After Purchasing the set with in 5-7 Days i felt that it is not charging properly, then i visit the above Said dealer, & he send us to SAMSUNG Service centre, in same sector 22 FF.
They check the handset for a while then revertme that "sir, it is ok & there is no problem in the set, but we are changing your charger, now you will not face any problem.
But on the same night i feel that still the same problem is there, then again i visit there show room after 2-3 days as i was not in town during that duration., they took the handset this time along with :
01. Handset
02. Battery
03. Chaerger
with Job Sheet No. [protected] & told me that we will call you with in 3-4 days with exact status. as this is a new set in market & we dont have any hardware avaliable in the stock. We have to send your set to Dehli/Noida .
After few days i asked them the status that sir, we dont have any hardware avaliable in the stock, & We ( Chadigarh Support Team ) Mr. Rahul Malhotra : ASM [protected] will send the request to replace the set as it is already delayedfrom our ( SAMSUNG) side.
Then again i calledthe SAMSUNG Support team, what is the status, he told me that your request is aproved & pleasedeposit all the accessory related to your set including :
01. Handset Back Battery Cover
02. Headset
03. Complete Kit;BOX
in our Sector 22 Office then we ( SAMSUNG0 will send that to our dehli office & you will recieve a new Sealed Handset of same model with next 4-5 working days.
When i listen this it gives me a lot of happiness, that SAMSUNG is not as bad as told by others .
But the Worst part was still to come.

& your execuitive Mr. Sunny told me that sir, your request/approval is refusedby our Dehli office, & it is not in our hand.
While talikng to Mr. RAhul Malhotra -ASM, same repeated wording was there " Mai kya kar sakta hoo, our HO has srefusedit" i can only send the request"
We will revert your same old / faulty handset to your after repair.
Now i understand that SAMSUNG supportis not bad BUT IT IS THE WORST. Now afterfew days, i am listening from SAMSUNG Support team that sir, during repair of your handset your LCD got faulty we are trying to arrange the same, & give you the setup to 30th May.
The New Job Sheet No. for : LCD is [protected].
If any responsible represtetive of SAMSUNG is reading my compliant, If you thinlk that this is not the limit of Harrasing a human being by Mentally/Physically as well finacially. i want proper resolution of my Non Ending Problem, with :
01. A new Handset
02. Written appologies letter for wrong commitment
03. Compensation to waste my money /time - to caontact/visit SAMSUNG officeagain & again.
& if You (SAMSUNG) will not ressolve this issue with in Next 48 Hours,
Then i will go for to Consumer Court & appeal against SAMSUNG INDIA for the Poor Supprt, Wrong Commitment & Harracement.

samsung mobile j600 — mobile repair not done
i am frustrated with the response of the customer service incharge of samsung in mangalore - Mr. verma .My mobile is out of order since past one n a half month and since then i have been regularly visiting their service center . my mobile's screen is not working .
this man verma keeps telling that a small component is there that has to be sent from bangalore and that i have to wait for few days . every time i go i get to hear the same dialogue .
at last he promised that it wud be available by monday 6th n today when again i visited that place he says that it has to be sent to bangalore for replacement and it wud take 15 days .
i got frustrated and i came back . i hav lost faith in these people . the main problem is that during this waiting period the one year warranty of my mobile got over and now i may have to pay it from my pocket.
the most important thing is that i have been noticing that few of my colleagues are facing the same problem of customer negligence by samsung .furthermore, today i noticed that other people were there who were in aggressive and apprehensive mood and the work related to their products was undone like that of refrigerators and mobiles .
so i have decided not to send my mobile to bangalore so that atleast i have the mental satisfaction of having my mobile with me .
i have come to a conclusion that either the customer care incharge of mangalore is a culprit and that is why the headquarters is not co-operating with him and not sending extra components to him .
so if there is no cooperative relationship between mr verma n his higher authorities then there is no use risking my mobile and sending it to a far - off place with no assurance except a piece of paper to keep till eternity .
the second thing that comes to my mind is that samsung may be following a chinese policy of flooding the market with cheap goods and then not providing any services . i must warn this company that this policy can give u some benefit but in the long run it will be a fatal blow to ur survival in the market .
