I Rajneesh Singh from lucknow purchased a mobile phone S3310 serial no.[protected] on 20/april/2010 and it's earphone is not working properly and i took my earphone to my nearest Samsung service center MOBILE DOT COM located in SRI RAM TOWER Lucknow 17/August/2010but they refused to submit my earphone as stock of that very earphone was not available and till today that is 18/Sept/2010 they are repeating that word we can't submit your earphone as stock is not available please have a look in my situation as the warranty of my earphone left is only one month and i m roaming in your service center from one months kindly have a look in this matter

I purchased SAMSUNG CORBY TEXT MOBILE from Leading mobile sellers in Chennai on 30/6/2010. After just 10 days one side of the head phone is not working. On warranty I lodged a complaint namely Digital Waves at Alwarpet one of the leading service centre on 24/8/2010. They asked me to contact after 10 days. When I visited the serivice centre they told me we have not received the headpohne till date repeatedly. Almost one month my complaint is not attended. I also lodged a complaint at call centre and ask me to contact Mr. Shivakumar. But he also not responded. Tottaly compare to Nokia service, samsung service is very poor. kindly do the needful. samsung sgh L-700 — Rust on Panel

Dear Sir,

This is to infrom you that i has purchased Samsung SGH l-700 Silver last year ( 21 st Oct'2009) from dealer U-Like Mobile ( Mayur-Vihar, Ph-1 Extension-91). But after 10 months of gap all of the sudden there persisted the rust on the outer panel of the mobile, i went to the same dealer he refused to entertaint my query and was suggest to visit the (Samsung Service Station) which is located in (Mayur-Vihar, Extension -91). They the person on the counter was very very rude & abruptly refused to deal with the same & said he is helpless & end up in fight with me infront of other customers. He just handed me with customer-care number which never responded to mu calls & query aswell. Number constant busy mode....

I am very very pised up with the services you have given & have to take this call on urgent basis as to write to you...

Please resolve my CASE on urgent basis as am working with the MEDIA Company & it will take me further mre if my CASE IS NOT RESOLVED ....

I have purchased sumsung G-2130 IMEI NO - [protected] from (Sri Ram Comm, NH - 5 NIT Faridabad) Now the set got some problem they atuomatically switched off there i had given my phone in Sumsung authorised Service center Named (Life Line Solution, SCO - 101, Sec - 16 Faridabad) They had repaired my set & provided to me but after 15 day same problem happened again. Therefor i'm given phone for repair in same service center on dated - 25-Aug-10 They told me you will get phone in two days but till date i havn't received my phone. Always they told me on coming monday you will get the phone,
Now please suggest what can i do now.

I purchased a Samsungguru1081 0n 15.9.2010. The hand set if bearing No.[protected] from m/s Shree Kheteswar Mobile, Shop No. 28, Nr. Fly Over Anand Bazar, Chemur, Mumbai - 400 071. The instrument is faulty and the display light keeps on flickering even after the mobile is kept off. The service centre told that the mother board is faulty. inspite of giving me the work order to get the instrument replaced the shopekeep refused to take back all the accessories. he only took the handset and returned the backside cover, battery, charger etc. he says he will not replace it, he will only repair it. I informerd samsung centre by mail. In return every time they sent back a mail saying that Service Branch Manager will get in tocuh with me . But so far nobody has contacted me not given a proper reply. Whenever you try to contact them, the phone keeps ringing but no reply. I really feel I have been cheated. This is the worst experience I had so far.

last year in october i bought the samsung metro 3310 for me and my friend after two months my friends mob. showed the technical problems which i sorted out at a mobile repair shop not at care centre becoz. they did not respond well, now after 8 my mobile keypads stoped working poperly i went to the care centre for the repairing they said it will take 15 days to overcome the problem but now it has been one and a half months but the response is still unsatisfactory. the only thing i want to highlight to you is that your's is a best brand plz. try not to defame it.

I bought samsung corby pro before a half month now i getting the problem of pc connection. Automatically its trying to connect the PC connection so i cant view anything. Yesterday i went to ADYAR SAMSUNG MOBILE SERVICE, but they not even figured out and they charged me 400 rupees for changing the mobile charging point after that also its not working. This is to inform you that the sender of this mail owner of the mobile handset bearing model no E2120B of your make. it was bought on 9th May, 2010 and the same stopped working due to mother board malfunction as stated by your authorized service center namely ACE- Care near Hazra, it was given to them on 28th August, 2010.
This is to complain to you that the same service center is not handing over the repaired phone as it will be replaced.
Now may i ask your good self to please go through the complained and take necessary action as early as possible, it’s very urgent to me because I will be out of station after puja, so i need the hand set.
I am requesting you to look out into the matter and do the fever for me.

Replacement of Mobile phone

I purchased a mobile phone model no 3310T and sl.no. RW37321390H and IMEI/RSN NO.[protected] PURCHASED FROM m.k.MOBLIES, SD Road Secunderabad 50003 VIDE THEIR INVOICE NO. 3985 dated 17.04.2010. I started haveing trouble with the phone after 3 months. The same was sent to Mobile world authorised dealers Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd Cabin shop no 1/B1st floor Hardy complex opp Chermas , MG road, Seucnderabad 5000 03

As there is a Net work problem, I am uanble to get signals( my net work is AIRTEL) I have given the same to to above said office on Thursday evening at about 3 pm 7.10.2010 they have told to collect on saturday..

The same was collected on saturday, they have to attended the problem.
Still I am unable to get correct signals. I have 2 more AIRTEL connection which i have good net work.

Today again i have depoosited my mobile to above said office. kindly look in to the matter see that it works properly.
