I had ealier reported complaint about bad service by Samsung Service centre at Lalbaug (Mumbai) for my Samsung SCH-S259 handset as written below.Later I got a call for Samsung Service Manager for Mumbai Region Mr.Shoaib Shaikh. He took all details from me and later promised that he will get back to me in 2 days or and he requested to me that incase he forgot he will get back to me.As expected after 2 days I had to call him for the status, but he replied that he has escalated the case to his seniors and will get back to me as he gets a revert from them.But as usual he didnt reverted , and I called him again.The same continued for around 15-20 days that he always said that he will call back, but apart from the first call he never called me back.
The last call was around 10 days back and he said that as a customer I have to bare half cost for main board replacement, but I refused as the handset was in warranty .Later he again said that he will call back,but till date he hasn't and I can bet that he must have forgotten about he.Such is the service by Samsung Mobile.

Samsung Service Centre Bad Service:-
My Samsung CDMA handset SCH-S259 had a blank white display problem.
I took it to the Samsung Mobile Service Centre in Mumbai at Lalbaug area at following address
(Master Care Services,Shop no.6,Anandji Laddha bldg,lalbaug,Mumbai-400012).
The technician opened the handset in front of me and check it and told me that it had display problem and needs to be kept at the service centre for 15 days.Later after 10 days I got a call from the service centre that there is a board problem and it cannot be replaced as there is a water logging problem.But I know that there is no such problem because the handset was kept in box for last 4 months when it was in a working condition.Also the handset battery sticker also doesnt indicate any water logging problem.
When I called Samsung Mobile Customer care they told me visit some other samsung service centre(Does that mean that they themselves don't trust their own service centre? ).

Refrigerator — non supply of parts
Dear SirI have bought a refrigerator Model RT34YVMS1 bearing SlNo 03764ZAQ800574 on 12.09.2008 . In the mean time The Bottle Guard and Jumbo Bottle guard has broken. I have personaly visited 4, Lee Road Office and visited Mr Bikash Ghosg M) [protected] repeatedly again he asked me to submit broken sample I have submitted the same as desired by him before nabout 02 Months but tillthe date after my repeated reminders to Mr. Bikash as well as to Mr Dey M) [protected] i have not yert received the parts.
