Samsung AC complaint not attended
Hi

On 3rd April 2009 I filed a complaint regarding my Samsung Split AC (Complaint No [protected]). So far nobody has attended for repairing.

Up till now our complaint has not been attended. Whenever we call customer care, we just get one reply that engineer will come and attend for repair.

Almost two months is completed. we have faced lot of problems at this summer season. This is very bad thing. It indicates the people are denying your services regarding samsung products.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a samsung mobile phone J600 (model) on 24.03.08. Thereafter I have never been happy with either the service of the Phone or the Co. As a result I went to the service station at Lee Road 3 times before I have drafted a mail to the Co.
    The response from them was quick but just to state, "Without any prejudice we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have forwarded your mail to our service department. Our concern person will get in touch with you shortly. Please bear with us till then".
    I have not yet received any response from the team thereafter.
    If possible I will attach the invoive for your ready reference.

    samsung mobile j600 — mobile repair not done

    i am frustrated with the response of the customer service incharge of samsung in mangalore - Mr. verma .
    My mobile is out of order since past one n a half month and since then i have been regularly visiting their service center . my mobile's screen is not working .
    this man verma keeps telling that a small component is there that has to be sent from bangalore and that i have to wait for few days . every time i go i get to hear the same dialogue .
    at last he promised that it wud be available by monday 6th n today when again i visited that place he says that it has to be sent to bangalore for replacement and it wud take 15 days .
    i got frustrated and i came back . i hav lost faith in these people . the main problem is that during this waiting period the one year warranty of my mobile got over and now i may have to pay it from my pocket.
    the most important thing is that i have been noticing that few of my colleagues are facing the same problem of customer negligence by samsung .furthermore, today i noticed that other people were there who were in aggressive and apprehensive mood and the work related to their products was undone like that of refrigerators and mobiles .
    so i have decided not to send my mobile to bangalore so that atleast i have the mental satisfaction of having my mobile with me .
    i have come to a conclusion that either the customer care incharge of mangalore is a culprit and that is why the headquarters is not co-operating with him and not sending extra components to him .
    so if there is no cooperative relationship between mr verma n his higher authorities then there is no use risking my mobile and sending it to a far - off place with no assurance except a piece of paper to keep till eternity .
    the second thing that comes to my mind is that samsung may be following a chinese policy of flooding the market with cheap goods and then not providing any services . i must warn this company that this policy can give u some benefit but in the long run it will be a fatal blow to ur survival in the market .

    samsung mobile j600 — irresponsible & poor service

    i had taken a samsung mobile phone from VAPI-GUJARAT on 5/6/08. after few days there was hanging problem so i submitted it at company's service centre named SKY ELECTRONICS - VAPI. it was given to me solving the problem after 23 days. then again after 3 to 4 days there was a problem of network. so i shown it at SKY ELECTRONICS on 29/9/08 they total me to sumbit it and told will be available after a week but i got it back on15/11/08 ie after 1 month 16 days. today too the phone is having the network problem. they say that the have PBA replaced. this was said by Mr. MANOJ MISTRY head of SKY ELECTRONICS. this is the irresponsibility of the head person then what will be the conditions of others u may think it. now i m fed up will the service centre people and the company. so i m going to consumer court. so i[censored] want to resist me u may reply me within 3 days. and give me the best way. i insist a new handset only. hope u will take the necessary steps. my contact number is [protected] / [protected]

      After Purchasing the set with in 5-7 Days i felt that it is not charging properly, then i visit the above Said dealer, & he send us to SAMSUNG Service centre, in same sector 22 FF.
      They check the handset for a while then revertme that "sir, it is ok & there is no problem in the set, but we are changing your charger, now you will not face any problem.

      But on the same night i feel that still the same problem is there, then again i visit there show room after 2-3 days as i was not in town during that duration., they took the handset this time along with :

      01. Handset
      02. Battery
      03. Chaerger

      with Job Sheet No. [protected] & told me that we will call you with in 3-4 days with exact status. as this is a new set in market & we dont have any hardware avaliable in the stock. We have to send your set to Dehli/Noida .

      After few days i asked them the status that sir, we dont have any hardware avaliable in the stock, & We ( Chadigarh Support Team ) Mr. Rahul Malhotra : ASM [protected] will send the request to replace the set as it is already delayedfrom our ( SAMSUNG) side.

      Then again i calledthe SAMSUNG Support team, what is the status, he told me that your request is aproved & pleasedeposit all the accessory related to your set including :

      01. Handset Back Battery Cover
      02. Headset
      03. Complete Kit;BOX

      in our Sector 22 Office then we ( SAMSUNG0 will send that to our dehli office & you will recieve a new Sealed Handset of same model with next 4-5 working days.

      When i listen this it gives me a lot of happiness, that SAMSUNG is not as bad as told by others .

      But the Worst part was still to come.
      I visityour office along with

      01. Handset Back Battery Cover
      02. Headset
      03. Complete Kit;BOX

      & your execuitive Mr. Sunny told me that sir, your request/approval is refusedby our Dehli office, & it is not in our hand.

      While talikng to Mr. RAhul Malhotra -ASM, same repeated wording was there " Mai kya kar sakta hoo, our HO has srefusedit" i can only send the request"
      We will revert your same old / faulty handset to your after repair.

      Now i understand that SAMSUNG supportis not bad BUT IT IS THE WORST. Now afterfew days, i am listening from SAMSUNG Support team that sir, during repair of your handset your LCD got faulty we are trying to arrange the same, & give you the setup to 30th May.
      The New Job Sheet No. for : LCD is [protected].

      If any responsible represtetive of SAMSUNG is reading my compliant, If you thinlk that this is not the limit of Harrasing a human being by Mentally/Physically as well finacially. i want proper resolution of my Non Ending Problem, with :

      01. A new Handset
      02. Written appologies letter for wrong commitment
      03. Compensation to waste my money /time - to caontact/visit SAMSUNG officeagain & again.

      & if You (SAMSUNG) will not ressolve this issue with in Next 48 Hours,
      Then i will go for to Consumer Court & appeal against SAMSUNG INDIA for the Poor Supprt, Wrong Commitment & Harracement.

      Samsung — Very poor and wrong service

      Hi Sir/Madam,
      I am deepesh mehta from indore. I have purchased samsung mobile phone (SGH-i450) IMEI No. 359081/01/224838/8 On Date : 05/10/2008.
      After 6 Month i got mobile charging problem so I visit to samsung authorized service center in indore. They submitted my complaint and given me time of 7 days. After 7 Days i visit and asked for the status of mobile to they given me 4800/- estimate for internal damage. I don't know how mobile can internally damaged.
      I told them its in warranty period to do the necessary action for that. They told me we will send it to our head office and let you know after 7 days. After 7 day i got a call from service center and informed that my handset is ready and i should collect from service center. When i went there they again said its not ready and we have to send it to head office. When I raise my voice there to ask why you are doing all this nonsense then no body wants to listen there even not service center manger.

      I also have a very bad experience with the Samsung mobile & I have Suggest to everybody to do not have purchse the Samsung mobile and any product of Samsung. Really Samsung has provide the very poor service & wrong commitment from his Service Center .
      Afterone mail from SAmsung, Nothing has been done.

      Its really poor attitude.

      I bought Samsung Star from Vasavi Communications., Chennai on 24/5/09.On 13/5 the phone got locked and went to CIT colony for release of lock and i was told that i should go to T Nagar(Tech Care., 64 Habibullah Road., T Nagar.., Chennai) It was handed over on 14/5 itself to Tech Care., We have beenasked to come tomorrow, every time when we go there, i do not know when this tomorrow comes. Till Date they have not serviced and and the reception is also very bad.We office goers cannot go every day and we do not have time as well.Having bought this Touch Screen after using Nokia for the last five years i felt that i made a mistake in switching over to Samsung. This is the first and last time i gone for this brand and i will never pardon anybody for this. Please Revert to me the status of my mobile, if can't be repaired replace with a new one.

      I have given my samsung mobile Model no. S 5233A on 14-09-09 for repaing at Durga electronics services M-3,ground floor ,old DLF colony , sec-14, gurgaon.They committed to return it after 10 days but i visited 8 times even twice in a day and they simply commit for next time, if i want to contact them by phone they either dont recieve my phone call or keep aside after recieveing so finally i have to visit to know about the status of my phone.
      I have spent about Rs.1000 /- as it is about 30 Km away from my home.please i request you to take an action against them to improve the whole system.

      For my mom we purchase your mobile ModelF519 from your TrueValue shop situated in Jodhpur (Rajsthan) while coming from there in the last week of October last year (i.e.2008).
      This mobile start giving the display problem in the first week of the October this year. As we are the Resident of Haryana distic Hisar so we had shown this mobile to one of the your Authorised Dealer
      Named :SHREE RAM MOBILES person dealing named DEEPAK he nither asked for the bill and said that he will get our mobile repaired from the company as it is in the gaurantee period of ONE YEAR so we had given him the MOBILE after 2 Months he asked 1200Rs/- as this mobile was by mistake registered on your companies website as out of warranty by him and nither he asked for the Purchase Bill nor he had given us any deposit slip and also our Instruments touch pannel was in working condition the time we had deposited the mobile with them but after 2months when we fad up asking him to repair our mobile we asked him to give our intrument back, that time we came to know that he had spoiled the motherboard of our insturment because or that our touch pannel which were working earlier was not working that time and when we asked him to repair our touch pannel then he denied for the same.And when we asked him to compalint to the company then we came to know that he is not the Authorised Dealear of Our city he is Authorised for the District FATEHABAD (Haryana).
      please sir help us out as we our unable to get it repaired as it cost high and also to purchase new mobile. Sir my mom had purchased the first time Mobile and that is of your company.

      Dear Sir / Madam,
      This is to bring to your kind notice that, i had purchased one SAMSUNG mobile J700, IMEI NO:[protected] From PLANET M - Elgin road - Kolkata. At the time of purchase Planet M had given me 2 years warranty. First one year from SAMSUNG and next year from Planet M. After one year i found that sometimes the buttons are giving trouble (when flip is on) otherwise it is o.k. I went to SAMSUNG service center (opp. to Belle vue clinic, Kolkata) and shown the warranty card & mobile. But the executive told me that i have to submit this to Planet M and planet m will bring the phone to them. I went to plancet ma and submitte my mobile, the Job sheet no: 0735 dated. 06.11.2009. till now i have not got back my phone. i called up planet m several times. First two months they used to tell me that the phone is lying with Samsung service center then i came to know that they had sent that phone to local market for repairing. When they had taken my mobile they promised that if any charges is required they will pay that as it is under warratny period. I had submitted all the papers to Dibyendu Pradhan, spoken to many officers of planet m but i could not got the proper answer. After 3 months one day the executinve confirm that the set has come and i can collect. Before going to the Plannet M shop again i called up and confirmed that the set is ready. In the evening i came all the way from my house to the shop and found that the set is not working. I told the representative that you should have checked the phone when you have take the phone from service center. they told that we are very sorry and again we will send accorss the phone to service center and within 3 to 4 days i will get my repaired phone back. Then i called up planet m several times and finally Mr. Indrajit saha attended tha call and confirmed that it will take one or two days more. Again after 2 days i called up and Mr indrajit did not attend the call. Again i called up and mr. indrajit told me very very rudely and unprofessional manner that again they will send the phone to service center and if any charges is required i have to pay. I told him that this was not an abuse case and last three months you did not tell me any thing and as because neither you are going to original samsung service centre not repairing intensionally you are saying this thing. then Mr. Hirak called me and cinfirmed me that they will repair the phone and i need not pay any charges and i will get back my phone withing 3 to 4 days. after that 20 days have gone buy i have not got my phone. on 1st march when i called him up he told that i will get that on 4the. Again i called up on 4th march 2010 and he told me that i will get my repaired phone on 8th, agian i called up on 8th and he confirmed me that this time i will get my phone 100% on 12th. Again i called up MR. Hirak ([protected]) agian on 12.03.2010 (last day ), he told me that he will call me back within very short while but i did not get any call. Today i called him up several times and he did not picked it up. Then i got one call. the caller told me that, he is from Plannet M stores (Mr. Hirak is in leave ) and i will get the phone back next week.[protected] Again i called Mr. Hirak from different No. and Mr. Hirak attended the call and confirmed me the same thing that Planet M had already sanction the repaired amout by the mail server of Planet M has crashed (Hard disk is gone) that is why they are unable to access the mail. I will get the phone next week. In this circumstances i have understood that they are simply playing with the customers. If my case is not resolved by next tuesday 16.03.2010 morning, I will go to the consumer court, Police Station and i will bring the issue to STAR ANAND because i know that they are ready to help people who are suffering from this kind of issue ...       i bought a mobile samung model 3410, 17.07.2010. battery back up nill. i go to service centre 4 to 5 times. but there is only harresment. i bought a tension or samsung.i am from punjab, patiala distt.
      I purchase the samsung mobile before 20 days. after that there is a software problem that it is not getting turn ON.Then i moved to service center in pune . the customer care said "We need at least 21 days to repair".
      Instead of that nokia provide the immediate service to the customer

      It is biggest mistake to purchase the samsungProducts & head ache also


      I just want to say Quality is everything not brand ambassador

      Sir,
      I bought a samsung mobile handset s7500 from new jimmy times, moradabad, vide bill no 5206 dated-24.05.2012.
      Since purchase, the hand set is not working properly. And i am suffering with lot of problems such as
      Hanging
      Speaker
      Battery
      And now camera is not working, as it’s flash system failure,
      Since the date of purchase, the hand set had been sent to service centre about 9 times.
      There is manufacturing defect in mobile hand set and again my hand set is lying at samsung service centre and the service centre is not able to rectify my handset problems. And not giving proper response. So i request you to please replace my hand set with s3 and oblige me.

      I hope you will do needful & will not compel me to take any legal action

        I was having network problem and submitted my CDMA set on 23/04/2009 for Repair at Smart Services, Bapujinagar Bhubaneswar.They did not repair the phone and informed me after 15 days that the mother board needs to be changed which costs 75% of a new phone.So I decided to buy a new phone.But to my surprise when I brought back the phone everything was fine except it did not ring.So i got back to the service centre and enquired for the same. And I was informed that my phone was tampered and they opened it in front of me to show where it is tampered. I was shocked to see that speaker is missing and the place of Tampering(accoding to Mr Susant Sahoo, Samsung employee) was the place where speaker ware supposed to be connected.I am sure the speaker has been stolen.

          Submitted My mobile M120 in your Ichalkarnaji service station (Sai Service) phone number of station -[protected] and my work order number is 425 date of mobile submitted 13th May 09 contact person Mr.Sameer has given me mobie back on 14th May by saying that it will take more time to repair.

          So submitted the mobile in your Kollhapur station on 16th May 09 Phone number of station is[protected] contact person Mr.Wasif . Given mobile back by informing it will not repair

          Also note that analysis done both service station are different .Note that my Mobile is under warranty period. I am expecting your reply with details calrification and action taken with in 7 days from this complaint if not i will lodge complaint against Samsung.

            I am sunny s. nehere purchase mobile on[protected] samsung/ SGH-D780 mobile set. It is still in under warrenty. i have problem regarding hanset that is it is going hang (automatic switch off, no memory card detect, in working automatic say insert sim card). so i given it to service centre (POOJA MOBILE SERVICE natraj market, shop no. 12 first floor, sai chowk, pimpri, pune, 411017 ph= [protected]) on date 21/5/2009 against work order no 1750. He is given commitment to deliver on[protected] but today on 26/05/2009 i go to shop and ask for mobile he says till it is not complited. so i ask for stand by model issued he answered why you want stan by model. then tell me why i invest Rs 9000.00 on this mobile. i want to say that in case of problem you have to supported me to giving me my mobile on commitment date other wise given to stand by model. Due to lack of mobile i am in too many problems.

            UN SATISFY WITH YOUR SAMSUNG SGH-D780
            Hi I am Aditya Kumar Tripathi purchase mobile on[protected] samsung/ SGH-D780 mobile set.I have problem regarding hanset that is it is going hang (automatic switch off, no memory card detect).why i invest Rs 7400 on this mobile. I m in problems.
            i want reply from samsung what i do plsssssssssssssssss
            Looks like I have a similar problem with my mobile too.
            Its switched off all once and never restarts.
            Whenever i start it, it goes off. Its frustrating...
            Still i am searching what to do...
            Is there a solution for this?????

                Here with I am inform you that I had a PONMARI RESIDENCYY Star hotel in Ooty for that purpose I purchased a 24 Nos new Samsung Television (4 nos of 26" LCD television in Saravana Stores at Chennai(India – Tamilnadu) on December 09, 2008. On February 26” LCD television failed and my first communication to Samsung about the problem was submitted through Saravana stores. We give the complaint to your service but there is no response at all. This is season time in Ooty and it will affect our business. Please do the necessary steps to rectify the problem. Otherwise I will go to customer court and take severe action.

                  For almost 6 years I have owned a 1.5 Ton Samsung window a/c. For most part the service was excellent which was why I bought another unit fromSamsung about 2 years ago. Each year I call Samsung at the onset of the summer season to service my airconditioner. Even if it costs more than getting local service agents to do it, I believe in getting quality work done. I was very satisfied until this summer.

                  It has now been over One month that I have been trying to get someone to come and service my airconditioners. Having made 10s of calls and being assured that someone would call me etc, noone has called even once.

                  It all started with my usual call request for service. Someone called and I asked them to come at 1 pm. I rushed from office during my lunch break - waited for 1 hour. Noone turned up and noone called. SO I came back disappointed.

                  Then I waited for someone to call me the rest of the afternoon and the next day...but noone called.

                  Then I called and placed a request again. So 2 days later I got a call and once again I fixed up a time for 1:00 pm. Of course I got there at 1 pm ans as I parked my car and was walking towards my house, I saw two engineers walking past me to another apartment. I stopped and asked them if they were from Samsung and they said yes. So I said, well, I am here so let's go. They said that they didn't find me at my house at 1 pm so they called another customer and fixed an appointment. I was absolutely stunned. They couldn't wait 3 minutes? Or call me on my cell phone to check with me? So I requested them that I had come from office specifically to get this done and would really appreciate if they could do mine immediately. They simply refused! So I asked them ok, so how much time should I wait. And they said, well, we don;t know. You will have to wait! What nonsense. I was wild and irritated. So I requested them one more time politely and asked them why they didn't call me before changing their appointment...it was 3 minutes after 1!!! It was perfectly fine to make me wait for hours...and they couldn't wait 3 minutes.

                  So I left and came back to work. Called and placed another complaint. For 2 days - no calls, no nothing. I had foreign visitors the following week and there was no way I could go home for this, so I let it pass. Bit astonishingly, nobody called and cheked whether the a/c had been serviced. Until this time, the a/c was working perfectly and just needed its regular service.

                  Then once after my foreign visitors left, that night my a/c made some wird noises and the compressor wouldn't come on. I called Samsung first thing in the morning and placed yet another complaint. I was advised that an engineer would visit the next day at 12:30. So left office and got home at 11:15. Waited there till 2:00 and noone turned up. I had to come back to work. Then the next day I got a call from an engineer who said he was at my building. I rang my maid and said to her to let him in and that I would be home as soon as I could as I was in the midst of an important meeting. I spoke with the engineer and asked him how much time he would take and he said, well, your compressor is now working. But it is "Defective". SO I asked him how about servicing...he said "well, I am alone and so I cannot service it". So I asked him can you come back later and service it, to which he said, yes I will come at 4. I went home at 3:30 and once again waited in vain! No one called, no one turned up...nothing!

                  The compressor worked for 1 hour and ceased to work after that again.

                  SO yesterday I made ONE MORE CALL - YES..once again!

                  I made a call every 2 hours to follow up on the status of my service request. Each time I was asured that a supervisor was going to call me back and that an engineer will call me and let me know what time they would be visiting my residence.

                  My First call - 0945 approx - advised that engineer will visit by 1 - but will call me ahead of coming.
                  My Second call - 1200 approx - advised that engineer will visit before 3 - but will call me ahead of coming.
                  My Third call - 14:00 approx - advised that engineer will visit by 4 - but will call me ahead of coming.
                  My Fourth call - 16:00 approx - advised that engineer will visit by about 5 - but will call me ahead of coming.
                  My Fifth call - 17:00 approx - advised that a supervisor will call me and apprise me of my call status and that a senior engineer will definitely visit before 8 - but will call me ahead of coming.
                  My Sixth call - 18:20 approx - advised that a supervisor will call me and apprise me of my call status and that a senior engineer will definitely visit before 8 - but will call me ahead of coming.

                  I think that was all the calls I made - maybe I've left out 1 or 2.

                  Today I called the call centre at 09:50 and I got the exact same reply again. You can only imagine my grief! I asked to speak with the supervisor since the supervisor was not calling me despite all the assurances! I was told that they were all busy. Well, I suggested I was happy to hold the line for 5 or 10 minutes so that a supervisor wuld get free and I could speak with them and explain my agony.

                  My husband who has been away for 5 months is coming home tomorrow and my a/c in my bedroom won't work! I need it fixed and fast. But ofcourse the customer service person would not help me at all. In fact, he wasn't even nice and caring over the phone. I could have sweared at him...but it isn't his fault! He's just doing his job the poor man. But what about Samsung - they're definitely not doing their job!

                  For all the assurances I received yesterday, I did not get one call to apologise that they couldn't send an engineer yesterday and that they would send somone today.

                  I am a working girl and it is so difficult to have someone at home in time for their visits.

                  A good one hour has passed since my call this morning to Samsung Customer Care - and until now, NOONE has called!

                  I know I will have to call them back again. I wish I could BURN that a/c and buy another brand! I have such a deep emotional dislike for Samsung that I will never in my life ever buy another Samsung product. I feel so irritable talking to the customer care officers and it takes all the effort in me to not be totally rude to them - they are humans and have feeling too! Unfortunately Samsung doesn't even care one bit about how their customers feel.

                  I wonder what I should do?
                  I have had a similar experice today. I think that in times of lowering profitabilities, these companies have resorted to cutting down servicing costs but adding to service revenues. I called them for a service and they told me that my AC's capillaries need to be replaced and I need to pay 1500/- for gas refill ( I spoke to local servicing guys and they told me that they'd typically store the gas and top up the leaked amount amounting to 100-200 bucks).

                  Now if the capillaries are being replaced free and gas can be stored, I don't understand why these people are bent on charging excessively.

                  I think solution lies in creating a mass forum who can represent consumers on such issues. Every consumer just can't goto courts and therefore these companies continue to flourish with their malpractises.
                  Is your problem with Samsung or the service center???

                      My complaint no is [protected] registered of 20.5.2009. We were informed that one Kumar will come to attened the complaint. The individual come and collected Rs600/- and informed that the out door unit will be taken and compresser will be replaced. Later on 22.5.2009 one shivakumar came and opened the outdoor unit and said that the outdoor unit will be taken to the company and compressor will be changed. Shivakumar collected Rs713/- and isssued a receipt. Till date no one has come to take the outdoor unit .When enquired on the toll free number about the complaint there was no response and they said that the compressor is not available and it takes time. I am still not convinced and i request you attened to the complaint. The A.C unit was newly installed only last year . I need immediate action .

                        I have bought samsung mobile and after 20 days it stops charging.I went to samsung service centre
                        but they were telling me that i have damaged the charging port and they cant do anything they were asking me to pay 3000/ and telling me to change the track(motherboard) of the mobile.The service centre employee gave me the number of samsung service centre, chennai manager but unfortunately he was also quite iresponsive, neglictive and not taking the matter seriously.

                          I purchased a Samsung Window A/cs Model Nos.. AWT18WBHDE & AWT18W in 1976 & 1977
                          from Bestbuy Shop Malakpet Hyderabad. Model No. AWT18WBHDE startiing trouble in early summer,
                          complaint No. [protected] dated 30/04/07 ( under Warranty period) but did not respond after 13 days.
                          I contacted them again on 12/05/07, Technician came to my house & said no problem you check in the evening. The same problem of both A/cs till now. It is no response of customercare of Hyderabad
                          the whole summer vanished without a Worst machines. The latest complaint put on 13/5/09 did not
                          respond after 12 days. Several complaints to the Customercare evoked no response. Samsung is one of the worst company after sales/service. I request Samsung to replace my A/cs as soon as possible.

                            I had purchased F-250 Samsung on 25/04/08 IMEI no. is [protected] of 6850 Rs. from Kamal Communication, Sector -53, Kanchanjunga Market. Since I purchased the set I was regularly facing problems with its volume.
                            I had given my phone for servicing at GNH Telecom Tilak bhawan, Sharma Market, Atta chowk Noida on 16/04/09 as now there was no kind of sound in the phone. My complaint no. is 894. I have been continuously following up since then but the phone has yet not repaired, they say that the company is not helping them by providing the part which has to be replaced.

                            This is truly unfair as I'm facing the problem since its purchase and now when it can be repaired the company is not providing us the part.

                            I request you to kindly find out why the company is paying no heed to my complaint. I strongly regret the company's attitude towards the customer.
                            I had launched this complain ut still I received no help from the company.


                            i request the consumer forum to pls. get me answer on this as to how can I get my mobile working again as the problem in it was since I had purchased it.

                              I buy a Mobile handset Of Samsung Company.Model Super Hero ( SCH-B259 ) from tata outlet on 30.03.09 . From very first day belows the problem start :
                              1) Very Low Battery Back-up
                              2) Automatically Switch Off
                              3) Bell ringing when call come but display no show any number or remain as before( No caller ID Shown )
                              For these problems resolve i go to service centre of samsung ( Sapphire Sales Services pvt. Ltd.9, Printing Press Area, Delhi. First time they don, t check my hanset & just said that is battery problem & changed my handset battery.They ensure me that the problem is resolved but, that is not as they said.Problems remain same as it is.

                              Second time i go to Service centre o 28.04.09 & this time they said that i must leave my set for ten days & it will be get back to you on 8.05.09.But on 8.05.09 they said that we send handset in company for change mother board of this defult hanset & get back to you in three days.But till date they not receive my handset & i am not receive any call or information in this regard till date.After asking questions they only reply that company don't have the parts of this handset this time & if they get they changed & give you.When i said them to give my faulty hanset in same condition they reply that they can't do this & misbehaved with me.

                              Till date (25.05.09) no information from Samsung company or Service centre.

                              Yes, I also agree on low battery backup in Samsung L700. I purchased new one on 16.06.09, even if I do not make / receive a single call and do not play any media file, I mean not making any use of this phone, the battery lasts only for one day. It is really bad, I haven't lodge complaint to the vendor as of now but planning to do so. Can somebody suggest how to log complaint directly to Samsung.

                                  I bought a Samsung Refrigerator model no. SR-32 EMB 7yrs back from RR enterprise Meerut. We now live in Ghaziabad. The fridge stopped working in mid march 2009. My husband contacted Samsung customer care on[protected] while i was out of town, who sent us their local engineer Mr Naveen Kaushik mo. no. [protected] who after inspecting the fridge told us to get it repaired privately from him as it was 7 yrs old. HE MISLEAD THE CLIENT WHO WANTED...

                                  I had registered a complaint with Samsung A/C service- BP No:[protected] in Chennai on 16/may/2009 Reg cooling problem. Temperature not going below 26 deg. Service engineer came and replaced condenser and left immediately without checking the unit, citing busy schedule as a reason.

                                  The cooling problem continued and I placed another complaint reg same. Once again the same engineer came, took the inner unit for cleaning, they took nearly 10 days till date I have not received my unit.

                                  The Service phone no which they gave nobody picks up. Finally I got service adviser phone no he spoke to me in a rude manner " Your ac under repair compressor not yet come". that was not my complaint, he never bothered to listen to me and simply spoke irrelevantly.

                                  I said I gave the inner unit for general service. He asked me to give a call after half an hour, he called again to say that he cant give my A/c as committed and it will take two more days to deliver.

                                  He harshly told me to go and complain where ever I want, what a manner less man working for a least bothered Samsung.

                                  I have taken the issue to the poor call center executive who can do nothing but promise for better response next time on.

                                  I have purchased an A.C (AWT18KA samsung 1.5 ton ) from Fundamental Electronics(p) ltd Saltlake on 4/05/09 ( invoice no. FECC/09-10/0841) we used the AC for not more than a month and the AC got problem and since last 15 days we are unable to use the AC( due to compressor breakdown ) . Despite complaning to the service centre several times around twice thrise daily our AC has not been repaired or has been replaced by you . Now as it has been a headace to call upon the service centre to get the work done as we have been suffering the terible heat since last 15 days and now I have decided to buy another AC from other make So pls take back your box by rembursing my down payments as u people are not providing after sale service to a customer you can check your records as i have been chasing to this no.([protected]) daily to solve my problem immediately on an urgent basis but it was useless talking to your service centre.If this is the service you are providing after purchase within one month in a gurantee period I think Its better to go with other GENUINE BRANDS .

                                  I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with Samsung service iv very poor and worest . I had a 1.0 ton Samsung split a/c installed recently just 6 months back, and it started cooling problem . I complained to Samsung service ontand was promised it would be looked into the same day. No one came or called and given a irresponsible responce to us by calling castumer care and following the persons and received the call (Mrs.Revathi, Mrs.Kalyani and AP incharge mobile no :[protected]). I called again and again at that time AC is must for my house, , not once but twice and again was told a service person would come but did not. In fact, I have always had to keep calling several times to get a response. I feel cheated for being a loyal Samsung customer.hoeever i feel that very worst Servive persons in Samsung, pl take him action at installation person iwill give the caqntact no for him,

                                  This is very poor and worst experience my life on SAMSUNG

                                    i purchased one samsung mobile handset (model : sch-w339 ) in 12th dec 2008, after phone locked problem i submitted it to samsung service centre for repair or replacement( sapphire sales & services pvt ltd, wazirpur delhi). but till now i havent got it back, its been almost 6 months now. moreover the service centre staff says " we wont give it back and do what ever you can do" . this is the attitude of samsung staff !!! now i am going to make an official complaint and a court case

                                      I have problem with my 21" Samsung TV - DNIeJr., Model No. CS21A330XLB. There was no sound and component channel stopped responding. I logged complain on 3030 8282 with number[protected] on 15 May 2009.

                                      Service center contacted me on 16th May 2009 noon from no.[protected], that service engineer would visit my residence anytime till 8.30pm to fix up problem. When asked to give exact visiting time, they never responded. When I insisted, they gave me 5pm to 8.30pm, a pretty long time-range to waste someones saturday evening. And I endedup waiting all saturday evening for service engineer to fix up my tv, calling up your local service center in vain.

                                      On 17th May 2009, I re-called service center, that informed me Service center is closed on Sundays. I was then told repairs would be attended at 11am. I have office at 11am on Monday, and I cannot skip
                                      my office waiting for your service man to turnup to fix my tv, with an uncertainty of him turning up.

                                      When complained about service center to call-center, service engineer named 'Giri' called me around 4.30pm evening, stating he would visit me in next 3 hours. I had engagements at 5pm, and I really
                                      dont want to miss that waiting in vain for your engineer to visit my residence, so had asked him to visit around 7pm. I had called up around 7pm to confirm his visit, and was told he would be visiting in
                                      another 2 hours, which was again waiting in vain.

                                      Service Engineer finally visited late in evening at 6.30pm and said some board is not working and needs to be replaced. He said it would be done in next 3 working days. I had busy-schedule all week and could not frequently followup with service-center. On Saturday, after 6days, May 23 2009, I call-up service center 3 times for escalating this issue as they had never followed up on bad-component in TV, and never had ordered original part yet, and now buying in 3 more days.

                                      I wonder whether my TV would be ever fixed without frequent daily followup with Samsung India Service Center.
