I am a studant of Engeenering. I have purchase Samsung SGH J-210 Mobile phone, which IMEI No. is [protected] from Planet, Opp. Wanita Samaj, Rajkamal Square, Amravati on Date 16.08.2008 The said mobile was having warranty of 1 year. After 5-6 months from purchasing mobile, I was started facing joystick problem, But in the third week of Jan.09 the problem was increased, that joystick of said handset wos not working proper, and I had no other alternative except repairing the problem. On 24.01.2009 my sister handed over my above mentioned mobile for repairing to SNEHA ELECTRONICS, Amravati ( Maharashtra) which is authorized service center for Samsung Mobile. At the time the person of service senter told to my sister that joystick of said handset is opened and that will not consider in warranty and demanded 400Rs. charges for repairing, even joystick was not working only. That time I accepted that charges because that was not a big issue and I had no other alternative except repairing the problem. my sister have paid 400Rs. charges on date 25.01.2009 but they not given any receipt of payment to my sister. But after one day only that problem persist again with joystick and this time athor keys was not working also and my sister handed over again above mentioned mobile for repairing to SNEHA ELECTRONICS, and they told to my sister, that joystick is broken and again that will not consider in warranty. After that 2-3 days i visited to SNEHA ELECTRONICS for the same reson and they told me you have allready paid 400Rs. for the same problem, so this time your handset is in warranty, but that handset have send to Mumbai for L4 repairing, that prosses will take near about 15 days, so you have to contact us after 15 days. When I contact them after 17-18 days, they told me the said handset is rejected from company for L4 repairing and sent back from mumbai to us, because of the handsets joystick is opened and bad soildering on PBA and related tracks is open also from PBA. If you wish to repair the handset, you have to pay the charge 75% of handsets purchase amount, because that PBA is defective and we need to change the PBA. And my handset give me return unrepaired on date 18/05/2009. My handset layed there near about 90 days. when i ask them about jobsheet, they told me, we will not give you any jobsheet without repair.
I think when I submitted that handset to Samsung Service Center that time joystick wos not working only, and I paid the charges for which problem have to consider in warranty, and after one day only that handset have a same related problem.
It is bad service from sneha electronics, It is for money earning only

Till now there is no response for customer service center. Right, now we are unable to contact service center also.
