Dear All,
As i had purchased sumsung mobile cdma b239 in jan 09 after few months the mobile was not getting power on As i gave the mobile on 26 aug 09 at Samsung borivali Service Centre At mumbai than they gave me the time for around 15 days to repair. after they said you will get refund of the mobile As u can purchase a new one As i have done but still they r not giving the proper Answer i have called many time but no response.. as i have called the maneger of Sr centre Area maneger as well as all number that was provided by the call centre at chennai & mumbai after 5 mouths they dont have sheam.... they r not lifting the mobile phone I reqest all u please dont by samsung mobile As there After sales Service is VVVVV bad.........

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Samsung DUO ESN 168D334B Model W339 on 14/04/09. Within one year problem related to Touch Screen Occurred. I approched Customer Care Dept at Borivali (West), Mumbai. They informed me that the Spare Parts not available and if I do not get the sprae parts I will have to opt for Refund Option. Pl.advise.

    Hi all. We have bought a TV a smasung TV which broke down in one weeks time. We called big bazar since we bought it from big bazaar. They asked us to log a complaint through samsung call centre which we did and got a ticket number [protected]. even after that we had to follow up multiple times so that some one would come and resolve. Ultimately an engineer did come and said the ultra slim model is a new one and cannot be rapired and could be replaced. By then we have lost faith in that model and Samsung products in general and we inquired and were told there is a refund model. So we opted for that and bought a new TV. Since August we have been following up and asked to furnish a host of documents. Though we provided the bill we were again asked go bact to Big Bazar and bring some more additional documents. (I dont understand why they cannot take it from Big bazar. Ultimately they have a better relationship than we with big bazaar). We were forced to go for a replacement, even for that we agreed. Inspite of atleast a 100 phones calls for follow up. Submitting documents and revised doucments 50 times. Visiting big bazar 3 times and a total of seven months, we have neither a replacement, nor repair, nor refund. and The Area manager doesnt even pick up the phone. This is the worst customer service I could have ever expected from Big Bazar or Samsung, when I compare the service we got for our Sony LCD which had to be installed in 2-3 house as we moved I regret I ever bought that TV.

    Samsung — New Faulty TV

    Hi,

    I am Pramod brought new 21inch flat SAMSUNG TV from Krish Electronics Nerul on 15th August 2008. On 30th August 2008 Its picture quality got worse and I complained to TV Dealer. As per TV dealer (Krish Electronics, Nerul, Navi Mumbai) Company Representative vwill visit my house on sunday i.e 31st August 2008. I waited for full day at my place but nobody came to my place. I called up in the evening on the same place (Krish Electronics, Nerul, Navi Mumbai) they said Sunday is closed and now they will come on monday i.e 1st Sept 2008. Again I waited for full day at my place and called up. And Representative came at 8:30 in the night. Company Representative found that some IC problem and he was not having the IC at that time and will come tomorrow. I am still awaiting for him. Can company fulfill my loss for the 3 days I have to stay at my home waiting for Company Representative to reach at my place.
    I need quick replacement as I will be leaving for the week out of mumbai.

    WE BAUGHT A NEW BRAND MACHINE OF SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE IN NOVEMBER 2008 , IT WAS KEPT PACKED FOR SIX MONTH , WHEN WE OPENED THIS MACHINE THEN IT WAS BROKEN PIECE THE MODEL IS WT9205 AND SR NO IS W0885Z CQA01957.WE COMPLAIND JUST AFTER THIS ,THE PERSON CAME TO ATTEND THIS AND SAID TO REPLACE THE MACHINE SOON BUT SINCE THEN THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM THEM , WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM THEN THEY SAY WE ARE SENDING OUR ENGINEER BUT TILL THE DATE NOBODY HAS COME YET.
    Krish Electronics is cheating customers by sending defective models of Electronic Items..Even they harass customers.Customer care is zero.

      Sir,
      This is a regarding claim NO:[protected] for my samsung LCD TV 22" model number LA22A450C1LXL.
      Sir,I have purchased this tv in Jan 2009 with in this period.This is second repeated complain in my tv.
      There is no picture and sound from the tv. Since last 15 days,later on I called to the call center and registered a complain.
      One service engineer visted our place,checked the tv and referred that one more engineer will come and take the tv with him.
      So another service engineer again visited and took away the tv. Further there is no communication from them.
      We are facing a severe hardship without a tv. Its almost a week they have not returned out tv back. Sir,this is for your
      information within this month the tv warranty peroid will be expiering and in a year this is the second time my Tv
      is facing a problem.
      Do you make a product which work efficentily only for one year ?
      After the warranty a customer should keep on paying money because he has choosen your brand T.V ?
      Sir, This is not the way MNC works.You are the one of the biggest brand in the country.
      You should make a product which is hassle free. A person buys your product should be pround enough to own it.
      Sir,coming back to my tv,please check that whether the tv is defective or not. If it has some defects please replace
      the t.v or else extend the warranty of my tv. This is purely because in a year I have faced the same problem twice .
      So take good consideration and reply us back.

      Samsung CTV — picture off sound coming.

      In reference to my earlier request(I am calling it a complain)send 22/09/08 --claim no.[protected] Can I expect the said repair to be done my 21"samsong ctv model no cz21k45mdzx sl no. 07433zaq702179p to sumsung india electronics pvt ltd authorised service center name as sima service address 3a, Naya pally Road, ground floor near Aditya Hospital but till now i am not received my televetion.
      My time is important like everyone elses.I need to go home from my office and keep waiting for your so called THE ENGINEERS to arrive--please understand and if the complain cannot be proccessed please let me know so that I can forget the whole incident as a bad dream and move on with some other product.

        samsung 32"LCD — no instalation of LCD

        i had bought an Samsung 32"LCD from "Jyoti Electronics" Ajmer city,i bought it on 15/10/09 but 13 days passed by ,but no-one came to instalation of LCD,i talked to service center,but always got false comitments,that they will send some one but no one came till date,even i complained to the shopkeeper but there were no much help

        this is an ongoing problem with samsung lcd tvs, mine went two weeks ago, it is caused by faulty capacitors in the power supply board, it is an easy fix to change them and there are a few pages on how to change them if you google it. other than that you will be charged well over a hundred pounds to fix it. samsung are aware of the problem but are not doing anything about it. their reply to me was that my retailer should have sold me a quality product and it is nothing to do with them.

        SAMSUNG 32" LCD TV — Non attendance of Installation & Demo since 20.9.10

        Purchased a 32" LCD TV from Arora Home Collection,H-14B,Kalkaji Main Road,NDL-19. Vide book No.17,Sl. No.1611 Dt.20.9.10. Despite calling the Customer Care NO.[protected] daily on 21st,22nd,23rd,24th & 25th Sept.10 no body has so far come for installaton / Demo.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I bought a Samsung Silver Nano Washing Machine from their authorised distributor M/s Better Deal Electronics,Janak Puri,N.D.-58 on 06 mar 09.
          My machine got damaged we registered the complaint to thier customer care center & after 4 days thier service engineer came to my residence & told me that we have to take the machine to the workshop as we have to replace the wiring & you have to bear the charges for the same.I told him that my machine is under warranty period till march 2010.Its the company's responsibility for the same.
          They did not supported me & I have written atleast 3-4 mails regarding this issue but they replied me to keep patience & cooperate with them.Ultimately I suffered & they win.I request you to take nesscary action against the company.I can produce the orignal bill & copies of the reminder mails sent to them.
          I look forward to you for a favourable & early reply.

          samsung nano washing machine — the lid got dislodged

          the lid of the washing machine got dislodged and am not in a position to rectify it. Complaint registered as BP No: [protected]. My phone calls to the local service centre evoked only lip service. Although the technician has been deputed to come, for the past two days my phone calls elicited only phone replied to the effect that the technician will come in the morning and then he will come in the evening and this has been going on.
          Please arrange to depute the technician at a very early date under intimati;on tome,because I have not gone out for the past two days to attend to my work waiting for the technician, who did not have the courtesy even to telephone, ifhe is unable to come. A phopne call now costsso little which he can afford, or otherwise I am prepared to reimbuse the charges for the telephone calls !! EXPECTING EARLY REPONSE BY EMAIL .

          samsung nano washing machine — Pathetic Service

          Even though I had registered a complaint with Samsung Service center on 8th oct 2010, the washing machine is not rectified. Following up with multiple people from Samsung Service center but with no results. The Service center guys are a bunch of , apathetic people, even after making the payment the service levels are way below par.

          I am sick and tired of Samsung products. The service center is unresponsive and unaccountable for the level of service they are providing - just focused on making the visit and not focused on looking into the actual problem.
          Strongly suggest that we boycott SAMSUNG products in India.

          Manager but they also failed in doing so.
          I feel that you instead of solving the problem you are compelling the
          customer to go to court of law. If at all I will not hear from you
          within a weak then all liabilities will be yours and I will be free to
          go to court of law for Justice.

            Hi there,

            Its been pathetic customer serivce from samsung service centre situated in Vashi, sector 17. My Work order no is WA[protected]. I had submitted my mobile at there service outlet on 12th of November but till date have not recd any kind of call backs or any proper reply, they keep commiting that i will receive the same by coming monday or tuesday. But all in vain. Its totally pathetic and unbearable. Request you to kindly look into the matter.

            this is not yet perfect mobile. sms facility is not good. hanging problem is there. battery is less durable not giving too much time for talk.

              my name is PRAKASH YADAV ,my brother VIKASH KUMAR YADA have taken samsung mobile(E1410) ON 1666 from mobile store which is there in korba .we recieved a msg from reliance service center that may be our IMEI no is not correct when we checked it then there was not valid IMEI number so i have given my mobile to samsung service center it was given on 30/11/09 and still it is not given back to me and neither it is repaired i m continuously going to mobile store and service center also but samsung's service center response is very poor and the person who is service incharge there his behaviour is too unprofesional so i request you to take proper action against him so that in future this kind p[censored]nfortunate incident don't take place

                I recently bought Samsung Omnia Pro GB-B7320 in Ghaziabad from Samsung exclusive showroom in RDC. I bought this because it seems like a reasonably good phone with Windows Mobile operating system (I need to receive, view and edit MS Office documents when I am away from home, and I think integrated system is a good thing, rather than trying to patch up different systems to work together). I was told that I can avail of a reliance GSM offer of 30GB free download (5 GB per month). I have been using MTNL prepaid thus far without GPRS. The sales person said I can go to reliance showroom and avail of the offer. I went to reliance showroom, they has no clue what was the offer i was talking about. They told me to get a card and call customer service with the details of my number and phone. I called samsung shop and gave them my new reliance number and IMEI number and other details. They said they will get back, they never did. I called them again. They said they will get back. They never did. I called back. They said they spoke to the Samsung cusomer service manager in ghaziabad and he said he can not do anything about the offer as it is from reliance. I called the sansumg customer service officer, he said the same thing and asked me to call samsung customer service toll free number. I did. They told me that mobile suppor person was not available and he will call back. I told them I will send a letter to their head-office (I am on my 4th day after purchase by now with no GPRS connection, and the FM radio has also stopped working); someone from the mobile support is brought to the customer service line. I told him that he should call the samsung showroom where I bought the phone from and get details from them to get my reliance offer activated. He is rude, and tells me he can not call the showroom; I tell him to call his manager; or I will call his manager's manager. He is rude. I disconnect. My phone can still not connect to my Sony Vaio laptops with bluetooth: some issue with an ID not found. It can not connect to the internet. I even activated 3G at MTNL, but it seems that the phone is not supported by them as I get a message that my phone can not support the GPRS facility. Same issue with reliance GPRS: phone not found in the database (I tried without waiting for the activation of the offer). I think Samsung should have checked with all these issues before putting up the phone for sale. How can they bundle a reliance offer, without their phone being in reliance database. I have called reliance customer service and they have no clue about an offer with Samsung, and Samsung has no clue about how to get reliance offer activated (the offer is advertised via a sticker on the phone packaging box). This is bad. I am unlikely to consider buying a Samsung prduct in the future. They are lousy sales people. I think the features they advertise for the phone are good, but if they don't work, they are no good. Is someone at Samsung India listensing, or does the call have to go to them via Korea?

                Samsung Handset — GPRS not activate

                Yesterday 14/11/2008 I take a gprs settings on my handset &
                i also recharge a net surfing voucher but i not access a Gprs on my handset. i had complain many times to a customer care but they don't care about my problem.

                I too have similar problem. I bought the Samsung Omnia pro GT-B7320 from mumbai with out knowing GPRS is not working for this model in our place BSNL (Tamilnadu). I m deeply dissapointed. I paid 12100/- & purchased. After paying so much I m not able to use GPRS facility!!! . I never imagined this way problem will be there. DON'T BUY OMNIA PRO GT-B7320.
                I bought Samsung omnia pro GT-B7320 a few days back for Rs 11, 500. I am using Airtel connection, so I applied for GPRS activation through Airtel. But, after so many days GPRS is not being activated. It think IT DOESN"T WORK ON THIS MOBILE. Neither I have any clue that how to activate or save the settings for its activation and nor Airtel people does. I even went to the dealer from whom I purchased the set, he said that even he doesn't know the functions of such an high-end windows mobile. He directed me to go to the samsung service centre, dehradun. It also didn't paid off as nobody in the sevice centre had the solution to the problem. I had particularly purchased this handset to use GPRS but it it is not working...
                I think It's sheer waste of money. I am being fooled.
                Yes, this phone oi bought does not support gprs. It was not informed to me by the company -Sangeetha mobile sthat sold the phone. Now it is a sheer waste of money...
                I bought samsung GT-B7320 and internet is not working via GPRS. I heard from Aircel that this model do not supported by them. For Internet EDGE is required for this phone. I tried only alternate way. Just took my sim and used in other device for 10 mins and only again used in this phone. Aha! EDGE connectivity is obtained and I can able to browse. But is only for some time and it gets changed to GPRS again. It is so frustating everytime we need to do this.
                Aircel!!! kindly add this mobile in your database.

                GT B7320 is a perfect phone for all the Software Engineers out there in that market... and all the dudes complaining about the gprs.. you should have some knowledge about setting up edge on a windows phone other than complaining about such a wonderful phone with lots of features !

                GT B7320has being a good phone to me however recently i have not being able to connect to GPRS. I contacted my service provider to no success. Now an informed that i have to go to sumsung care center.!! I have lost al my data trying to resove this issue since i need thei to work.!!! this is not good sumsung!!!

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have purchase a samsung mobile through net booking on 13 sept.09 after booking i have received a call from your executive and he asked me that system was not updated so pls confirm the booking on phone and i confirmed the same again to your executive.

                  Then i got a message from my credit card bank (SBI) that they have debited Rs. 9498/- TWICE.

                  On 16 sept. i got two confimation from your end vide order confimation no. M-COMMERCE/OGA[protected] & TELESALES/0GA[protected] respectively.
                  there n then i revert back and cancelled one order no COMMERCE/OGA[protected]
                  he assured me that the amount of Rs.9498/- will be credited in the account within 21 days.

                  but unfortunately no amount was credited in my account & also bank charged int. & late payment charges again it was informed to your executive he assured me again it will be credited in account within 10 days. but no action taken from your end after chasing.
                  The bank again charged me int & late payment charges. i revert back again to your executive Mr.Kapil he assured me to credit the amount latest by 22/12/2009 vide complain no.- 258857.

                  But realy sorry to inform you that nothing has been credited neither you people take care of your valuable customers.

                  Looking for a faverable action from your end.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam,
                    Yestureday I purchased a LCD TV model no LA32B530P7RMXL S. No:- 122532E5900202 ,When I start it in my home its volume level is going mute after 30 Volume lavel.When I complaint on Samsung Service centre(Complaint no [protected]) they send en engineer for repairing the same. As I purchased it today itself, it should be DOA (Dead on Arrival) and it should be replace with new one TV not repair.

                    If this product have some external problem than I am ready to service it but it have some internal problem, than I am not ready to repair the same. I request you that please change this LCD TV with new one. I will not accept it in repair condition. I want only new TV as I have paid full value for it.

                    This is showing very poor service of India’s no ONE Brand of electronics and IT products.

                    Kindly sort out this issue ASAP.

                    Samsung LCD TV worth Rs. 25000 failed in two years. I bought a samsung LCD TV two years back. Last month, suddenly the TV has stopped working with the screen going blank, and only audio working. It was a shock to me. The local samsung service people in bhubaneswar ask me to replace the panel costing Rs. 12000. which is half the TV price. They have not shown any interest to check why part failed. How can a costly TV fail like this? I launched a complaint to samsung service, with poor response. Is the life of samsung TVs only 2 years ??
                    Samsung should give free replacement immediately, or face legal action.

                      hello sir,
                      i have purchased a samsung mobile SGH-F-270 on 24/04/2009 from mobile house(bikaner, rajasthan). Within a month of purchase it created many problems related with slid,speaker,software etc. i gave this to samsung service center at bikaner with the order number 242. they took that set for a month and after that they said that we couldn't repair it. it will take more days. than i bring this set to noida n gave again to service centre( CEE EMM SERVICES) on 19/08/09 as i was irritated by the service of bikaner service center.
                      now today is approximately 93 days gone and still i am waiting for my refund check as they said that this case has been sent to the company for the refund. finally i am so much irritated by samsung mobile care services.
                      for this i have talked to MR. R.S.Tiwari ( CEE EMM Services), to Mr. Manav ( responsible for accounts management, noida) and also with rajesh ( company executive), samsung customer care executives. but all are making me fool, every time they are saying that it will take some more time, i am frustrated now... and now Mr. Manav has changed his number and your samsung deptt doesn't have his new number... what the hell this is.. when i talked to customer care executive they said filled the case in consumer forum .. is that reply i am expecting from u??? tell me what should i do? or should i filled a complaint form in consumer forum against this case?

                        I have a samsung GT 3010 handset. It goes into offline mode automatically i.e my mobile shows network but the people who are trying to contact me get the tone that my phone is switched off.I come to know about this when i call someone else as i am also not able to make any outgoing calls.I visited the service centre twice in MiraRoad in Mumbai but they are still not able to find any solution.

                        I Sunil Kumar Shaw purchased SAMSUNG METRO 3G GT-S 5350 with the serial number- RW2Z310803M and IMEI NO- 358664/03/012764/2 on 13th April 2010 valid purchase BILL NO- 002/SR/09-10 from SAMSUNG privileged dealer Mobile Bazar, Bardhaman Arcade, 1st floor, shop no-10, Burdwan-713102 (W.B)
                        The phone begun to get network problem from 12th may 2010 and I submitted to the authorized service Centre S.P. InfoTech at 87 P.C.Mitra Lane, Burdwan (phone no[protected] and told me that they call me within 7 days. After 7 days I go to service center and your representative told me that phone’s motherboard had problem and need to change, so you have to come after 15 days. After 2 months I got my mobile. After 4 days my phone not working again and I came to your service center, they checked mobile, told me that motherboard fault again.

                        People purchase mobile for use. Till now within three months mobile phone was gone to your service centre two times for 2 months & 15 days. I think that this mobile has manufacturing defect.I am simply harassed and heckled, and I want my phone to be replaced with a brand new one immediately. Its simply disgusting and ridiculous, how a new phone that too a so called high end one stops functioning within the first 20 days of its usage! Such things are not expected from a reputed and revered brand like Samsung.
                        Seeking your sincere cooperation to get my phone replaced. I will be happy if you return me the purchase value in full.

The mobile is not working properly as it is under warranty period and I have complained it in the shop on 22/11/2010 and from that day onwards they are delaying day after day .                           I had purchased Samsung SGH-F270 model( IMEI No. 358221/02/054473/0) on 19th November 2009.The hand set developed snags within two days o[censored]se. The handset always hangs whenever and whatever application we use and this problem is seen even while dialing, receiving calls as well as sending messages. This problem is recurrent.I was told to give it to the Samsung Authorized Service Center through the retailer. This handset has been given for servicing twice on dates 07-12-09 & 18-12-09, citing software problems and hanging problems. Previously this phone has been formatted by the retailer on numerous occasions to rectify this problem. We have been told by the retailer that until and unless they get a replacement certificate from the company, they cannot replace or give any other model even if we are ready to pay extra charges, their reason being that without the certificate they can only refund 50% of the total purchase price and it will be termed as a "second hand piece" even it is purchased 24hrs earlier.I would like to please help us and address this problem since it is very erratic and time as well as money consuming and also goes against the promise of quality provided by the company.

                          Samsung — Faulty Mobile F270

                          Samsung mobile F270 was purchased from M/s Croma, Isaniya Mall, Shastri Nagar, Pune vide Sale No[protected] on 29/10/2008.
                          The problem was reported to M/s. Croma at the above address. They refused to look into the problem and asked me take to Samsung Service. I visited the service centre which took my cell vide work order no 2758. They asked me to pick up the mobile in 2 working days. When I called back to check if the cell was repaired they informed me that there was some problem with the hardware and they have sent it to the companies without my permission. Now they verbally communicated to me that cell would be available in about 20 to 25 days. The above cell is warranty period and it is an esssential instrument they should provide me the new equipment without further delay. In view of the above I request you to take up the matter with the converned vendor / manufacturer and do the neeful at the earliest.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,
                            I Dharmesh C. Timbadia had purchased Samsung mobile model #W619 on September 25th 2008. This mobile has an official IMEI number #[protected] which is printed on my invoice and is also printed within the mobile handset.

                            From November 30th 2009, as per government norms, all mobile handsets required an official IMEI number. My mobile, in spite of having the above IMEI number was stopped with the GSM service as there was no IMEI number programmed in it.

                            I consulted with the Samsung center at Vasai (w) which confirmed me that there is no IMEI number installed in this handset and I was advised to visit the Samsung Service center at Santacruz, Mumbai. I have deposited my said handset on 2nd December ‘2009 to the santacruz service center.
                            As mentioned earlier in my mails, my issue remains the same even after long waiting of 21 days. Still official IMEI number is not been installed into my mobile handset - W619.

                            Later I received call from the same service centre saying that since my handset is not under warranty Samsung will charge me for the repairs to Mother Board of handset. But my argument is that my handset was working without any problem and the only problem which I was facing is about IMEI number, which was not installed in it. I have bought my handset via legal Tax Invoice and not from any grey market. According to my knowledge its Samsung’s responsibility to provide me the official IMEI number in it.
                            I am really disappointed by the services provided from your end. After taking so many follow ups still you have not helped me in solving my IMEI number issue.
                            Last week I spoke to your area manager Mr. Dheeraj, even he assured me for solving my problem at earliest but again to my surprise none of your executives are giving any clear status of my complaint. Everybody are trying to deliver new excuses on daily basis and are expecting from me to have patience in spite of the trouble which I am facing from last 21 days.

                            The most surprising part on your end is that you are not at all responding to my mails. My complaint is genuine and even its your duty to provide me an IMEI number as per the statutory law. Still to my notice none of one is taking pains to respond me.

                                I bought my mobile a month before. I have activated internet on my airtel sim card. There is no problem go downloading but the downloaded applications are stored in the phone memory. But i have installed memory card of 2GB capacity.since i have only 4 mb internal memory. I am not able to download even a song. Is there any remedy for this problem. Can i change my default storage to memory card for internet downloads?please say a remedy....

                                I can able to store the songs on memory card but i cant able to set the ringtone from memory card if i want to set it is asking copy to phone memory if i am giving yes also it tells memory full. but i can store only one songs from my memory card

                                Hello my dear complainant! Don't get disheartened. There is a way which I myself followed successfully. Please get the MP3 or WMA songs converted through Jet Audio Basic Player(Free downloadable player) or through any other free converter. The bitrate of MP3's are generally done in 128 kbps. Lower the bitrate to 96 kbps which will yield lower MB below 4 MB, If you do it under WMA, one 6-7 MB MP3 file will reduce to 2.5 MB to 2, 8 MB, Open the Jet Audio Player. Press the converter button on the top of the player. A page appears -Converted Audio. Under it press the Add Files button. Add the MP3 files you want to convert.After adding files do the following:-

                                1. Under Target, write the song name in file naming space.
                                2.Select new file in the following folder as Desktop.
                                3.In the output format - from the drop down menu - get MP3 or WMA
                                4. Press the configure button which will open config page.
                                5. In the config page under Bitrate, chose 96kbps or even lower from the drop down menu
                                6. Click O.K.
                                7. Press the start button on the right hand upper corner in the config page and you are done.
                                Go to Desktop and send the reduced audio file (which should be now below 4 MB) to the 1G.B. Memory Card through a Card Reader whic is easily available in the market at Rs.90/- to 120/-

                                Now go the Applications folder of the handset and drop down to bluetooth and open it and drop down to Default Storage and select Memory Card.Then open my files drop down to memory card and again drop down to music files and select the reduced MP3 file from the list. Press the option menu and go to No.4 'Set As' and select No.1 - 'Ringtone' . Save and this time it will really save without the message of memory full!

                                Enjoy your Ringtone of choice.

                                    i have baught a samsung mobile phone modle s8003 on 19/07/2009. whoes touch screen stop working and i submit my complaint in GNH TELECOM NOIDA on 10/09/2009 . they told me that its touch screen need to be change and it will take a week to repair. after a week when i went to service center they inform me that they dont have the part and you mobil cost will be refund. and for this you have to talk to our servise area manager Mr. Manav dham he will look after it . since then he is just making excuses only that it will take only a week or so but fom last 3 months he is making fool of me.                                       CUSTOMER CARE of Samsung is very very poor.
                                      My fully automatic Washing Machine (model- WA 85 VAN) purchased on Dec'08 started making abnormal noise after a few months. The problem was repeatedly intimated to the dealer, local service centre and finally on line complaint registered BP No-[protected] dt 16.09.09. To my surprise the problem is yet to be attended even after three months of registered complaint. Whenever I contacted over telephone, they are giving me dates only but service engr or material is not being turned up. Can you imagine the condition of SERVICE and so called CUSTOMER CARE of such Internally reputed company?

                                      Condition of online customer care is worse. If you call on sundays/holiays, no one is available to reply. If a call is answered, they will repeatedly confirm your name address phone number and when you talk about the problem the will TRANSFER the call to the SENIOR. He/she will repeat the process of information sharing and finally you will get another date on which service engineer will attend but in actual no one will turn up on the day. You go on calling again and get new dates. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE.

                                      Samsung — Very very poor customer care/service

                                      It is really very surprising how can a big brand name has such a poor customer casr. I have purchased a convection microwave from Garia Khosla on 07-APR-2010 (Friday) and it was said that the engineer will reach by Monday to the given address at Howrah who will open the sealed pack and give demonstration of the microwave. Since last tuesday I have been contacting several persons starting from the sales man of garia khosla who have been giving me contact nos of other persons and telling that the next man is the concerned person who will give demo at home. To my bitter experience nobody has yet visited my house. I have been repeatedly calling the persons through phone but not yet got any fuitfull result. It seems that people of samsung are careless. They dont have any resposibility once they sell the appliance and get money.
                                      I am not very sure if they will wake up to even read my message.

                                      Samsung Washing Machine — poor customer care service

                                      i had purchased a samsung machine on 7/05/2011 from QRS statue,trivandrum. but the company technicians didn't come to demonstrate it till now.. QRS staff saying that they do not know the techinician's number to contact them.. this is not a customer satisfying approach... so kindly take remedial actions...

                                        We have the samsung printer model no ml1640 that is not working, getting error message replace the toner. We had replaced it with new three toner but getting same problem. plz do the needful very urgently .
