hello and sorry to be a pain but this is my problem i have had my samsung T220 for one year and now it as gone faulty .i phoned samsung in witch my reference is [protected]

i stayed at home on Thursday i think it was the 5/11/09 my son had to go to the opticians
at 3 pm your Currier came at 3.15 pm no phone call .in witch i tried to get a redelivery to my work address no can do they tell me.but you can take it to dpd at Sheffield so i jump in to my car tuck the T220 and when i got there the man says we can not take the parcel it as to be picked up from your home.

I leave home at 8 am get back home at 8 pm so this is becoming a bit of a pain as were out at work.
i spoke to a chap called fin on Friday evening and he was very help full .but he could only help me if i phoned back Monday.

so i phoned back on monday in witch the chap i spoke to said there is no one called finn so he would try had help me get the T220 BACK to you so you can bend it.

in witch he would pass it on to some one hire up and they would give me a call today .tuesay no call so i phoned you and the next chap says it could take up to 5 working days

because we thousends of repairs to do
in witch i say well can i send it to you recorded delivery and you refund me no he says and puts the phone down.

    I would like to inform you that at the time of purchase of Mobile phone, there was a scratch card offer for gift item. Assuming that it is a gift I have taken the bill in the name of my daughter mentioning her pet name as K. Pooja instead of original name K. Bhagyalakshmi. After a long time, instead of gift I have received a crossed Cheque no. 005508 dated 10.10.2009 for Rs.250/- in the name of K. Pooja. Since she is a minor, I don’t have any account in her name.
    So please let me know a procedure to get the cheque in the new name of K. Meenakshi, M/o. K. Pooja (alias) Bhagyalakshmi.

    On hearing from you, the cheque will be sent back.
    Early reply will be appreciated.

    Samsung Mobile — scrath card

    I have purchsed a samsung mobile from mobile store. They gave me scrath card havint a t-shirt as prize.
    I send it to Spectramind, NOIDA by spped post on 10/07/09 but yet not received the gift.
    no reply on their no[protected] just keep on saying that your call is important but finaly disconnect

    i had purcharge samsung wave 2 from pathankot and after few month i have problem (fault) in screen which is under warranty for my warranty claim i used to go to service station for many time and each time they replied we will demand from company and you can get your claim after 10 to 12 days but every time i was disappointed by the same statement from service station . know i have only remaining two month warranty . we have trust on your trust on your brand . i have A C, LED, OR WASHING Machine of samsung . so please maintain my trust and solve my problem .

      Hi,

      I bought the phone(Samsung Star) from UniverCell, BesantNagar, Chennai on 22/08/2009. The touch screen stopped working within one month of purchase & I brought the phone back to the Showroom(UniverCell, BesantNagar) on 6/10/2009.

      They have promised to sent it to the Service Center and get it corrected within a week. I have been continuously asking UniverCell guys regarding the status and they were telling that the phone is still with the Service Center. (The UniverCell executives were not at all cooperative and were trying to wash hands by putting the blame on the Service Center. Sorry to say, but this was one of the worst experiences that I ever had after purchasing such an expensive Gadget. I had to literally fight with them many times to get it done.) Finally after about One and Half months, they gave me a call telling that the phone is back from the Service Center.

      Yesterday(15/11/2009) we went to the UniverCell showroom, BesantNagar to collect the phone. Seeing the phone I found that the back cover is badly scratched. (The back cover that I gave was pretty new and it did not have any scratches.) I asked them for the reason and again I got the same answer (problem with the Service Center.) The UniverCell staffs were so irresponsible that they were not ready to get me the correct spare. I am totally disappointed and frustrated with this response. After waiting for One and half months, I am getting a damaged piece. I did not collect the piece since I don’t want to use an old looking phone after spending nearly 10,000 rupees.

      Please advise me what has to be done to resolve the issue and to get back my phone in a good shape.

      Samsung Star S5233 — not getting good service from repair center at deccan pune

      I have purchase Samsung Star S5233 in this month, I observed that I am not able to dissconnect call, call is remain on and get automatically cut or otherwise I have to remove battery. I went to RAZA services at deccan, They told to format mobile and install new mobile operating system. after few days later I have received my mobile but memory card is no able to fit in slot. I again went to RAZA services they told me to change motherboard??????

      I am shocked If your memory card is not properly fitted in slot then you have to change motherboard.....

      serviceman is also Arrogant, if you ask any query then they become very very Arrogant and if you go at lunch time then you have to wait till one hour, means they dont have backup for lunch time.

      now from two weeks mobile is with RAZA services at deccan still it is not done.

      and I dont know how Samsung is selling such kind of faulty models, I head that all samsung models having same problem. If any one wants to buy Samsung mobile my humble request, please dont do it.

      Samsung Star S5233S — Regarding mobile service

      i bought samsung star S5233S on 11th March 2010 at univercell Kodambakkam for RS 7,650. Its just 7 months old within that the mobile is getting heated up. So i went to kodambakkam univercell and told that the mobile is getting heated up. They told me to give it to authorized samsung service centre which is called Hi Tech Solutions located at Annanagar (Address: New No 83 Old No M 9 B, Opp To K 4 Police Station, Anna Nagar East, Chennai - 600102 Phone:[protected], 26225354,[protected].I went to the authorized service centre on 23.10.2010 and gave my mobile the day my mobile had the problem.. They told that the mobile is getting heated up and the board had to be replaced. It would take 15 days. When i try calling these given contact numbers no one picks up the call. So i went directly to the service centre and asked them the person sitting over there told me that it would take 15 days and its under testing and they would give me a call once its ready. It was more than one month there is no response from them. I went directly to the service centre and i had to run several number of times. I had to pick up a quarrel with them. Atlast i got a call on 9.12.2010 to come and collect my mobile.They did nt give the back cover of the mobile When they gave my mobile the LCD was not working. The next day,10.12.2010 i gave my mobile they replaced the LCD. Again when they handed over the mobile to me touch feature and camera was not working. I handed over the mobile to them and i told them to service it in good condition. I wrote a letter to them stating the problems i faced for my mobile because of the service. I told them to sign the letter they were refusing to sign. I told them if its not serviced in good conditions i will write a letter to the CEO marking a copy to them. In short the samsung authorized service centre people have ruined my handset. When i gave the mobile only the mobile was getting heated up.They told on Monday i will get my mobile. I got irritated and went to Univercell and explained my situation. They told that its a failure model and the spares are not available. Am i to be blames for for the model to be a failure. When they marketed the product to me they told that they i will not face any complaints and they will assure me the best service. I don't want to listen to reasons i want a replacement and because o[censored]nivercell & samsung service centre i had to lost Rs 5200 which ended up in buying another mobile phone. Now am planning to write a letter to Ranjith Yadav CEO, Delhi. I sincerely advice everybody not to go for samsung because they are cheats and think twice before you go for Samsung mobile phones.

        Dear Sir/ Madam,
        I have purchased one mobile Samsung W-619 on 16.02.09 from S. H. Mumtazuddin Time ( P ) Ltd vide invoice no 56472 in the name of Ritesh Raman Sinha .

        I was facing problem with screen of mobile then i contacted Samsung Garia Center on 27.09.09 and they have given commitment that with this kind of problem we are changing mobile set or we will return full amount ... but it will take minimum 15 days ..then i deposited my mobile at garia service center and they have given me one receipt ( attached with this compalin ) .. then when i contacted after 15 days they told us that now the process is going on and because it will be replaced or money return it is taking time for approval and . I have called many times to Goria Service Center as well as Service Manager Mr Rahman who is taking care for that perticular region for my mobile ... but no satisfactory reply was received to me. I am contacting from last 45 days but still not satisfactory reply is got from any one ......... I have completed all the formalities within the time. Please take necessary action in the matter.           Every day they ask me that i will get my mobile tommarow and there is no response till date.Today he said to me that there is an another customer's mobile in our service center they exchange that plate from customer's mobile to my mobile and after two three days they returned me. And they tell to that customer that his mobile plate is defected.

          Your company is World Wide Fame Company. But in jodhpur i did'nt get any response. And your employees talk to me in this way than how can i trust on your company or on your company products.
          Take a strict action against your employes...

          SAMSUNG/MOBILE E-840 — FAULTY MOBILE

          I purchased mobile, MODEL NO -E 840 SAMSUNG FROM MOBILE SHOPE, RAMESH NAGAR NEW DELHI ON 23/11/2007. AFTER ONE MONTH IT STARTED CREATING PROBLEMS, I CONTACTED THE SHOP WHO ADVISED ME TO HAND OVER PHONE TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTERE( ELECTRO SERVICE CENTRE B-26 MOTI NAGAR NEW DELHI 110015) I HANED OVER TO REPAIR ON 16/01/08 AT 11.35am. I WAS TOLD, IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK TIME. TILL NOW NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ON ENQUARY THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY SATISFACTORY RESPONCE KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER SO THAT I GET MY PHONE REPAIRED AT THE EARLIAST THANKS.

          Samsung Mobile SGH-E840 — Problem in Phone

          Sir I have purchased the Mobile Phone from Spice Retail Limited, S.C.O. 1046, Sec-22-B, Chandigarh & this phone starts giving problem. I visited the Shop regarding this & they advised me to check this from Samsung Service Centre at Sec-22-B, Chandigarh

          I visited the service center on 21.08.10 & submit the phone vide work order no. 1022868 Dt. 21.08.10 for change of its motherboard but on repeated request till date they are not either to repair the phone or replace the phone.

          You are requested to advice me for further course of action.

            I had lodged a complaint on 31st oct 09,with call center-Complaint No.[protected].
            The service engineer came on 2nd and changed the timer & condenser for 500/.Plus service charges 300/
            The refrigerator stopped workin the next day.
            On repeteive complaints to call centre i was told that the defrost heater has to be replaced.The part was not available in Bangalore & has to be got fr Delhi.
            Even after 16 days of complaint the service centre has not sent the part/engineer..They did not even hav the curtsy to call and tell us the status.
            There is no use buing a product if the service and spares cannot be provided in a city like Bangalore.
            I am very dissapointed with Samsung India Electronics.

            I hope this forum takes strict action against the service centre(who's phone never work),& who's engineers change parts on trial basis.
            I thus wish to report on deficit sevice of Samsun India-BTM Layout-Bangalore

              This matter is posted only after a being frustrated from Samsung service center (hoping this can help me)

              I bought a samsung GT-3500MSAINS YEAR OF MFG JUNE 2009 from Shreeji Fones 4, Ram niwas M.G road near reliance web world Naupada Thane(W) 400602 on 27/08/09 Tax Invoice no : 26074 Using the phone for 40 Days, it never switches on again, hanging. After visiting to the Sansung Authorised Service center they ask me to come after 10 to 12 days as the cell phone is dead and they do not have spare parts and it will take 10 to 12 days for that after visiting the service center on 20th of october a surprise was awaiting for me it was that your handset canot be repaired nor we can give you the replacement what to be done is that we will give you REFUND that will also take 20 to 25 days the date which My Refund case no is BDC 121009 . There afer when i visited service center to know the status of the payment i was again surprise to know that it was still waiting for the approval THE THANE SAMSUND SERVICE CENTER which is managed by Micro services is the worst mangement and very well UNORGANISED center ever seen till today. I Request you to take this matter very strickliy I fell sorry for my self that why i have gone for SANGUNG handset . hoping that you will solve this matter at the earliest thats the reason iam sending you this mail

              The below matter posted is of 16th november 2009. two days later i had recived a call from samsung saying on whose name the cheque is to be made,even though i had given them the name on which cheque is to be made, the person had said that the cheque will be reday in 2 to 3 days. Till today i havent recived any refund cheque. on visiting to the service center they say that we havent recived any cheque once it is recived we will call you. i Have a strong feeling that some or the other malfunctioning is going on or some scandel is being cooked with SAMSUNG customers hope so you will look into this matter seriously.so that other along with me wont suffer. Awating for my refund.

              I bought m200 phone last year.I found its back cover little loose.Its camera sometimes not working, sometimes getting mute while in calling.And also its browser found out dated.I searched in net for upgrading software in my phone and there had not a link regarding that.Then i came to the (One And Only ) authorised service center in our district, their response was too poor.They said they have no role in Software installationand nothing could be done regarding the other problems.They made me sit there to check its problem.And Hours later i heard a man shouting at the lady in enquiry.Oh, very bad, when i heard the matter.He was waiting for his phone he gave them 2 months ago.Its sounds so bad.I humbly request you to put good sincere workers in your company.

                sir,
                i am using this model since august 2008 and i am facing this problem from last 2 to 3 days .Though i had to repair this mobile last few months back regarding its connector n sliding problem.Now the problem is that i am not able play any music from the music player directly,though it is possible from gallary to tracks and then play...so sir i just want to know is there any way to format it with the help of pc suit disk or any other procedure to sort out this problem.

                  this is to inform u that i amit purchased s3500 set on 24/08/09 from shri ram communicatoin , N.I.T FARIDABAD.and at of the september there was a problem in the cell that it didn't get started. then i gave it to samsung care they kept the set for one month and returned it to me on 4 november and now there is again the same problem in cell.so what should i do now? i can't give the cell again for one month.

                    A have purchased new mobile set in May-09. This set became dead on 12 Oct-09. Deposited to Samsung repair Centre on 13th Oct-09 with receipt WA[protected]. I have been regularly checking for the set but set was not returned. Complained to Samsung Support unit but was informed that the set will be returned to me in a day or two . This date also has passed 10 days ago. No reply from their repair centre. I am approaching you for the suitable action against Samsung and getting my set back in working condition.                       hi,
                      I purchased the samsung star touch mobile phone in june this year eventually the phone stopped working by 20/9/09 as it was shutting down again and again on its own so i went to your service centre located in nehru place delhi on 23/9/09.

                      there i was attended by Mr.Santosh as front desk,he inspected the cell phone and said that case it may take around a weeks time to get it repaired.

                      I went to the service centre after almost 10 days and there at the delivery counter i was told by the lady there that the case will be forwarded to higher department as either i will get a refund or replacemnt for the phone.

                      so i waited around 15 days more and i called the service centre on[protected] to know the status of the case where my call was attended by Mr.Rahul Vohra and he told me that i will be called back by his senior Mr.Nishant and i am still waiting for his call.

                      so again after waiting for almost 2 more weeks i went to your service centre again where i met Mr.mukesh and he told mw that case was not forwarded yet for the clearence and he will be doing it then and time fram egiven to me is again of around 10-15 days more.

                      now its almost 2 months now and still the case is pending which shows the poor customer service and the incapabilities of the people,

                      as a custtomer i expect that people should take ownership of the cases.

                        I have purchased a Ultra Slim CTV on[protected] from Talwar Electronics, Panipat. In the month of September 2009 certain problem related to its electric part inside the TV arises and i have lodged complaint via telephone on 19-Sept-2009 vide BP no [protected]. Till date the service centre is not able to confirm proper condition of the TV to me. I have made various calls and personaly visited the place too. I am very sorry to say that a big company like Samsung is providing a third class Service Centre.

                          I have a samsung mobile, modle no SGH - X 660 . In 2004 i buy it from a mobile shop of kalna where i lived , Breaking the seal i saw there was no any cord or softwere.                               Dear Sir,

                              I had registered a complaint to the Samsung call centre (complaint number [protected]) in end September for my Samsung Washing machine. The engineer who came asked us to get the body of the machine changed and we agreed to the same. Since then we have not got any response from Samsung inspite of innumerable calls and emails. We once got to speak to one Mr Narender Choudhry at their Service Centre who promised to come back. It is now more than a month and we have not heard from him.

                              Ninety percent of the times, nobody picks up the phone at the Service Centre.

                              I am really fed up with Samsung which carries out such a high profile marketing campaign and would like to caustion all about the pathetic service levels of Samsung.

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              A month ago I had bought a phone 'Samsung Star 3G'. I have been facing many problems with it :-

                              1.) Problem Regarding message counter.
                              eg:- In message counter suppose it is showing that i have sent 1000
                              messages and if i reset the counter at that time it will come sent
                              messages : 0. But as soon as i send a sms to anyone the
                              counting will start from 1000 only and message counter will show me 1001
                              sent messages.

                              2.)Problem Regarding Camera.
                              You just take 'Simple Star' and 'Star 3G' and compare its camera. Both phones are having 3.2 megapixel camera. But in Star 3G you will not be able to zoom will in Simple Star you will be able to zoom. When I talked to one of your executives he said not to compare. But you tell 1 reason for not comparing both the phones. Even I have paid Rs.4000 more for Star 3G than Simple Star. In simple Star while capturing image you are given facilities of capturing image with frames but Star 3G nothing.

                              I had been to Service Center near my place for both problems inreturn they told me that for message counter issue they will call me after a day but it has been 1 week and i have received no response. About Camera issue they told me to forget it.

                              I bought Samsung Corby Model No.-GT-B3410 in month of March from The Mobile Store-Noida. Within 15 days its touchscreen stopped working and i discussed the problem with Mobile Store they suggested to take it to Samsung Customer Centre Rest, they cant do it anything.I took it to CEE EMM SERVICES authorized Samsung service centre, Sector-27, Noida.They did their R&Don Phone and replied that it will take one month max to rectify the phone.I deposited on 10th April and today its 25th of june neither my phone get replaced nor rectified and whenever I ask about my phone they misbehave and give such illtreatment that we are not their customers but fools who have done a blundermistake by buying Samsung product.

                                Hello,

                                Had bought a new Samsung Star (Model# S5233A, RSN# [protected]) from a shop (Jenil Electronics – shop No.4, Vasundhra, “Vikrant Circle”, Tilak Road, Ghatkopar (E), Mumbai- 400 077. Tel# 25131086,[protected] on 9th SEP 2009. The very next day I was facing problem with the network and in opening of the camera function. Than we showed the handset to the Samsung service center (Jameson Telecom Services, opp Shreyas Theatre LBS marg, Ghatkopar (W), Tel# 65275095 /[protected]. The engineer examined the handset for 4 days and informed us that the camera function problem is resolved as they have to replace the camera but the network problem is still there as the motherboard of the handset is found to be faulty. After which he issued us the SAMSUNG DEAD ON ARRIVAL MOBILE PHONE CERTIFICATE (DOA Certificate no. SIELG[protected]Y; DOA Issue Date: 15/09/2009) and asked us to exchange the handset from where it was purchased by showing the DOA letter. However till date twice we went to the shop (Jenil Electronics) but the shopkeeper had refused us to exchange the handset giving us the reason that there duty is to sell the handset and the warranty is given by manufacturer (i.e. SAMSUNG) so the Samsung mobile company should replace the mobile. Than again we need to visit the service center, the engineer (Ganesh – [protected]) had a chat with the shopkeeper on phone than the shopkeeper had actually revealed that the dealer from whom the cell phone he had purchased was from out of Maharashtra, but while purchasing the cell phone the shopkeeper never told us about this and had actually given us the mobile purchase bill including VAT in it.
                                Than we decided to file a case against the shop and the service center in the police station at Ghatkopar (E), but even the cops refused the same (no reason was given to us).
                                Now actually no one knows where the customer should go in such kind of situation other than consumer court.
                                Currently the handset is with the service centre for more than 60 days.

                                The sad part is we have actually used the handset hardly for a max. 10 hrs and spent 8k for a the faulty mobile phone.

                                Can anyone help us or guide us to resolve this issue??

                                All consumer should think twice...thrice while buying any SAMSUNG mobile product or from now onwards do not buy any SAMSUNG mobiles...

                                My recommendations is to go for NOKIA or SONY ERCISSON...they are the best

                                I agree that there are grey market cases and Mr Nitesh is one of the victim of this situation but i see no reason why we should blame samsung service centre or the brand as they have strict policy and ensure that the each customer gets the best of service. I had a very good customer experience with samsung mobile service. I got free service inspite of my mobile exceeding the warranty period as it was a genuine repeat case.
                                I think that he purchased the handset from a fraud dealer who sells grey market handset. I see no reason why samsung should be blamed for the issue as it is the duty of the dealer to issue the replacement once the he receives the DOA certificate from the service centre. The dealer gets a new handset when the DOA certificate is given to Samsung Distributor.
                                I am use SAMSUNG STAR . SAMSUNG STAR is bhangar he .

                                NOKIA or SONY ERCISSON is best .samsung star is not best because this mobile is not proper work & security code is not work .Internet is not use proper because connection is not stay long time .


                                so SAMSUNG STAR is not best .


                                NOKIA is best for word.

                                  i am having samsung S3310 handset.i have installed pc studio 1.1.2.ID3 software for the handset from the official web site of samsung mobile.though the software contains the option of message manager i am unable to tranfer the sms from my mobile to pc.when i try to scnycronise the pc with handset,i am getting an operation timed out error.can anyone help me regarding how to transfer sms from my handset to pc ,also i will be happy to know if there is any other alternative method or software available on internet for samsung S3310 handset to scnycronise it with pc?

                                  Even i too face the same problem. tried to find some fixes through google. But no success in that. Not only this issue. complete backup, Insall/uninstall software/games also not supported by this PC suite?

                                  At the least level, the sms should be working through this PC suite. Even for the lowest mobile categories do have this basic fundemendal facility to save Contacts/sms/calendar information.

                                      This is regarding th problem I am facing at Samsung Service Center at Indore where in I have lodge one request with complaint no: [protected] for Washing m/c not working on 2/11/09 and a technician has visited my residence on same day and told me that some part has got damaged and he will replace it in 3-4days and after that he didnt turn up and nor I received any call back from their side. I was also trying to contact them at their local center at no:[protected] but no body was picking up the phone and when I have personally visited service center on 6/11/09 I came to know that they have not even lodge the request for spare parts replcaement and they told me they are doing it that day itself and they will call back me oand get the needful done in next 3-4 days . Today i.e. 13/11/09 more than one week has gone but still I have not recieved any call back from their side and my washing maschine is still now repaired. I have lodge several complaints at Samasung customer care no[protected] but didnt get any positive response..
                                      I am also using Samsung T.V. , Cell phone I didnt expect such poor service from Samsung team...
                                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest and help me to restore the faith in samsung products and services

                                        I purchased a samsang Corby text on 24 Jan 2010, i was having problem from day one. whoever calls me hears his own voice ie. gets an echo.. i went to the service center and was told tht the problem is with the sim. He (service center exe) tried a different sim and there was no echo.. so i changed my Sim and tried it on returning home.. but m still havin the same problem.. i also tried a few of my friends sim on it.. and had the same problem... also the phone hangs a lot... i wish i hadnt purchased the Corby in the first place..

                                        I have bought corby pop three month back. Just now i have observed that Corby pop Mobile unable to play any mp4 video file. Can any one help me to get out of this. The file doesn't support any video file its throwing an error that unsupported file format. I had made a research that this mobile support only mp4, it doesn't more than. Atleast the given support should be work, but its not.                                         sir i have lost my cell phone(mobile) which is given by my brother as a gift.
                                        sir i have register a complain against mobile missing in police station.
                                        sir question rises here is that when i asked the policeman that is there any chance of getting the mobile,he simply say me no.
                                        that means they will not try to find the mobile phone with my imei no. which i given to them.
                                        sir that mobile is cost Rs 9000.this was precious to me as it is the first gift given by my brother to me.
                                        sir can u help me to find my mobile,i am ready to give its imei no. and also police fir complaint no.

                                        This is to inform everyone who is looking for any samsung mobile. Please note that you need to have lot of patience and money. Patience, because your mobile will frequently break down and once you take it to the registered samsung service center they will give false promise about the time frame to fix the problem. Money, because you will get so pissed off with these frequent break downs that you will have to switch to some other good mobile provider company.


                                        Common Service related issues with:-

                                        1) They give false promises about the time frame for fixing the problem
                                        2) The service department's phone keeps ringing, nobody bothers to pick up the call


                                        Common Excuses:-

                                        Sir/ Ma'am spare parts were not available so couldn't fix the problem by the promised date.
                                        i have purchased samsung corby before 15 days it automatically switched off. i went service center they are not repairing in warrenty period. A VERY POOR SERVICE.
