I GOT THIS SAMSUNG SPLIT AC OF 1.50 TON . FOR INSTALLATION I CALLED UP SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAME DAY SENT INSTALLATION TEAM WHO CHARGED 1500 FOR INSTALLATION AND SAID THAT I NEED TO PLACE REQUEST FOR DEMO NOW , ON 24TH OCTOBER 2009 , I PLACED REQUEST FOR DEMO WHICH HAD TO BE DONE BY LOCAL ENGINEER OF SAMSUNG , BARODA . THEY GAVE ME REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE SAME . SINE 24TH OCT 2009 I AM CALLING EVERYDAY AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAPS KEEP ASSURING ME THAT ENGINEER WOULD VISIT AND THEY KEEP CONFIRMING AGAIN AND AGAIN SAME ADDRESS DETAILS AND PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS WASTING TIME . YESTERDAY THERE WAS THIS NEW LADY WHO ASSURED THAT ENGINEER WOULD CONTACT AND GIVE DEMO , SHE ALSO SAID THAT THERE ENGINEER DOES NOT VISIT CUSTOMER ON DAILY BASIS AND THAT SHE HAS SPOKEN TO LOCAL SERVICE CHAPS IN BARODA AND THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT ME .

I AM SO SHOCKED HOW COME SUCH A COMPANY BEHAVES SO STUPIDLY WITH THERE CUSTOMERS , INSTALLATION CHAPS CAME CUZ THEY WERE GETTING PAID WHILE FOR DEMO THESE WONT COME AS ITS SERVICE . SUCH A COMPANY THIS IS THAT NEVER IN MY LIFE I WOULD BUY THERE PRODUCT , THESE RASCALS TREAT CUSTOMERS SO BADLY THAT THEY SHOULD BE FINED AND KICKED AWAY FROM MARKET .

    I bought my set from Mobile Store in Kolkata a year back & on 1st week of September I faced some display & keypad problem with my phone set & approached your authorized service centre 'M/S Videoking' on 21.09.2009 to rectify the same & after checking they confirmed me that the LCD most probably has been damaged & they will take 3/4 working days to rectify the same & will take Rs. 2050/- to do the same. But after that I called them after 30.09.2009 to check I can collect the same may be 4 - 5 times but each & every time they were asking for another 2/3 days to deliver the same. Ultimately, they handed back my set saying that this phone cannot be operated any more. Though the display problem was solved but it cannot find the service provider reception. But there was no such issue when I gave it to them. I took it back to my place & next day when I checked phone set inbuilt IMEI no., it was different from the original. It was [protected]/3. HOW CAN THE IMEI NO. CHANGES AFTER A SERVICING FROM SAMSUNG'S AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE!!!!! PLEASE ANSWER ME THAT.
    OBVIOUSLY THERE WAS NO ANSWER FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AS WELL WHEN I WENT BACK TO THEM THE NEXT DAY. THEY TOOK THE PHONE SAYING THAT THEY WILL POSITIVELY DO THE NECESSARY RECTIFICATION WITHIN NEXT 3 DAYS & WILL CALL ME TO SAY THE DELIVERY DAY. BUT THEY AGAIN FAILED TO KEEP UPTO THEIR COMMITMENT TO DELIVER IN THEIR SAID DATE & TIME.

    NOW, CAN ANYONE FROM CORPORATE GIANT LIKE SAMSUNG EXPLAIN THIS SITUATION. CAN ANYONE CAN EXPLAIN ME THAT WHY SHOULD'NT I MAKE AN FIR TO THE POLICE (for changing my IMEI No.) OR GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM DEMANDING A COMPENSATION!!!!

    Samsung SGH-J700 — Replace my handset

    Hello Sir,
    My name is Priyanka, B.Tech. Computer Science Student. I complaint to SamsungIndia about my samsung phone's hanging problem one and half month ago.
    I purchased samsung mobile on 3 may, 2008.
    Samsung service center kept my phone for 12 days & told me that now you dont face the same problem but my problem is still there.
    I tried to contact samsung service officer Sarvendra Chauhan's Phone but he gave no response & cut my Phone everytime.
    But i still face the same problem from the day of purchase & after one Service also.
    So please give the solution of my problem.
    So please replace my handset otherwise return my samsung mobile phone's payment.

    hi me sajal final year cse eng sudent and frm punjab. i wuld like to kick these samsung mobile programmers for bugging their applications and secondly for their liminting maz size of installations ...hey yu freaks darn uuuuuuuuuu moreover i creacked yur applications and all the secret unlocking codes ...any frnds if too bugged by samsung mail me to get these codes and lets propagate their cracks and pitfalls

    Samsung, J700 — Bad Services and Fraud

    I Ruchi Gupta purchased a Samsung J700 Mobile on 21st June 2008. From last 2 to 3 months my mobile was not working properly. As the mobile was in warranty period, I took the mobile phone to M/s Beechay Service Center, and authorized Samsung service center located at Cannaught Place, Outer Circle, Municipal Market, New Delhi who informed me that there is some display problem, as such you are required to leave your mobile phone for repairing the same for few days. The same was left with them for repairs. They further informed me that when the mobile will be repaired, they will inform me for collecting the same. After 10 – 15 days I made a call to them when they fail to inform me in the status of mobile phone. I was informed that I can collect the phone. I collected the phone but it started giving the same problem within three days. I again took the phone to the same service center. They took about half an hour to check the phone and told me that I have to leave phone once again. I left the phone with them for repairs. After 15 days they informed me that the Display LCD is required to be changed for which I will have to pay Rs. 1945/-, as there is internal damage. They never informed me at the time of taking the phone for repairs that the phone’s LCD display is damaged. It seems to me that the phone got damaged when they tried to repair it and now they want me to bear the cost of their mistake and when I resisted, they made the changes in the service memo to hide their mistake. It is apparent that there intentions are malafide and I have been taken for granted that I will pay the charges to get the phone repaired.

    I therefore request that the company be asked to replace the broken part which was due to their mistake as the mobile phone is in warranty period.

    Samsung SGH-J700 — Customer service

    Yesterday (12th June 2009) I went to The Mobile Store Sarita Vihar Outlet in New Delhi, there i choose one Samsung mobile - SGH J700 as displayed in the rack and asked sales girl Ms Shrest to get the same billed but without informing us she get SGH-J700i billed, I only went for J700 because of the chrome finish, i discovred the same after some time and imediately placed a call to her and she assured you come tomorrow and we will discuss. When we reached there day after Shrest was not present in the store, and store incharge did't tried to listen that both these sets are different - and argued heavly with us which should not definetly be a soothing experience for all o[censored]s, this is my second horrible experience with The Moble Store and this time its a case of cheating as some thing is displayed and something is sold without intimation, please suggest what should be done in this case at the earliest.       sir,
      i purchase mi samsung mobile set S3310 on August,2009. From last 1-2 weeks it's speakers does not work properly. and also sometimes when i attend some calls, i cann't hear the voice of other caller.Mi mobile is under gurrantee period,so sir please tell what i have to do now to overcome from this problem.

        I have purchase a Samsung mobile (E1410) on 25/05/2009 whose IMEI No. is 358223/02/088247/4 while using the mobile I fell some kind of problem as this phone automatically switch off any time so I contact your customer and asked for address of service centre where I can go and get my mobile repaired. They gave us the address of which was CARIANO TELECOM PVT.LDT. 4/1, Roop Nagar, Delhi-7, mob-[protected],65155355 . I gave my mobile to them on 25/7/2009 and they gave me slip in which they have filled wrong information as in condition of equipment whey have ticked on Scratches on Aesthetics /Body and Keypad Faded / Key missing but my mobile does not have any problem in keypad or in body as I have use my mobile for only 2month (app.) my mobile was in brand new condition and after many call to them they give my mobile back after 3 months BUT NOW IT WAS IN VERY BAD CONDITION the pad is changed and not working properly and the upper part of my mobile body is totally changed they have use my mobile for many days because their some contact and messages in my phone.
        why they don’t give my mobile back if it was repaired on time?
        Why they use my mobile without asking me ?
        If they have use my mobile for some illegal purposes who was responsible for that ?
        So I request you please take some action and tell me what was the reason they have use my mobile for 3 months and change my mobile body parts.
        please repair my mobile form good service centre.

          > On 28th May 2009, I purchased an SAMSUNG SUPER HERO mobile (IMEI No.: A10000015B8181) from TECHNOVISION at PG Road, Secunderabad wide bill no.:2119. I use my Tata Indicom number with this phone.
          On 10th Oct 09, when I was charging my mobile, the phone was getting heated. The batter never charged. It also displayed some message as it is over heating. > > I searched the net and found out Samsung mobile dealer address in the website of Samsung. The address and the telephone numbers of the service centre were mentioned wrong. But I managed to get the new address � Ratna Electronics.
          On 12th Oct I went to the Ratna Electronics service centre. After briefly checking the phone, the service engineer there said the phone is not repairable and will have to be replaced. They have issued me 3 documents � Service copy (work order number � WA[protected]), replacement certificate (Sl. No.[protected] and Samsung replacement certificate (RC � REPLC[protected]B) for TATA-Samsung mobile.
          With the above documents I went to the shop �Technovision� where I have purchased the mobile. I have the phone and its accessories. I do not have the box. Mr. Syed Altaf ([protected]) said without the box he will not accept the replacement. I told him that I do not have the box and asked for help. He called a few numbers. I assumed he was called his distributor.
          Till date I did not get the replacement.

          samsung super hero mobile phone — Replacement

          This is to inform you that i had buy a samsung super hero mobile phone on 20/08/09,on the second day i found the mobile was not working so i have given the mobile on service centre,they declair that the it was manufacturing defect so they have issue me a DOE certificate for replacement.My complaint is regarding the retailer who is till now not replacing the handset.IT had been already 10 days past still he is harishing me .....The shop name is Mobile Guru,Golmuri Market Jmshedpur-831003...plz reply what action should i take.

              Dear Customer Care Officer,
              i had purchased the best mobile called samsung BRILLIANCE.....on 7th september 2009.i got lots of good remarks from my friends for this handset,but suddenly the cell started disfunctioning on 14th october 2009.i had given my mobile for repairs to the service center in pune called SHARP TELECOM the same day.the cell was to be delivered to me within 15 days,but yet there is no response.the reason given by the repair officers is that it takes longer time for handsets which are newly launched!if this is the case i dont think any of my friends or relatives will ever opt for any of the samsung devices.....
              please do the needfull as early as possible so that i can use my handset and regain the position that samsung had before for all my friends and relatives.

                Respected Sir/ Madam,

                I recently bought a Samsung LCD 32 inches model no LA32B530P7RLXL on 26/09/2009. I bought this TV from Adishwar India Ltd on Marathahallu - Sarajapur Ring Road, Bangalore. The problem is that once the TV was installed i noticed that there was some thing wrong with color of TV. The Samsung came for the demo and i told him the same, he said that the problem is not due to TV but due to the Set top Box of digital Cable Television from Hathway. I beleived him and waited for 2 weeks and then changed the cable connection to Big Tv and again i didnt any change in the Color.
                Then I changed the input to the TV from initial AV1 to AV2 and then i saw the color changed and everything was fine. I tried calling up the Samsung Help Desk and altast got a compaling registered.
                The Samsung engineer came about 2 days back and then he says now they only replace TV Tuner card and not the complete TV. This is totaly unacceptable as the TV is not even a monthly old and the problem was observed from Day1. The Samsung compalaint no is [protected]. When i called up the engineer even today he says call up my manager if you want but we wont change the TV. The engineers Vijay Kumar.

                I really need some help from forum in getting the TV replaced at the earliest.

                  I have purchased Samsung mobile SCH-S379 on nearly 22nd of october 2009 from Jabalpur , state Madha pradesh , country India

                  Mobile should provide atleast basic services without interruption & pain .
                  Basic services means Battery backup , signalling , voice clarity , processing of mobile , customer care.
                  I am not satisfied by any above given services.

                  In my Samsung mobile handset SCH-S379, it is going to heatup continuously when i am on oncall .within 10-20 minutes mobile temperature is too high ,that person can't keep his cellphone in contact with ears or any body part, it can be dangerous
                  its signalling is very low , evenly same place i used LG 2650( my old mobile) it giving all tover with proper voice clarity without heatup.

                  I have talked on[protected], 29-oct-2009 to customer care , my complain in is [protected].
                  again i discuss with[protected] ( city mumbai , state Maharastra , , country india),
                  I got response , my mobile should only 7 days old then they will give me new handset or any service , or either i make fake bill toward my mobile for getting my services.

                  I did not get good response & services for customer care .

                  I have paid money to samsung for handset ,because it is trusted & world level brand & company.


                  I am feeling mentally & financially cheated by company.

                  I have mailed company id support.[protected]@samsung.com , but till now i did not receive any mail or phone call.

                    My mobile details as follows- SAMSUNG having model GT-C3010S, SL.NO-RW7S838928Y, IMEI/RSN NO-[protected] and purchased no 14.09.2009 from Hot Spot H-pocket Market Sarita Vihar.

                    I have been given my mobile to be repaired on dated 08/10/2008 to Lady Executive Kalpana on Samsung dealer M/S Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd Add-CC-28, Nehru Enclave Kalkaji. Work Order no No- [protected].I have given the complaint of automatic get off with low battery back up.

                    Till date I have not received my mobile.I complaint many times to Samsung corporate office but still no budy bothered even to call me and explain the status.
                    I met with one lady Executive (on delivery/assoseries counter) she told me your mobile mother board damaged. And this will taken a time for another four days, i still be waited for many four days but problem remained same. She also gave reply that part is not available in Delhi so this will brought from Chennai India.

                    My request you please help and sourted out the matter with new hand set.How can i take a repaired hand set, if your mobile mother board got damage with in the use of twenty days. I have no trust on Samsung mobile.
                    Kindly help me. I wasted lot of my time as well as harden money.

                      I bought a new Samsung mobile Model GT-S3310 on august of this year and the phone seems good and work nicely for a month after a month i have found little trouble with my phone first thing is the phone heats very quickly,secondly the phone shows full range but i don't get my incoming calls and cannot call anybody.So i want to replace or service my phone.Actually i feel so pity about Samsung
                      because from only 3 months the phone is showing complaints.feeling so bad about Samsung products.

                        i have purchased above said handset of samsung in july 2009 after few days it begun with lots of problems i shown it samsung service centre kanpur motijhil but they are not giving it back to me and it is more then 1 month whenever i go they simply refuge b'cz of fone i have suffered alot plz do take neccessary step with in 1 week i want results or else i have to go to consumercourt. my complain no. is 13845 this no. was alloted to me from samsung service centre kanpur motijhil.
                        hope u do consider it seriously.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had purchased a Samsung Refridgerator on October 15, 2009 from Ezone Oberoi Mall. It was delivered to us on October 18, 2009. When the Samsung service representative came for installation he noticed that the fridge was damaged at the base and therefore cannot be installed propoerly. we requested both Samsung India and Ezone for replacement but none of the companies are ready to replace it.

                          Since the product was delivered from the Samsung Warehouse by Samsung employees, I dont see a reason why they should not replace the piece.

                          Since I have paid the price of a fresh piece I refuse to accept a damged/repaired one. Foloowing are the details of the invoice:

                          Samsung India — defective refrigerator delivered in place of new

                          i purchased a refrigerater from khosla electronics of 1/1 old court house street kolkata 1 (dalhausie) on[protected] .they delivered a defective refrigerator on[protected] . a man came to install the refrigerator on[protected] which was not working properly. i complained to samsung india and khosla electronic repeatedly but till date no respnse has been shown by them.i am very frustrated to see this type o[censored]nexpected treatment .what should i do now..... i dont know

                          i am noor ahmed khan.p from bellary, karnataka, 11 Feb 2010 i purchase the samsung refrigerator from the vasavi digital shop, kalamma street bellary, so on the date 14/08/2010 at 6:55 pm on that time we are in the occation of iftar (ramzan) party at my anuty's house, in between burn the refrigerator, my neibhour inform me, that smoke is comming out of from my house, i came to home and opened the door and my house is sorrounded totally with smoke, and the top of the refrigerator is burning with fire. and immediately i off the smoke with water, its totally burn, and i was become very upset and the next day i went to delar shop, and they din't respond me properly even they din't take my complaint so kindly i request you to solve my problem as early as possible,

                            Hi,

                            After getting highly frustrated I am logging this complaints against SAMSUNG.

                            On 15th Oct 09 logged a call with Samsung Customer service (BP # [protected])determining a repair of the above mentioned microwave. Somebody came to check the microwave on 20th Oct 09 & we were informed that some parts need to be repaired. As agreed the repair person will get the parts & will come on Saturday 24th Oct 09. Nobody turned up till now with NO response from SAMSUNG.

                            When called Customer Service on Sunday 25th Oct 09 was informed that the repair person closed the BP NO. raised stating the microwave is working fine. Then constantly called on 26th &27th Oct 09 asking somebody to repair it but i think SAMSUNG doesnot beleive in servicing the customer & retaining them.

                            Had NO GOOD idea that Samsung deals with the customer in this unprofessional way, maybe i expected too much than their standards.

                            My Apologies.

                            Can somebody PLEASE HELP ME urgently.

                              I had raised a complaint with samsung the next day of buying this TFT. It had a manufacturing defect and asked for a replacement at service center number. The exec came and replaced the screen only and now the monitor has gaps on the side.

                              Samsung has been ignoring all the calls to service center with promising of fixing things in 48 hours. Complaint is still open and now i am here at forums and consumer centers.

                              My advice to everyone on this monitor, donot buy it

                              a) Service is poor
                              b) There are no escalations in service centers, so there is not much you can do once service center is not inclined to fix things.
                              My company SKIDATA India Pvt. Ltd. purchase so many samsung TFT monitors, but one of the monitor is not working. No signal message occur on monitor screen.

                                  Samsung Washing Machine — Defective Product

                                  we have purchased one Samsung washing Machine model no. 9207 AG for Rs.8300/- vide Invoice no. K-02409/09-10 Dated[protected] from M/s Kalpana Digital world, 1/10, 12 Lalita Park main vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092

                                  Since from the very begining when we start using the product... we feel that there is a problem in the movement it was not moving in full speed and also problem in the timer & they had changed the timer and we complaint about this to the dealer and the engineer who had come to install the product was also unable to satisfy.

                                  Now , it is total fail..and not working ( Draier is not working) and company says that the engineer is on route but we are still waiting the engieer....
                                  THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHOULD BE REPLACED..... Company says that the Dealer is responsible to replace that machine...
                                  we don't know how can we replace this faulty product kindly guide us ....

                                  Its been a year and a half since we brought our washing machine and we have had nothing but problems with it the 1st problem was the pump broke down .Then Wilson's repair men came and they took it away and left us with a different washer then they brought it back and it still wasn't working then i realized that they put the wrong face on it .So they fix it again .All up the washer has played up so many times that Wilson's have been up here 12 times to fix it .Now when i put it on colours wash it has smoke come out of it and its not the first time that's happened the second time it had smoke come out of it we rang Wilson's they came over to look at it and there was no smoke but he said not to do the washing when we weren't home.I found that when the load is small and on a different setting it wont smoke good thing we have warranty otherwise we would have no washing machine .We also brought a kettle, toaster, TV, 2 samsung microwaves from the good guys the toaster is the only thing that we haven't had problems with we will never buy another samsung product and we will advise our friends not to as well. Thanks for nothing samsung.

                                    I have purchased Samsung LCD TV LA40B550 from E Zone in Chembur, Mumbai, on[protected]. Samsung sent over an engineer to set up the TV. I noticed that the batteries and user manual were missing. The engineer used batteries from one of my other remotes as if that was a very normal thing to do. He told me to contact customer care for the manual. After about 10 to 15 calls, the same engineer was sent over to my house with a xerox copy of the manual. When I asked him about the original, he said that I would not be given the batteries or the manual as it was originally missing from the package. Is he trying to say that if the TV is originally missing from the package when it is opened, then the TV will not be delivered??? This is absolutely ridiculous!! I still continued contacting the Samsung customer care. They gave me a request number-[protected]. Till now I have not heard from Samsung or from EZone.

                                      I had purchase a new samsung mobile handset from Aggarwal Communications (Rohini)
                                      before 10 days... on dated 13th Oct' 09. Samsung Mobile Handset no is SCH- M569. I am
                                      facing major problem in this new handset. On dated 25th Oct i submit my mobile in samsung customer care for repairing and checking for the fault of disconnecting the call and software problem.
                                      but still i am facing the same problem again in my set. There is a request please change my mobile handset as soon as possible. i cant take this mobile pls change this handset.

                                      Samsung handset Model: M569 — faulty handset

                                      This is to draw your attention to a problem faced by me due to my Samsung handset purchased sometime back. I had purchased a Samsung handset Model: M569 in January this year, which has been creating lots of trouble. Either it gets switched off on its own or call drops among other things. I had given the handset for repair at Samsung, Nehru Place svc center, with the following work order number: [protected] of the complaint on 9 May, I've been regularly calling and going at the Nehru Place Service centre but to no avail and after my repeated visits to the service centre, they finally gave me the phone back on 22 May saying it has been repaired. But when I switched it on after five mins it started creating the same trouble. It is really hampering my work. As I'm without a phone for the last three weeks. If they had not repaired my phone why did they say that it has been repaired.

                                      They simply do not listen and its tiring to keep going there every now and then. Because of the careless attitude of the Samsung Mobile I've incured losses in my work, as I'm without a phone, plus my phone bill shot up for this month to two folds (the phone gets disconnected every five secs, therefore I have to keep making the calls again and again, which ultimately lead to heavy bill)

                                      If there is some problem in the handset, isn't it the responsibility of the company to inform the customer about the same and issue a fresh handset, rather than making one go to the service centre every now and then.

                                      Kindly let me know what should I do in this regard.

                                      I would like to bring to your kind notice that sch m569 is not friendly user like nokia iam unable to send group messages when i approached your service centre located at VV puram to clarify the issue, the old man at recetion always disappoints me saying that we dont know about this model and even to transfer the numbers from cd/pendrive he will not respond properly then why you appoint such people?.

                                      If possible kindly ask any of your executive to call and explain how to send group messages, dont makes to loose trust in the samsung company.

                                      Samsung SCH M569 — Faulty Handset

                                      I had submitted my MPower 569 handset to the service centre at Ghatkopar in May as i had network issue with the handset and the phone used to switch off ample times.
                                      They returned my cell on 29th June.
                                      It did not work still. They mentioned that they changed the motherboard
                                      Then i called up again at the Help line numbers and this time i was asked to submit my cell at Vile Parle at the samsung service centre.
                                      they repaired my cell and returned it after 15-20 days
                                      It worked fine till Jan and the network problem began again.
                                      I would not get calls as my number used to throw a busy message all the time.
                                      I complained to the MD of Tata Indicom and they checked my sim in another samsung handset which worked fine.
                                      So the issue was with the Handset. I spend 10000 on a phone which has harassed me mentally n physically.
                                      I wish to return n need a refund on my money.
                                      I will also approach the consumer court for all the torture i have received to run around places all the way from chembur.
                                      Pls look into this seriously and make arrangements for my refund
                                      I forgot my SCH-M569 handset's security code, can anybody suggest me the process to unlock it.

                                        I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on dt. 15.09.2009 from Reliancedigital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Since is running in good condition, but i defrost the freiger on 26.10.2009 to check the defrost system, but it found that the ice water comming out of the refrigerator.
