Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a new Samsung Monitor in July 2008 and have been having problems with lines on screen and constant flickering which is hurtful to my eyes. I registered a complaint with Samsung Customer care, Bangalore in June 2009 when the warranty was still valid. Samsung sent their technician who came & checked the same and said that there was nothing wrong while his assistant admitted there was a flicker on the screen. In pursuing the matter with Mr; Ramkumar, (Mobile [protected])Branch Manager, Samsung Monitor division, Bangalore he asked that the monitor be taken to his Service Centre. the same was handed over and returned after 4 days in the same condition,again insisting that there was nothing wrong. Remarks that I was not satisfied and the monitor was returned in the same condition were made on Samsung Customer Job sheet. I see now they just stalled for time till the warranty expired in July 2009. Now the condition of the monitor screen has deteriorated so much that it is damaging to my eyesight and I am a Senior Citizen, 70 years old.The whole monitor screen flickers constantly with lines on both sides of the screen

Repeated calls to Mr. Ramkumar and Team Leader Naveen Kumar Mobile [protected] proved to no avail.The technician sent is Mr. Viswaradhya Mobille [protected]. I am asked to re-register my complaint. I now wish to proceed legally thro the Consumer Forum, and claim damages to my eyesight and hours and days wasted in getting Samsung to redress my complaint.

    Hi,

    I am Ravi Kant Sharma from Delhi, current pulling my hair because of this useless so-called electronics company SAMSUNG.

    I have problem with my Samsung LCD Monitor (Model 943NWX). Its showing everything Reddish-Pink colored. I logged a complaint and the monitor was checked by the technician after 10 days. He said there is some problem in graphic card of the monitor (?!?!) and it needs to be replaced. He gave me 4 days of time for the spare part to be replaced. But now it has been more than 45 days and there is no revert from customer care/technician despite of multiple calls and emails to customer care.

    On calling customer care, I was told every time that a call back has been arranged, but nobody contacted me yet. I tried tracking the issue through customer care portal as well, but there was and still a problem: after logging-in nothing is displayed, at the left bottom I see javascript error which I reported it in the same email. Not action has been taken on it yet. The customer care replied me with:
    "Thank you for becoming a patron of Samsung product.

    We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have forwarded your query to our department concerned. The relevant person will get in touch with you shortly.

    We appreciate your patience and request you to bear with us till then.

    For further assistance you may contact SAMSUNG Customer Contact Center at 3030 8282 or [protected]toll free)." THAT'S IT. They have done nothing but forward me this auto generated sympathetic email every time. No grievances department contact details are available on SAMSUNG website, and I think it will never be because of their unfair policies.

      I had purchased the following mobile from the Planet M shop at Muvattupuzha (Ernakulam District Kerala) Name of the mobile: Samsung SGH_J150HSBINS code no:354283/02/104521/8 on 26/12/2008 receipt no: 2057 of Plannet M at Muvattupuzha.The warranty period is one year and it is extended to 2 years more .On 02/11/2009 my mobile is no having no sound hence I approached to the staff at Muvattupuzha Planet M shop (one Mr Ratheesh Krishnan )refused blindly the mobile and he even refused to give me the address of the mobile service centre too. after heated arguements he accepted it for repairs and he even refused to give me the receipt for the accep[tance of the mobile. This is not fare on the part of such a big Planet M retail shop to the custemers. So I humbly request you to kindly arramge to repair or repalce the set at the earlest.

      I had purchased Samsung-Virgin V Style handset from Planet M, 31-B, Ground Floor, Pragati Kendra, Aliganj Kapoorthala, Lucknow-226024 vide Invoice No.334 dtd.14-Oct-09. At the time of purchase of above handset, I was told that one bag will be given as free gift against this purchase.While bag was not available at the time of purchase, accordingly, I was assured in writing that it will be delivered after 3 - 4 days, since then, despite my numerous follow-up and personal visits till date. They have not honoured their commitment by delivering the bag as free gift.
      This is surprising the reputed stores like yours and the people working in your set-up are not even couteseous to talk nicely in their approach, while communicating with customers. In stead of commiting a firm date for delivering the free gift they are behaving non-responsive and now they have lowered their standard in their normal communication also.I'm afraid they have cheated me in process and have pinched the bag (free gift) of their own. May be because of this they are avoiding to deliver the assured free gift.
      By writing this to you I look forward your personal involvement / investigation in the matter to ensure, to deliver my gift and action to be taken against the people those who are spoiling your reputation in the mind of customers like us.
      Hope you will take personal attention in the matter & do needful.

        I feel very sorry to lodge a complaint like this for a very popular brand like " samsung ".
        i purchased a refrigerator from M/s Girias coimbatore before one year , now i begun begging them for service daily , nobody is serious about this after sales service complaint. i feel very bad and and facing mental agony and tension . kindly do the necessary action for saving this poor customer in india

          Bought a 37” Samsung 5 series LCD TV on 23 Oct night with a HDMI DVD player for a total outlay of about Rs 50,000. Called up the Samsung call centre at [protected] on Oct 24, saturday morning to get them to send an engineer for installation (wall mounting). Service docket no. [protected]. Was promised a service engineer would call and come down. Well a service engineer call on Oct 27. My wife works second half of the day and wanted service before 2 pm. The service engineer rudely said they could not give a time and he could land up at anytime! We only wanted the engineer to visit before 2 pm. Is that asking for too much? On Oct 29 another engineer called up. He was more civil. Again when my wife asked him to visit before 2 pm he said they could not accede to that since they left their offices after 12 noon everyday for customer visits! No contact after that –for a Rs 50,000 product!

          I was travelling at the time. I was ruing deciding Samsung over LG and Sony. On my return, I called the customer toll free number again on Nov 1, Sunday around 4 pm. I explained the situation and asked to speak to the manager to escalate. No escalation provided, but at least had the consolation of being told sorry and that the engineer should have visited at our convenience. Was promised service the same day or worst case by noon the next. But it turned out to be just a hollow promise.

          There was no contact from the Samsung or service engineer side after that. I called up the toll free no. again (know it well by now) on Nov 2, Monday around 5.15 pm. I was fed up I asked for escalation to the manager or take the TV back. Again promised a callback in 30 mins from a superior to resolve the issue. No phone call. I called back at 6.00 pm and was flatly told by this customer associate that can’t have been promised a 30 min call back as their rule is two hours. The earlier person was new and promised me something he could not! Incredible! I got mad at him. Again I told him I just did not want the TV and could he either put me on to the manager to take the TV back. He then said the manager is not around, but he’ll put me onto the technical team who would sort this out. In any case he could not raise the tech team, so it was his turn to promise me a callback in 30 mins. I could not believe it. This person had told me another one could not give me a 30 min call back assurance and he himself was giving one to me. What should I believe? I could see that I could not get anything more.

          30 mins later no call. Not surprising. After 45 mins I gave a call back around 6.30 pm. They again tried to raise the technical team, could not and said they are busy with another customer and would call me back in 90 mins. I gave up. Needless to day there was no call back.

          So this is my story. Samsung LCD TV bought for 50K and despite numerous promises it is not installed for 10 days and counting. Call centre is pathetic as are the service engineers who called up. Reminder me of the bad old MTNL days 15 years ago when you had to stay at home for the engineer if the phone was dead. MTNL is far better now. Service within 24 hours many times. Not Samsung. The call centre staff really take the cake. One person contradicts the other. I’ve had 4 promises from them and every one of them broken. No escalation and hence no way for a more sensitive superior or a Samsung person to defuse the situation.


          Four promises made by the Samsung service team, and all four broken. Moral of the story: Do not buy Samsung unless you don’t care about customer service. And if you do, do not go by any promise the Samsung call centre makes.

          No wonder Samsung trails behind LG. Samsung products may be technically better, but LG’s products are cheaper and I’ve had fantastic customer service from them. My current 29” slim is an LG and I also have an LG DVD recorder. Once I just wrote a mail on Friday late night on their website and an engineer called and came at our convenience the next day and set it right.

          I guess this is a choice Samsung has consciously made. I have been browsing the net and come across lots of customer service complaints on Samsung. An IT website had an article about Zutshi’s elevation to DMD and the first 4 e-mail responses on the site were complaints. Amazing given that the forum was not for consumers.

          Caveat Emptor if it is Samsung. Never again buy one and try and wean everyone from doing so too. My last act being considered is taking the TV to Samsung HQ, inviting the press, and smashing it with a hammer. I can bear the loss and may even invest the time to do so.

          I now ask only for Samsung to take back the TV and reimburse me my original cost. If pushed I will even take a discount and assume the balance was donated to Samsung with a hope they would invest it in customer service.

          By the way, Samsung has a service centre in the next building to my residence.

          SamSung LCD 40 " — Service is not well in time

          I have purchased 40 inches SAMSUNG LCD from Dawar open world, showroom near MG road metro station (Arcade), Gurgaon with a scheme of Airtel. For activation of Airtel cable, OPen world have taken Rs.750/- the day on which I purchased LCD i.e., on 02.11.2010. However, I found that there is no co-ordination between Dawar's Open world and Airtel. Dealer do say I have recharged with Rs.750/- and Airtel tells that its not got recharged. So i deprived the service though I paid whole amount well in time and with major mental herrassment. I may definitely contact with Managing Director of Dawars in this regard if the problem does not get solved in a day or two.

            I had purchased a Convection Microwave oven (Model No. CE 103 VD/ XTL) from M/s. Royal Electronics, Sion Trombay Road, Chembur, Mumbai on 11-Oct-2009. I recd a receipe book and a seven piece vessel set with it free. Two days later I saw an ad in the Mumbai Mirror, which mentioned a free 21 pieces vessel set with all convection models worth Rs.2,000/-. When I called up the Samsung toll free number, I was told that I was also eligble for getting it. I again called up the dealer who said that he would get back to me after seeing the ad. Again I talked to the Samsung people who informed that though the ad has come the free stuff is still not available with the Mumbai dealers. Meanwhile my dealer promised me that as soon as he gets the free stuff, he would get it delivered. I still don't understand why I was not informed about the free gift when I bought the product, secondly why do you put such ads if you cannot supply the dealers with the same. This is a simple example of how consumers are taken for a ride.

              hello, i am shravan from Bangalore. recently this year i purchased sgh-j700 handset but now i found that there is a problem in main board and it has to be replaced. so i went to nearby samsung service center in rajajinagar in bangalore and got checked my phone and also they said there is no stock of main board so they ordered for main board.but many days have passed but still i havent recieved any call from service center and i am struglling to get repaired that handset. please atleast can you exchange that handset as i have guarentee still..please help me..

                The Samsung phone purchased on 12th Oct 2009 stopped working after 3 days of purchase and was returned on the next working day 18th Oct 2009 to the Point of purchase and was asked assistance from them for a replacement but the Dealer did not attend to our grievance promptly this was submitted by the dealer to the samsung service centre. Digital Waves No6, 2nd Main Road, C.I.T Colony, Mylapore, Chennai 6004.

                I want the Phone to be replaced and not serviced and also we have been made to go around a lot now they dont pick up our calls.

                I am faced with a similar issue with POORVIKA, Kodambakkam, Chennai. Bought a Karbonn K10 5days ago but started to use it only from 3 days ago. It gets switched off by itself even though the battery is fully charged ( when i bought the phone some of the accessories were not in their cover, but i was assured by the sales man that they are not the second hand ones). Visited the showroom this morning (08/04/2010) and met the Manager and the Sales staff whose attitude is it is not their problem that u are faced with such issues and I was asked to go to the service centre to sort out the issue by myself?!? There were quite a few customers who are in a similar situation who bought high end Nokia, sony ericsson. We refuse to leave the shop unless they take the responsibiity to resolve the problem rather than us running around to the service centre and and shop. So, left the phone with the showroom hoping it's going to get rectified. But I don't have that hope anymore esp., after seeing yr posting. I also insisted that I would like a replacement rather than a repair to avoid gng back and forth but they wouldn't budge.
                my phone very efficient. But not working application such as games gmail application, Bolt browser, etc., are not properly working after download a application. please inform to me a suitable solution

                    I have bought a Samsung GT - B5722 model before 10 days. And found some issues in it.
                    They are as below
                    1. The applications (like NGPAY, atom mobile application and Gmail mobile application) do not coonect through the GPRS. However from the browser it connects properly and functions well.
                    2. The headset behavior is inconsistence.
                    3. Once you listen the songs through the Music Player on Speaker phone on mode, the next time after connecting the Headset, it continuous to play through the Speaker phone. After restarting the mobile it behaves the same.


                    For the above complaints I visited the Andheri West service center. I kept the mobile phone with them for a day to repair the problems listed above. But its of no use. As per their request I went to Santacruz Main Service center.
                    But the engineers there refused to accept the fact and has given Corby model of Samsung to check the Same application works in Corby or not . Off course it was not my job to prove this things. But when they(counter no 3 and counter no 4) denied to look into the issue I proved the things. I successfully ran the application in Samsung Corby. The applications runs very fine on Corby.

                    After the successfully running of application the engineers asked me to wait and said there manager will call you. But, instead f the manager i called the Service center(the number is always busy), and spoken to the Engineer Rajesh Sir. He said its company fault and we can not help u in this matter. Now the manager conveyed the message to me that GPRS connectivity will not be there through Application in Samsung GT-B5722.

                    Now please let me know who will solve the issue? I am suffering a lot and suffered a lot because of this.
                    since many ppl have asked about the default password, I think it is 1234. Because I tried it on my new corby same model as the complaints were given and it worked.
                    Iam not a samsung guy. I also am facing some issues. My corby does not play mp4 format. if anyone knows the issue, pls let me know.

                    Its highly irritating. I thought it is because of network problem. I am using Airtel. My friend also have the same mobile and same problem. He is using Aircel. So its fully phone problem.

                    Within five minutes, i will get 80 messages. All same messages.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I purchased my mobile set on 21/01/09 of Samsung, Model no SGH-B310R.
                      IMEI No - [protected].
                      My set get damaged on 03/10/2009.
                      On 05/10/2009, I approached the Samsung service centre for repair and they approved my
                      set for repair, and told me the my cell will be repair in 7 to 10 days. But till today I had not
                      got my set repaired. Today on 31/10/2009, when I approached the Samsung customer
                      Center ( Infotel Services in New Alipore, Kolkata), where I had submited my set for repair,
                      they told me that it will take minimum 10 more days for repair
                      Being a businessman, time is very essential for me and because of the absence of mobile,
                      I incurred many losses ,
                      Now, as they dont have been able to repair my cell, I want full refund of my set, i.e., Rs
                      2499.00 and also the compensation for my bussiness loss and for the haressment,

                        This is not only my complaint but also the complaint of all the cosumers who have bought Samsung SJH-J series slider phones last year. Once the slider is shifted to recieve the call, the screen goes completely white. almost all the keys on the slider are not working. If this problem would have been encountered by one consumer, we could have understood that it was the problem of a particular piece , but as the same problem is being encountered by almost all those who bought those slider phones (we have 3 handsets in our family) , i think the company should responsibility and do something about it.
                        I would request all those who are facing this kind of problem to come forward and put their comments .

                          I GOT THIS SAMSUNG SPLIT AC OF 1.50 TON . FOR INSTALLATION I CALLED UP SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAME DAY SENT INSTALLATION TEAM WHO CHARGED 1500 FOR INSTALLATION AND SAID THAT I NEED TO PLACE REQUEST FOR DEMO NOW , ON 24TH OCTOBER 2009 , I PLACED REQUEST FOR DEMO WHICH HAD TO BE DONE BY LOCAL ENGINEER OF SAMSUNG , BARODA . THEY GAVE ME REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE SAME . SINE 24TH OCT 2009 I AM CALLING EVERYDAY AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAPS KEEP ASSURING ME THAT ENGINEER WOULD VISIT AND THEY KEEP CONFIRMING AGAIN AND AGAIN SAME ADDRESS DETAILS AND PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS WASTING TIME . YESTERDAY THERE WAS THIS NEW LADY WHO ASSURED THAT ENGINEER WOULD CONTACT AND GIVE DEMO , SHE ALSO SAID THAT THERE ENGINEER DOES NOT VISIT CUSTOMER ON DAILY BASIS AND THAT SHE HAS SPOKEN TO LOCAL SERVICE CHAPS IN BARODA AND THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT ME .

                          I AM SO SHOCKED HOW COME SUCH A COMPANY BEHAVES SO STUPIDLY WITH THERE CUSTOMERS , INSTALLATION CHAPS CAME CUZ THEY WERE GETTING PAID WHILE FOR DEMO THESE WONT COME AS ITS SERVICE .                             I bought my set from Mobile Store in Kolkata a year back & on 1st week of September I faced some display & keypad problem with my phone set & approached your authorized service centre 'M/S Videoking' on 21.09.2009 to rectify the same & after checking they confirmed me that the LCD most probably has been damaged & they will take 3/4 working days to rectify the same & will take Rs. 2050/- to do the same. But after that I called them after 30.09.2009 to check I can collect the same may be 4 - 5 times but each & every time they were asking for another 2/3 days to deliver the same. Ultimately, they handed back my set saying that this phone cannot be operated any more. Though the display problem was solved but it cannot find the service provider reception. But there was no such issue when I gave it to them. I took it back to my place & next day when I checked phone set inbuilt IMEI no., it was different from the original. It was [protected]/3. HOW CAN THE IMEI NO. CHANGES AFTER A SERVICING FROM SAMSUNG'S AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE!!!!! PLEASE ANSWER ME THAT.
                            OBVIOUSLY THERE WAS NO ANSWER FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AS WELL WHEN I WENT BACK TO THEM THE NEXT DAY. THEY TOOK THE PHONE SAYING THAT THEY WILL POSITIVELY DO THE NECESSARY RECTIFICATION WITHIN NEXT 3 DAYS & WILL CALL ME TO SAY THE DELIVERY DAY. BUT THEY AGAIN FAILED TO KEEP UPTO THEIR COMMITMENT TO DELIVER IN THEIR SAID DATE & TIME.

                            NOW, CAN ANYONE FROM CORPORATE GIANT LIKE SAMSUNG EXPLAIN THIS SITUATION. CAN ANYONE CAN EXPLAIN ME THAT WHY SHOULD'NT I MAKE AN FIR TO THE POLICE (for changing my IMEI No.) OR GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM DEMANDING A COMPENSATION!!!!

                            Samsung SGH-J700 — Replace my handset

                            Hello Sir,
                            My name is Priyanka, B.Tech. Computer Science Student. I complaint to SamsungIndia about my samsung phone's hanging problem one and half month ago.
                            I purchased samsung mobile on 3 may, 2008.
                            Samsung service center kept my phone for 12 days & told me that now you dont face the same problem but my problem is still there.
                            I tried to contact samsung service officer Sarvendra Chauhan's Phone but he gave no response & cut my Phone everytime.
                            But i still face the same problem from the day of purchase & after one Service also.
                            So please give the solution of my problem.
                            So please replace my handset otherwise return my samsung mobile phone's payment.

                            Samsung, J700 — Bad Services and Fraud

                            I Ruchi Gupta purchased a Samsung J700 Mobile on 21st June 2008. From last 2 to 3 months my mobile was not working properly. As the mobile was in warranty period, I took the mobile phone to M/s Beechay Service Center, and authorized Samsung service center located at Cannaught Place, Outer Circle, Municipal Market, New Delhi who informed me that there is some display problem, as such you are required to leave your mobile phone for repairing the same for few days. The same was left with them for repairs. They further informed me that when the mobile will be repaired, they will inform me for collecting the same. After 10 – 15 days I made a call to them when they fail to inform me in the status of mobile phone. I was informed that I can collect the phone. I collected the phone but it started giving the same problem within three days. I again took the phone to the same service center. They took about half an hour to check the phone and told me that I have to leave phone once again. I left the phone with them for repairs. After 15 days they informed me that the Display LCD is required to be changed for which I will have to pay Rs. 1945/-, as there is internal damage. They never informed me at the time of taking the phone for repairs that the phone’s LCD display is damaged. It seems to me that the phone got damaged when they tried to repair it and now they want me to bear the cost of their mistake and when I resisted, they made the changes in the service memo to hide their mistake. It is apparent that there intentions are malafide and I have been taken for granted that I will pay the charges to get the phone repaired.

                            I therefore request that the company be asked to replace the broken part which was due to their mistake as the mobile phone is in warranty period.

                            Samsung SGH-J700 — Customer service

                            Yesterday (12th June 2009) I went to The Mobile Store Sarita Vihar Outlet in New Delhi, there i choose one Samsung mobile - SGH J700 as displayed in the rack and asked sales girl Ms Shrest to get the same billed but without informing us she get SGH-J700i billed, I only went for J700 because of the chrome finish, i discovred the same after some time and imediately placed a call to her and she assured you come tomorrow and we will discuss. When we reached there day after Shrest was not present in the store, and store incharge did't tried to listen that both these sets are different - and argued heavly with us which should not definetly be a soothing experience for all o[censored]s, this is my second horrible experience with The Moble Store and this time its a case of cheating as some thing is displayed and something is sold without intimation, please suggest what should be done in this case at the earliest.                                 I have purchase a Samsung mobile (E1410) on 25/05/2009 whose IMEI No. is 358223/02/088247/4 while using the mobile I fell some kind of problem as this phone automatically switch off any time so I contact your customer and asked for address of service centre where I can go and get my mobile repaired. They gave us the address of which was CARIANO TELECOM PVT.LDT. 4/1, Roop Nagar, Delhi-7, mob-[protected],65155355 . I gave my mobile to them on 25/7/2009 and they gave me slip in which they have filled wrong information as in condition of equipment whey have ticked on Scratches on Aesthetics /Body and Keypad Faded / Key missing but my mobile does not have any problem in keypad or in body as I have use my mobile for only 2month (app.) my mobile was in brand new condition and after many call to them they give my mobile back after 3 months BUT NOW IT WAS IN VERY BAD CONDITION the pad is changed and not working properly and the upper part of my mobile body is totally changed they have use my mobile for many days because their some contact and messages in my phone.
                                why they don’t give my mobile back if it was repaired on time?
                                Why they use my mobile without asking me ?
                                If they have use my mobile for some illegal purposes who was responsible for that ?
                                So I request you please take some action and tell me what was the reason they have use my mobile for 3 months and change my mobile body parts.

                                  On 10th Oct 09, when I was charging my mobile, the phone was getting heated. The batter never charged. It also displayed some message as it is over heating. > > I searched the net and found out Samsung mobile dealer address in the website of Samsung. The address and the telephone numbers of the service centre were mentioned wrong. But I managed to get the new address � Ratna Electronics.
                                  On 12th Oct I went to the Ratna Electronics service centre. After briefly checking the phone, the service engineer there said the phone is not repairable and will have to be replaced. They have issued me 3 documents � Service copy (work order number � WA[protected]), replacement certificate (Sl. No.[protected] and Samsung replacement certificate (RC � REPLC[protected]B) for TATA-Samsung mobile.
                                  With the above documents I went to the shop �Technovision� where I have purchased the mobile. I have the phone and its accessories. I do not have the box. Mr. Syed Altaf ([protected]) said without the box he will not accept the replacement. I told him that I do not have the box and asked for help. He called a few numbers. I assumed he was called his distributor.

                                      i had purchased the best mobile called samsung BRILLIANCE.....on 7th september 2009.i got lots of good remarks from my friends for this handset,but suddenly the cell started disfunctioning on 14th october 2009.i had given my mobile for repairs to the service center in pune called SHARP TELECOM the same day.the cell was to be delivered to me within 15 days,but yet there is no response.the reason given by the repair officers is that it takes longer time for handsets which are newly launched!if this is the case i dont think any of my friends or relatives will ever opt for any of the samsung devices.....
                                      please do the needfull as early as possible so that i can use my handset and regain the position that samsung had before for all my friends and relatives.

                                        Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                        I recently bought a Samsung LCD 32 inches model no LA32B530P7RLXL on 26/09/2009. I bought this TV from Adishwar India Ltd on Marathahallu - Sarajapur Ring Road, Bangalore. The problem is that once the TV was installed i noticed that there was some thing wrong with color of TV. The Samsung came for the demo and i told him the same, he said that the problem is not due to TV but due to the Set top Box of digital Cable Television from Hathway. I beleived him and waited for 2 weeks and then changed the cable connection to Big Tv and again i didnt any change in the Color.
                                        Then I changed the input to the TV from initial AV1 to AV2 and then i saw the color changed and everything was fine. I tried calling up the Samsung Help Desk and altast got a compaling registered.
                                        The Samsung engineer came about 2 days back and then he says now they only replace TV Tuner card and not the complete TV. This is totaly unacceptable as the TV is not even a monthly old and the problem was observed from Day1. The Samsung compalaint no is [protected]. When i called up the engineer even today he says call up my manager if you want but we wont change the TV. The engineers Vijay Kumar.

                                        I really need some help from forum in getting the TV replaced at the earliest.
