I have purchased Samsung mobile SCH-S379 on nearly 22nd of october 2009 from Jabalpur , state Madha pradesh , country India
Mobile should provide atleast basic services without interruption & pain .
Basic services means Battery backup , signalling , voice clarity , processing of mobile , customer care.
I am not satisfied by any above given services.
In my Samsung mobile handset SCH-S379, it is going to heatup continuously when i am on oncall .within 10-20 minutes mobile temperature is too high ,that person can't keep his cellphone in contact with ears or any body part, it can be dangerous
its signalling is very low , evenly same place i used LG 2650( my old mobile) it giving all tover with proper voice clarity without heatup.
I have talked on[protected], 29-oct-2009 to customer care , my complain in is [protected].
again i discuss with[protected] ( city mumbai , state Maharastra , , country india),
I got response , my mobile should only 7 days old then they will give me new handset or any service , or either i make fake bill toward my mobile for getting my services.
I did not get good response & services for customer care .
I have paid money to samsung for handset ,because it is trusted & world level brand & company.
I am feeling mentally & financially cheated by company.
I have mailed company id support.[protected]@samsung.com , but till now i did not receive any mail or phone call.

SamSung LCD 40 " — Service is not well in time
I have purchased 40 inches SAMSUNG LCD from Dawar open world, showroom near MG road metro station (Arcade), Gurgaon with a scheme of Airtel. For activation of Airtel cable, OPen world have taken Rs.750/- the day on which I purchased LCD i.e., on 02.11.2010. However, I found that there is no co-ordination between Dawar's Open world and Airtel. Dealer do say I have recharged with Rs.750/- and Airtel tells that its not got recharged. So i deprived the service though I paid whole amount well in time and with major mental herrassment. I may definitely contact with Managing Director of Dawars in this regard if the problem does not get solved in a day or two.
