with reference to the subject, I purchased Mobile Samsung E 1410 on 03/08/09 from ONE MOBILE at Airoli. On 18.09.09 became dead in the morning. On 19.9.09 I handed to the SAMSUNG service centre at VASHI SERVICES vide work order no. 4062 dt. 19.09.09 . But till today the staff is telling that parts are not available. I can't understand it is a very big organisation how can they tell that the parts are not available...
