I had registered a complaint with Samsung A/C service- BP No:[protected] in Chennai on 16/may/2009 Reg cooling problem. Temperature not going below 26 deg. Service engineer came and replaced condenser and left immediately without checking the unit, citing busy schedule as a reason.

The cooling problem continued and I placed another complaint reg same. Once again the same engineer came, took the inner unit for cleaning, they took nearly 10 days till date I have not received my unit.

The Service phone no which they gave nobody picks up. Finally I got service adviser phone no he spoke to me in a rude manner " Your ac under repair compressor not yet come". that was not my complaint, he never bothered to listen to me and simply spoke irrelevantly.

I said I gave the inner unit for general service. He asked me to give a call after half an hour, he called again to say that he cant give my A/c as committed and it will take two more days to deliver.

He harshly told me to go and complain where ever I want, what a manner less man working for a least bothered Samsung.

I have taken the issue to the poor call center executive who can do nothing but promise for better response next time on.

I have purchased an A.C (AWT18KA samsung 1.5 ton ) from Fundamental Electronics(p) ltd Saltlake on 4/05/09 ( invoice no. FECC/09-10/0841) we used the AC for not more than a month and the AC got problem and since last 15 days we are unable to use the AC( due to compressor breakdown ) . Despite complaning to the service centre several times around twice thrise daily our AC has not been repaired or has been replaced by you . Now as it has been a headace to call upon the service centre to get the work done as we have been suffering the terible heat since last 15 days and now I have decided to buy another AC from other make So pls take back your box by rembursing my down payments as u people are not providing after sale service to a customer you can check your records as i have been chasing to this no.([protected]) daily to solve my problem immediately on an urgent basis but it was useless talking to your service centre.If this is the service you are providing after purchase within one month in a gurantee period I think Its better to go with other GENUINE BRANDS .

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with Samsung service iv very poor and worest . I had a 1.0 ton Samsung split a/c installed recently just 6 months back, and it started cooling problem . I complained to Samsung service ontand was promised it would be looked into the same day. No one came or called and given a irresponsible responce to us by calling castumer care and following the persons and received the call (Mrs.Revathi, Mrs.Kalyani and AP incharge mobile no :[protected]). I called again and again at that time AC is must for my house, , not once but twice and again was told a service person would come but did not. In fact, I have always had to keep calling several times to get a response. I feel cheated for being a loyal Samsung customer.hoeever i feel that very worst Servive persons in Samsung, pl take him action at installation person iwill give the caqntact no for him,

This is very poor and worst experience my life on SAMSUNG

    i purchased one samsung mobile handset (model : sch-w339 ) in 12th dec 2008, after phone locked problem i submitted it to samsung service centre for repair or replacement( sapphire sales & services pvt ltd, wazirpur delhi). but till now i havent got it back, its been almost 6 months now. moreover the service centre staff says " we wont give it back and do what ever you can do" . this is the attitude of samsung staff !!! now i am going to make an official complaint and a court case

      I have problem with my 21" Samsung TV - DNIeJr., Model No. CS21A330XLB. There was no sound and component channel stopped responding. I logged complain on 3030 8282 with number[protected] on 15 May 2009.

      Service center contacted me on 16th May 2009 noon from no.[protected], that service engineer would visit my residence anytime till 8.30pm to fix up problem. When asked to give exact visiting time, they never responded. When I insisted, they gave me 5pm to 8.30pm, a pretty long time-range to waste someones saturday evening. And I endedup waiting all saturday evening for service engineer to fix up my tv, calling up your local service center in vain.

      On 17th May 2009, I re-called service center, that informed me Service center is closed on Sundays. I was then told repairs would be attended at 11am. I have office at 11am on Monday, and I cannot skip
      my office waiting for your service man to turnup to fix my tv, with an uncertainty of him turning up.

      When complained about service center to call-center, service engineer named 'Giri' called me around 4.30pm evening, stating he would visit me in next 3 hours. I had engagements at 5pm, and I really
      dont want to miss that waiting in vain for your engineer to visit my residence, so had asked him to visit around 7pm. I had called up around 7pm to confirm his visit, and was told he would be visiting in
      another 2 hours, which was again waiting in vain.

      Service Engineer finally visited late in evening at 6.30pm and said some board is not working and needs to be replaced. He said it would be done in next 3 working days. I had busy-schedule all week and could not frequently followup with service-center. On Saturday, after 6days, May 23 2009, I call-up service center 3 times for escalating this issue as they had never followed up on bad-component in TV, and never had ordered original part yet, and now buying in 3 more days.

      I wonder whether my TV would be ever fixed without frequent daily followup with Samsung India Service Center.

        Dear Sir,

        i purchased one 1.5 Ton split air conditioner in Oct 2007.since 20th April 2009 the A/C is unserviceable.My complaint dt 28th April 2009 is still pending after a lot of reminders.It is supposed to be out of waranttee and i am ready to pay the repair charges (rs 1800/-) as per estimate given by the company.This is mere harassement to the customer.Pl help me in getting my a/c repaired.

        Is there any way ican claim compensation for the menteltension and notgetting service of a product claimedby the company.

        I have purchased one 1ton split air conditioner in 2009 at Chennai but now it is in repair condition.still 14th it was working nice but on the next day there was no cooling so we had a complaint to the service center, my complaint number is [protected] on 16th April 2010 at 4.00pm. they came from meenakshi service center at Thiruvallur and found the problem, the compressor has gone out.but they don't have 1.ton spare compressor and also they are speak irresponsible words to us. and again they told that after one week it will come but we can't manage till that, because we have a small baby and that baby is suffering from fever. if we explain them they are not understanding our problem.so we request you to arrange the thing we need as soon as possible quickly for change in new unit because before one year the compressor has got damaged.please help us.

          I am a studant of Engeenering. I have purchase Samsung SGH J-210 Mobile phone, which IMEI No. is [protected] from Planet, Opp. Wanita Samaj, Rajkamal Square, Amravati on Date 16.08.2008 The said mobile was having warranty of 1 year. After 5-6 months from purchasing mobile, I was started facing joystick problem, But in the third week of Jan.09 the problem was increased, that joystick of said handset wos not working proper, and I had no other alternative except repairing the problem. On 24.01.2009 my sister handed over my above mentioned mobile for repairing to SNEHA ELECTRONICS, Amravati ( Maharashtra) which is authorized service center for Samsung Mobile. At the time the person of service senter told to my sister that joystick of said handset is opened and that will not consider in warranty and demanded 400Rs. charges for repairing, even joystick was not working only. That time I accepted that charges because that was not a big issue and I had no other alternative except repairing the problem. my sister have paid 400Rs. charges on date 25.01.2009 but they not given any receipt of payment to my sister. But after one day only that problem persist again with joystick and this time athor keys was not working also and my sister handed over again above mentioned mobile for repairing to SNEHA ELECTRONICS, and they told to my sister, that joystick is broken and again that will not consider in warranty. After that 2-3 days i visited to SNEHA ELECTRONICS for the same reson and they told me you have allready paid 400Rs. for the same problem, so this time your handset is in warranty, but that handset have send to Mumbai for L4 repairing, that prosses will take near about 15 days, so you have to contact us after 15 days. When I contact them after 17-18 days, they told me the said handset is rejected from company for L4 repairing and sent back from mumbai to us, because of the handsets joystick is opened and bad soildering on PBA and related tracks is open also from PBA. If you wish to repair the handset, you have to pay the charge 75% of handsets purchase amount, because that PBA is defective and we need to change the PBA. And my handset give me return unrepaired on date 18/05/2009. My handset layed there near about 90 days. when i ask them about jobsheet, they told me, we will not give you any jobsheet without repair.
          I think when I submitted that handset to Samsung Service Center that time joystick wos not working only, and I paid the charges for which problem have to consider in warranty, and after one day only that handset have a same related problem.
          It is bad service from sneha electronics, It is for money earning only

          Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Samsung Mobile Model j210 — Handset given for repairing is not yet received.

          I had a problem with joystick on my samsung mobile (model no. j210). As it is under warranty period I submited it to samsung service center on 21/08/08. They said it will be repaired in weeks time. Then after one week I started following up with them but they said it will take some time and they will inform me once it is ready. Now, the siuation is that nobody is picking up the phone at service center since 21/09/08.

          So I am not able to understand as to what to do to get back my phone.

          sgh-j210 — VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OF SAMSUNG

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          This to inform you that last year in Jully 2008, I purchased a cell phone model no SGH-J210.
          Now it's joystick is not working & nobody capabale to repaire it, not even samsung gallery person's.

          In vashi gallery a person say's it will take one week. Asper me if your own gallery person can't resolve the problem then it dosen't mean. I sugest you to close your brand in India & get out of here.Stop making fool the people.

          If you think you have the right reason to answer me then you can answer.

          I bought a samsung J210 mobile from vijay sales, chembur Mumbai. Within 6 months the outer cover came off and was not fitting in. Service centre at vashi says that the outer cover is not under warrenty and I have to pay 250/- extra for a new back cover.Hence I have decided I will not buy any samsung products in future.

          I am a Engeenering. I have purchase Samsung SGH J-210 Mobile phone from faridabad, haryana at 2008 The said mobile was having warranty of 1 year. After end of warranty I was started facing joystick problem, On sep 2010 i send my mobile for repairing to Samsung repaire centre in Gurgaon sector 31, which is authorized service center for Samsung Mobile. At the time the person of service senter told to me joystick is faulty and that will not consider in warranty because this set is out of warranty and demanded 400Rs. charges for repairing, even joystick was not working only and all keypad is working fine . That time I accepted that charges because that was not a big issue and I had no other alternative except repairing the problem.But after 20-25 days i reached at service centre he told me we are not able to repaire this handset because motheboard is faulty you need to replace your board.If you wish to repair the handset, you have to pay the charge 75% of handsets purchase amount, because that PBA is defective and we need to change the PBA. And my handset give me return unrepaired on that time.When i ask them about jobsheet, they told me, we will not give you any jobsheet without repair.
          I think when I submitted that handset to Samsung Service Center that time joystick was not working only but my keypad is working fine after he return unrepaired set that time my key pad is not working .When i discuss about key pad he told me you change ur mother board then everythin is working.After that i just check mobile by local repaire place, He check and told, service centre person is not very expert about this set, so he broken mother boad connection.I am very confuse about Samsung service centre work.
          How can we belive at Samsung service centre because his repairing team is not able to repaire his own mobile.
          It is bad service from samsung service Centre Sector 31, Gurgaon.

          Samsung SGH j210 — Joystick Replacement

          I have bought Samsung SGH J210 for Rs. 6000 few years back when it was newly launched. Now my joy stick requires to be replaced...when i visited the Motinagar service center, Instead of checking the mobile joystick they told me that whole motherboard requires to be replaced.My keypad is working fine...only joystick requires to be replaced.

          This very disgusting service from SAMSUNG Mobile.....

          I will never ever but Samsung handsets & will never even recommend my known ones to buy the SAMSUNG Handsets in Future.

            I purchased samsung mobile SJ 150 on 16/10/08 and it has repair on 04/05/09 and i gave my mobile to service at chennai samsung service center (opp to k3 police station)in anna nagar, chennai under taken by hi tech solutions.
            They found the fault that phone is not charging and it has been confirmed to do service under warranty.they took 5 days, when ever i make a phone call there is no proper response and they took 15 days but still it has not repaired at last they refuse to do service and told me to pay 3800 RS to change the charging pin in phone.The total cost of the phone also not much. the staff is just testing the patient and no kindness, no response, even they are not contact with eye while communicating.i am just wondering to see like this persons in the service center.please kindly brief the staffs in service center so, that the customer can turn around to purchase on your samsung products.

              I had purchased a Refrigerator Model RT23 white/Sliver, code-RT23AVM/ W/230 on dtd.28.11.04 for Union Radio, Jhansi.
              Cooling of Refrigerator was going down from December, 04 and with in a week of Refrigerator's cooling became zero. I have complained to Union Radio, Jhansi & email all offices of Samsung but every day but they are trying to make a fool & tell me new story every time.Which is destroying customer trust & company image also.
              Now 5years have been passed but nobody is taking action on it so we carefull it is worst company & its products & servies are scrap

                My Samsung Window AC Model is Silver Nano. After Warranty period is over, ur company referrred for AMC with AC Zone. They have attended first 2 services without any problem. During 3rd service, I have noticed some digital functionality have failed which was brought to their notice. They came and replaced a cable for rs. 125/-. After the 4th service, again I replaced the same cable due to which Compressor automatically disconnects after 2 minutes running with cooling. Now, the problem noticed in digital panels are 1. Compressor disconnects automatically after running for 2 minutes. 2. Temperature setting of 24 degrees not yielded any result of that cooling. 3. Setting for one hour makes compressor not started and only Fan is running.

                I hope you that you will send an expert to attend the digital panel perfectly which makes all short of problems and also request to nominate a very good authorized person to have AMC and thorough with digital panel.AC Zone AMC is valied upto July 2009 . Even though, they have completed the 4 services, they failed to solve the digital panel proper functioning. Pl do the needful sir

                SAMSUNG ROOM AIRCONDITIONER — NOT WORKING AUTOMATICALLY

                SAMSUNG ROOM AIRCONDITIONER PURCHASED ON 10/03/10 AFTER INSTALLATION, THE WINGS ARE NOT MOVING AUTOMATICALLY, THE SERVICE CENTRE PROMISED TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED MOTOR. TILL DATE THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN DONE.

                  vide bill.no 5762 dated 27.6.08 A samsung air conditioner split 1.5 ton with remotedi model number.AS18&j**tc, S.no=A20 7P23Q303515, from v.k.enterprises ambala city, haryana, and payment was made through check no.002988 of sbi model town ambala city but the air conditioner is not working d complaint has been made all consent time and again but they are making blame exuses to avoid replacement of the air condition. as such there is no alternative to refer the matter to honerable investor form court at ambala, to get the justice at d earlest pls arrange to replace the a/c immediately, or refund the money with interest, and problem of proper cooling after 1 week of the purchase, it seems to be manufacturing defect as informed by ur engineer.d problem is due to choking and leakage of the gas from the system.An early solution of the problem at ur level is requested...

                    The worst call center in India, and very poor service. Samsung Call Center have gone in vain

                    SAMSUNG HAVE SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE MONITOR, AND DOES NOT HAVE A BIASIC TO REPLACE EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING REPEATDLY

                    I registered a compliant in the month of April nearly a month and a half over still not ready to replace the component.

                    I have interacted with your call center “sreenidhi”, “Shishidar” “Sandya” “Rithu”and the JOKER Santhosh the worst team leader, who is not ready to speak to me and resolve my issue after promising the replacement of Monitor..

                    I also in touch with Vishva the technician and his team leader “ Krishnamurthy” who do not have answer and don’t know how to answer resolution for my problem.

                    I just don’t understand why do you require 2 or 3 months or years to rectify my issue, when I have paid complete amount without any discount. require service for the same

                    Need a resolution ASAP

                      I have purchased sum sung mobile SGH-M-620 on[protected] after 22 days i have suffering problem with mobile my mobile is discharged after 3 to 4 hours.I have already two times visited to sum sung service center and they have change the battery but problem is still continue.                         I have given my samsung SGH-f270 mobile phone to samsung service centre mugal canal karnal(haryana), which is indeed the authorized service center for samsung on firstly1 month before stating network problem...they have returned my phone 2 days before...its more than 1 months since i gave my phone to them...they have also not fulfilled my demand and also phone doesn't show battery backup i think they have changed my phone battery ...i am not getting any proper response from the service center and from the area service manager...i want to contact samsung's higher authorities before i lodge a complaint in the consumer court against samsung...please contact me as earlier as possible

                        I have given my new sgh f270 handset to your aouthorised service center " PRIYADARSHINI" placed at Irwin Squar Amravati for the problem "SOUND GOES" at list three time within a one week.
                        I don't understand that they got problem or not and the laughing thing is that lot of "SAMSUNG" mobiles complents pending for few months and after asking they tell us that our Teqniciation
                        owner is absent . So please tell me sir what can i do

                          sir,
                          i purchase a samsung moniter form bansal computer on dated[protected] but after one month.i have been facing lot of problam regarding visulisation (screen automatically shut down and no blue lcd also not working ).so many times i file a complaint ([protected]).and 4 times engineer visited here .but they r not able to solve my problam.now 3-4 month passed and problam is as it is.after suffering so many problams i send a mail to samsung sites but no responce.i also call its nirala nagar office and contact person was mr.santosh and after listening all the problam he sure me to exchange my moniter within one or two week .but sir sorry to tell u after one month he also denie to fulfil his commitment.pls do sth

                            I was logged complaint of my washing machine model no. 8700 for non functiong of washer side at your call centre no 30308282 on date 18.04.09 & got a call no. [protected].

                            After 2 days one person?? visited at house & after checking told that he will come back for repairs.

                            After that No response...????????

                            On date 11.05.09 one person came & take my w.machine for repairs at workshop 7 after that no followup...????????????

                            Today when I called to the no. given in jobsheet, the person on other side denied for such w.machine pickup.

                            After 4 calls from my side, they agree that they have w.machine but spares parts is not available till date.

                            After my call, they send my w.machine back without repairs?????????????

                            Is this type of irrespopnsibility can bear anyone ??????

                            This is called SAMSUNG SERICE ??????????????? - SPEED - SURE - SMILE ?????

                            One more thing.
                            After receiving my w.machine, when I checked it, I found that dryer is not working which was working earlier.
                            Unable to understand which type of service is this??????????????????????...

                              Immediately after buying the product the coolpack support was found bent. Coolpack can not be put in place as it falls due to the bend in the side support (built-in defect, not due to use). Problem was coveyed to Samsung through the dealer (Lalwani, Chembur). Company representative came and saw. I was told that the part will be replaced free of cost the next week. It is already over by 2 weeks. I purchased the product on 12th April 2009, lodged the complaint on 15th April 2009 on realizing the problem. Dealer did not take note of the problem initially. After repeated request from me, he referred the the problem to Samsung. The rep came at the month end, checked and told that it will be replaced soon. It is already more than a month, since I have lodged the complaint. No progress so far. Please persue the matter.

                              I still believe that Samsung products are really the best in its catergory and do recommend samsung products. But sadly, the service of Samsung customer care services is pathetic. The service begins with all kind of assurances and promises, but they are hardly fulfilled. I wish the service support also improves at par with the brand image.

                                I have already posted my complaint as below.
                                "I had bought a 26 inch Samsung LCD (LA26R/1BALX/L) in November 07.The lcd gave up in March 08, within one year 3 months of purchase. (complaint no. [protected]) The engineer visited us and comfortably said that the repair cost would be 17, 000/- approx.How can a product which costed me 35000 just 1.5 years back and the repair cost of this is half the price of the product. We raised an issue but as a special case samsung could just give us 25% discount price on the repair cost. This is just not done.We need the lcd repaired on Free of cost basis."

                                IF OUR LCD IS NOT REPAIRED FREE OF COST WE ARE GOING TO PROTEST IN THE SAME MANNER AS BELOW AS WAS DONE BY ONE OF THE CONSUMERS IN THIS FORUM.

                                1.We samsung customers those who are facing difficulties with the company service will go in rally either 2 wheeler /3 wheeler.
                                2. A crane will be used to lift the LCD (which cost us some 35, 000, 50, 000 etc.) and it will be dumped on the road
                                3. Three persons will act as mahatmagandhi 3 monkeys roles such as
                                a.one as DEAF( Company wont hear our voice)
                                b. one as BLIND ( Company wont look at us)
                                c. one as DUMB ( Company wont speak with us)
                                4. All the dumped products will be safeguarded carefully and displyed in consumer exhibitions by hiring one stall.

                                SAMSUNG INDIA PLEASE RESPOND QUICKLY.

                                  This isto inform you that I am a uger of samsung mobile and I have bought mobile model-SGH-L700
                                  IMEI no.355569/02/160044/5 shopname & address: "The wood arts electronics divison", gol market, jayant(m.p.)
                                  Bill no.2166, purchasing date-20/11/2008, amount-7899/00

                                  but there was a poor back up of the battery. so I have complaint
                                  against this problem is the retailer .the told me that if you have to replace the battery. you will have to go to REEWA or VARANASI. I have gone to VARANASI SERVICE CENTER on[protected] i spendingRs 600.but they ONLY BOOTED THE BATTERY AND GAVE ME. the battery backup not improved. SO I AGAIN COMPLAINED ON 18-04-09. BUT they did not replace the battery.

                                  So I again complained to the retailer. After 7 days they told me that when the distributor will come, I will call you. They called me when he came, he took up the battery and he gave me a used battery after 10 days.
                                  I said him that this is used battery. But he replied me that you use this battery because this battery is replaced battery...the replaced battery backup is more poorer than mine.



                                  So I request to you to please give me a new battery. I want to remind you that the money I had spent till now in that I would have bought a new battery...

                                      A compliant was registered with the customer service centre. The complaint reference no.[protected]. However, no body called us to resolve the compliant. Since we had fortunately stored a service engineers no. during the earlier compliant. We contacted the service engineer. Who wanted to be anonymous. Then we called the landline no.[protected]. But however, nobody seem to respond to the complaint. Then on repeated requests, a service engineer was sent on 2nd May, 2009. However, he told the timer was not working after through checking as the spinning tub was rotating on one side instead of back and foth. He then informed us that it would be difficult to get a timer for such model and we may have to wait for long as they need to check availability the timer or wait for a spare to come. But he was not sure of any time frame. However, we insisted that a definite solution has to be given quickly. Then the service engineer very reluctantly informed that he will call on monday i.e.4th of May, 2009. But the day never came. We kept on calling the number given by him, but to no avail. We then asked the support center to connect us to the Branch Manager. But this branch manager seems to be much worse to understand a customer woes. Mr.Sridhar whose contact no. is[protected] went on testing our patience. He kept on giving us dates on each day the today their van will come and pick up the washing machine and resolve the issue. We were forced to come back from office on continuously four days by 4:00 p.m. But the van never turned up. On friday i.e.14th May, 2009 the same then he repeated tellling the van will reach by 4:00 p.m. We reached the house as per his advice. However, the van did not turn up. We waited till 7:00 p.m. and called him, he informed the van will reach our residence within 10 minutes, but he van did not turn up. We kept on calling him and he kept on saying 10 minutes he will reach. Since we were not in a position to use the washing machine, we were made to suffer by the so called customer service personnel. After 7 p.m. we tried to reach him but no avail. The person was not lifting the phone. Then as a trial we called him from another number, which was not registered with him and on lifting the phone we asked him whether the van will come, kept us on hold and acted as if he was calling the van driver. He spoke in a very indecent manner about us (forgeting that we were onlin) with the driver telling him that the bloody customer from Mythrinagar is online and bothering him by calling frequently. Go there and pick up the washing machine. This really tested our patience. when we asked him the contact number of the driver so that we can guide to reach our place. He told he will not give. This really created further agony to us. Since the complaint was not being resolved, we told him that please donot make us to go to the consumber forum. He told if you can do that we can also do many things. I did not understand what he meant by that? was that a threat?. At around 10:30 the van was sent as we said we will go to the consumer forum. Now after receiving the washing machine at his end, this Mr.Sridhar, the so called Branch Manager, informed us that along with the timer the motor has also got spoiled. He did not stop there, but told us the it is not worthwhile putting the motor (does that mean the motor fitted would not be good) and instead go for a new washing machine (this is the service provided by the samsung service department).

                                      I hope this problem of mine will be resolved quickly and i get back my washing machine intact in working condition.

                                      Kindly help me in getting back my washing machine in working condition.

                                      Worst Service-Poor machine.

                                      We've a samsung front load washing machine model no.R1043. We bought it two and a half yrs ago. The problem for the machine started at the third day of purchase. I called the service centre and they sent an engineer. The engineer said that there may be a fault at the pcp board and then he changed a new board. But occasionally it gave some errors and i called the engineer. Calling is not a only problem. They never rectified the problem in a time. Every time the machine gets problem i've to call the service centre more than 20times. After my continous calls when the engineer comes, he never called me to ask my flexible time. I've to make myself flexible for him. Once last year the machine was fully out of run. I called the engineer and then he said that there are more dirt inside the machine so it has to be acid washed. But in the service centre they did not serviced the machine in a timely manner. They kept it there for more than 10days. Now again a problem occurred one month ago
                                      with the error 4E but the machine ran upto last 26mins and it showed error. I called the call center and my complaint was registered with BP.No.[protected] on 22nd August. The engineer siad the problem is with pcp board since it out of warranty we paid Rs.2500/-. But the problem has not been rectified yet, it become even worse. It took a month to fix the pcpboard. the reason they told is "it should be bought from chennai". I keep on calling the service centre for 4days. But still no one come to solve it. We r having the machine with problems from August.

                                      Is it the problem of the service centre?
                                      Or the Engineer?

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I purchased one split AC 1.5 ton (model 18 FK)of a reputed brand Samsung on 6.6.2008. The
                                        A C has been troubling me from day 1 it was installed at my residence at A-5 B /349, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.Last year it was flooding my Drawing room with water leaking from indoor unit. After several visits by their Engineers, and after it had fully spoiled my sofa and carpet, it was reinstalled but by that time summer was over.
                                        This year, when summer is at its peak in day time, and outside temperature is over 40, it stops cooling.After several complaints at their call centre no (B P no [protected]), finally, one engineer visited after 12 days of complaint and he changed some condenser. But the problem continues and cooling stops after sometime when it gets heated. The indoor unit is still raining water in my drawing room and no solution to this problem seems to be in sight.
                                        It appears that either the piece sold to me is defective or the Samsung is a total failure in making split AC . I am repenting why I did go to purchase this split AC.The Engineers do not have any permanent solution to this problem and the company is waiting for expiry of free warranty period of one year from date of purchase.
                                        I request you to help me in finding a replacement of the defective A C .
