Dear Sir,
I have purchased the microwave oven of SAMSUNG with very confidence, but it is amazing that your dealer Jyoti Electronics, Ajmer (Rajasthan) had not provided me the Starter kit and the other accesssories on part of company scheme. At that time when I purchase it there was festival season and the diwali promotinal schemes are available on this product such as free dining set and other items too. But your dealer gave me nothing of the above things. I have purchased it on Dated[protected],vide bill no. 09-10 JY677. This is very shameful act and also breach of confidence. After purchasing it I met with another Dealer M/s Ashoka Electronics, Ajmer he updated my knowledge and said that there is free dining set and many other things free on the product which I had bought.I go to M/s Jyoti Electronics and asked about the scheme and also demanded for the dining set and other promotinal schemes which he had not provided to me. He refused to give me any of the above things. This is very unbelievable and shameful for the company reputation and it will have the worse effect on further purchase of SAMSUNG products..
So, it is requested to you to provide me complete company promotional schemes prevailing on this product at that time when I had purchased it otherwise I will go in the consumer forum and also defame your company about this type of acts done by your dealers.Also, I will tell everybody not to buy any of the SAMSUNG product telling my grevience.
Therefore, it is again requested to your to provide me the above or immedietely direct your dealer for providing me the complete promotinal retailers scheme.

NOT PROVIDING THE PREVAILING COMPANY SCHEME ON THIS PRODUCT
Dear Sir,

    Hi,



    With the deep regret I have to state that Samsung does not care or bother about their customers. There is no such customer support system in Samsung.



    As per below mentioned reply by customer satisfaction team, none of the representative have contacted us to resolve our issue. Top of that Sahil Info Tech does not have any satisfactory answer to give to customers.



    The workorder is raised from 13th Aug and today is 14th October. It is very painful to understand the Samsung is so careless that they cannot resolve the issue for 2 months.



    I and my wife have visited 10 to 15 times to below service center but every time we have got one or other stories with false promise that the handset would be ready within next 5 to 7 days. But all this 5 to 7 days has never come to end.Fail to understand that you do not follow any system that have turn around time and if it is over somebody senior in your company takes personal interest to resolve the same.



    Even the staff appointed are not bothered to answer the query raised by customer. Customer care incharge of said service center has never able to resolve the issue. Also the escalation office Mr Sandeep Bhatt with contact no. [protected] (printed on notice board for customer to raise concerns of customer) does not bother to answer the phone of working days nor is he present at office. The gentleman than gets annoyed when customer like me calls him on Sunday.



    Finally today I have received the commitment that on Friday i.e. 16th October the handset would be ready, but I do not trust that also.



    I know that this entire feedback of mine would go into vein but I still wanted to give feedback to so called Samsung customer satisfaction team if they really have little care about their customer that kindly resolve the issue and revert on below mentioned contact no..



    Once again I am stating the issues faced in my handset



    GSM and CDMA network does not work together either of them has to be disable since 3 months of activation
    Bluetooth connectivity has not worked from day of purchase
    LCD not working when the sliding was done

        I bought recently the samsung star at MAxtel Bangalore .. The back panels keeps off falling... I have hardly used for one month and I was told that there is one more backpanel with the box given

        I also got it checked at samsung service center near V V Puram and they said becasue holding pin is small, this is the problem.. Now I am using the second backpanel and that is also loose..
        All my friends wanted to buy samsung star and seeing my mobile condition, they are changing their mind .. so pls friends think before you buy this product

          Dear Sir,

          I purchased a new mobile set SAMSUNG STAR on[protected] night
          from HOTSPOT show room vide name SPICE RETAIL LTD. SHOP NO.1,WADHWA
          COMPLEX, SECTOR-10, DWARKA. NEW DELHI. Vide invoice No. [protected],
          customer ID : 200015. After some days, I could not operate my memory
          card, I went to the shop, they did some setting, I put some my
          favourite old songs in it. but it was happening that some of the
          times, the mamory was unable to be traced. On[protected] the cover lid
          of the set was got loose. I went to the shop but they could not refit
          the lid on the set. They advised me go to the service centre at
          Mahavir Enclave for all these rectifications.
          On 07.09.2009 i.e. today I went to the Service Centre at
          CELL NET, L-1, Mahavir Enclave.Palam-Dabri Road, they took the phone
          and placed set the cover lid, but the memory card was still not being
          shown on the phone. They checked for about one hour for the memory
          card fault and said that the phone has some problems and will be
          rectified and returned back after two or three days. When I said, this
          is a new phone purchased only one week before how could it get such a
          big fault. then they advised me to go to your office at C-C-28, Kalka
          Ji, Nehru Enclave Near HDFC Bank, they will replace the whole unit.
          The set was taken against the job No. 139 dated 07.09.2009 (for token
          No. 25 ) of the Service Centre. I deposited my mobile in SAMSUNG Service centre at Nehru
          Enclave, on 10-10-09 vide work order no. 9J1005, claim no.91016558. I
          had also talked to Mr. NISHANT regarding the probelems. On 22-10-09 by chance i got them connected and on enquiring about the phone at service station, i was told that i can
          pick my phone,as the same is got corrected. I went on friday 23-10-09,
          the lady on counter checked the phone and cud not place the memory
          card in it as it was coming out back. She than contacted the
          concerned engineer, who checked the phone. Later Mr. NISHANT came to
          me and said that i will get the refund of the same.It is over a month, i hv deposited my mobile in service centre, but
          no action seems to b happened. The problem (menufacturing defect) was
          noticed them on 07-09-09, only typical reply i m getting.

          I dont need a typical computerised typed reply of regretting the
          inconvenience with the product. I need the status of my case, either they r giving me the new replaced mobile, or refund me the purchase amount.

          I dont think, there is any service manager, who will update me with
          the status. No call comes from ur side and we are unable to contact u
          people on phone. I hv mobile nos. o[censored]r staff- Mr. NISHANT-[protected],
          Mr.MUKESH-[protected], & Mr. VINEET-[protected].privided me from
          customer care, but nobody either pick up the phone or switch it off.
          They must b keeping another phone, than the phones provided by ur
          company. Neither the no. of the service centre[protected] gets
          connected.

          I dont think any service manager will reply me, THE CUSTOMER
          SATISFACTION TEAM, who is replying me , should reply me the correct
          position with final decision.

          After that many a times i hv sent them e-mails to know the status of my phone but nothing in this regard is replied by them.

          Sir, I m an engineer in DDA, and connected to works pertaining
          to common wealth games, which are at the urgency. Without mobile i m
          facing a great trouble, and my work is also suffering. I hv written my
          department about the position of my mobile. It can cause a great
          trouble to me & to my work.

          I m therefore requesting u to get me refund amount urgently so
          that i can purchase the new phone to avoid any descrepancy of my work.

            I have purchase Smasung i780 on 14/08/09.After 3days it stos working and when I have given to the service ststion parts was not available for that they give me replacement of same model on 21/08/09.After few days it start problem of touch and battery low problem I gave it to Attar Samsung Services at raipur.They repaired and after one day it starts problem of touch.They told that they have to change the touch but after hard reset it again start working properly.in the evening it it shut down and didn’t start again I reach service station.
            My main intension about this is if spend 18500 Rs.And your hand set didn’t work properly for atleast 6month.Whats the use of it the service person Mr.Zameer we soon find out the solution and tell.I need replacement of some other model which cost the same or refund.Other wise I have to complaint against the Samsung Mobile to Consumer Forum.Hope you will reply soon.Its IMEI No.[protected].

              hello sir,

              i have given my above said mobile phone foe repair on dated 18-09-09.RW15834537A and this mobile i purchased on dated20-8-09. so many days have gone no response. nor repair the phone nor re-place or refund you see how many7 time has gone.
              Please do the needful action soon as possible

              This is the worst phone ever.I have buyed this phone on last monday.I noticed that the SMS Memory was not the same as given in the Catalog of this model.It contains 200 SMS Memory instead of 500 Sms Memory.Then the battery problem, the battery bar is sometimes 2 after few minutes it is 3 or 4.Then the privacy lock, it is not working properly at all.Sometimes it is showing me locked but sometimes it is automatically unlocked.Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                I purchased SCH-F679 handset on 27/01/2009 from Parshwa Enterprise Mumbai.
                it got switched-off once, and then not able to switch it on. When i took it to the nearest service centre, they said software got corrupted. They did something and return it back to me. My enitre phone book and memory lost/ got deleted automatically.
                After repairing this, Within a weeks time again it got switched-off, now it is not working.
                I lodge a complaint online directly through samsung website. but till date non of their representative got back to me.

                My sincere advice to all is that no one should buy samsung products. Customer Care will never get back to anyone. Worst company i have even seen. None of his product is good. Sansung is just a 3rd class & pathetic company.

                  Just Time killed...Product..down totally just after Warranty Period next 1-2 month after but sag shown just within 11month but care was not taken...product too with 2-3 yr is taken out from market..WHY???Invst--Those invst do Like NOKIA do They are Payed or Full Filled there Purpose of Buying.

                  I Am Student & After Seeing & With Brand Trusting & Good Service thoughts I Purchased Your X700 Mobile.....But just after 1.3 yr after an warranty dt over the Mobile Displayed some sag started with graphics with some do Keypad while pressing the Button the keypad is hardened same do type along with Mobile Battery asking charge after an minute Call.....what a product....as when went to service centre 2008 February** Situated at backside of Exide..Rabindra Sadan....From battery to Mobile Repairing Cost was Told Rs 3500/-4000/-......Same Do Mobile I Had Purchase Via Seeing My Friends Who Had Buyied them In March - April 2006 same there too the same as Like Mine Above Three problem were Found...So it was your Product demerit & My Wrong trust On SAMSUNG....As My Father had Nokia Mobile Of Purchase 2004 3010,3015 & 2330c 2009 & same too other sets same of NOKIA brands For is personal use & One Each For Family the gifts...As His Trust On NOKIA...A Gen! uine..Which Is Still Dated Going On From Mobile To Battery Life....Stop Your product Adds...As Nor My Mobile Samsung Was Ever Roughly Used But Was Taken proper Care Then Too Above Three Sags Occurs As Same Do Too MY Same Model Purchase Friends just After the Warranty Over Dates.                   Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  Samsung X-700 - Mobile Set — Not providing support for Mobile Accessories / Parts

                  Sir,

                  I purchased Samsung X- 700 model mobile in Feb., 2006 from one of the dealer shop at Munirika, New Delhi. It’s around 2.7 years approx, and they are not able to provide support for this model.
                  Last 2 ½ month back, I come to know that the battery backup(talk time backup) is very low, its approx 10 minutes only.
                  I went to dealer shop from where I purchased this mobile set, they told me to go to Service Center, Nehru Place, New Delhi.
                  I also went Service Center mentioned above many times, but they are not giving me any proper response. I also made around 100’s phone call and also talk with their senior staff named Maneesh. He is also not able to provide me the solution.
                  In-fact, I also visited and made calls to other Service Center in NOIDA, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi too, but they also not able to provide me the solution for my problem.
                  Every time I am getting answer from them, that parts for this model are not available in their stock and also not getting from their manufactures too, and saying please wait for 1 week/ 2-3 days, 15 days, etc.
                  I also told them, till they are getting supply from manufacturer, please provide me some alternate mobile set for the time being, but they are not providing me any solution.
                  It’s around 2 ½ month, but again I not getting the solution from them. Whenever and wherever I have to go, I have to take my charger too with me. This is very painful to me now.

                  Please look on this issue and help me to come out from this problem.

                  I had purchased the above Mobile on 06.11.2006 and within few months I noticed some 3 snag in the above mentioned mobile. At that time I was a student of Deoghar College (Jharkhand). My one of the friend of Deoghar Sri Amit Chandra, who also purchased the same model from shop in Kolkata M/S. Great Eastern Trading Co. Who also faced the same 3 snags which I faced? Then both o[censored]s rushed to the shop and your service centre near EXIDE but the service centre did not record the problems but told after inspecting the defects, the required parts are not available now please come after a month. Such types of advices they given many times, without recording the problems and told these problems are same so as soon as the parts will be available we will advise the matter to both of you. Being a student I never followed the tricks of the service centre just I believed it. This way they passed the warranty period. It is because we trust on SAMSUNG* after NOKIA. We never thought that SAMSUNG had launched this model which, from the beginning, had manufacturing defects, and company had instructed the service centres any how kill time, it is because you silently withdrew the model, and this ways lapse warranty period. This is happens because we are many K.M. away from Kolkata and we are students so it is not possible to visit your Service centre, which is now closed, frequently. More over my other friends in Kolkata, who also purchased the same model, impressing my purchased, also facing the same 3 snags w.e. 1) LCD PROBLEMS, 2)BATTERY PROBLEMS, 3)KEY BOARD PROBLEMS.

                  From few days I am enquiring to whom I will discuss my mobile problems and acquire some names of yours executive in Delhi and Kolkata and rang them, immediately they responded. I told elaborately all the matters to them. I request you to please go through the conversation on 13.11.09 to 16.11.2009. [protected],[protected], [protected], details of conversation times are given in a chart below for your ready references, because I know such types of conversations’ are recorded for training purposes- the names of other side I talked was Sri Bikramjit and Mr.Rahman………. At about 2.58 P.M. Mr.Rahman told that if I am agree to take a new mobiles, cost of which at present half of the cost of your model then company may provide it. At that time my father was outside home and told the position to Mr.Rahman.As soon as my father came he ring back to Mr. Rahman he immediately turned back and told he had not spoken this types of commitment. His conversation is on record I told it yet he refused to acknowledge it. This types of tricks also played by your service centre near EXIDE, resulting they compelled to shut down the centre, My shop, from whom I had purchased the model in Garia, M/s.Aastha also shut down the shop, because they also facing so many complaints on your products, mainly above model.

                  I, therefore, decided to write down the position of your products and sort-out how you can remove my problem before we, my other friends who also facing this problems with the above models, unitedly began to demonstrate against “SAMSUNG” products to attract the media and the media will sort-out the problems with you. So it is my earnest request to you please, being a head of the company, please do some needful so this costly, for me, product I purchased may be utilize either by replace with other model.

                  Moreover is it Not Surprising within 3* month of purchase no part etc available of yours product above Model and after sometime later came to know the product had been withdraw from the market….why...What’s the cause..as such costly product with time being, it’s Cost price Decreases but are never withdraw except Low* Cost Mobile Sets always are updated with new One or unless Set Defective…..See Nokia 3310* & 3315* battery to all parts still dated available and if ever they had any defect in Set or battery they accept their fault and inform the customer via Press Release or so..But do you…Stop Expense on Cost over Adds Rather Improve your service and quality with strong customer care rather placing Beautiful Faces with Tip Top with less workout vice versa with sweet words Conversation Training……

                  With reference to my e-mail* to you dated 17th* November 2009, in which I have elaborately written my problems with my Samsung mobile since two and years and I was then at Deoghar*, the then posting place of my father. From where I came to Kolkata for contacting your service centre where the counter persons, after inspecting the mobile told that the parts are not available please see after a months, this way your service centre spent one year but any times they did not give me any proof or entered my complaints. Now I am in Kolkata and enquired the work culture of the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE at Garia and Lauddon street and back Side of Exide near Big Bazzar with my father*Your Ex Mobile Service Centre during[protected]*. We are astonished to see that counters are full and outside counter are also full and the people are shouting and using unparliamentarily languages against the workers of your service centre. If you did not believe it you may visit any service centers in Kolkata and I am sure this position will be at the all service centers in India of SAMSUNG But never Ever Same Seen in NOKIA (6 Sets* as we have) More over Us Never Needed But as Seen While Going on your Workout Movement-So Much Complains that too in Bulk with chaos. I saw only two* here. The person working and the mechanics working in the service centers are ill trained they are not sure what are the actual defects and on due date when customers are come to take delivery of the mobile then they told them there are another snag please come after another one month. These are my experience from your service centers. This position we saw for hours and I went to contact Mr. Rahman at Exide backside opposite Big Bazaar Street living my father there at Garia Service Samsung Centre and he watched and recorded whole story of your service centre and I also recorded the same store at your Lauddon street service centre when we matched each other record it is almost same. People are shouting against the Samsung products and they are slapping on their forehead and realized their mistake by purchasing Samsung mobile-“All Good Looking Matter Is Not Good”.



                  Further, I had reference of your executives in Kolkata, Mr. RAHMAN. I repeatedly contacted with him and on 16th and what he told me I had inform you earlier. Today 19/11/09 I went to your Garia service centre as requested by Mr. Rahman, the mechanic took my mobile and talked with Mr.Rahman and after four hours the mechanics gave me in a sheet calculating Rs. 8666/- will be cost of repairing of my mobile. It is the instruction from Mr. Rahman because I overheard and recorded the version of the mechanics that I am quoting the amount as you instructed, if anything wrong happens you will be responsible, sir. I am sure such inflated amount quoted as per instruction from Mr Rahman just to get rid from me. It is astonishing that when the above model was in market then your service centre repeatedly told that at that time parts are not available so many times, when your customer centre in New Delhi repeatedly told from 13.11.09 to 17.11.09 that the required parts are not available since long from market which are also recorded and you may enquire it from call register of the [protected] your New Delhi customer care office from my mobile numbers 96816913 *, 99039804 but when the model are out of market and withdrawn then parts are available. The repairing charges they quoted are the above of the purchased price of the model above. When I rushed to Lauddon* Street to contact Mr. Rahman and talked about the repairs of the mobile then he contacted the Garia service centre and asked the serial number of the concerned mobile but the mechanic told him he had not noted the serial number of the mobile-When The Mechanics had Opened the Sets as Same Do During Warranty Tenure Might be the Mechanics at Exide backend Ex Service Centre as Several time they took the sets and went inside but never Recorded anything in their Computer or Register On Excuse’s…... Please note such types of incidents are repeatedly happened with me when I visited your service centre in Kolkata during Warranty-not Recorded. How it is possible? It is a routine matter first mechanics will observe the defect then he will Note the serial number then a quotation will be made to provide it to the customers etc…..With a Customer Copy-but do they and presently too do they are doing so-Why???Investigate. Here with me they did not even recorded my defects in the register or in the computer I think it is because company experienced manufacturing defects in the above model and instructed the service centers all over India not to entertain any complain on the said model. This is not a corporate world work culture. My father was also worked in the corporate world and he always believed that customers are our master and he behaved like such way with the customers. Here I saw a bill was made which itself telling the story of your work culture how to cheat the customer, copy of the estimate made by your Garia service centre under instruction received over mobile are pasted for your verification and needful. Please enquire how Garia service centre will provide parts of my mobile when it is out of production as per your customer care centre in New Delhi and do too During within 2007 My Warranty Tenure duration Your Exide Backend the then Customer service Centre For mobile Complains as well as opposite Esplanade Do Couldn’t same Do near Tollygunge..With no record entry—why?



                  Now it is clear that Mr. Rahman is playing the game with the customers. He is damaging the image of SAMSUNG PRODUCT-which is already damaged in Kolkata. From My past 3* years Experience during Roaming of Your Service Centers-the Customers View and angriness and same today’s 19/11/09. I enjoyed the displeasure of the customers who purchased your mobiles, they are shouting like anything, and I am sure that the markets of Samsung mobile are dwindling. It is my earnest requests to you pleased remove Mr.Rahman from service immediately and try to give at most satisfaction to the customers.



                  Now I had man to man contact with your two service centers namely Garia and Loudon Street and convinced them the poor performance of the Samsung mobile and requested them to tell the matter to their friends and relatives not to buy even not to think to purchase Samsung mobile. I had recorded the grievances of many customers and make few C.D. to forward it to the media persons, till you contact me, either over phone or e-mail and please note if you fail to contact me within 7 days from 20th Nov. I will not wait and will do the needful, and also if necessary, to you, to inspect the position so that other persons may not be cheated any more. I had never see Mr.Rahman like people in the corporate world who are instructing the mechanics to quote such types of amount so that the customer will refrain from repairing the mobile, instead helping him to solve the problems. So it is my earnest request to you rather may take it as suggestion of a customer to sack Mr. Rahman immediately so that he may not damage the reputation of the company any more.

                    I've placed a complaint with Samsung India against the non-working of the mobile phone purchased on 28th June, the same ceased to work with 15 days of purchase.

                    Based on the directions of the Dealesr (ShoppersStop, Chembur, in this case) I'd approached Samsung offices in Goregaon, form where again I was diverted to thier Borivali unit, for the last 2 months I've been told that Samsung would be completely refunding me the amount of purchase as the model is non-workable, till date I'm not getting any positive response, I'd been told that the refunds would be issued end of October, which has till date not effected....

                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                      I am residing in Mumbai & i have purchased Samsung CDMA handset form Kolhapur (Maharashtra) on 19.10.09.

                      On 1st November 09 i submited handset in jameson telecom service (authorised service centre of samsung) ghatkopar - west due to some technical problem in handset.

                      I asked for replacement of handset and they are denying for the same and forcing me to take the handset.

                      I have also send 5 - 6 mails to their customer care centre but non of the people are ready to reply.

                      I have original purchase of the handset please guide me on the same.

                      I had a good experience with the CDMA mobile service from Jameson service Centre, Ghatkopar. I went to the service centre to replace my F309 handset within 10 days from the date of purchase for hanging issue but they refused for replacement as they said that as per the samsung DOA policy the customer can get replacement only if he visit t he service centre within 7 days from the date of purchase. They said that they will try the software and the problem still persist they will replace the mother board. they showed me the new mother board before replacing and since then my mobile is working without any problem.
                      i had purchase Samsung Mobil Model No. GT-B3210CYAINS dtd. 27/01/2010 but after 15 days mobile speaker not working then i went to shop and complaint about mobile, shop given me Samsung Service centre address M/s. Jameson Telecom Services i had given my mobile for repairing (mobile in warranty) dtd. 16/02/2010 work order No. WA[protected] but till date (dtd. 23/02/2010) mobile part not available in service centre how poor service Samsung mobile, so what i can do about my mobile

                      I'm Vikas Kukreja. I purchased one Samsung Galaxy Tab Model GT-P1000 on Sunday, 22nd May 2011 from Big Bazaar, East Delhi Mall, Near Anand Vihar Bus Terminal. Since the day I purchased it, I found that the tablet was being hanged while carrying from once place to another in the package box it was given me in. I went to Maa Vaishnavi Service Centre on 29th May 2011 (Sunday) located at Laxmi Nagar. It's an authorised service centre of Samsung. They kept my galaxy tab for 4-5 hours and returned it to me by saying that they have updated the software. The hanging problem was due to OS. I then took back the handset to home and I found that the Camera was not working now. It was working well before I handed the Tablet to service centre. Also, I noticed that phone was being hanged on the next day when I carried it with me to office. It was Monday and weekly off of the service centre. So I carried it again on Tuesday (31st May 2011) to service centre and reported them the problem. They checked the handset and told me that there was some problem in the motherboard of the device. I was shocked to hear that and requested them to replace my device with new one. They denied my request. They said that it can only be repaired as per the DOA policy of Samsung. Under the policy, any defective peace can be replaced within 4 days of purchase. I was not aware of it. Please help me how to get it replaced. I, however, has submitted my device at service centre for repair but I need the complete replacement of this defective peace. Please help me.

                      I m Deepak From Delhi. i bought samsung galaxy tab GT-P1000 on 1st of june. On same day in the evening the camera was not working(Camera Failed) was showing on the screen. i went to the Samsung service centre located in Rohini, Delhi. They given me a DOA Certificate and told me that u will get a new handset from the same shopkeeper. And when i went to shopkeeper he told me that the handset will be delivered in a month. i bought it for Rs.24500. now i m in a big trouble sir please help me out.

                        I brought a Samsung J700 on the 30/08/2008 for a Markhams store in Paarl Mall. The phone only worked for about 6 months I took it back for repairs(phone doesn't charge, the bluetooth doesn't work, the phone totaly freezes and non of the accessories of the phone works) at the same store a bought it from. They gave my a phone to borrow, for which I had for for about 2 months. When I received my phone back that same evening the same thing happend. The next day I phoned the store to complain about it, they just told me to bring it in again. As I'm working in Wellington and the store was in Paarl Mall it was difficult for me to take the phone back. After a month I finally got a change to take the phone back(15/08/2009) bear in mind for the same problem. Again I got a phone which I can use. On the 04/11/2009 I got a call from the guy at the store stating that phone has arrived. On the 07/11/2009 I picked up the phone from the store. The same evening the phone didn't want to charge and the phone totally froze.
                        This totally BAD SERVICE from Samsung!!
                        I'M NOT GOING TO PUT MYSELF IN DEBT JUST BECAUSE A PHONE A HAD BOUGHT A YEAR AND 3 MONTHS AGO AND WAS MORE FAULTING THAN I HAD USE OF IT.

                        I NEED SOME URGENT FEEDBACK FROM SAMSUNG BECAUSE AT THIS PRESENT MOMENT I HAVE A PHONE THAT I CANT USE.

                        samsung J700 — Handset Faulty

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have purchase the samsung J700 handset on 16.09.08. After two-three months handset getting auto switch off after a certain period. This problem continues from last 9-10 months.

                        I have submitted my handset to one of samsung service centre – mobile dot com, Sri Ram Tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow thrice time, but problem yet not resolved. They kept my handset for more than 30 days for testing purpose but the problem still not resolve( Work order no. WA[protected], dt: 01/08/09).

                        I have register a complaint to samsung call centre many times, they given me the no. of Lucknow ASM – Mr. Sunil Singh [protected], but he did not attend the call. Also I have send two mails to support.[protected]@samsung.com & they give me the query ref no. [protected].

                        I seek your kind help in this matter because, all the time samsung and there authorized service centre people is telling to deposit the handset again n again.

                          I had purchased 290 ltrs double door samsung reftrigerator with model no. SRA 29 EMB from Digital world Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam on 17.9.2003. The problem started with defrost and a complaint was registered with samsung on 26.8.08. The samsung authorised service Engineer from Innovative Electronics, Visakhapatnam has attended to the complaint and noticed that the defrost timer DT-100 seris of make 'MALLORY' is not a genuine part and found defective. The defrost timer was replaced on 12/9/08 against a payment of Rs. 281/- and it was kept under observation. After this, again the fridge gave problem of improper cooling in the month of March 2009. This time the same service Engineer has found the fan motor is burn't and replaced the motor at the cost of Rs. 1084/- after a gap of one month.

                          Now the fridge again having the problem of insufficient cooling and the Service Engineer has attended and ran away without identifying the problem. Ultimately I got it checked with a private person which revealed that the fan motor which was replaced in March 2009 has again burnt. It is quite evident that the samsung fridge is supplied with duplicate parts (parts are mostly replaced at the dealers show room) and the Service Engineers are replacing them with used parts and run their business at the cost of the customers.
                          I may be replaced with a new and genuine refrigerator directly from the samsung company.

                            We have a Samsung Tornado (Code No. DC6801534A (Rev.3) 5.8 kgs.While using it yesterday (7/9/09),one of my clothes got torn. The reason for that I discovered later was that, the compartment where the detergent is put, had got detached from its original location and must have got mixed with the clothes during the entire cleaning and drying process. This reflects very badly on a company as reputed as Samsung as I'd never thought that I'll lose one my costly clothes in this manner. I hope the company looks into this grievance of mine and improves their products in the near future.

                              16thoct, I Purchase a Samsung lleaptop model no R-420From skope computer at nehru palace in delhi Thera is a offer of Rebook kit offer on Samsung notebook pc.But after 22 days i did"nt receive the reebok kit after purchasing the computer.so I am very sad about this type of behave. Iam a jounalist and i know about rules and law. so you need a Action against the skope samsung dealer.
                              if you did"nt take the action of this matter against the dealer. I will take Action Against samsun and a dealer in consumer court. so pls i requested to you take good action on this matter and i receive my reebok kit offer soon as possible

                                sir, i have given my samsung star for just for scan the virus and it just 3 months old pice
                                and in service centre people said that there is some problem in ur mother board and u have to
                                leave it for 10 days and after 10 days they are saying that it will take one or two days more..
                                and i feel they are bhaving like unprfesnal and im un satified i wan my product normal condition...
                                so please do some thing................

                                  I have got samsung Omnia (I 900) smart phone.

                                  This phone is not usable at all without its stylus(Stick), and samsung is giving only one stylus with each other(other companies like HTC are giving 2 with phone).

                                  I have lost the stylus and I wanted to buy a new stylus for this mobile. I have gone to almost every samsung customer care in ahmedabad but no result. They told you call us and when it will be avaible we will inform you.

                                  I am calling them since 2 months and not result!!!

                                  I have also logged a complain against customer care in the samsung, and they are telling each time that I will get any response for complain in 24 hours but its almost one month and they are not giving any satisfactory answer.

                                  They gave me number of Area manager of samsung(MR Sandip Patil), but that man is not picking up his calls at us...

                                  Please do the needful.

                                    i purchase samsung s3500 past 3.5 months its battery complaint battery back up 5 hrs only , so i went to tecno care in t neger , he take down my mobile for testing after two days he says battery complaint then he says no stock . i went to service lot of times no respons , i make a call to manager Mr venketsh he also no response . then i make a call to gopi krishnanhe cant attn the call, iam having company so i facing lot so problems due cant attn costumer calls , plz make me as so soon as possible.

                                    Every one problem is same, , , i do have a problem.battery back up is very worst...i keep on trying the dealer ship, but they are not responding..its irritating us, , , please do anything for that...otherwise samsung company will be face lot of problems...so kindly change the battery or give solutions for us...

                                      we bought an split ac in month of april 2009. on 19th september the ac stooped cooling so we made a complain on toll free BP NO-[protected] on 20th sept. they took the ac to service centre and returned after 10 days. the indoor plastic body was returned in scratchy conditon so we again contacted to toll free and complained regarding that . then i received a call from patna service centre and a person MR. SHEKHAR MB NO-[protected] assured me that the outer body will be changed but till now it has not been done we are repeatedly calling to toll free as well as MR SHEKHAR AND PATNA office but they are not responding. today also we called up to service centre in patna to talk manager but they are making excuses that manager is not in town and MR SHEKHAR is not coming on phone. so now we have no choice so we want consumer forum to justify with us.

                                        This is to inform you that my fridge(modle # SRL 629EV, bottom freezer) which is purachsed on[protected] is not working from ,9th october2009, and I informed the service center in kochi, kerala. They send the people and took the fridge to the service centre and replaced few componentslike(DA 41-00099C, DA32_ 1010ST,DA32-10109R) and brought it back on on 5th novermbers.And I got the bill of Rs 2280.But same problem is still there.ie when the temperature is set and the compressor will get cut off but it won't restartand the temperature goes down.My fridge was in the service center for almost a month.please do the needful thanking you,
