i had purchased samsung mobile i450 in month of sep 08, from mobile store, ahemdabad. this product gave problem of frequent hanging and auto switching off since beging. i got it repaired under warranty at service centre jaipur. but product is being giving various other problem again, like auto switching off, hanging, camera not working, some software errors etc. out o[censored]sage of almost 9 months this product had remained unserviceable for more than three months and with poor service back up.
i want to get this mobile phone replaced under warranty as its a cronic problem.
please guide me how to initiate the case and please get it replaced. i am holding true bill and neccessary documents.
I had taken samsung mobile last year in pimpri (pune) and within 6 months phone was not working properly, due to some reason that always hang, i had shown that different samsung gallary but still mobile was not worked properly. if feel samsung mobile company doesnt provide good service and satisfaction to customers
i have samsung mobile phone i want change my earphones so anybody can give me information about samsung service center urgent

    Hello,

    I have purchased a washing machine (Model R1043, Make - Samsung) on 31 March 2007. Last week due power voltage fluctuations it got damaged. So I launched a complaint at after sales service. Same day the service engineer attended the complaint and told me that the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) got damaged and need to taken back to service centre for checking. At that time I was sure that, this can not be serviced and need to replace the damaged PCB with a new one. So, I asked the service engineer to replace it immediately if possible. Then service engineer and his team have taken a weeks time to just check if the part is serviceable or not. Now they are saying that it has to be replaced, part is not in stock and will take 4-5 days more to receive the part and then they will replace it.

    During this time I have called almost 50-60 times to discuss the status and every time I used to get same answers.

    It was their decision to check the part, I have already given green signal to go ahead and replace the part. Due to this I have suffered a lot of pain and now I am fed up with these people.

    Please let me know what can I do in this situation.

      Samsung is doing fraud with the consumer of India by faking features of its mobile phones on its web.
      For e.g. http://www.samsung.com/in/consumer/detail/detail.do?group=mobilephones&type=... says the mobile E 1100 has FM radio & can hold up
      500 contacts whereas in reality it doesn't have FM & can hold up only 200 contacts with 3 separate fields.
      Hence i think the CEO of the company should kindly look in the matter.

        My AC has a 5-year condensor replacement warranty. This season, I found it not working good enough and called company engineer for a routine paid service. He tells me that condensor/compressor is under warranty for 5 years and it gets choked due to choked capillaries which shall be replaced but I shal be required to pay gas refill charges of Rs 1500/-. I contested that since it is a result of condensor malfunction, it should not be charged. He did not agree and made me talk to his manager who tells me that it is choked because ACs don't work round the year and therefore because of oxidation and other reactions between copper pipes and gas, the pipes get choked and have to be frequently dechoked.

        This sounds funny as per logic. What they are saying is that my AC's capillary pipes shall get choked every 3rd/4th year and I shall be made to pay for gas which is almost half the cost of the condensor.

        BTW, does it help to lodge a complaint here?

Besides I spke to local service agencies who told me that in such cases, gas can be stored and refilled with only top-up portion to be charged (100-250 bucks). I wonder why Samsung can't do it when it has one of the largest pool of customers.

        BTW, does it help to lodge a complaint here?
        Hi, Am facing the same problem now... they said the same thing. i had the same question that if a capillary costs around 250 to 300, why does the customer have to pay for the gas as well. this is totally unacceptable. The Engineer also mentioned that in Split ACs they have a provision to store gas and hence the customer doesn't have to pay for refilling the gas. i fail to understand if such a system is present for Split ACs - why can't they have a similar system for Window ACs as well. or are we trying to say that SAMSUNG Service for window ACs is horrible or Window ACs of SAMSUNG are horrible and that we should not purpose them as the maintainence cost is very high!!!

        Please assist and please suggest.

          Hello,

          I went to one of the service center in Pahar ganj regarding my samsung E 250 which is still under waranty on 14/05/09 at 3:50pm. It was told to me that my phone will get back to me in one week, even i recived calls from custumar care IS MY PHONE IS WORKING FINE however phone still in the service center.Its really height of limit now.they dont behave normally now.
          Please help me on this, Its really paining workout without a phone.

            Sir,
            The consumer begs to inform you as under:

            1. That, the above complaint still remains unresolved. The customer highly objects your manipulated message dt 28.05.2009 sent via SMS Ref: BP No. [protected] on mobile [protected]. It is untrue and wrong to write that the complaint is resolved.

            2. That, the mobile set is still not ready for delivery at your Service Centre Varanasi, as the Chassis locks broken by your Service Centre Lucknow during servicing and IMEI write has not been replaced.

            3. That, The mobile set was intact while being handed over to your Authorised Service Centre in Varanasi on 07.05.2009 for IMEI write against payment of Rs 470/-. The IMEI number [protected] on Samsung Mobile model SGH C 200 was not identified by BSNL Sim.

            4 .That, while taking the delivery of the mobile set on 26.05.2009 the customer noticed damage to the upper locks of mobile chassis caused at your Lucknow Service Centre. That the damage caused was also identified by your Varanasi Service Centre and matter was referred to Lucknow Service Centre for compensation of loss and damages due to negligence.

            5. That, the consumer refused the delivery of the mobile broken by your Service Centre and emailed a complaint on 26.05.2009, copy appended as under.

            6. That, the mobile set is still undelivered to the customer as the Complaint still remains unresolved.
            The consumer requests you parties to kindly deliver the above referred mobile set within seven days of the date of this email by replacing the upper Chassis at your own cost and expenses which was damaged during repairing at your end. Please note that your failure to do so will compel the consumer to refer the matter to their legal advisors for compensation of the losses and damages caused by you parties.

            My name is diwakar kumar residential of H-138 ganga vihar delhi - 110094. i purchase a new mobile phone SAMSUNG STAR EMI NO.- [protected] of worth Rs/- 11000 on 22-05-09 but after 4 days problem is come on my phone its not working properly i have regiter the complaint in HOT SPOT mobile shop but they refuse to servise or repair and they saying taht we can can give only half price og cell phone before last 2 week they not giving any response.

              Hi,

              I would like to know procedure of filing the complaints aganist Mobile Zone in Bangalore location, as they have LOST my mobile which was given for servicing in the month of Feb2009, Now on 18th April They do not have any update on my Samsung e840 Mobile, everytime I call them one person will respond to me saying Harsha(Owner) will call me in 30mins, till now I have never received a call from them to know the status of my mobile,
              on 4th April 2009 one person called me and he told me that my mobile which was given for servicing he LOST that mobile, when I asked him about how and give me more details he is not ready to talk to me, he said he will call me in one weeks of time, till now he didn't call me or when ever I call he is not picking up the call,
              Now they are not responding to my mobile calls, when I visit there no one will attend to me properly, I am unable to speak to Owner which I was trying to from past 3 months,

                There was prblm in my hardisk. When I went to the servce centre who supplied the hardisk then refused to replace/repair my 80GB harddisk which is still under warranty period. They refused on the grounds that samsung will take longer time for dealers. My warranty is getting over after 2 years...

                    Sir,
                    I bought a Samsung(M3510) mobile on 05/05/09 from the following shop.

                    Hot Spot,
                    Shop no- 3&4, Property No- C-1-A, M.S.
                    Chamber, Main Vikas Marg,
                    Anar Park, Laxmi Nagar
                    New Delhi-92

                    Then after next day I took feed back from other local shop, I found the same mobile set is available less than Rs- 2000/- .
                    They charged Rs. 8000/- and actual price in open market is Rs. 6000/-.

                    So, it is requested that pls take a immediate action on this matter.
                    For this i will ever grate full to you.

                      We have bought an A/C (Split 1.5 Ton) in april 2008. Our unit works well for exactly for one year without any problem but before one week (25.04.2009) it started to leak from inside unit and stops cooling after that day, only fan works but still no use. we made a compliant to samsung customer care but they dont care about the situation! after several tries they send us an engineer to inspect our A/C unit he came and check both indoor & outdoor unit and tell us there is a gas leak probably due to over heat & pressure on gas pipes this not our fault its 100% samsung made! then after one day three mechanics from samsung came and took both units for repair and delivered it after 3 days (with lots of scratches & dirt's on both indoor & outdoor units smasung "stylish design" lost esply the indoor unit entire design looks weird after a single service My god!) but didn't install instead they told us there is separate dept to re-install the unit (outdoor unit) because previously it had installed in wrong place without proper ventilation! (again by samsung engineers! great job they have done) so we called again to samsung for installation within 3-4 hours but they didn't. This put me on frustration! after that day once again we called samsung care and they said today they will come sure and one person came for installation but it will cost Rs.1750! i ask why? he told me for re-installing the outdoor unit on clamp cost 750, labor charge 500 and 500 for indoor unit taxes 185 extra!! I'm totally shocked already 5 days gone without A/C in this summer!? i told that i ready to pay for fixing the clamp 750 and tax 185 but not labor and indoor unit cost because this is their mistake (samsung eng.) by not fixing the indoor unit after delivery and why labor cost? i dono why they asking because product is still in warranty period!
                      I'm really frustrated and disappointed. Dissatisfaction over samsung sales after service and poor customer response in Chennai! here after i have decided to move to LG or Panasonic.

                        Samsung — TV remote

                        I bought samsung "29"inch ultra slim tv from TMC begumpet. but the remote is not working properly.
                        Samsung tvs are junk.
                        Samsung tvs start making a clicking noise and burn out just after the warranty expires.
                        Samsung customer service more or less says TOUGH LUCK SUCKERS.

                          Hi,
                          I am really disappointed for the feedback I got from the samsung customer care. (at 11 & 12, Espllanade, kolkata- 700013, west bengal, India)

                          Me and my entire family have been using the samsung mobiles for a long time, but after getting such a feedback from the service center, we are really disappointed.

                          My mobile phone is under warranty period (up to 21 June 2009), actually the phone is now unable to show any display and before that its batter was discharging unnecessarily and the cell got heated.When i showed them the cell they opened the circuit, refused to repair it and just charged Rs. 4, 500 for repairing .I cannot understand I hardly did anything wrong with the mobile set and it is under warrenty period why should I pay money for that ?It is just ridiculous.

                          After getting such feedback neither I will buy samsung mobile nor I will suggest anybody for it.
                          Althougth I will expect a quick response from your side after this mail.

                          Samsung Mobile — Regarding Samsung E840 under warranty

                          I purchased a samsung mobile model E840 from Allahabad (UP) on a genuine bill 7 months back and the phone is still under warranty. Now it is dead automatically, when i went to the Allahabad (UP) service centre to get it repaired, they refused it saying that one of its ICs is not working due to water logging which is not true as the phone was only been used by me and nothing such happened. How can water reach to only one IC and the people there at the service centre didn't behave properly with me, they said that it will be repaired out of warranty, i.e. on charges. This is really disgusting looking at the image of the company like Samsung. Finally now i am planning to send a legal notice to the service centre and the company to get my Phone repaired under warranty.

                          Samsung SGH-E840 under warranty — Phone automatically makes calls

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have been using a samsung SGH E 840 for about 3 months now. The product is still under warranty. For some unknown reason, the phone suddenly starts calling the last dialled number on its own. I took up this issue with your service center Raza communications in JM Road, Pune branch. After hearing my complaint, the first thing he said was this problem is due to waterlogging and not covered under warranty. I must admit he must have been pretty brilliant to make such a perfect diagnosis without even touching the handset. I have veen online on various forums and I have learnt that this is a common problem with the e 840. I told this gentleman the same thing, then he said that I would have to leave the phone with them for at least 15 days for them to figure out what the problem is, let alone fix it. He said they have to send the phone to Mumbai and started crooning about his own problems. What I want to ask you is this... I have had phones with Motorola, Nokia and Sony ericsson prior to using this phone and none of them seemed to give half the number of problems with the phone as yours is.                           I too have the phone and the phone calls the last no.But dont worry its not the problem with the phone.The 4 key pads are touch screen and most of the time with the slightest of the touch to the left lower keypad the phone calls the last dial no.I feel there is no issue with the phone.It cannot automatically call
                          mobile mediaplayer doesn't woking proper
                          I have purchased one NCE 250 on 14th May 2008 from Viveks coimbatore and on 13th July 2008 it was not working (set dead). As per the instruction of Viveks limited coimbatore I gave it to Asia Electronics R.S. Puram Coimbatore, they then sent it to Banglore (Samsung sung India Electronics) and after 17 days Asia ectronics telephoned and told me that they cannot repair under gurentee because it has a problon with the board. I then collected the banglore number and contacted them today, but they told me that they are busy and asked me to call next Monday. If this is the survice they are giving in tamil nadu i dont think any boby will buy Samsung any more. I think they must have thaught I will keep quite.

                          samsung Mobile e840 — Warranty Issues

                          I had bought this phone 3 months ago. Its not even 3 months the mobile has stopped working.
                          First its hard to locate the service center. But once one does they do not have clue on what the problem is. they say it will be sent to mumbai. can take one month to figure out the problem and then also not sure it will be repaired or not.
                          its a NEW phone and this is the poor customer service from samsung. They can invest crores in olympics but cannot in service centers and their customers.
                          Even the customer service email on the samsung mobile website does not respond.
                          Its really frustrating to be without the mobile phone but these people dont understand.

                          i given my mobile samsung mobile e840 for repairing on 13/08/09 time 12.40 pm work order no. hhp 2649
                          date of purchase 2308/08 warranted for one year.till date i have not recived my mobile, no satisfied answer by company.i deposit my mobile at aaushi electronics, m-115 yashwant plaza indore ph[protected] samsung authorised service center indore, mp. my cell no [protected].

                          i have a samsung fridge,its not working since 1month so i gave a complaint to toll free no.[protected] on march 19th,one of the executive come on 22nd march and told that one of the part is lost,so he told they will get in max 4days,from then i am calling daily to the toll free no. daily 3-4times and my complaint no. is [protected].They are escaping daily saying that we will get a call from technicians but no response.I am fed up with this daily bussunes.From now i will never buy a samsung product or suggest to anyone

                          Samsung — ridiculous mobile servicing centres

                          i have samsung wave-2 which i brought 3 months ago,in sangeetha mobile store ameerpet,
                          it worked well at first month and i started heating,over heating and then it can be use like an ironbox for ironing our cloths, and went to ammerpet samsung service centre at elephant House, and they said this is due to battery discharge and we dont have stock right now come next week!
                          and i went next week there and got replaced with new battery, and again same overheat problem continued then again i went there its due to motherboard and they said we have to bring motherboard and then we will replace then it will take 10 days and then after 10 days i got my mobile again from them with scratches on screenguard and some dust. and now on the same day...i am not able make a call because my voice is not audible to other person whom i made a call ..this is what the situation.....i completly frustrated and irritated with my mobile samsung ....

                            Samsung AC complaint not attended
                            Hi

                            On 3rd April 2009 I filed a complaint regarding my Samsung Split AC (Complaint No [protected]). So far nobody has attended for repairing.

                            Up till now our complaint has not been attended. Whenever we call customer care, we just get one reply that engineer will come and attend for repair.

                            Almost two months is completed. we have faced lot of problems at this summer season. This is very bad thing. It indicates the people are denying your services regarding samsung products.

                              I have purchased a samsung mobile phone J600 (model) on 24.03.08. Thereafter I have never been happy with either the service of the Phone or the Co. As a result I went to the service station at Lee Road 3 times before I have drafted a mail to the Co.
                              The response from them was quick but just to state, "Without any prejudice we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have forwarded your mail to our service department. Our concern person will get in touch with you shortly. Please bear with us till then".
                              I have not yet received any response from the team thereafter.
                              If possible I will attach the invoive for your ready reference.

                              samsung mobile j600 — mobile repair not done

                              i am frustrated with the response of the customer service incharge of samsung in mangalore - Mr. verma .
                              My mobile is out of order since past one n a half month and since then i have been regularly visiting their service center . my mobile's screen is not working .
                              this man verma keeps telling that a small component is there that has to be sent from bangalore and that i have to wait for few days . every time i go i get to hear the same dialogue .
                              at last he promised that it wud be available by monday 6th n today when again i visited that place he says that it has to be sent to bangalore for replacement and it wud take 15 days .
                              i got frustrated and i came back . i hav lost faith in these people . the main problem is that during this waiting period the one year warranty of my mobile got over and now i may have to pay it from my pocket.
                              the most important thing is that i have been noticing that few of my colleagues are facing the same problem of customer negligence by samsung .furthermore, today i noticed that other people were there who were in aggressive and apprehensive mood and the work related to their products was undone like that of refrigerators and mobiles .
                              so i have decided not to send my mobile to bangalore so that atleast i have the mental satisfaction of having my mobile with me .
                              i have come to a conclusion that either the customer care incharge of mangalore is a culprit and that is why the headquarters is not co-operating with him and not sending extra components to him .
                              so if there is no cooperative relationship between mr verma n his higher authorities then there is no use risking my mobile and sending it to a far - off place with no assurance except a piece of paper to keep till eternity .
                              the second thing that comes to my mind is that samsung may be following a chinese policy of flooding the market with cheap goods and then not providing any services . i must warn this company that this policy can give u some benefit but in the long run it will be a fatal blow to ur survival in the market .

                              i had taken a samsung mobile phone from VAPI-GUJARAT on 5/6/08. after few days there was hanging problem so i submitted it at company's service centre named SKY ELECTRONICS - VAPI. it was given to me solving the problem after 23 days. then again after 3 to 4 days there was a problem of network. so i shown it at SKY ELECTRONICS on 29/9/08 they total me to sumbit it and told will be available after a week but i got it back on15/11/08 ie after 1 month 16 days. today too the phone is having the network problem. they say that the have PBA replaced. this was said by Mr. MANOJ MISTRY head of SKY ELECTRONICS. this is the irresponsibility of the head person then what will be the conditions of others u may think it. now i m fed up will the service centre people and the company. so i m going to consumer court. so i[censored] want to resist me u may reply me within 3 days. and give me the best way. i insist a new handset only. hope u will take the necessary steps. my contact number is [protected] / [protected]

                                But on the same night i feel that still the same problem is there, then again i visit there show room after 2-3 days as i was not in town during that duration., they took the handset this time along with :

                                02. Battery
                                03. Chaerger

                                with Job Sheet No. [protected] & told me that we will call you with in 3-4 days with exact status. as this is a new set in market & we dont have any hardware avaliable in the stock. We have to send your set to Dehli/Noida .

                                After few days i asked them the status that sir, we dont have any hardware avaliable in the stock, & We ( Chadigarh Support Team ) Mr. Rahul Malhotra : ASM [protected] will send the request to replace the set as it is already delayedfrom our ( SAMSUNG) side.

                                Then again i calledthe SAMSUNG Support team, what is the status, he told me that your request is aproved & pleasedeposit all the accessory related to your set including :

                                01. Handset Back Battery Cover
                                02. Headset
                                03. Complete Kit;BOX

                                in our Sector 22 Office then we ( SAMSUNG0 will send that to our dehli office & you will recieve a new Sealed Handset of same model with next 4-5 working days.

                                When i listen this it gives me a lot of happiness, that SAMSUNG is not as bad as told by others .

                                But the Worst part was still to come.

                                & your execuitive Mr. Sunny told me that sir, your request/approval is refusedby our Dehli office, & it is not in our hand.

                                We will revert your same old / faulty handset to your after repair.

                                Now i understand that SAMSUNG supportis not bad BUT IT IS THE WORST. Now afterfew days, i am listening from SAMSUNG Support team that sir, during repair of your handset your LCD got faulty we are trying to arrange the same, & give you the setup to 30th May.
                                The New Job Sheet No. for : LCD is [protected].

                                If any responsible represtetive of SAMSUNG is reading my compliant, If you thinlk that this is not the limit of Harrasing a human being by Mentally/Physically as well finacially. i want proper resolution of my Non Ending Problem, with :

                                Samsung — Very poor and wrong service

                                Hi Sir/Madam,
                                I am deepesh mehta from indore. I have purchased samsung mobile phone (SGH-i450) IMEI No. 359081/01/224838/8 On Date : 05/10/2008.
                                After 6 Month i got mobile charging problem so I visit to samsung authorized service center in indore. They submitted my complaint and given me time of 7 days. After 7 Days i visit and asked for the status of mobile to they given me 4800/- estimate for internal damage. I don't know how mobile can internally damaged.
                                I told them its in warranty period to do the necessary action for that. They told me we will send it to our head office and let you know after 7 days. After 7 day i got a call from service center and informed that my handset is ready and i should collect from service center. When i went there they again said its not ready and we have to send it to head office. When I raise my voice there to ask why you are doing all this nonsense then no body wants to listen there even not service center manger.

                                I bought Samsung Star from Vasavi Communications., Chennai on 24/5/09.On 13/5 the phone got locked and went to CIT colony for release of lock and i was told that i should go to T Nagar(Tech Care., 64 Habibullah Road., T Nagar.., Chennai) It was handed over on 14/5 itself to Tech Care., We have beenasked to come tomorrow, every time when we go there, i do not know when this tomorrow comes. Till Date they have not serviced and and the reception is also very bad.We office goers cannot go every day and we do not have time as well.Having bought this Touch Screen after using Nokia for the last five years i felt that i made a mistake in switching over to Samsung. This is the first and last time i gone for this brand and i will never pardon anybody for this. Please Revert to me the status of my mobile, if can't be repaired replace with a new one.

S 5233A on 14-09-09 for repaing at Durga electronics services M-3,ground floor ,old DLF colony , sec-14, gurgaon.They committed to return it after 10 days but i visited 8 times even twice in a day and they simply commit for next time, if i want to contact them by phone they either dont recieve my phone call or keep aside after recieveing so finally i have to visit to know about the status of my phone.
                                I have spent about Rs.1000 /- as it is about 30 Km away from my home.please i request you to take an action against them to improve the whole system.

                                Named :SHREE RAM MOBILES person dealing named DEEPAK he nither asked for the bill and said that he will get our mobile repaired from the company as it is in the gaurantee period of ONE YEAR so we had given him the MOBILE after 2 Months he asked 1200Rs/- as this mobile was by mistake registered on your companies website as out of warranty by him and nither he asked for the Purchase Bill nor he had given us any deposit slip and also our Instruments touch pannel was in working condition the time we had deposited the mobile with them but after 2months when we fad up asking him to repair our mobile we asked him to give our intrument back, that time we came to know that he had spoiled the motherboard of our insturment because or that our touch pannel which were working earlier was not working that time and when we asked him to repair our touch pannel then he denied for the same.And when we asked him to compalint to the company then we came to know that he is not the Authorised Dealear of Our city he is Authorised for the District FATEHABAD (Haryana).

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that, i had purchased one SAMSUNG mobile J700, IMEI NO:[protected] From PLANET M - Elgin road - Kolkata. At the time of purchase Planet M had given me 2 years warranty. First one year from SAMSUNG and next year from Planet M. After one year i found that sometimes the buttons are giving trouble (when flip is on) otherwise it is o.k. I went to SAMSUNG service center (opp. to Belle vue clinic, Kolkata) and shown the warranty card & mobile. But the executive told me that i have to submit this to Planet M and planet m will bring the phone to them. I went to plancet ma and submitte my mobile, the Job sheet no: 0735 dated. 06.11.2009. till now i have not got back my phone. i called up planet m several times. First two months they used to tell me that the phone is lying with Samsung service center then i came to know that they had sent that phone to local market for repairing. When they had taken my mobile they promised that if any charges is required they will pay that as it is under warratny period. I had submitted all the papers to Dibyendu Pradhan, spoken to many officers of planet m but i could not got the proper answer. After 3 months one day the executinve confirm that the set has come and i can collect. Before going to the Plannet M shop again i called up and confirmed that the set is ready. In the evening i came all the way from my house to the shop and found that the set is not working. I told the representative that you should have checked the phone when you have take the phone from service center. they told that we are very sorry and again we will send accorss the phone to service center and within 3 to 4 days i will get my repaired phone back. Then i called up planet m several times and finally Mr. Indrajit saha attended tha call and confirmed that it will take one or two days more. Again after 2 days i called up and Mr indrajit did not attend the call. Again i called up and mr. indrajit told me very very rudely and unprofessional manner that again they will send the phone to service center and if any charges is required i have to pay. I told him that this was not an abuse case and last three months you did not tell me any thing and as because neither you are going to original samsung service centre not repairing intensionally you are saying this thing. then Mr. Hirak called me and cinfirmed me that they will repair the phone and i need not pay any charges and i will get back my phone withing 3 to 4 days. after that 20 days have gone buy i have not got my phone. on 1st march when i called him up he told that i will get that on 4the. Again i called up on 4th march 2010 and he told me that i will get my repaired phone on 8th, agian i called up on 8th and he confirmed me that this time i will get my phone 100% on 12th. Again i called up MR. Hirak ([protected]) agian on 12.03.2010 (last day ), he told me that he will call me back within very short while but i did not get any call. Today i called him up several times and he did not picked it up. Then i got one call. the caller told me that, he is from Plannet M stores (Mr. Hirak is in leave ) and i will get the phone back next week.[protected] Again i called Mr. Hirak from different No. and Mr. Hirak attended the call and confirmed me the same thing that Planet M had already sanction the repaired amout by the mail server of Planet M has crashed (Hard disk is gone) that is why they are unable to access the mail. I will get the phone next week. In this circumstances i have understood that they are simply playing with the customers. If my case is not resolved by next tuesday 16.03.2010 morning, I will go to the consumer court, Police Station and i will bring the issue to STAR ANAND because i know that they are ready to help people who are suffering from this kind of issue ...                                 There is manufacturing defect in mobile hand set and again my hand set is lying at samsung service centre and the service centre is not able to rectify my handset problems. And not giving proper response. So i request you to please replace my hand set with s3 and oblige me.

                                  I was having network problem and submitted my CDMA set on 23/04/2009 for Repair at Smart Services, Bapujinagar Bhubaneswar.They did not repair the phone and informed me after 15 days that the mother board needs to be changed which costs 75% of a new phone.So I decided to buy a new phone.But to my surprise when I brought back the phone everything was fine except it did not ring.So i got back to the service centre and enquired for the same. And I was informed that my phone was tampered and they opened it in front of me to show where it is tampered. I was shocked to see that speaker is missing and the place of Tampering(accoding to Mr Susant Sahoo, Samsung employee) was the place where speaker ware supposed to be connected.I am sure the speaker has been stolen.

                                    Submitted My mobile M120 in your Ichalkarnaji service station (Sai Service) phone number of station -[protected] and my work order number is 425 date of mobile submitted 13th May 09 contact person Mr.Sameer has given me mobie back on 14th May by saying that it will take more time to repair.

                                    So submitted the mobile in your Kollhapur station on 16th May 09 Phone number of station is[protected] contact person Mr.Wasif . Given mobile back by informing it will not repair

                                    Also note that analysis done both service station are different .Note that my Mobile is under warranty period. I am expecting your reply with details calrification and action taken with in 7 days from this complaint if not i will lodge complaint against Samsung.

                                      I am sunny s. nehere purchase mobile on[protected] samsung/ SGH-D780 mobile set. It is still in under warrenty. i have problem regarding hanset that is it is going hang (automatic switch off, no memory card detect, in working automatic say insert sim card). so i given it to service centre (POOJA MOBILE SERVICE natraj market, shop no. 12 first floor, sai chowk, pimpri, pune, 411017 ph= [protected]) on date 21/5/2009 against work order no 1750. He is given commitment to deliver on[protected] but today on 26/05/2009 i go to shop and ask for mobile he says till it is not complited. so i ask for stand by model issued he answered why you want stan by model. then tell me why i invest Rs 9000.00 on this mobile. i want to say that in case of problem you have to supported me to giving me my mobile on commitment date other wise given to stand by model. Due to lack of mobile i am in too many problems.

                                      Hi I am Aditya Kumar Tripathi purchase mobile on[protected] samsung/ SGH-D780 mobile set.I have problem regarding hanset that is it is going hang (automatic switch off, no memory card detect).why i invest Rs 7400 on this mobile. I m in problems.
                                      i want reply from samsung what i do plsssssssssssssssss
                                      Looks like I have a similar problem with my mobile too.
                                      Its switched off all once and never restarts.
                                      Whenever i start it, it goes off. Its frustrating...
                                      Still i am searching what to do...
                                      Is there a solution for this?????

                                        MY MOBILE IS SAMSUNG SGH-R220.IMEI 351809/00/803409/1.S/N R6WX350874K. FIRST IAM INSERT A SIM.BUT MOBILE ASKED ME "SIM LOCK ENTER PASSWORD".I INSERT ANOTHER SIM. BUT MOBILE ASKED ME "SIM LOCK ENTER PASSWORD" .WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?.WHAT IS THE SIM LOCK ?.WHAT CAN I DO? EMAIL ME
