Dear Sir,
I purchased my mobile set on 21/01/09 of Samsung, Model no SGH-B310R.
IMEI No - [protected].
My set get damaged on 03/10/2009.
On 05/10/2009, I approached the Samsung service centre for repair and they approved my
set for repair, and told me the my cell will be repair in 7 to 10 days. But till today I had not
got my set repaired. Today on 31/10/2009, when I approached the Samsung customer
Center ( Infotel Services in New Alipore, Kolkata), where I had submited my set for repair,
they told me that it will take minimum 10 more days for repair
Being a businessman, time is very essential for me and because of the absence of mobile,
I incurred many losses ,
Now, as they dont have been able to repair my cell, I want full refund of my set, i.e., Rs
2499.00 and also the compensation for my bussiness loss and for the haressment,
