Dear All,
I bought a Samsung widow A/C early 2006. Thereafter I have been sending it back to company workshop each year and spending approx Rs.1200 each time. Keeping the tradition alive this year too I had trouble with the A/C. The cooling deteriorated with the front grill getting frosted from the middle. I called the Company call centre on 16th of Aug 2009. The job was assigned to M/s Falcon Engineering services, Patparganj, Delhi. They took the a/c to the workshop to recharge the gas and returned it on 19th aug. They charged Rs.1538 vide reciept No.15808 signed by Mr. Yogesh. The delivery man test run it for a minute and left. As we all know the weather in Delhi cooled down significantly thereafter due to late monsoons and I never used the A/c.
On the 12th Oct I turned on my a/c and to my dismay the same problem was still there. The front grill was getting frosted with no cooling at all. I again called the company to rectify the problem and I was given the complaint no. [protected]. A week later a person called from the M/s Falcon engineering and said he was sending a person for pick up and I have to pay Rs. 600 yet again. I politely refused stating the earlier job was never done in the first place. I suspect they just cleaned up my a/c and sent it back as it was. The person turned rude and tried a blameshift. I had to ask him to have his supervisor speak to me. It has been 15 days since and I am hoping to see my door bell ring hopefully before Christmas. I know I have an option of approaching The Consumer court but just giving them a fair chance to fix the problem.

Samsung — faulty repairing of air conditioner

There had been water leakage with my Samsung split a/c 1 month ago. Inspite of the service engineer coming thrice to repair the same, the problem remains. To add to the problem, service engineer had come today to repair the leakage & assured that the leakage will never happen again. Within an hour of hte service engineering leaving, the a/c not only started leaking but it separated from the wall & tilted at an angle of 45 degree & even now is literally hanging. This is a serious health & safety hazard & could cause serious problem with children moving around the a/c. I called up the service centre 4 times & spoke to Manjit, Lalit, Ruby & Arjun. I also spoke to the service manager Manav Dhan & Deepak & was assured that the service engineer would come within an hour. Its 9 p.m. now & the engineer has not turned up nor is Manav or Deepak picking up their cell phone. This reflects an utter lack of concern for safety of consumers & not fulfulling the commitments made. I am amazed at the callous attitude & wish to record my complaint regarding the same. What happens if the a/c falls from the wall during the night? who would bear the expenses? and what if some one is injured due to the same? I would like to speak to the concerned person from the corporate office either in India or in Korea and do hope that a global company like samsung shows a little more empathy towards its consumer grievances.

Samsung airconditioner — in spite of warranty asking us to pay

We had purchased samsung 2 tonnes split airconditioner on 26-06-09 which is still under warranty. The service technician from samsung had come and checked the a.c and said that the compressor needs to be replaced.. he said that the gas needs to be refilled as it needs to be released and refilled after fitting the new compressor.Now that amounts to 2500 rupees. My point is that what is the meaning of warranty if every cost related to the changing of the particular part is not borne by the company.Inspite of repeated following up by me, the company is not taking any action as I have refused to pay for the gas re-fill.I kindly request for swift actoin to be taken.

    I had purchased this mobile for my mother-in-law, Mrs. Sushma Mahimkar, on 28.10.08 from Planet-M shop in Vileparle-(East), Mumbai. Since Jun.'09 the mobile became dead. It was giving message "No network". Since the mobile was in warranty period I sent it to samsung service center @ Santacruz through Planet-M shop. Phone was received back from service center along with work order paper (W.O. No. [protected] dtd. 21.8.09) saying "liquid logged". Hence I personally went to the service center on 5.9.2009. This time I was given an answer that fault is "Component missing & liquid logged" (W.O. No. [protected] dtd. 5.9.09). It was explained to him that there was no incidence of water/any other liquid contact & the problem if any has to be manufacturing. Also there is no way that a component can go missing from the sealed mobile. This may have occured only at service center. Pl. help.

    Samsung Mobile — Samsung B520 faulted

    I have a samsung B520 cell i gave it to samsung service center due to non working of CELL as IMEI # of that cell was invalid in the month of July'09 and still I have not get any refund or my phone back yet now its Nov'09.

    I have faced so many problems and losses due unavailbility of cell.

    Can anyone take a charge on samsung mobile because problem is not with me only problem is with many other customers also???

    I have to be compensated for the same.

      Samsung — Not attending Demo for new machine purchase

      I purchases new washing machine on 23rd Oct 2008 but still no exectutive in pune from samgsung attaend demo as per promise to me at the time of purchase...even call centre not usefull

        dear sir,

        I had purchased lcd tv 26" on 26 th april 2008 for rs 30000 from Panaji dealer m/s Talaulikar electricals Panajii Goa

        Since last 15 days when I start tv only sound comes and no picture appears on the screen . Infact it appears after 20 minutes . On 19 th oct I complained. Technician came after 5 days .
        He says that theTV panel Is faulty and it cannot be repaired.and I will have to replace it with new one costing almost rs 20000/-

        I am a retired person and I cannot afford this huge amount of rs 20000 . I hope you will help me in this . at the most i can spend some nominal amount.

        I hope your esteemed company will address my grievience and help me out.

          I have purchased a Samsung Mobile No S5233A on October, 2009 from 'The Mobile Store Ltd, BF-190, NR. Salt Lake Swimming Pool, NR. Corporation Bank, Kolkata-700064'. At that time, the salesmen at that shop had said that Samsung is giving a free 2GB Memory Card with the purchase of that mobile. They had even written "2 GB Memory Card Due" on my bill. But still now as on 24th. October, 2009, I have not received any card from them. Everytime they are saying we have not yet received it from Samsung.

          Please look into to this matter and let me know asap.

          In this context I also want you to know that if I am listening to FM Radio with the help of headphones then the sound is too low to hear in crowded places. Can that be taken care of also?

            I am very proud owner for Samsung from last few years.
            First time i faced a problem but got very bad revert from samsung Customer support.


            I bought a Samsung LCD in the month of August 2009. Its not been even 3 months that the Television
            has been fall down on floor.My wall is as proper as it can be,because wall mounted is properly fixed on it.
            At night around 2 0 clock,i had heard a sound,and when i woke up and see that LCD falls down from its hook,while its hooks are properly attached to the walls.
            Right from the date of installation,no one has touched the LCD TV,as its been operating by remote and as it is hanged on wall at an very good height.

            On next day morning i registered my complaint to Samsung Service Centre & they told me that techinician would visit on same day of complaint.
            On same day evening again i called three times to samsung support they again told me technician would definitely visits today.But none of them visits on that day.
            Next day morning i again called then technician visits i.e. on (22/10/2009).

            Techinician came and said that wall hanging is properly fixed on wall.Then he calls to his Manager Mr. Dinesh Asija(Manager),
            then he told to technician that each damage is chargable.Technician tolds me the same,that he can't do anything.
            Then i told him,let me talk to the concerned person.Then i talked to Mr.Dinesh Asija and make him aware about my problem.
            He used very harsh words whlie talking to me.When i told him LCD falls in night he tolds me that you are lying.How can i trust you.
            Then i told him this is not the way to talk to your customers, i am also an software engineer not an illetrate person.
            Then he tolds me u do whatever u want to do,i will not replace your LCD nor i will get it repaired.

            First question is Why LCD falls down,as it is being purchased by Samsung Dealer,installed by an Samsung Technician.
            Does wall hanging of Samsung is not up to the mark as it is fall down only in two months?

            Second Question is that,Does these type of harsh words should be expected by an Samsung Manager??"Customer is Liar"

            As i am using Samsung Appliances from last 10 years.I didn't faced any problem in so many years.I have so much faith and trust in Samsung.But when i talked about Customer Support Services of Samsung,my all trust & faith gone in Dustbin.

            SHAME oN sAMSUNG as you say Customer is Liar.

            I am expecting reply from Customer Support regarding this matter.

              I have purchased a samsung microwave oven from Bangalore. After five months the product started giving problem. When I registered a comlaint with Samsung customer care, I was told that a part needs to be replaced. Even after a week I need not get any call from the service centre. I had to call back them and I was told it'll arrive on 15th Oct. I did not get any call from them till 21st Oct. When called back them I was told somebody from service centre will let me know the status. I did not get any call from then even after two days. I called them again and they told me somebody will call me in half an hour. Nothing happened. This thing got repeted atleast three times and nobody was able to tell me what is the exact status of the service. I had such a bad experience with Samsung customer care. They dont even bother to inform me when the servicing will be done. I dont know when they are going to repair my microwave.
              I have faced problem in Feb Month. Purchased a samsung microwave oven on 6th feb, 2010 from Relience Megamart Pune.
              Samsung Executive came to my house on 27th Feb, 2010 for demonstration after making several calls and creating mental pain.
              Customer care is also pathatic and they really have a stubborn attitude and very rude. They do not know how to talk with a customer.
              I have made up my mind not to go for any samsung products in future and i request you all not to purchase this organization's any bloddy hell products.

                My mobile had auto restart problem and the model number is (SCH-S379) CDMA handset and the Sl no: A[protected]C87F and Work Order no: WA[protected], I have registered complaint on 24th of September 2009. And I came to know that it was a major issue and it can't be repaired, so they informed on 9th Oct 09 and they asked me to bring the bill and ID proof so that they will refund the money via CHEQUE. Still now I didn't receive any information from them and I called them they are asking me to wait for few days.


                It is too ridiculous. I[censored] cant provide service to the latest mobile which I have purchased in the month of July 2009 better stop the sales of that product. I[censored] can't repair the product then what is the use of service centers and what can i do with one year warranty. Don't you think its funny? .Last week also I have seen your advertisement of SCH-S379 on the new paper and I feel very funny about your advertisement. With this Experience I will never go for Samsung products in my life and I will never recommend Samsung products to anyone.

                You not even provided backup mobile so what should I do now. I bought it for Rs.5800 and wondering around the service center from last one month keeping my SIM CARD in my pocket. Very ridiculous and worst service.

                Please do one favour to me. I request you to immediately refund my money back so that I will go for new mobile. Make it fast its almost one month I have been waiting for my mobile.

                Since the time, I had purchased this handset there is a problem in the headset. Asking to replace the earphone, nobody is responding back. Also showroom & service center guys are saying that will not get the earphone.

                Nobody is there to help out.

                  Ihave purchased my colour television of this BRANDED COMPANY SAMSUNG on november 2003 of 4 YEAR WARRANTY with the assurance that the post services are excellent but in september 2009 when there was some problem in my t.v I registered my complaint with customer care BP no: [protected]. After 02 days engineer from maa durga electrical service centre visit and he told that I.C has been damaged which cost Rs 700 - 900, and comment that I.C is not available in the market but they will try to arrange it.On 3/10/09 they took the chesis of the T.V for the same purpose but later they informed that I.C is not available so they have to change the whole chesis which cost Rs 4500. I called up Mr. Khathalia Regional Manager of Samsung he also gave me same funny explanation that it is very old product so parts are not available and maxium things they can do to give me 50% discount for chaning complete chases.. I am amazed that in 06 years the product become very old i don't know in India which middle class family purchase t.v every 2nd yearly within warranty period to avoid such kind of issues. Now my issue is that due to poor services of this BRANDED COMPANY I am paying the extra amont and till date 23/10/09 t.v has been not repaired. Kindly look into the matter because by repairing a TV it has gone up almost one month and nothing has been done.

                  I need the justification for paying three time more for repair cost and part non availaibility is not my concern because i have bought this TV to understand that it a branded product from SAMSUNG.

                    I bought a Samsung Star on last 15th August ’09 from Pantaloons, One mobile, South City Kolkata. On 17th August I discovered that memory card slot is faulty and due to that it could not hold the memory card properly. After checking with other memory cards and putting my memory card into other mobiles, I came to the conclusion that it was a problem with the handset only.



                    Due to lack of time I was able to take my handset to the shop (one mobile) on 23rd August. They said that now they cannot do anything, they added I have to go to Samsung service center for the same.



                    Then on 25th August I took the set to Samsung service center (Divine Electro Solution). They took the set and told me to contact after 5days. On the 6th day (31st August) when I called them up they said that still that is not repaired and asked me to call after 2more days. Again I called them on 3rd of September, but the answer was same. They asked me to wait till 5th of September and by that time the problem will be resolved.



                    On 5th September, in the morning when went there, they initially said someone is just coming with set and asked me to wait for a while. After sometime they asked me to come in the evening and I will get my hand set back. When I came back from there, immediately they called me up and said that problem could not be fixed, I will get a new handset. So they asked me to hand over all the accessories and the whole box to them. So again I went there and handed over everything to them.



                    And now after another 11days there is no communication from there side and I have not received my set back.



                    So I would like to escalate/highlight following things to you:

                    They took ONLY 12DAYS to say that my faulty set cannot be repaired. They cannot fix the problem. So I don’t think they even know their own strength and capability. Does it really take so much time?
                    Now whenever I call them up they simply say that “we don’t have anything to do on this”; “we cannot help you on this” etc. So what are they doing over there in the name of service center?
                    During this whole process they just called me up once, I had always called them up for the updates. What I believe, keeping the customers informed and updated is also one of the customer service practices.
                    The manager over there, by his words always tries to show that he or his team is a different entity, they are not in Samsung. So they are not responsible for any delay in the delivery of new handset, it is ‘their’ (Samsung’s?) fault.


                    By this whole process I found them really unprofessional, and not at all having idea of customer service or satisfaction. They are simply working for money. They have already taken 23days to resolve this problem. After buying this it was with me for only 10days.

                    Already 2month is over but they are not able to give my handset back to me. I have kept on following up with them continuously and they are just saying they don't have much to do and asking me to wait for another week.

                    They are not at trained enough and equipped enough to provide the customer support.

                    I have already spent 9,500 Rs (apart from the phone bills, transport fare and my time and energy) on this phone. I really don't this set now, rather I will be more happy if they can give my money back.

                    So I would request You to look into my grievance and get me my handset back ASAP.

                        i've purchased samsung washing maching [ fully automatic- top loaded machine ] last 14th Oct. 09.

                        in samsung world (cross cut road) at coimbatore.

                        they said lot of offers and assurance to sell their product. but, after selling their product. they never do anything.

                        exp. the manage said we'll give u Bajaj iron box FREE and free door delivery. but, they collect delivery charges and till not give the iron box. many times i call them and directly visit the showroom but no use.

Due to his dishonesty we had to suffer a lot. Please submit my complaint to the Movers & Packers Association and ask them to take stern action against Mr Pradeep. Thanks

                        Samsung/Washing machine — customer service

                        I HAD BOUGHT a washing machine, it is still in warranty period. the equipment suddenly stopped and I lodged a complaint on 15th of Jun. one of their mechanics had paid a visit on 16th.1.he initially said that the electronic panel is not working
                        2. he came after 2 days and supposedly brought a "new" pane. after installing the panel he said that the sensor is not working and I have to wait for few days.
                        3. I got a call ater 2 days that the panel which was supposed to be new was in fact also faulty... this was a COMPLETE LIE. as the panel he had replaced was already faulty
                        4. inspite of calling them for the last 7 days, there is no positive response.

                        How I identify. whatever you do, don't consider a Samsung. Products are ok, but service support will completely frustrate you. Bought an LA37530 LCD TV 10 days ago. 5 calls later am still awaiiing installation. Engineer is rude and can't come before 2 pm on weekdays. Callcentre is 3rd party BPO that just promises, but don't deliver and don't allow escalation. Never again. Just hoping to get them to take it back

                        samsung call centre has pretty rude executives. i spoke with one ms. ashi srivastava who puts me on hold and says to her colleague how i'm troubling her! when in fact i've been calling since 3 days to chase the delivery of an extension pipe that their dealer in e-zone's promised to have delivered alongwith my brand new 16k product thats lying uselessly for lack of a pipe.
                        I had registered complaints for 3 washing machines bought just 11 months back.

                        It was already 12 working days after the compliant was registered at the customer care centre that a visit was made by the technician.
                        And thereafter, a series of mistakes and laggardness by the service center here in Kolkata has resulted in the washing machines not being repaired at all till now.

                        Being an educational institution, we should have been guaranteed quick service guarantees etc on the bulk purchase that we had made from the company's dealer. But, this type of wishful provision of service is really pathetic on the part of a reputed multinational.

                        Needless to say, this type of service delivery would only weaken the customer loyalty that Samsung has enjoyed till now...

                        Samsung Washing Machine — complaints not being attended

                        We have registered a complaint with Samsung service centre with complaint ID[protected], with no response so far.
                        I purchased one samsung washing machine on 03/11/2011. Still waiting for the demo but no contact at all. Godrej attended and communicated many times for feedback that has supplied Refrigerator on the same date.

                        I wanted a repair in my Samsung top load fully automatic washing machine (Inlet water not stopping even during spin)

                        1. I registered the complaint on 7 July 2013 and I was told the Engineer will call me up on 8th to fix an appointment

                        2. I called back on 9th, since I had not received a call back. The call center person checked and re-confirmed that I would definitely receive a call back the same day

                        3. Around 16.00 I still had not got a call, so I called the call center. They were surprised and gave the technicians contact number

                        4. After repeated attempts, I could reach the technician and he point blank told me, he is not responsible to handle my area and I need to get in touch with the call center. I tried explaining to him that it was they who had asked me to contact. In the end, I told him to move the ticket from his name, so that someone appropriate will be allocated

                        5. After sometime, I called the call center and told them what the issue. They said the issue has been moved from the Banaswadi branch to Kalyan Nagar branch (which is in fact further away from my place!). They repeatedly reassured me that someone would come to resolve. I also requested them to escalate the call; they said that I would receive a call back since all their superiors were busy attending to other complaints

                        6. On 10th, I received a call from the Kalyan nagar branch and they said they will send someone from Banaswadi! The person asked me to explain the problem when the technician calls. They promised that he would come on the 11th

                        7. On 11th, since I received no call till 15.00 hrs, I called their Kalyan nagar branch. The lady there told me that the technician is on his way and he should come there. I asked her to cross check with the technician and she said he does not have a phone, so he cannot be contacted!

                        8. Since no one came till 20.30 Hrs, I called their call center. They gave the same story that someone should have come. I asked for the call to be escalated and was again told about the call back, which earlier too I had never received. I insisted on talking, after which I spoke to someone and he promised someone would come on 12th!

                        It is surprising that it has taken Samsung more than 4 days for their engineer to call back! I am still waiting for his call hoping he will call me on the 12th

                        Nowadays all appliances have similar features and similar rates, the only differentiating factor is their after sales service. In this Samsung seems to have become pathetic!!!

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I had bought a Samsung star s5233w on the 21st of sept 2009. I have no problems with the working of the phone as such. The only glitch or annoyance that I have is that the PC suite installed using the CD of the same as provided along with the phone package, does not support the internet settings of my service provider, namely Aircel telecommunications. There is also no manual data feeding option and hence I am unable to utilize the phone as a modem and use the internet on my laptop. This is one of the reasons that I had bought the phone as I wished to check my email on the move.

                          I would like a patch or upgrade to include the Aircel services into the PC suite of the Samsung star s5233w. I had talked to you company's customer representative and they are poorly trained/informed about such problems and hence give your company a bad PR. The Aircel service representatives that I spoke to gave me the manual settings, but as there is no manual settings options i cannot even utilize that information. Thus, I would like it very much if a patch concerning these issues is released as soon as possible.

                          Hi, i am also facing the issue with Mobile office with airtel . I had activated mobile office but it was not working . When I called up airtel customer care i got the info that in S 5233 W automatically mobile office seetings can not be installed hence they gave me manual settings . To update this You need to go to Main Menu---browser ---browser profiles--select mobile office( or what ever the name respective mobile service provider call it as ) then click the on the two arrow mark signlas pointed towards right hand side then enter the settings . Once you configure the settings restart the modem cell phone, if it is still not working then take out the Sim card put it back then try it .
                          After doing all these circus if it works its your luck if not better luck next time.

                          ... of course it really did not work for me .
                          the problem is they are giving an outdated software for ur pc i mean tat pc suite u r havin ...download the updated pc suite from samsung site...it wil solve ur problem...

                          i m also facing the same issue, i also get the DNS failed error while browsing the internet, i can connected with my wireless but cant browse the internet, i think samsung fools their customer by giving the wifi.
                          try putting
                          192.168.1.1 in the 1st box of dns
                          192.168.1.101 in the next box.

                          save them hopefully it would work!

                          Samsung is stupid service provider, They make full out of you, they are not providing letest softwere,
                          this mobile has many other problem. Internet connection is one also the help documentation is of very much poor quality. Meney thing mentioned in the help documents are not even traceble in the Pc suit.

                          I have given my mobile (Bill attached) for the servicing on 29-Sep-2010 at Singhwani Telecom, Kanpur. They returned me on 2-Nov-2010 but still there was problem with the camera. When I told them they said me to give it after Diwali (9-Nov-2010). I gave it again on the 24-Nov-2010 (Customer Copy attached) since then I have contacted them many time also I have gone to their service center many times but there is no response from their side. I mailed to the Samsung Customer Support Center and also called them but I am not getting any response from their side. In the Warranty period of one year it is more than three months when my mobile is on the service center and even now they are not giving me any feedback and response. I kindly request you to please help me.

                          i was also struggling a lot to use samsung s5233w as a modem to access aircel pocket internet on my laptop on windows 7, and finaly got solution and it working fine
                          1.connect ur pc to bluetooth
                          2.go to bluetooth devices in control panel
                          3.then right click on your mobile go to modem setting
                          4.go to modem tab and select attached bluetooth modem
                          5.go to modem properties and open advance tab
                          6. and put
                          AT+CGDCONT=1, "IP", "aircelgprs"
                          in extra setting and click on ok

                          7. repeat step 1 and right click on ur phone and go to control
                          8. and connect to internet
                          9. put *99***1# in dial
                          10. dial now u are connected to internet

                            Dear Sir,
                            I purchased a 28 litre, convection Samsung Microwave-1031LAFB on the assumption that 'Samsung' a world renowned company, would offer the best after sales service. But this perception for your esteemed company proved a mere myth after the bitter experience faced by me. The facts are slated below for your kind information and immediate remedial measures:-
                            I purchased the above referred microwave from M/s Amar Enterprises, opp. Gurudwara Kashmirian, Tripuri, Patiala (Punjab) (Ph.[protected] vide Invoice No. 2123, Challan No. 3640, Dt.[protected] on the name of Ms. Dimple at 11:00 am on the assurance that the Demo would be got conducted on the same day. But nobody turned up to hold the Demo on that day. After personal visit to the dealer on[protected], I was told that due to Diwali festival, he would try to do the needful today otherwise the things would be got done on[protected]-2009 being Sunday). But nothing has been done till today i.e.[protected] in spite of repeated visits and telephone calls to the dealer.
                            If this is the attitude of your dealer, I don't think that this is any fair dealing with the customer. I think that your company would also be holding any time frame regarding holding Demo with the customer. I am unable to leave the house on the false hope that the company's representative would be coming to my house today to let me know the details of the use of my favourite microwave.
                            In view of the above, it is requested that the matter may please be looked into at personal level and the things be got done immediately to avoid any further loss to the reputation of the company and to maintain cordial relations with your esteemed company.

                              I had bought a Samsung Mobile Model No. SCH-L700 and after two week it was not working I had gone at their service centre and they said that it will be return back after two week but till now they are not able to tell me when it was come back to me. I had aproached many time to their customercare and their related officer but they didnot want to help or they have anyone reason for the same. I had emailed but there are not satisfactory reply. That means there is no time when will return back.

                              I am requesting to you that please do some thing and tell me what will I do. I see in TV and many advertisements Jago Grahak. I want to know how to complaint and where to complaint for this kind of problems.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have purchased one Samsung SGH -L700 mobile from Calicut on the outlook of getting 3G fecility which has been provided recently by BSNL.
                              After the lunch of 3G fecility, I have changed my prepaid connection to3G on the belief of availing all fecilities such as video call, high speed internet and Mobile TV channels view .On installation, I was surprised to note that one of the attractive fecility provided by BSNL; ie- -Mob TV channel viewing is not available in my handset.The message shows as "Mi MobTV currently not support your Mobile Device.Kindly check back later."from apalya.com.
                              I have approached your service centre in Calicut and they tried with new software which tagged as 'Bsnl issue solved SGH-L-700' .
                              But still I am getting the same message and could not avail the Mob TV feature .
                              As a customer I really feel bad for being confused by buying the handset for getting all features provided under 3G by BSNL.
                              Please look in to my issue and do the needful to modify your software in such a way to get all 3G fecilities in my Mobile.

                                My samsung mobile (Model: SGH 3210), which I bought on 21/5/2009, was stop working after 4 months only. I gave it to an authorized sumsung service center at Shop No. 8,9,10, Ground Floor, Raj Palace, Hukum Sing Market, Atta, Sec 27, Noida on 22/9/09. The reason given by them is Phone Dead. I am waiting since than for my mobile to be repair as soon as possible. The reason given by them for delay is that they don’t have all necessary parts available to repair. They even don't give me any specific date for the same. Now I came to know that lots of people are facing the same problem on that particular shop. They even switch off their landline no mentioned on their visiting card. I am facing lots of problem without a mobile. Please help me.

                                SIR, I HAVE A SAMSUNG MOBILE HANDSET I.E. B-279. THE PROBLEM IS THAT MY MOBILE DISPLAY WAS DAMAGED IN WARRANTY PERIOD. SO I WAS GO MANY TIME TO THE CENTRE BUT THEY NO PROVIDE ANY STATUS TO ME REGARDING MY HANDSET. I AM A SALARIED PERSON, SO I HAVE NO SO MUCH TIME TO GO THEIR AGAIN & AGAIN. I HAVE ALSO SPEND APPROX. Rs.500 TO COMMUNICATE THEM BUT NO BENEFIT I GOT FROM THEM.THE SITUATION OF THE SERVICE CENTRES IS VERY POOR. EVERY DAY APPROX. 250 CUSTOMERS ARE STANDING FOR THEIR QUERRIES. SO PLEASE TAKE ANY ACTION TOWARDS THIS MATTER.

                                  Yesterday i visited Chroma electronics situated in Ghatkopar(w)
                                  I was told to buy Samsung LCD TV 22 inches by my family.
                                  So, i asked the salesman to get the same, but he was trying to convaying me to buy Sony LCD, LG,
                                  even he was explaining the drawback of other product's(criticising), but i didnt listened him and told him to get me only Samsung, after half an hour actually there is no stock of Samsung.

                                  My question is to the Chroma electrinics, why you keeping in display of product which not available in your shop, why you criticising other branded product

                                  Please dont try to make fool to your customer because they are Like God for you(MK Ghandhi)

                                  I purchased LCD TV (40 inches, 550) from Croma Faridabad on 17th November this year. This LCD took one month to reach to me. The reason of delay quoted was the unavailability of stock with Samsung. However this issue was dealt separately with Croma.

                                  When screen arrived & installed; I realized ordinary resolution & blurred picture. It was completely opposite to what was shown at the time of demonstration. When I brought this issue into the notice of Samsung, a service engineer visited & saw eye to eye on this. He called up his supervisor, Mr. Ashok who in turn visited my home & realized the defect in resolution. He was trying to advocate the case to defend Samsung but could not as the problem was too intense to overshadow. He informed me that the LCD works best only when attuned with HD compact disc. When I asked him to show me the Demo CD that too was not available with him. In all he is a pathetic employee to embody Samsung & bloting the brand. Since then I have been chasing this fool for demo CD but with no result; perhaps in his conscience he knows that the screen has shortcomings. This has been a very disgusting experience with Samsung & It is my plea to all of you to abstain from the trap of this brand. Their entire focus is on pre-sale & not on post-sale.Let's start the stir against this awful brand & try vanish their market share to the maximun extent.

                                    I purchased one window 1.5T airconditioner from Ghaziabad dealer in 2007. I had to get same reaired three times in past for: 1. not cooling.2. gas leakage3. display channel not working. It was reaired after lot of follow up each time, last time on 27/6/2009. Latest again on 27/9/2009 vide complaint no [protected], complaint was lodged , but so far no action has been taken. though SAMSUNG is world reknowned brand I have worst experience with them that one window AC should go out of service four times starting from first warranty year as well. Why should Samsung not replace this AC instead of being a continuous pain for a customer.
                                    Kindly arrange to get it redressed urgently.

                                    I purchased 4 SPLIT 1.5T air conditioner from Authorized dealer in 2009. Out of Witch one of A/c is creating problem in Display unit of Indoor Unit.
                                    For that I have Register the complaint to your Call center Dated 01.10.09, Time 10.40.18AM.
                                    After that they committed me that your problem will solve within 48Hr., But I have received the SMS on 08.10.09 Time 06.30.16 that my was House Found Lock. I will never my house lock, at least Security guard is their.
                                    Then again I call to Call Center after few days, Then again I received the SMS from SAM SUNG that My house was found lock on 20.10.09 time 05.47.02
                                    Then again I call to Call Center after few days, Then again I received the SMS from SAMSUNG that My house was found lock on 14.12.09 time 12.37.09
                                    Then again I call to Call Center after few days, Then again I received the SMS from SAM SUNG that My house was found lock on 22.12.09 Time 10.16.29
                                    is it so that always my house was found lock to your Engginer, thiugh you are having my 2 Mobile No, My Phone Number.

                                    IHAD PURCHASED A 1.5T WINDOW AC IN MARCH'2011.RIGHT FROM THE INSTALLATION THE COOLING WAS POOR-THE ROOM NEVER GOT COOLED. I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE AC .AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS (MORE THAN 25 TIMES) THE AC WAS TAKEN OUT AND RETURNED TO ME AFTER TWO MONTHS WITH THE PROBLEM REMAINING.AGAIN I TRIED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT TILL DATE THE PROBLEM REMAINS.THE AC WAS NOT REPLACED AND NEITHER CORRECTED/REPAIRED FOR PROPER FUNCTION.
                                    TODAY IT IS ALMOST A YEAR SINCE I PURCHASED IT AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE AC.THROW IT AWAY AND PURCHASE A NEW ONE? .... AND SAMSUNG CONTINUES TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS WITH DEFECTIVE GOODS AND DEFICIENT SERVICES?

                                        I have purchased a Samsung mobile J 700i IMEI no. [protected] on 05.05.2009 form Delhi. Now from last month I am facing network problem. I have deposited the phone at a Samsung authorized service centre CC-28, Nehru Enclave , Kalkaji, New Delhi on 13.10.2009 vide work order no. 9313192. Today i.e on 21.09.2009, I have enquired at the service centre about my mobile, I am surprised to know that the spare part are not available with them and they are not sure about the avialability also. Now I feel that I HAVE MADE A BIG MISTAKE WHICH I SWITCHED FRONM NOKIA TO SAMSUNG. I am facing problem without a mobile. I request you to please solve my problem at your earliest.
