I had purchased one no. LCD TV of samsung make 22B650T6 from m/s ADHISHWAR,banashankari,Bangalore-85, wide Tax invoice no. 45434 on dated 28-07-09.

After the delivery, delivery boy just installed on table and told for all settings the samsung company engineer's will be visiting in couple of days. But, even after 15 days no one is turned up and for the same we are approached the m/s Adhishwar for the same. The sales personals of that outlet has provided the mobile no. [protected] named mr. venkatesh , who is representing all samsung products problems co-ordination.

when we communicated the same problem to him, immediately he has assured and confirmed over phone that he has arranged the engineer from the samsung company to visit our place . After, two-three days, one engineer came in a very high profile and started look into the tv as a movie director from all angles with show off and tried to convey us their is no problem in TV , it is only signal problem and just pushed off. In fact, the new TV showing too bright pictures and it is just not possible to set the tv for the normal vision qualities at all. And ghost type of picture quaity in close up shots.

We have contacted the Airtel digital Tv and they given very clear demo of their signal qualities and proved that the problem is in TV but not in signal.

Again, we are behind of Mr. venkatesh and next 10 days he has assure to do the needfull. 11th day when we called on him on his mobile outrately he has told that, he has resigned from the job and no more with samsung and we should contact only the samsung customer call centre.

In my busy schedule of work, I personaly called up the SAMSUNG's customer care and complained about the poblem on 30th september 2009. For the same they have provided the complaint no. [protected] . Even after one week no one is turned off to our place and the days were passing without watching the tv, I had enquired about the same on 6th October they have apologised for the delay and assured to send a person in a day or two. The engineer from the local centre is visited on 8th october 2009 and he has communicated and told us one of the part is not functioning and hence the TV is not performing properly.

Immediately, when we spoke to his superior Mr. Gopal(always he is extremely busy to get on mobile) of his mobile no.[protected] and appraised about the same. Why we should suffer for the company fault, after difficultily bought the TV by selling the good condition Old tv to upgrade this new led tv and it has become disaster. For that he has conveyed that , he will try to replace the tv by trying to communicate to his superiors.

When he has not come back to us for next one week even after repeated mobile reminders , 14th October when we contacted, he has uttered to not to follow up by telling ,his superiors are not permitted to replace the same since it is already 3 months over, it could have done within one month only. Also, the faulty part is not in stock and we have to wait till it come for that he can't give any commitment. For the more than this, we can go ahead to do whatever we want.

Immediately on 15th october we have contacted again the customer care and asked about the same, they are directed us to contact the same Mr. Gopal to sort out the issue.

Now with all these pillar to post run-around and agony I am undergoing after purchasing the Product , 1) why I should suffer for the no mistake / fault from my end.
2) why I should accept the defective product.
3) Being a multinational company, it don't any botheration about a genuine customer.

I request your kindselves to intervene in this juncture and provide the moral support and justice to a ginuine suffering customer in this case by directing m/s samsung to replace the same with a good product immediately. With this purchase, realy I am celeberating this deepavali with not so happily.

LCD TV — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I TRIED TO REGISTER MY COMPLAIN YESTERDAY AND UNSURE IF IT HAS REACHED YOU. I BOUGHT A HITACHI LCD L32H01AU(E09) ON 1/3/08 THRU VIJAY SALES MUMBAI INDIA AND FOUND THAT THE RESPONSE TIME NOT GOOD CAUSING DISTORTIONS. AFETR MAKING A COMPLAIN IN SEPT 08 THE SERVICE REP CHECKED IT OUT AND IMMEDIATELY SAID THAT THE MOTHER BOARD HAD TO BE CHANGED SAYING THAT THAT WAS REQUIRED SINCE HITACHI LCD IN INDIA HAD THIS DEFECT. I WAS SURPRISED AND DID NOT PERMIT CHANGING OF MOTHER BOARD AND IF THAT WAS NECCESSARY IT WAS ESSENTIAL THAT THE LCD SHOULD BE REPLACED. LATER HE WAS OF THE OPINION THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH MY CABLE. FROM A MAJOR PROBLEM HE MADE IT APPEAR A MINOR ISSUE. lATER THEY WERE AGREEABLE TO GIVE ME A NEW LCD HOWEVER THEY WANTED TO CHANGE THE BACK COVER SO THAT I WOULD HAVE A NEW LCD WITH MY OLD BACK COVER. I FOUND THIS MYSTERIOUS AND INSISTED ON A NEW LCD. THEY NOW ONCE AGAIN SAY IT IS A CABLE FAULT. ISNT THIS FLIP FLOP UNUSUAL? PLEASE HELP AND ENSURE THEY REPLACE MY LCD WITH A NEW ONE. KINDLY HELP.

    Hi,

    I had bought a new Samsung refrigerator on 15th August 2009. The fridge had a continuous noise problem from the very day it got installed in our home. We had immediately lodged a complain (samsung complain no. [protected]) and asked the engineer to come over. The engineer did come and said that the noise was due to some non alignment of a pipe and so he tied this pipe with a petty thread and left. The noise re-appeared within 7 days and we again lodged a complain. this process is going on for the last 2 months and we are not getting any positive help from Samsung Customer Service. The same engineer is sent to us over and over again and he keeps telling us that Samsung refrigerators make noise. I wonder how a world wide renowned company keep such authorized associates who defame the company in front of their customers and do not fix the problem.

    I would request some help if possible to get this issue fixed.

    Samsung Refrigerator — NO SERVICE

    TO SAMSUNG INDIA

    WERE ARE USING YOUR REFRIGERATOR SINCE 10 YEARS , JUST 15 DAYS BACK WE CALLED SAMSUNG SERVICE PROVIDER , PRS SERVICES FOR REFRIGERATOR REPAIR , AFTER PAYING 2190/- AMOUNT FOR REPAIR .. NOW IT IS STILL NOT FUNCTIONING . AND NOBODY IS BOTHERING AND THEY ARE TELLING TO BUY NEW REFRIGERATOR .

    I AM ATTACHING COPY OF BILL OF REFRIGERATOR REPAIR
    SO PLEASE FIND ENCLOSED.

    AND DO NEEDFUL , SO THAT MY REFRIGERATOR IS REPAIRED.

      I puchased SAMSUNG mobile phone SGH-L700VS SINS from companys dealer M/s Mattas Mobile World 20 Chakrata Road Dehra Dun (UK) India on 10.08.09. From day one mobile phone was not working properly. Call drop ,Loss of signals, Hanging , Discoonection , one way voice etc were amongst many problem.I complained to the dealer but he was not cooperative. But on my inssistance he advised me to contact Samsung Service Center R.K. Mobile Services 67 A New Connaught Place Dehra Dun (UK) INDIA. Manager of srevice center adviced me to check my mobile phone using it with other network and testing my Sim with other mobile phone.After testing it was found that problem was with my mibile phone set.Manager worked on my mobile phone set for 20 min and returned it to me saying that set is now OK.But set is not OK and having the same problems.I request to company to get my mobile phone corrected otherwise moving to consumer court may be my last resort.         Dear Sir/Madam

        I have purchased c-5212 dul sim SAMSUNG mobile on 11th Aug'2009 month back. While calling to someone the voice quality was not good in it. So, I had taken it to Samsung service center on 15th Sep'2009, address is as under:

        Electro Serve Centre, B-27, Moti Nagar, Delhi-110015

        They had re-loaded some software in it to correct the voice clearity. But after that the mobile does not work at all. It was hanged on first screen. They told me that there is a problem in motherboard. Whereas it was working fine before I had taken it to service center. I had given my mobile to service center in working condition, so they have sent the mobile to Samsung Head Office at Okhla & told me that you will be given a new mobile or if it is not available in stock the payment will be refunded. They have given me a paper with work order No. WA[protected] dtd. 15th Sep'2009, & also written TR Payment Refund on it.

        One month has passed, But their is still no response from their side, when i call to customer care they always says that the part is not available now, whereas they have to replace my handset.

        Dear Sir/Madam,


        Last 10 years I have been used Samsung handset. Now last 15 days back I have purchase new one handset 3310 from Pune. Now there is problem for screen appearance. We have also go to the Samsung service station at Bhosle Shinde Arcade Near Deccan Bus Stop Pune. As per the service person there is LED Problem.
        But there is no physically damage in the mobile then how they will just simply say that this is the problem. Also the feedback which we have got from the service person is not proper. This is very poor performance from the service person.

          I have purchased Samsung pixon m8800 in may09. Initially it was working very well and the cam 8.0 MP was excellent. but now it started giving problems.the major problem is with touch screen. touch screen is just not responding it is freezed. it is happening quite regulary. I dont know how to deal with this problem. I dint expect this to be happen with a product of Samsung brand. This is defenetly a bad example for such brand.

          mm8800 — pixon mm8800 not starting

          the pixon is not starting normally. it is showing only welcome screen and nothing else. furthermore the pc suite is not recognising the device. turning off is only done by removing the battery.

          Samsung Pixon M8800 — Given Samsung Pixon Defective Piece and now making excuses now and offering new CKT change and no replacement after 2 months of purchase

          Hello Sir,

          This is Iqbal Johar from Mumbra, i had purchased a Samsung pixon M8800 on 20th July 2009 from Thane. and within 3 day the Phone Touchscreen stoped responding but the hard keys were working, so the Service centre gave me the crap, and did some software patching and did not give replacement then, and also promised that if the issue reoccur soon, i would be given a replacement

          Now again on 18th sept. my mobile again stop responding to the Touchscreen and the hard keys were not working this time, the phone could be power on, but could not be powered of[censored]ntil removing the battery.

          The Phone is with the Service centre since 22nd Sept 2009, they have "CLEARLY DENIED REPLACEMENT" and are only giving the option to replace the internal circuit board.

          I have had to go to the service centre every day wasting my money to hear, that they are still discussing with the Higher authority about replacement and finally now they have clearly denied replacement.

          The responsilble are Manoj (service sentre) and Jagdish (samsung) from "SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE THANE, OPP. THANE WALA GARAGE, PANCHPAKADI" and i was informed that this is decision made by the Manager "Mr Jatin Vrinagama" but they did not allow me to talk to Mr Jatin.

          I am working in Microsoft Exchange and i know that Customer service means providing resolution to customer as soon as possible and if we are not up to the mark we have to refund the amount that customer paid to get the job done in the required time.

          In this case i would like to get a replacement for My Samsung Pixon M8800

          I would like to complaint against Mr. Manoj and Mr Jagdish. and request you to please guide me as to where i need to make consumer complaint against them.

          Hoping that you will guide me in the proper direction and a reply will be greatly appreciated.

          I myself am experiencing the exact problem with my Samsung M8800 Pixon . I emailed samsung about it, and they told me i can ship it to them, but there's no guarantee that it would be repaired or replaced. I purchased my phone in May, 2009 and by September 2009, i had a phone with no response to my touch, excluding the hard keys. I'm living in Trinidad, in the Caribbean, samsung uk, seemed to suggest in their email to me that i must have bought my phone from the uk to get any real support and samsung us doesn't even carry the pixon. Help, anyone have any suggestions?

          Samsung M-8800 — Not functioning after 3 months of purchase

          I purchased a samsung handset M-8800 from Delhi in 2009 and used it occasionally. After a year it stopped functioning .In the month of october when it was sent for repairing in an authorised service centre Banderdewa(ASSAM) they replaced the touchpad at a sum of Rs 1700 which was paid to them. but still the mobile was not working then after changing the touchpad they told that it has to be sent to guwahati service centre .The ghy service centre reported that the IC of the mobile has got damaged and cannot be repaired.So what could be done?This is also a very costly handset which made me very upset as samsung mobile for me is very loving and liking. Kindly help me.Unfortunately the cashmemo is misplaced but guarantee card is with me.

          Samsung M8800 - I bought the phone in 2010 and used one year. I kept it safe in the box. I took out after 10 years and it's looks brand new still. but when put on the Phone, the phone touch screen not working. all other button are working normal. very sad, can anyone help?

            I puchased Washing Machine 90VPM on 10.10.09.The Washing Machine Packing was opened on the same day by the Samsung Technician and the back pannel cover was found damaged.The defect report was made by the Technician .

            I made complain to the Dealer as well as to Samsung India but nothing positive has been done till date.The company has neither repaired nor replaced the defective washing machine after five days.Also there is no co-ordination between the service engineers.Every time I have to tell the full story.

            If the company is providingb this type of poor services in Mumbai what will be the fate of the samsung product in the rural area.

            I wish somebody from samsung will take care to improve the after sales service.

              I bought a Samsung disk from your dealer about three years back with a warranty of 5 years.
              The details of disk is: capacity-80 GB, and number is SP0802N, P/N 0821J1FXB09143

              This is to inform you that this disk has developed defects, the details of defects are as follows:

              1. The hard disk is not working, neither its reading nor writing, It happened all of a sudden and I could not get the backup too.
              2. The plastic on its back mounting the cable connector is made from the material of a very low grade quality that it is cracked by it self, although this defect is not responsible for its read and write defect.

              I am submitting this complaint with the sealed hard disk to you for replacement, as its warranty expires in Nov. 2009. Therefore I shall request you to please replace the hard disk

              refused replacement by meerut service center

              Dealer said he has about a half doz hard disk but SAMSUNG is so Bad that they don't replace

                1. activate gprs in your mobile intall fileExplorer
                from http://m.getjar.com/mobile/products/29142/TheUltimateFileExplorer/filter/Java/Al...

                this thing you have to do for only one time..

                In FileExplorer there are option to copy one file to another folder.

                2.Open FileExplorer in your mobile.
                copy .jad and .jar of the applcation to /FileSystem
                then exit the application..

                3.type on the keypad *#6984125*#
                open a menu and look for "internals"

                4. when u click "internals" it ask for master key
                type *#9072641*#
                this code again open a menu.

                search sotrage setting.

                in storage setting you will find Update Java DB.click on it.
                and at the bottom you will find Create AX dat File. Click on it.

                now exit all things.
                and check your Games And More option in application you will find your application.

                  i am soory to say that samsung service centers are not giveing proper sevice nither responce, i gave complant regarding my washing machine (above mention model) on[protected], my complent no:[protected], technical person came next day and inspeced the machine and found timer was not working, he said he will back next day make my machine in working condation, after calling many times no responce. please look in this matter and see my machine work's properly.

                    I am a employee of Alaska exports in kasna g.noida, company purchased a samsung air conditioner model bio sleeplus on 13.05.09 against bill no.[protected], befor one month this Air conditioner is not working in garranty period. then i wrote a complaint to croma center on this number[protected]. but till date not repair my air conditioner so i am still suffering from this problem. no any response from croma center,

                    I think croma in not completly awair what is a customer service.

                    SAMSUNG BIOSLEEPLUS AC — BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

                    Hello,


                    This is to bring to the notice that I had recently, about 2 weeks ago, purchased a Samsung AC, from Reliance Digital in the Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad. The product was delivered on the same day and the installation man came on the next day to fix it.

                    However, it was not a Samsung technician but a Reliance technician who did not install one of the part from which the water drains out, also called the AC tray. This was noticed after the installation was complete and after a few days, when the water was accumulating inside the AC. This was not good and hence I raised a complaint immediately with the Reliance Helpline and I was given a compaint number, 371202. However, I did mention that I needed the technician to attend to it ASAP as I have my deadlines etc. work schedule and so on but the lady in the helpline mentioned that she was not responsible for it which was absurd. This means there is no coordination at all. Anyways, the technician did manage to come the next day and fixed the AC tray after which it was working fine. However, he fixed the front cover of the AC in a way such that it is completely broken and is hanging loose. When asked, he mentioned that it must be in that way only for cleaning the front filter which was absurd.

                    I raised another complaint, 373853 as by now I was pretty much frustrated with the customer service and the incompetant technicians, who were not able to fix it in the first go as the delight of owning a good branded AC just shattered. I have an AC from LG as well but it has performed well and no issues until date. This complaint is yet to attended and I have not yet heard back anything for this which means there will be a delay.

                    I am really surprised that the Reliance Digital customer care is not at all upto the mark and I should have actually purchased the AC from the real Samsung showroom which would have saved me so much frustration and trouble. Also, they are not very helpful as well.

                    I would already announce in my workplace and inform all my friends anc colleagues, never to buy any electronics product from Reliance Digital showroom as it is not worth it at all. If you are going to pay the money, always a good deal to go directly the specific brand showroom and purchase it from there and save onself from so much hassle, trouble and frustration.

                      1. The phone doesn’t have call reject facility.
                      2. The 3.2Mp Camera is useless in image quality and color reproduction.

                      Contacts only show the names, does not allow me to change it to any other setting such as ( name and telephones ). The profiles are so limited, there is not much to

                      I am quite happy with my Samsung GT-B7320 but there are some vast improvements which need to be made for the phone to compete with the mainstream smart phone mobiles.

                      I could not get it to connect with my home's WiFi connection. Despite giving it whatever it asked for (certificates et all).

                      I wanted to upgade my Windows 6.1 to Windows Mobile 6.5 but everytime I connect the phone to the application. It would return a message saying that the "battery is too low to perform this operation", despite my phone being completely charged.

                      As mentioned by most of the users in this board, the applications more or less are likely not to work with the phone. I tried one myself... It did install but returns server errors everytime I want to use it (the same configurations work with all the other brand of mobiles.

                          i am facing a problem for my slide. it is not working from about 6 months iwent to my nearest service centre they said to me that "we will order it you can take it after 1 weekon the same day".
                          then i went after 1 weak then they says the same. then i went again and again and got the same answer.
                          Now i am exauhsted to go to the service centre.

                          Hope that u will give good response. if don't then i will not purchase any product of samsung in future.

                            HI,
                            I bought a cell phone at basanvangudi in bangalore (samsung star) which had to be collected at the chennai outlet in Anna nagar. The sales executive asked me to make the payment which i did and asked me to produe a photocopy of my driving license. The person who had to collect the phone had to produce a photocopy of the bill and a proof f his address.

                            The requested details were provided in Chennai and they asked for a RV number. I contacted the Bangalore office, sopke to Mr. Lingraj and got the RV number and gave it to the chennai Office. They later came up with a new formaily saying they needed the Order NUmber. Back to square one call up Mr.Lingraj Listen to some nonsense and deliver the same to Chennai office in Anna Nagar. Ive made 10 phone calls to give the information between the offices and the person who had to collect the phone went to UNivercell Anna Nagar 4 times and finally after all the formalities they asked for the original bill. I came down to Chennai produced the bill and collected the phone.

                            This whole process has wasted my time and ive been doing the job o[censored]nivercell employees for free for having bought a phone from their outlet.

                            The phone was collected 10 days after the payment was made. I demand an explanation for this low level service. Univercell mobiles has not benefited me in anyway. The sale should have not been accepted in the first place in Bangalore if the Store cannot provide the service and if the sale has been accepted then stand up to what you speak. This is the worst experience i have ever had for a product that i have purchased and i expect the store to give me a reason and show customer satisfaction rather than sending automated mails of apologies.

                                  I would like to bring the following facts in your knowledge which are highly unacceptable for the so called big and reputed Electronics Consumer products company.
                                  This is not only my experience what I observed during the span of this period from the other affected customer of sumsung products.
                                  No company run the business for long run on the advertisement basis and throwing the product in the marked without any back up and support services, being electronics engineer and knowledge of this field I am dead sure you will definitely suffer for these lapses.

                                  Series of sequences of suffering.
                                  1.Mentioned Mobile set SGH J 210 was purchased one year back from now
                                  2.After two month set developed problem , but service not rendered by your service centre Dwarka for which complaints was lodged to you and your customer care.
                                  3.After six month set again developed problem of joystic malfunctioning, and with the suggestion of your customer care , set was given for repair at District Centre Janak Puri New Delhi on 2nd Aug 2009.
                                  4.Last 68 days I had been lodging many complaints with your customer service centre ,customer care and other relating departments.
                                  5. Yesterday, when I en-quired about the status of set, service centre Mr Neeraj ([protected]) told set has been repaired , I went for the collection of set but shape and condition of set was worsened and as if set was mishandled and not repaired set was without joystick knob secondly camera not working where as this problem was not there at all.
                                  set still lying with you i don't know when it will be repair in perfect condition.
                                  set was full of scratches and not assembled properly even from one side set was not closing.
                                  It clearly shows that there is no service back up without any quality control checks (means without ISO certified service).
                                  I will not accept the the set in such a condition.
                                  I am govt official and do not compel me to use my designation to open up your Pandora, hence this is my sincere advise to get your system in line and get my set in perfect working condition or else replace the set ( but not in BAD SHAPE)

                                  I would like to divert your attention towards service, either not rendered or denied by your service centre at Dwarka Mahavir Enclave ( near sector 1 )
                                  I had purchased the Mobile Set Make Samsung model no SGH J 210 On 24.08.2009 through Hot spot shop in Dwarka. As per the bill and told by the shopkeer that warranty cover for one year .
                                  On 22 Mar 09, my set was gone fault ( set key function was malfuctioning). i approached to your service centre after a long waiting my set was opened and i was told that moisture has gone in it and it does not cover the warranty I need to pay for the repair the set where as i didnot notice any moisture on the PCB only some dust like accumulation spot was there. They asked heavy amount to replace the Board approx Rs 1000/-.
                                  I am dead sure my set was not ingressed with moisture and I tried to contact your costumer care but i did not get the positive response from his end, but i do not want to blame the customer becouse he is at distant end and not aware of the things.
                                  But your service centre is definitely playing with the customer and try to grab the money from customer by illegal method.This is as good as denial of service under warranty.
                                  i asked him to close the set and give to me, after closing the set , mobile was not getting switched on.This fault was created by your service centre.
                                  Secondly , same story he was conveyed to one more customer and dozzing like any thing, this i had noticed.
                                  Lator on for confirmation i went to local repairing shop ,he opened up the set and noticed only dust accumulation was there on the PCB track by the side of roller switch, he just cleaned and took only Rs 40/- and my set was functional totally within 5 minutes.
                                  Now you can judge yourself how customer being deceived by your service centre.
                                  I would expect a stern action from your end otherwise i would mail to Hidustan times and other media and even may project to consumer Redressel forum.
                                  May I expect a quick response as I could not project this matter to you timely as i was out of station.

                                  I feel very bad and disgusted when the mobile set which i bought from The Great SAMSUNG Model J 150 developed prob when it was within the warranty period.ie after 8 months it showed the face and the quality of the company...

                                  When the service centre NEHRU PLACE was contacted i got a shocking reply that i had to pay Rs.3000 as service charge(i was still in warranty period).The cost of purchase itself is Rs.4500.See the service charge.

                                  Heated argument went on with a Senior Engineer who told that the set might be mishandled by me which could have led to the prob. Then I put down the following questions for which he could give any satisfactory answers :

                                  1. When I was very sure of the proper handling, how the set can be damaged without my knowledge?
                                  2. What is the guaranty of the inner parts ? Why cant I say that is the defect due to the production itself?
                                  3. The problem is the charging connector is broken with the track. Suppose if it falls accidentally can it lead to such a damage? Is it not having mild shock proof atleast ?

                                  By best suggestion is never buy a product just by seeing the brand. SAMSUNG is literally cheating and wasting the customer's money by selling cheap items in the name of good product.

                                  I gave my Samsung Mobile GT-S8500 to the authorized samsung service center - CEE EMM Serives - on 19th Feb 2011 because of software problem. 6 days already and they have no solution for my problem. Above that, they are still not sure whether the mother-board will be changed or not.

                                  I am one of end customer for Samsung products. I have about 3 samsung products namely Air Conditioner (1.5 ton), 40 Inch LCD TV (K40D550) and French door refrigerator (RF67DEPN).

                                  I relocated my house from one multi-storey apartment complex (L&T serene county residential township, Gachibowli, Hyderabad) to another multi-storey apartment complex (Aparna Sarovar, nallagandla, Hyderabad).
                                  Uninstallation of AC was successfully done by one of your service provider. At the time o[censored]ninstallation, the technician along with me, had checked that the Air Conditioner is in good working condition.
                                  But during reinstallation in the new premise, the service provider's technician messed up with the AC copper piping in the bid to charge me for extra copper fixing. He also made attempts to travel the copper piping unnecessarily extra so that he can charge me for it.
                                  The technician fiddled with the AC installation for 8 hours yet he was incompetent to successfully complete the work by 7PM. Another set of technicians arrived few days later, fixed up the copper wiring leakage and confirmed that there was no need to travel the copper wiring so far unnecesarily. But now the AC is not working effectively even at 16 degree Celsius with the fan blower on high.
                                  At the end of day, my AC is not working effectively with a traumatic journey for 3 weeks. Prior to this, this same AC was used on 24 degree clecius in a smaller room with much better cooling.

                                  Issue # 2 - French door refrigerator - RF67DEPN - purchased from Reliance digital, banjara hills, Hyderabad.

                                  This is a French door fridge with water dispenser. It requires water connection to be done for making ice. Before purchasing this fridge, we had several discussions with Samsung technician from Reliance digitals showroom, about the feasibility of water connection in our apartment.
                                  This included paper sketches of the kitchen explaining the way false ceiling has been done and the location of fridge to be installed. I was assured that such similar installations have been done successfully in the past with longer distances. Based on these assurances, I purchased the refrigerator on 22nd April 2011.
                                  Till date (28 May 2011), the installation of water connection is not done. I have raised several service requests with Samsung Customer care, but none have been addressed and able to complete the work.
                                  This is another traumatic journey of 3 weeks with a dissatisfied experience.

                                    i have bought a 250gb hard disk of this company (model no. ST3250318AS, part no. 9SL131-301, and def-serial no. 6VM4D3ZL) from Kolkata( name of the shop is Shaboo Computer Pvt. Ltd.) in 10th September’2009 and they told me that it has a warranty period of 5 years, but after 7days it stop working properly and i contacted at the service centre of seagate ( which is in 12,lower Rowdon Street, Kolkata-16, Excell Front Line) and they told me that it will take around 7 days roughly. Along with it they gave me an acknowledgment of receiving the hard disc from me and i also get a sms about the same which has a call id. But till date they do not replace my hard disc. They told that recent the stock not available.
                                    I have been facing lots of trouble due to their indiffrent and rude attitude and deeply hurted by the kind of pranks they are playing on me.

                                    system can not load files from sata hard disk
                                    Seagate Sata customer services is very poor.
                                    i am using samsung corby colors.. whenever i try to change the sim in mobile .. it start registaringing the sim information and balance of sim start deducting 1.50/- Rs per sms .. it continues till i am not switch off the mobile and change my sim with previous one.. i am totally fed up from this situation.. please provide any convinient solution to resolve my problem as soon as possible...

                                      My Samsung CDMA handset SCH-S259 had a blank white display problem.
                                      I took it to the Samsung Mobile Service Centre in Mumbai at Lalbaug area at following address
                                      (Master Care Services,Shop no.6,Anandji Laddha bldg,lalbaug,Mumbai-400012).
                                      The technician opened the handset in front of me and check it and told me that it had display problem and needs to be kept at the service centre for 15 days.Later after 10 days I got a call from the service centre that there is a board problem and it cannot be replaced as there is a water logging problem.But I know that there is no such problem because the handset was kept in box for last 4 months when it was in a working condition.Also the handset battery sticker also doesnt indicate any water logging problem.
                                      When I called Samsung Mobile Customer care they told me visit some other samsung service centre(Does that mean that they themselves don't trust their own service centre? ).

                                      My phone's warranty is going to expire on November 3rd 2009.Please help me in this case.
