i had bought this monitor samsung 17'' TFT on 24 feb 2007 but from the last few months there appears a green line on screen. And the buttons on the screen like on/off buttons are not working, i had registered a complaint in this regeard with samsung's service center in Kolhapur city on 21st Nov;09 and the complaint number is PW[protected] since then i have called a number of times at the service centre but everytime i get the same answer i.e.,it will take a few days.
I use my computer for billing purpose and the green line causes many problems during billing. I hope u will take note of this and take some action immediately.

Samsung — Samsung 17" TFT 740n

I have logged a complaint for non wokring of 17" SM740n TFT on 15/09/08 with call ID - [protected], but till date after making repetedly several calls on the customer care no.[protected], I have only got the assurance, but no service engineer has visited the site, and the call is pending till today[protected].
Please help, can anyone give the contact details to escalate this call.

    I bought a 40 " Samsung LCD TV just before Diwali from Ashirwad Samasung outlet in Rajajinagar Bangalore. At the time of buying, I was told that I would get a Samsung Pebel Blue Ray DVD played and hence I did not buy one. Ever since then, I have been chasing the dealer for my free DVD player and its not been delivered.

    I have called up the company warehouse, have spoken to many people, but still no product, the only response I get is the DVD player is out of stock
    i am also facing the problem of non-delivery of the 22" lcd tv free against the purchase of 40" led tv for the last three months. readers beware of buying samsung products

      Respected Sir,
      I kapil Gurwani have buyed moble i620 on 19/05/2009 which cost rupees ten thousand with waranty of 1year, but since 04/09/2009 i am facing problem of memory card dectetion. Till today i am not getting any solution
      This problem firstly I given to SP services(Nasik) after 2 months they said to go to Exclusive cellure services(Nasik) and last 2 months they hahe also not given any solution

        Indeed to inorm you that just before couple of days i have buy new samsung corby por bt 5310 cell phone is awesome but the problem is in software i am trying to install kies CD software but unable to install plz reply me soon how to install cd so soon i can download some songs,thems.n many more through net..

        Here is what you can do...

        After installing the software, let windows find the driver automatically.(Sys prop. | Dev mngr)
        This is the later part of the installation of the Kies Sw in Win 7 which has to be taken care of manually.
        The Software works beautifully in other Windows OSs'.

        I want to load my daughter's nursary rhymes VCD in the mobile...i do tried to covred the avi file to 3gp but its getting resolution problem...pls help me...
        i also have a problem with samsung kies i install it on windows vista but when i start the problem i get fatal error "object reference not set. . . "
        and that is it i can not start kies please help...
        I installed my original S.Kies software without a problem. When I connect my notebook (vista os) to internet with gprs first time, Kies warned me about a new version. I downloaded and installed it. Now when I start Kies, everytime Vista installs device driver of my Corby then I connect to internet. I couldn't have chance to try on XP or W7 . I believe this will be solved with new version of Kies in near feature.

          I bought a Samsung Washing Machine from E-Zone Pimpri, Pune on last Sunday( 20th Dec 2009) in cash. They promised to get the delivery done within 48hrs. Next till thursday (that is almost 4 days gone) they said we cannot deliver as it is out of PCMC location. (Location is already discussed and written on bill and at that time they said its free). Next they charged me delivery charges extra with threats that they wont refund my money unless I pay so. Even after paying the delivery charges(which was actually their fault) of Rs 500 i was given the delivery after another 24 hrs that also after calling them up at least 30 times.
          Next they said someone from Samsung company will come for the installation. I waited for another 24hrs (i.e. Saturday 26th) and called up E-Zone. They reverted back a 5 p.m. in the evening that it is out of our service limit. So a person will visit you next Monday(28th Dec, 2009). Is it my fault that the location is out of service limit ? Did they communicate before buying at any time with any written document or leaflet that Talwade(behind Capgemini building) is out of service area?
          E-Zone has played absolute fraud and literally forced me to be hyper as I had already paid the entire amount well in advance and just danced on their steps over the next one week. Nowhere did they mention any senior officer's no., email or anything.
          Please do not buy or come in the words of these people.

            Hey I just want to know who the dumbass was that decided not to allow users to be able to change the images on the phone's locked screens or at least be able to delete them. I mean seriously what guy wants to turn on his phone and see a butterfly sitting on flowers? It's humiliating. So i guess what i want you all to do to fix the situation is just tell the guy who approved that idea to go [censored] himself.

              Hi,

              This is with reference to my mobile phone which I purchased on 17th May-09 (Samsung Star GT- S5233A, Serial number RW6S433945Z) from Meerut (Uttar Pradesh). This was my first and biggest mistake as the mobile store owner told me that it is the latest phone of Samsung and I should purchase it. Therefore, I invested my saving of 10,000 rupees in this phone.

              On the very first day after purchasing when I inserted the SIM and tried to make the first call, instanty all the bars of the signal went off and the message comes NO NETWORK AVAILBLE. After restarting it twice or thrice I was able to make the call. I thought that this may be due to the problem with the SIM but I was wrong. Later I faced this issue on a regular basis and after discussing this matter with Airtel authorities ( As the serving Operator is AIRTEL) and testing the SIM in other mobile I came to know that this problem is due to my mobile ( SAMSUNG STAR).

              I went to the store from where I purchased it, he assured me that every thing will be alright but not yet. After two days I received my phone but again the problem remains the same. After few weeks again the touch screen of my phone stopped working and then I again went to the service centre for the solution. This time they replaced the faulty screen and after one week I received my phone back from service centre. Since then my phone started working abnormally (example- The phone dials the numbers automatically, or keeps scrolling on by itself from time to time) and the signaling problem is still there from the first day.

              This caused me to again visit the service centre in Meerut this month and told them the problem. The person there said to leave the mobile for few days for repair. TELL ME ONE THING HERE, DO I BUY ANOTHER PHONE FOR THE DURATION MY PHONE WILL BE IN THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE THIRD CONTINUOUS TIME. But now it’s really enough and I decided to replace the mobile with the new one after all I am suffering since last 6 months. Each time the Service centre response is very disappointing.

              On 3- December-09 Sardaar ji, Mr. Kuldeep Singh (Service centre engineer) gave me the number of support from where I got the number of Mr. Ankur Garg ([protected]) Area Service Manager for the replacement. I called him and told him the issue he assured me that he will revert back with in 24 hours and asked me to send the serial number of the mobile via SMS. I send it and waited for the response but no response. I tried calling Ankur so many times but he dint picked up my phone (I think he stored my number by the name of PROBLEM).

              I am losing my patience now. I called him every day, and sent him reminder SMSs 2 times, but of no avail. I called Ankur from my other number after 3 days on 6/12/09. This time he answered my phone but as soon as I told him my name his response was pathetic. I never expected such an answer from a person whose designation says "Manager". He was not ready even to listen to any thing and kept on repeating one line "he can't help me as it is Sunday". I think he forgot that he promised me a call back three days ago. His rude response was accompanied by him disconnecting the line in middle of our conversation.

              Finally, as of today, I again called the support. There Mr. Manoj (Support Person) assured me that he will further escalate the issue and the senior person will call me back with in next 24 hours. When I asked him the number of next point of escalation he said that he can only provide me this mail ID.......NOTHING ELSE as the last escalation point for them is the Area Service Manager.

              I would like to mention here that this is my most disappointing and worst experience with any company. I need the replacement for my mobile or give my money back and I will go to any extent for the same

              **Never expected such Managers from such MNC**

              REQUEST YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE SAME AND REVERT BACK ASAP.

              Samsung /Mobile - MAX SCH F679 — Defective Handset

              For the past one month iam compalining about my handset but no one is listening it.
              This compalint board will do anything for the customers ??????????
              Where should a customer go to compalint about this hanset?????????
              Plz help me out as iam fed up with this Problematic set - Samsung MAX SCHF 679 purchased on dated 08.04.2008 from Reliance world Vashi sec- 17 Navi Mumbai. In this set voice is not clear, gets hanged up, bluetooth not working properly.

              Samsung Mobile - model _ Samsung max-F679 — complaint of Samsung Mobile - Model F679

              I Alok Mittal of Modianagar, Distt-Ghaziabad, presently working in Relinace Communication Ltd. NHQ, DAKC, Navi Mumbai (Tel. No. [protected]) bought a brand new Samsung Max handset model no. F679, IMEI No. 1CDF931D on[protected] from Mamta Telecom, Shop No. 2, Shiv Govind Complex.Opp. Apna Bazar, sector -13, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai - 410210 at cash memo no. 1499 . The unit suffered from manufacturing defects i.e. the handset hangs on samsung logo & starts switch on & off continously & it's End key was also not functioning properly, hence it was sent to the Samsung authorised service centre at B3/8/0.4, Sector- 2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, PIN :400703, Tel :[protected], E-Mail - [protected]@gmail.com,[protected] for the third time. The service centre was unable to repair the set and again & again same problem continues in the handset. On the third time they said that the Handset is water logged while this information was wrong, as the cell phone was never water logged . They repaired it & delivered the same around 14-07-09 while the problem still persist. The company is neither repairing the set properly nor replacing it with new one, or refunding the money. I do not have the photocopy of my first two workorders as the same were submitted by service centre at the time of rapair delivery . On the third time when I asked them about the printouts of my previous workorders they show their inability to provide the same to me .

              For the first time i sent the Handset for repairing around 01-06-09
              For second time around 06-06-09
              For third time on 25-06-09, Workorder No. - 2719

              Since i am in telecom industry hence the use of handset for me is too huge & it is not possible for me to go to Samsung Authorized Service centre again & again for the repairing purposes .
              During my interaction with servce centre I experienced a lot of problem like i have to wait 1-2hrs. each time which was not possible for me to spare such a long time in a week day during working hours along with this it costs me around Rs.200/- each time i visited the service centre & i visited the same three times for the same problem which causes me a highly unsatisfactory, troublesome & horrified experience dealing with Samsung Mobile . This causes me physical, mental as well as financial problem .

              I would like to request you to please help me in the same issue & kindly do the needful ASAP as the warrenty of my handset expires on 18-08-09

              Dear Sir,
              This is to make u into notice that i bought this samsung star mobile 6 months back but contiuously facing the problem of voice crack between the calls.i have sent my mobile to service center for 5 times which was almost took d time of 4 months alltogether.
              Due to this i have to face lots of communication gap as well as problems.
              currently also my mobile is at service centre after such a long duration and it has scratches on the screen, the side buttons were not working properly and the back panel is also broken. Making this into notice to the service center engineers the response was too unsatisfactory and no one is there to listen to the complain .
              Please suggest what should i do now?

              Samsung Mobile — New Mobile not working since 6 months

              I have purchased a Samsung Mobile phone (M620) in gurgaon in July 2009. And 10 days after purchase the keypad stopped working. First time samsung gave it back to me without repair. and i had to re-submit the phone for repair. This phone has been lying with Samsung for the past 6 months for repair.

              On 16 Jan 2010 , it got it back, and 2 days later it again stopped working. I have not even used the phone for 10 days since i bought it. And samsung refuses to even replace the phone knowing well that i is unable to repair it. Service from Samsung is pathetic.

              I regret buying a samung product.

              problem i was not able to recive the call as i had taken to the PAAN ENTERPRISES for repair they have clean d and return d me again from last three days same problem ans set is hang up one of worst product i had never used in (samsung Mobile sl no:RW5SB76982Z ) .now they are saying they requried 15 days to replace the cell as i dont want to use the same cell .samsung i have purchased only keeping a trust on brand name but this type of problem scares us to buy a samsung .

              WE LODGED THE COMPLAINT WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE OF SAMSUNG -LALBAUG(EAST) MASTER CARE SERVICESS , THEY REPLY ME TO HANDOVER THE PCS WITHIN THREE DAYS , THAT WAS ON MONDAY-12.04.2010 BUT NO REPLY FROM SERVICE CENTRE,THAN I CALLED UP AT 13.04.2010 TUESDAY , THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE MORE 20 DAYS TO GET THE MOBILE REPAIR I ASK THEM ISSUE BUT THEY WERE RELUCTENT EXPLAIN ME THE ISSUE.
              AFTER THAT I CALLED UP AT CUSTOMER CARE OF SAMSUNG & SPOKE TO RINAWHO WORKS IN GENERAL DEPT , SHE TOOK DOWN ALL MY DETAILS & GIVE ME REF NO- [protected]. THAN I SPOKE WITH ARUN WHO WORKS WITH TECHNICAL DEPT OF SAMSUNG HE TRANSFERED ME TO YUVRAJ OTHER TECHNICAL GUY OF THE SAME DEPT.STILL NO WAS ABLE TO SOLVE MY QUERY I ASK THEM SENIOR AUTHORITY NO. BUT THEY WERE HESSITATING TO GIVE ME THE NO. SO THEY GIVE ME SHOAIB NO I DONT KNOW WHO IS HE.

This is my fourth mobile phone and have availed this facility in every phone and also this feature is the basic feature which a customer think would be available in any phone.I faced this issue on a regular basis and after discussing this matter with Reliance authorities ( As the serving Operator is Reliance ) and testing the SIM in other mobile I came to know that this problem is due to my mobile ( SAMSUNG SCH-F679 ).

              This caused me to visit the service centre in Meerut this month and told them the problem.as FM is also not working in this phone .The person there said to leave the mobile for few days for software upgradation.. But now it’s really enough and I decided to replace the mobile with the new one after all I am suffering since last 1 yr 6 months. Each time the Service centre response is very disappointing.

              Samsung Mobile — Defective Cell phone

              Dear Sir,

              I purachase Samsung mobile I450 (Beat series) in March 2009 and ever since the handset has been giving me problem. I showed the phone to the samsung care but even they ever unable to correct the fault in the phone. Now that my warranty is over the phone has not been rectified and i am left with this faulty phone that hangs once in every 2 hours even when not operational.

              But After 6th Month later he said that these are handsets not treat as per warranty and no any amount refundable.



              But how these possible our handsets continues 6th in your service center and its all warranty terms as per pop expired in your service.so why we will paid to any repaired cost and why we will take the same handsets as its same condition & why we will lost handsets warranty as per pop date.


              Its very clearly Boss. I would you like inform that pls help us and refund both are handsets cost other wise we will going to consumer court.

              Samsung Mobile — new phone with manufacturing problems not replaced

              Hi,

              Submitting defective product within four (4) working days after purchase qualifies as feasible for replacement as per Samsung mobile phone purchase policies. Or that is supposedly what the world knows!

              For my case, I had a different world. In my world, there was a Saturday and Sunday between the purchase of the product and its subsequent submission at Samsung service center. And add to that there was a day, when the service center was so crowded that I had no chance to submit my phone for repair.

              Now, on the 4th working day of purchase (5th 'working' day if Sunday is considered a working day when service centers are open,) I am told that Samsung cannot replace my product and that my existing product will be repaired within twenty five (25) days.

              Reason: Sunday is counted for that four days. Ridiculous!

              As a side note, I was advised that customers should “check every aspect of” Samsung products after purchasing them. I am yet to know the extent of the phraze“every aspect” as I am unsure whether I will at all be using all aspects of the product within the next official mean time between failure of the product.

              I am unsure whether Samsung (or Samsung franchisee) customer service across India has same fair policy and same level of professionalism or not.

              I am very reluctant to make such straightforward statements; but somewhere I feel that I am being harassed and cheated as because I am not complaining about the state of affairs. I am appending the details of my purchase and subsequent events and I would be obliged if the concerned personnel take up these issues for the benefit of all Samsung customers.

              Failed to reach customer service executives within a viable time period due to the place being over-crowded.

              Third Service Center Visit:
              14th December 2010 (Tuesday)
              Product was finally accepted on the 4th day of purchase.

              Fourth Service Center Visit:
              15th December 2010 (Wednesday)
              Advised by service center executives that the product cannot be replaced, but will be refurbished. Also that repair will take place at Kolkata and hence a wait time of 25 days.

              Samsung and The Mobile Store — I was sold a used phone for the price of new

              I bought a Samsung wave II S 8530 with IMEI [protected] on 12th Feb 2011 from The Mobile Store in Sadashiv peth.

              When this phone was given to me it showed box packed piece however the handset seems to be a used one, the handset has pre saved names and numbers which are international numbers, I am very sure and certain that these numbers are not saved by me even by mistake or unknowingly. Though the phone is working fine the existence of these numbers clearly shows that this phone is a used one.

              I have been following up with the store people and a lady in head office of essar group, but have receive no proper responce. They simply deny that its their mistake and I am being victimised for this.

              This does not satisfy me as it is a loss to me.
              I am going through a lot of mental pressure due to this as I have paid for something new and was cheated and given the used or old one. The phone is for sure used and the mobile store or Samsung do not agree to it.

              This is extremely appalling, after posting this complaint I had received calls from 2 people stating that they are from samsung and would help me in this issue, however after giving this assurance they never called back. Luckily I had the number of one of the person so I called him back, while he tells me that he is out of station and hence couldnt do anything. He asked me to send the list of numbers that were available on the phone to him, so he could take it up from there. I did that also, Now it has been almost 8 days and no revert or update from him.
              Now this is getting utterly annoying as it is only been pushed ahead by dates, under the cover of helping.
              Mentioned is the email id of that person: vaibhav.[protected]@samsung.com. His name is Vaibhav Patvardhan.
              No revert at all. Horrible customer service experience I have been going through and this is very awful and I am in complete depression because of this.

              My son bought Samsung Pocket model last year 29-April-2012. It was defective piece. My 14 yrs old son travelled to germany on 1st May 2012 with defective phone. Phone was getting off itself if not used for couple of hours and does not start. It could be switched ON only after removing battery.
              I lodged complaint and wanted a replacement as phone was defective from day one.
              One day over phone they said, they will replace the phone and told me to deposit the phone to service center. it is over 3-4 months, phone is lying at samsung service center and still waiting for replacement.
              I made complaints at CORE CENTER, seems CORE CENTER too did not took any notice and no follow up.
              BE CAREFUL FROM SAMSUNG AS THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND DOES NOT CARE LATER ON.

                Samsung — Bad quality of Samsung products

                I had purchased Samsung LCD TV 32 " on 22.04.07.
                On 14.05.09 suddenly the colour started changing and a complaint was lodged with the so called call centre. the Service mechanic reported on 19.05.09 and advised that the repairs would cost @ Rs 18000/-plus taxes in addition to his service visit of Rs 1000/- plus srvice tax.
                It is surprising that the TV have got such major problem by just TWo years of purchase and there is no body except the so called service centre ( who seems to be on subcontract by Samsung) to respond.
                I had also purchased Samsung freedge, Samsung AC and other appliances and all the items gets major repairs cost @ two years and also immediately after completion of the warranty which indicates the bad quality of products made by Samsung.There is no real Samsung employee to respond to above nor any Samsung companies address where such complaints can be lodged.
                The above experience be shared with all about the bad Quality of Samsung product.

                I'm a costumer of Samsung Company.According to Seeing the reputation of multinational company Samsung I bought a Samsung LCD Moniter Model no. Synmaster510N with my computer on date 30/10/05. In that time it's coast were 11500 RS. After a year It got defective then it had been cure by Service Centre's engineer by replacing the Logic Board by accepted 850 RS. Anew it got defective on date 3/07/09. I register my problem on toll free No.[protected] on date 20/07/09 Bp no. [protected] but there was no response from there. Anew on date 10/09/09 I call on that toll free no. another no response.
                Then I got information by RAGHUNAATH SERVICES, BILASPUR Samsung's sevice centre opened by them. I contact there to engineer and gave moniter with Power cable and Pc cable and got a reciept. After some days that centre has closed and when I asked about my moniter they said we don't know?After to call to the engineer he said now company's sevice centre has opened and you monter has been transfered to there. After 1 mounth they said your moniter's display panel is defective and advised that repairs would coast at 6500 RS. So according to embracements I had to buy a new LCD AOC company's moniter in 6400 RS. So Why you buy a Samsung Product? It will give you a lot of Embracements and financial crysis.

                samsung washing machines — zero service

                Samsung products are terrible. They keep breaking down. Their service centre is pathetic. They never have spare parts. They cant repair products.
                To get a spare part, they want you to dig out your 2 year old bill on the basis of which they will order the spare part, which will take 14 days to arrive. Why do they need a bill to order a spare part. Pathetic.

                That means it is more than the half of tv cost , i want the jusitice from this forum that why the company is selling such cheap products to the consumers ? the only reason seems to be profit making. Can this forum help us.

                  i have samsung tv i got it 9 months back but from last 4 months i am facing a problem with lcd and spekers , i also complaint to service center and persons come to home but they cant soleve my problem . next time when i again complaint them , they says that they dont have components to solve my problem . please solve my this problem as soon as possible .

                    Dear Sir,

                    I bought the above CDMA handset from reliance mobile store on No'2nd 2009 and it is not working properly from the day one. I found the following problems

                    1.Call getting disconncetd automatically during conversation
                    2.signal not rcvng properly
                    3.voice is breaking(off and on coming) during conversation.

                    I apprached their authorised service centre in chennai egmore(Tehno care) and they forwarded the mbile to bangalore and claim they changed the board.After this also i found the same problem and i had been directed as per the advice of customer care to approach their another service centre(Hi_Tech Solutions) and requesting for a replacement(new Mbile) on 12.12.09 and after a great drama they gave me the same mobile by doing some software installing on 24.11.09.Infact they promised me to give a new handest within 3 days but they did not.

                    In the mean time to retain the same no i had spent more than 500 to 600 rs to transfer my post paid no to have continous access.

                    The company officials are afraid to give replacement that too they know that it was purchased recently. that is why i want to lodge a complaint by harasseing the consumer and cheating them also with the penalty.

                        Hi all. We have bought a TV a smasung TV which broke down in one weeks time. We called big bazar since we bought it from big bazaar. They asked us to log a complaint through samsung call centre which we did and got a ticket number [protected]. even after that we had to follow up multiple times so that some one would come and resolve. Ultimately an engineer did come and said the ultra slim model is a new one and cannot be rapired and could be replaced. By then we have lost faith in that model and Samsung products in general and we inquired and were told there is a refund model. So we opted for that and bought a new TV. Since August we have been following up and asked to furnish a host of documents. Though we provided the bill we were again asked go bact to Big Bazar and bring some more additional documents. (I dont understand why they cannot take it from Big bazar. Ultimately they have a better relationship than we with big bazaar). We were forced to go for a replacement, even for that we agreed. Inspite of atleast a 100 phones calls for follow up. Submitting documents and revised doucments 50 times. Visiting big bazar 3 times and a total of seven months, we have neither a replacement, nor repair, nor refund. and The Area manager doesnt even pick up the phone. This is the worst customer service I could have ever expected from Big Bazar or Samsung, when I compare the service we got for our Sony LCD which had to be installed in 2-3 house as we moved I regret I ever bought that TV.

                        Samsung — New Faulty TV

                        Hi,

                        I am Pramod brought new 21inch flat SAMSUNG TV from Krish Electronics Nerul on 15th August 2008. On 30th August 2008 Its picture quality got worse and I complained to TV Dealer. As per TV dealer (Krish Electronics, Nerul, Navi Mumbai) Company Representative vwill visit my house on sunday i.e 31st August 2008. I waited for full day at my place but nobody came to my place. I called up in the evening on the same place (Krish Electronics, Nerul, Navi Mumbai) they said Sunday is closed and now they will come on monday i.e 1st Sept 2008. Again I waited for full day at my place and called up. And Representative came at 8:30 in the night. Company Representative found that some IC problem and he was not having the IC at that time and will come tomorrow. I am still awaiting for him. Can company fulfill my loss for the 3 days I have to stay at my home waiting for Company Representative to reach at my place.
                        I need quick replacement as I will be leaving for the week out of mumbai.

                          This is a regarding claim NO:[protected] for my samsung LCD TV 22" model number LA22A450C1LXL.
                          Sir,I have purchased this tv in Jan 2009 with in this period.This is second repeated complain in my tv.
                          There is no picture and sound from the tv. Since last 15 days,later on I called to the call center and registered a complain.
                          One service engineer visted our place,checked the tv and referred that one more engineer will come and take the tv with him.
                          So another service engineer again visited and took away the tv. Further there is no communication from them.
                          We are facing a severe hardship without a tv. Its almost a week they have not returned out tv back. Sir,this is for your
                          information within this month the tv warranty peroid will be expiering and in a year this is the second time my Tv
                          is facing a problem.
                          Do you make a product which work efficentily only for one year ?
                          After the warranty a customer should keep on paying money because he has choosen your brand T.V ?
                          Sir, This is not the way MNC works.You are the one of the biggest brand in the country.
                          You should make a product which is hassle free. A person buys your product should be pround enough to own it.
                          Sir,coming back to my tv,please check that whether the tv is defective or not. If it has some defects please replace
                          the t.v or else extend the warranty of my tv. This is purely because in a year I have faced the same problem twice .

                            this is an ongoing problem with samsung lcd tvs, mine went two weeks ago, it is caused by faulty capacitors in the power supply board, it is an easy fix to change them and there are a few pages on how to change them if you google it. other than that you will be charged well over a hundred pounds to fix it. samsung are aware of the problem but are not doing anything about it. their reply to me was that my retailer should have sold me a quality product and it is nothing to do with them.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I bought a Samsung Silver Nano Washing Machine from their authorised distributor M/s Better Deal Electronics,Janak Puri,N.D.-58 on 06 mar 09.
                              My machine got damaged we registered the complaint to thier customer care center & after 4 days thier service engineer came to my residence & told me that we have to take the machine to the workshop as we have to replace the wiring & you have to bear the charges for the same.I told him that my machine is under warranty period till march 2010.Its the company's responsibility for the same.
                              They did not supported me & I have written atleast 3-4 mails regarding this issue but they replied me to keep patience & cooperate with them.Ultimately I suffered & they win.I request you to take nesscary action against the company.I can produce the orignal bill & copies of the reminder mails sent to them.
                              I look forward to you for a favourable & early reply.

                              samsung nano washing machine — the lid got dislodged

                              the lid of the washing machine got dislodged and am not in a position to rectify it. Complaint registered as BP No: [protected]. My phone calls to the local service centre evoked only lip service. Although the technician has been deputed to come, for the past two days my phone calls elicited only phone replied to the effect that the technician will come in the morning and then he will come in the evening and this has been going on.
                              Please arrange to depute the technician at a very early date under intimati;on tome,because I have not gone out for the past two days to attend to my work waiting for the technician, who did not have the courtesy even to telephone, ifhe is unable to come. A phopne call now costsso little which he can afford, or otherwise I am prepared to reimbuse the charges for the telephone calls !! EXPECTING EARLY REPONSE BY EMAIL .

                              samsung nano washing machine — Pathetic Service

                              Even though I had registered a complaint with Samsung Service center on 8th oct 2010, the washing machine is not rectified. Following up with multiple people from Samsung Service center but with no results. The Service center guys are a bunch of , apathetic people, even after making the payment the service levels are way below par.

                              I am sick and tired of Samsung products. The service center is unresponsive and unaccountable for the level of service they are providing - just focused on making the visit and not focused on looking into the actual problem.
                              Strongly suggest that we boycott SAMSUNG products in India.

                                Hi there,

                                Its been pathetic customer serivce from samsung service centre situated in Vashi, sector 17. My Work order no is WA[protected]. I had submitted my mobile at there service outlet on 12th of November but till date have not recd any kind of call backs or any proper reply, they keep commiting that i will receive the same by coming monday or tuesday. But all in vain. Its totally pathetic and unbearable. Request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                this is not yet perfect mobile. sms facility is not good. hanging problem is there. battery is less durable not giving too much time for talk.

                                  my name is PRAKASH YADAV ,my brother VIKASH KUMAR YADA have taken samsung mobile(E1410) ON 1666 from mobile store which is there in korba .we recieved a msg from reliance service center that may be our IMEI no is not correct when we checked it then there was not valid IMEI number so i have given my mobile to samsung service center it was given on 30/11/09 and still it is not given back to me and neither it is repaired i m continuously going to mobile store and service center also but samsung's service center response is very poor and the person who is service incharge there his behaviour is too unprofesional so i request you to take proper action against him so that in future this kind p[censored]nfortunate incident don't take place

                                    I recently bought Samsung Omnia Pro GB-B7320 in Ghaziabad from Samsung exclusive showroom in RDC. I bought this because it seems like a reasonably good phone with Windows Mobile operating system (I need to receive, view and edit MS Office documents when I am away from home, and I think integrated system is a good thing, rather than trying to patch up different systems to work together). I was told that I can avail of a reliance GSM offer of 30GB free download (5 GB per month). I have been using MTNL prepaid thus far without GPRS. The sales person said I can go to reliance showroom and avail of the offer. I went to reliance showroom, they has no clue what was the offer i was talking about. They told me to get a card and call customer service with the details of my number and phone. I called samsung shop and gave them my new reliance number and IMEI number and other details. They said they will get back, they never did. I called them again. They said they will get back. They never did. I called back. They said they spoke to the Samsung cusomer service manager in ghaziabad and he said he can not do anything about the offer as it is from reliance. I called the sansumg customer service officer, he said the same thing and asked me to call samsung customer service toll free number. I did. They told me that mobile suppor person was not available and he will call back. I told them I will send a letter to their head-office (I am on my 4th day after purchase by now with no GPRS connection, and the FM radio has also stopped working); someone from the mobile support is brought to the customer service line. I told him that he should call the samsung showroom where I bought the phone from and get details from them to get my reliance offer activated. He is rude, and tells me he can not call the showroom; I tell him to call his manager; or I will call his manager's manager. He is rude. I disconnect. My phone can still not connect to my Sony Vaio laptops with bluetooth: some issue with an ID not found. It can not connect to the internet. I even activated 3G at MTNL, but it seems that the phone is not supported by them as I get a message that my phone can not support the GPRS facility. Same issue with reliance GPRS: phone not found in the database (I tried without waiting for the activation of the offer). I think Samsung should have checked with all these issues before putting up the phone for sale. How can they bundle a reliance offer, without their phone being in reliance database. I have called reliance customer service and they have no clue about an offer with Samsung, and Samsung has no clue about how to get reliance offer activated (the offer is advertised via a sticker on the phone packaging box). This is bad. I am unlikely to consider buying a Samsung prduct in the future. They are lousy sales people. I think the features they advertise for the phone are good, but if they don't work, they are no good. Is someone at Samsung India listensing, or does the call have to go to them via Korea?

                                    Samsung Handset — GPRS not activate

                                    Yesterday 14/11/2008 I take a gprs settings on my handset &
                                    i also recharge a net surfing voucher but i not access a Gprs on my handset. i had complain many times to a customer care but they don't care about my problem.

                                    I too have similar problem. I bought the Samsung Omnia pro GT-B7320 from mumbai with out knowing GPRS is not working for this model in our place BSNL (Tamilnadu). I m deeply dissapointed. I paid 12100/- & purchased. After paying so much I m not able to use GPRS facility!!! . I never imagined this way problem will be there. DON'T BUY OMNIA PRO GT-B7320.
                                    I bought Samsung omnia pro GT-B7320 a few days back for Rs 11, 500. I am using Airtel connection, so I applied for GPRS activation through Airtel. But, after so many days GPRS is not being activated. It think IT DOESN"T WORK ON THIS MOBILE. Neither I have any clue that how to activate or save the settings for its activation and nor Airtel people does. I even went to the dealer from whom I purchased the set, he said that even he doesn't know the functions of such an high-end windows mobile. He directed me to go to the samsung service centre, dehradun. It also didn't paid off as nobody in the sevice centre had the solution to the problem. I had particularly purchased this handset to use GPRS but it it is not working...
                                    I think It's sheer waste of money. I am being fooled.

                                    I bought samsung GT-B7320 and internet is not working via GPRS. I heard from Aircel that this model do not supported by them. For Internet EDGE is required for this phone. I tried only alternate way. Just took my sim and used in other device for 10 mins and only again used in this phone. Aha! EDGE connectivity is obtained and I can able to browse. But is only for some time and it gets changed to GPRS again. It is so frustating everytime we need to do this.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have purchase a samsung mobile through net booking on 13 sept.09 after booking i have received a call from your executive and he asked me that system was not updated so pls confirm the booking on phone and i confirmed the same again to your executive.

                                      Then i got a message from my credit card bank (SBI) that they have debited Rs. 9498/- TWICE.

                                      On 16 sept. i got two confimation from your end vide order confimation no. M-COMMERCE/OGA[protected] & TELESALES/0GA[protected] respectively.
                                      there n then i revert back and cancelled one order no COMMERCE/OGA[protected]
                                      he assured me that the amount of Rs.9498/- will be credited in the account within 21 days.

                                      but unfortunately no amount was credited in my account & also bank charged int. & late payment charges again it was informed to your executive he assured me again it will be credited in account within 10 days. but no action taken from your end after chasing.
                                      The bank again charged me int & late payment charges. i revert back again to your executive Mr.Kapil he assured me to credit the amount latest by 22/12/2009 vide complain no.- 258857.

                                      But realy sorry to inform you that nothing has been credited neither you people take care of your valuable customers.

                                      Looking for a faverable action from your end.

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                        Yestureday I purchased a LCD TV model no LA32B530P7RMXL S. No:- 122532E5900202 ,When I start it in my home its volume level is going mute after 30 Volume lavel.When I complaint on Samsung Service centre(Complaint no [protected]) they send en engineer for repairing the same. As I purchased it today itself, it should be DOA (Dead on Arrival) and it should be replace with new one TV not repair.

                                        If this product have some external problem than I am ready to service it but it have some internal problem, than I am not ready to repair the same. I request you that please change this LCD TV with new one. I will not accept it in repair condition. I want only new TV as I have paid full value for it.

                                        This is showing very poor service of India’s no ONE Brand of electronics and IT products.

                                        Kindly sort out this issue ASAP.

                                        Samsung LCD TV worth Rs. 25000 failed in two years. I bought a samsung LCD TV two years back. Last month, suddenly the TV has stopped working with the screen going blank, and only audio working. It was a shock to me. The local samsung service people in bhubaneswar ask me to replace the panel costing Rs. 12000. which is half the TV price. They have not shown any interest to check why part failed. How can a costly TV fail like this? I launched a complaint to samsung service, with poor response. Is the life of samsung TVs only 2 years ??
                                        Samsung should give free replacement immediately, or face legal action.
