worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

Dear Concern,

I really want to share my pathetic experience with you.
I have Purchased a Samsung Handset GT-S8530, From Ludhiana on 11th Oct, 2011. and since then i have visited 4 times to the service centres for the handset problem, araising again and again... i think that was defaulted handset which comes to your authorised service centres again and again... after making so many requests, i am not getting any respose from your side. Finally i am forced to mark a complaint against your poor services from Sec. 18 Chandigarh centre branch... i have visited your centre on 28th May 2012 and hand over my set to the concern person Mr. Rahul, who is the incharge over there and after making so many calls, i am stil not able to get the response. i also have talk to Mr. Arvind (is head in samsung as Rahul told me) regarding that but now he is also not able to respond me.
so please tell me that when i will get the solution, because i don't want to repair that handset as that is full of faults, that i have already told to Mr. Rahul while giving him my mobile handset, who is the incharge in Chandigarh Sec. 18 Samsung Service Centre.

Below the list of Faults arising in my handset again and again:-
Over Heating
Poor Batery Back up (Max. 1 to 2 Hours)
Charging Problem
Hanging Problem
Auto Switch off ( Some times).

Now You tell me that if, in your hand set mobile having these number of problems, whould you be satisfied.
I need quick reply, else i will take a serious action.

I have been using samsung mobiles for past 8years and never faced such humiliation and inconvinience from the company.
i bought a samsung galaxy i9003 on 20/06/11 from Reliance digital, gurgaon. In the month of aug'11 i faced issue with the LCD, then i approached your authorized customer service center, CELLNET-palam dabri road, dwarka-new delhi, they took copies of the bill and replaced the LCD. TOday again i visited the service center with issues related to LCD, but to my shock the service centre refused to enetertain my phone stating that in their systems my purchase date is 20/04/11 and my phone is out of warranty.EVen on showing them the original incvoice they refused to accept and service my phone, claiming that i have forged the bill. I waited for 2hours trying to resolve the issue by speaking to your customer care as well, ref no-[protected]. now i'm being asked to go baack to the strore where i purchased the phone and get an undertaking from them, this is humiliating. the store is 60 kms away from my location and this is simply not acceptable, wherein i hv to run around even though i'm carrying the original invoice.
I have complained about the same to reliance digital and I will escalate this issue to the highest authority possible as i will not run to the

Hi this is Sohail am writing about problems associated with my fairly new phone


1 - first time I inserted the sim and switched the phone on it gave me a message on display


THE PROCESS. ANDROID. COM HAS STOPPED WORKING


In spite of taking it to the service center atleast 4 times the problem was not rectified then the dealer solved the problem for me.


2- the S- pen got spoilt I had to pay to get a new one as it is not covered under warranty.


3 - phone going OFF all by itself atleast 5 times a day, got it rectified from Samsung


4 - range problem. ..am on a 3g network most of the times it does not register on the network so am mostly out of 3g range in that case I cannot check my mail only I can make voice calls


5 - am typing this mail if I tap on one word the word nearest will be used

E.g if I want to use I then O would be used

B then N and so on.

Inspite of mailing samsung support there is no response just they send a mail we are sorry .. and someone calls you and puts you on hold assuring to transfer your call to their senior then the phone is disconnected.

finaly afetr being on their case from 16 of july i have gone and left the phone in samsung service centre on friday 03/08/2012. andSHOWED the technician that there is no range.
saturday i receive a call that the phone is in perfect working condition. and i should collect it.
why should i colllect

I WAS, BLUNTLY TOLD THAT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER HAS BEEN SET UP FOR
GIVING ALL. ‘FOR AFTER SALE SERVICE’ GO THERE. I AM NOT CONVINCED AND
SATISFIED THE WAY HE ATTENDED ME, PUT ME OFF AND RAN AWAY FROM HIS
RESPONSIBILITY. I DO NOT AGREE WITH HIS SAYING THAT ONCE THE PRODUCT
IS SOLD THEY ARE NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING, WHAT SO EVER.

MR. BHAGAT SINGH EMPATHETICALLY SAID THAT OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS ONLY
LIMITED TO PRODUCT’S SALE: AND ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SOLD-OUT, OUR
RESPONSIBILITY ENDS THERE TOTALLY. THUS, THERE AFTER THAT WHATEVER

THEREAFTER, I APPROACHED TO THE SMSUNG SERVICE CENTER AT, U-157, VIKAS MARG, DELGI-110092. ON[protected], TOKEN NO-I[protected].
MY TEL TAKEN FOR FORMATTING. ON THE SAME EVENING, I WAS ASKED ON
TELEPHONE, THAT I SHOULD COLLECT MY OK TELEPHONE. IT HAS BEEN
FORMATTED. BUT ON THE NEXT DAY, I FOUND THAT THE SAME PROBLEM STILL
PERSISTS. NOW THIS TIME THE SAID SERVICE CENTER PERSON SAID THERE MAY
BE SOME PROBLEM WITH ITS ‘HARD WARE’ I HAD GIVEN THEM MY MOBILE
AGAIN. IT WAS 12.8.12.NEXT TIME AGAIN, EXACTLY SAME REPETITION. IN
THE EVENING THE MOBILE REPORTEDLY, WAS MADE OK AND HANDED OVER TO ME
WITH A SAYING THAT IT IS OK NOW, TAKE HOME, YOU WILL FACE NO PROBLEM
NOW. BESIDE THEIR ALL.ASSUREANCES, I FOUND SAME FAULT THE FAULT
PERSISTED AFTER ALL THE VISITS AND THE FALT STILL PERSIST EVEN TODAY.
ON EVERY VISIT NEW THINGS, NEW PLEA ARE COMING UP. I AM TIRED OF IT.
YOU MAY ALSO FIND INTERESTING TO NOTE THAT AT MY LAST BUT ONE VISIT,
ONE PERSON AT THE COUNTER SPECULATES THAT THERE MAY BE PROBLEM WITH
THE MOTHER BOARD ITSELF, WHEREAS, THE OTHER MAN PRESENT, THERE AT THAT
TIME, WAS OF THE VIEW THAT EITHER THE BATTERY SOCKET IS LOOSE OR THE
BATTERY IS DEFECTIVE

ON 22ND INSTANT, MR. SUMIT SETHI FROM OKHALA CALLED ME AND DESIRED
ME TO THE SAID SERVICE CENTER AND MEET ARUN TYAGI. THE OWNER OF THAT
SERVICE CENTER. HE ALSO CAME UP WITH NEW IDEA/PLEA OF HIS OWN THAT
THERE MAY BE SOME UNSUPPORTED DATA/SOFTWARE WHICH HAS, PERHAPS SET THE
MOBILE TO AUTO OFF MODE. THERE AND I TOLD THEM REMOVE WHAT EVER YOU
LIKE. T IS A NEW SET AND I HAVE NOT LOADED ANY THING YET. EVERY
THING WHAT EVER STRUCK TO HIS MIND WAS TRIED AND DONE BUT TO NO AVAIL.

KEEPING THE ABOVE IN VIEW, AND THAT BY NOW I HAVE VISITED THE SAID
SERVICE CENTER AT LEAST 5 OR 6 TIME, SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE
HAVE UTTERLY FAILED TO DETECT THE FAULT DESPITE OF SEVERAL
(EXPERIMENTAL) ATTEMPTS. STILL, THEY ARE NOWHERE, THEY DO NOT KNOW
WHAT AND WHERE THE ACTUAL FAULT IS? THEY HAVE UTTERLY FAILED TO SET
RIGHT A NEWLY PURCHASED MOBILE PHONE. THEY ARE, STILL GOING BY
SPECULATION AND WASTING TIME EFFORT OF ALL CONCERNED AND APPARENTLY,
STILL BEATING ABOUT THE BUSH. I AM TO REQUEST FOR AN IMMEDIATE
INTERVENTION. NO MORE WASTE OF TIME. TAKE REQUISITE REPORT AT YOUR OWN
FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTER-PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ME REPENT ON MY DECISION

my mobile set is samsung galaxy pop GT-S5750. and its under warranty. and there display problem in my mobile ....so i m checked a mobile with samsung costumer ...and they do not rresolve my problem ....and said you make to may Rs 3500/- fo solving problem .....

worst worst worst... im facing many problems in my handset galaxy pop s5570. im nt getting any proper solutions for tat. and another thing is nobody responds correctly in any of the customer care service center. especially in mysore.. im goin to sell my samsung phone and im goin to advice my friends, relatives, colleagues not to purchase any of the samsung phones. sorry to say this. samsung phones performance are extremely bad. try to improve.

Samsung Sucks especially in mobile segment. It may be because they have copied the features from Apple, but couldn't implement them properly.

I have bought Samsung DUOS that has started giving problems off and on right after month or so. I have already taken it to Samsung partners' repair shops 3 times. This centers are perfect place to test your patience.

I have been informed that cell phone can't be replaced but we will rectify the issue, which I doubt. Problem hasn't changed and if you couldn't solve it earlier what magic wand have you got this time?

I reckon my mistake and decide the way we have been cautious to buy Chinese mobile the same risks exists with Samsung...

Stay away from Samsung Mobiles and go for Apple, Nokia, HTC, or some other manufacturer...

There is a worst service by Anna nagar mobile service center. .... no immediate response when coming for the mobile problem... and delay in action what the problem his in the mobile.... simply sit and chatting in the office...... I have the Samsung Duos GT-3312 Mobile of Samsung Company . Yesterday there was some problem in my handset so today morning i have gone to the Samsung Gallery in Goregaon (W) near Jawahar Fatak . In Gallery I have taken the Coupon no. I16 when i shown my handset to Samsung Employee in Gallery he has told me that your mobile is out o[censored]se now because of Water & Expenses to repair it is about 2000/- Rs .( It is in Warranty Period Also) Then I request him plz see clearly my handset but he was not interested in it. Then I also thought that my mobile is out o[censored]se now , i have little tension in my mind ... Then i came to my Office but in the way i got one Mobile Repairing Shop , I show my mobile to Repairman , He told me that not any Problem in your mobile just it wants to service completely with the power heat & soaking ...Then he did the servicing & My Mobile is in Good condition working now properly , For that servicing i have paid repairman 150/- Rs.only & your Samsung Emp. in Gallery told me that your mobile is out o[censored]se .. If your Emp. will help me properly & service my Mobile then I have not need to go the Retail Repairman ........
So i want to say that the service of your Customer Care Team is not good & Satisfying to me ..........
