I had ealier reported complaint about bad service by Samsung Service centre at Lalbaug (Mumbai) for my Samsung SCH-S259 handset as written below.Later I got a call for Samsung Service Manager for Mumbai Region Mr.Shoaib Shaikh. He took all details from me and later promised that he will get back to me in 2 days or and he requested to me that incase he forgot he will get back to me.As expected after 2 days I had to call him for the status, but he replied that he has escalated the case to his seniors and will get back to me as he gets a revert from them.But as usual he didnt reverted , and I called him again.The same continued for around 15-20 days that he always said that he will call back, but apart from the first call he never called me back.
The last call was around 10 days back and he said that as a customer I have to bare half cost for main board replacement, but I refused as the handset was in warranty .Later he again said that he will call back,but till date he hasn't and I can bet that he must have forgotten about he.Such is the service by Samsung Mobile.

Samsung Service Centre Bad Service:-
My Samsung CDMA handset SCH-S259 had a blank white display problem.
I took it to the Samsung Mobile Service Centre in Mumbai at Lalbaug area at following address
(Master Care Services,Shop no.6,Anandji Laddha bldg,lalbaug,Mumbai-400012).
The technician opened the handset in front of me and check it and told me that it had display problem and needs to be kept at the service centre for 15 days.Later after 10 days I got a call from the service centre that there is a board problem and it cannot be replaced as there is a water logging problem.But I know that there is no such problem because the handset was kept in box for last 4 months when it was in a working condition.Also the handset battery sticker also doesnt indicate any water logging problem.
When I called Samsung Mobile Customer care they told me visit some other samsung service centre(Does that mean that they themselves don't trust their own service centre? ).

Samsung X-700 - Mobile Set — Not providing support for Mobile Accessories / Parts
Sir,I purchased Samsung X- 700 model mobile in Feb., 2006 from one of the dealer shop at Munirika, New Delhi. It’s around 2.7 years approx, and they are not able to provide support for this model.
Last 2 ½ month back, I come to know that the battery backup(talk time backup) is very low, its approx 10 minutes only.
I went to dealer shop from where I purchased this mobile set, they told me to go to Service Center, Nehru Place, New Delhi.
I also went Service Center mentioned above many times, but they are not giving me any proper response. I also made around 100’s phone call and also talk with their senior staff named Maneesh. He is also not able to provide me the solution.
In-fact, I also visited and made calls to other Service Center in NOIDA, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi too, but they also not able to provide me the solution for my problem.
Every time I am getting answer from them, that parts for this model are not available in their stock and also not getting from their manufactures too, and saying please wait for 1 week/ 2-3 days, 15 days, etc.
I also told them, till they are getting supply from manufacturer, please provide me some alternate mobile set for the time being, but they are not providing me any solution.
It’s around 2 ½ month, but again I not getting the solution from them. Whenever and wherever I have to go, I have to take my charger too with me. This is very painful to me now.
Please look on this issue and help me to come out from this problem.
