worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

I have purchase SAMSUNG CORBY in December 2010 from Krishna Mobile Bharuch & all of sudden Neither I can receive message nor I can send it. I complaint the same but advised to come after one week. Still no action taken and the warranty may expire in December 2010. The post purchase services are very poor & no proper response to customer. Only we have to run from pillar to post.Please develope a mechanism for immediate attending of complaints.

I have purchased one SAMSUNG mobile phone model Galaxy3 (IMEI No. [protected]) from The Mobilestore, City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata vide their Invoice No. WB/47864 on 20/09/2010.

The instrument is under warranty for one year from the date of manufacturing and the retailer promised me at the time of purchasing that if any manufacturing defect is found the mobile set would be replaced.

From the very next day, problem started with the mobile handset. When you start talking to someone, the call drops after a few seconds and you will not be able to connect again and will get a message saying “The number is not registered”. If the person at the other end tries for your number, then he/she gets a message saying “the person you are calling is out of range”.

I have approached the dealer, The Mobilestore, a number of times and they tried their bit by changing the settings. After they failed in their efforts, they sent me to your Services Centre at CD-3, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

Initially their service personnel tried by updating the software. When that also failed, I approached your service centre again on 23rd Dec. 2010. This time he told me that the circuit board is giving problem and he will replace the circuit board. I told him that the set is hardly 2 months old and under warranty. I will not accept a repaired set and instead I wanted a replacement. I was told that they cannot replace it and only repair. They are also noncommittal about the delivery date saying it all depends on the availability of the circuit board. Finding no other alternative, I deposited the set with your service centre on 23/11/2010.

Since I work in a multinational IT company, looking after administration, I have to make/take calls and send/receive emails with our external as well as internal customers frequently. The very main objective of my buying a mobile handset is forfeited by this defective set.

Kindly guide me whether I can go to a consumer court for redressal.

Hi this is manish jain I hve purchesded SGF - 480 14 months back. Now my battery is not charging since 2 months and i visited chinchpokli, Mumbai Samsung Service Center on 04/11/20120 and i was been told that i will get battery with in 7 days. However it is 20 days now but i have not received my battery till date. My work order no is MCL 22361 dated 04/11/2010. You are requested to get my battery immmediately. Also i hve paid the advance of Rs 300/-

i recently purchased samsung monte gt-5620 in manglore(the mobile shop), karnataka, and the new cell phone i purchased lost all my contacts and touch was slow just a day after my purchsed, so i went in to the samsung service centre in mangalore.
with a company as reputated as samsung i[censored] have servicecentres like PRABHAT INFOCOM, you are certain to lose many customers.the way they treat customers is pathetic.they treat as if they r doing us a favour. and they dont even respond to the problems and never lsiten they just balantly bring out a solution wid out listening.cell phones r expensive items and customers have shed hard earned money into it, so obviously their concern is understanable, but these service providers get irritated by customer enuiring abt their cell phone. i myself gave up on samsung(if not for "the mobile shop"rep, i finally managed to get a replacement)just because i didnt want to see this kind of shabby service again, its really pathetic.u have to send in ur agents to check for urself sir.
kindly do the needful to improve ur reputation in manglore before its lost.
i have key pad problem of samsung omnia pro b-7320, when i go to service center at 21, aroma arcade, 1 st floor, Nr-cozy tower, PALANPUR DIS- BANASKANTHA 385001, Fist they are no one hear me my problem, after 1 hour they tell me and i say my problem then they take my mobile, after servicing they not solve my problem, but they are damaged my mobile mic which is working properly befor service, when i know that i had gone return to service center, when i tell them they are saying me that this is not our folt, its your key pad problem, it may be broken its belt during services, but that all discontion i feel very bed, they not given me and also other custemer sutisfied answer, and use very bed languages, i request to you please take strick steps for this heart broken behavior

I bought a Samsung Corby B3210 6 months ago, within this period of time I had to run to the service center twice, now this time round the service center peoples are saying that they found liquid graping in the interior, while I have never in my history have even dropped my mobile, leave alone in water or being careless about it. I am sanjay Joshi working with siemens aurangabad as service manager. I purchesed your Corbi-CDMA model in jan2010 and its display gone faulty on 5.11.2010. I have given it for repair to your YESH SERVICES-AURANGABAD receipt No.3362 dt.06.11.2010. and still today (30.11.2010) it has not been repaired. If it is not possible to repair the same then give replacement of the same at an earlist otherwise complain will be launched in consumer court.
Pl look into the matter.

I have bought samsung mobile E-2120 was having in a circuit problem.

My mobile is in warranty period.I have given that mobile in the samsung service centre in jamnagar on 01/11/10 for repairing and they told that you will get the mobile within 10 days.Today is 01/12/10 and they haven't repaired my cellphone till now near about more than 1 months have passed.the service center of samsung is far away from my house and i have visited there more than 10 times during this time period and also called many times.They also told me before 1 day that you will get a repaired but still now i had got it...
I had great loss and mental harassment from them.I hereby request you to give me justice.

I had purchased samsung pro B 7320 in which I am unable to get 3G settings. I visited customer care center in which they are not able to get the settings, even vcard & conference call are not working. what can be done or let me know what mobile can tackle these problems.
I purchased samsung mobile model no GT C 3200 on 17 aug 2010 and since of begining a lot of problems.problem is, i could not make any incomming & out going msgs and also I lodged complaint several times to the service centre but result is none no service centre understand whats prob in this set.no service centre is good for providing satisfy service in agra.Please guide me what to do.
I agree that Samsung Mobile is lousy at honoring their warranty. I am using a Samsung Vibrant from T-Mobile, and the phone won't start up with plugging in the charger. I sent it back to Samsung repair center, and waited 1-week. They finally emailed me and wanted to charge $162 for repair fees. This is absolutely unacceptable as it is clearly a defective from Samsung product and the phone is still under warranty.
So for future reference, don't count on Samsung warranty, because it's virtually worth nothing!! Very disappointing...

I purchased a samsung mobile set no. ST3310 on 6.8.009 from M/S SH Mumtazuddin times (p) Ltd, 4, Radha Bazar St. kolkata-7000 001, having it's IMEI no.[protected].
The said set was lost/stolem at about 7.3. am from my flat on 4.8.2010. To which a GD was lodged on 5.8.2010 vide its no.389 dt.5.8.2010 at the Garden Reach P.S. till date it is not recovered and / or no information received from the police.
What should I do to recover the same. Plz advice

I complaint to above shop keeper and he send to the company, Mobile has been repaired before two days, but there is no solution of my mobile defect. I am not satisfy with this peace. I have purchased samsung 5200 on dt-20/03/10 from Jagjit Electronix, Rourkela.Now my cell is showing volume problem, while calling, while ringing while keypad tones, the volume is totally soundless.

I had been to your Servicing station.They authorised person told me that there is a problem of APC connector and that to be replaced but they dont have the stock for the same and they didnt accepted the set and told me that they will call me when APC connector arrives.

It was very regret to hear this type of message from such a renowned company like samsung.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needfullat your earliest.

hi, I've MGH200 and on setting the date to current date leads to switch off of cell, rather it saves any previous date and do not get switched off
samsung c3212 no ringer sound
