i am extremely dissappointed with the samsung company. i got samsung corby one month ago from my first salary and the very third day i had problems with the phone. when checked at the service station i was told that it is a software problem and cannot be guaranteed that the problem can be set right. i really hope to get some help with this.what am i suppose to do??
go to retailer 1st. ask him to exchange the phone, send 1 letter to company office request them about your problem and ask them for exchange and then go to consumer court or nowadays better way to go to media news channel
tv 9 has there own consumer complaint board so ask them for help make your first salary count dont let them go easily .
Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchasef L700 Samsung mobile in July 2009 . But I have lost that phone in the month of december. Can I get that mobile?. I have also availed mobile tracker option. But i didn't get that mobile.

Otherwise, I need only L700 model. No other mobile compromises me like that mobile. so, help me to get a new mobile of L700 in the current rate. I am in mylapore now. If you mail me its availability with its price, it will be very grateful to you because i have searched for that mobile all over in chennai. But i didn't get that mobile. If you sent me that availability. I will make arrangements to purchase but in favourable price. Please response me. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

    Hi,

    I am Sachin Sharma. I bought a Samsung TV 9 month back.. In this TV have a problem with its screen. So then I call to customer care of Samsung. Next day a service executive come to my home for cheek this TV. He says to me that the picture tube of the TV is damage. And it’s a factorial problem when this product was made. I will change this picture tube. After some days a new executive come to my home and change the picture tube when they change it the problem was same and not short out. That day I am not in home my little brother say to them that problem is not solve. They say to my brother that they do very best and gone. Then I came back to home I saw its truth that the problem was same. Then I call again to customer care. So next day a new executive came to my home and cheek. He say to me that setting was not done very well of your TV. So the settings have been done by our service center computer. Then he takes it to his service center in Faridabad. After some days I get the call from that service center for come and cheek out my TV. Next day evening I was going their and cheek. But there was a problem with TV screen alignment and color management. I says to executive that problem was not solve properly. He says to me that ok sir I will short out. Then after some day again I got the call from their. I saw their TV screen was dull and big problem with screen alignment. I say again to executive the problem is very bigger at this time. He says to me that it is our last try. So then you want to buy a LCD and use misbehaves with me. The name of executive was Ashif. He say to me that what can you do then do and many more. He uses very poor language to me.


    So Sir I don’t know what I do now. Please help me Sir what can I do in this condition.

    Iam B.S. Srinivasarao. I bought a Samsung TV 10 month back.. In this TV have a problem with its screen. So then I call to customer care of Samsung complaint No.[protected], dated 12.05.2011. But i Did'nt Rec and resposnce against this complaint.

      i made complaint to samsung coustmer care no [protected] for my television their engg visited and said you have to pay 1028/00rs because their some parts are not working . i accepted and made the payment in cash and he repair my t.v set. after one hour the t.v again have same problem i made a call to coustmer care again they said we will send the engg again the engg came after three days and repair the t.v again without any charges. after two to three hours of repairing t.v again shut down and i made a complain again to samsung coustmer care no.but now that service office manager says you have to pay more their might some parts will be changed. now their is no response from samsung india . they are making fool of the counsumer.

      i have bought samsung mobile ultratouch s8300 for which mp4 is needed.
      i have visited the samsung service centre too but to no satisfactory reply from them.i am not able to play the clips for which i am asked for mp4 player as for this i have visited customer care too many times.

        Dear Sir,
        I have purcahsed a Samsung LCD TV of 37 inches bearing Model no. SAM LCD LA 37 B 530 on 25/09/2009 and paid Rs.48500/- ( Rupees Forty eight thousand five hundred only ). As per the scheme announced during Dassera / Deepavali, the company offered DVD.

        On purchase the M/s. Rajkamal Electronics Pvt Ltd, Trimulgherry from whom I have bought the TV gave me a DVD. Subsequently, while reading the nespapers, I have found the DVD to be given with 37" TV is advanced version DVD, and not the one which was given to me at the time of purchase.

        I have been to RajKamal Electronics, Trimulgherry on many occassions, but to my utter dismay, they are making me move around them, by not giving proper reasons.
        They are not paying proper attention after the purcahse, as they invited the customers before purcahse.

        I have also called them on phone several no. of times. But they are not responding.

        I therefore, request you to take up the matter with the company / firm and help me in this regard.

          respected sir,

          my samsung mobile set E251 is in warranty period got some problem in display screen, so i give my set on 8 september 2009 in service centre of samsung mobile(nehru place)
          they said to me come after 2 weeks and if phone not repaired they will refund my money
          after that if i asked him about my phone ya refund they said your cheque is ready but it will keep some time.
          sir i purchase new phone right now
          service centre employee does not told me clearly whether i get my refund or new phone in fact on asking they behaved to me very rudely
          i am very depressed sir
          i hope you will take action against samsung mobile

          Last Friday [26/02/10] I sent this mail, but till date didnt received any response from your end...
          FYI

          I took one samsung mobile on 13/02/09 from Link Telecom Pvt Ltd (New Alipur, Kolkata-53) model no.C3053 3547/[protected] Btty-LC1SA201S4B, i found some problem on the same, it becomes very hot when i charged the mobile & if i charged it in the morning, in the evening battery is showing empty without any activities like phn calls, games, songs etc, i took my phn to the nearest service center, they checked & found some problems in motherboard & asking me to leave the mobile & it will take 10days, its very pathetic, i purchased a new set & just using it 14days & found a faulty set, just pissed off with ur service, & today onwards i will never use any samsung mobile or any other home appliances or accessories & will convey my message to all my friends, ofc colleagues, my relatives & neighbors, i was habituated with nokia, & never found any issues from them in last 7 years, & now i am just pissed off within 14days, now i am suffering with ur faulty mobile set.

            I have bought a samsung LCD TV from Jain Agencies, Merrut Road Industrial area, Ghaziabad vide bill No.L-937 dated 14th June, 2008 an amount of Rs 24000/- MODEL NO.LA26A450CIMXL.
            This LCD is mounted in our bed room and watching the TV is hardely half hour a day. after 10th Month from the date of purchased i realize that suddenly the LCD panel was working malfunctioned but after hour working in normal, again after six month, 12-Oct,2009 the LCD panel was malfiunctioned and regarding this i have lodged complaint to samsung customer care no [protected]. vide complaint no.[protected].After long waiting, samsung authorised representative Mr. D.S. Dubey is visited and give estimated Rs. 19580/- for the exchange of LCD panel.
            Pls let us know the Market price of new LCD is Rs.21000/- and repairing cost of Rs 19580/- what can i do.
            I request to CC representative that you had send to other engineers wheter earlier was reported to us is correct or not but he is failed to do so. he give me two no one is[protected] to call cellcon engineering directely but phone is not working till now and other mobile no [protected] which is also swiched off.

            I talked to Customer care executive mr/ms vijay,manish,deepika,sumeda,neha,jasleen,pushpa,siddhartha,bhaskar,harish,sandhy... and Lastely jyoti. all of them is given me assurence that the replacement request is forwarded to seniors and may be with in three days the reply will get and inform to you.

            from 12th Oct 2009 to 4th Dec,2009 nearly 2 months I conclude that the customer care no is mandatorily requirement for electronices appliances seller co. other wise you canot get any solution from that customer care centre.

            i offered to customer care that you bought my LCD only for Rs 10000/- so that i can bought our new flat television which cost is not more than 12000/-.

              i have purchased samsung mobile gt b3313 from hot spot delhi on 17/11/2009. serial bill no.344. mobile details are imei no:-[protected].
              after few days the slider of mobile is not working smoothely while its never fall down when i showed this problem at there authorised service center in moti nagar they said it has damaged problem and it will be not considerd in warranty case.the service will b charged 440+4% vat.the whole slider going to be changed.
              its just has been 20 days old phone and they asking for charges.
              please register my complaint as soon as possible.

                No response from company customer care regarding repair and then refund of washing machine

                Dear Sir,
                1. I purchased Samsung washing machine model WA82HAG/XTL 6.2 Kg for Rs .12730 from Nasik on 01 Feb 2006. Since I am in Army I have got posetd to Jhansi.
                2. On 23 Jul 09 the same machine stopped working. I gave the complaint to cust care at Jhansi and Technitians came in 2 days. They told me that PCB of the machine needs replacement and it will come within a week.
                3. After 1 week I called up cust care but...

                Sir, I have been facing with this problem for some time now.I have been using this phone for about four years for now, it is still running well until i get the problem with my battery.I have searched for it everywhere Delhi,Mumbai,Madras,Guwahati,Nasik but could not find one in the markets or with the dealers.While i approached to the Samsung service centre everywhere they suggest me to buy another handset.I can easily buy another handset from the market but the sorry part of the matter is that I feel cheated by the company by not providing after sales service properly in this regard. please suggest me some good advice.                 Samsung mobile phone X700 — Battery not available in the market /Dealer

                I Vikram jit singh, customer of samsung product from the last 6 years is facing the unsatisfactory after sale service, I am having the Samsung X700 cellphone from the last 18 months, I am facing the battery issue and I wanted to purchase the new battery from the market / Samsung dealer, But no one is ready to provide me the battery even your website says" out of stock " from the last two months, as I do not want to change this cellphone due to some superstecious reasons, I request you to send me a new battery with the bill that I am ready to pay, if not than call me on [protected] with specific reason for not providing the accessary to the customer.

                Its absolutely correct, Battery not available with dealers.I wonder how they will release such type of mobiles without any service after paying nearly Rs.10000 for the set.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have purchased a fully automatic WM, WA90VPMEH model on 31.10.09 from M/s SRI PADMA AGENCIES, Kavali-524201, Nellore dist. AP. The machine developed bottom leakage after two weeks. The service personnel attended only once after the problem reported i.e on 25.11.09 but in vain. Still the problem persists. He neither corrected the problem nor suggested any replacement. "v strongly believe in the quality products of SAMSUNG". Do't let lose our trust in u. Plese depute ur service Engineer for rectification of the above defect.

                    I had purchased ML 1640 series laser printer. after three four weeks of printing the toner was exhausted, when i refilled the toner it wasn't working.. after calling the consumer care no. i was informed that i will have to purchase a new toner every time it is exhausted. the new toner costs around 2500 INR and gives print out on A4 size paper around 1500. that means per page cost is Rs.1.5 which is unreasonable. the company is making FOOL of the people....

                    samsung laser printer 1640 — paper jam

                    I have purched a printer. But he not propuly work than I had complaign toll free number ([protected]). But this day to till day my printer has not repair. my printer case ID [protected].
                    Cost of ML 1640 should be arround Rs. 1000/- (In India), then there may not be problem of refilling and also googd we get printout. So request to SAMSUNG to lower the price of Tonner.
                    I had purchased ML 1640 series laser printer. after three four weeks of printing the toner was exhausted, when i refilled the toner it wasn't working properly. sometimes it missed the printing, left side dark rite side faint. again after refilling, it is not working properly totally. what can i do now.

                    i had purchase samsung scx 4300 printer in January 2010. since january we purchase more than 4 cartage but no any cartage was print more than 500 page. so, it is very costly. when i purchase compatible cartage and install in printer the printer display message Jam1 or install toner. please solve my problem.

                      We have purchased a Samsung LCD TV from Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad. As per details given below, in March 2008

                      Serial No: 07093ZEQ200011K
                      Model: LA46S81B

                      This LCD is mounted in our office’s Board Room. This room is sparingly used for board meeting by the top management of the Company. Two months back we realized that suddenly the LCD has stopped responding.

                      Following were the sequence of events that followed:

                      1. A complaint was lodged as per complaint no. : [protected] dated 1.10.2009. They have forwarded the same to your service Center at KPHB Colony. The service personal who attended the complaint could not rectify the problem.

                      2. However I was informed that the Power supply is the reason and they will return next day with it. But again they didn’t return and upon calling them several times there was no reply (Mobile number: [protected]).

                      3. We waited for whole one week and then I left personally to the service center and there I spoke to the branch manager, it was then after plead to send Service Engineer the service guy was sent with the Power supply.

                      4. This gentleman who came with a spare power supply checked our LCD and later reported that the power supply of the LCD is good and fine however the LCD panel itself has gone bad and needs to be replaced.

                      5. Electricity cannot be the reason for the defect as this building have surge protector and the LCD power is UPS powered and not Raw Power, the response was not atoll satisfactory and they just left away saying this in not in warranty period and we cant do nay thing, I do not understand the rationale, morale and ethics of Samsung for products which fail like this; they are not taking into consideration the reason for the failure or malfunctioning of their product in this small span of time. Its an expensive equipment which is designed to serve a long life time not for one year or so.

                      This is what I feel :

                      1. We invested approx. 75000 Rs on this LCD. Bought from a reputed brand “SAMSUNG”

                      2. Some minor electronic or mechanical defect is understandable and we should not have problems getting it repaired.

                      3. However the LCD panel itself getting bust or spoilt is something that I cannot digest.

                      4. Such expensive equipments are bought to last a lifetime. These are assets not consumables.

                      5. Please note this LCD was installed in our board room with limited use not on New Delhi Railway station.

                      6. Electricity cannot be the reason for the defect as this building have surge protector and the LCD power is UPS powered and not Raw Power

                      I likely to file a consumer complaint before the forum

                      Even viewing all these complaints i feel there is serious problem with the companies products, and if this keeps on then i think no one would really opt for the product and switch to better brands and products. Coz at the end consumer wants product to use and not for sending compalints. hope this would create some sensibility among the top people and take actions against such malfunctioning.

                        My name is Rajesh S.Bhawnani and would like to furnish the following details about the Mobile instrument purchased:-



                        1. Samsung Mobile Model M620.

                        2. Serial No. [protected]

                        3. Date of purchase :- 19th February 2009 (under one year wty).

                        4. No. of times intrument sent for repairs in last six months :- 5 times.

                        5. Instrument given to Mastercare Services - Lower Parel 4 times. The claim nos are:-

                        MCL 319 (Work Order no.) dt 24th Sep.
                        6. Instrument then sent to Samsung Electronics - Khera Nagar Santacruz:- First Token no. 75 given on 30/10/09 and then subsequently complaint no. logged on 17th

                        November 2009.

                        The first complaint was pertaining to Display which was rectified immediately after which the problem of Battery Draining started -(Battery drains after 12-15 hrs). This forces me to conclude that the repairs carried out has led to another fault. All the subsequent complaints are pertaining to the draining of the battery. In each instance the mobile has been kept for almost 3 weeks by the Service provider i.e Mastercare". I have practically not used the mobile since I have purchased except for the first three months.

                        After the first 4 instances, I had called on the toll free no:- [protected] whereby I was first given a mobile number of one Mr.Prashant - Mobile no. [protected] which I could never get through. I was told to approach Samsung Electronics -Khera Nagar which I did. I was talking to one Mr.Shaikh -Mobile No. [protected] who gave me some hope of getting the instrument replaced. Token no 75 dt 30/10/2009 was given to me as reference. I used to talk regularly after getting multiple dates from him. He finally stopped picking up the phone. I decided to give one more try and gave my instrument for repairs. The same was given on 17th Nov which I got it back on 23rd Nov. The problem still remains the same.

                        Pls advice as nor my instrument is getting repaired nor I am getting any replacement. The Service providers are least bothered. If I call on the Samsung nos., the Customer care people also try to push things by either giving names of people who cannot be contacted or they get away by saying that somebody would revert. Pls help.

                          Its regrading complain no. # [protected].

                          I have purchased Refrigerator 260L RT26RVMS on 22/04/08 form Tata Croma, Ishania Mall.
                          An year and half latter I got problem in Refrigerator on 5 Oct 09. Service guys confirmed that problem is in Compressor and on 7 Oct 09 changed the one as it was under warranty.
                          I have been charged for Labor and transportation apart from Gas.
                          As per Samsung policies only gas should be changed where as I have been over-charged for labor and transportation while warranty as onsite location is with in municipal limit of city.

                          It is very annoying that after repetive calls to Customer care and mailing to support.[protected]@sumsung.com no Action has been taken care off. I have even tried to contact Service managet Mr. Mr. K Rajendra at[protected] but one one responsed.

                          I put forward to Samsung management to look into these matters where unethical charges are taken from customers, take an appropriate action and do the needful.

                            Dear Sir/madam,
                            Thanks for your response.
                            I was roaming for a long time since a year and no response actually. During this period what I didn't do, I lost lots of money, time and mental torture. Last time (Nov. 17, 2009) I went to 'Electro Lab' a Samsung Mobile Service Center in Muzaffarpur, Bihar and the case was dealt by Mr Jwala Ji. He did something and charged one hundred and for that instant it worked. I came back Bairganiya, Sitamadhi and used one CDMA Rim of Tata indicom in the first slot and GSM Airtel Sim in the second slot, it worked for the first day and the next day I needed to recharge the mobile. I switched off it recharged it after it was full I switched on but it never opened. It displays only 'Samsung' and gives opening sound and comes tata and goes off and repeats the same thing until the battery works but never opens. Such happened in the past also.
                            The main problem is phone lock, it locks repeatedly and for this one year period I hardly used this mobile maximum of 2 months. I looked various service centers, visited different places and spent money for the same problem but totally failure. I am tired and hopeless and forget to believe that this mobile will come in use again. You are the first to respond me. I do not believe whether the men of Samsung mobile service center in Muzaffarpur will listen and help me to solve the problem permanently and the mobile will really begin to work. I have purchased in Nov.20, 2008 and one year warranty period is passed away and the people may misbehave without listening it properly. Anyway I am bringing it to the same place if they do not care and take seriously who will be the authorized and top level person to call by phone. Kindly provide the highest person's name and ph no with whom I want to talk once. Also inform me where is Samsung Mobile's head office in India and who is the chief of this company in India. If all these means became failure and the problem not solved permanently I will be compelled to throw the coward mobile in dust bin and go for legal treatment.

                              i have got this handset in the month of july, nt satisfied with the battery backup. Secondly facing a problem in saving the contacts, whenever i save a contact its shows it is saved, when i restart it the contact is not saved, Kindly revert back incase any one has a solution of this problem
                              According to your declaration and generally, the features that the manufacturer announced in the product brochure MUST work, 'n the battery without any doubt as well.

                              Solutions:
                              1. Resolve by mutual agreements. In case not satisfied, contact the GM or MD of the local Authorized Distributor.
                              2. Contact the brand's office in the country of origin.
                              3. File a Suite against the brand and the distributor with the local government or an international community that resolves your enquiry or both!

                                    My monitor is showing shadows along with original images, everything feels like an wet painting wiped off
                                    sometimes its not much but sometimes it goes very bad.
                                    I have had complaint this about 7-8 months earlier to the service center.
                                    They submitted my monitor for almost 1 month and then returned, it worked okay for few days and the same thing occurred again, I resubmitted my monitor, they returned it to me after few weeks again.
                                    this problem still remains after about 5 times of my monitor being repaired by the engineer, and a huge time of months and months.
                                    I have been repeatedly asking the engineer to replace my monitor, a month ago he agreed to that but said they will only be able to give me 20" instead of my 19" and I will have to pay an extra amount of Rs 2500.
                                    That was unbelievable, they are acting like frauds trying to ignore.
                                    I have never though that such a reputed company will have this kind of behavior towards the customers when it comes to warranty.
                                    The problem still persists and I am managing to use it somehow.
                                    4 days ago I called the engineer and he said he will come to take a snap of my monitor to send the request further but after many calls he didnt came.

                                    Samsung caused me a lot of lot of work, time, patience and effort.
                                    Truly this monitor is very expensive.
