I had purchased one no. LCD TV of samsung make 22B650T6 from m/s ADHISHWAR,banashankari,Bangalore-85, wide Tax invoice no. 45434 on dated 28-07-09.
After the delivery, delivery boy just installed on table and told for all settings the samsung company engineer's will be visiting in couple of days. But, even after 15 days no one is turned up and for the same we are approached the m/s Adhishwar for the same. The sales personals of that outlet has provided the mobile no. [protected] named mr. venkatesh , who is representing all samsung products problems co-ordination.
when we communicated the same problem to him, immediately he has assured and confirmed over phone that he has arranged the engineer from the samsung company to visit our place . After, two-three days, one engineer came in a very high profile and started look into the tv as a movie director from all angles with show off and tried to convey us their is no problem in TV , it is only signal problem and just pushed off. In fact, the new TV showing too bright pictures and it is just not possible to set the tv for the normal vision qualities at all. And ghost type of picture quaity in close up shots.
We have contacted the Airtel digital Tv and they given very clear demo of their signal qualities and proved that the problem is in TV but not in signal.
Again, we are behind of Mr. venkatesh and next 10 days he has assure to do the needfull. 11th day when we called on him on his mobile outrately he has told that, he has resigned from the job and no more with samsung and we should contact only the samsung customer call centre.
In my busy schedule of work, I personaly called up the SAMSUNG's customer care and complained about the poblem on 30th september 2009. For the same they have provided the complaint no. [protected] . Even after one week no one is turned off to our place and the days were passing without watching the tv, I had enquired about the same on 6th October they have apologised for the delay and assured to send a person in a day or two. The engineer from the local centre is visited on 8th october 2009 and he has communicated and told us one of the part is not functioning and hence the TV is not performing properly.
Immediately, when we spoke to his superior Mr. Gopal(always he is extremely busy to get on mobile) of his mobile no.[protected] and appraised about the same. Why we should suffer for the company fault, after difficultily bought the TV by selling the good condition Old tv to upgrade this new led tv and it has become disaster. For that he has conveyed that , he will try to replace the tv by trying to communicate to his superiors.
When he has not come back to us for next one week even after repeated mobile reminders , 14th October when we contacted, he has uttered to not to follow up by telling ,his superiors are not permitted to replace the same since it is already 3 months over, it could have done within one month only. Also, the faulty part is not in stock and we have to wait till it come for that he can't give any commitment. For the more than this, we can go ahead to do whatever we want.
Immediately on 15th october we have contacted again the customer care and asked about the same, they are directed us to contact the same Mr. Gopal to sort out the issue.
Now with all these pillar to post run-around and agony I am undergoing after purchasing the Product , 1) why I should suffer for the no mistake / fault from my end.
2) why I should accept the defective product.
3) Being a multinational company, it don't any botheration about a genuine customer.
I request your kindselves to intervene in this juncture and provide the moral support and justice to a ginuine suffering customer in this case by directing m/s samsung to replace the same with a good product immediately. With this purchase, realy I am celeberating this deepavali with not so happily.
