Respected sir,
I am Puneet jain,i had bought one samsung mobile (MODEL NO.SGH-J210) DTD.[protected],
it means my mobile is in warranty period, sir i have my mobile bill in which IMEI no.of Mobile Is mentioned.My IMEI no.Is [protected].
when I had gone to the Service Centre(VASHI)-Mr.Manish,and i had also talk to Mr.PRASHANT (MANAGER OF NAVI MUMBAI,SAMSUNG)they are talking me very rudly,and telling that there is no solution of this problem,its not way,if they are opened such a big BRAND,they must have any other solution,it means customer has all the records than why they opened SAMSUNG,If the customer has mobile bill than also they are telling that there is no solution, sir in my mobile my IMEI No.is displaying all [protected],so when i had gone to service centre with my bill than they are telling that bring mobile serial no.which is mentioned on mobile box that i dont have because its a long time from buying date and on back side of my mobile the serial no.has been rubbed due to my mobile problem.Ihad also send email to samsung but from them also there is no reply.i don,t know what rubbish service they are providing.
sir,please reply me soon because by 30th Nov.2009 all the mobile which has invalid IMEI no.has been blocked.so please its a request reply me soon .i am very depressed.

Good morning sir/madam,

My parents bought a samsung phone before 5-6years back. From 15 days i am receiveing the complaint from the operator(airtel) that your mobile is having a invalid IMEI. Please help me.

I am Mahadev, i had bought samsung mobile Model J210
when i insert simcard it's not showing network logo ( Airtel, idea, bsnl ) and network tower also exactly i don't know what happen my mobile. My mobile IMEI # is displaying all [protected] (Automatically it’s changed ) so when i had gone to service centre with my bill than they are telling (after one week ) software not support your mobile. Now what i will do can you please advice me .

    I bought a Samsung touch wiz f-480 Mobil on 08/08/09 and his display was gone. So I went to Samsung service center which is in Nasik and informed him about the same.

    Then did something and it was working and again in few hours it went blank. Then they asked me to summit the handset as they will need to further investigate.

    Now from passed 1 week there is no update for my Mobil where in I informed them that I have my flight on 29th nov and it is very important for me to have my Mobil as I have all my business contacts in it.

      Dear All,

      I have been a member with ITBC for over a year now and keep receiving their redundant emails on various offers. I received two gifts delivered at my house last year and hence trusted the system.

      I received a call a week ago from Gurbeer who told me I was eligible to receive a Samsung Star handset along with a two nights free package and a Return flight fare free for a payment of 10028 on my credcit card.

      I authorized the payment over the IVR and I was informed of my booking ID number.

      I was told I may call customer care at Customer Care:[protected]
      [protected].

      When I contacted these numbers they were not aware of the order and asked me to call after 3 days.

      I then wrote on [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com who keep sending me an auto response message that does not answer any of my queries. This happened even on the response message that I sent a few days ago.

      Now 1 week later when I called the customer care number they say their systems are down and cannot trace my package details!!

      If there is no way that I get a receipt for the money I paid then this would account to fradulent activity.

      I have contacted all response addresses and numbers and have not received a single reply that says you guys are aware of the order!! Hence I would believe that the complaints (More thatn 1000) vested on the internet are true and that ITBC is a fradulent company that does not fulfill all orders.

      If the guys at ITBC are watching this then it is about time you guys get your act together or the consumers will get together in bringing about your downfall.

      I cannot find a single happy feedback on your company. Try searching your name on google and you will see what I mean.

      I finally received the mobile phone that I had ordered for in three weeks against te two weeks promised.

      However, I took the waybill number from an sms sent to me. The reference number mentioned in the sms was incorrect.

      I managed to locate the parcel on Bluedart tracking site and was surprised to find that they had updated it as "premises closed" when I was at home the entire day on the delivery date mentioned. I called their customer care and managed to get them to deliver the parcel. The bluedart guys had not left any "Missed you card" even though they had updated their site as premises closed. Which means that they had never tried to deliver the parcel before my call to their customer care.

      The problem with ITBC is that they sent me the ordered item but I have not received any communication on the gifts mentioned in the above complaint (two nights free stay across India and return air fare on domestic travel).

      I am yet to receive any kind of communication on these items. My complaint still HOLDS.
      Dear All,

      I believe this company is fradulent as I researched the name and company that is to provide the gifts and they say they will not disclose thier names or addresses on any account and I must contact ITBC for the correct details.

      Aparently after following all instructions the codethat ITBC has given on the above website link is incorrect and there is no way to redeem the so called ghost gift vacation!!!

      I am taking my complaint to consumer court as their numbers have stopped functioning now. There is no way to get in touch with either company ITBC or the so called (do not know if this company exist or is just a fraud call center) Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd.

      How can there be so many complaints against this firm and yet they operate in perfect harmony fooling the indian masses!!!???

        Every time i feel that iam the best customer of the Samsung. For that I prefer samsung mobiles to our family members and have 4 samsung mobile in our home. But i faced a problem now ........I purchased Samsung Mpower Muzik s379 (CDMA) mobile in June 2009 in BigC opposite to municipal office,Tirupati, A.P. In October 4th my mobile get trouble and i submitted to Samsung Mobile service centre in tirupati, opposite to thyagaraja mandapam, T.K.Street, Tirupati, A.P. on 5th october 2009 till now i.e., 24th november iam not recovered my mobile. Every day the service centre people are post poned when i asked. Iam celebrating 50 days function. so i requesting to the samsung people dont lost my trust on Samsung Brand. I finally requesting you sir kindly needful to me and recover mobile as early as possible

          I have purchased SAMSUNG CORBY PRO in the month of Dec -2009. On 08-Feb-2010 my lock does not work. So i went to the below service centre and they have checked the set and said need to change Board. But till date i could not find any proper response from the service centre.

          Samsung Mobile — contacts

          i have bought a new samsung handset B5722.. its a dual sim card phone.
          whenevar i get a call and sms from different contacts..
          it shows name of the same person but contact number is not as same as in contacts i feeded....

          and it creates a lot of misunderstandings.
          when i want to delete any contact, the selected contact never get deleted but another contact gets deleted..

          so i have given my cell phone in the service center of samsung three times
          1st time they reloaded the software
          2nd time they updated the software
          atlast by keeping my cell phone for 1 month trhey changed the motherboard.
          but still problem continous..

          i have spent 9,400 rupees for this cell phone, please help me
          I have brougt Samsung SCH-W299. There was problem in the handset since i brought, touch scree & speaker, I had given it to Chembur Samsung service center for repair. The Work Order No. WA[protected] dated 11.01.2110. They said that this can not be repaird and new hand set will be replaced in short time. Till 2nd February hand set is not replaced. I have visited their place several times they just fooling me that i will be getting in next few days. Three months passed i did'nt received, can any one of the Samsung officer can tell me that how can one do without the mobile. On 3rd i have been replace the inside part and the cover was remain the same. I came to know that this hand setwas used by the staff or their freinds ( Company have may replaced long back ) because i found there are many new mobile numbers in the mobile. This is same on you SAMSUNG. Do you have any control on your staff. Simply you will loose your grip and reputation in the market, in future i will never by you any brand and i will spread this to mouth to mouth.

          Infact i was planning to buy Glalaxy, but i have dropped.

          This is very same and who will wait for 3 monthe get back the hand set. I was thout of going to consumer court, due to lack of time I didn't.

          If you want to be in the market/service ipmrove your quality, service and people who takes the adventage.

            Dear Sir,

            On the 28th October, 2009 at about 5 p.m. I got a call from my neighbour Mrs. Deepa Nagu (A-203, Ansal Lake View Apartments, Shyamla Hills, Bhopal) that smoke could be seen coming out from my kitchen windows. I was in my office at that time. I requested her to call the fire brigade while I rushed come. On my way, I got more calls from there neighbours, and I requested all to call the fire brigade. When I reached home, a huge crowed had already gathered and a lot of smoke could be seen coming out from under my main door and my kitchen window. I rushed up to open the door but entry was impossible because of the dense smoke. The fire brigade arrived about 20 mins. later. All the glass windows of my sliding aluminium shutters and the glass enclosed windows of the 1st and 2nd floor were broken by the fire men to allow the smoke to escape.

            Since the fire brigade personnel did not have any masks, they took a lot of time to enter the apartment and locate the point of smoking. Water pipes were pulled in to my apartment which is on the 2nd floor and the whole flat was flooded with water. The SAMSUNG refrigerator in the kitchen was found to be the cause of burring and smoking. After squirting a lot of water on it, it was pulled out into the hall. The whole process took over an hour.

            The police was present on the occasion and were informed by the fire personnel that the fire broke out due to the SAMSUNG refrigerator. The same has been quoted in the FIR.

            A lot of people called both the police and the fire brigade. The names of two witnesses who have signed in the FIR are (1) Mrs. Deepa Nagu, (2) Mr. Imran Khan.

            Attaching a copy of the FIR. Please help at the earliest.

              Ipurchased washing machine of Samsung Make from Laxmi Electronics, Jamnagar.From the day one there is a problem regarding vibration.On complaint to dealer and service station located at Jamnagar initially no person visited from service dept.After that they visited,but did not checked throughly for finding route cause.Finally i wrote a mail to the Ahmedabad Office.They promissed me to resolve my problem withiin a week.

              As per their service technician one part of the machine is required to be replaced but after one month no body came to replace the part and also they are not responding on telephone also.

              samsung washin machine — no response from the workshop department

              MY NAME IS ROCKY AND I AM HAVING A FULLY AUTOMATIC TOP LOADING WASHING MACHINE, IT STARTED LEAKING WATER AND I COMPLAINED TO AT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CENTER ON 24, OCTOBER 2008, I GOT THE REVERT WITH THIS COMPLAIN NUMBER [protected]. SAMSUNG EXECUTIVEVISITED AT MY RESIDENCE, TOLD ME THAT HE HAS CHECKED AND OUTER TUB IS BROKEN HE GAVE ME THE SERVICE CETER NUMBER AND TOLD THEY CALL YOU AND SOLVE YOUR PROBTEM BUT IT DIDN’T HAPPENED SO I HAVE AGAIN LOG MY COMPLIN AND I WAS GIVEN AGAIN SERVICE CENTER NUMBER I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE PERSON HE TOLD ME THAT HE CALL ME BACK WITHIN 10-20 MINUTES AND TELL ME WEATHER THEPART IS AVAILABLE OR NOT BUT HE DIDN’T RESPOND AFTER 2 DAYS I CALLED HIM BACK THEN HE TOLD THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE YET IN 4-5 DAYS IT WILL BE DONE BUT AFTER 5 DAYS HE SAID THE SAME AND SAME AGAIN BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED, IF COMPANY CAN'T RUN THE SERVICE CENTER PROPERLY THAN THEY MUST SHUT IT DOWN.
              My washing machine is not working. After putting on, it gives a indicator as "08 minutes". Power is on.

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased a CTV 29" on 06.02.09 and found alignment problem in picture in the month of September and register a complain at Authorized Service Centre situated at Cuttack. Then they took the TV and without solving the problem returned the TV. Again lodged a complaint. Since then I am getting assurance that I will get back my TV in working condition within 2 days. Till now (dt.23.11.09) I am not getting back my TV. They are giving only the assurance not the Television. They are exploiting like anything.
                I shall be highly thankful to you for an earlier action on above said matter.

                  We had purchased Samsung Microvawe and Samsung TV around 3 years back approximately from Vijay Sales, Kandivali. Last year our microwave stopped working. We called Vijay sales and they sent us a Samsung authorised mechanic. He replaced the front panel of the microwave with the original one from the company. This year too Microvawe has stopped working. This time the mechanic entered out House and said that we will first have to pay Rs 275 for repairing, then only he will touch the microvawe. After inspection, he said that the front panel and the panel board is faulty and both needs to be replaced. He left without even properly closing the back panel of the Microvawe. We paid Rs 275 absoultely for nothing. The mechanic just entered our House, switched on the Microwave, opened the front door and after seeing the glass moving, he said that the front panel and card is not working. Just then to console us, he opened the back panel. Every year we are spending Rs 2000 approximately to keep our Microvawe working. Similary many a times our Samsung TV blanks out. Is the Samsung trying to loot us by giving faulty products? We have Siemens, BPL, Videocone and other company products which are working properly for so many years.

                  Samsung Microwave — Faulty product, pathetic service

                  Hello,
                  I bought a Samsung Microwave from Big Bazaar, Noida on 27th Sept, 2009. It was faulty from day one. The gate dosent close properly from one side. Also, the grill emitted flames on operating. I have lodged complaint several times at the call centre (# [protected]). The service personnel visited once and said all the pieces are like that and I can operate my oven. But the next time there were flames again. Who will be responsible in case of a mishap ? I called today , too but all they say is "some senior person will call you today", which obviously never happens. Let me know what to do.

                    Sir,

                    I have purchased the above TV from Vivket, Chennai vide bill no.[protected]/dt.2.8.2009 beliving the brand name of Samsung and better post service.

                    Just after compelting one year, the above said TV got into trouble and made the complaint through Toll free and got the no as referred above.

                    So far I have the above said TV as toy without any audito as well as video that too hapened in one year due to spare parts is not available. I wrote a letter to to the Country manager through speed post and the letter was received by them on 6.11.2009 and also and also sent a mail. Nothing response from any of the executives and such is the case what for they are monitoring the consumer call for quality purpose. Whever I call over toll free, they said it would complete it in a day or two. As of date, nothing response. Purchased the above said TV for Rs.9600 for working only for one year is very costlier than the other brand. Could you please advise to whom I will have to address the above grienvance for the effective action.

                      I had purchased a samsung j210 from classic elctronics from mangalore and in a months time i had the phone restarting problem and gave it to the authorised service centre opp. to platinum theatre and they gave the phone back to me only after one month and 12 days and it had no imei no and they told me that its because its a new board, they are not taking the responsibility to write the imei no and give me.
                      My mobile model is samsung J210 my mobile IMEI no is corpted. How to install new imei no.

                        Hi,
                        Now it's more then one month Samsung Service center not able to repair the Mobile handset manufactured by them selves. Support & Services from Samsung are pathetic & worst. From Samsung Service center one can expect only polite response but not the services.

                        I suffered from there pathetic services. Hope after reading this complain people will think of other manufacturer then the Samsung.

                          I have registered a complaint vide request no. [protected] got a call and still no response. I have emailed these guys twice after that and still no response here are the details:

                           
                          I have bought the CAMCORDER S/N 053Y6VKS200146 biggest mistake of my life. There are atleast 20 times I have called up your customer support center for getting a Charger for my Camcorder they have provided me two service center numbers one which is not catering to cams and another only picks the phone on saturday or sunday phone number: [protected] and [protected]. Its been 4 weeks now and I havent got the resolution for this, I need the charger asap as neither customer support nor your service centers are able to help me. And Croma from where i have purchased the charger are also not helping me out either. Please help.
                          I brought a 26 inch LCD on Saturday, 8th Jan'11 from Vivek's in Annanagar. They told me that they would send the engineers on Monday, 10th Jan'11 for installation. Infact they asked me the convinent time. No one turned up on Monday. The response from Vivek is that we will receive a call from service centre and later on when i called the samsung service centre, They told me that I will receive a call from local service centre. In fact one agent Mukesh promised me that installation will happen within 2 hours.

                          Rule 1 : Do not commit some thing which you cannot deliver. Your not only ruining your reputation(If you have any), but also the Samsung company reputation that you represent.

                          Rule : Samsung, Atleast be professional in your action

                            Sir,
                            I had purchased a Samsung Jet mobile phone on 16/09/2009 bearing IMEI No.[protected]. After one month, suddenly the phone had problems in booting up. I took it to Samsung Service Centre at Shop no. 6, Anandji Laddha Bldg. Lalbaug (E), MUMBAI-12 on 04/11/2009. My work order no is MCL 4456 dated 04th Nov 2009.I was tod it will take two days to flash the mobile phone and load fresh software. But after enquring upon after three days, I was told that the motherboard of the phone has to be replaced. As they did not have the part, they advised me to wait for 15-20 days. Kindly take up the matter with the sevice centre so as to expediate the delivery of the phone. I fail to understand why it takes so much of days to procure the necessary part for as big a company like SAMSUNG. If it is not possible to repair the phone in short time (15 days),then kindly arrange to replace my phone with a new one as soon as possible.

                              I have purchased samsung C5212 dual GSM+GSM sim mobile on 02/11/09 from Hotspot sector 14 market, Guragon (with proper bill).
                              From day one, the battery performance is very poor, unit is not able to work for even one day with only max. 1 hr talk time, though speicified is 3 hrs talk time and 250 hrs standby. I use to charge mobile 2-3 times in a day.
                              I had given my mobile at samsung service centre sector 31, Guragon last tuesday 17/11/09 before this i had given online complaint to samsung on 11/11.
                              after long followup I got back my mobile on 20/11/09 with changed battery.
                              But when I used it on 21/11/09 after full recharge, I found no improvement in performance of battery and therefore, once gain gave my mobile set to samsung service centre sector 31 Grugaon.
                              Now, I am asking them to replace the unit but they are not agreeing, they will again do some time pass and return my mobile in 2-3 days.
                              Functioning of mobile is ok, features are good, but not able to use due to poor battery power.

                              Please suggest how to get this problem resolved.

                              I have purchased samsung S-3310 mobile on 08/11/09 from samsung mobile shop patanget, Aurangabad, (with proper bill).

                              Low battery backup

                              i purchased c5212 16 july 2010 i am also having problem with battery backup. i am unable to use for atlease 1 hour talk time. battery backup is very poor. i used to charge it for twice daily for standby too.
                              I am also facing same problem as above. The battery backup is not good as mentioned in specification.

                              5212 — CHARGING PROBLEM

                              But stiil pending from date-27/05/2011.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    I had purchased brand new handset (Samsung B519 -CDMA) on 20.09.09 and suddenly on 05.10.09 it was stopped working, there was no display & sound from handset. Hence I submitted faulty handset at M/s. MASTER CARE (Authorized Service Center) on 8.10.09 and even after 45 days has been past my handset is not repaired/ replacement.


                                    I had also called directly to Samsung's Customer Care but there is no response from there.

                                    Please guide me for any suitable action.

                                      I bought a Samsung refrigerator in the first week of August 2009. The unit delivered to us had a dented top door.

                                      Numerous complaints and visits to our house by company executives have yielded nothing. They shamelessly keep saying that we will replace it shortly but to no avail
