I will take 50% of amount from your side.
                                        I am requesting you, pl repair my monitor as early as possible or change it. Because I could not do anything without monitor.

                                        samsung monitor — Repaiar of Monitor

                                        I had a Sumgsung Monitor which was repaired from samsung customer care on 16.2.09 vide cash receipt No.28591. But now It was still facing probllem that, when video is running on the computer the screen saver is generated on the monitor. Please look into the matter and to have some solution. I tried to contact samsung customer care and a local number of Pressman House at Kolkata but found no response.
