this is to inform u that i amit purchased s3500 set on 24/08/09 from shri ram communicatoin , N.I.T FARIDABAD.and at of the september there was a problem in the cell that it didn't get started. then i gave it to samsung care they kept the set for one month and returned it to me on 4 november and now there is again the same problem in cell.so what should i do now? i can't give the cell again for one month.
plzz help me sir.

    A have purchased new mobile set in May-09. This set became dead on 12 Oct-09. Deposited to Samsung repair Centre on 13th Oct-09 with receipt WA[protected]. I have been regularly checking for the set but set was not returned. Complained to Samsung Support unit but was informed that the set will be returned to me in a day or two . This date also has passed 10 days ago. No reply from their repair centre. I am approaching you for the suitable action against Samsung and getting my set back in working condition.       hi,
      I purchased the samsung star touch mobile phone in june this year eventually the phone stopped working by 20/9/09 as it was shutting down again and again on its own so i went to your service centre located in nehru place delhi on 23/9/09.

      there i was attended by Mr.Santosh as front desk,he inspected the cell phone and said that case it may take around a weeks time to get it repaired.

      I went to the service centre after almost 10 days and there at the delivery counter i was told by the lady there that the case will be forwarded to higher department as either i will get a refund or replacemnt for the phone.

      so i waited around 15 days more and i called the service centre on[protected] to know the status of the case where my call was attended by Mr.Rahul Vohra and he told me that i will be called back by his senior Mr.Nishant and i am still waiting for his call.

      so again after waiting for almost 2 more weeks i went to your service centre again where i met Mr.mukesh and he told mw that case was not forwarded yet for the clearence and he will be doing it then and time fram egiven to me is again of around 10-15 days more.

      now its almost 2 months now and still the case is pending which shows the poor customer service and the incapabilities of the people,

      as a custtomer i expect that people should take ownership of the cases.

        I have purchased a Ultra Slim CTV on[protected] from Talwar Electronics, Panipat. In the month of September 2009 certain problem related to its electric part inside the TV arises and i have lodged complaint via telephone on 19-Sept-2009 vide BP no [protected]. Till date the service centre is not able to confirm proper condition of the TV to me. I have made various calls and personaly visited the place too. I am very sorry to say that a big company like Samsung is providing a third class Service Centre.

          I have a samsung mobile, modle no SGH - X 660 . In 2004 i buy it from a mobile shop of kalna where i lived , Breaking the seal i saw there was no any cord or softwere. Then i reached in to the shop seller asured me to bring me a cord and softwere. then i go back to the home. And then i took severl picture of my doughter . But until today the seller not bring me those goods . Many seller and mobile repaier told me they can but in field they can not bring me the cord or softwere.I can not sell the mobile because of the my daughter 's picture.             I have purchased SAMSUNG GT-S3310 on 09-11-09. When i connect it to PC through USB data cable for internet access purpose, internet shows CONNECTED and also shows SPEED of 115.2 KBPS but when i want to open a website, then it shows that the page can not be loaded, PLEASE TRY AGAIN. It is for each and every website at any time. Is it MOBILE-PC compatibility problem OR internet service provider problem OR some other problem. In short, i can access internet on my MOBILE but not on PC (however, shows CONNECTED and SPEED of 115.2 kbps also). I m using AIRTEL 395 PLAN for net. Please solve my problem, i am very upset.             complain already launched on 30/8/10 regarding the poor network of vodafone mobile connect(usb) but in vein no one had approached us till date .complain no.[protected].

              Dear Sir,

              I had registered a complaint to the Samsung call centre (complaint number [protected]) in end September for my Samsung Washing machine. The engineer who came asked us to get the body of the machine changed and we agreed to the same. Since then we have not got any response from Samsung inspite of innumerable calls and emails. We once got to speak to one Mr Narender Choudhry at their Service Centre who promised to come back. It is now more than a month and we have not heard from him.

              Ninety percent of the times, nobody picks up the phone at the Service Centre.

              I am really fed up with Samsung which carries out such a high profile marketing campaign and would like to caustion all about the pathetic service levels of Samsung.

              Respected Sir/Madam,

              A month ago I had bought a phone 'Samsung Star 3G'. I have been facing many problems with it :-

              1.) Problem Regarding message counter.
              eg:- In message counter suppose it is showing that i have sent 1000
              messages and if i reset the counter at that time it will come sent
              messages : 0. But as soon as i send a sms to anyone the
              counting will start from 1000 only and message counter will show me 1001
              sent messages.

              2.)Problem Regarding Camera.
              You just take 'Simple Star' and 'Star 3G' and compare its camera. Both phones are having 3.2 megapixel camera. But in Star 3G you will not be able to zoom will in Simple Star you will be able to zoom. When I talked to one of your executives he said not to compare. But you tell 1 reason for not comparing both the phones. Even I have paid Rs.4000 more for Star 3G than Simple Star. In simple Star while capturing image you are given facilities of capturing image with frames but Star 3G nothing.

              I had been to Service Center near my place for both problems inreturn they told me that for message counter issue they will call me after a day but it has been 1 week and i have received no response. About Camera issue they told me to forget it.

              I had registered a complaint to the Samsung service centre atlist 10 month back from today(2of June 2010) for my Samsung microwave 20 Lts(G2739N). The engineer who came and asked us to get change the oprating pad of the owane and we agreed to the same. Since then we have not got any response from Samsung service cente. im very much found about your products becouse ur products is very good compayer to other ...but this is not a good espasely for SAMSUNG.
              so plz make any arregment for repair or change that part i m very thankful to u ...

              Hi

              I bought Samsung Corby Model No.-GT-B3410 in month of March from The Mobile Store-Noida. Within 15 days its touchscreen stopped working and i discussed the problem with Mobile Store they suggested to take it to Samsung Customer Centre Rest, they cant do it anything.I took it to CEE EMM SERVICES authorized Samsung service centre, Sector-27, Noida.They did their R&Don Phone and replied that it will take one month max to rectify the phone.I deposited on 10th April and today its 25th of june neither my phone get replaced nor rectified and whenever I ask about my phone they misbehave and give such illtreatment that we are not their customers but fools who have done a blundermistake by buying Samsung product.

                Hello,

                Had bought a new Samsung Star (Model# S5233A, RSN# [protected]) from a shop (Jenil Electronics – shop No.4, Vasundhra, “Vikrant Circle”, Tilak Road, Ghatkopar (E), Mumbai- 400 077. Tel# 25131086,[protected] on 9th SEP 2009. The very next day I was facing problem with the network and in opening of the camera function. Than we showed the handset to the Samsung service center (Jameson Telecom Services, opp Shreyas Theatre LBS marg, Ghatkopar (W), Tel# 65275095 /[protected]. The engineer examined the handset for 4 days and informed us that the camera function problem is resolved as they have to replace the camera but the network problem is still there as the motherboard of the handset is found to be faulty. After which he issued us the SAMSUNG DEAD ON ARRIVAL MOBILE PHONE CERTIFICATE (DOA Certificate no. SIELG[protected]Y; DOA Issue Date: 15/09/2009) and asked us to exchange the handset from where it was purchased by showing the DOA letter. However till date twice we went to the shop (Jenil Electronics) but the shopkeeper had refused us to exchange the handset giving us the reason that there duty is to sell the handset and the warranty is given by manufacturer (i.e. SAMSUNG) so the Samsung mobile company should replace the mobile. Than again we need to visit the service center, the engineer (Ganesh – [protected]) had a chat with the shopkeeper on phone than the shopkeeper had actually revealed that the dealer from whom the cell phone he had purchased was from out of Maharashtra, but while purchasing the cell phone the shopkeeper never told us about this and had actually given us the mobile purchase bill including VAT in it.
                Than we decided to file a case against the shop and the service center in the police station at Ghatkopar (E), but even the cops refused the same (no reason was given to us).
                Now actually no one knows where the customer should go in such kind of situation other than consumer court.
                Currently the handset is with the service centre for more than 60 days.

                The sad part is we have actually used the handset hardly for a max. 10 hrs and spent 8k for a the faulty mobile phone.

                Can anyone help us or guide us to resolve this issue??

                All consumer should think twice...thrice while buying any SAMSUNG mobile product or from now onwards do not buy any SAMSUNG mobiles...

                My recommendations is to go for NOKIA or SONY ERCISSON...they are the best
                Thank's you dude for saving my money as I was going to buy SAMSUNG STAR tomorrow for my wife.

                I agree that there are grey market cases and Mr Nitesh is one of the victim of this situation but i see no reason why we should blame samsung service centre or the brand as they have strict policy and ensure that the each customer gets the best of service. I had a very good customer experience with samsung mobile service. I got free service inspite of my mobile exceeding the warranty period as it was a genuine repeat case.
                I think that he purchased the handset from a fraud dealer who sells grey market handset. I see no reason why samsung should be blamed for the issue as it is the duty of the dealer to issue the replacement once the he receives the DOA certificate from the service centre. The dealer gets a new handset when the DOA certificate is given to Samsung Distributor.
                I am use SAMSUNG STAR . SAMSUNG STAR is bhangar he .

                NOKIA or SONY ERCISSON is best .samsung star is not best because this mobile is not proper work & security code is not work .Internet is not use proper because connection is not stay long time .


                so SAMSUNG STAR is not best .


                NOKIA is best for word.

                  i am having samsung S3310 handset.i have installed pc studio 1.1.2.ID3 software for the handset from the official web site of samsung mobile.though the software contains the option of message manager i am unable to tranfer the sms from my mobile to pc.when i try to scnycronise the pc with handset,i am getting an operation timed out error.can anyone help me regarding how to transfer sms from my handset to pc ,also i will be happy to know if there is any other alternative method or software available on internet for samsung S3310 handset to scnycronise it with pc?

                  Even i too face the same problem. tried to find some fixes through google. But no success in that. Not only this issue. complete backup, Insall/uninstall software/games also not supported by this PC suite?

                  At the least level, the sms should be working through this PC suite. Even for the lowest mobile categories do have this basic fundemendal facility to save Contacts/sms/calendar information.

                  Any help around this greatly appreciated.

                    REMINDER 2

                    This is regarding to my complain, which I locked on 5th Nov’2009. In the same connection engr (Mr. Malik) has attend this after 48 hrs, well after all analysis, he said there is problem in a part of MONITOR & that part will come from Koriya, so we can close this complain max by 10th Nov’2009.

                    I have raised my complaint to the Samsung customer care on 14 of last month but the complaint . But the complaint i made on 14 of last month was not registered, I think they have canceled my complaint. I have registered the complaint ones again . For the last 25 days i could not use my system .

                      Dear Concern,

                      This is regarding th problem I am facing at Samsung Service Center at Indore where in I have lodge one request with complaint no: [protected] for Washing m/c not working on 2/11/09 and a technician has visited my residence on same day and told me that some part has got damaged and he will replace it in 3-4days and after that he didnt turn up and nor I received any call back from their side. I was also trying to contact them at their local center at no:[protected] but no body was picking up the phone and when I have personally visited service center on 6/11/09 I came to know that they have not even lodge the request for spare parts replcaement and they told me they are doing it that day itself and they will call back me oand get the needful done in next 3-4 days . Today i.e. 13/11/09 more than one week has gone but still I have not recieved any call back from their side and my washing maschine is still now repaired. I have lodge several complaints at Samasung customer care no[protected] but didnt get any positive response..
                      I am also using Samsung T.V. , Cell phone I didnt expect such poor service from Samsung team...
                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest and help me to restore the faith in samsung products and services

                        Samsung- Corby txt — Echo Problem

                        I purchased a samsang Corby text on 24 Jan 2010, i was having problem from day one. whoever calls me hears his own voice ie. gets an echo.. i went to the service center and was told tht the problem is with the sim. He (service center exe) tried a different sim and there was no echo.. so i changed my Sim and tried it on returning home.. but m still havin the same problem.. i also tried a few of my friends sim on it.. and had the same problem... also the phone hangs a lot... i wish i hadnt purchased the Corby in the first place..

                        I will be goin tomo again the service center.. if they dont solve, i m thinkin of takin some legal action...
                        I see ther are many havin a similar problem and this being a manufacturing problem the company has to take action and call back its phones.

                        sir i have register a complain against mobile missing in police station.

                        This is to inform everyone who is looking for any samsung mobile. Please note that you need to have lot of patience and money. Patience, because your mobile will frequently break down and once you take it to the registered samsung service center they will give false promise about the time frame to fix the problem. Money, because you will get so pissed off with these frequent break downs that you will have to switch to some other good mobile provider company.


                        Common Service related issues with:-

                        1) They give false promises about the time frame for fixing the problem
                        2) The service department's phone keeps ringing, nobody bothers to pick up the call


                        Common Excuses:-

                        Sir/ Ma'am spare parts were not available so couldn't fix the problem by the promised date.
                        i have purchased samsung corby before 15 days it automatically switched off. i went service center they are not repairing in warrenty period. A VERY POOR SERVICE.

                          I have purchased the microwave oven of SAMSUNG with very confidence, but it is amazing that your dealer Jyoti Electronics, Ajmer (Rajasthan) had not provided me the Starter kit and the other accesssories on part of company scheme. At that time when I purchase it there was festival season and the diwali promotinal schemes are available on this product such as free dining set and other items too. But your dealer gave me nothing of the above things. I have purchased it on Dated[protected],vide bill no. 09-10 JY677. This is very shameful act and also breach of confidence. After purchasing it I met with another Dealer M/s Ashoka Electronics, Ajmer he updated my knowledge and said that there is free dining set and many other things free on the product which I had bought.I go to M/s Jyoti Electronics and asked about the scheme and also demanded for the dining set and other promotinal schemes which he had not provided to me. He refused to give me any of the above things. This is very unbelievable and shameful for the company reputation and it will have the worse effect on further purchase of SAMSUNG products..
                          So, it is requested to you to provide me complete company promotional schemes prevailing on this product at that time when I had purchased it otherwise I will go in the consumer forum and also defame your company about this type of acts done by your dealers.Also, I will tell everybody not to buy any of the SAMSUNG product telling my grevience.

                            Hi,



                            With the deep regret I have to state that Samsung does not care or bother about their customers. There is no such customer support system in Samsung.



                            As per below mentioned reply by customer satisfaction team, none of the representative have contacted us to resolve our issue. Top of that Sahil Info Tech does not have any satisfactory answer to give to customers.



                            The workorder is raised from 13th Aug and today is 14th October. It is very painful to understand the Samsung is so careless that they cannot resolve the issue for 2 months.



                            I and my wife have visited 10 to 15 times to below service center but every time we have got one or other stories with false promise that the handset would be ready within next 5 to 7 days. But all this 5 to 7 days has never come to end.Fail to understand that you do not follow any system that have turn around time and if it is over somebody senior in your company takes personal interest to resolve the same.



                            Even the staff appointed are not bothered to answer the query raised by customer. Customer care incharge of said service center has never able to resolve the issue. Also the escalation office Mr Sandeep Bhatt with contact no. [protected] (printed on notice board for customer to raise concerns of customer) does not bother to answer the phone of working days nor is he present at office. The gentleman than gets annoyed when customer like me calls him on Sunday.



                            Finally today I have received the commitment that on Friday i.e. 16th October the handset would be ready, but I do not trust that also.



                            I know that this entire feedback of mine would go into vein but I still wanted to give feedback to so called Samsung customer satisfaction team if they really have little care about their customer that kindly resolve the issue and revert on below mentioned contact no..



                            Once again I am stating the issues faced in my handset



                            GSM and CDMA network does not work together either of them has to be disable since 3 months of activation
                            Bluetooth connectivity has not worked from day of purchase
                            LCD not working when the sliding was done

                                I bought recently the samsung star at MAxtel Bangalore .. The back panels keeps off falling... I have hardly used for one month and I was told that there is one more backpanel with the box given

                                I also got it checked at samsung service center near V V Puram and they said becasue holding pin is small, this is the problem.. Now I am using the second backpanel and that is also loose..
                                All my friends wanted to buy samsung star and seeing my mobile condition, they are changing their mind .. so pls friends think before you buy this product

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I purchased a new mobile set SAMSUNG STAR on[protected] night
                                  from HOTSPOT show room vide name SPICE RETAIL LTD. SHOP NO.1,WADHWA
                                  COMPLEX, SECTOR-10, DWARKA. NEW DELHI. Vide invoice No. [protected],
                                  customer ID : 200015. After some days, I could not operate my memory
                                  card, I went to the shop, they did some setting, I put some my
                                  favourite old songs in it. but it was happening that some of the
                                  times, the mamory was unable to be traced. On[protected] the cover lid
                                  of the set was got loose. I went to the shop but they could not refit
                                  the lid on the set. They advised me go to the service centre at
                                  Mahavir Enclave for all these rectifications.
                                  On 07.09.2009 i.e. today I went to the Service Centre at
                                  CELL NET, L-1, Mahavir Enclave.Palam-Dabri Road, they took the phone
                                  and placed set the cover lid, but the memory card was still not being
                                  shown on the phone. They checked for about one hour for the memory
                                  card fault and said that the phone has some problems and will be
                                  rectified and returned back after two or three days. When I said, this
                                  is a new phone purchased only one week before how could it get such a
                                  big fault. then they advised me to go to your office at C-C-28, Kalka
                                  Ji, Nehru Enclave Near HDFC Bank, they will replace the whole unit.
                                  The set was taken against the job No. 139 dated 07.09.2009 (for token
                                  No. 25 ) of the Service Centre. I deposited my mobile in SAMSUNG Service centre at Nehru
                                  Enclave, on 10-10-09 vide work order no. 9J1005, claim no.91016558. I
                                  had also talked to Mr. NISHANT regarding the probelems. On 22-10-09 by chance i got them connected and on enquiring about the phone at service station, i was told that i can
                                  pick my phone,as the same is got corrected. I went on friday 23-10-09,
                                  the lady on counter checked the phone and cud not place the memory
                                  card in it as it was coming out back. She than contacted the
                                  concerned engineer, who checked the phone. Later Mr. NISHANT came to
                                  me and said that i will get the refund of the same.It is over a month, i hv deposited my mobile in service centre, but
                                  no action seems to b happened. The problem (menufacturing defect) was
                                  noticed them on 07-09-09, only typical reply i m getting.

                                  I dont need a typical computerised typed reply of regretting the
                                  inconvenience with the product. I need the status of my case, either they r giving me the new replaced mobile, or refund me the purchase amount.

                                  I dont think, there is any service manager, who will update me with
                                  the status. No call comes from ur side and we are unable to contact u
                                  people on phone. I hv mobile nos. o[censored]r staff- Mr. NISHANT-[protected],
                                  Mr.MUKESH-[protected], & Mr. VINEET-[protected].privided me from
                                  customer care, but nobody either pick up the phone or switch it off.
                                  They must b keeping another phone, than the phones provided by ur
                                  company. Neither the no. of the service centre[protected] gets
                                  connected.

                                  I dont think any service manager will reply me, THE CUSTOMER
                                  SATISFACTION TEAM, who is replying me , should reply me the correct
                                  position with final decision.

                                  After that many a times i hv sent them e-mails to know the status of my phone but nothing in this regard is replied by them.

                                  Sir, I m an engineer in DDA, and connected to works pertaining
                                  to common wealth games, which are at the urgency. Without mobile i m
                                  facing a great trouble, and my work is also suffering. I hv written my
                                  department about the position of my mobile. It can cause a great
                                  trouble to me & to my work.

                                  I m therefore requesting u to get me refund amount urgently so
                                  that i can purchase the new phone to avoid any descrepancy of my work.

                                    I have purchase Smasung i780 on 14/08/09.After 3days it stos working and when I have given to the service ststion parts was not available for that they give me replacement of same model on 21/08/09.After few days it start problem of touch and battery low problem I gave it to Attar Samsung Services at raipur.They repaired and after one day it starts problem of touch.They told that they have to change the touch but after hard reset it again start working properly.in the evening it it shut down and didn’t start again I reach service station.
                                    My main intension about this is if spend 18500 Rs.And your hand set didn’t work properly for atleast 6month.Whats the use of it the service person Mr.Zameer we soon find out the solution and tell.I need replacement of some other model which cost the same or refund.Other wise I have to complaint against the Samsung Mobile to Consumer Forum.Hope you will reply soon.Its IMEI No.[protected].

                                      This is the worst phone ever.I have buyed this phone on last monday.I noticed that the SMS Memory was not the same as given in the Catalog of this model.It contains 200 SMS Memory instead of 500 Sms Memory.Then the battery problem, the battery bar is sometimes 2 after few minutes it is 3 or 4.Then the privacy lock, it is not working properly at all.Sometimes it is showing me locked but sometimes it is automatically unlocked.Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased SCH-F679 handset on 27/01/2009 from Parshwa Enterprise Mumbai.
                                        it got switched-off once, and then not able to switch it on. When i took it to the nearest service centre, they said software got corrupted. They did something and return it back to me. My enitre phone book and memory lost/ got deleted automatically.
                                        After repairing this, Within a weeks time again it got switched-off, now it is not working.
                                        I lodge a complaint online directly through samsung website. but till date non of their representative got back to me.
                                        Useless service of samsung India.

                                        My sincere advice to all is that no one should buy samsung products. Customer Care will never get back to anyone. Worst company i have even seen. None of his product is good. Sansung is just a 3rd class & pathetic company.
